NEVER purchase a mattress from Macy's. First, in the past, I purchased a mattress from Macy's because I was moving into a new place. I gave plenty of time for the delivery and scheduled it in advance of my move. The delivery date kept changing. BUT, they would never contact me to tell me it wasn't arriving. After waiting a month, I would find out the day before when I didn't receive a phone call with a delivery window and I called macy's myself. Rinse and repeat. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order and purchase a new mattress from a local company where I had to pay about twice as much. THEN, a mattress that I purchased for my parents, who are elderly, ended up fraying and coming completely apart after three years. I purchased the worry no more as well as the extended warranty.
After waiting a month and a half for the tech to come out and determine that their mattress was deemed defective, an exchange was put into place and expected to be delivered another month and a half later. After waiting nearly four months as my parents slept on a literally broken bed, we had a delivery date scheduled. Once again, the day before the delivery was supposed to happen, I did not get a call from the delivery rep. So, I called macy's and they said the delivery was canceled by their system... BUT did not tell me until the day before the delivery... Again, I would not have known anything was wrong if I myself had not called. I didn't receive any correspondence from Macy's that anything was amiss.
To top it all off, not only did they tell me that the mattress that I purchased that fell under warranty was suddenly discontinued but that they did not have a comparable mattress with the same price point (not even close), AND if I ended up deciding to spend an extra 1K to get my mattress "replacement" that it also would not be arriving for another month. STAY AWAY. A mattress is an essential item. If you want to purchase from a reliable company. Save your time (that you'd spend waiting for a mattress and waiting on hold for HOURS), and save your money. AWFUL business practice. The customer service reps are powerless to this completely broken system and this completely broken system seems built to gouge the customer.

A few years ago, I had a big issue with Macy's and had three defective mattresses in a row. I gave up on them and said I would never buy another bed from them, until I found myself in a wheelchair and I am unable to shop for a mattress. I gave them one more chance and bought one and I hoped and I prayed that it would be OK. Once again, I have a defective mattress that’s caving in on the side. I'm partially paralyzed and it’s incredibly difficult to get in and out of. I almost went flailing out of it this morning, trying to get up and it is outright dangerous to me. I don’t need to spend my nights in pain as my days are difficult enough.
Macy's does not care about human beings. I wish I would have reviewed this page before I pulled the trigger on another mattress from them. It is truly my worst “nightmare” and if I end up in the hospital from this mattress, I’m going to write a long a feature story on my experience and they’re not going to be happy with it. Avoid Macy's like the plague when you’re purchasing a mattress because you will regret it.

I purchased a sectional from Macy's and was sold an insurance policy from WorryNoMore. I regret it deeply—DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE; it's a complete scam. We bought a 5-year plan, believing it would cover pet stains and rips. When my dog accidentally bled on the furniture, I filed a claim. They sent me a removal kit that didn’t work at all. When I called back for assistance, I was shocked to learn they had closed my claim. I had to resubmit with pictures, which I did, but it’s been over two weeks without any response.
Every time I contact them, I get vague answers and empty promises. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told no one was available. It’s incredibly frustrating; they don’t listen and seem to follow a script rather than actually help. I’m also extremely disappointed with Macy's for selling this worthless policy. Save your money and your sanity—stay away from both Macy's and WorryNoMore.

Don’t get the WORRYNOMORE Warranty on furniture. I didn’t used the warranty during the five years, so I made a claim to get back my money. Here is the kicker: “The voucher may only be used toward the purchase of new WORRYNOMORE eligible furniture, mattresses, and/or area rugs. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The voucher expires 90 days after the date of receipt. Excludes direct ship furniture and mattresses”. I was under the impression from the sales representative that I will get my money as cash and can do whatever I want with it.

They deny warranty for insufficient and erroneous reasons--you pay for the "worry no more" warranty and all claims are denied. They normally don't answer the phone and only work through text messaging so you can talk to an agent. I never heard back from them when I told them the reason they denied the claim was not accurate. When I call Macy's, they just send me back to "worry no more".

We ordered a modular sofa. First, there was some snafu whereby the warehouse didn't order it from the manufacturer but they held onto our money. Then, when "re-" purchased, they just dumped hundreds of pounds' worth of boxes at our doorstep and hightailed it out of there. What are you kidding me after spending thousands of dollars?

Purchased several sets of furnitures with worrynomore plan of $856. After 7 years, when voucher is due, I was told by Trish I’m past the 90 days window. I was shocked because this was never mentioned or indicated on the paperworks I received. I asked for a Supervisor but was on hold for several minutes w/o answer. I called again, and this time Elvis was on the other line. He was able to help me with the voucher of $349, way below the amount I purchased. He mentioned that he was not seeing at his end all the furnitures and plan that I purchased, though the salescheck number are the same. My business with Macy’s ends here. If there’s a class action lawsuit with this company, count me in.

We got a recliner sofa. Keep in mind that the Worry No More covers things when you have structure issues or mechanical or electrical issues regardless of what they say. We opened two claims within 3 years of purchase. Both was for a bad switch which controls the reclining feature. The first time it was within a year so it was quick. They replaced within 2 weeks. 2nd time the switch broke. Looks like it will be months before it will be fixed. The reason being these couches come from China and the older it is those models are phased out and Macy’s don’t carry them anymore and everything they have to order from China and even they may not have them and they have to find spare parts for old models.
This warranty can be hit and miss. One of our friends also purchased as we recommended to them and they had no luck as most likely any wear and tear or stains, rips won’t be covered and they will deny the claim as abuse/extreme use or normal wear and tear. If there is structural issues after 1-2 years then it might even take several months before it can get fixed.

I bought a furniture set from Macy's worth several thousand dollars and bought the warranty which I was told I could get back if I didn't use it. Upon calling Macy's and sitting on hold for 45 minutes, I was told I had to call "worry no more" directly. Once calling them, I get told I am beyond the date of requesting my certificate even though I never used it... but here's the catch. The "coordinators" as they call them might be able to overturn it but I have to call them directly on a different number. Upon calling the number during normal business hours per their recording, they are closed. So all I can say is don't buy this warranty! They will sell you on the fact that you can get it back but you don't. I'll be sure to join any class action lawsuits that come of this.

I had to call in an order for a 3 pc sofa set with a chaise due to the website not allowing me to choose which side the chaise was on. I called my closest store and ordered the set with a right facing chaise. Took 2 weeks for delivery and when it showed up it was a left facing chaise. Their customer service line would not help me and sent me back to the store. The rep I spoke to was not there and the manager informed me I would have to cancel the old order and re-order. He was going to try and get me the earliest new delivery date possible which was 4 days after they delivered the wrong couch.
I asked for a morning appt as I do not want to be left with no options after an evening delivery if they mess it up again. New delivery time is 7pm. No one over there knows anything. They have no defined process. I have been without a couch for almost as week. The set cost $3,500. For such an expensive item I expect better customer service. I have had to talk to 8 different people, 2 of them supervisors, over the course of 3 days to no avail. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM MACY’S. I had a much better experience with Wayfair.

I started calling and found out it was never processed properly. Now I have to wait for another 45 days again. In Macy's 5 years ago I was told I would be eligible for a 500 dollar voucher after 5 years. Now they say it's only 248 dollars the price I paid. Macy's in store sales representative misrepresented the program. And the fact that I received a email with the approval and they never even did the requirements to proceed is shabby business dealings with customers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VOUCHER PROGRAM. Macy's is clearly nonprofessional when it comes to treatment for their customers.

I bought a sectional couch along with 2 power recliners from Macys with their "no questions asked" warranty that covered everything. My first claim was due to my puppy digging a whole in a couch cushion. You are allowed up to 3 dog damage claims. They denied it. Said it was fabric failure. Then both power recliners went out. They rejected that claim as well saying it was from normal wear and tear. I have one recliner that will not recline and the other is stuck in the recline position. This set is not even 3 years old. Total waste of money. I am surprised that Macys would associate themselves with a scam of a warranty company.

Had to re-schedule it another week out. Total fiasco. Macy's Furniture has no defined process and procedures, so everyone is just flying by the seat of their pants. I recommend not buying furniture from Macy’s. They are very expensive but made cheaply. I bought my reclining sofa about 7 years ago, with a warranty. Within a few months, the wood on both arm rests collapsed. It was cheap plywood. I called them and told them what happened and they said it wasn’t covered. My wife and I are average size, under 200lbs. It’s natural to push up on an arm rest when getting up. They said we were leaning on it too hard, therefore they couldn’t cover it. Such a scam. I highly recommend going to actual furniture stores over Macy’s.

Denied twice over the "assumption" of pet damage, said it occurred over time. The first rep stated different. She said that the ultimate protection plan only covers urine marks and when I challenged her word she said it was too much damage. I asked her, "What is it, does it only cover urine damage or is it too much damage." I had a claim by the way of 4 chew marks by my pup on the corners. I asked to speak to someone in claims and said I had to email that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I was told there is no supervisor that I can speak to. I called Macy's and was trying to see how I can speak to headquarters or someone helpful. They sell worry no more insurance as a third party and as nice as the rep was over the phone he knew nothing on that insurance they sell in their stores.
When we bought the couch customer service in macy's told us after 3 pet accidents worry no more will not give us warranty insurance anymore. He lied. Last rep I spoke to finally told me that the denial was because there were more than 3 bite marks. I haven't looked through my copy of the insurance yet but this is all suspicious to me. The lack of honesty all around. Why did claims not write in the denial damage occurred in more than 3 places, why did they say it occurred over time? If I could sue I would. I am going to keep digging, their website only says pet damage teeth, claws, bites but nothing else. Lesson learned. I will keep digging.

I ordered a high-end bed from Macy's that included White Glover delivery. The first time it was delivered, the bed was broken by the installer who, using a drill, broke the furniture. The second time, the bed was installed with the wrong parts. The feet that support the slats don't even reach the ground. Because they placed the mattress back on the bed, we were unaware there was an issue until we tried to use it. Macy's customer service response is that they will have a technician call us within 3 days. Still, we have yet to determine how long it will take to fix this or if we can have a replacement delivered in two weeks—no way to escalate the issue beyond customer service.

At the time of the sale I was not given an exact delivery date. Since I ordered a sectional I was not surprised. It has been 4 weeks and I have heard nothing from Macy's about a delivery so I called. I was told today that it will be 3 more months before they even start building the sectional. The expected delivery is 6 months after purchase. I did not consider this sectional custom since it is the exact model on the floor and it comes in the choice of fabric and color I ordered. We went to Macy's in Barton Creek Square Mall for Black Friday. We had a sectional in mind that we had been wanting to purchase and were ready to buy it. We went through the whole process of opening a Macy's card, setting up a delivery date and walked out excited to get our new furniture in just 3 weeks. We confirmed this couch was in stock. Our delivery date was set to Dec. 6. On Dec 5 we cleared our living room, removing the current couch and armchair that occupied the space where the new sectional sofa would go. Halfway through Dec 6, my husband called Macy's to see if they had an ETA for the delivery. They informed him they had no such purchase on record. We had a reservation number, salescheck number and delivery date on what we thought was a sales receipt and they could not locate it. It turns out, the salesperson, Debbie, never finalized the sale!! And now the couch is on BACKORDER UNTIL MARCH!
We now have no furniture in our living room - no furniture for Christmas, no furniture for New Year's- No furniture for just being at home to hang out and watch TV. The only compensation they provided was $100 off the sale price. NOTHING ELSE! When Debbie called me a few days after she just kept saying, I don't know how this could happen-It happened because SHE did not complete the job! There was NO accountability on her part-NO apology just a call to say she was making sure I got my $100!! This has us BEYOND frustrated! Purchased a sectional couch at Macy's department store in Sacramento CA on 12/24/2020. We were encouraged to purchase the WorryNoMore ultimate 5-year protection plan from the Macy's employee since they claimed that it would cover any accidental damage especially pet damage. This warranty was an additional 500 dollars and was also sold to us on the fact that if we didn’t use it we would receive the money back at the end of 5 years. This warranty was sold to us on the belief that it would cover accidental pet damage.
I created a claim on 10/8/2023 for damage during a single occurrence of our puppy chasing the cat over the couch and breaking out our screen door. I submitted pictures and video in the worry no more application and was told that my claim was approved. I then waited to be contract by the service technician and after waiting several weeks I called the worry no more number and was told that they needed to start a new claim and at this time I reported screws falling out of one of the sectionals and the lady said she would have a technician inspect our furniture in home.
Technician finally came and took lots of pictures and instructed me to call worrynomore in about 3 days and I did that and was now told my claim was denied because there were more than “3 scratches”. As I explained this was a single occurrence per the terms and service and that it’s not 3 scratches as I read those to the agent. The agent was very rude and just said, "There is nothing I can do," and that the claim was denied. I had to ask 3 times to talk to a supervisor at which time they placed me on hold and told me that a supervisor would call me back in 72 hours and that never happened. Hey Fellow Consumers, heads up on Macy's Furniture and their WORRY NO MORE Warranty—don't fall for it! I want to share a cautionary experience to save you some trouble. Steer clear of their WORRY NO MORE Warranty. It might sound like a safety net, but let me tell you They promise to repair or replace if anything goes wrong with your furniture that's under the warranty guidelines, but in reality, it's NOT True.
Here's the deal: They'll ask for pics and videos when you file a claim, but when you do everything they ask, they'll turn around and deny your claim. Saying it's not cover but it is because it's on the pamphlet they give you, but they deny it anyway and tell you to take it up with the other department. It's a frustrating runaround where they shift responsibility from one department to another, leaving you stuck in the middle. They might even claim your warranty is void because you got a discount, due to the several issues you encounter with damaged items and missed delivered dates. Yep, the same discount meant to compensate for the issues you had with your original purchase.
And the real kicker? If they canceled your warranty, why didn't they refund the $499 right when you received the discount? Instead, they wait until you need the warranty, and suddenly it's a problem. They conveniently wait until you need and submit for repairs to drop the bomb that your warranty is canceled. It's like they're more interested in pocketing your hard-earned cash than standing by their warranty. It's a shady game, and it feels like they just want your money without delivering on their promises. Consider this a friendly heads-up: Macy's and their upcharge Worry No More Warranty? Not worth it. Save your hard-earned money for something more reliable and trustworthy. Trust me, it's a complete letdown—they won't honor the warranty when you need it most. I wouldn't recommend Macy's or their sketchy warranty to anyone. It's not protection; it's a complete scam. Don't fall for it!

We ordered Krofton 3 pc furniture as sofa, and a 3 pc loveseat with a console in between. This was in Macy's store in Oakland Mall, Michigan. The sales person - Susan ** - promised to deliver all pieces within a week. On the delivery day, only 5 pieces came and the console was missing. To find out what happened took a lot of effort in calling customer service and the store. Finally we found out that the console was put in a different order with a delivery date of one month later. A month later the piece came but this time it was a wrong piece. Instead of console, Susan ordered a armless chair. Took another few days to figure out what happened. Customer service was so bad that we couldn't get answer.
Finally I was able to get hold of Susan. She apologized first for her mistake, but then didn't correct it at all. It took me another 7 days to kept on calling to find out when the missing piece was going to come. No response from Susan or anyone from Macy. Out of frustration, I cancelled the console. We are really frustrated with the whole experience. I am writing this so everyone is aware of this bad service from Macy's and I wish no one should have to go through this. We will NEVER go to Macy's again.

The wait times on small replacement parts are unacceptable, to wait for a simple product as a switch for the recliner 2 - 12 weeks. If the product they're selling does not have the replacement parts to begin with, then take it off the market. To have a consumer believe the product they're buying with a warranty is guaranteed, with a price tag over $4000.00 should be a priority, DON'T SELL PRODUCTS THAT ALREADY HAVE KNOWN ISSUES. Brian the salesman even told me after coming in the store and complaining of the problem knew about it, Brian had told me he's told the manufacture and upper management about the problem. But, Macy's still has the couch on display. Warranty service came out July 28. They have until October 28. 12 weeks. TO BE CONTINUED.

By far the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. To begin, we purchased our custom couch in early January of 2023. At that time there was a "promotional deal" which entailed a 24-month 0% financing option which was great considering this couch cost nearly 4,000 dollars. We patiently waited at the store for almost 2 hours as our sales associate Khalil completed the transaction and were told the couch would take 2-3 months max for delivery. Fast forward 5 months and we had still not received our couch, not to mention there was absolutely no follow-up from Macy's or updates from Khalil regarding this extreme delay. The worst part is that we were making payments online from our purchase date, not to mention accruing interest on a couch we had not yet received. The "promo" deal had not even been applied and wouldn't until receipt of the couch.
Again, this was never communicated to us by Khalil during purchase of the couch. After several painful calls to customer service listening to automatic voice prompts and finally getting connected to a real person, we received an email to schedule delivery, which was surprisingly somewhat of an easy process. Our delivery was now set and we were eager to finally get our couch and put this all behind us. On the delivery day we even received text updates which was all very reassuring except when the delivery men arrived with only half of our couch. The entire chaise was missing, they claimed it was left at the factory in Los Angeles but would be arriving either same day or next. Come to find out the chaise was actually ripped in transit, beyond repair and therefore was unable to be delivered, we would need to re-order the entire missing piece.
Again, the worst part was that no one from Macy’s even gave us the courtesy of a heads-up prior to the delivery. Ultimately, we once again dealt with customer service for hours out of the day, canceled a donation pick-up of our old couch and finally got in touch with the manager Fabian who was overall patronizing and non-committal regarding timing of a new delivery. We then heard back approximately 3 days later from Khalil that there was no way to expedite delivery of a new chaise even considering it was the warehouse’s fault for damaging the product to begin with. The delivery would now take an additional 3 months, but Macy’s would compensate us with a measly 400.00 “for our time and inconvenience.” That was when we kindly declined and said we would be taking our business elsewhere. We then started the return process which was nothing short of a nightmare.
Multiple calls again to customer service and then Khalil who initially acted like he would help us, Fabian the manager couldn’t even bother to return our calls. Fabian and Khalil never rectified this situation to ensure that the refund was applied. We again called customer service a total of 4 times explaining that we still hadn’t received our refund, when we were told it would be applied in 5-7 business days. At one point the customer service representative even stated our previous call was disconnected which is why the refund wasn’t received, none of this was true. Today, nearly 2 months later and we finally received our refund. We are disgusted by the gross incompetence by Macy’s staff and unprofessionalism. Perhaps Macy’s was a better company decades ago, now it seems like bureaucracy at its worst and an overall failing company. To treat customers this way is simply unacceptable, take your business elsewhere.

This is a long review. But it’s the only way to get the whole situation across. 02/25: Ordered the Camden Heights Dining Room Table, 6 chairs, and the credenza at the Easton Macy’s for $4,054.04 which includes White Glove Service. We were told the delivery date would be texted to us. 03/28: Delivery Day. The credenza was assembled, 6 chairs arrived assembled, table came with NO hardware. That crew advised the office and they gave us a call. We were told it would take 24-72 hours for someone to call us. So, in the middle of the floor were table parts, a credenza against one wall, and 6 chairs lined up the other. 03/28: We emailed Timothy * the salesman at Easton and let him know what happened. 03/29: He emailed us back and said he would talk to his manager, Jonny ** about it. 03/29: Called customer service. “We will escalate this. Here’s a $266 refund.” Thanks, but we just want the table.
03/30: Still no call about delivery. No responses from anyone. 03/31: We call Customer Service again. “We will escalate this. Sorry for the inconvenience.” 04/01: We call Easton again. “We will get back with you after we call customer service.” 04/01: We IM Jackie **, Director of Customer Services via LinkedIn. No response to this very day. 04/01: We IM Tony Springs, President and CEO-Elect. He responds the same day. “Will have furniture customer service review and respond. Apologies for your experience.” 04/01: Ursuala ** advised via LinkedIn that Mr. Springs made her aware of the situation and the sales team she partnered with would be able to assist. 04/03: Rec’d a call from Sharon ** who advised the hardware was going to be shipped to us and would email the tracking. 04/03: Jonny ** called back and said he would come to our house and set up the table as soon as the hardware came in. 04/04: Got an email from Sharon with tracking.
04/07: Jonny arrives and gives us Macy’s Customer Accommodation Coupons. He begins to assemble the table only to find the base of the table does NOT fit; it’s the wrong base. He takes the table back to the store and gives us 3 options: 1. Take the floor model for free. (This floor model had been out there for AT LEAST 2 years; brand new chairs and credenza with a used table? No thank you. 2. Order a new table at 50% off to be delivered May 9th or 3. Call Customer Service and have them pick up the credenza and chairs and return it all. 04/10: Advised Jonny we’d take Option 2. 04/11: We emailed Sharon ** and advised her what happened. 04/14: Sharon ** emails us back and refunds us the original delivery of $321.43 and said she would do what she could to make sure the next delivery was correct. 05/08: Reached out to Jonny to advise we had not received any calls about delivery. He said he would call us tomorrow.
05/09: Jonny called and advised the table isn’t even at the warehouse and it isn’t expected to be until June 13th and THEN a delivery date would be provided. Also found out that all those Macy’s rewards we earned from the sale of the set were in the negative. 05/09: Emailed Sharon ** and advised her what happened. 05/09: IM’d Tony Springs again; no reply to this very day. 05/09: Rec’d an email from Sharon **: “I was under the impression the table had been assembled and all was good. I will check on this and get back to you tomorrow.” How in the world she thought that is beyond me except she never bothered to read the email we sent on 04/11. 05/11: Sharon ** emails us back and blames it all on a system error and asked how we’d like to proceed. 05/16: We advise we will give Macy’s another chance.
05/28: We receive a text message from Macy’s: Visit macys-delivery.com to schedule delivery for your order.” And they provide a sales order number. It doesn’t work. So we decided to try again the next day and still nothing. 05/31: Email Sharon ** to advise of the text. She isn’t sure what it is and says she sent a request to confirm that it is a new unopened tabletop. I don’t even know what the means because it being new or used shouldn’t have even been a factor IF she had read the emails sent to her to keep her apprised with what was going on.
Now somewhere in all of this Jonny ** checked out. He no longer had a dog in the fight. 06/04: We went to Macy’s at Easton to shop. Literally crossed paths with this man and eye contact with us BOTH, he looked at us, and kept it moving. This man was in my house, so I know he knows exactly who we were. My fiancé wanted to go over and talk to someone in the furniture dept anyway. I didn’t because I have absolutely no energy or desire to say anything nice. But whomever he talked to said he would tell Jonny when he returned, and he would give us a call to see if he had a delivery date. Needless to say, we never got a call.
06/05: Reach out to Sharon ** AGAIN since nobody has bothered to get back with us. She emails back and says she reached out to the warehouse and confirmed the new tabletop is included. (That’s what this whole thing was about, but ok.) The warehouse advised they would inspect the pieces before loading them on the truck with a delivery date of 06/09. 06/05: We confirm that date will work. 06/09: The table arrives. Wrong base and holes in the legs and tabletop would not line up with the holes in the other piece AND the base was a completely different color then the rest of the table. We immediately emailed Sharon ** and said we are done. We had them take the table back.
06/09: We followed it up with a phone call; got her voicemail and left a message, she called back and told us Macy’s never had any issues with this manufacturer before and pretty much blamed it on them. Not the warehouse for not doing what they said she told us they were going to do, which was check the table. We got a sales order number to have them come and get the 6 chairs and the credenza and get it all off the charge card.
I decided to reach out to the manufacturer, Legacy Classic Furniture to give me their side of the story. They never responded. I looked at their reviews online. They have 1/5 stars with the Better Business Bureau. They have 1 star because you have to give them at least one in order to submit a review. The reviews speak for themselves. Why Macy’s didn’t bother to review them before going into a partnership with them and present their products to their customers is beyond me.
I blame Macy’s 100%. It started with them and ended with them. From the CEO all the way to the warehouse, it has been a complete cluster. I do NOT recommend Macy’s Furniture to anyone. I do NOT have anything good to say about the supposed “escalations” or communication. If you can’t pick it up in your hands, purchase it in the store, and bring it home yourself, then proceed with caution. We are still without any dining room furniture, but it’s better than having to deal with Macy’s Furniture again.

I purchased a leather couch from Macy's Tukwila store on 09/04/22 and it was delivered on 09/14/2022. After using the couch for a few days, we realized that the sofa cushions are not firm and they were sagging a lot. The couch that we saw and sat on in the store had very firm cushions and that is the reason we chose this couch. After reporting the issue to Macy's, they sent a technician to inspect it. The technician agreed that there is a problem with the spring system with all four sections of the couch and he has seen this problem multiple times before. The same technician came to fix the couch after a week. He mentioned that he will be fixing three of the four seats since he only got work order for three.
The same technician inspected the issue and agreed that the issue exists in all four seats but still got work order for three seats. Why? I asked the technician again about the reason for the sagging issue and he mentioned that the springs have worn out. How can the springs worn out in less than two months with minimal use? Instead of replacing the spring system, he used a hacky solution to fix it by putting a cut out piece of wood under the spring so that it doesn't let the cushion move. How can you justify such a fix on a sofa which was purchased two months ago? The fix improved sagging a bit but not enough to make the couch comfortable to sit on, nor did it match the firmness of the couch we saw in the store.
After applying the hacky fix on two of the seats, the technician asked if he should fix the third seat as well. I declined the offer as the fix was not really working and might do more damage to the couch in the long run. I contacted customer service and they said that the technician submitted a report saying that the job was complete even though we were never satisfied with the fix and the technician only applied the fix on two out of four seats. After too much back and forth, customer service agreed to replace the couch and gave me a sales check number but didn't confirm if they will be replacing the entire couch or parts of it. They asked me to contact the store to confirm this. Weird, isn't it? They created the sales check but they couldn't confirm what's included in the sales check. Why?
Anyways, I contacted the store and the store associate told me that they will get back to me with this information. After not receiving a call for more than 4 hours, I called again and the associate confirmed that only one seat will be replaced. I tried to contact customer service again, but the brilliant voice response system that they have put in place is not connecting me to a human agent, nor I am getting any response on email.
First, they frauded me by sending poor quality merchandise which is nowhere close in comfort to the one on display in the store, then the technician submitted a false report of the fix and the customer service is honoring technician's report instead of listening to my complaint and then they duped me by replacing only a part of the couch instead of the entire couch. And don't forgot the multiple hours I spent writing emails and calling customer service. I'll probably have to live with this couch for a while since it's pretty pricey but I am never going to this fraud store again.

Macy's damages on the mattress were:1. Uneven mattress
2. When 2 people sleep on the bed 1 side has a BIG WHOLE
3. Other side is upward
4. The side with the BIG WHOLE is downward
Because of their stupidness I am suffering with lower back pain and body ache, I am afraid to sleep on the mattress. Besides that they told me that I have to wait for 90 days, they will send another person to inspect that damaged bed until January 15, 2023.

You will regret buying the extra warranty on the furniture. It's up to you to remember the purchase date and 5 or 7 years after that to claim it. A friend of mine bought tons of furniture and they never bothered to contact her. I bought a leather couch and I was further encouraged to purchase an additional warranty. The sales associate said that if I don't claim the warranty within a given time and do not require repair, I'd get my $200 back in the form of a gift certificate. The gift certificate would allow me to purchase any item in the store. He said it would be $200.
A couple of years ago, I thought I was due that redemption so, I went to the furniture department. Another sales associate repeated the same thing. He reminded me that I was a couple of years early. When I claimed it, it came in a form of a voucher which has an expiration date; it's 90 days after issuance. Plus they took off $2, so $198 was my total. Then the final kicker was the department was limited to the Furniture department. I can buy Rugs and Mattresses. If this is not a scam I'm not sure what is. They should just offer to give half back in gift cards to spend in any department. Their strategy is that most people will forget to claim it themselves. I have never been so disgusted by a merchant like this before.

Over 7 years ago I purchased 2 Recliners for a Total of $1000 at Macy's Furniture online in Denver, Colorado. At the time of purchasing these 2 Recliners, I also purchased a protection service for $198 called WorryNoMore that is to be redeemed in the form of a $198 voucher since I did not use this service. I did qualify and received my $198 WorryNoMore Voucher that has turned out to be a complete scam. I can only buy Rugs, Mattresses or Furniture. This voucher can only be used for a "scheduled delivery" item with the lowest delivery rate of $75. In other words, there is no free delivery with any "scheduled delivery" item unless that "scheduled delivery" item is over $750.
If I buy a "scheduled delivery" allowed product for $119 then the $198 voucher only covers the $119 product plus the sales tax but not the $75 Delivery Fee that I would have to pay with my Platinum Macy's AMEX Credit Card. What a complete ripoff. I get free delivery on anything for any amount online with my Macy's AMEX CARD as a Platinum member but not with the Macy's WorryNoMore $198 voucher. I am fuming. I hope a legal lawsuit is brought against this WorryNoMore Protection SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WORRYNOMORE PROTECTION PROGRAM SCAM OR YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.

We bought our Radley Sectional the December before the pandemic. We have two kids and a dog, so we made sure to get stain and fur resistant fabric and waited the 2 months for delivery. Also, we paid extra for the warranty (kids and a dog, right?). Within one year, the seam on a cushion started splitting open (it’s a nearly foot long gash and the fabric is too frayed to stitch together). We had to wash another cushion cover after an accident and the zipper broke. We called the warranty company and they rejected our claim. The couch is 2.5 years old now, we’ve been living with the batting exposed on the cushions for the past year because the covers are destroyed. Our cheap $550 Ikea couch lasted 7 years. Don’t waste your money on a couch from Macy’s. I thought they made good products that would last. I also thought I could make sure it would last with the repair service plan. I was wrong on both counts. Look elsewhere for your couch.

Ordered a two piece sectional sofa on February 20, 2021 was told it would be delivered in late March or early April. I can understand COVID delays, but not the inability for Macy’s to communicate the delay and good luck getting through that black hole of customer service. They actually tell you when you call “in the event you get the opportunity to speak with someone”… We were told sofa arrived on May 29 at warehouse and we can schedule delivery. But wait, they only deliver furniture 2 days a month and the soonest delivery data available is July 22! If it takes two months to deliver something how about schedule a few more delivery dates a month???
This week we were finally ready to get the sofa after more than 5 months and received a call two days before delivery date that the sofa was discontinued and no longer available! So after 35 minutes navigating the black hole of a customer service phone number we find out only 1 piece of the sectional is in and the were going to deliver that!!!! Who does that! After 27 more minutes got a supervisor on the phone that get this, offered 10% off another piece of furniture to replace this one! I do not know what happened to this company but they should be shut down and never be allowed to sell furniture again. The company has made darn sure you cannot complain to them directly, and if you write an e-mail, they don't respond. They are happy to keep charging you, though. Had the WORST experience purchasing a VERY expensive TempurPedic mattress from Macy’s. When we were deciding on a mattress, we visited Macy’s physical locations several times, no one helped us. Okay, fine. So we decide on a mattress and purchase it online. A few days later, we were contacted by the Sales Department to add a Value Protection Liner for $160 ($186.91 after tax) to maintain the warranty. We were advised that Macy’s would replace this liner if it ever got stained or ripped. I agreed to this charge and provided a new card number for that transaction.
When the mattress was delivered about a week later, it arrived by itself with no liner. I immediately called Macy’s to ask what happened to the liner. They told me it was never ordered (okay….) because the previous person had not fully submitted it when I spoke to her the week before. So I ONCE AGAIN placed the order with that salesperson, who proceeded to charge me TWICE for this mattress liner (so $186.91, twice). I was advised that the first charge would fall off, because it was in error, and the liner would arrive in a few days.
I requested email confirmation, but never received one. So once again, on the following Monday (I paid the previous Friday) I followed up with Macy’s to make sure things were set up correctly this time. Of course, they were not. I was advised on this call that the ordered was CANCELLED because the card was declined (how?!? When I was charged?!?) and now they can no longer honor the Value Protection offer because it’s been too long since the delivery. What?!?
So now I’ve been waiting almost a week to get my money back for a product I’m never going to receive. The “manager” was so rude, literally said “I’m sure you can find another mattress liner”. I am absolutely incensed. Our mattress was more than $4000. Macy’s is still holding the charges under “pending” so my bank will not release the funds back to me. I have quite literally been stolen from. And at this point I’m considering pressing charges. Will NEVER use Macy’s again.

I purchased the Rachael Ray Chelsea bedroom set and a mattress with the White Glove Delivery Service in July 2021. After multiple delays, I was given a delivery date for my furniture but only the mattress was delivered. It took multiple phone calls to my sales agent and customer service to figure out that nobody seemed to know when the rest of the furniture would be in stock. I was also charged for Worry No More, which I never even purchased. It took several calls to the billing department to correct. After another month, I was given my delivery date. The chest arrived damage so was advised to refuse delivery. I was never told that this would mean the price of the chest would be deducted from my original bill and recharged once delivered.
Since I bought it on a sale, the Billing Department was confused on how much to actually deduct and re-charge, which resulted in several more calls to get that corrected. There were two more attempts to deliver my chest (each one month apart) but both still with significant damage (one of them actually had a giant hole through the chest which looked like a pole has gone through it). Finally, after another month, a non damaged chest arrived. However, the delivery men DRAGGED it across my brand new floors, steps, and put several holes in my wall (I will also add that none of my White Glove Delivery people ever took their shoes off, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, etc. so would hardly call them “White Glove”).
I contacted Macy’s to inform them of the damage to my home and furniture. After nearly two hours of the customer service rep screaming at me, I was only given a $30 refund for damage to my home (it cost significantly more to actually repair and some is not even able to fully be repaired). It has also now taken 2 visits from the technician (there were also 2 times in which the appointment was cancelled at 5 PM the day prior) and the chest is still damaged - the top drawer does not close properly. I have been told that Macy’s will contact me if they are willing to replace the broker drawer.
So, after 9 months, dozens of calls to Macy’s with the rudest customer service team I have ever encountered, and a few thousand dollars later, I am left with lingering damage to my home and a broken piece of furniture. I am beyond disgusted with Macy’s furniture and will never purchase anything from them again. My family members who have also been loyal customers of Macy’s for decades will also not return to them. I STRONGLY URGE everyone to avoid purchasing furniture from this terrible company!

Advising to anyone out there to never buy furniture at Macy's, very poor quality and if you were to purchase furniture, DO NOT purchase the Worry No More Protection Plan, it is a total rip off! I discovered a 2 inch material flaw in the cushion of our sectional within the year of our purchase. I called to file a claim with the plan, first off, they couldn't find that I purchased the plan, I had to send a copy of the receipt that showed it was purchased. Then I had to wait 2 months for a technician to come over. Then the technician told me they would put in a request for a new cushion cover and said it could take several months because of covid.
9 months go by and I finally call. I'm told that material flaws are not covered. It does not say specifically in their coverage but how they get away with basically covering nothing is a clause that says "Anything not specifically listed in the COVERAGE section is excluded" But, if my dog was to accidentally rip with his claws, they would cover that, supposedly, but I'm sure there is a clause that would exempt that as well. Absolutely makes no sense! The material flaw was from the manufacture, not anything I did, they don't stand behind their own product. The salesperson will tell you how wonderful this plan is and that it covers EVERYTHING! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! Don't even buy the furniture here. The sectional we purchased is terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased an entire bedroom set at the end of November and was told by the Sales Associate that everything was in stock and would be expected for delivery in January. Come January, customer service notified me and said the order was NOT in stock and that the furniture was expected to arrive to the warehouse in February. Another notification a couple weeks later came through extending to March, then yet another extending to April.
Out of nowhere, Macy's contacts me in February saying the whole set magically appeared in the warehouse and was ready to be delivered. The set was delivered to my home damaged. The delivery driver took pictures and sent away to Macy's to initiate the exchange process, however I was not notified the process was initiated and had to contact customer service myself.
A week later, a new delivery driver shows up to swap out the damaged product with the new one. He called upon arrival and refused to deliver my furniture as my walkway was not shoveled. There was a light dusting of snow on the ground and posed no issues. I asked if I could hurry up and sweep the walkaway to which he replied "I don't have time to wait around for you and have other stops." I proceeded to run outside and shovel my walkway immediately as the two delivery drivers were still parked outside. As I was done in less than 1 minute and clearly pointed to them that the walkway was clear, they drove away and did not deliver my furniture.
Macy's credited me $80 for my "inconvenience" and doesn't have a definite time to provide me as to when my furniture will be re-delivered. There is also no statement on Macy's website or sales check information that states your walkway must be cleared prior to delivery. Perhaps Macy's should review their White Glove Delivery Commitment policy. The delivery drivers are outsourced so it's not even a real Macy's employee. They are simply LAZY! Never buy a piece of furniture from Macy's. They will give you the run around and just take your money. Never again will I purchase any item from this trash company.

But the salesman told me that the warranty covered pet damage - and I was replacing my current couch due to pet damage from several pets over the years. Against my better judgement I let the salesman talk me into buying the coverage.
Fast forward to December 2021, and my current dog damaged the couch - a rip on one of the cushions, claw marks on the top back. I contacted WorryNoMore and submitted everything they asked - pictures and a video. I was told someone would come to my house and repair the damage. The technician came, looked at the couch, took more pictures and then told me "he couldn't repair" the damage. Someone would get back to me.
Sure enough, the claim was denied because "it appears that the reported issue is not explicitly listed in the coverage section of your protection plan. According to the terms and conditions, anything not specifically listed in the COVERAGE section is excluded and, therefore, ineligible for service." If you read the coverage, it's very vague - coverage for accidental stains and/or damage. How is this not covered? I tried appealing, but of course it was denied. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email the day before with a small window of time for delivery but never did.
On the 22nd at around 3:30pm I received a text with a tracking link that I was the next delivery. I went to the link and was surprised to see the bubble for my address at the wrong location on the map. I quickly called customer service and talked to someone with extremely broken English and explained the situation. She told me she would correct the tracking map and alert the driver (first lie). I call customer service right away and told them that tracking showed the delivery truck less than 3 miles from me so could she call the driver and tell them the right address. She said she would. (Second lie) My delivery did not come, now the tracking link has been disabled.
I call customer service again and ask for the drivers number so I can talk to them myself. She said the driver had my number and would call if they could not find me. They did not call (third lie). I called customer service again and asked for the delivery manager’s phone number so I could call him to see about picking my mattress up at their warehouse. She said she could not give me the phone number but would call the delivery manager and have him call me the next day and would call me herself to make sure I received a call from the delivery manager. I received a call from no one. (Fourth lie) I called customer service again and found out my order was now rescheduled to be delivered on1/12/22. Almost 2 months after I ordered it.
I explained how I had company coming in and no mattress for them to sleep on as I got rid of my old mattress after I had confirmation the new mattress was to be delivered on 12/22. (Big mistake on my part) She apologized but said there was nothing she could do. I went out and bought a cheap mat for temporary use and called customer service again to see if they would reduce the price of my mattress since I had to wait so long, go through the aggravation of customer service telling lies, and all my added expenses.

I bought warranty on multiple pieces of furniture from Macy's because the salespeople said it was a good idea and I believe in insurance. Don't. Save your money to replace whatever item has been damaged. My couch has the warranty, which includes rips, tears, stains, chips, manufacturer defect, etc. or at least says it does. For the last few months I have had a few major issues pop up with the couch.
2) I spilled V8 staining it and then a month later accidentally spilled mustard as well (stains).
3) My dog had surgery and urinated on the couch because of the accident. (pet)
4) I was carrying a metal grate and accidentally hit the couch causing a rip on the side (rip).
Each of these individually would have been good enough for warranty request under the stated terms from my conversation with Worrynomore. However, because I flipped the cushions and hid the rip behind something all of this damage was just "normal wear and tear". They said that because I did not request the individual issue it all goes to normal life events.
If you have worrynomore then my advice is to document and request EVERYTHING and ANYTHING the moment it happens. If you spill a glass of wine, request the warranty instead of flipping the cushion. If your puppy chews on the legs of the bed, don't just let it go because you want to honor the spirit of the warranty as being for material items that cannot be "hidden or put up with". Macy's does not care about you trying to honor the spirit of warranty and will do everything they can to deny payment. It is a bad experience and a bad deal. People used to ask me about Macy's furniture and I was relatively positive. Not now. It is a horrible experience and a headache.

Supervisors can only place requests to warehouse managers. Frustrated, I wrote an email to the VP of Customer Service. I have never had such a poor experience ordering furniture. On Memorial Day I went to Macy’s and found a mattress which I purchased for delivery on July 24th. I got a receipt that had the delivery written in bold letters and even circled. I called my bank to authorize the transfer and saw the money leave my account. A month later I received an email from Macy’s stating that I had not authorized the payment. I thought it was strange but authorized it again anyways since the original transaction disappeared from my account. Once again I saw the money leave my account and got a confirmation email with the delivery date as July 24th.
A few weeks later I received another call that I had not authorized my transaction and that the soonest they could deliver my mattress was August 2nd. The people that I spoke to on the phone about the issue lacked knowledge and were very rude. They could not even guarantee that this issue would not happen again in the future and insisted that I had made a mistake even though I had plenty of proof that I had not. Needless to say I canceled my order and WILL NOT be shopping at Macy’s Furniture in the future!

I bought a sofa set from Macy's back in 2016 and Worry-No-More (WNM) policy to have a peace of mind about potential stain or markers my kids would make. We never had any incidents for years and just recently when we moved to our new home and working and learning remotely, we has used the set more frequently.
1. out of time frame: I just made a guess it was around 16-30 days and was told has to be within 15 days.
2. we were abusing the sofa. I did not understand what they meant by "abuse". We use it for seating; did they mean we seat too much on them?
3. We did not take necessary step to prevent incidents. Based on what was told, I should have covered the sofas whenever my kids are around and doing something. Why did I buy the policy when I need to worry that much? Why did I buy the sofas and cover it the whole time because the sofas are in our great room and my kids are always playing around the room.
4. We did not maintain the sofas as recommended. I clean the sofas very often.
What do they mean by WORRY NO MORE? A complete cheat! For this reason, I will never shop at Macy's again. A goodbye from a Platinum member.

They repeated Tony rd B. Spelled it for them again and they got the City wrong spelled. Lodi they spelled it Logy.
Finally over 5 months after I ordered it the delivery date came but believe it or not they had the wrong address. New delivery date delivery truck got lost. Had to navigate them to the house which wasn’t easy because of a language barrier. The guys couldn’t get it in the door so they were going to take it back???? The same sectional I’ve purchased is still advertised for a 6 week delivery window, so does that mean orders placed after mine will be completed first??? At Macy’s you’re just told lies to trick you into purchasing sofas with falsely advertised/promised delivery expectations.
After repeatedly following up for an update, I was told I may receive it in May and was asked what I wanted to do at this point. After having waited this long after getting rid of my sofa in anticipation for the sectional in February, I wouldn’t want to have to cancel my order, but I still haven’t been provided with a delivery date months later. We moved from San Francisco to Oakley. We decided after shopping several places we would go with Macy's because wife had a good experience with a couch before. First we bought our mattress and support beds at Macy's. The gentleman was very helpful. We then decided to purchase a $5000 couch as well after already spending $6000 on bedding. The mattress and bedding were ok with the exception of them delivering the wrong size supporter for my son's full size bed. We did not receive the right size until 3 weeks later with no follow up email or phone call to let us know they were coming to deliver.
It then gets worse, the lady at the city San Mateo furniture place decides that she has to sell us extra pieces to get a cheaper price but told us when the couch is delivered tell the delivery drivers we no longer needed the extra pieces so we can get refunded. After several phone calls attempting to reach the salesperson I requested to speak to the supervisor since one of the several customer service numbers had no recollection of the purchase order numbers. Furthermore Macy's continued to hold pending charges on our credit card after telling us we won't get charged till the furniture is delivered in March. We waited and we continued to get email that it will come in April, then May, now June.
This is a little snippet of several false promises and horrible customer service. I tend to believe most people will write a review when upset and not happy with the service. In all fairness my wife choice Macy's because of prior experiences. With that being said after spending over 10,000 dollars we will request a refund and will never purchase furniture from Macy's again. I also understand the pandemic has caused an issue with back orders, but the lack of customer service to get a sale and get their commission is very disheartening as we now are without a couch and continue to sit on hardwood at our new HOUSE!!!!

He said 1 cushion was all he was supposed to clean.?
Why when I purchased a sofa with the Worry No More Warranties warranty - the promises of this fulfilled warranty that included "Pet Stains" - and when I finally called in to report the issue - it's been a complete JOKE. No one can tell me anything and after many calls and finally going into the store I finally got some kind of help - but when your promises of cleaning 3 cushions doesn't happen and the cleaning person refuses - I again have to fight to get the promises completed? Purchases with false promises almost feels like fraud and taking advantage of the elderly by the Worry No More Warranty.
Now I am sitting on hold once again with the Worry No More Warranty - which overall from the get-go I have spent about 4.5 hours from the initial call, going to the store and dealing with more calls and even through emails and then waiting for the man to come out and steam clean 1 cushion, This Warranty is not what I was promised - it's very misleading and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. At this time I feel it is almost an insult to me to deal with unkept promises - it's either deliver your promises or refund my full amount of what I paid for this Worry No More Warranty. I purchased a sofa and decorative chair, the decorative chair had to be replaced after we found out it was missing screws, the person who came out (3rd party) determined he could not fix and chair had to be replaced. The sofa.... Where do I start. This piece of crap is not even 2 years old and the right hand side of the sofa has sunken in so bad, your butt can literally touch the floor, you would think a minivan has been sitting there.
They had another (third party) come out who said to me they could not fix it as the issue would reoccur if cushion was replaced. He said he would submit info to Macy's for final resolutions. After a few days and no calls I contacted them, they stated this was categorized as normal wear and tear... What you having a sofa that is not even 2 years with 1 side hitting the floor is normal wear and whattt.... I contacted Macy's who was of no use. The 3rd party they sent out clearly stated there was no fix. I have had toilet paper last longer than this sofa. Conflicting information, sub par products and one very disappointed customer with a useless sofa... Sofa lifespans should not be a year and 5, my last sofa lasted 5 years. Macy's furniture is a joke. Macy's so-called White Glove Service, which is actually the name of the company they use to deliver furniture, is awful! If there were no stars available, I would actually give them negative ones. They delivered twice to my home, once two patio chairs and once a patio table. With regard to the chairs, they wanted to know if I needed to have the chairs taken out of their boxes! With regard to the patio table, I had made requests twice to Macy's representatives to ensure that they would be wearing masks over their noses. One did, one did not. When I asked him to put his mask over his nose, he refused and simply went back into the truck!
The other one finished putting the table together (in a light drizzle) and then left it in the garage. It would have been very easy for them to put the table together in the garage. In any case, the table looks awful, with many scratches and dents. I will be returning the table and requesting a refund of the delivery charges for both the chairs and the table. When filling out your claim, they have pre-populated phrases that you have to choose from, and even if your issue doesn't necessarily fit into one of them, you have no choice, you have to choose one. This is how they force you to put down an issue that they can then come back and say isn't covered. There is nowhere to write in your own words about the issue. Then December 14th. Two week delay each time. I finally called and spoke to them and they told us that they were entirely dependent on the manufacturer and have to move it 2 weeks at a time - meaning this issue could have gone on for months. Zero accountability or help. Zero effort to get a realistic timeframe from the vendor.
We were offered $150 off of our $4000 purchase (whoop dee do!) when we complained in November. After that, they offered no other help, discount, guidance or resolution - their only feedback was "if you don't want it, you can cancel the order and buy something else." So now we are starting the waiting period all over again with another vendor.
Overall, I know things happen, especially with COVID. But the deliberate misleading of the consumer when it comes to wait times is unacceptable. Run from this company. Try Wayfair or a local vendor. The customer service I received was deplorable and it is yet to be determined whether they will show up for the next delivery "appointment". My suggestion is, don't take off work or make a special effort to be available for their delivery time because it's likely they may not show up, or even notify you that they aren't coming. They are extremely unprofessional.

We purchased 2 matching power recliners in May of 2017. In April of this year, one of them stopped reclining and my 74 year old wife was stuck. With much I was able to extract her from the chair. Thank God as I am 77. In addition, I discovered that the leather on the seating area was flaking off in several areas. I am a retired large loss insurance adjuster and know how to read an insurance policy. After reading totally it seemed to me to be a covered loss.
I turned in on our Worry No More policy. It was almost immediately refused. I called and complained & they inspected the chairs twice. The inspector told us both times that they should be covered for exchange. I even disputed their decision, but they declined the claim again. My only options are to sue in small claims or take them to arbitration, an additional expense. I have not decided if I will proceed. I can only warn anyone planning to buy furniture from Macy's, DON'T! They and their insurance are totally without value, in my opinion a con. Spend your money with some other company. I can only say that the reports that they are are on the verge of bankruptcy are probably true!

Ordered a sectional on-line. That part was easy. Scheduled delivery on-line. That part was easy too. Needed to reschedule. That is when it all went downhill. Could not do it on-line because it was not within 24 hours of delivery. But needed a specific date that was shortly after the scheduled date and knew I might not get that date if I waited until 24 hours before. Emailed 2x. NO RESPONSE. Called the first time and took over 3 minutes to get to the correct "person" but was immediately informed my wait time would be over 60 minutes. Could not hold. Called later that day and waited 1 hour and 13 minutes before I could speak with a person. No call back option either.
The person was great. Checked to make sure delivery window open - took a bit but came back after another 20 minutes to confirm all set for the date needed. Asked him to send me and email confirmation - he said the system would and confirmed my email. Great. Never got an email. Tried to check status of delivery but again will not let you until 24 hours before. Emailed numerous times. NO RESPONSE TO DATE. Tried to go through a different area of the site and it said it could schedule me for delivery. Does that mean I am not scheduled for Saturday the 25th as confirmed in my conversation after almost two hours on the phone the week before? No way to confirm. Called and my wait time I was told was over 45 minutes.
While holding I called a local store. The woman said she was not sure she could find my order but she did easily with my phone number. She said, "I see it and it is not scheduled for delivery yet (I had explained why I was calling), do you want me to schedule it." I said, "No, I just need a # to speak to a human to get Macy's to fix their mistake and get my couch delivered the 25th as previously scheduled." She got a bit snippy. I apologized and said I am not upset with her but I need to speak with someone who can make this happen. She said, "It cannot happen because your furniture is in a warehouse in NJ (I am in MA) and there is no way for it to get to you." Seriously?
She then kindly asked me what I wanted to do. Explained I wanted to cancel it. I would rather wait a month for another one than have to deal with Macy's again. I GET that Covid is an issue, but there is no customer service. At the very least, give a call back option. We had a great experience in store many times. I suggest you never order on-line. Go in the store. It is worth it. You will have a sales associate to reach if you need to.

I recently bought a Twin XL mattress from Macy's for a guest bedroom. I ordered online, as I bought the same brand and type of bed I had bought from Macys four years ago in a King size. The bed delivery was delayed by several weeks due to Covid, but I was notified in advance and not a big deal. The delivery date came and everything went really smoothly (the delivery guys were awesome). However, in testing out the bed by sleeping on it for a few nights, I realized it didn't sleep the same at all as my King size bed. We compared the mattress tags, and saw that while the type of materials were the same, the percentages of the materials had changed. The bed just wasn't the sleep experience we wanted, and attributed it to these changes.
I called Macy's to return the mattress, and about 40 minutes later I actually got through to a live person. I explained I wanted to return the bed, and they indicated no problem. They set up a date for the return, and indicated that the money I had paid would be returned to my credit card after they had receipt of the mattress. The date for the return came, and the delivery men were again really wonderful. However, the hell began when I finally got notice of the return amount on my credit card. It was short by $495.00 dollars. I called Macys thinking that they had simply made a mistake. After an hour waiting to talk to someone, I got a live person, and they indicated to me that the $495 was the return fee!!!!
I explained that I had not been told of this amount as a return fee, and the customer representative told me that there was nothing he or his manager could do since the ticket had been closed. They offered me 15% off another item - as if this would compensate for the $495 I was now out. I feel that Macys acted in error to not have informed me of the $495 return fee when I called to return the mattress, and should have made it right when I called after the money was credited. I can understand a $100 return fee, but $495? This is a huge amount of money, and should have been disclosed.

We purchased a couch from Macy's. The salesperson strong armed us into the "Worry No More" protection plan for over $200. The plan claims to cover just about everything you can imagine. For our first claim we had some spills, we used their cleaning kit. It didn't work, so we filed a claim. They ignored the claim. Upon such follow up they sent a cleaning kit and closed the claim and ignored. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED.
A couple years later, still under warranty, the couch frame broke. They declined the claim. Upon further pressure they sent out and inspector who cut open the bottom of the couch, agreed that the damage "just happens sometimes" and confirmed it was pretty normal. However, he is a third party contractor and has no say in the matter, he just sends in the photos.
Unsurprisingly the claim was closed citing "Based on the information and photos provided, it appears that the damage is a result of improper care and maintenance of the reported item. Unfortunately, the plan that you purchased specifically excludes improper maintenance, care and neglect. Please refer to the terms and conditions for detailed coverage and exclusion information. He told me he couldn't fix it cause he didnt have the tools but that he ordered the part and when it gets delivered here to call and have them schedule for them to come out and install. Another few months pass and no part. I called, they said the guy who came couldnt order parts but apologized and said they will send the part. The delivery driver asked me if I had a picture of the furniture which I showed him. Called Macy's customer care and they wanted to charge me more than what was included in the price on the showroom as they could not pull the price for the furniture.
The drivers left a mess in my yard and driveway which I complained and made them come back to clean up. Keep in mind they charge you 250$ for the white glove delivery service which was nothing special, they bring your furniture in the house and in my case leave a complete mess, then drive off. In the end, I had them take the furniture as it was not what I purchased and I sure don't want to pay more than the commitment that was made to me. If I was able, I would give Macy's ZERO STARS. My husband and I purchased a sectional couch, which is very costly. We were between two colors, white and grey. The sales representative told us that if we purchased the grey couch it would be delivered before Thanksgiving. She told us we would need to dispose of our old furniture or there would be a fee. My husband and I removed the furniture based off of the arrival date we were given. We expected to be without furniture for 2-3 days tops. However, the delivery was then delayed and the company did not even inform us this was happening, we had to call customer service ourselves.
We were then told it would be a two week delay, were given a new date for arrival, and were told once the furniture arrived it could be delivered soon after. We had to cancel our Thanksgiving plans because we had nowhere to sit in our living room. The delivery date arrives and we still did not receive any notification. We called customer service yet again and were told the furniture did not arrive as expected. The representative finally gave us a $75 discount (barely any compensation for the hassle).
In addition, the customer service representative was rude and argumentative. My husband called again to discuss this issue and find out exactly when the furniture would be arriving as we had planned another holiday party and it was quickly approaching. We were unsure if we wanted to keep the couch/considered purchasing from a different store. Our decision would be determined by when the couch would be arriving. The customer service representative informed him it would be arriving soon and gave a new date. However, the person he spoke to was also argumentative and extremely unhelpful.
After no word from Macy's and back and forth communication with different employees, we learned three of the couch pieces had arrived so we had them delivered. The delivery crew was helpful throughout this process and informed us they have seen a lot of delays lately. We expressed how dissatisfied we were and they assisted us in calling Macy's since we were not having very much luck. Macy's discounted an additional $75 and the $133 for the delivery issues.
Weeks went on and we never heard from Macy's regarding the fourth piece of the couch we had purchased. It was us again who had to contact customer service- sitting on hold and being spoken to as if we were being ridiculous for feeling frustrated. FIRST RULE of customer service- the customer is always right (especially in this situation). Each person we spoke to gave us different information and dates for delivery. Finally, we spoke to someone named Nigel who stated we could return the pieces we had and if we decided to keep them, Macy's could provide another discount for the inconvenience. We told Nigel we would need to think it over because he informed us the fourth piece could take up to a total of four months to be delivered. Nigel guaranteed he would call us the following day to let him know our decision.
The next day, we got an email stating the fourth item would arrive the next week. However, we never got a call from Nigel as promised. My husband and I contacted customer service again and told them we wanted to move forward with the fourth couch piece as we had already waited two months (what's another week at this point) and it helped that we were sent an email stating it would arrive soon. We requested the final discount we were guaranteed by Nigel and the representative told us she could only take an additional $50 off. We were appalled and found it RIDICULOUS that Macy's thought that compensation was enough.
A week later, I received an email from Macy's stating the couch was in, we thought FINALLY we are done with Macy's!!!! I called to set up the delivery and the woman I spoke to was nasty and transferred me to someone else because I had requested the couch be delivered ASAP. I also inquired about delivery times and she became frustrated that I shared the hours I work. Even after the experience we have had up to this point, the representative did not even try to set up a delivery that was convenient and timely. We now have to wait until next week. This couch was surely not provided at the expected delivery date we were told when we purchased it.
Macy's uses false advertising to make sales. Macy's makes promises they cannot keep and their representatives give false information and have nasty attitudes. My husband and I are very disappointed and will never purchase another item from here again. We also plan to share this experience with all of our friends and family who were thinking of shopping at Macy's this holiday season. After everything we have been through, we only received $333 off total. This is pathetic and our compensation was not worth the service we received.

We furnished our home from Macy's in 2014 and were sold a 7 year warranty for our leather sectional w/ electronic recliners. As this was a few thousand dollar item, we wanted to be sure we had some protection given the mechanical components. The electronic recliner in the middle section had an issue in year 5 (2019). Upon calling the warranty department they call 'Worry No More', they only looked for loopholes to not repair the matter after putting us through a cumbersome process (numerous calls, requiring pictures and videos to be uploaded).
A warranty should be like insurance and should protect you if you have an issue. They cited that we did not report the issue within a 15 day period which was not the case as we placed a call to their service center within 15 days. However, it took longer than 15 days to jump through all of their hoops to file a claim online. We entered in some information incorrectly online and could not modify the information. We tried to explain this to multiple reps and their managers only to be told their hands were tied.
If we wanted them to honor the warranty in the future, we would need one of their reps to repair it at our sole cost and issue a letter stating this was back to manufacturer condition. I doubt their willingness to honor any repairs and know they are not credible based on how they handled this matter. We were forced to pay $65 for a service call and a $200 repair which the tech said is a warrantied part (if you jump through their hoops properly, that is). What a scam! Nothing like a warranty company whose job is not to help you, not to cover the product and waste your valuable time.
As a result, I would not purchase anything like this from Macys again but would chose a company who stands behind their products with a warranty you can count on. This was not a free warranty mind you but one we paid hundreds of dollars for coverage on their promise that it's very customer friendly and we would have peace of mind. Buyer beware here, don't pay for the upgraded warranty or better yet, don't do business w/ Macy's when it comes to bigger ticket items. The store personnel (who are wonderful) can't help you b/c this is outsourced to a 3rd party whose job it is to not help offer service or repair.

This one star review is for Macy’s policy/management regarding selling its customers a flawed or defective Julius II sectional combination and not taking responsibility for it. ***WARNING*** If you plan to purchase the Julius II with a power reclining sectional right next to a RIGHT ARM (RA) power recliner, the RA sectional as it reclines will cause the sectional (on its left) to also move and recline. This is due to the control buttons being mounted on the side of the seat cushion rubbing and being depressed as the RA sectional reclines.
Macy’s service and management refuse to admit this issue is a defect, but rather a design flaw to avoid responsibility. An exchange was offered by our salesperson, but then Macy’s wanted to charge us a 15% usage/restocking fee for a $3k purchase. We said nope. Then they agreed to waive the restocking fee but told us the price of the couch we wanted to exchange to had gone up from when we 1st saw in the store. We said nope and that they needed to honor its original sale price.
They finally agreed and we were ready to proceed with the exchange paperwork when another curveball was thrown at us — we had to pay for another shipping fee. We said nope. Couch was purchased on 8/31/19 and at the time of this review, issue has not been resolved. For salespeople, Nilar & Charlotte, who tried their best to help us, I would give them 4 stars. -1 star for not knowing this flaw/defective sectional combination in the Julius II which is apparently their best selling couch.

This was a terrible experience from the beginning. When there was an error with the payment the day before delivery they automatically pulled my couch from the truck giving me no opportunity to rectify the problem before missing the delivery. Because of this, we had to wait an additional week which was incredibly frustrated because we had just moved so we had no couch at all. When I reached out to customer service the representative was kind and respectful but it was made clear that they took no responsibility even though I had absolutely no opportunity to fix the problem.
Soon after it was delivered we noticed that the fabric on one of the cushions appeared to be stretched out and it continued to get worse, only on one cushion. We filed a claim and someone came out, took pictures (after I had already set some myself), made a comment about pet hair on the couch and left. We never heard back. A couple weeks later I followed up and I was informed that the man who came to look at it said it was covered in dog hair (absolutely not true) and that it was automatically declined because it was due to pet damage.
This is not true and was very obviously a manufacturing error but now we are told it won't be covered. I am so disappointed and will never purchase furniture through Macy's again. I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone about the terrible experience and lack of accountability of this company. I spent quite a lot of money for this couch and have been disappointed every step of the way. This is not how people who spend money at your company should be treated.

I should have read the reviews on Macy’s Worry No More before my purchase. First of all I never asked for the warranty plan. It was on my statement when I went to pay. But after hearing the sales person rave about the plan and how you could physically damage the furniture and it would be covered. After 2 attempts to put in a claim for my dining table that the finish had completely worn off and now everything sticks to the table I was told it’s not covered. The first time they sent a representative he told my husband I was cleaning it with abrasive cleaners. How the hell does he know that was he over for dinner and saw me cleaning the table with Clorox?
I called up and told worry no more that is a false statement. I only cleaned with the products they gave me. Previously when they sent a professional cleaner for my chairs he told me the worry no more products are damaging to furniture. I stopped using them and only used a damp rag with nothing on it. Slowly all the finish came off my table. I am horrified with their lack of customer service. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I am very disappointed in Macy's as a return furniture customer. I purchased a sectional and the worry no more insurance...well you should worry if you need to use the insurance as they make sure nothing is covered. Worry no more sent out a tech who told us the location of the hole in my sofa would not be repairable based on the location which means it would have to be replaced under the policy. The next thing I I know I was receiving a letter from the insurance company indicating my claim was denied due to accumulation. This is completely opposite of what was shared during the onsite visit by the service technician.
I feel like I was ripped off by Macys and Worry no more protection!! I will never buy from Macy's again or purchase the worry no more coverage. The holes should have been repaired and the discoloring on the sofa is an issue as well for what I paid. I wish there was a no star rating!! I would definitely support a class action lawsuit.

DO NOT BUY FROM MACY'S FURNITURE. It is a waste of time, energy and peace of mind to order from Macy's furniture! I ordered a dining room set that they assured me would fully be in stock on October 20th. I needed this for Thanksgiving. Four phone calls later and having numerous lies told to me, I get an email on November 7th stating that my order is expected to arrive 1/14/2020! Are they serious? After being strung along and lied to for 3 weeks I spoke with a "supervisor" and cancelled my order. I should have heeded all the bad reviews I read about Macy's furniture and never ordered in the first place. Please take the advice of all the reviews that have been written and stay away from Macy's Furniture.

Shop elsewhere. My husband purchased a couch from Macy’s - and it has been nothing but awful. The purchase was made on October 5 - First sign we should've have taken our money elsewhere - they stated they couldn’t take two forms of payment and said we would need to purchase $2200 in gift cards and the remaining on Macy’s credit. After being on the phone with Macy’s for HOURS my husband finally gave in and purchased the sectional. When he was going to buy the sectional online - it listed the product was in stock and the delivery would be in two weeks. Then after dealing with them online and the phone, and making the transaction customer service stated - sorry - now it’s out of stock and delivery will be scheduled for 11/5. 2nd sign we should have just asked for our money back.
Fast forward to today 11/2 - I call to check the status and was told that the order will actually not be in Macy’s warehouse until 11/20 and the delivery will be scheduled at that time. Strike 3. I’m sure it will be December before our couches arrive. Ridiculous. Shop elsewhere. I’m hoping my husband just cancels everything and we take our money elsewhere. Bet we would have something new to sit on in a week.

I purchased furniture (which according to their website was in stock) from Macy's. I have now had receipt of the furniture at their warehouse pushed back 3 separate times. Every week I call for an update and every week I received the info that the delivery date to their warehouse will be the following week. Word to the wise, do not purchase furniture from Macy's if you think because their website says it is in stock that you will receive the furniture in a timely manner. There is a very high probability that receipt of the "in stock" furniture will be pushed out over and over again. $2500 and they can't even be bothered to update me on the status of the furniture or give me an accurate date of when it will even be in my city let alone my living room. I will never purchase anything from Macy's again.

DO NOT BUY!!!! They will not cover what it says they will (in my option). I have to say that because they could sue me HA HA. What I had was a kitchen table and set of chairs. You guessed it. Had a damage to one of the seats and they denied it. Try to get refund and after 2 years they only gave me $100 of my $500 back.

We purchased a sectional sofa from Macy's. We were given a two hour window by the delivery people. They did contact us and gave us a new two hour window because they were running late. We were given a checklist of things they would do when bringing in our furniture. They did NOT put out carpet, or floor protectors or wear show protectors before entering our home like the list says they will do. They discussed the set up location for our sectional, but when I asked for a different configuration they said that wasn't possible. My husband and I did rearrange it the way I wanted and It WAS Possible. They did not wipe down the merchandise or discuss anything with me. I felt these two men were in a big hurry to leave, as evidently they were running late. The younger man, Hector, was willing to do some adjusting, but Javier said it couldn't be done. I was very disappointed.

We spent around $4,000 on a sectional sofa and an additional $500 for the WORRYNOMORE extended warranty. The sales person convinced us that we need not worry with the warranty and that stains were covered. When we did have a stain and called the warranty company, they denied the claim. I then tried to buy new cushions for my sofa and Macy's sent their technician to my house. He said that the stains should have been covered and put me on the phone with a Macy's representative who could not have been less helpful. She said she could not help and transferred me to the WORRYNOMORE warranty people who said there was nothing they could do. Do not be fooled and buy this warranty. Once the sale is in, they are not helpful at all.

I have ordered and purchased so many sofas and furniture over the years but this experience has been by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. First off, I ordered this sofa back in May 2018. It was not delivered until the end of July. Then when it was delivered the pillows were damaged and had stains from the delivery drivers and their dirty hands. So not sure what kind of white glove service I was paying for. The delivery guy and myself called customer service to have both pillows replaced. They assured me my pillows would be sent out soon. I had to call another three times to see where my pillows were considering it was the end of August by then. The lady said she would ship them out ASAP. But I thought this was already taken care of?!?!
Come September I finally get pillows, but they were the same color as my sofa. So I had to call back once again to tell them they made a mistake and I needed the pillows that match my sofa. They assured me they would put a rush order because at this point I was beyond annoyed. We are now in the beginning of October and I call once again and the woman says “They are suppose to be shipped out today”. Really?!?! Well let’s hope so lady because this has become a nightmare. I will NEVER buy any furniture from Macy’s again!!!

I purchased a bedroom set from Macy's Furniture store for my son in Oct 2014; and purchased the Worry No More warranty service. Five months later in March 2015 the bed frame slats broke, I submit a claim (# **) and they come out to "fix" the bed. Later in Dec 2016, the dresser drawers come apart (track system), I submit a claim (# **) and they come out to fix the drawer. In March 2016, Feb 2018, Aug 2019, and Sep 2019, I had to call Macy's to come out and fix the same problem--broken bed slats and frame support. Claim #s ** respectively.
In August 2019, it took over a month to get a technician out to fix the bed and as a result we had to put the mattress on the floor. My son had to sleep on a floor due a defective product. I advised Macy's of situation, and that I no longer wanted to deal with this defective bed I paid my hard earned money for, and asked that we get a replacement. The customer service rep I spoke with advised that they fully understood and that Macy's would honor this request. Only for them to go back on their word, and said they would not replace and that a technician would come out and fix. In Sep 2019, the technician finally came out to "fix" the bed and within an hour of him "fixing" it BROKE AGAIN!!! I contact Macy's to advise them of how highly disappointed I am at this point, which ultimately fell on deaf ears, as I just received notice that I technician will be in contact with him to repair.
Let's be clear Macy's, there is no repairing of a defective product/bed. Please do the right thing and honor my request for a replacement. I'm frustrated that it has taken this long to remedy this problem. I will never purchase another item from Macy's furniture store, nor Macy's for that matter; and will advise anyone I know to not purchase. They do not value their customers. It is evident in how they handled this issue. I'm highly disappointed. I expected better.

Purchased Sanibel Bedroom set for my daughter. Confirmed via phone with salesperson that order would be placed following morning. Was advised it would not be for another month until the furniture was available. This was about mid August. I called salesperson about beginning of September and was advised that he forgot to place the order. They would honor the sale price originally quoted but the order was not going to be shipped until Mid October to late October and available shortly after that assuming beginning of November. My 12 year old daughter loved the set and was willing to wait.
Toward the end of September I phoned customer service and was informed that there were 6 of the storage beds in the warehouse, but not the other items. This was great as we had purchased a mattress from Sit and Sleep and we were fine just having the storage bed and wait on the other items. The storage bed was scheduled for delivery and arrived when said but there was a piece that had a crack in it and the color appeared much darker than what we had seen as the sample at Macy's. The bed was returned and delivery scheduled another bed in replacement.
This bed arrived and as I read another review the hardware was absent. The staff who delivered the bed were professional. They contacted the shipping department and placed a representative on the phone who apologized for the item and assured me another crew would follow up the following day with the hardware and assemble the bed. I took him at his word and had the delivery people place the large shipping boxes in my daughter's room. I wanted to give Macy's the benefit of the situation and did not want to make extra work for them. I never received any communication the following day. No follow up from anyone and no delivery information via email. I did not get the name and title of the representative I spoke to the prior day.
I called customer service who called the facility where the goods originated from and I was advised that there was no record of anybody scheduled to follow up. I felt like an idiot for attempting to be a decent person and allowing the delivery team to leave the shipping boxes in my daughter's room where they sit today. My daughter is displaced out of her room.
It is now 72 hours and NOBODY from the delivery department or shipping has contacted me to explain or provide any update. The sales manager has apologized and is embarrassed at how the situation is being addressed but cannot do anything to rectify the situation. I cannot comment on the quality of the items as they have not been assembled. What I can comment on is the terrible way this situation has been handled by Macy's and Macy's delivery department and would strongly warn those purchasing furniture items at Macy's to think twice as Macy's definitely drops the ball when it comes to getting what you ordered.

My wife and I bought a new sofa set from Macy’s. Loved it and feel it is very good quality. The salesman who works with my wife who works in another department guaranteed her with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY BY THE SOULS OF HIS CHILDREN that Macy’s will honor any claim and that the warranty is legit and as good as it gets. I was skeptical because I know most of these warranties with furniture and electronic companies are BS and come with so many hidden disclaimers and fine print.
So we told the salesman that our dog can have accidents and that if he does we will just clean it ourselves. He said not to worry. Buy the warranty and they will definitely service the soil stain. He said he can assure us that it won’t be a problem. Again I was willing to just not get the warranty and clean any spills myself. My dog ends up lightly pissing on the sofa. We call and put in a claim. They denied it saying they don’t honor general soils. The warranty is truly BS. I plan on filing a class action lawsuit against Macy’s soon. Going to be contacting my lawyer. With all the complaints I am reading about we definitely will have a solid case.

So I am finding out today just like every other post on here the warranty service is a complete lie. Put in a claim for the seams of my couch coming apart. Spent over $2k for this furniture and it's only 3 months old. Was told it will take 12 weeks for a new couch cover to be sent to me....cover...wth is that? Then told they can send a technician to come help me fix the issue once it arrives. After reading the reviews it seems like I'm going to have to shell out extra money for this technician. Again, how does one replace the fabric cover of a couch? Macy's needs to stop pushing this warranty service and make better quality products. I will no longer shop at this store and am very disappointed. My advice, shop elsewhere and don't waste your money at Macy's.

After reading numerous reviews I realized I should have read them before I took this protection. We spent over 300 on three pieces of furniture. Essentially what we got was 3 boxes of cleaner, which has not lasted the 7 years of the warranty. First call - hole in back of leather chair. Technician came and said this was not covered--was a structure issue, not covered. I made no attempts for several years, during which time I lost two buttons from pillows, numerous stains unable to be removed by the cleaner. When I put in a claim, I did not know it had to happen essentially YESTERDAY, (although I am sure they would have found a reason not to cover that either!
The message I got back on the website said "It happened too long ago"! I thought the warranty covered continuously, but apparently not. We had other, non damage issues which Macy's did not handle well themselves. Needless to say I will take my furniture business elsewhere. "Worry No More" is a big big moneymaker for Macy's and the vendor and totally misrepresents itself. Worry no More, Macy's . You lost me.

Purchased a leather sectional couch from Macy's a few years back. Macy's was a delight to work with, and my wife and I love the couch. The couch has been great, but as of recent had an issue with a spring busting inside one of the sections of the couch. Spoke with Macy's regarding the warranty, and was directed to the Worry No More Warranty service who is a third-party vendor who is supposed to cover the repairs for your Macy's furniture when purchasing the extended warranty.
Well, I filed the claim for the issue which is supposed to be covered under the warranty that I have for 7 years following my purchase, and of course they tell me the claim cannot be covered. They did however tell me they can send a technician out to fix the couch at my own expense. The whole service is a complete Sham! Now that I have had this experience I have looked up the company to see nothing, but reviews just like this stating dissatisfaction for the warranty service. Wish this would have been displayed at the Macy's counter before I threw away an additional $1,000 to have my couch covered for 7 years.

I purchased a worry no more warranty on my couches, it's taken 5 months for them to process my claim, then they sent the wrong couches then when they went to send the right ones they only sent 2 of the three pieces that need to be replaced and told me I need to make a separate claim on the third piece even though it was already included in the first claim. I have spent more than 4 hours of my time and a day off of work trying to handle this. This service is designed so that the process is onerous that you don't make a claim. I do not suggest buying furniture here or buying this warranty. I hope that ConsumerAffairs can get involved and get this resolved right away.
