My wife purchased my Easy Rest bed and the delivery team was okay. I'm satisfied with it and when I'm on my side, I often use the massage feature of the bed.

I thought getting an Easy Rest bed would be a good investment because I needed a mattress for my back problems. So the sales representative came to the house and we talked about the bed. He gave me all the information, and then I decided to get a new mattress and that it will be more beneficial than just a regular bed. Now, I mostly use its elevation feature, although I have a problem with its size because I can't find sheets for it.

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. I think I had a temporary loss of sanity and should have never gotten that. It's not what I expected and they almost disassembled my hard rock maple bed. When I saw that they were taking off the sideboard I said, "What are you doing?" The rep said they have to do that to put the mattress on there. I didn't know that was going to take place because the salesman didn't mention it. All he did was measure from the top of the bed to the bottom. I didn't ask him any question, he just told me what he was doing and I took that. Also, one side seems to be harder than the other. I'm the only one that sleeps on it and I switch sides.

We used to have a Craftmatic which I had kept for a long time until 2014. I got rid of it and replaced with an Easy Rest Bed. Their sales representative were courteous and the team who delivered the bed put it up and took off so quick. And so I thought the Easy Rest bed was gonna be the comfortable bed to use, but now my husband wanted to return it back because he's not sleeping right and he's too long for it. We would keep the head and foot elevated with the bed, but it goes down and sinks in the middle. And I don't know why it's doing that even when it's straight out. We're also having trouble with the remotes - on my husband's side where you push one button to go down and the other one comes up and when I lift mine, it'll go up so far and it'll stop. I thought we were gonna be able to enjoy it but we're not very satisfied with the Easy Rest Bed.

I have laid down on our Easy Rest bed but not resting on it. I just can't stand and my back gives me so much trouble. But my wife really enjoys and sleeps on it. My little grandson also loves sleeping on it when he comes. It's very comfortable.

I feel better using the Easy Rest bed. I love the way it is and I need it. I often put my head up as I have a stomach problem and need my head to be up.

Since having the bed, my wife wants me to bring our TV into the bedroom, which I have resisted so far. I told her we'd never get out of the bed if we did that. We use the leg raising feature a lot. Also, we both snore after we've gone to sleep, and the other one grabs the head raising feature and keeps pushing the button until they're no longer snoring and then go back to sleep.

So far it’s been okay with Easy Rest except that the bed is a little bit too soft. And I must be ending up lying at the same spot after I go to sleep because I don’t weigh but 135 pounds and the mattress is a little low where my body usually is.

The Easy Rest bed is not something that was expected. I can watch TV comfortably. I can have a massage and elevate the head or feet. The sales representative I spoke with were good, polite and the delivery team was great too.

My husband said that the Easy Rest Bed was good for his health and being able to lift his feet and head. Their sales representative was good and friendly. However, the guy told us that they were gonna call the next day, but it went a week before we heard anything and we had to call again before somebody came out to deliver. But besides that, everything else went well and overall, the experience was okay.

I like Easy Rest. I can have my feet and head up to sleep better. And then they had a massager there so it sounded good too. I'm a an old guy and I'd wake up a lot. If anything's gonna make me feel more comfortable, I'm just gonna go for it and Easy Rest has helped me with that a little bit. I would recommend it, but it's fairly expensive.

I've been sleeping in a recliner or on the couch for several years because I have two discs blown out in my back. I tried the Easy Rest bed so I could sleep in a bed and since I've had it, I can actually sleep now. Everything was great with their team.

I was tired of my old bed, it's about seven years old. I don't sleep very well usually, and my neck is stiff when I wake up. So, I figured if I can adjust the bed like Easy Rest, I like to have my head higher than that my feet, then it might be beneficial to me. And then, it had the massage motor which is a pretty good feature. I don't use it that often, but it's nice to put it on and get circulation going. However, my sheets don't fit, it's so big. I've got to lose the elastic around the edges. And when you raise the bed up, the side sheets would slip off the corners. So, I don't know what size sheet I'd have to get, but I'm gonna have to do with what I got.

Easy Rest was recommended to me and I'm liking this bed very much. It's easier to rest on than my old double bed. The delivery team was very good, too.

The delivery team almost broke a big mirror. They hit the wall with the iron frame and it took some paint off the wall but other than that, they got the bed together quickly. However, I've had about thirty minutes to an hour sleep a night on the Easy Rest bed. It's terrible. I have edema, if you jack up the bottom of it, it doesn't help at all. My back and hip hurts. I've had a lot of surgery through the years and it just throbs. I'm very dissatisfied with Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest team did good. But I'm a little disappointed in the warranty. I feel that the warranty was rushed upon me. The man came and told me about everything and that was great, but the guarantee was gone out before it really got here. To me, that's unfair. There should have been a period of time of use before the time expired on the warranty. Additionally, he told me that there's a lifetime guarantee on what we bought, but when it came in, the way I read the warranty wasn't as good a warranty as I was told. It may end up being a lifetime warranty, but as I read the fine print, it didn't appear as that good. When it comes to the sales and the manner in which it was presented to me, I'm dissatisfied. But when it comes to the product, itself, it's doing what it's supposed to do and I'm happy with it.

I use my Easy Rest's heat in the winter and cool in the summer. In addition, I'm very happy with their delivery team. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The sales rep and the delivery team were fine. They were helpful and didn't give any problems. We had to wait for awhile because the one was somewhere else and wasn't there right away. They took a chest of drawers out to my garage for me, so they were kind in doing that. But I have one complaint with Easy Rest. I have a swell where my hind sits in. I went ahead and took the mattress out and turned it over. I think it's harder on one side than the other and that's been better. It was cutting off the circulation to my legs and they were going numb and hurting and I have to get up and walk. But I haven't had any problems for the last two weeks. The bed makes it easy for me to go to sleep. It's a buddy for me and I enjoy it very much. I have sleep apnea and the bed also helps with my breathing.

I wanted something I could sleep on and not have to get up and down half the night and the Easy Rest bed works fairly well although sometimes it's not as comfortable as it should be. Other than that, I sleep every other night and the bed sleeps me good. In addition, their delivery team has done a great job.

The Easy Rest was nothing like I thought it was going be. It's called "Easy Rest" but it's not so easy to rest on for me. I've got a degenerative disc disease, arthritis in the spine and my legs are messed up. The foam rubber is still hard for me so it's not too comfortable. But a friend came, checked it out, laid on it and said it was comfortable. She went "I don't see why you're having such problems sleeping." I told her, "Well, it's probably just me, my body, because I'm not used to it." I still sleep on it, though, and it's all right. Moreover, I would tell a friend about the bed because people that ain’t got my problems may be able to sleep on it a lot easier than when I can.

I'm really enjoying my Easy Rest bed. Since I've had it, I get up every morning feeling so rested. This is the best sleeping bed that you'd want to rest on.

I entered a contest if I could win an Easy Rest and I didn't win one. The salesman was insistent and I ended up buying one. I wanted a perfectly good queen size bed, where my feet would feel better and I can place my head up. I also got my free pillow. I like the young men who delivered the bed. It would have been appropriate to hug them. They moved that bed into another room and they carried the mattress and springs out to the storage shed, which I'm going to give my daughter and then they set the bed up in my bedroom. They had to do a lot of things and I couldn't have done it, and they did a fantastic job. I'd stay a lot in my bedroom mainly because it has a good television back there and it's quiet and so sometimes I can set the bed up and watch TV or set it up and read. I don't have any shortness of breath or any of those things that you have when you get those.

Easy Rest bed looks comfortable and my husband decided to get it. I like the Easy Rest better and I like that I can raise my head on it, which I couldn't do before because, on my other bed, I used to get pillows and stack them up. I also like the vibrating feature for when my back is hurting. And when my legs get cramps in them, it helps when I raise my feet and I sleep good. My husband has a bad back and we're both in the 70 range. There's more times when you wake up with ache and things that you didn't go to bed with, which is human nature. Having the Easy Rest bed would be quite possibly a way of circumventing some of them so I thought we would try one. It was put up very professionally by very professional people and we're relatively happy with it. The bed helps with problems I didn't think it would help with and it doesn't help, necessarily, with problems that I thought it would help with. It's a double-edged sword, but overall it does help. Moreover, we use the raising of the headboard and the footboard often. We live in the northeast and we all have sinuses. When you go to bed at night, they seem to pick up. I could not give them the highest rating though due to its excessive costs.

We like our Easy Rest bed. However, I feel like I'm not resting as easy as I was told. For the price I'm paying, I was expecting to be comfortable. I've slept in other people's beds and they were much more comfortable. My husband is still snoring like crazy and we were told that maybe having him uplift it would matter. The only thing that got me were the bedbugs in it and we're still spraying.

I have had arthritis since my 20's and I’m 75 now. And I decided an Easy Rest bed is probably what I needed. However, I haven't adjusted to my bed yet. I have slept in it a few times but not very many since I got it. When I lift the head of the bed up to the position I wanted and then I lift the foot, my head part goes down. I don't understand why and I'm not satisfied the way the bed is doing. I think I have overlooked something in the directions and I'll figure it out once I stop and start rereading it. I'm not necessarily happy right now but if I figure it out with my daughter's help and if it quits doing what it's doing now for me, then everything will be fine. Otherwise, it's a good bed. The delivery team was very nice and I had a nice experience with the sales representative.

I needed an Easy Rest because I have back trouble. Since I got the bed, I can get up out of the bed and sleep better. I sometimes use the head part by raising it up to make my back more comfortable. I'm very satisfied with Easy Rest. I use the vibrator two or three times a week depending on how my back is treating me. Every night, I set it up in the sitting up position for watching TV. I thought an Easy Rest bed would help my back but it hasn't. On my old bed, I could lie on my back and it would ease up. But on the Easy Rest, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. When my back hurts, the bed vibrates around my neck instead of my back.

I called and one of their guys came out. We told him when he walked in that we couldn't afford it, but went ahead and bought it on charge and had interest it. Now, it's ours. It's nice and we love it. We never sleep flat anymore and don't have to be all that much lifted with our heads and so it's comfortable.

The only thing I feel wrong about my Easy Rest is that I feel like my side of the bed is low. The sheets don't fit well so I have to buy a piece of rubber and put on top of the mattress. My new Easy Rest is quite different from my old bed. We're still trying to get adjusted to it. My wife's back is worse now than with our old bed and she can't understand why. We're trying to readjust the bed to see which way we could be more comfortable so that we don't have back pain in the morning when we get up. He measured my original bed and how high the Easy Rest bed would be and I ended up buying it because it was better as I didn't need to climb into it. I raise the head of the bed a lot, but not all the way. The delivery team was very nice and got right down to business and got everything hooked up real well. The bed is expensive, but it was worth it. I love it.

I was already sold on the company from the salesman who came out two years ago and my daughter got on the internet and compared different brands and she found it to be one of the top advertised brands. We contacted them and bought it over the phone. We just love it. I think it’s a real good product and easy to use and it’s really helped her a lot. My daughter is disabled. She has rheumatoid arthritis for over 50 years and it really helps her and it helps me, too, because I'm 83 years old and it helps me a lot rising up the bed. We just love it and we would recommend it to anybody.

I use the headrest feature of my Easy Rest bed the most. The salesman was able to convince me to purchase one because he was friendly and he answered all my questions. I wouldn't get rid of it.

I raise my legs up because I have bad swelling in my legs and I've got spinal stenosis in my lower back so I raise my head up where I can sleep. We got a reasonable price which was certainly not what the beginning asking price was. We've been very happy with our Easy Rest and have enjoyed it. We liked the mattress pad and we love the massage. We moved the legs around so that were comfortable. Were very, very happy with it. We would recommend Easy Rest and we have recommended it. We've made a point of telling people that we like it very, very much.

Being able to sit up in the bed was the reason we got an Easy Rest. We can watch the television. But it hasn't been what we thought it would be. My husband has allergies and it's hard for him to breathe and the raising up feature hasn't helped him. We're not satisfied and regret buying it. We had an extra firm mattress and it was a lot more comfortable that this Easy Rest bed.

He was great and I was satisfied with his presentation. As for the bed, it is good. I'm almost 90 years old, got bad legs and the bed helps, so it serves its purpose. I would recommend it.

If I lay on my left side, when I wake up, I'm still on my left side. And I enjoy the most keeping the head raised up. Also, the sales and delivery team there were great and very polite.

But, I have one problem with the bed and that is I can't raise it as high as I would like to because if I prop it too high, it slides me down if I don't prop my feet up but sometimes, I don’t want my feet up, so I'm still trying to figure it out.

My experience has not been very good. I don't know what's going on, but it's very uncomfortable, so I'm not really pleased with it right now. Someone told me I need to get a foam cushion to put between the mattress and the sheet. I'm sore when I wake up so I thought I would get the foam and put that on to see if it helps, but as much as the bed costs, I should not have to put anything on. Our old bed lasted 25 years and it was much better than my Easy Rest bed. But I'm also pleased with the Easy Rest because I can adjust it up and down. It also has a vibrator that helps me when I wake up.

Easy Rest is fantastic. Their staff were friendly and the guys who set it up were good workers. I like Easy Rest a lot better compared to my old bed because now I rest better. My legs swell during the day so I like that I can raise the feet up.

I'm not happy with Easy Rest at all. First, I didn't like the massage thing. When it was demoed, a thing was put under there to make it move where I was lying on the bed. That was fine when it was under my shoulder but I really don't feel it down the lower part of the body, which is what I need for my back. Second, I hate trying to make the bed with the two mattresses there. I'm short, I can't reach across it plus I'm 80 years old. Third, I don't like my mattresses so thin that I can feel the motor of the vibrator through the mattress. It pokes in my back if I try to sleep in the middle of the bed.

I would use that too at night before I go to bed. I turn it on and just go into wonderland and that was it. People would come in and would know the difference between the hospital bed and what he's got. They also said to put a rail around it. I’m getting used to taking care of him now without the rail and it really helps a lot. And I’m just getting used to figuring out the different buttons to press - to press the leg part, then to press the upper part, then to stop it, and then to set it, and all kinds of instructions. And I’m hoping that the people who come in to help him, when they give him a bath or when they take care of his hygienic needs, that they press the right button. But I don’t know how sensitive the bed is about that.

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest. For one, it allows me to be separated from the wife far enough. LOL. It's an overall A+ experience for me and I'd recommend it.

The Easy Rest is a nice bed. I had been looking at it for a long time and wishing I had one. I love the massage feature and the way I can adjust the top and bottom. It's really pleasant and I enjoy it. One thing though, when I bought the bed, I did not know that it was going to be financed by a finance company which added another $1,000 on the price of the bed, and that kind of disturbed me. It was a little deceiving, but next time I'll know better and ask. Other than that, I like the bed.

I've had neck surgery, shoulder surgery, and major back surgery in the last few years. I have advanced osteoarthritis, and I found out I have rheumatoid arthritis on top of everything else. That's why my husband decided an Easy Rest bed would be something good for us. It usually takes me half an hour to get all the kinks out of my body, and the bed has definitely helped in reducing my pain to a minimum. The sales rep was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and he wasn't pushy at all. The shipping also came very quickly. We got it within a week because the bed gets to people more quickly if they're disabled. The delivery team came in, set it up, got rid of the old mattress, and was gone. It was a very easy transition.

I fell in the kitchen and have bad swelling in my legs. No matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of the swelling until I got the Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was fantastic. He showed me all of the stuff and how the bed works. I have problems with post-nasal drip so I elevate my head a little so it doesn't end up in my lungs. However, I'm sweating a lot more with this mattress. I don't understand that because it has cloth covering but it seems that the memory foam makes you hot. The other thing I'm having problems with is how to flip over the mattress because they said that I have to flip it every month. Other than these, it is a good bed. Everything seems to work fine and I’m very pleased with the product. I’ve already told some people about the Easy Rest.

I’m not pleased with my Easy Rest. I should’ve realized this when the salesman was trying to explain it. I guess he figured because I had agreed to apply for one for free, it would be fine. But I never expected to win it so it wasn’t an issue. But the thing about is I’m not used to laying on my back. I’m 70 years of age. I’ve always laid on my stomach or my side. And this is about the most uncomfortable bed in the world. The thing about it is, even in the hospital, the only reason I stay on my back is because I’m normally hooked up. But if I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t have bought it.

I was born with a bad back and the cartilage is gone in my knees.The Easy Rest bed is wonderful and my dog loves it too and doesn't like to get out of it. However, I need somebody to see what's going on with this one pad that s not supposed to get cracked but it did. I've called somebody once but they've never called me back.

I saw Easy Rest bed and I've been wanting one for some time, but for years I've been putting on and off getting it. So when it was about time for me to buy another bed, I've gotten what I want. I had my previous mattress for almost eight years and it was fuller, but it was also ordinary. My Easy Rest is adjustable and expandable compared to the old one. I like to prop up and look at the TV in bed at night. I use the bed during the day and when I go to sleep, I let it down comfortably to what position I like. In addition, the team that delivered it was friendly, efficient, and quick. They did their job and left, so it was great.

I've gotten an Easy Rest bed to exercise. Since using it, I've lost some weight. It was easy to use and I didn't have any problem. It gives me relief that I can relax and think when I'm depressed or out. I still use my old bed when I sleep, and I use my Easy Rest bed for exercising. My grandson uses it too. I also use it for resting during the day and when the weather is not good. When I go outside and work a while and come in, I can relax and rest on my bed. It's good to have and I'm enjoying it. The sales rep explained the product and answered all of my questions. When the delivery team came in, they explained everything to me what they were going to do, how I'm supposed to be using it and how everything is supposed to be done. They did their job and left.

I'm very dissatisfied with Easy Rest. The sales representative is okay and delivery team was good. They did what we asked except they didn't show us exactly the function of the bed. We had to learn that. We knew a little bit about it from my previous one, but we had to go work that way. Moreover, the mattresses are not what they said they were. Also, we called them about the vibrator or massager. They called me and said that they had ordered parts yet nobody has come to look at it. That has been three weeks ago and we don't know when they're coming.

It's a great bed. We had it for the feature which enables us to lift our feet and being able to move around. Bought it last September and this is a lot better than the one we had. The old one wasn't a bed, not the quality bed that we've got now. We like it real good. We are very satisfied with Easy Rest.

The people from Easy Rest came to the house and did a demonstration before selling their bed to me. It’s a little bit uncomfortable from what I used to use, but I love the way it tilts up so I can read too. I read every night and watch the late news on television, so I find that very handy. The only thing about the Easy Rest bed is that the mattress is quilted with lines in it. I bought a mattress cover to cover the lines but to no avail. Sometimes when I’m lying on it, it gets irritating. I would suggest getting a smoother mattress if possible.

I've had back surgery, I've been stroked and MIs and everything else. I sleep a lot better since I've had Easy Rest. I can adjust the head and the feet the way I want it. Otherwise, I have to put pillows under everything. It is for my back and the fact that I got congestive heart failure and when I sit up long time, my feet become balloons. Salesman was nice and kind. He is also very helpful and informative just like the team that came to set it up. They showed me how to use it and answered questions I had. They're great. I'm enjoying it.
