I entered a sweepstakes contest that they were going to give one away for free, and then it ended up that I bought one for darn near $3,000 and it makes me mad every time I think about it. The bed seems to have a hump in the middle and it isn't very comfortable. I keep it pretty much on the flat, so I don't really need an adjustable bed. Easy Rest has very powerful sales people.

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest bed very much. I like that it raises the head, the feet, and the thing that's got a motion to it.

I was having trouble with my back, legs and feet, and now I sleep good in the Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was honest - however the delivery team broke something but I'm working with the company on getting it fixed. As long as they replace it for me, I'm good with that.

I'm enjoying the Easy Rest adjustable bed. I have very bad legs and thought the elevation would help, and it has helped considerably. My legs are a lot better. I like raising the top of the bed so that I can read more comfortably. I really don't like the way the delivery team installed the bed. It's a little too high for me because I'm short and the way it was connected to the head of my bed, there's a space there, and I'm afraid that it's going to come apart. A guy came with his sister-in-law to install the bed. She just helped to carry it in, then went and sat on the truck. I had been told that they would help me make up the beds but they never did. I was a little disappointed because I have trouble making beds at this age. I'm almost 86 and don't function as well as I used to. I like the bed but the installation is not satisfactory to me -- I kind of got the bum rush. I really liked the sales representative though. He was very good and not pushy.

I have to keep my feet up at night to keep the water from staying in my legs as I am diabetic. I had been looking at some of the adjustable beds and this Easy REst guy came along. I talked to the salesman, so we got together. The bed fits right in the woodwork of my other bed and looks just like it was made for it. I use the foot every night. When I go to bed, I put the feet up and that’s where I sleep. Everybody that I've talked to and has looked at it like it too.

We had a good meeting and talk with the sales representative. The delivery team was fine too. I'm happy with my bed.

We are very old and have a lot of pain in our body and we feel better when we're in our Easy Rest bed. I use the massage and love it on my back. And the incline on the head and the feet are very good. I feel comfortable with that. At night we have a good rest really. In the morning, we don't feel tired. We feel very good and my circulation in my leg is very good. I'm recommending it to everybody else.

We have had back problems, and we like the Easy Rest. It's good.

I bought my Easy Rest adjustable bed because of the mobility, the up and down. I have reflux real bad and that was one of my major problems. The sales representative was very nice and the delivery people were also nice when they set up our bed. It's comfortable.

I’m still getting used to the Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep System but I like using the feet up because my ankles swell sometimes. It doesn’t stay swollen that long so it helps.

My old California king size bed that I had for nine years was too high for me to get into so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I’m in the wheelchair so it’s easier for me to get in and out of it. I was ready to buy one and the sales representative didn’t have to do anything except to have me sign. I’ve got the soft mattress and I’m getting used to it but I got the cord caught up in my wheelchair and it won’t lift or do anything right now. When I called Easy Rest, they didn’t hassle and they said they’d send me another one but I had to pay for shipping for another cord. I’m waiting for it, but they were nice about it.

I can breathe better with my head up at night, and also use the vibrator to go to sleep. I really enjoy the Easy Rest.

I'm not enjoying my Easy Rest bed. It's not as comfortable... the mattress is not as soft and as level as I thought it was going to be. It's too high. I've got to kind of spring up to get into it. But I hadn't been doing all the up and down raising on it. I just lie on it as it is. I thought it'll be more convenient to me than what it is, but it's not.

I have a problem with my ankles swelling and also had back surgery and the Easy Rest has features similar to the one I used in the hospital. It does a lot of things so I sold my $2,500 mattress to get an Easy Rest. I could elevate my feet above my heart and also set the back and make the back raise up to a certain level to please what's comfortable to me, to elevate my head a certain height, and if I want to lay flat. The heat and the massage does me good for the back surgery I had as well. If I'm in bed, I can read. I can just raise the back of it up and do my reading then. Oftentimes I read late at night and it's really comfortable too.

It's great having an Easy Rest bed. I enjoy it. I like it and it feels very good. I sleep well on it.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I can't complain about it, I just have to get used to it a little bit more, but it's been fine. It's everything it was said to be. I don't have any problems with it.

It was about time we got a new mattress because we've had our old bed for about 20 years. The Easy Rest sales representative who came by my house was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery team unpacked the bed in the yard and made a big mess but did answer our questions and showed us how to use it.

I thought having an Easy Rest would be good for a change. I thought if it would cause me to rest better, I'd try it out. But it’s just a bed for me right now. It may come in handy if I age more and need it more, need some of the features of it. But right now, I didn't need it. I bought the Easy Rest was to see if something adjustable or changed positions would make any difference. I find out that it’s really the mattresses that make the difference in any kind of ease of sleeping. The Easy Rest so far, hasn't made a difference.

I love the Easy Rest bed. It is very comfortable and my cat loves it too. I needed a new mattress because my husband passed away and I couldn't sleep in the bed that we slept in. I didn't really want to buy a new mattress, so I said "Well, I'll spend a little bit more money and buy me an Easy Rest." I was glad I did. My sinus is draining at night and I cough a lot so I raise my head up and I don't cough too much. The sales representative was great. He showed me what it would do and the guys that put the bed up were super. They showed me what to do and I had no problems with any of them. I've been recommending it to people.

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest. My arthritis doesn't bother me as much as it did since I used to this bed and I sleep a lot better. When I go to bed, I know I'm going to sleep and get some rest. I use the massager and sleep with the head up.

It's nice to prop up at night when I'm reading my bible in the Easy Rest bed. The salesman talked me into buying it. It didn't take long for the delivery team to set it up and they showed me how to use the bed.

We've had adjustable beds previously and needed a new one so we got an Easy Rest. This new bed is thicker than our old bed and we enjoy it tremendously. We use all the features - the head and foot raising and the vibrator. The salesman and the guys that brought the bed were good. Everything went exceptionally well and we had no qualms whatsoever.

Bed was delivered on 12-29-14. I had a major breakdown of the bed on 1-28-15. Easy Rest will not refund my money. This bed is a total joke. Buyers be aware when dealing with this company.

I have a bad back and I have arthritis real bad. I have simple things like that that I needed help more, like acid reflux but when you prop it on the bed, it's a lot better than just laying flat. The sales rep was a good salesman - the sweetest and nicest thing ever was. The delivery team did great. They came in and were nice and very efficient. It just went real good. It's wonderful.

I liked the Easy Rest sales representative. He spent plenty of time telling me about all the features, where they were made, and how they were made and I appreciated that. I sleep in my chair a lot and I just thought that being able to adjust my bed like that would help me sleep. When the delivery team arrived they had it in here and the old bed out in no time. Since I had the bed my legs were better because they don't seem to get as numb at night when I raise them up. The bed sleeps better than my old one and feels a whole lot better than my chair. If anybody is in the same shape as I am, I would recommend it.

Our previous mattress was a very firm mattress. We always used firm mattresses thinking it was good for us. But then as we got older we realized it was not the best thing for us. So we got a topper that was about 4 inches and it was made by a medical company. We put that on top of our old mattress and slept on that for 6 years, but it's still a good thing.

When I use the Easy Rest bed, I raise it since I don't like to sleep with my head straight down cause of the crick in my neck. I bring the end of the bed up and that makes my neck feel a lot better. Our sales rep was nice and very polite, and he brought over gifts.

I like the Easy Rest bed and I would recommend it!

I'm not happy with my Easy Rest--when they draw this contract up, they were going to put me with a place of 18% of interest when I could have gotten it for 8.25% interest. And I wasn't made aware of that! I tried my credit card and they said they’d be glad to pay it off, but they wouldn't accept it. I didn’t know this interest rate was gonna hit me like it did so that really got me upset.

My mother is loving the Easy Rest bed. It's wonderful and I'm glad we got it for her. She's had her locked hip replaced last January and she wound up getting blood clots so we got the bed all the way up on the feet - it's helping her out immensely. I bought it because she has a hard time getting in and out of bed cause it's so high. This bed is a lot better for her because it helps her get up. The sales representative was awesome and Easy Rest is lucky to have those two delivery guys. They were charming. I'm thoroughly pleased with everything, from the people to the product.

I liked the idea that the Easy Rest came up and you could sit up, and you could raise your legs. Those are the most important things to me so I decided to buy. I thought that it would be much softer but it was so soft that I have an imprint in the foam and it doesn't come out. That's the only complaint I have with it.

I’m sleeping better with my Easy Rest bed. It has been good so far. The sales representative was very informative, then she got on the phone with somebody. She was very accommodating and answered all my questions but the guy on the phone was pressing. I wanted to check with my daughter first and he didn’t want me to do that. But I waited and talked to her, and then agreed to buy it. And when they delivered it, the fellows that set it up were very accommodating.

My husband had been having so much back problems and had such a difficult time sleeping, he thought Easy Rest might help but it didn't. The first mattress we had was hard as a rock. Then they finally agreed to send us the another and they wanted us to pay shipping. We refused to pay shipping, so they did pay shipping since they didn't tell us we would be responsible for it if we ordered a different mattress. I only found out about it online. I think that bed is hideously expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I watch TV in bed so I need to sit up. I bought an Easy Rest bed because it looks it like it was convenient when it's up. And I love my Easy Rest. It's very different from my old bed which was harder and not adjustable. I liked the vibrating and the massage feature because I got back spasms so the massage is just beautiful for me. The delivery team was nice and considerate. The first one remote didn't work but they didn't stop. They completed it. Other than that, they were good. They took their time and explained what they did.

I thought I was buying the Easy Rest bed with the heater; they confused me when I bought it. I've had to get on the phone with somebody from the office and even though they let me have it at a cheaper price and it came down to $5,400 and I accepted it, it's not the one with the heater in it. They came a little earlier and so I just came in and they already had it set up, and all I had to do is sign. The boy showed me a little bit about the control and then he took off. I was told that the bed would help my reflux and I realized that, and I had been interested in it. But the man on the other end of the line just kept on and on and I finally agreed, but they really talked about the top-of-the-line to start with and he made me think that I was getting that...which is why I was a little disappointed in it. It felt like they didn't order the bed that I wanted.

The Easy Rest bed is going really good and seems to be helping my shoulders. It has about the same firmness with my 15 years old bed but the other didn't have all the functions. I like the incline feature which I use to watch TV. I also like the massage which I use every night to help my shoulders. It's wonderful.

We purchased the Easy Rest bed so we could rest better. The previous bed and mattress we had wasn't helping all that much. I use the firm while my husband got the soft. The sale representative explained everything and how we can adjust it and the vibrate feature that I can use when I need to for my back. The delivery team was wonderful. They set it up just like we wanted it. I just love the Easy Rest. It helps my back. I can raise it like I want to. I can sit up with it and can do just everything I want to do with it.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed mainly because I have fibromyalgia and my husband has a problem with his circulation. I like to use the massage and raise the feet. The sales representative was very nice and polite. The delivery team were in and out really fast. Now, we rest better on it.

The sales rep were friendly and the delivery guy that set up the bed was a very professional and courteous guy. I bought the Easy Rest bed for my mother, and she particularly likes the heat, and the up and down features. I've already recommended it to my friends.

My kids got the Easy Rest bed for me. I try all the features. I like my seat up and the head up a little. It's a hundred percent change from my last bed, really an improvement in sleeping. The sales rep was terrific. This guy really has an education, and he went through everything. The delivery team was also very good and did a good job.

I have arthritis and thought having an Easy Rest might make it more comfortable for me. I'm still trying to get used to it. It's not soft sometimes and I have to get used to the mattress. I'm still working on how to adjust it to make it more comfortable and learning how to use it in different ways to see if I can get rid of the pain. The sales representative was nice, very friendly and courteous. The delivery team were great. They were very nice two young men who were very respectful and helpful. They didn't rush me when I needed to vacuum the area a little and they were considerate to let me do that. Overall, my experience with them was pleasant It was a normal experience with people who are considerate of your feelings and they wanted to know if you were comfortable and if you were okay with whatever they did.

Since Thanksgiving I'm not able to walk at most because I've got rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. The salesman told me I can raise the Easy Rest bed in any different ways that might relieve the pain in my legs and it seems like it has worked pretty good and I'm happy with it. I like being able to adjust the head and the foot as well because it's comfortable. The massager is good because when I lie on it, I turn it on for a while and it seems like it comes to the back.

So far so good! I've got no problems with the Easy Rest bed.

We have edema in our legs and elevating the legs helps to keep the fluid. We have to have the feet of the Easy Rest elevated and the head slightly elevated for respiration because I also have bronchitis and the vibrating setup massage for back and legs when we have trouble with them. The sales rep was very polit, explained everything and showed us a lot of things we didn't know and he tried to help us work out something to fit our budget. The guys who installed the bed set it up pretty quickly and then the heating had to come separately. That was 2 or 3 weeks later but we got it. We're happy with it as it seems to be helping and that's the main thing we wanted.

This is my first experience with an adjustable bed and I'm sure it works for some people but I’m not sure if it works for me. I replaced my 8 year old box spring and mattress bed with an Easy Rest bed which we got because I could use a different type of bed due to my back. I've had the bed for two months and I had a really bad night last night. I have the firmest foam on the top and the last couple of nights I really can’t turn to my side either way to get comfortable. I woke up with a backache in my lower back which would last three hours in the day. I wasn’t happy with it -- I was ready to tell them to come and get the bed. I was looking at my paperwork that I have from filling it out and I said, “Okay, maybe just changing the top foam would be the answer for me.”

I'm loving my Easy Rest bed. The massage part of it is the best feature of all. I have to go to sleep with it every night. I wake up in the morning and that's the first thing I do, I turn it back on. It has helped me more than anything. It is nice having to tilt head and foot also. The salesman was nice, very good. The delivery people on the other hand didn't know that much about the remote control. I just asked some questions and they weren't that knowledgeable of being able to answer them.

My husband has problems sleeping flat in a bed. He had been sleeping in a recliner and was very uncomfortable so we decided to get an adjustable bed. My husband is doing much better with Easy Rest but I'm having problems. I've been waking up with backache which I didn't have before. Our mattress is really firm so I've called and ordered a softer mattress. I'm hoping changing the mattress is going to make it better for me. We often elevate the bed, use the massage, and try different positions but I'm still working on the backache.

The Easy Rest seemed like a good bed to sleep on so I bought one and replaced my old bed which I had for 2 months. The salesman was okay and the delivery guys did an excellent job. It's better than a regular bed!

I was having trouble sleeping so I bought an Easy Rest. I like it very much and I don't have any trouble now in sleeping. When I wake up, my body is fully rested. I don't have any pain in my back anymore and I'm ready to get up. We owned the previous bed for 55 years but I sleep much better because I can adjust this new bed and I have a better position. I'm not lying flat and my back rests and sometimes I use the vibrator and that helps. And I have better circulation in my legs since using that bed.

The sales rep was good while the delivery people did what I told them to do and made sure I was satisfied before they left. The Easy Rest is great. I can recline in it and watch my TV. I feel better the next morning when I use it, but I am not as comfortable with it as I thought I would be.

Easy Rest is really good - I would recommend it.

I have back problems and I've had so many surgeries, so I purchased an Easy Rest adjustable bed. I sleep with my head up. A lot of times, I also have to raise my feet because my feet swells. I wouldn't and couldn't do without it now.

I purchased the Easy Rest because I had a lot of back problems. I had a broken neck, spinal stenosis, and scoliosis. Since I had it, I sleep more comfortable and I do wake up feeling better. I use a mask at night because I have sleep apnea but I just love my Easy Rest because I can raise the head part. I also raise the feet and I need that because I take water pills so I have a lot of fluid and I have a lot of leg pain. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is I shouldn't have gotten such a big bed. It's so big for our bedroom. It's also a little hard for me to handle when I'm trying to do the bedding. I wish we would have listened to our instincts and got the queen sized instead of this big king. But it's a wonderful bed. I'm very cozy in it at night.

I really like my Easy Rest bed. It's really nice and comfortable.

I have a muscle problem that runs from head to toe. Then the CEO of marketing brought the price down low enough so I bought the Easy Rest. My old bed was expensive but it doesn't compare with my new one. I have not used the massage or the rise yet because the bed itself is so much more better constructed that I don't need them. There's going to come a day when I will. Jeremy, the sales rep, was very courteous, very easy to talk to. He knows what he's talking about The delivery team was good as well. They demonstrated everything. It was very interesting to learn about the bed and very rewarding. I really feel like a new person since using it.

I'm sleeping good with Easy Rest. I bought one because the salesman was good. I often use the head raise and foot feature. The delivery team was very good. I showed them what to do and they did it. They moved the furnace and switched the beds.

When Easy Rest was sold to me, the salesperson, although he went through an awful lot, did not tell me that one of the things you had to do was rotate the mattress all the time. That's a big job. I don't like to do it. I don't know whether I would have bought it if I knew that but I'm doing it anyhow. I also find that the heating part of it is just like a blanket. It's really not an internal thing, not the way I understood it to be.

The Easy Rest sales rep was good. The delivery was fine. I really don't use the features much but I'm glad I bought it.

My grandkids have messed with my settings so I don't know how to reset the bed. Other than that, I love my Easy Rest!

If I had thought about it I would have gotten the longer Easy Rest bed but I'm happy with what I have now. I like the fact that the back and feet go up and down.

I'm really very satisfied with my Easy Rest. I'm enjoying it. I'm doing the turnover to break it all in there and it's working out wonderful. I like that massage and use it every night and the idea that I can tip it up there. I seen it in an advertisement through the mail and it was where you could take a chance on winning a bed, and that's how I started out by just sending them in. I got a call from somebody and had a salesman come up. He was very pleasant and wasn't pushy in any way. At that point, I wasn't really fixing on getting one but then I kind of seen that it would be to my advantage. The delivery team was very, very good and professional. I would highly recommend it.

I had a very good experience with Easy Rest. I wanted an adjustable bed but it was hard for me to get out and find one since I don't have an automobile. The sales rep was very nice and he had good selling points. He came right to the house and within six days, I had the bed. It was a quick delivery. It came and they installed my bed, told me all about it and how to use it. They left me a thing to put on the bed in case I want to attach a headboard to it. It was very satisfactory and I'm very happy with it.

I had recently been in the hospital and that adjustable bed was so nice that I decided that I wanted it for my home, so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was very informative and I can say she sold me. The delivery team was a-okay. I like my Easy Rest more than my old bed. I really enjoy it, and on these cold nights, I have really enjoyed the heating pad too.

I have a bad back and the Easy Rest worked good for my back and legs. I can let it up to keep my back and legs in place. It's very good.

I bought the Easy Rest mainly for back problems. It's a lot firmer and better than my old bed. I can set it to where I want it to feel comfortable. The sales representative was fine. We talked about it and he told me about all this stuff. The delivery wasn't all that good. My wife was here ans she told me the delivery guys didn't want to move anything when they came but the salesman said they'd have to move stuff. They didn't really care too much about moving anything.

My husband got the Easy Rest adjustable bed. I don't make it go up or down. I haven't been sick so I haven't needed to sit in it all day. The delivery team was fine when they set up our Easy Rest bed. They showed us how to use the bed but I didn't have any questions then. The sales representative was fine too...He showed us a demonstration. I remember he was polite.

My wife got the Easy Rest bed because she thought the hospital type would help in which you can raise the head, but really hasn't. Before we would sleep all night. Now if she raises the bed, it makes it hard on my back. And she can't rest when it's down.

We bought the bed because we needed one that would benefit us health-wise since we're older and our body doesn't work as it used to. We elevate our head and feet. But I think the Easy Rest is more expensive than it should be. When we got it financed, I did not realize it would cost that much. It's going to take a long time to pay it off.

I purchased the Easy Rest for the massaging. The sales rep and delivery team were both good. It was a good experience and they were understanding.

The Easy Rest adjustable bed is just marvelous. We weren't getting proper rest before because the beds we had were probably 15 years old. It's marvelous how you can adjust the bed. The sales representative was considerate. The delivery team was fine. They were in and out. We've had the bed now about six weeks at least and it does its job. We really enjoy it.

I have arthritis really bad. I bought Easy Rest primarily because I was hoping that it would help me in getting up and out of the bed later on. Right now, I'm not to that point. The only problem that I'm having is it's awfully firm. 'Course I wanted a firm mattress that was a lot better than another brand. But I wake up just wet with sweat. I don't know if it's the mattress but when my daughter used to sleep with me, she told me that. I can be cold when I get into bed. But when I wake up in the morning, it feels like my pajamas is actually wet.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because of the flexibility of it. There's the vibration and it goes up and down like a hospital bed. It's more comfortable than our old bed. The sales representative was good and explained everything. However, he told me I was going to get two pillows but I only got one. We didn't have any problems with the delivery team as they did a good job. I'm satisfied with it and would recommend them.

I'm really enjoying my Easy Rest bed. It's making me feel better. When I get up in the morning, I feel a lot better since I've got used to it. It has helped my indigestion and my back don't hurt like it's been hurting. I enjoy the massager. I use it when I go to bed and before I get up in the morning. I don't particularly like the pillow that came with it though.

I was having a great deal of trouble sleeping so I bid for the Easy Rest. I enjoy the vibrations because I had several very difficult falls and my joints were a little out of line. The vibrations help relax muscles and help me get to sleep a little better. But it was really to help out on the actual trouble I had from bad falls. It was certainly an expensive venture for me so I considered it as my birthday and Christmas gift and 95th birthday present.

The bed I had was about 25 years old and the mattress wasn't that comfortable. My back was suffering. The sales rep was quite nice and very pleasant. They delivered a plus one bed. I gave my old bed to my son and they were kind enough to put it downstairs for me. The one thing I haven't found useful is I finally got the heating mattress pad and I really don't need it. I have a good furnace and we keep it about 70 degrees all the time, and it just doesn't seem of value to me. But the thing I miss most is when I go to sleep at night I watch television, and I raise the head and the feet so I'm kind of in a hammock situation, which is nice. With the Easy Rest bed I can now sleep on my back and I could never do that on my other bed.

I've been sleeping a lot better in the Easy Rest. I'm a disabled veteran and I don't sleep at night so I wasn't getting enough sleep. I also have a problem with my feet swelling, and with this bed, I can raise the feet up. I sit in it and watch TV a lot.

I'm really enjoying my Easy Rest bed. I love it. I can get in it and get out of the bed without trying to slide out. It's 100 percent better than my old bed. I sleep a lot better because of moving the head thing up and down but I haven't learned to control the feet yet. The sales reps were wonderful. The ones who came and put it in were as nice as they could be. They knew what they were supposed to do and set up the bed.

Easy Rest contacted me and I decided to just buy myself a new bed. I didn't know it was going to cost $5,000 but since I had already done it, I'm sleeping on it. I sleep well and I like the backrest especially to elevate it and my dog likes it too. I raise my back so I can watch 2 hours of television in the evening and don't have to prop myself up with a pillow. I also have the thing to elevate my feet which I could use when I get older and get swollen legs. It would be a comfort for me to help support circulation. I'm comfortable with it and I enjoy going to bed each night.

I've been having problems with my sleeping, with my back and my legs so I wanted to try something more comfortable when I sleep at night and we chose to get an Easy Rest. The sales representative was an outstanding young man and the delivery team was very cooperative. However we see no positive changes since we used the bed. My wife and I discussed that she was going to call about getting a softer mattress since we were told that there was a softer mattress that we could try.

The gentleman from Easy Rest was very nice. He told me everything about the bed and showed me how it would be with my head and legs up with the pillows. I understood and I told my daughter I want one of those beds so she said "Well, mom, if you want one you can get it." The delivery team was awesome. They had my king size bed out of the room and put it up in the other room in no time. Then they brought the new bed in and had it together. They were very nice young men.

My wife has noticed positive changes since using our Easy Rest bed. She's got it propped up so she can breathe a lot easier. I haven't noticed any positive changes myself because I sleep like a log wherever I sleep. The salesman did make a comment about if we wanted to upgrade to the next level for the bed it would be around one price and about 30 days later they said there was another price and it was a lot higher than what he had quoted.

I hate to say this but my experience with Easy Rest hasn’t been that great. The rep was nice but he used a little bit too much pressure. I decided not to go with it but he called somebody and then that guy used even more pressure, but they brought the price down. Delivery was fine. They brought the bed in, set it up and explained to me.

I purchased the Easy Rest Bed for my wife. She's got two or three different things wrong with her and we thought an adjustable bed might help her out and she sleeps better. She likes the wave feature. The sales representative was able to answer all the questions and was friendly. The delivery team did a good job too.

I got the Easy Rest because I thought it would help me. I had acid reflux and I was having knee problems. What I don't like about it is the massage part. It doesn't work right to me because it's loud and doesn't really work your body like it should. Other than that, I like the bed but I felt like it was forced on me because the sales rep were supposed to come set it up and let me test it and they just set the bed up and say, "Here, it's yours." But I've got it now and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm dealing with it.

I have acid reflux so I was always putting two pillows on the bed to raise myself up but now with the Easy Rest, I can just adjust the bed. The sales representative was marvelous and the delivery team was very good. They explained how to use the bed and made sure I knew how to do it before they left. Everything was good.

My experience with Easy Rest has been pretty fine so far. I hope it continues. The first night I spent in it...because it's so firm, it removed the pain out of my hip and I'm thankful for that. But if I sit around too much, then the pain wants to come back and I've got to remain active. I needed a firm bed and they said it was firm - that's what really sold me. It's nice to have that little heat up thing before I go to bed and I enjoy that. It's just a nice sleeping place. The representatives did pretty good. They were nice, congenial, thoughtful, and helpful, the seller as well as the installers. Everything seems to be working fine.

The Easy Rest salesman came to the house and talked about what he had. He explained well so I purchased one. I use the bed with to rest upright. I go to sleep right there and look around in the room better with the head tilted up. The delivery team delivered it and set the bed up all right. They demonstrated how to use the bed before they left.

I have a lot of health issues and have to almost sleep sitting up, and with this Easy Rest adjustable bed I can position it so I'm comfortable and can breathe properly. I always raise the head part. I don't get up quite as tired in the morning time. I don't even want to get out of it. The sales representative was very professional. I never dreamed I would be buying that bed when he arrived but I don't have any regrets. The delivery team made absolutely sure that I understood everything. They explained everything to me and went over training me on how to use it and the remote. They had to go up three more inches with the bed and let me know. I'm so glad I made that investment! I'm doing the sales pitch to my daughter now. Shes tried it out a couple of times and may end up getting one. I'm 100% satisfied.

My wife likes to raise the Easy Rest bed medium up and I'm satisfied with the bed. The representative was pretty nice and the team that delivered the bed was okay.

I spend too much time in bed. It's beautiful. We enjoy the Easy Rest very much. It wasn't for me, it was for my missus. Her body is in pretty rough shape and we had a waterbed before which we were very pleased with but she couldn't get in and out of it. She needed a mattress that she could maneuver in and out and position it in a way that would help her back. She has to have her head and feet up so she's been making use of that. It's been very helpful in that respect. My only problem would be when I had called about getting a softer mattress for the missus there is a $68 shipping fee on it and I don't believe that was mentioned to me in all the discussions that we had. I was a little bit set back with that and it stopped me from getting it.

The Easy Rest bed sleeps good. I usually raise the head part and my back feels better. I have arthritis and it really makes me feel much better when I get up in the morning.

I wouldn't trade my new Easy Rest bed for ten of the old ones. I have back problems and the new bed is helping me a lot. A lot of times in my old bed, I couldn't get comfortable. My back would hurt and I'd have to get up and sit in my recliner and recline. I'd recommend the bed to anybody as they would really enjoy it.

A young lady made a demonstration to show that the Easy Rest will be good to massage my back. She placed a vibrator on my back and told me that's how it's going to be like, but it's nothing like that. The bed seems like it's getting soft on the outside instead of wearing on the inside. When you get on and get off of it, it seems like it is crushing down outside and getting a lot softer and it shouldn't do that. I raise the bed 35 degrees for my back and raise the feet so I make a contour but it doesn't help my back. It doesn't improve my sleep any better. Though I'm not very happy with it, I'm going to keep trying the bed for a while.

My old bed that I owned for four years was a very good one but I wanted something that would raise the headboard. I like the idea of being able to raise the head and the foot so I purchased the Easy Rest bed. I have a bad back and an acid reflux so it helps that quite a bit. I have trouble with my back, and I thought the Easy Rest might help me to sit up a little bit. The new bed was all right till the mattress guy had to change mattresses and then I was out another mattress. I bought one and it was too thick. It was hard for me to get up in there because I've got arthritis. And they didn't told me when they sold me the bed that I had to turn it. I don't like trying to change it cause I'm old and I can't get that thing changed like it says. Had I've known that before, I probably wouldn't have bought it.

I just got through a liver transplant and then broke some bones so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I was told this bed is going to be better for me but it's actually not - it's not what they promised us. My husband sinks over to the one side and I sink in up there by my head and then it stays that way. It's very backbreaking. With the way my back is, I can't handle it. Also, the flip part that comes up does not come up far enough. They said that they would send us a different mattress pad but they want us to pay for it, which is not right. They need to find somebody else that makes better mattresses.

I'm crippled and my Easy Rest bed helps me a lot when my back or leg hurts. This bed would be something nice to have for somebody like me. It's much better than my old bed but it doesn't feel right sometimes - seems like it's a lot higher on the left side than it's supposed to be. My hips really trouble me so this situation makes it uncomfortable when I try to turn over on the left side. But anyway, Easy Rest said that they'll get down here to fix anything that may be wrong with the bed but I haven't made a call to them yet.

My husband decided to buy an Easy Rest bed after four years of using our old bed and he likes it better. He enjoys it. It makes him feel rested better in the morning. He likes it when he can adjust his head up and down because he snores a lot. The guy we talked to about the bed was one of the nicest guys I've ever seen.

The Easy Rest is amazing and comfortable. With iron underneath, it doesn’t look like it could possibly be but it is. I have one problem with it though. When you raise and lower it, it pushes against the other bed and pushes it apart somewhat. There's a gap there.

I went through the house appointment with Easy Rest quite easily and the sale and the delivery. All was okay other than I had something broken. My house was pretty cluttered but they did break a lamp of mine. As far as my enjoying the bed, I have trouble getting sheets to stay on good.

I'm not happy with my Easy Rest. It sagged way down on my side. It shouldn't because I haven't had it for two and a half months. I'm fixing to call the guy that I bought it from because of it. I bet I'm six inches lower than the other side. I bought it because I just supposed it must have been good and must have been guaranteed for life but like now, that's a lot of money to pay for something that's done so worse than my old one. I hardly raise this bed up. I use the vibrator a lot. But I'm just so disappointed in it. It's getting soft and sinking on my side. I've got to get somebody to check on it because I'm not going to pay $3,000 for something that's a lot worse than my old one.

We were having trouble with the other bed. It was too hard and I have back problems, and we didn't have a good night's sleep on it. It was a really strong orthopedic bed and really hard. The Easy Rest bed is softer and I'm able to adjust it, and that makes it better. The sales rep was great. The only problem we had is that we lose the controls all the time. That's probably our fault. They're not attached and it's really hard for us to keep up with them.

I like my old bed a lot better and I hate my Easy Rest. I purchased it because it was made in America and had the massage feature I needed but that feature didn't help me. The bed leans towards the side and stays to the side. Also the controller to control the massage in the bed is ridiculous. It has no light and you have to turn the lights on in the middle of the night to get the thing to work. Then it won't quit. I don't like the massage at all. It gives me a headache and not minding my back and legs like I need. The sales representative was very persistent and very nice and other than grumbling a little bit, the delivery team who delivered was fine.

I sleep with the Easy Rest bed partially raised because I usually fall asleep watching TV. The salesman that came in to my home and convinced me to buy this bed was just such a nice person. However, if you're 5'4" maybe getting an extra long would be better than just the regular size because my feet do hang off the edge when I raise it part way. When the salesman was measuring me for the bed, he said, "You're 5'4" so that will be a regular size." That should be adjusted a little bit. Somebody who is 5' can do a regular size.

We purchased an Easy Rest for our guest bedroom. I've only slept on it once but my niece was here and she really enjoyed it. Everything about the experience with them was perfect. Gab, the sales representative, was fantastic. He is in the right business. He never gave me any pressure and was super nice and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to a friend.

My husband and I needed a little head lift, and my old bed was getting a dip in it where you sleep. That was not comfortable. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia real bad. I don't know why, because the bed is hard but it still seemed like I didn't hurt as bad when I'm sleeping with the Easy Rest bed. We specifically like the head feature of the bed. The salesman and delivery team were friendly, courteous, and listened to our needs. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's got so many cards on the bed. I don't know what to do with them. It's hard to clean and get the dust out from around all those cards. I don't know where to put them.

We were looking for an adjustable type of bed, and Easy Rest made an appointment with us right away, so my wife and I decided to listen. Since my purchase, my back problem has gotten a little bit better. I use the leg part often to raise my legs up. My wife has a broken knee and her leg doesn't hurt very much once we used the bed. The sales representative was also very nice and we learned a lot from him. There are cheaper beds out there but after talking to other people about the bed, they all agreed that this bed is very good.

I have spinal problems in the back that's why we bought the Easy Rest Bed. There's only a little change I've noticed and it's really not exactly what I was expecting. It has a massage in it and it really doesnt do a whole lot. The only thing we got is the massage and the lift, to raise the head and the foot area. I use both of those. It's really not that good but I had my old bed for quite a while so I was about to get another anyway. But right now if I had to do it again, I wouldn’t do it.

It was very nice dealing with Easy Rest, only I have to call them back because I have to have one of my beds lowered. They had offered me a deal where I would get the beautyrest bed and then I would get a free bed with it. I like the fact that I can raise and lower the bed, and then I have the vibrating on it too. I've enjoyed it very much. It's been very comfortable, very good, and it's serviceable. The only thing I have to do is call them to get the other bed lowered since I have twin beds in the room.

So far we're enjoying our Easy Rest bed. We love it. It does what they say it would do. The only thing that I’m concerned about is that they were supposed to hook the headboard up and they left it standing without being hooked up. It’s a free-standing headboard but needs to be connected to the bed. They tried to put them on there and said they couldn’t. Nobody has ever given me an explanation as to why they didn’t.

We needed a new mattress because our old one was no longer good. We've had it for about 5 or 6 years. So we purchased the Easy Rest bed and it's much better. I love it except for one thing. My side of the bed is where they've got the massage motor underneath and there's a hump in the middle. I've only got a small space to lay in and have been trying to push it down but I don't know whether I can or not. Anyway, other than that, I love the massage part of it especially. I use it every night. Also, I've been sick so I've been sleeping with the head up which helps. The sales representative was good, polite, mannerly, and wasn't pushy-pushy. The boys who came to install and set it up were really good too. They worked as a team, kept right at it, and got everything done quickly. We had no problems whatsoever. It was a very good experience.

It's a disappointment. I know it's not returnable and I'm not guaranteed, but I don't find that I sleep any better. I wake up with just as many aches as I had before. I didn't see the Easy Rest as a great improvement compared to my old bed. I also wasn't impressed with the installation team at all. They didn't give me any information about it. In fact, there's still a question I'm going to call and ask them about. Sometimes my dog rolls over on the buttons and sets off the vibrator and then I don't know how to stop it. My biggest complaint is that I don't have any sheets that fit the damn thing. It's so thick and they don't have pockets deep enough. So it always ends up coming off and scrunched up in the middle of the bed. But I do like to elevate the head of the bed so that I can see the TV.

I like the new bed I got from Easy Rest and the way it sleeps. It doesn't push back against you. I also got my pillows a week ago and I like it. I have recommended Easy Rest to some friends and they say they're a little high. I told them, "Go and price out the other beds. All of them are high."

The Easy Rest sales rep came and explained to us and showed us how it worked. So we thought we'd go and try it. The delivery team was also okay. They showed us how it worked. But the mattress is on itself so it's not the easiest to sleep on. We slept on an air mattress for about 15 years before we had this and the air mattress was beautiful to sleep on. With the Easy Rest, I get to put my feet up at night and blood goes back up to my heart and that's been good. But still, it's hard to sleep on.

I had sent a card to win a bed, and they sent one of their representatives out. He was very nice, very friendly, very courteous, and even brought a little gift. He came with the intention of selling us the bed, and we did go ahead and buy it. The bed that we had for 20 years didn't do any raising up or the extra things that the new bed can do, but it was a good bed and I have to take up the old bed. Easy Rest has been much like the bed we had. It is a good bed. We enjoy it but I haven’t tried the different things out on it much yet.

My husband has a lot of back trouble so we bought the Easy Rest bed to help him with sleeping because with our old bed, he would get out of bed in the morning and be hurting really bad. We've had that bed for about three years and although I liked it, it was not helping with my husband's back condition at all. We put our feet up when sleeping because I retain fluid, and sleep with the head up because of his back issues. The sales representative was very nice. He came and explained everything to us and we were just totally sold on what we saw. And the people who came to install it were really pleasant and took the time to explain everything to us too. It has been a positive experience so far. The bed provides really comfortable sleep and the people are good to work with.

My experience with Easy Rest is very good. I have a back issue and yesterday I had a nasal operation and it is a little hard for me to talk, so I had to sit up and the bed worked fine. Since buying it I've been a little bit better. A lot of times, before I had the operation, I would just raise it a little bit and put the vibration on and it made me feel better when I went to bed.

I knew I was going to be buying a new bed because the one I had was an antique bedroom set and that was to go to my oldest granddaughter. It's over a hundred years old and has been in our family a long time. It was a very comfortable mattress but didn't have what I wanted in this Easy Rest mattress like the massage and other things. I love the Easy Rest bed. I enjoy using the massage and just love sleeping on it. I sleep later in the morning than I ever have. The sales representative was very nice and quite a gentleman. No problems with him. The delivery team was very good. They came in, took my other one out, took the other one up and did whatever was asked of them. All my friends just loved the bed. They said they were going to come over a couple of hours before I go to bed so they could use the massage.

I have been on the Easy Rest bed for so long, I think it’s part of me now. There is no comparison with my former bed. The mattress is neither hard nor soft and good to sleep with. Some nights I have to raise up the bed from the neck. When I go to sleep, I’m asleep. And the salesman was a comfortable man. He comes into your home like a friend, a very patient man.

I like the Easy Rest bed but I didn't have space to get the double, which is two separate sections. Everybody said that they don't snore anymore after the bed, but I haven't found that to be the case with my husband. I also ordered the heat mattress and I wasn't satisfied with that at all. The delivery team came in and out in a rush and were a little clumsy. It didn't fit in my old bed so I gave my old bed and frame away. They knocked over our lamp and a few things but I thought well, it's a heavy bed and it didn't have the most room in the world. Other than that, they were fine. They were pleasant.

I purchased Easy Rest Bed because I’ve had back trouble since 1948 and couldn’t get anybody to do anything for me. I'm 83 now and in '68, I had surgery and when I was 75, I went to the doctor because I thought there was something going on with my hip. He took x-rays and said nothing is wrong with my hip. It’s my back and that surgery they had done had started deteriorating. I said, “Not at 75, no surgery.” He said, “I agree with you.”

I ordered the pillow. It was supposed to be free. When I got my pillow in the mail, it was in a plastic bag and I guess from being cold and then warm, it had sweated. The pillow was wet and musty. I tried putting it in the dryer and having the dryer to not tumble, but nothing really took it all out. I called them and the girl said she would get us out another one but she never did but maybe she hasn't had enough time. I don't know if they will eventually or what.

Compared to my bed that I had for 10 years, the Easy Rest makes me sleep better so I'm pleased with it. I noticed the twirling around my ankles is down and my neck is not as tired feeling in the morning when I get up. The salesman said it would help with that. My arm was aching a little bit and I massaged my back. I made sure I got it where I could feel the bed massaging. This would be beneficial for my knees as I get older. It is enjoyable and I would recommend it especially with people that got back trouble.

The sales rep from Easy Rest was good while the delivery people were professional. They came in, took my old bed and took the new one in. The only problem I have is I wish they would have hung up the wiring - tie up the wiring so my cat wouldn't play with it. But overall I'm enjoying the bed very well. I like the massage part.

If I come into some money, I might get the one where my wife could let her side up and I could let my side up because sometimes, I want to go up and she doesn't. I should have gotten that in the beginning but didn't. It costs a little bit more but he said most people get this type. The room is small. That's why we went with a queen. The king size might be a little close but an inch on her side and an inch on my side, would make that a king. He said that the king size bed would let my side and her side up but the queen wouldn't do that. The queen was a little bit cheaper. You pay for what you get.

I'm 74 years old and my experience with the Easy Rest bed has been great. I went to the hospital last week. I had a thing put in my chest and I have to sleep in a 45 degree angle. I used to raise the head a little bit and the feet a lot. I just try a little bit of everything and use whichever is comfortable for me. Compared to the mattress that I had for 9 years, I love this one and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I don't like Easy Rest worth a darn. I thought it would help me rest. I only use Easy Rest to sleep on and the heat. And that's something else. The sales representative didn't tell me that the heat was a blanket that you put on there, and that was $300 and something. And I thought that was a little ridiculous, which I could've went and bought them less than that at Wal-Mart. I was never told that. I don't think he told me the truth about anything. He made it sound real good. I'd rather have my old bed which I had for five years back. It was more comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody.

to use the end part and they were out and gone just a little while. They were nice about things. Easy Rest is comfortable and I like the vibration. Sometimes, I can come in here and switch it on and go right off to sleep. The headrest, we don't bother with it too much. The only thing, it's a little high to get into bed but we make it. Very disappointing and very overcharged. I had a good bed for twenty years -- one that only costs me $1,500 and that was years ago. I shouldn't have traded it off. The sales representatives is real nice, but he kept on and on and on. The guy just talked until I got tired of hearing him. He ended up high-pricing me, suppose to have after he added all that stuff on, which is kind of like a rip-off. I'm 85 years old and I got ripped off. I was real tired, real late, real sick, and it's cold and wet. I shouldn't have said yes.

I did something this morning. I had caught on the cable that makes the bed go up and down and vibrate and I don't know how to put it back in there. Anyway, it sleeps well. My body feels better when I get up in the morning after sleeping on it. I use the adjustable the most because I don't have to stack my pillows and get an ache in my neck from my pillows. Then I use the vibration for about 15 minutes. I don't use it too much.

It was time for me to change mattresses on my bed so I was searching online using my iPad and saw Easy Rest. I sent off that thing in the paper and a sales representative came to my door shortly after that and talked me into buying one. He was extremely good and intelligent, and could answer everything. He told me he used to be a pharmaceutical salesman but he was good on how the bed works and how it would feel. He even carried me back where I could lie down in my bed and how it would feel and the position I could get it in. He spent a little over an hour with me and I felt really comfortable about it after he was here.

I had an adjustable bed for 15 years then bought an Easy Rest as a replacement. I paid a little over $4,000 so I guess I must sleep well every night. Their sales representatives were nice. I may be a little rude sometimes and out of hand, I sometimes get frustrated but I don't mean no harm, but overall they helped me to cool. Also their delivery team was good. When I had a question and I didn't understand, they tried to make it right and straightened it out. They tried to answer it to my ability that could satisfy me.

I was having reflux real bad that's why we purchased an Easy Rest. I just came home from surgery and I was trying to sleep flat. It seemed like there was a bump in the middle. I couldn't rest and then I started propping it up with my head and feet up. I don't understand why there's a bump in the middle of the bed and if I got it down, why am I lying crooked? It's too expensive of a bed and with the feel of a bump in the middle, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I needed a new mattress. I seem to sleep better on it. I raise the foot up because my ankle seems to swell up once in a while so the doctor told me I should raise my foot up. I like it. It's nice, warm and very comfortable

We needed a new mattress and box spring, and we had entered to try to win an Easy Rest. When a guy came and talked to us, we got to thinking it sounded pretty good and we needed to get one. We really like it! My back doesn't hurt like it did before. I also have acid reflux, so being able to tilt the bed up has helped a lot and it helps me to sleep. It's better not lying flat.

I like Easy Rest bed and I've been sleeping good in it. I like this better than my old bed which I had for 14 years. The only thing wrong with it is that my husband is telling me that it's too high. I have the little stool there that I step on to get up on the bed. But everything else is fine.

I have reflux a lot and got an Easy Rest bed for that reason. So I raise the head part the most. I raise the feet also, just a little bit, to keep me from sliding down. I've recommended this bed to friends. I sleep a lot better because of it.

I’m not happy about Easy Rest bed. I don’t sleep comfortably and it seems like there’s something hard there in the middle keeping it flat. I was fine with my old bed but with Easy Rest something about it didn’t take me on the same. I felt like for that kind of money, I should be getting more than what I got so I don’t think the quality is there. But I have misplaced my receipt and I didn’t know who to call.

I've been looking at the Easy Rest store for a long time and I just thought to go ahead and get myself one. The sales representatives were really friendly and courteous. The delivery team was good too. They showed me how to use the controls on the bed, everything. I really enjoy the bed. I use the massage feature mostly because after being up and ripping and running all day, I just like to have a good massage when I get home. It's a wonderful bed and I sleep very comfortably at night.

The Easy Rest sales representatives were great. He was really pleasant. We enjoyed him. He came and explained everything to us and showed us the video, and he was saying "you're not pressured to buy this. We just want you to see it and see how it works." We looked at the video and it was adjustable and can massage us. It was like two beds and we had two remotes where I can adjust mine the way I want it and my husband can also do the way he want it. So that's what kind of made us say, "Hey, let's try it."

Easy Rest sent me a brochure telling me they would give me a free pillow. They tell me I have to buy the bed. Me and my wife sat to talk and think about it and when it's time to get it, we did. The kids use all the bed's features. They enjoy it and they get to jump on it and put the massager on. They do a lot of things on the bed, watching TV all the time. And when I use it, I get to raise the legs. I just go there when we're watching TV in my study sometimes. I've actually recommended the bed to my sister.

I liked the name Easy Rest, and the salesman who came did a good presentation. I noticed that I've been oversleeping, getting up at 11 o'clock since using it. I like to raise the head part a little bit but not that high as I find it comfortable. The delivery team was also very prompt and very professional. They sent me the pillow and it seems too small for me. I don't see how it does anything! I thought it would be a little larger and more softer and it's stiff by the neck - I feel it.

I am not happy with the Easy Rest bed at all. A sales representative contacted me and it seemed like a good idea in the beginning because I have some health problems and thought that the bed's ability to raise my head or my feet might be something good for me. It's the worst thing that I've ever done! The old bed that I had was better and it was just a conventional bed. I paid an extravagant price for the Easy Rest and for its price, I could have gotten two of my old bed. My old bed was comfortable. If I needed to raise my foot, I could do it because I have a chair and I could sleep well. I can't sleep in this Easy Rest bed. You might as well be lying on the floor. If I do use any of its features, I just raise the head of the bed, just to watch TV.
