I have problems with both my knees so makes it hard to stand up on my own. I thought buying a Catnapper power lift chair was a great idea. Found one rated for my weight at ABC Warehouse in Muskegon, Mi. Chair was bought in June of 2013 over $900.00. Bought it through a lease/buy program (no way I could afford to buy outright, I'm on SSD) 2 months AFTER the chair is paid off, the back broke. Store says I have to take it up with the leasing company... leasing company says since it is paid for they aren't responsible and Catnapper tells me "tough luck." I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. ABC Warehouse OR Catnapper.

We purchased their rocking recliner and it started catching when you would put the foot stool down. Their rep came out and said there was a piece installed wrong but turned in the report that said it was customer abuse. I am a whopping 165 lbs on my worse day so I can’t see how using the recliner would cause that when it has a 300 lb capacity. It’s obvious they do not want to stand behind their product...

Two year old bonded leather sofa is peeling and separating. Looks terrible. Seat back spring has unsprung. Very uncomfortable. After contact was finally made with "repair area" of Company, they sent us a new piece of same junk bonded leather and said we'd have to pay to have sofa repaired. Since 60 or more complaints have been recorded online, it would seem a class action lawsuit might be in order since this company continues to sell Catnapper furniture at non-junk prices. We are demanding that our purchase price be returned. Sure wish we'd have read the numerous complaints BEFORE we purchased Catnapper!

I bought a couch with recliners, love seat with recliners and a reclining chair from Fleming's furniture in Paducah, KY. Our couch has a recliner that is broke and sitting crooked and the arms on our chair will not stay on top of arm rests. I called the store and they sent someone to look at it. He said it was just wore out. We bought the furniture and waited months to get it. Apparently our warranty started the day of purchase and not the day we actually got our furniture. We have used the furniture maybe a total of 2 months in the time we have had it. It is about 14 months old now and is junk. When you spend the money for good quality furniture, you expect good furniture. I am very upset and disgusted with Catnapper and Fleming's. I will never ever buy another piece of this junk furniture again. I am having it repaired and paying for it myself. I don't have the extra money to buy new furniture. I don't have this furniture paid for yet. I will probably have a big bonfire as soon as it is paid for and then go borrow more money to purchase some hood furniture. If you are researching furniture, definitely stay away from Catnapper.

I purchased the Jackson Catnapper Cortez reclining couch and rocking love seat in St Robert Missouri at Furniture Express a little over 1 year ago. We are very gentle with our furniture, but a few months ago out of nowhere the leather started bubbling and peeling on one of the headrests. I called and was told there was nothing they could do because my warranty had just expired. Since then one of the seat coils has broken on the love seat, so one seat sits higher than the other and is so uncomfortable due to the broken springs poking you. The seat coils are supposed to have a 5 year warranty so I called them back. It took me 2 weeks to get a hold of someone, but when I did I was told I would have to pay for the shipping of the new seat coil, and was told I would have to pay for someone to come and install it. So they have a warranty on parts, but you are left to figure out how to install it on your own?!? I called a few local places and it's going to cost me $$$ to fix it. We are a military family, we don't make much. We can't afford to go out and buy more furniture. We spent $1,700 on this set, and have completely wasted our money. It makes me sick!!

I bought the Impressions couch and chase. Although the furniture is extremely comfortable, the construction of the chase and couch is poor. I have only had the furniture since June 2014 and already had to send the chase back to be repaired. The arms of the chase cave in like they are made from cardboard. After being repaired it happened again. Yes, I have children but my children are forbidden to flop, jump, or treat my furniture in a harsh way. The couch is another story. With a family of 5, there is always someone sitting on all 3 seats of the couch. The back pillow where we sit most of the time has lost its fluffiness (if we can call it that). No one should have to make sure the back cushion is set a certain way before sitting down. Like I said, the furniture is very comfy but for the money we've paid for it, we would have thought it would be better built.

I purchased this sofa set at the end of August. It looks fantastic then I started to take a closer look upon delivery, I found some of the furniture to be damaged. The feet on the ottoman were loose so I tried to tighten them down and the screws were stripped out. When you sit, the furniture sounds like the springs are loose, broken or not attached. After sitting on them for a few weeks the sofa's frame has broke twice. By the middle of October (less than two months) I had the ottoman replaced once, the chair replaced once, the love seat replaced four time, and the sofa replaced three time. Where is the quality in that?

On 8/20/2011 my husband and I purchased Catnapper's Leather touch sofa and two love seats from Farmers Furniture. Within 7 months the color had rubbed off of the sofa in numerous places. We contacted Farmers, who helped us have it replaced by Catnapper. I had owned the set for 13 months by the time the sofa was finally replaced. In October of 2014, I again had to contact Farmers because the sofa that was replaced had now started cracking, peeling and fading again. One of the love seats has staples showing in it. Catnapper has refused to replace, or to help at all in the purchase of new furniture.

We paid well over 3 thousand dollars for this poor quality furniture. I, like most others who purchase expensive furniture, expect to get quality, well made furniture for their money. This is NOT the case with this furniture. I am very angry about this. I don't have 3 thousand dollars to buy new furniture every year or two. If Catnapper is building disposable furniture, they should put disposable prices on it. I expect to get what I paid for! This stuff is a HUGE disappointment. Catnapper/Jackson Furniture can rest assured, I will never purchase anything else they make. This company should be ashamed of themselves for selling such poor quality furniture for such high prices.

I bought a sofa look nice and sturdy, sat in it and felt very sturdy and comfy. Talked to the sales person in the store and made arrangements for the purchase. Stores name was Mikes Furniture in Joliet. The sales lady said it takes 8 week for that piece to be delivered to my home. So 2 months come and my piece of furniture was ready for delivery to my home here I was, happy after waiting all this time. Well 2 weeks later the back frame broke and both arms collapsed and my sofa looked in sad shape. Collectible Mikes Furniture and made arrangements for the company (Jackson's furniture) repair man to come evaluate my sofa. He shows up at the scheduled time, came with his camera ripped open both arms on the sofa took pictures and said we be in contact. So waited week called Mikes and was told they were not going to do anything we abused the sofa. After he came in and open up the sofa himself Mikes keeps telling he trying to get me a replacement and still nothing from either place and the frame has a warranty against workmanship. Do not trust Mikes and Jackson's, both are not worth your time. Bought a sofa from big lots and still working well!

I purchased a wedge style lift table in October last year with an extended five year warranty from a large furniture store in my area. The store went out of business so I called Catnapper's customer service number when the bottom of the table fell apart and one of the coasters broke off. I paid close to five hundred dollars for this coffee table alone, thinking it was quality furniture and that it should last a long time. It is just a few days over one year old and should not have fallen apart like it did. I was told that there is nothing they will do and to call a furniture repair shop in my area and at my expense. I will NEVER buy Catnapper again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 2 catnapper reclining sofas and a big rocker recliner from hemlock cottage furniture in Wellington, Ohio about a year and 1/2 ago and spent over $2,000. I had heard nothing but good things about this store so we went there instead of the big chain stores but within 2 months the handle on the chair broke off and on one of the sofas, the seat cushion frame had broken down and collapsed! They sent out a repair guy to fix it, which they did. But shortly after, I started to notice the seams started to separate from the inner material and the cushion portion where you sit! Also one of the sofa's inner wood frame on the backrest is broken!! We take care of our furniture and don’t abuse or misuse it.

I have contacted the store several times and they made it sound like no one had ever had a problem with this brand and basically were blaming us for the poor quality and craftsmanship! Obviously by reading all the other reviews, that’s not true! ! I thought I was buying "good ol' American made" furniture, but it's garbage!!! They were supposed to send out a “repair guy" and have yet to do so and it’s been months since we called!! ! I had Value City furniture that lasted 12 years before I bought this set and is still being used to this day! DON'T BUY ANYTHING MADE BY JACKSON FURNITURE!!!

The cushion broke down again and I have called both Bordelon's and Jackson Furniture Industries. Both state the warranty period has been exceeded and nothing can be done. This is a chair that is not even 2 years old. In my humble opinion, this chair is not a quality product and I would never purchase a product manufactured by Jackson Furniture Industries again and will not do any more business with Bordelon's Home Furnishings in the future. I purchased the Catnapper reclining sofa and rocking reclining loveseat from Home-Town Furniture Inc 322 S Main St, Salisbury, NC for roughly $850 per piece. The sofa was rarely used, I always sat in the reclining loveseat. For no apparent reason, soon after the one-year warranty ran out, the paint started to bubble on the sofa and the love seat bolts that hold it secure came loose and the loveseat sorry to swivel back-and-forth. I called the furniture store from where I purchased the items and they were good to come out and tighten the bolts on the loveseat. The furniture store told me I would have to pay for new material and installation for the couch. I agreed to pay and for them to repair. It was never ordered. I went through the same thing three times. And all three times they never ordered the material.

Not too long after my first complaint and repair order, the rest of the sofa paint started to bubble as well. My sofa looks terrible at this point with all the paint bubbling and peeling off. I believe the furniture store knows of the defects and that is why they won't repair it. In the meantime with dealing with that the paint on the reclining loveseat has started flaking away not bubbling. So now both pieces of furniture look terrible and I was not able to get any resolution on my issue from anybody and it is disheartening as it is very expensive for me. Do not buy this furniture, the mechanism works great the cushions are okay but the paint on the bonded leather bubbles and or flakes and then falls off. So yes I am very angry about this!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JUNK!!!!

Bought the sofa and love seat for close to $3000. Before the year was up the "leather" was already wearing away! I am mad as hell that companies are allowed to do this and not be held accountable. I have read all the other complaints and feel ripped off. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FURNITURE FROM JACKSON FURNITURE!!!

UPDATED ON 06/01/2017: Set purchased was an electric sofa and love seat for over $3000.00. I had posted my first review with pictures about 1 year after purchase. We are both over 65 so the wear and tear of this set is very disheartening. I should have started about 6 months after purchase because that is when we first started seeing some deterioration. The "leather" started to discolor where you sit and put your feet when reclined. Then we noticed the seams starting to split apart on the love seat because it was used more often than the sofa.

The set is a dark brown and the split seams are white which is very noticeable. As the months passed more seams were cracking and the "leather" on the sides of the middle console cover became hard and brittle and cracked so bad that we decided to remove the cover because it looked so awful. Next we started to see the seams on the sofa starting to pull apart and the spring under the middle seat came loose so when you sat down you could feel a lump. The sofa was not used often only when we had company. My husband and I basically used just the love seat. Next a spring on my side of the love seat has came loose. So now I feel a lump. We are now looking for a new set of furniture after only 4 years of use by senior citizens. This furniture is not worth the money you pay for it!

After I contacted Jackson Furniture several times with no results, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They were very helpful and Catnapper sent me an insert which I paid to have installed at a cost $60.00 to me. I bought a powerlift chair for my dad in 2010. You would think that a company that builds furniture could get replacement parts for the product that they build in factory. My ex intentionally took the cord and transformer out after he broke my arm and physically beat me unconscious and while I was unconscious on the ground, he brought the chair without the cord, so I get in touch with the company. I talked with Jon **. She was more than happy to order the cord and take my money. The cord was wrong. I sent it back on my dime. They said it has two cords that fit the chair now, and they would send me the other cord. They sent me the same exact cord. When I finally got them back on the phone, I was informed that they don't deal with the public and especially if the product is out of order, but she dealt with me to take my money and send me the same wrong cord twice.

I sent them pictures of every serial number and style number. Pictures of the connections to my chair, and they still sent the wrong cord and then told me they would not get me the right cord, nor give my money back. I will not promote this company and I sure hope No one else gets the treatment I did. A company should stand behind their products whether in warranty or if you are offering to buy the replacement parts. I was left high and dry with a cord they knew was wrong. She said that they must have put an old cord on it when it was built that doesn't go to this chair. Hmm. Well it was built in their company. I am not at all happy that they knew this and took my money anyway...

Last year, the cross brace on the legs broke and using Jackson website for parts was useless as was the Jackson rep through the store where I made the purchase. After a few weeks and several trips, the store got the replacement which is not as heavy built as original and I had to pay shipping charges for it. Then the lever to extend the foot rest twisted apart under the chair and after replacing that has since twisted apart again. O and I've added two more pillows as well. I don't want to drag this out, so I won’t go deep into it. I am working hard to let people know everywhere that this company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I bought a Catnapper recliner from a company that has a great reputation in our community. Unfortunately they carried this brand. I bought the chair for $499.99 and told them I would pick it up the next few days. Long story short, I had returned the chair 3 times in 6 months to correct my legitimate complaints of an off center chair that lifted 1 side of the chair off the ground while reclined and ultimately caused me to fall backwards about 50% of the time.

After a few calls into the store and speaking to the company rep, Jackson Furniture/Catnapper had no interest in helping me even though I explained to them I had fallen backwards several times. So please hear me when I say... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS FURNITURE. They don't care about you after the sale. Oh yeah, they don't even have a phone number for customer service or complaints. You have to write in or email. How's that for customer service?

If you're going to some box store, you're going to walk out feeling great but you're going to overpay.. My personal suggestion is to deal with someone local that you can depend on. (Box stores = YUCK) With the box stores it's all about what warranty they want to cover.

I don't rate this chair as High quality but looking at the stores some of the reviewers purchased from, I would expect poor customer support. Sad but that is what happens when people only buy products at the cheapest price and don't read warranties before their purchases. $2000 is a lot of money for a piece of furniture but if it says bonded leather, it does not mean made of leather.

I thought I was buying great furniture and help supporting an "American Made" product but I was so wrong. Furniture Factory Liquidators in Livonia Michigan, who I bought the couch from is a joke. I bought a couch, and an oversize chair and ordered the ottoman that goes with the oversize chair at the beginning of December. **, the sales person said they don't store the ottoman and I would get on their next shipment before Christmas, didn't happen. Then he promised it mid-January, didn't happen, blamed due to Christmas shutdown with Jackson. Then he said it was being shipped from the company to their warehouse and I would get it the following week, again never happened. 2 months and no ottoman.

I then told them about my 2 month old couch that was sagging on one end. A service person was to call to set up an appt, no one called and had to call salesman again. Service person finally called and set up an appt, when he came over smelled like alcohol didn't have any tools and said there wasn't enough filling for the back of the couch and the wood frame was broken. Need to "glue and screw the frame" and put more filling in. I called FFL to talk to ** because I don't want a couch after 2 months that needs to be "glued". They said he was busy and would call me back.

Meanwhile the service man said it would be over 2 weeks before he could fix it and then he left. I asked where he was going and he said, "This is not a life and death situation and they can call me, they have my number", and he left. I called FFL again, ** got defensive and said that is their warranty and what would they do with a broken couch? He then called back and said he will take the couch and oversize chair back and I can get my money back. When service man "Robert" came to get the couch and chair, he said he couldn't take it because it was used.

I told him Lance said to get it, he said Lance was wrong and he couldn't take it. He gave me such a song and dance about who he was and his years of experience and then claimed he would call the "president" of the company and see what they can do for me. He left the room to call him and came back and said I wouldn't have to deal with the salesman just with him and they would fix it and it would be more sturdy. He would call me in 2 days and schedule a time for the service person he knew and works with that has over 20 years of experience fixing furniture. Never happened, I tried calling him no answer. I got a text from him 2 days later, he no longer works for the company! And no call from the serviceman.

I called Furniture Factory Liquidators again complaining no one called. The serviceman finally called and said he was sorry for not calling the other day but he "fell asleep". He would come out to the house on Saturday but call me Friday night to let me know when on Saturday, never called. Saturday morning he called but he was not coming out becasue he didn't have a part and was not going to wait for the warehouse to open and I would have to reschedule, oh and he said he was sorry for not calling on Friday he "fell asleep" again. We purchased a bonded leather couch, love seat and rocker recliner from Ivy Furniture Co., Union, SC. The set was made by Jackson Furniture Co. 2 Months after the warranty ran out the bonded leather started blistering and peeling on the right arm of the couch. We contacted the customer rep and sent her pictures and she sent us a right end which we had to get someone to put on. As soon as we got that put on, the right and middle seat cushions started blistering and peeling. My wife wrote the president of the company but he has not responded. We went to the dealer and he does not handle Catnapper anymore. He gave us a number to call Jackson but it had been disconnected. Jackson dropped the dealer because he did not sell enough of this junk. Every way we turn we get the run around. Please mail these comments to Jackson Furniture. They probably won't read them. They don't seem to read anything else. Bonded leather should last for years no matter what the warranty. These people should not be allowed to stay in business.

The bonded leather material is peeling off my couch & loveseat. This started shortly after we purchased it, I have sent numerous emails to customer service and they just don't respond back. I had spoken and dealt with their customer service representative at one point, ultimately she was rude and just stopped responding all together. They did replace one headrest (which doesn't match the coloring of the rest of the couch now). This is not quality material and customer service doesn't warranty their products as they should. I have seen numerous complaints from others about the bonding peeling off their couches and love-seats as well.

I recently even emailed the owner of the company who stated, "I have forwarded your response to the customer service manager Mr. Todd **." Let's see if anything gets done this time, I seriously doubt it! I have been fighting this for over a year and a half now with no concern for customer service. I have proof of emails sent to the BBB in Tennessee and ** since 10/2012. My last couch & loveseat lasted 12 years and was actually given to another family to use once the Catnapper furniture was delivered. I think the Attorney General should investigate with so many people having the same issues. I plan to contact them as well as the local WRAL 5 on your side news channel tomorrow. It is embarrassing that furniture this new & used as little as it has would come apart as it has. However, I want others to know so they do not waste their hard earned money as we have!

Only 4 staples used to staple the front of the right arm and it pulled apart. The store where I purchased the chair replaced the chair with a new one. Hope it holds up better than the first one. Very comfortable chair but would not buy another one due to cheap material used to construct frame. Do not recommend this product from Jackson Furniture.

My other set (from a different company) and lived through a lot of kid abuse is twenty five years old and never ripped, we have it in the basement. I contacted Jackson and said it has to be bad or cheap materials for it to rip on all of the seams, I even sent pictures but they just said the warranty is for 1 year and I would have to pay to have it repaired which is almost the price of a new sofa. They were very rude and didn't even try to make things right. I guess they don't need repeat customers. It is obviously made poorly with cheap materials with a high price tag. She was leaning on the down button and the motor was running which she didn't know because she was sleeping. When she changed position and leaned on the up button, the chair dumped her out of the chair. She yelled for her granddaughter who helped her up. At that time, the remote was so hot she couldn't hold it. The wiring to the remote was melted into one blob and the motor was still running. Granddaughter pulled the plug, but it continued to run. Transformer was extremely hot, but she did manage to pull the batteries to stop the motor. This could have caught fire if my mother had been alone. There could be some kind of thermal shut off on this thing.

We called the dealer who said the remote is not covered by warranty. They told us to call the company, who told us the remote is not warranted and we should call the dealer. There is no way to contact the company through the website. I spent many years in electronics, so I was able to cut off the burned wiring and re-solder them to the circuit board. There is a question about possible damage to the motor, transformer, and/or the remote that will show up later. We have re-routed the cable and remote to hopefully prevent this happening again. This should be reported to government as a definite fire hazard.

Upon arrival, we noticed a very small pinhead sized knot which ended up growing over a few months till it finally burst open. It looked absolutely horrible and was extremely embarrassing when guests showed up! After all, this was a new sofa. After contacting customer service on numerous occasions with no luck or care from them, I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau as a last resort. Finally, customer service responded.

After several months of dealing with this, a new part was shipped & Furniture Repair was sent out to do a repair. The new part had a slightly different color than the rest of the couch but it was certainly better than having a giant hole with missing leather. I contacted Customer Service in regards to this with no response again! So now, I have a mismatched colored sofa. Obviously, the sofa has defective material which has caused the problem especially since there has been no problem with the loveseat which is used just as much. Neither the sofa nor loveseat has been abused or misused in anyway (which I'm sure would have been noted by the nice repair person from Furniture Repair).

I am disgusted by the lack of care that Customer Service has shown and by the lack of quality of the sofa. Honestly, this should be an embarrassment to Jackson Furniture! None of my friends would ever consider purchasing a product after knowing me and seeing the quality of my purchase. I am angry because I spent hard-earned money and now have to look for a replacement sofa. Disappointing is an understatement!

When we moved to SC, we went to buy a new living room set; we picked out a sectional and chair by Jackson Furniture. We were told this was a great, reliable company with furniture made right here in the USA. Ok, just my husband and I live in the house so no abuse by kids, pets, etc. The sectional was delivered but was missing the latch to hold it together; took 3 months to get.

At 7 months, every cushion was fraying and falling apart, the chair material had frayed at least 2 inches all the way around. My husband leaned on the arm of the sectional - snap, crunch - frame broke (he only weighs 165). We called the furniture store where it was purchased and after many fights between the store and Jackson Furniture, we were allowed to pick out anything we wanted as a replacement. Unfortunately the only thing we liked happened to be a couch and a love seat by Jackson. Ok, both pieces had holes in the fabric on delivery. They sent out a repair tech. We waited for a month and only got one replacement piece of fabric. Great. The guy tore the whole sofa apart (we have never even sat on the sofa yet). He placed the replacement piece on; it also had holes only in a different spot. Also, it wasn't made the same as the other side.

We called the furniture store (they were getting very tired of me being angry). This was not inexpensive by any means, they were trying to help and even suggested we pick some other brand out but we just painted, bought a rug and decorated around this furniture. Aghhhh. We called Jackson, they were useless in the customer service department, refused to let me talk to a manager. Avoid this company at all cost! I explained all of this to the woman on the phone and she said there was a one-year warranty on the fabric. Well, let's see. If both pieces had holes to start with and the replacement pieces had holes; where would that leave me in a year? I am unemployed and certainly can't afford to replace my furniture every year. If a couch and love seat can't hold up to a 54 and 74-year old sitting on it to watch TV, I can only imagine what it would look like if you had kids.

Oh, and when they delivered the second set of furniture, the guys had been given instructions to report back on how well I kept my house clean. I actually got a phone call telling me this and saying that they reported you could eat off of my floors. I found this so insulting, I can't even explain. They were actually trying to blame us for these issues. Unbelievable. On the second set they asked if we had moved the furniture to another house - again looking to blame us. We live in a newly constructed house that we bought one year ago; so no, the furniture has not been moved. I am seriously thinking of contacting a news station to try to get a refund. I tried to add images but it said text didn't match images so I can't figure out how to add them.

Yes, this was resolved, not by catnapper, but by the company that sold it to me. Got a new set. Different brand. Thanks.

    Original Review: Sept. 19, 2012

Retailers stop selling Catnapper - expensive junk. It's a bad choice of fabric. It started balling up in the first few months. I thought maybe that was normal, but it got worse. I also have problems with the cording coming out of the arms and pillows. I am about 120 lbs and live by myself, not much company so my furniture does not get heavy use. I decided that I needed to start sitting more on the love seat since the sofa was looking bad and the loveseat is not used much. I discovered that there was a tear in the fabric and also a frayed place on the side of the bottom cushion. It looks like it was never sewn in right at the factory.

So when I sat on it a few times, it just started coming loose. I did not expect to have to inspect all the seams when I got this. If you order one, you had better inspect everything. Now that I have sat on the love seat a few times, the cushion next to the main loveseat cushion is crooked. I cannot straighten it back up. This is on one side and the other side looks fine. It is like the frame is crooked. The cushions do not have enough stuffing to fluff back up like they say and when you put your feet on the reclining footrest, you have got your foot against a board. It says fluff the cushions and there is nothing to fluff. It' not right in my opinion.

I have had this 2 years this month but have left several messages for Jackson Furniture to return my call about the problems I was having and no call. I contacted CSN TV Stands (changed to Wayfair now and he, Joseph, agreed that this is unusual). He tried to call Catnapper and had to leave a message and was to get back to me and it has been about a week with no call back. I called them again and after 3 calls to the factory, they said nothing can be done.

What happened to warranties and customer service? The Jackson website describes these cushions in glowing terms providing lasting seat strength and comfort precision. Inspection ensures that stitched seams are built right every single time, edges smoothed with foam and fiber padding and careful attention is given to all edges to ensure long lasting showroom appearance. All the ways that they described these pieces are completely a lie. The cushions have a 3-year warranty, but they could give it any warranty they wanted to since you cannot talk to them. Stay away from this product and I would say all Catnapper products, since their customer service is non-existent. Piece of junk!

They may even be in the scamming business together. I ordered the sofa on February 10th of this year and promised a 3-week delivery. It took almost 8. I have had the item less than 2 months! The 2 recliner ends are slumping and sagging toward the middle of the sofa, the padding on the footrests is non-existent and the bare plank board digs into your calves (especially the sharp corner). The upholstery on the pull-down middle (cup-holders, etc.) is coming apart and the staples are exposed and have pricked us several times so that we can't use it anymore, but it is hard to put back up the whole way because of the slumping recliners! Less than 2 months old!

I called both Living In Comfort and the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture). I am supposed to have a blanket 3-year warranty on most of the sofa and a lifetime on other parts. You guessed it: no one is going to honor it. The manufacturer says it is Living In Comfort's problem and Living says it falls under the manufacturer warranty. What a scam. Living does not even have a phone number to call them and they don't answer emails. Do not buy anything from Living and don't buy a Catnapper product from any source. Be warned!
