On 2/15/19, myself and a former coworker went to this location for lunch. We both told Tiffany the Red Lobster Waitress our allergies. I told Tiffany that I have allergies to fresh tomatoes and my former coworker told Tiffany her allergies and she has an ** for her allergies. Tiffany told us both that she will make sure that we both were not in contact with any of the foods we are allergic to. I understand, that Tiffany has a job to do by serving others. I seen Tiffany serving others salads with fresh tomatoes, but I did not think that she would use all precautions to make sure that I had no contact with fresh tomatoes.

Tiffany brought our food out and served us. However, immediately my lips begin to swell. Evidently, Tiffany did not wash her hands after serving other customers fresh tomatoes. Tiffany nor any other staff, did not call 911 nor did she call her manager(s) or any other Staff. My family ended up taking me to the hospital. I had to be stuck by an **, giving an IV, giving ** by IV and Steroids to stop the allergic reaction. Red Lobster Karen their district director act like they were going to pay my claim, but Lied!!!! Please be careful when considering this place to eat at!!!! It just might be your last meal/your life because they do not give a damn about your life!!!!

I have not been to Red Lobster in a while so when I had a little money to do it I thought I was going to be as happy as use to be when I went to Red Lobster on regular basis. I ordered the King Crab dinner (it was overcooked, rubbery, semi-warm)- I had to request more butter. The broccoli was overcooked - the baked potato did not have butter but it had a lot of sour cream. The only thing good was the shrimp linguini. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO RED LOBSTER EVER AGAIN. Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money for lousy service and food. What kind of people do you have working in the kitchen.

I went to the Red Lobster in Vestavia Hills, AL for their advertise Endless Shrimp. It is not Endless Shrimp, they told us there is a limit. Ordered white fish. When it came out, it looked just like tilapia. I was told it was flounder by the waitress. They consider any fish with a white body to be white fish. I think this is false advertising. My husband and I had planned to share the meal, but there was hardly anything there. Son-in-law ordered a dinner that included crab legs. No utensils were provided I to get the meat out of the shells. Everything tasted fine. Jjust not at all what I thought I was getting nor what I paid for.

When I went to open up the app it told me that I had to upgrade and download the new app. When I tried to download it told me that my phone was not compatible. So I guess you need a 200 or 300 dollar phone to get their rewards. I will never eat at Red Lobster again.

We took our father to Red Lobster to celebrate his 92nd birthday. Chose this restaurant because we wanted to go someplace nice that we don't ordinarily go to. We had a party of six. We had 4 orders of fish and chips, one rainbow trout, and one breaded shrimp. Everything came out on a timely basis, except my dad's fish and chips and baked potatoes ordered by three of us. In fact, everyone was done eating before my father received any part of his meal or the baked potatoes showed up. He promptly refused it because everyone else was done eating.

During our wait time we sought out the manager and waitress and got a lot of apologies, but no food. In fact we were told they had a rust on baked potatoes and ran out. My thought is that the waitress could have at least told us that so the order could be changed. In regards to the fish, we were told it was overdone so they would not serve it. They took my fathers meal off the bill, but we still paid full price for the three entrees that included baked potatoes we never received. They offer free dessert, but that does nothing for the fact that most the food was not served until too late and the birthday boy went home without any dinner. This was at the Saginaw, MI restaurant, and we will never return.

My son wanted crab legs for Father's day. Spoiled his whole dinner. Ordered mozz. sticks. Most of them were hollow, sauce had been spilled on the plate, looked liked it had been dropped. No biscuits. Crab was overcooked. Fried shrimp undercooked. Veggies tasted old and mushy. No less than seven tables were left dirty, still had plates, floor dirty with crumbs and paper garbage along with the ladies room. Are you guys TRYING to close the place down? Quality has gone way down. Won't be returning.

Visited this location at about 6:30 pm on Saturday June 8, 2019. Waitress was surprised when I refused to give a phone number for seating call. Waited in lobby for about 3 minutes. Hostess took us to an unwashed table. Waiter was obviously inexperienced, and badly trained. I ordered a salad without dressing. It arrived in a hot bowl, and the lettuce was slimy, with black spots all over it. The plater had tried to hide this by piling on excessive amounts of shredded cheese. Manager said she would remove cost of salad from the bill, but she failed to do so. My entree (shrimp trio), and my wife's steak were both acceptable, but nothing special.

Bottom line, I paid fifty bucks for a dinner of low to mediocre meat and seafood, prepared with far too much salt and sugar (it might as well have been cooked at McDonald's, or Burger King), served by a waiter and a manager that weren't competent enough to run a lemonade stand. This will be my last trip to any Red Lobster restaurant.

Well, what an experience! Took my wife to Red Lobster, North 10th Street, McAllen, Texas 78504 for a Mother's Day Dinner. Wow! Made a reservation online and was seated within 10 minutes of the promised time. Great! Had a glass of wine while waiting and looking forward to a wonderful dinner on Mother's Day; a really special day when any mother deserves the very best.

We both ordered Walt's shrimp which is very good. Sides were Lobster mashed potatoes, house salad with ranch dressing onside, plus another order of Walts shrimps, house salad, add on the lobster tail, asparagus, and water for two. Lobster got lost on the way to the mashed potatoes. Well, never got the salad, the shrimp was brought without tartar sauce, one water, no lobster tail. What!!! Who doesn't serve the salad first? Unbelievable poor service. Finally got a "manager"? and explained our extreme dissatisfaction with the absence of service. The salads showed up about that time. Obviously. Red Lobster either does not train servers, doesn't care, or really does a poor job of training ab=n follow up. The server as a very clean-cut young man that was totally clueless of how to handle a customer and properly serve a customer. This really ruined my wife's Mother's Day. A real bummer.

Bottom line, I only had the Red Lobster biscuits and I think my wife had a couple of shrimp. We really got a good deal though. A ruined dinner, poor evening and only had to pay $11.68 for one glass of wine. What a rip off. Needless to say, we will never be back to Red Lobster 7617 North 10th Street, McAllen Texas 78504. Thank you for such a good deal to totally ruin my wife's Mother's Day dinner. We did go to Saltgrass Steakhouse afterward and had a great dinner for under $200.00 including dessert. I would suggest no one ever go to this Red Lobster. You can get better service and treatment at McDonald's, and they are certainly cheaper and have seafood.

My wife and I went to the Red Lobster at Arundel Mills since we had a feeling for seafood. We have never been to this location before and when we went in, we were seated immediately (odd for a Saturday night). The waitress we had was extremely nice and very friendly, but the food we ordered was badly seasoned, overcooked, and after a few hours I was sick to my stomach. My wife said during dinner that she smelled something that wasn't quite right with her food, and I believe that the ingredients used were old. This is not the first time that we had a bad experience with Red Lobster, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN...

It was a celebratory moment, so we picked Red lobster to do so. I, a Veteran of the Vietnam war, asked politely for a drink for me and my wife. I requested a double shot and my wife requested a single shot of Bacardi. She brought back two separate single shots and became angry when I questioned her about it. We ordered two hot wing orders. One was the smallest wings I had ever seen in my life while the other order was normal.

I then ordered for myself the Lobster in Paradise. it was burnt almost black and when I questioned her about it, she said, it was cooked in coconut oil and that's why it was burnt black. To me it looked like they had taken an unfinished Lobster Tail from another finished eating customer, reheated it and served it to me because the shell of the lobster was very brittle when I touched it with my fingers as well. Kenneth ** is my name and a Service Connected Veteran. Also, your establishment, I'm told by your managers, do not recognize Veterans. I live 25 minutes away and having to go back and get something that they left off of my order was bad enough but when I went in to pick up the food, the girl behind the bar acted like I was trying to get free food! Very rude and shoved the shrimp at me! Shrimp was ice cold like it had just been sitting since I ordered. I used to love eating at Red Lobster but their service and food has declined over the years.

The waitress was very nice but that was all I can say nice about the visit. The food was so bad. The lobster was so overcooked you couldn't chew it. The steaks were overcooked and under seasoned. The lobster bisque was just bad. 200.00 I spent for food we didn't even want to box up to take home. The artichoke dip was so over nuked we didn't touch it. Oh the rolls were very good. I filled up on those. My daughter didn't want to make a complaint so we paid and left. But the more I thought about it, I had to comment. At least now the commercials don't make me crave Red Lobster anymore.

It took 10 min to get a glass of water and 30 min to get our appetizers and it was nasty, old and over salted. Red Lobster should steep the game. I will not revisit that location again.

Just returned from dining at the Red Lobster in Vancouver, WA. The service was slow, with only one server on duty. The hostess seemed to be more in the bar area than greeting people. For 2:30 in the afternoon, the drink order was slow in coming. Our order, 2 ultimate lobster feasts, was taken several minutes later, even though we were ready to order and said so. Salads arrived about 8 minutes later, and the food arrived about 15-20 minutes after that, with the server confusing our two plates, one with rice and one without. Hmm.

The lobster was not succulent, and had that "frozen taste". The steak was inedible and was returned for yet another lobster tail. A mixture of tomatoes and lobster is still a mystery to me. We declined dessert. To make up for the inedible steak, the server offered a "small chocolate sundae," which, after our decline of the normal dessert, seemed redundant. About the only good thing were the two mai-tais, and the water. This particular establishment used to offer really superb food and service. Not anymore. We will not be returning to this or any other Red Lobster.

Date 2-16-19, arrived about 4:30 pm. Seated right away and server was over shortly and took our drink order. Someone else brought some biscuits about 10 minutes later. 30 minutes later we still had no drinks and were out of biscuits. Server came over and apologized for the delay in our drinks and said they'd be right out. Drinks came about 10 minutes later but were wrong drinks. The wrong one was taken back and within minutes the correct drink was brought out immediately followed by our food, which was then cold.

I think the server had originally forgot to put the drink order in and because of that everything that followed was also delayed. A manager was walking by and noticed we were nearly done with our meals and asked how things were. My husband told him the truth. "Cold." Without a word he walked off, found the server and took her into the back. I'm guessing she was questioned as to why our food was cold.

Last thing was the bill which came about 20 mins after the table was cleared. This next part is what is MOST disturbing to me. The server took our credit card to the register, which was about 6 feet from our table, rang up our bill, but then put it in her pocket and disappeared into the back for about 10 mins. Why'd she have to take my credit card into the back?? I've had my credit cards compromised a lot in the last couple of years, thus this action by the server really bothers me. Don't take off behind closed doors with someone's credit card.

We were finally seated about 12:40. Then we sat there for about 20 minutes and a waiter brought water and biscuits to our table. After about twenty more minutes the waiter came to ask for our drink orders. I am not even sure how long it was after that the waiter came and took our orders and we had our dinner. I told the waiter when he brought our food that I had an order to go and I placed it. When the checks came four of the checks were wrong.

Finally the payments were complete and we asked for the take out order three times after it had been placed over an hour earlier. We asked another waitress would she check on the order and she went in the kitchen and brought us the order that still did not have the salad with it. When I finally made it to the Red Lobster located in Hattiesburg, Ms, I went to the check in desk and picked up a menu looking at prices. The take out counter waitress was sitting on a bar stool talking to a couple that was waiting their order. She immediately walked over, snatched my menu and walked behind the bar. I told her I had a call in order but I didn't remember the shrimp skewer was so high, she said "so I'll take it off" then walked off. She went to the end of the bar and started back talking to the couple (ignoring me). After they left she rang up my order (without my shrimp skewer) that I really wanted. She got my payment with a no thank you, no drink offer, nothing.

She walked off again, 45 minutes later A big sweaty looking man walked to the bar handed me my bag and said very nicely and pleasantly "here is your order, sorry for your wait. Thank you. Have a nice night, enjoy." The waitress never came back with her bad attitude. On another occasion, January 11-13, 2019, I was in Athens, Al. for a convention. We went to Red Lobster in Decatur, Al. It took 20 minutes to get a drink then another 45 minutes to get a waitress to take our order, a hour and 15 minutes to get our food after that. And it was cold when we got it, every waitress we stopped for help she said she not our waitress. We couldn't even get drink refills. We finally got the person that seated us to find our waitress to let us pay and give us to go boxes. We got out of there, stopped and got other food and went to the hotel and ate. Even though I realize writing this review and commentary is probably a colossal waste of time, I nonetheless feel I must do what I can to call attention to the sad state of this restaurant chain’s affairs. We had decided a few years ago to forego Red Lobster when choosing a restaurant because of the failing quality of food and service we were witnessing at the ones we visited. Yesterday around six we returned from a day of shopping in Lansing and hadn’t stopped to eat all day. Just before we got into Grand Rapids my wife suggested we stop at the Red Lobster on 28th street and give it one more try.

What a mistake! The fall from grace we experienced prior to swearing off the restaurant chain a few years ago had unfortunately continued and, apparently, fully manifested itself at this location. Not only was the food quality less than stellar, but the service had reached a new low. Our server was the worse example of customer service my wife and I had experienced since we both could remember. She was brash and dismissive, mostly reminding us of Omarosa. Her style was to deliver clandestine character attacks while simultaneously posing as a legitimate waitress. It was obvious that she was purposely trying to make us feel small merely because we were requesting that she actually serve us what we wanted.

Unfortunately we were so hungry that we decided to bear the insulting treatment as long as we could in hopes that we could just get something to eat. During the meal we were forced to bear even more of the server’s questionable behavior. She smirked at every request from us and made no attempt to assuage our obvious mounting fears that we were being treated unfairly. As we neared completion of our “meal” we were treated to a visit from the manager. Obviously the manager had collaborated with our server prior to the table visit. To our complete surprise, she immediately began to defend her waitress and, by default, suggested that we were out of line in our decision to complain. This was the last straw. I immediately told her that we would be compiling a written complaint to be delivered to the corporate offices in Orlando.

Prior to writing this, I tried to see how the restaurant chain had fared with other patrons by checking out reviews in forums such as Yelp and ConsumerAffairs. That’s when I began to realize that what we had experienced really wasn’t news. It seems the restaurant chain’s problems with questionable food quality and terrible service is well known throughout the country. That fact suggested to us that the corporate mindset at the top of the organization was not only accepting of these problems, but possibly bordering on being complicit in their manifestations. We could conceive of no other reason why such activity would be tolerated by a public organization of this size. I dare say we will never return to this establishment, nor will we patronize another Red Lobster restaurant in any location until we are convinced through credible sources that the above issues have been addressed and adequately remediated.

I went to Red Lobster for my birthday on 10/2/18 and I got a lobster tail, jumbo shrimp, and a piece of salmon. I don't know what was bad but I got a horrible case of food poisoning. 4 hrs after eating I was deathly sick. For 10 hours I was violently vomiting and had severe diarrhea. I had horrible pains in my stomach. I was going to go to the ER but I couldn't even walk to my vehicle. My arms and legs were numb from dehydration. I don't know how long it will take to ever go there again. I was at the Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills, PA. This is 3 days later and I still don't feel right!!!

We have gone annually for years to this favorite Red Lobster restaurant in Vestal for birthday celebration lobster, looking forward to it as a special occasion and traveling quite a bit to get there. We usually are very happy in general, with good memories, at this and any other Red Lobster we have visited over the years. Unfortunately, our evening overall at this Vestal Red Lobster was very subpar, disappointing, and overall unpleasant, leading us to wonder if we want to go back to this or any other Red Lobster Restaurant. The problems were continual and numerous. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, although when we finally were seated, there were many tables sitting empty. We quickly assessed that this was due to not enough wait staff, and we subsequently waited long periods of time between getting menus, getting drinks, getting appetizers, etc.

All the food we received was cold. We had to ask several times for biscuits (which finally came late with the entrees) as well as additional napkins. The very worst part of the evening was my steamed Maine Lobster, which was black and spotted when served, with no redness to the shell. I immediately knew something was wrong and commented right away that I was surprised to have been served this, and that this was not how a healthy lobster should look after steam cooking. The legs and tail were limp, and the interior flesh was mushy with lots of stagnant water inside the shell. I sent the lobster back, and after about 30 minutes received another lobster where the shell was slightly red in spots but still mainly black spotted with mushy flesh. There was lots of off-tasting water inside the shell. I thought maybe the lobster was dead or sick before cooking.

The manager tried to tell us several times (insistently) that is the way their Rock lobsters look (although I ordered a Maine lobster and know the difference). My best guess is that the live lobsters at this restaurant suffered from lobster shell disease, which would result in the black spotting, mushy flesh quality, and internal wateriness. Sometimes lobsters in tank with this disease contract other infections that make them sick and eventually die (and can also make people sick eating them). The restaurant compted the meal for me, but I was struck by the fact that Red Lobster serves diseased food product (and at a premium price), of obvious poor quality, and which may feasibly cause foodborne illness. The management was prepared to explain away the issue.

We also guessed that the crab was also a lower grade but served at a higher grade premium price. My companion had a mix of crab legs, and found that the meatiest part of the king crab legs were cut off, and there was thread-like thin meat inside the remaining legs. The waitress quickly said that she would get us replacement crab legs, and that the "skinny" legs had been a problem with other customers. The other issues we had seemed pale in comparison, but included lobster bisque that looked and tasted like American cheese soup, and skimpy entree sides with high upcharges. Our waitress was helpful and pleasant, which was the only positive experience we had that night.

Red Lobster used to be a wonderful place for a special meal, with good quality food, great service, and good memories. In the past we didn't mind paying a premium price for the experience. Unfortunately Red Lobster has changed for the worst, and not only will we not be returning to this Vestal Red Lobster, we are rethinking going to any other Red Lobster restaurant.

I ordered the ultimate feast, $30, the lobster was undercooked and the scampi as well. The Food was cold, the side of asparagus was wilted and looked like it had been cooked for yesterday's lunch. The fried shrimp has a metallic taste like they hadn't changed the oil in the deep fried this month! I thought maybe it was this particular store but after reading the reviews it seems it's systemic to the Red Lobster franchise. I am a long time customer of Red Lobster. Over 20+ years! I've seen many changes but recently our visit 2 months ago was the worst! Service was fine but that is where it stopped. Now there is an upcharge for everything! They stopped offering soup or salad so of course HUGE upcharges, my husband wanted asparagus... UPCHARGE. For vegetables so thin they were smaller than pencils! Waste, upcharge for his lobster bisque. No lobster in it! He always gets the additional crab legs with his meal... 9.49! And for basically 3 legs. WASTE! I got the pick 3 platter. My 3rd choice was sea scallops. But of course... UPCHARGE even though it was a choice that upped my price anyway for pick 3. I paid another 2.49 on top of what the price of pick 3 was. And I got 4 scallops!!!

I questioned the amount and the manager said it goes by weight. He credited us 4.00. Wow! My son got clam chowder and UPCHARGE as well. What a disappointment. I also filled out 2 surveys from 2 sites and NEVER got a call back or email from red lobster. Frankly I don't think they care about their customers and I was a long time one too. I'm currently looking for a new seafood place. I will never go back there again. In the end our bill was 100.00 for 3 people, no drinks other than iced tea. 22.00 was just in upcharges! No thanks. For 3 crab legs, 4 scallops, 2 soups and some crappy asparagus? C'mon! If I have to pay extra for everything on the menu it needs to be a more upscale place and bigger portions. What a ripoff and huge disappointment red lobster has become. And they just don't care. Very sad.

Over the years the prices have kept increasing while the portions and choices have decreased. It used to be that when you went to Red Lobster it was a big deal and you knew you'd be getting good food, good service and only slightly over-charged. This past Saturday we went to one of our local Red Lobsters - and I think this will be the last time we visit any of them. We had doubts after the trip before that but this one just rolled the car off the edge of the cliff. To start off with, the napkin dispensers are no longer on the table. Apparently customers were using too many napkins and you just can't tolerate that! We didn't even get coasters for our drinks. The biscuits were luke-warm and slightly hard (I'm guessing they were leftovers from other tables).

My husband got the crab legs (by the way, it's no longer advertised as a pound - because it isn't) which comes with 2 sides and a salad. He got the baked potato and the Chesapeake corn on the cob. The baked potato was so small it was ridiculous, they definitely aren't classified as baking potato size. There was an upcharge of $1.99 for the corn because it's special and has the Chesapeake seasoning on it; however, the only seasoning on the HALF cob of corn was pepper! He got 1 cluster of crab legs along with 1 other leg and that was it. He also got 2 piña coladas and said they were great so the bartender had his act together. I was undecided but got the Dragon Shrimp (fried shrimp, broccoli and rice with dragon sauce).

Instead of just spicy like I expected, it was hot, too hot. I had about 2 bites and brought it home so I could rinse it off and reheat it (I'll try but I don't have too much hope for that plan). We got a skewer of wood-grilled shrimp (6 medium sized shrimp for $6) to split but they were so dry we dipped them in the butter from the crab legs. The iced tea wasn't anywhere as good as it used to be. Their iced tea used to be wonderful with a fresh-brewed taste but this was like colored sweet water; I was so disappointed. The prices were just astronomical - for our crab legs dinner, 2 piña coladas, dragon shrimp, skewer of shrimp and 1 glass of tea it was more than $70!!! We had a gift certificate for $25 but it wasn't even worth the adjusted price. From now on, I'll buy $20 worth of crab legs from the grocery store and have enough for the both of us.

On May 24, we went to Red Lobster in Mentor, Ohio. We had a party of 5. We arrived at approx. 3:30. The restaurant had very few people. We were seated right away, we ordered. Then we realized we had been sitting for an extra long period of time considering there were very few people there. We asked why was it taking so long to get our food, and was told by (manager) they just had a rush of people all of a sudden. I asked how did we get caught up in the rush seeing that we had already been waiting for a while. After inquiring we still waited quite a while longer. They finally brought our food. We couldn't believe what we were being served. We all had a 3 course meal. The Alfredo sauce was thin and runny like water, it was tasteless and it soaked into everything on the plate. Three of the other guests had the same problem. The manager claimed it was meant to be thin and runny.

She brought out what was supposed to be a different sauce, but is was exactly the same. I ended up reordering something I didn't really want. Two guests had food that was undercooked. The manager admitted she made the sauce because she was helping out in the kitchen. Meanwhile our waitress was a seemingly bigoted girl with a bad attitude. She was very sarcastic and acted as though she really didn't want to wait on us. The manager offered a discount which could not make up for the slop we were served nor the bad service.

In the end the manager was a bit nasty herself because she wanted us to believe the sauce was good because she made it herself. She said she had already called the corporate office to let them know what she had done for us (although nobody mentioned corporate office). She was quite loud and defensive. We go to this restaurant often and the food and service is usually decent. We know what it should taste like. The servers seem to be nicer than the managers with the exception of this server we had today. As we were leaving the server shouted "y'all have a fantastic day", more sarcasm. We left feeling we had paid money for nothing.

D'Iberville, MS location - terrible food - My kids gave us $75 in gift cards for RL for Christmas. I've been seeing the ads on TV for Lobster Fest and they look so good, so we decided to go for Valentine's Day 2018. We had an hour wait, which I could understand since it was a special day. My husband ordered steak and lobster and I ordered steamed twin lobster tails cooked in parchment paper with wild rice, which wasn't good as it was overdone. There was another tail with shrimp scampi. We both ordered house salads. My other side was a baked potato, which was good, but small.

I figured with that much food, I would be taking 1/2 of it home. I didn't take any of the food home as there was very little seafood. The salads were dry. If I would have made them at home, I would have been disappointed. The waitress brought us three very small biscuits (no butter). Why would they serve us three and not four? Were we supposed to split the third biscuit? I also had to ask for butter. My husband's steak was tough and fatty and he only ate half. It was only 6 oz. to begin with. His lobster tail was very small and not good. It looked as if they sliced the lobster tails in half and were the size of a jumbo shrimp. I actually think they were smaller than that. They didn't even come out of the shell easy like lobster tails usually do if they are cooked correctly. They didn't serve the tails with drawn butter either - I had to ask for it. Actually, the lobster didn't even taste like lobster. They had some sort of sauce over it, which wasn't even good.

Our dinners didn't look anything like the picture on the menu or the TV ad. Mine also came with shrimp scampi and it wasn't good either. I complained to the waitress about the food and she seemed like, "Oh well". Our dinners were almost $75, which included one glass of wine and my husband had water. I can understand the price if the food would have been good and it would have looked like the ads on TV. I will never eat at Red Lobster again. After reading the reviews, we were lucky we didn't get food poisoning. Years ago, RL was a very good place to eat.

Finally seated in a booth which was littered underneath with food...asked that it be cleaned and it was a few minutes after we sat down. Mom ordered lobster Mac and cheese...flavor wasn’t bad but next to no lobster or sauce. Appetizer of coconut shrimp was pretty good. Lobster bisque had NO lobster in it and was just warmed not hot. Side salad was VERY small but dressing was ok.

Paid bill which I thought was high but I paid with my calculated tip. Our server was very good. On the following Saturday I get a phone call from my son stating there was a Hepatitis A outbreak at the Novi Red Lobster. My mother’s health was already compromised and we have to add the cost of a Dr’s visit and vaccines to the cost of that meal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Aren’t restaurant workers supposed to be vaccinated? January 27th was our 50th wedding anniversary so my wife wanted to go to Red Lobster which we have always found to be very good. The waitress was excellent! My wife had the Ultimate Seafood and said it was really good. And that is what really is important. Happy wife happy life. I had the Surf and Turf with the filet. It was one of the worst meals I have ever had and we eat out a lot. The filet could not have been a filet. Its texture and taste was "HORRIBLE". It was chewy, grizzly and had no taste. I even tried dipping it in the butter but yuck. Honestly, I have had better breakfast steaks at a truck stop.

I am sorry but this was not a maybe I just got a bad steak. You are trying to pass off a cheap piece of meat for a filet. And I know there is a difference in a Filet and Filet Mignon. The $10.00 meal at Texas Roadhouse which includes salad, baked potato and 6 oz sirloin is "incredible" compared to this $36.00 disaster. Even worse was the rock lobster. Simply put "NASTY". I told my wife. She offered to trade me her Maine lobster for my rock lobster. So, she tried it and she said it not only tasted bad but was like eating a piece of year old celery.

The waitress kindly brought me a Maine lobster which was better. I love your fried flounder and various fried shrimp choices have but the Surf and Turf couldn't have been worse. I have never asked a waitress to return a meal but this time I should have. I didn't because I didn't want to ruin our 50th wedding anniversary for my wife. We have gone to Red Lobster over our 50 years of marriage on many occasions but this time will be the last.

If Texas Roadhouse can serve a delicious 6 oz sirloin (which is not my favorite steak) for about $10.00 and still stay in business then you need to reconsider where you are getting you beef (if it was really beef). The highlight of my meal was a wonderful NON-ALCOHOLIC Pina Colada. Sadly, when I woke up this morning the 1st thing on my mind was how I had looked forward to a wonderful 50th Anniversary meal and had a miserable dining experience. The bill was about $83.00 and I tipped the waitress $15.00 so I didn't take it out on her. I don't have a problem spending $150.00 on a meal which doesn't include alcohol since we don't drink if the food and service is good but I doubt that I will ever come back again. BOTTOM LINE IS "DON'T EVER ORDER A STEAK AT A SEAFOOD PLACE". As the comedian once said when he was asked how the food was "MY COMPLIMENTS TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER".

Proceeded to the Hostess, who just seated a table of 2 and a table of 4, I asked for a table for 2 and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We sat in the wait area, only to see that 2 ** walked in and were immediately seated, followed by a party of 4, who were immediately seated. I then approached the Hostess and told her in a nice way that we have a problem here. We were seated immediately. Our server showed up in good time, took our drink orders, then we ordered our meals and she never tried to "upsell " us any apps or add-ons.

Having worked in sales for a good amount of years, I know part of training is to always "upsell". About 25 minutes later we got our salads, being told the biscuits are in the oven and will be there soon. She walked away before we could even ask for silverware. Had to snag someone walking by for silverware and that took almost another 10 minutes. Why wasn't the table set when we were seated? Finished our salads and still no biscuits. Then our dinner arrived along with the biscuits. I had ordered the all you can eat shrimp and my companion was finished with his plate but I was still eating and the server started clearing the table which made me feel rushed.

A few minutes later she showed up, placing the check on the table, never asking if we wanted anything else, a beverage refill, or if I wanted more shrimp, or even if we wanted to order dessert. I then asked for a container and she left with the bill and credit card. It seemed to take quite a while to process the payment, and when she did return, she forgot the container. Had to wait another 10 minutes for that. Again I reiterate it was not busy at this time.

I know that what I have to say now is a sensitive subject but from the Hostess to the people that were seated before us to the waitstaff at this restaurant every one of them were **. We are pretty much regulars at this establishment, and for the last 40 years I have dined at Red Lobster locations nationwide. We were at this location in June during the lunch hour, and had a delightful server, we could have not met a nicer person and attentive server. When I asked her if she worked evenings, her immediate response was "Oh no! I want to live - I have a small child and the clientele here changes at night". Myself and others I have spoken to over the years all have noticed that the ** folks are usually seated in the "overflow room" in the back of the dining room when it is not busy and the ** get the "Premiere Seating" in the main dining room and are fawned over while the back room clients are pretty much overseen.

In this time of racial unrest, I find this treatment deplorable. I am the first person they allow someone to cut in front of me in line at the grocery store, to say please and thank you, and have respect for all humans but I feel like we were treated like dogs. Hey people, OUR money is green, too and we all bleed red so SHAME on the Management of this Restaurant. We need to show respect for our fellow man, and show no prejudice based on race. Only WE can make this happen! I have tried twice to lodge a complaint on Red Lobster's website and it will not let me send. I feel extremely frustrated!

When the manager arrived and took a look at my plate she stated quote, "It must have come with our produce" and asked if I wanted to switch my side order, she did not even apologize for the mishap. Long story short I ended up not eating any of my food and leaving with nausea. This is no longer my favorite restaurant. Very dissatisfied.

Red Lobster is so lucky to have a waitress of Catherine's caliber. She was friendly, took her time to suggest menu items. You could tell she genuinely cared about your visit that day. My sister and I ordered (she had crab linguine, I had lobster tacos). Our orders came promptly. When asked how mine was I told her they were a bit dry and could use sauce on them. She was shocked that they forgot to put the sauce on them and left. She came back with another order (to go) of the same thing (with sauce and an apology). I was so taken back by her generosity and kindness, unexpected. This experience has given my sister and I a newer respect for this establishment and we want to make sure Catherine (Red Lobster St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa) gets some recognition for her service - making this restaurant shine a little more. They are so lucky to have her there.

On Monday evening February 27th my spouse and I visited Red Lobster West 49th street, Hialeah. The restaurant temperature was very cold. The hostess (female) seated us and told us that the server (male) will be back to take our order. A female server appeared and we told her that a different server was assigned to our table. She answered that it was not a big deal. We ordered 2 glasses of Moscato. She left and returned to say that they were out of Moscato. We had to settle for White Zinfandel. My wife told the waitress that the temperature was very cold. She answered that there was nothing she could do about that. So I went to the hostess, who replied that she would check with the manager and get back to me, which she never did!

We ordered 2 Ceasar salads. Again the waitress left and returned that they were all out of Ceaser salads, so (again) we had to settle for the house salad. We ordered the stuffed tilapia of the menu. The waitress returned once again to say that they were all out of stuffed tilapia. So again we had to settle and ordered the parmesan tilapia. It took a while before our order was served. Halfway through our meal the food was so cold and untasty because of the room temperature. We were so frustrated and so disappointed that halfway through our meal we asked for our check, paid and left. No fuss and no hassle. The waitress was not even concerned why we left half our meal on the plates. What a dedication to your customers. So we left and went across the street to Chili's at the Westland mall. At Chili's the service was exceptionally awesome. Great food and awesome service.

We stopped in Jacksonville, FL at Red Lobster located at 13090 City Station at the airport exit. 2 adults and 2 children. The kids ordered popcorn shrimp and one adult ordered grilled shrimp, and the other ordered a med rare steak and grilled shrimp. The steak was overcooked, the mash potatoes that came with it the order looked like they were last week's so they were not touched. The shrimp were burnt, even had burnt black on them, the rice was undercooked, thought I was the only one who cooked crunchy rice! The waitress was nice, she did not cook the food so it was not her fault. The manager came over and all he did was bring us a box to take our food home.

NEVER AGAIN will we give RED LOBSTER any more money. With the tip I paid $70.00. Took the food home and smelled the burnt food all the way. Gave it to my Pit Bull dog that eats everything, well he would not touch the food either. This Red Lobster SUCKS. I would NOT recommend them to anyone to eat there. Since half of my receipt does not have all the printout on it I hope I get the order # correct. Table 50, # **, 19:34 pm. I will share our dining experience with everyone I know including the web!

I brought my friend for lunch yesterday, 03/01/17 and I spoke with the server and explained to him what I wanted. He said, "no problem! I will bring a dessert with a candle but we won't sing the happy birthday." That was not good at all, since this is what I wanted for my friend... The food was very good. We enjoyed it very much. We didn't wait too long for service. Then, I noticed that on the next room the servers were singing HB to a lady. This called my attention. When we finished eating I let the server know that it was time to do it. He came back with a dessert ONLY and said to us that he did not have a candle and not able to sing. I was very surprised and upset, very disappointed. He ruined her birthday lunch!!!

What kind of a guy will allow this to happen to a lady? However, I left him 15% tip which I shouldn't. Very disappointed!! Never again Red Lobster! I threw away my receipt. Note: he did not charge me for the dessert which it didn't matter to me. Now, I'm going to bring my friend again to a restaurant and celebrate her birthday again with candle and singing.

I entered Red lobster located at 6357 I-55 N, Jackson, MS 39213 on the night of January 28, 2017. I came with my daughter who was turning 16 and about 15 of her friends as well as my sister and other friends. I proceeded to the front to see how long the wait for a table would be. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes. So I decided to stay and wait. My party and I went back outside to wait. Long story short, we waited a total of 3 hours for a table. I was very angry so I decided to go inside and inquire about the long wait, I asked the the lady at the front what was taking so long and that she told me an hour and 30 minutes, she said that she couldn't guarantee me any time and she was very rude and not professional at all.

I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, I asked for someone above her, she said there was nobody there who was above her, I asked for her name, she said it was **. At this point my party and I were restless, angry, tired and mind you, this was supposed to be my daughters sweet 16 dinner. ** was very rude, she didn't care about my feelings or my daughters' feelings. After a few back and forth words with **, myself and my sister and **, we decided to wait inside, we could see the table where she said we were going to be seated at. They were taking their precious time cleaning it off. It took them about another 25 minutes just to clean off the spot.

I asked ** if we could wait inside or even by our table until they cleaned it off, she replied no, and that we couldn't be seated while they were cleaning off the spot because they don't want to have to reach over none of the guests. Now, I have been here plenty of times and if a table is not clean, the waiter or waitress reaches over me all the time to clean the table.

Finally after 30 minutes, she said we could be seated. My party and I proceeded to the tables, and after we all were seated, the police showed up. ** said 3 words to us and asked us to leave. I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated, in my life. Mind you, this was my daughters 16 year old bday dinner, why would she seat us and then ask us to leave? After a 3 and a half hour wait, we were asked to leave??

I am very angry and I will never eat at Red Lobster again. Also, I have put in a complaint with the BBB and also, I work for 2 big corporations, I have informed my coworkers and family and friends never to eat at Red Lobster again. There were a total of 15-18 people in my party, so ** lost out on about 400.00 that night because she was having a bad day and decide to call the police on everyone and they made us leave. Very disappointed in her and Red Lobster. She shouldn't be a manager and she needs to polish up on her people skills as well as her time management skills. Again, I will never eat there again and neither will my family or business colleagues. We left there and went to Olive Garden and spend 450.00 since it was right next door.

I stopped eating there a number of years ago as I was not happy with the quality of the food. That and the place was not real clean. You really have to be careful where you eat and what you eat. This will be the LAST time we go there. My husband's salad was the heart of a head of iceberg lettuce.. no leaves.. unedible. Then my husband & I both ordered Live baked stuffed lobster. When it arrived it looked ok on the outside. The waitress came back in about 2 min. & asked if everything was ok. We said so far, however we had not even touched the lobster. We begin to eat..we'll try to eat it. The crab meat in the middle was very mushy with a lot of liquid all around. When I cracked the claws, fluid flew out of both and the meat came out partially raw and slimy. My husband tried to eat his, he didn't want cause any problems for my birthday celebration. I tried but couldn't. It was nauseating.

The waitress finally returned and ask if everything was ok. We showed her the raw meat & slime. She got the manager. She came over with a big smile and said "How is everything?" OMG, really??? We showed everything to her. She said, "We will cook you new ones", we said "no we don't want to be here any longer." She then said we should have told our waitress sooner. We explained that we couldn't because we didn't see her and she didn't come back. The Mgr kept arguing with us. She the said they would remove one of the lobster meals since my husband ate most of his. He tried but it was too disgusting. He did not finish it.

When we left I told the waitress to tell the manager thank you for removing mine, however since she would not remove my husband's if he gets sick we WILL BE CONTACTING HER. We will file a suit against them to pay doctor visit, medication and missed work. This restaurant is terrible. I just found out they were shut down for 10days due to terrible sanitary conditions. I will be reporting them to the health board!!

First, please let me state that this is the first time I have ever emailed to complain about any establishment. I am a long time fan of Red Lobster and have frequently celebrated birthdays and family gatherings for the last 25 years at your Erie Blvd, Syracuse location. That was until a month ago. Within the last several months, I have dined at above mentioned location and was appalled with the level of professionalism on two separate occasions. When placing our orders we were asked if we would like Caesar salad or House. Caesar both times and then was told they were out of Caesar salad and if we would like a House salad. "Sure, with honey mustard".

Well, both times you were also out of honey mustard. Main entree came and the steak was cold and over cooked well beyond the medium rare that I had ordered. My fiance's lobster was cold and under cooked, he could not eat any of it. Not once did the waitress come to check on our drinks or meal (on the second visit), nor did she offer a warm farewell when we left a more than generous tip. Something to consider as well, while we waited over an hour for our entree and 30 minutes for our appetizer (gummy Calamari), we witnessed bar staff hanging around, chatting with the wait staff and ignoring the existing patrons.

I am not a food critic and do not intend on spending any more time on this subject with social media but if we witnessed a dramatic change in the level of service to this once hopping establishment on two occasions, I can bet we are not the only ones talking. Simply just sharing my opinion in hopes that others will register their complaints directly with RL, so they can make the necessary changes to save this long standing business in Syracuse, NY where many chains have not survived where Red Lobster has. Something needs to change, it's clear the people working there just don't care. I sincerely hope this isn't filtered down from Management.

On Saturday Oct. 8, 2016, my son and I ate at the Red Lobster in Austin, TX. Our server was great, food was good. We had 2 gift cards worth 50.00 each, my son had just purchased and we still had receipts from where he purchased them. We paid with gift cards and somehow gift cards were not working. We waited and waited for server to return and it was taking her forever, we looked for her and then she said our gift cards were not working. We met her at the hostess table and took out our receipts to prove that they were just purchased. We called the store and had another manager speak to them that confirmed on their end gift cards were activated and were good. But on their end they still did not work.

So I asked the lady manager, "What would happen to us if we didn't have any other way of paying?" I didn't yell at her, I wasn't rude, I was just asking her, and her rude response to us in front of customers and many servers standing around the hostess counter, was she would call the police on us and without looking back at us she ran and hid in her office. She made us feel like criminals, like she didn't want us there anymore, or was it the color of our skin, Mexican, that made her think we were there for a free meal. She upset me to talk to us like that, I should have sat on the bench nearby and told her, "Go ahead and call the police cause the only thing we did wrong was that our gift cards didn't work."

She ran and hid and we never saw her face again, two other managers came out and were more understanding. They made several calls and still couldn't accept our cards, so my son paid with another card. That manager is a ** older woman working in Austin, TX, treats her customers like criminals and to us made us feel unwelcome, not worthy enough to eat there again. Even our server kept saying how sorry for she was, I know she felt embarrassed for us, the way we had been treated. That manager has no right to treat others the way she did, or is this their norm to treat customers, or Mexican customers at Red Lobster in Austin, TX.

You go to any of the other popular restaurants to dine and the garden salad still includes cheese, cucumber, bacon bits. At a lot of the places Red Lobster at least in Chattanooga TN does not.

The crab cakes have also changed over the years not as good and tiny for the price. Also look at your baked potato child size. Not sure if other locations besides Chattanooga TN are the same. But until things change our family will not be going back. This probably will not impact your business but if we feel this strongly about these things I am sure others are also noticing. The manager did not introduce herself by name but she was made aware of the delays with no action taken. In addition, "shrimp refresh" on shrimp scampi did not include butter sauce. What is that about? The only thing "endless" about "Endless Shrimp" is the wait time. Either the kitchen-crew was under-staffed or your company policy has dramatically changed for the bad. I noticed that people who came in almost a half hour after us were served their food, that was similar to ours. To me their remedy which was none was unacceptable. In the last 25 to 30 of them I have made it a point to casually wander into the area of the Galley and have found the same problem in each!! In almost everyone of them the average age of their Chefs is approx 20 years old!!

This truly explains how each establishment can take some of the finest Raw Ingredients on the planet and then completely destroy it in preparation. I have had SHRIMP served to me that so closely resembles a rubber ball that I may as well have gone to Walmart and purchased jumping-jack balls to eat and paid around two dollars instead of thirty dollars for the SHRIMP!!! Red Lobster do not have 0.5% of Chefs that can prepare "SEAFOOD". They are the very worst on the Planet!!! Offered as Constructive.

I asked for a gift certificate to be mailed to me in the amount of $9.65 so that I could just enjoy the meal another day. It was a nice letter and I expected to hear from them or receive the gift card in the mail in a day or so. That was on May 12, today is June 4 and I have not heard one word nor received any mail.

How could a Manager over a large local restaurant totally IGNORE a customers personally written letter? How could they not provide either a credit or a gift certificate? I trust that through this site, I can hear from the Manager of Red Lobster in Fort Collins with the reasoning. I am leaving Fort Collins next week to return to my home in Florida. I trust the Manager will email me or write to me at: **.

On May 15, 2016, I very excited about celebrating my grandmother’s 85th birthday at Red Lobster in Concord, NC. We were told that as many as possible needed to arrive at 3pm which was one hour before she was to arrive to ensure tables in the same area would be possible. The ladies at the front were very accommodating and generous. Around 3:45pm they were ready to seat all 27 people in our party. ** and a Caucasian pregnant female were set to wait on us. My husband was standing up ensuring that all of the elders sat first. Once everyone was seated he sat in the last booth on the end when he was approached by the female waitress asking if he was going to sit right here. His response was, "As far as I know since everyone is seated now".

She began drink orders and he asked for a drink (alcohol beverage). He was told (with a level of agitation), “If you are not going to sit here then you cannot get a drink". My husband was confused and stated that he would go to the bar then "Since you cannot get me a drink" and said, "Excuse me" to get around her. He proceeded to the bar where he was approached by a female manager that was standing very close to his back and two other men and was asked in a very abrupt voice by the female manager, "WHY ARE YOU PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON MY WAITRESS"? My husband was confused and did not understand the accusation.

Then the manager stated that some of her employee "Saw you push her." He told them that he did not even touch her and said that, "You all have cameras so let’s review the tape." He did not get a response so he got his drink and came back to the table. I watched the three men tell 4 other employees what they thought had happened and they all began looking at our party. Up to this point most of my family members were oblivious that anything had transpired. I went over to the bar to get my drink redone when a customer said to me," Wow, your friend took that very well because they were very disrespectful and mean to him". Monte (my husband) walked over to the bar to get a family member a drink when he was approached by the same group and told to leave the premises.

When asked under what pretenses, he was told that the waitress was intimidated by him and he was not allowed to push on their employees. He asked if they reviewed the film and he was ignored again. He came over to tell my mother, cousins and myself that he was told he had to leave the premises. Once I got wind of this, I approached one of the gentlemen with dreads to alert him that our entire party is leaving if my husband has to leave and his response was, "Well". I went over to tell ** (the waiter) that if Monte had to leave then all 26 were leaving as well. He was upset and did not want us to leave. I apologized to him because he knew that this would have been a financial breakthrough for him. He even offered to take care of all of us alone.

I told him that if my husband was not welcomed than none of us were. The hostesses at the front saw us leaving and asked what happened. I told her and she apologized for the waitress’s behavior. Applebee’s across the walkway accommodated all 33 of us by then and the two waitresses enjoyed their $300+ tip. I am very disappointed with level of customer service displayed by some of the staff and both managers. It was apparent that the female waitress was agitated previous to serving our table and was allowed to dictate the establishment’s earnings. Let it be known that Red Lobster at 8012 Concord Mills Boulevard, Concord, NC 28027 lost loyal customers on Sunday, May 15, 2016.

Me and my husband went to Red Lobster at 10290 E Technology Blvd Dallas, Tx 75220 and sat at the bar and had dinner. The bartender was very rude to us and we were trying to just deal with this and go home and when the ticket came it was 56.13. We paid it with my debit card and left a cash tip of $10.00. When the next day came and I got my bank notification and I looked at it and saw that 64.13 was debited out of my account. I immediately called and let them know that the waiter stole money out of my account. So the manager looked up the receipt and stated that the bartender cancelled the amount and put in the new amount. I was like "why did he do that." I gave him 10.00 cash tip that he didn't deserve. We go to this place all the time and will not go back. We chose this place to patronize and they stole from us. #neveragain

Hostess was nice. Waitress was nice. The menu has changed. My two sons and I have gone to R.L. together for 15 years to celebrate birthdays and events, plus I include the grandkids at Christmas. We always order the same thing: the trio seafood plate, we've loved it. My younger son and I were at the Busch Blvd. restaurant last evening to celebrate his birthday (only two of, us since my other has passed away, striking a sad note in us). My son's dinner was good, he says; he had the $18.99 trio, his usual. I tried the new $15.99 smaller trio (thinking it was the same, just smaller portions; the waitress said it's the same). But mine was not only a waste of money but it has made me sick all day; stomach pains, diarrhea. Awful.

What caused this? I had only one taste of the rice, it wasn't good, two tries at the "seafood pasta" which was awful... the mix of lemon juice, lemon zest and whatever spices was terrible. So, all I consumed was some cherry tomatoes in Ranch dressing, two biscuits and the shrimp on the skewer (a little too spicy) and the few shrimp in the pasta. One or more of the items made me sick. Maybe the shrimp wasn't kept cold enough before cooking, or not kept hot once cooked. That's the only cooked thing I ate enough of to get so sick. I'm very disappointed in my experience. I should not have believed what I ordered was the same as my son's, just smaller. Please check on the handling of your shrimp. And, please change that awful pasta and the rice. We more usually go to the Brandon R. L on Brandon Blvd. My love affair with R.L. may be over. The manager is on vacation, so I can't tell him about this.

The first thing I would like to say is I have always loved Red Lobster, and thought it was a good value until my last visit which was last Monday 04/18/2016. A friend of mine offered to treat me and two other friends to dinner. Needless to say we jumped on the offer. We all met there around 5:00 p.m. The waitress was nice and checked on us frequently. We ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. They came to us hot and delicious! Everyone ordered something different for dinner. I ordered the lobster lovers dream. When my dinner came it was hot and the first lobster tail was good. The second lobster tail had a sauce on top of it. I don't know if it had been on the tail for too long or what happened, but this lobster tail was almost mush. It was nasty to say the least! Then there was the lobster and shrimp pasta. The pasta was dry and tough around the edge of the serving and it had approximately 6 small pieces of lobster in it.

As an added bonus it had 4 pieces of lobster shell. The amount of small shrimp was adequate. Having the lobster shell in the pasta ruined it for me. How hard is it to not get lobster shell in a pasta dish with pieces of lobster? I can understand crab, but not lobster! I did not complain at our dinner because my friend was treating all of us and he wanted it to be a special and fun time. I was not able to call Red lobster until Saturday afternoon. I asked for the manager. When he came to the phone I asked if he was the manager. He stated that he was the general manager and he had been there all week. He wanted to know why I didn't call sooner. I tried to explain the situation to him but he really didn't want to hear it. I told him I was not asking for a refund for myself, but that I felt he should make it up to my friend that had spent well over a hundred dollars that day. He did not seem interested in making anything right.

I asked him if he would like the name and number of my friend. He said o.k. I gave him my name and number as well. How did this clown ever get to be a general manager??? I have eaten at the Decatur, Alabama Red Lobster for over 15 years now. Until last Monday I was always pleased and would have recommended them to anyone. Not after this. I know that sometimes a dish doesn't turn out right, and that's o.k. But I have never called Red Lobster and complained before, and this little man treated me as if my complaint didn't really matter and he also made me feel like he thought I was lying because I didn't complain on the spot or the next day. People have lives and jobs and family and those are priorities, and while making the call was something I felt I needed to do, it was not on the top of my list!

I thought this so called general manager would appreciate my call so that he would know there was an area that need to be looked at, to make sure the problem didn't happen to another customer. My meal was $31.00 and it was NOT worth it. The salad and the biscuits were great though, and so were the stuffed mushrooms! Until this gets resolved I will be driving 30 miles to Huntsville to eat at Red Lobster. I do hope someone higher up the chain of command reads this and does something about it. If not then my letter of complaint will have served no good purpose other than to help me vent my frustrations with this experience!!!

I went to the Red Lobster restaurant in Lynnwood Washington on the 25th of March. It was about 7 o'clock p.m. and the place was packed. I am a frequent customer of this restaurant and have been going there for the past 7 years. I have never had any problems or complaints at all about this restaurant. However on the night of the 25th when I went in I sat at the bar as I usually do and order a huge frozen strawberry daiquiri. This drink has always come with whipped cream on the top however this time it did not have any. I immediately thought to myself "Oh no this place is going downhill" and I had not been in there in probably a year-and-a-half. The waitress put whip cream on it when I asked her to. I saw this just a simple oversight. However when I ordered my next drink she did the same thing, did not put any whipped cream on it.

At this point I said "Oh y'all don't put whip cream on a strawberry daiquiris anymore" and she said "No, we stopped doing that". So immediately my initial thought came back "Oh no this place is going downhill". I didn't order the rocktail lobster dinner and the New York strip dinner because I was very hungry. I told the waitress that I wanted my steak medium well because I did not like blood on my plate and to make sure there was no bloody meat, I said medium well to the well side. When she set my plate down I immediately noticed that the plate was full of blood and I do mean to the point like it appeared to have been done on purpose because there was so much. I called the waitress over and asked her to look at my plate and how she could set my plate down knowing how I had made my order.

I could not believe that this woman took my order knowing fully well what I said about no blood on my plate and then turns around 20-25 minutes later and puts a bloody plate down in front of me. She took it to the back to have them cook it more. I didn't realize that my lobster was cut in half, it was not the whole tale like it's supposed to be and it was obvious that they had grilled it. It was real tough and chewy and I could not believe the price I was paying for this meal and I have such lousy food. I became very upset but held it in of course and asked for my bill before the meat was even back that they were trying to recook. The waitress was getting my bill as they brought the steak back out and I said "just put it in a box. I will take it to go." I paid my bill, and being a gentleman I even tipped the girl when I knew I shouldn't have.

Of course planning on complaining to the management in the near future during the working hour business day so I could speak to the right manager, I left almost a whole lobster on my plate and grabbed the box that had the steak in it. By the time I got home I was calm down enough to try my steak. Much to my displeasure when I open the box I discovered it was sitting there in a puddle of blood. They had barely even cook my steak, it was nowhere near even medium. I went to the restaurant on Monday at approximately 11 a.m. and ask to speak to the manager. I spoke to John the manager and he agreed to replace my order at no charge. I came back and picked up my order later and everything was perfect like it normally is.

Over the next two weeks a buddy of mine and I went in there two different times and had the same type meal and John the manager even saw us there and said hi. John spoke to us and commented on how he had seen us there several times and knew we were regulars. Now here is where it gets interesting and also explains the one-star Nationwide rating that they now have, that I just discovered. I went in on Friday the 11th at approximately 7 o'clock p.m. which was consequently the exact same time that I went in three weeks prior and had a problem. I ordered the New York strip and lobster dinner and my drink.

I explained to the bartender what had happened to me just almost three weeks prior and how I'd had to have my order replaced and how my other orders during the afternoon were perfect. And to please make sure that my steak was medium well without a bunch of blood in my plate and to make sure that my lobster does not get overcooked and that I did not want my lobster tail split in half. 20 minutes later the bartender comes and sets down a plate in front of me that is filled with blood almost as if it was intentional because there was so much present just like the last time I had a problem there.

I didn't even let the waitress walk away this time. I immediately said "How can you stand there wanting me to give you a big tip for this expensive meal when you can't even make sure my orders right. You can't tell me that you don't see this plate is full of blood and the people sitting around me even were looking at my plate and making faces like wow". So she said she'll take it back and have it cooked. I go ahead and try my lobster and it's all tough and chewy so I became very angry, of course not letting anybody see this and said I was going to go outside and smoke a cigarette.

When I came back in not even two minutes later because I was upset, the waitress brought my steak back and there was still blood coming out of it. And of course I said "Just give me my bill" and I took my bill and the food in a box. And while I was in the parking lot getting into my car I literally just threw the plate on the ground because I was so angry and wondered why I walked out of there with a box with messed up food.

I could not make it back until Tuesday afternoon to let the manager know what happened. This time John listened to me but he was not very attentive, he would not look me in the eye. He kept looking the other way, he was shaking and jittery and then this time he asked me for my name and phone number and said he was going to speak to the management and that there should be no problem replacing my order. About 8 hours later I get a phone call from some guy named Jared at Red Lobster and he says he's the general manager and that he's not going to replace my meal but they will give me a discount. I asked him if he has lost his mind I said "Did you not hear one thing that I told you. My order was completely messed up, I never even ate it. Are you trying to imply that I'm just trying to get free food".

So now Red Lobster managers agree that they should not replace my order. How they ever came to this decision I will never know. I have currently emailed the corporate office, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, I have contacted the Attorney General's office and I have posted 10 other complaints on the internet including pissed off customer complaints. I suggest that nobody ever go to this restaurant again and let them go completely out of business just as they deserve for treating customers that they know are regulars.

No customer should be treated in this type of manner just because they're too broke to pay for orders that they mess up and it's only common sense. They're broke because of how they're treating the customers and this crappy food that they're feeding to customers and waitresses that don't even care to make sure the order is right. I don't even give this company a 1 star rating, I give them a straight - 0. They need to shut the doors, fire everybody, and restart the company.

She brought the bread out and our salads but I think she forgot to put in the order for the mushrooms because we had to ask "Where are the mushrooms?" She respond, said she didn't order them and said it will take five minutes to make. She finally brought them out. Time goes pass, so we decide to ask how long would it take for our order. She responded "It's up but it's two orders in front of you." Then she replied "I can't grab it yet but let me check on it" and we thinking "What the hell, did she say that?" And I responded to my significant other "So I guess it's okay for our food to be cold."

Finally the food comes out. She place my significant plate in front of him and I don't know what happen but my plate went on the floor, everything spill on the carpet making a big mess and she respond "Okay I will go ask for a remake and it will take five minutes to make" but I waited longer for the first order. I were very dissatisfied, still patiently waiting for my order, then I guess the manager decide to come over and apologize and said he will take off the mushrooms, I was like "Wow really just the mushrooms?" and he ask us "there anything else I can assist?" Then my significant other replied "Yes, another refill." That was the worse service I ever received and I would never return again.

Last night my wife and I finally got an opportunity to use gift cards $75.00 I got for Christmas... We saved them for VDay. We started out with a lobster pizza appetizer. It was room temp and lacking much topping. While eating this tasteless pizza our iceberg lettuce salad arrived, no greens, no onion, nothing but tasteless iceberg with a bland blue cheese dressing...

Then we both ordered the Pick Two Entree for $18.79. I ordered flounder & sea scallops. My wife coconut shrimp & sea scallops. I was shocked to see the sea scallops, 4 tiny (quarter size) overcooked scallops on a bed (1/2 cup) of wild rice on one side of my baked potato, and a room temp limp single fillet of flounder (maybe 6 oz). The flounder was supposedly stuffed with a crab stuffing. There may have been about a tablespoon there. However, the flavor is what counts. The scallops were again dry and overcooked, and the flounder almost puked me. It was so cold and freezer burned... My wife's meal was just as disappointing... Shame on Red Lobster for serving suck crap, and at a premium price. You lost my business and I will become a detractor.

I call RL at 6:25 and order the Ultimate Feast. I ordered a cup of Clam Chowder (I really love that soup), garden salad no croutons and onions. Changed the scampi to fried shrimp and asked that all of the fried shrimp be put in a container by itself because the steam from the lobster and crab legs soak the crust of the shrimp. Broccoli, no rice, yes butter & tartar sauce. The guy that took my order said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. He even read everything back to me perfectly. So I got there at 6:50. The lady working behind the counter looked like a chicken with her head cut off or a deer in the headlights. Just running all over the place. So three times in 15 minutes she said my order would be right up. She took my cash payment and did not give me a receipt (now I know why). I think in the future I will use my credit card.

Then another customer arrived with an order of three Ultimate Feast. I was so angry that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and I left when she gave me the food. So the entire meal cost me $41 ($37 for food & $4 tip). I got home and opened up the food. Well the Lobster was sooo small that it was not worth the struggle to pull it off the tail. All of the shrimp is soaked by the steam (not in separate container & no tartar sauce). Very small amount of crab legs. Broccoli was mush & no taste to it and the Clam Chowder was so cold because when they took it out of the refrigerator, they forgot to heat it up. I hate cold Clam Chowder. They did do the salad correct but no crackers and no rice was correct. I have never gotten lemon wedges except this order had a bunch of them (I do not like lemons). Oh yea they did not give me any of their biscuits.

I have been going to RL for the last 40 years. So after I threw most of it away, I became angry about it and called the Manager. I think her name was Bridgett. And after a long conversation and her making up a hell of a lot of excuses for the terrible service and food, she found my order information. And then she took my name, email address and phone number and said she would email me a $40 e-gift card at then end of her shift on 12-30-15. Well that was a day and a half ago. I'm pretty sure she is not going to send it to me. Why is it so difficult for a restaurant to get the order correct? What would they do if I did not pay my entire bill? They would call the Police. Maybe I should have called the Police because I got robbed.

Your bartender, Daria, exhibited the most offensive behavior I have ever encountered from an employee of a restaurant. While sitting at the bar along with my son eating several entrees and watching ESPN, Daria repeatedly stood in front of me staring in my eyes until I looked at her and then she would roll her eyes and turn her head away shaking it. When I asked her what was the problem, she ignored me and did not respond only to return to repeat the obnoxious behavior. I just wanted the harassment to end. This was not only disrespectful to me but also my son.

In addition while washing dishes directly in front of us, Daria deliberately threw plates and glasses into the sink making loud disturbing noises as if she was angry. Daria also did the same thing with empty wine and liquor bottles while tossing them into the trash can. I became in fear that she would do something violent to us if we didn't leave. Although we planned to order more appetizers and drinks, we were both disturbed and uncomfortable around her. Daria appeared to be ready to explode at any second. I asked a waitress that was waiting for Daria to return with her order what was Daria's problem. The waitress stated that Daria did not want to work that night. I next asked was there nothing that could be done about it. The waitress stated helplessly that she just tries to stay out of her way and to keep from making her angry. Upon hearing this, I didn't bother calling over the manager on duty.

We have gone to this restaurant on personal, family, business, birthdays, holidays, and on numerous other occasions over the last 40 years. In fact, it is our favorite restaurant. My son comes to the restaurant for both lunch and dinner 5-6 times a week on his own. He invited me this night to celebrate a bonus that he had received from his new job. The food was great and we were enjoying our time together until this happened.

My son wanted to be rude back to Daria. However, I stressed to him that it is never a good idea to reduce yourself to someone's hurtful behavior. I explained to him that it is always best to take the high road. I told him I would contact Red Lobster's corporate office. We plan to continue patronizing Red Lobster in the future at your North Richland Hills location. However, we would both be afraid to ever have to encounter Daria again.

I took my elderly mother to lunch at the Red Lobster. Getting ready to leave, she became upset fumbling with her coat. I immediately got up to help her. (She was trying to put it on inside out.) I got her coat on and quickly got her out of the restaurant. In my haste, I neglected to pick up my cell phone which was on the table (it was a booth), but back against the wall. My cell phone is actually a medical device. It keeps me in touch with John Hopkins 24/7. 30 min after leaving it hit me I was missing my phone. I went back, was told by someone up front "Sorry no one turned in a phone." I explained the seriousness of the issue. She shrugged her shoulders, "Sorry." I asked for a manager. He was "busy" but he would look in the safe. Sorry, no phone. I told him I was just there and I really needed the phone. He never took my name, never questioned his staff, did nothing.

The only option left to me was to spend 300.00 that I should not have had to spend because in the amount of time that passed, only the server and the person cleaning the tables would have even seen the phone (No one was sitting in the booth when we went back). I hope and pray that these people who got a "free" phone never have to live through a medical emergency where everything is so dependent on a mobile device. I for one am doing everything I can via print, social media, etc, to get people to not go to that Red Lobster. They do not care about customers, just the bottom $$. PS all activity of them trying to use the phone (during working hours) has been documented to the point when they turned it off, which set off alarms because that phone cannot and should not be turned off.

In Spring Hill, FL, our family went to Red Lobster to celebrate our parent's wedding anniversary during Lobster Fest a couple years ago. All of us adult children as well as our parents ordered a Lobster Fest lobster meal special ($$$). My Maine lobster tail was excellent however the Rock lobster tail tasted & smelled fishy, after I took 1 bite I just knew this was bad. The server noticing that I didn't touch the Rock lobster tail, came to our table w/ a manager (?) and immediately took the spoiled lobster away. Another lobster tail came back and did not smell fishy however it did have the same fishy taste & was inedible. Manager came by to ask how everything was this time and unfortunately I had to let him know that it was bad tasting as well. Since nobody else in our party had any complaints it may have seemed that I was being too picky or something.

On the way home I got violently ill with nausea while driving, almost had to pull over but it never got to that point, classic other symptoms of food poisoning took place that night and didn't feel the best next day. Upon further discussions with the family, I found out that my parents didn't eat their Rock lobster tail either, brother & his wife ate theirs ok. Nobody wanted to say anything except me but I feel this type of thing goes unsaid more often than anyone realizes. Food poisoning is serious business and does need to be addressed with no thought to the cost of food loss. I've worked in seafood restaurants so I know how the cooks there got around smelly fish (rinsed very well if there's a fishy smell). Never taking a risk at Red Lobster ever again, my life may depend on it.

The manager's name is Maddie, she was young and very inexperienced. She could have easily said, "No problem. We will get you an adequate portion of salad for you Sir". To me, she was upset and her nonverbal communication were very rude and unprofessional. She needs adequate training, especially with your regular customers like myself. My husband and I went to this restaurant for my birthday. I ordered the heavily promoted Crabfest Crab Lovers Dream. When the huge plate arrived, I noticed my side had been selected for me (broccoli). I don't go to dinner often, but when I do, I prefer to be as "bad" as I can with fully dressed baked potato! I didn't complain because the food looked really wonderful. However, the waitress forgot to bring the supplies to eat the crab legs (small fork, nut cracker, clarified butter). Still in decent spirits, I entertained our baby with the giant crab pinchers while waiting. I took one bite of the Crab Alfredo and was reaching for my water immediately. I've had this many times, but this time it was salt overload. The noodles were slicked up with a very waxy coating. I can only compare it to Vaseline or Crisco.

When I got the crab supplies, I realized I didn't even need them. I turned each crab leg over and they were already split down the middle lengthwise. Not the best idea, because the exposed crab meat all down the side was hard, stale, just not the same as pulling it out fresh. Very dry... for the high price, pretty disappointing. I guess I didn't complain because the waitress was awesome, but their food is different now... yuck! Oh, and there were at least a dozen starving feral cats wandering around the parking lot. I felt bad and tossed them my leftovers. Lol.

After a few minutes someone came and took us to a booth which was dirty. We had to ask for someone to clean table. There was also a musty odor around us (which I assumed to be "dirty carpet smell"). Our server never introduced himself - I had to ask his name. I asked server if I could taste a little bit of a Chardonnay I was not familiar with. He told me "NO" because he couldn't find his manager to grant permission. He wanted to charge me for wine and maybe if he found Manager he could get me a refund. I said "NO, that was unacceptable." He brought us a salad and proceeded to walk away. I had to call him back because "WE HAD NO SILVERWARE."

When food came there was no crabmeat in the crab legs. I had just seen a commercial on TV (which showed succulent crab) which is what prompted us to go to restaurant. He also didn't bring the little 3-prong fork in which to try to retrieve the small amount of crab. I had to get another waiter's (Jasmine) attention for that. Very bad dining experience and I doubt I'll be going to a Red Lobster anytime soon. My guest still wanted to leave Samir a tip because if left up to me, he wouldn't have received a dime. This was extremely important to me because 6 of my beloved family members attending are over 60 years of age and dealing with health issues. My mother is a conqueror of lung cancer and my uncle of triple by-pass heart surgery. Their eating habits are very stringent and virtually consist of fruits and vegetables blended in a Vitamix machine. They unexpectedly decided to join the rest of the family in a night of celebration. I was soooo excited! Without hesitation I thought, Red Lobster!!! After all, I frequent this establishment and was very confident it would be an unforgettable experience for all. I had no idea the experience would be a NIGHTMARE!!!

Reservations were called and made a day in advance for Saturday, Feb. 7th @ 7:00 under the name **. After several of my elderly family members were literally standing for an hour we were seated at 8:00. Mass confusion shortly ensued. We were assigned 2 waiters/waitress to accommodate our larger than normal number of guests. One waitress would work one half of the table and the second waiter would work the other half. We each placed our orders and the NIGHTMARE began!

Each of us was served our drinks in a timely fashion. There were four alcoholic beverages and the others were water. Two of the four alcoholic drinks were initially wrong when served (The Strawberry Daiquiri and Lobsterita were wrong). The waitress proceeded to go back to correct the mistake. The second time around she bought me my correct drink (Strawberry Daiquiri) but the Lobsterita was again wrong. The third time around the Lobsterita drink was correct but it was EXTREMELY tart and incorrectly prepared. The fourth time around the manager ** came over to take the drink back to ensure it was made correctly. Fortunately, this time, it was. We proceeded with ordering our food and my sister asked the waiter for a kids menu for her two young daughters ages 2 and 4.

Every one of us is huge fans of the bread that is traditionally served pre-meal. After 15 minutes my mother asked if there were going to be any bread served. The waitress said they were in the oven. After 30 minutes my mother asked if there were going to be any bread served. The waitress said they were still in the oven. My mother replied, they should be burnt by now and we all chuckled. Fifteen minutes later the appetizers were served. Still, NO BREAD! Five minutes later, after waiting 40 minutes, the waitress came and put 1 freaking serving of bread on the table for a party of 12. INCREDIBLE! The waitress replied, every time they make them someone else takes them. I questioned why she was never there to take any. UNBELIEVABLE! Oh yeah, my sister had the incorrect appetizer and my cousin was served her side of baked potato 5 minutes before her meal arrived.

The meals were now being served and you guessed it, still one serving of bread! After three different attempts to get everyone their correct meals we were all finally eating as a family. Five minutes later in comes another single serving of bread. Still, no kids menu. My sister asked the waiter for a second time if he could get a kids menu. Ten minutes later still no kids menu. The poor kids were so hungry we simply started feeding them off of our plates. I then asked if they could simply bring some popcorn shrimp for the babies. To hell with the kids menu. My uncle joined the party late and ordered a sweet tea that he never received. By now we’re all wondering where the manager ** is hiding!

From this point the waitress did a good job of accommodating our requests during the meal while the waiter was nowhere to be found for the rest of the night. There were other minor mistakes but I’m too mentally drained to mention them. We concluded our meal around 9:15 and the fun began. I’ll quickly note the ensuing NIGHTMARE because Stephen King couldn’t have written it any worse! Keep in mind all the food was divided into 5 separate tickets.

9:15: We asked for our tickets. 9:30: Every single ticket was incorrect. Everyone’s food was on the wrong ticket and I was overcharged for an additional lb. of crab meat. 9:40: Four of the five tickets were incorrect. My sister’s ticket was correct so she paid. 9:50: The waitress left and returned. Again, all four tickets were incorrect. The manager ** then finally decided to come and assist the overwhelmed waitress with the tickets. YEAH!!! 9:55: The manager ** then brought my corrected ticket to me so I paid. Three more tickets to go. 10:00: The waitress left and returned. Again, all 3 tickets were incorrect. The manager ** had left the overwhelmed waitress unattended yet again!

10:05: My mother and two aunts wrote exactly what each of them ordered on a piece of paper and handed it to the waitress because we were all mentally exhausted, very cranky, and totally devastated by this experience at this point. 10:15: The waitress left and returned. You’re not going to believe this! Two of the three tickets were STILL wrong. My aunt’s ticket was correct so she paid. We just wanted Calgon to take us away at this point. My mother asked the waitress if she still had the orders they wrote on the sheet of paper and she replied, “Yes.” The waitress then asked the absent waiter if he could come help. WHERE IS **!!!

10:20: (The breaking point). The two remaining tickets with the exact orders written on a piece of paper and given to the waitress WERE STILLLLLLLLLLLL WROOOOOOONG! My aunt replied, “We’re too old for this and we’ve been here since 7:00!” My mother replied, “If you bring us the wrong tickets again I’m walking out of the door!” 10:30: Thankfully, the absent manager ** finally helped with the two corrected tickets.

I truly wondered if this staff had ever been trained. I truly wondered if they hated one another because no one was helping anyone. I truly wondered if they’d ever heard of the word communication. I truly wondered if we were on a TV show and where were the cameras hid. I truly wondered if ** would ever stop the bleeding. I truly wondered if they understood the rich tradition of Red Lobster. Regretfully, I truly wondered if they wanted hard working citizens of the community dining at their restaurant. I couldn’t lie this good if I tried! Everything I stated is very factual and can be verified by your computer system and the parties involved. I have never been more humiliated in my entire life! The worst restaurant experience in the history of man. My uncle bluntly said, Nephew, you are relieved of your restaurant suggestions! Everyone burst into laughter while I melted away in embarrassment. We did not leave until 10:30!

Finally, the waitress (not **) brought our final two tickets to us. After the worst restaurant experience known to man and a $330 dollar bill + tips, with a distraught smile she simply said, “I’m sorry” and walked away. Yes, we tipped because that’s the way we were raised! My mother called and spoke with the manager today about the horrendous service that night. The manager said she would look into this matter and call her back. No return call! Needless to say the next time I choose to share an intimate moment with those that I love the most, it won’t be with Red Lobster. This particular restaurant is downright offensive and incompetent! After further review, Red Lobster is no longer OURS! You can have it back! P.S. For all those reading I will let you know how the corporate office responds!

Red Lobster continues to disappoint. The food is not fresh or hot or tasty. We ordered the Clam Chowder soup which was hot but had little to no clams and was thick and clumpy with no taste. The Admiral's Feast had barely warm, soggy and bready fish, shrimp and calm strips. I swear I could not distinguished the taste of meat on the plate at all. The food must have been previously frozen. But, even so, I have had better meals from the frozen food section of the grocery store. The admiral's feast was close to 20.00 bucks! Captain D's would have made a better choice. The utensils were not clean and had to be replaced. We did not even receive hush puppies at all. I will never eat at another! The whole meal for two was 60.00 bucks. We paid with cash and did not get a receipt.

My husband and I went to Red Lobster on Monroe St in Toledo, Ohio on Saturday Feb 7th. We go to Red Lobster at least once every 3rd week. We got there and they were busy so we decided to have a drink at the bar. We waited 30 minutes there and was called to our table. We were seated almost 10 minutes before I finally got up and went and told the hostess. Finally, the manager was heading our way to talk to us and went to the wrong table. When he finally came to ours he was in a flustered state said he would get somebody over to us right away.

Well finally a waitress, who was very nice to say to us that she can't find a pen but will take our order. Our order was quite simple, the 4 course meal, mine was salad soup and tilapia with vegetables and the cheese cake for desert.. Husband's was the same except no veggies a baked potato. Soup was cold, my husband got all veggies and 10 minutes after we started to eat out came the baked potato. Manager was not to be seen the rest of dinner. Really bad service....

We get out of church on Sunday about 12:30 or 1 o'clock and we have been to Red Lobster in the past, but the last 2 visits will more than likely be our last. We didn't mind the 35 min. wait to be seated. We arrived about 2 pm from Paintsville, KY and it took several times after we got seated to get the waitress to be reminded we had no bread, which we had to wait about 45 mins. at least to even get our biscuits then another 45 mins to get a salad. Finally at about 4 o'clock, some of us got our meals which by that time we were actually starved and getting ready to get up and walk out. We got done about 5:30 and vowed to never go back again.

I would like to know what is the problem in Huntington, WV with the Red Lobster that it took us so long to get our food. Your company needs to do something about this problem and if and when we go back, we will only wait a short time to get biscuits because you should have a good supply of them on hand especially on Sunday afternoon, or we will just get up and to another restaurant where we can get some food in a decent amount of time. I would really like to hear a response of the excuse you can give for the service at this restaurant.

I'm very dissatisified with how everything went for my dinner. First and foremost I've been going to Red Lobster for years to the point where I remember the Rockzilla Lobster tail and the huge parrot bay coconut shrimp and New England sampler. But what concerns me is the service I received at this location and the fact that I requested the lobster lovers dream and the first thing out of the server's mouth was, "Our lobster fest doesn't start till February 2, 2015," and I was like I get that which is not what I asked. I asked to have the meal and will pay the difference which Red Lobster at other locations has done for me before. I'm tired of this corporate-minded policy when others have done it and was a non-issue and felt like I was fighting to have the meal I truly love and was taken away.

First of all this isn't how you treat your guests and not to mention when the food did arrive they brought three separate plates of which they had one for the Maine lobster tail, one plate for two skewers of scallops which were overcooked and rubbery tasting, and the third plate had the rock lobster meal with broccoli. A simple request ended up costing me $65 which I'm not Happy about and furthermore basically charged me for three separate items when all they had to do was charge a meal similar and add the difference for the second set of scallop skewers like other Red Lobsters have done.

I want my complaint to go to someone of authority in the company even an executive level and not to mention I used two of my $25 gift cards which i worked hard to earn because they were given to me from my employer for a job well done. Just wish the food was better and upper management would quit looking at the numbers and focus more on quality of the food coming out because i''m not impressed. What I want is my money back and then some so I can just maybe in the future give your restaurant another chance.

I did speak with a manager who by the way never came to our table immediately and my server was even like, "The manager hasn't come over yet." I will say the manager did a great job putting on a fake face and smile and was speechless as to what happened but didn't really do much outside of sounding robotic and taking just one of the skewer scallops off my meal which I felt was a slap in the face. I have sent a complaint to Red Lobster. I will wait to see what they are going to do for me from my experience at the Olympia, Washington location.

My server at the bar area of a Red Lobster restaurant at 5950 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale Florida treated me very rudely. She may have been miffed at me because there were questions about the charges placed on my card, but I was very polite and clear with my concerns. I asked questions and made no accusations whatever. However, there was no reason (other than the psychology of the server) to treat me rudely because of the confusion about the charges to my card. I will not return to any Red Lobster restaurant.

Red Lobster's "new" menu lacks pricing for beverages. Asked waitress for prices, she left and came back after a while with her best guesses. Photos of stuffed mushrooms above create your own appetizer shows about 8 stuffed mushrooms. Order of these mushrooms was only 4 and with the very small and distasteful cheese sticks totaled a whopping $11.48! (Stuffed mushrooms (4) not 8 costs an additional $1.99!) Receipt offers participation in an already expired (12/28/14) Sweepstakes. Red Lobster's quality in food is less and while their pricing (if they tell you what it is before you order it) is greater. Ordering without knowing the price is like marrying a blind date. Why does Red Lobster falsely advertise an offer for participation in an expired, non-existing sweepstakes? Do not intend to patronize Red Lobster in the future. :(

Maybe you should shut down, re-staff, do some intense training, then reopen.. P.S. No Management apologies..

I said, "we not done yet," "oh," she says and leaves, comes back to minutes later, while my husband is still eating and says, "ready for dessert." I said "no, when he is done." She walked pass two more times to check. We ordered dessert, paid the bill, tipped her and left. The problem was this girl wanted to get rid of us, it's not a good evening. Forget the long wait after we were seated, we had to get up and ask someone to come to our table. When the food did arrive, it was not even hot--barely lukewarm. We got our food in pieces. I received my beverage when we asked for the bill, as we couldn't take it any longer. We ate a little bit of the wimpy salad and we the warm food came out, we could not eat it--it was so late, we had to leave. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 p.m. and did not leave until 10:05 p.m. When we sat down, we indicated that we needed some plates to go--never received the order we placed when we first sat down. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I ever experienced--and I really was looking forward to some good seafood--but that didn't happen tonight.

She switched the menu and charged me double, using the "Dinner" menu in place of the lunch.. We questioned her about the cost and even though it was lunch time, she then came out with the same dinner menu, I then requested the lunch menu which is the cost that I should have had to pay. On Saturday, 01/26/2013, my daughters, my grandson & I visited the location at 5201 S Pulaski Chicago, IL. It was a busy night; the wait was 45 minutes. While waiting, my 4-y/o grandson accidentally bumped into one of the patrons while trying to get into his mother's lap. He did apologize as did his mother on his behalf. However, that wasn't good enough for the patron. She got very aggressive and continued to have words with my daughter. It escalated to a loud argument in which management was called to the front of the restaurant. The patron then stood up and proceeded to get into my daughter's face.

To make a long story short, we all were asked to leave the restaurant which was fine because, at this point, it had become frustrating and draining. It was best we left. While we were leaving, we noticed the other patron involved was allowed to stay. That's totally unfair, when they were the reason for the whole chaotic incident. We returned inside the restaurant to speak with the managers who asked to leave. We were talked to very rudely and disrespectfully and asked to leave again. We asked for their names as well as the corporate number for the restaurant.

The male manager called me a damn fool and it's sad he wasn't giving me his name, although I had already obtained his name from another employee. He did not provide me with his name as sure he wasn't trained to not cooperate and provide rude customer service. The female manager gave her first name but refused to provide a last name or a corporate phone number. She stated she didn't have to provide us anything she said to get the ** out of her restaurant as she had called the police.

I've never ever been treated so horribly in my life. Those two employees definitely shouldn't be a part of anyone's management team and they need extensive training in customer service. I will never patronize another Red Lobster and will spread the word on the way my family & I were treated; it is unthinkable.

She never brought us any to start with. We never got any, until after the meal came, and we only got one each. There were two of us dining. When we asked for more later, she rolled her eyes at us.

She told us they were very busy, when there were three cars in the parking lot. She was rude, and made us never want to go back to Red Lobster again. I reported this to the corporate office including the waitress's name, and they asked me for my mailing address so they could respond properly. That was back in April. We finally asked to speak to the manager which told us he would check on our food order and would be right back. Ten minutes later, we finally walked out. The manager is standing in the front speaking to someone and never bothered to even acknowledge us as we left. Instead, he scurried back to the kitchen.

Okay fine, I, as his mother, relaxed my son's hair so that it would be as straight as possible to her liking. He was led to believe that if he straighten his hair, he would have the job. In my eyes, that is called discrimination. His option was to cut his hair off or straighten his hair. He is a 17-year old youth who is doing well in high school as a junior who is looking to work and have some kind of self-independency. What a way to mislead a young youth. He was only applying to be a bus boy, not the damn owner or assistant manager. Just a job to keep him busy in the summertime as well as help him better understand the working world, working and having your own money.

Stephen has done everything to show that he was very much interested in working. I have been working for the Health Dept and Mental Hygiene for the last 14 years. I am not pleased with the unprofessionalism with this franchise.

On Saturday, July 14, I checked my account and the bank had a pending amount of $52.54. When I called the bank, they told me that Red Lobster and all restaurants always charge a 2% buffer for their protection in case the money was not there when the charge got there. I believe that this is an unfair practice especially since the bank keeps the money pending until they received the paperwork from the restaurant. I would like to understand exactly what the restaurant needs protection from. I also believe that the bank simply has more of your money tied up for 10 days. The restaurants do not tell you that they are going to do this and the bank sure doesn't. Of course, the bank is never wrong.
