    I ordered shrimp and New England Clam Chowder Soup today at Delran, NJ. The Walter’s Fried Shrimp was a bit salty and the soup was nasty. I called Red Lobster on the phone and was told that they changed the recipe of the soup. Big mistake on changing the recipe. I even told the employee that the potatoes in the soup was not cooked well. I will never eat at Red Lobster again. Nasty raw and watered down soup . The female employee was pleasant and helpful. The soup went to the trash. What a waste of money.

    Was greeted by Gabe the host. Nice young man, sat us and was so polite. Mike was our waiter and was super informative and gave great suggestions. Will absolutely be back! Happy to see young generation like Gabe being so well rounded!

    Went with wife for anniversary. She ordered a lobster plate that had the smallest lobster you could imagine. The crap legs were too hard to crack and eat. I tried the sailor's boil. That was a major mistake. Everything in the bag was so garlic covered that all you could taste was garlic. The corn was uneatable and soggy. The sausage had a very tough skin that you couldn't even chew. Halfway thru the meal you were so tired of the taste you couldn't finish it. We have gone to the North Olmsted Red Lobster for most of our 49 years of marriage anniversaries but we both agreed we would never go back. e $100 we spent. Not worth $30 much less the $100 we spent.

    I have loved Red Lobster, their rewards, tartar sauce, and clam chowder. They tried changing tartar sauce (old one is back), now they've changed clam chowder (celery taste). If it's not broke, don't fix it!! Stop changing stuff!!

    They said it feed 4 for 100 dollars but I went to then bought everything and it was cheaper and my flavor not saying it wasn't good. Just you get more and with your flavor hot or not for cheaper to me not worth it. You can buy the pack for 9.99 at the store and add on. Make it yours. I did want it too bad but I Rather make my own. Try to recommend no but won't let me lol.

    Andrea G was the worst waitress I've ever had, and provided the worst restaurant experience. She wasn't a rude person, but she was a horrible waitress for other reasons. We might've been waiting for over 10 minutes just for her to greet us in a restaurant that was almost empty. We asked for numerous different items and never receiving them. For example, we asked for more of the biscuits (would've been the third basket), never got them. Asked for marinara sauce, never got it. Asked for a to-go box, never got it. We even wanted to split the check, but Andrea just gave us the check unsplit without asking. When we got our seafood boils (what we ordered), they were okay. The meats were nice and juicy, but there was little to no flavor, and not as much food as you would hope for paying that price ($50). All in all, horrible service, mediocre food, and overall a really bad visit. Will not be back.

    I visited the Lanham, MD Red Lobster on 7/11/2025. My server was Zuri H. Zuri provided remarkable service. She was super attentive, our order was presented perfectly. She has excellent customer service skills and she made me and my friend feel like we were at a 5-star restaurant! A server of this caliber should definitely be recognized! She represented red lobster in the most respectful manner and her support and professionalism truly showed how fortunate red lobster is to have her on their team. I look forward to seeing Zuri again!     I don’t know even where to begin. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We (party of 6) went to celebrate my Grandson’s 30th birthday. There was no silverware on the table. They brought him his salad but still no silverware. Asked the server for them. I couldn’t believe my eyes when the server came back and gave each one of us ONE FORK. When we asked for the rest of it he said that the knives were being washed now. Still no napkins. It took quite a while to get our drinks. How long does it take to pour a soda or ice tea?? One would think that the restaurant was busy, but no, only 4 tables had customers sitting there.

    The wait to get our food was crazy long. All of us had lobster or crab legs but no melted butter for them. We asked him about getting some. His response was, "It is being melted right now." UNBELIEVABLE!!! Still no napkins. We ordered appetizers to share. It’s kind of hard to share without any plates. Finally got the biscuits and one small paper napkin. Had to ask for more which was slow in coming. Those who asked for a drink refill, as you can imagine, waited long to get one. He’s a server? That is not service.

    Now about the food. The biscuits were lousy. Tasted blah and were doughy and like there was no butter or cheese in them. They used to have awesome ones, so what happened??? I was so disappointed. I wanted everyone to have a great time. I can’t think of anything positive to say about it. Needless to say none of us will ever go back to Red Lobster EVER!!!! I spoke to the manager. She was very polite and friendly. She came back with a new bill. She took $50 off the check.

    I treated one of my best friend's nieces to Red Lobster, because she wanted a seafood boil. That was a waste of $150 on the worst food ever (I tipped the waiter $25, because, Tyler was the best part of the whole service).The crab legs were over cooked & shrunk, The lobster tail was cut in half & so overcooked that it was shriveled up, hard & stuck to the shell. The "dozen" shrimp was also over cooked & there were only (5) in the bag. The crab seafood boil was $43.99 each. Not worth it. We each got a smoothie which was 6.99 each, & chips & crab queso for appetizer ($14.99 I think).

    Gastonia, NC- They advertised a seafood boil with crab legs and a lobster tail. We found out when we were there they didn’t have any lobster tails and they substituted another crab leg for the lobster at the same full pice! The crab legs were soft and rubbery and the cracker was useless. Our bill for two people with tip was $115 and change. Red Lobster with no lobster. Charging one crab leg for the high price of a lobster tail! It was a rip-off, unethical, and false advertising! No wonder they were going bankrupt! They are not recommended for good seafood!

    Let's start off with ordered a lobster punch which is suppose to come with fruit but didn't. I dined with my hubby. I ordered the seafood boil. Was so disappointed. Shrimp was rubbery, lobster overcooked (the diners name is RED LOBSTER) how'd you get that wrong. Never came back to offer me another drink but my hubby had 2 sodas and 2 modelos. The whole experience was sad. Called the manager over and requested she take my seafood boil (45.99) off the check. Which she did as she took the food back. Would have given it no stars if it was available. Service was so so but never, I mean Never again will I go there again! I'll cook my own. 🤮

    Monday, Jun 30, 2025, Littleton, CO. Fish and chips, very overdone fish. 2 pcs only. Coleslaw and fries okay. Wife had lobster, she said it was tough as a bad steak. Chose an alternative side of corn on the cob. Piece of cob was about 1 1/2 in long but $4 extra. Ordered two clam chowder soups to go for future meals as Red Lobster used to have the very best, not to be this time. Threw out the soup this evening. The only reason for two stars rather than one was the service. The young man serving us was friendly, accommodating and all around an excellent server. We'll not go back. There were less than 10 people in the restaurant for lunch. The word must be out!

    Red Lobster/Breckinridge Ln, Louisville Ky. This location holds a special place in my heart from as far back as I can remember. There’s only been great experiences with the food and staff - and most recently with the mgmt. Shelly, a customer favorite manager, always goes above and beyond to ensure that my visit is one to remember. I know as soon as I walk in the restaurant and see she’s working, that I’ve come to the right place - and that could be for any reason: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, on a date, or just by myself. With more and more corporations dropping the customer service priority, it’s great to see that some, like Red Lobster and Shelly, still put the value of every customer at the top of the list.

    I enjoyed my meal and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. When I asked for extra rolls they were so nice and brought some warm right out of the oven. The waiter paid full attention and checked on us twice to see if we needed anything or our meal was as we liked. The food came through cooked just as I like, I enjoyed my time even more than the last time I went. I will definitely come back soon.

    Red Lobster is making too many changes bad, tartar sauce, bad, hush puppies, bad, now they've changed the clam chowder which has been a staple item since probably the late '60s. Now it is not good at all, why change what's been working! Is it all about the bottom line? Absolutely love the fried shrimp. Please do not change! Plus I've never had a problem with service there, also they took the Shrimp Your Way away, another change, please bring back!!

    I took my husband to Red Lobster in Ames for Father's Day. We had not been there in a long time due to a bad experience there the last time, but we decided to give it another try. We both ordered fish and the only thing different was that I had a salad and he had broccoli. That night I became very ill with food poisoning. I am a nurse practitioner and knew it had to be from the staff not washing the lettuce, etc. for my salad. I was ill through the night and all the next day. Needless to say, it changed Father's Day for us. What began as a celebration became a disaster! We spent a total of $82.00 for dinner, drinks, and a tip. I decided to call and let the restaurant know about our experience.

    I talked to a manager, Savanah, who said she was sorry it happened and she would send us two $10 gift certificates for our next times back. I was incredulous and told her it would take a lot more than that for us to come back. She put me on hold to talk to her general manager and returned to tell me that she had found our order and receipt and payment and that she was going to refund our credit card the entire amount. In actually, she credited our card $20.00 and we will NEVER be back! Thanks for the horrible experience, both on Father's Day and with this transaction. Not only did she not credit our card the entire amount, she lied to me about what they were going to do. BEWARE!!! Lyn **

    Arrived at Lynnhaven Red Lobster in Virginia Beach. Manager in office and runs out almost knocking me over running out of office. To seat us because he was the hostess. Bottom line took 20 mins for drink. Only 3-5 tables in entire restaurant. So I asked to speak to him and his response was, "We had more People than expected at this time. And I had to pull the bartender to wait tables." Really!!! Okay. So all I ordered was Endless soup, salad and biscuits. And my Dear friend ordered a Shrimp Bowl. Disgusting. Shrimp burnt and dry. That took 35 mins. Remember 3-5 tables only. Not happy. OH my Lobster Bisque Soup no chunks at all. Pureed...Lol... Unless it is made that way. Last thing... Biscuits Smaller. P.S. When drinks came they were Great and Holly our waitress was the best. She let me Vent.. Lol. Lol.

    I visit the Dover, Delaware, location regularly. Friendly, efficient staff and I love the food - Especially the coconut shrimp. We are greeted promptly and rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. I joined the "My Rewards" and have enjoyed it! Well worth the time to get desserts and free appetizers.

    Arrived Red Lobster June 17th. My wife and I ordered The Caesar salad with chicken and two lobster tails steamed with a potato and a salad and two glasses of tea. We did not realize that we were already into it for $10.89 since the tea is $4 and the upgrade of a salad is $2.89. After completing our meal the bill of $78.06 arrived, by the time we tipped out 20% our total bill was $96. Now we are not poor by any means but a bill of $100 for two lobster tails, a potato, the size of a cue ball, a side salad and a Caesar salad with chicken for $100.00 (come on). by the way my lobster tails and potato were served lukewarm at best. I did not send back because of all the horror stories you hear about that happens when you send food back.

    I know Red lobster says that will not happen at our restaurants. Believe me I know different. Days of going to Red lobster for a nice meal are over when I can get a very nice steak for my wife and I at quality steak houses for $100 and not feel like I was taken. When restaurant charges $4 for a glass of tea and a $3 upcharge for a side salad it's time for me to hit the road. I will not be going back to Red lobster and I regret that that used to be one of my favorite restaurants. My ticket number is **

    I am not sure if the physical restaurant has changed since the bankruptcy, because I am afraid to go back. I remember that the restaurant in Webster, TX smelled horrible prior to the bankruptcy. It smelled wet and dirty. When I asked a worker about the smell, I was informed that all Red Lobster restaurants smell the same way due to the HVAC system. Although the food was tasty, the horrible stench made me question food safety in the restaurant. I certainly hope the new CEO corrects this issue. A restaurant should smell clean and fresh. The air quality should not be thick with the smell of grime and filth.

    Never again. Ordered the Mahi and never would have imagined it could taste that bad. It was the real taste of fish being completely rinsed with water for a long time and then put in a microwave? Can't describe it any better. It was terrible to say the least. But on a better note the asparagus and broccoli were very good. It will be a long time before I ever go back to Red Lobster. Definitely will look for seafood elsewhere.

    Hubby decided to take me to Red Lobster on West St. I ordered a Caesar's salad with salmon and as I started to eat the salmon, after the 2nd bite, I noticed the salmon was raw. I cut the salmon in half and the middle was completely raw. I told the waitress and she asked if I wanted it recooked (of course), she took it to the back along with my salad. Hubby was finishing eating and I was still waiting if my meal. She finally came back with my salmon and one plate in the salad on a separate plate. After checking to make sure the salmon was completely cooked, I started to eat the salmon and I asked for a box as I knew we were running short on time.

    The waitress immediately took my salad and said she would put it in a box when I never requested that, the box was to take my salmon home but since she took a bit to box my salad I went ahead and ate the salmon and took the salad home. As we were walking out, I am guessing it was the manager asked us how everything was and my husband immediately told him, not so well. My husband explained what happened and all the manager said was, "I don’t know what happened. I will talk to the cooks." Didn’t receive one apology from the cook, nor the manager. The service at both locations has gone downhill and it’s very disappointing.

    I would like to start off by saying. I ordered 3 meals Monday night 4/14/25. I called and made a complaint with Garrett the store manager. I made him aware of the fact we have received raw food and undercooked food. He proceeded to say that Door Dash is responsible for the food once it leaves the restaurant. He did not want to fix the mistakes that were made with my food. I and my roommate ended up getting very sick about 4 hours later throwing up with food poisoning. I have filed a complaint with Red Lobster online and I am awaiting on a call back about getting this location inspected as they are servicing contaminated food. They need to be shut down. I spent $93 on food that got me and my family sick!!!!

    Red Lobster in North Haven, Ct was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by our greeter Nanci who knew what table we liked and brought us directly to it. Our server, Vanessa, was efficient, friendly, and attentive. My wife ordered Stuffed Flounder which was not on the menu. It was prepared expertly and was delicious. My shrimp was equally enjoyable.

    Super food and service! Ryan did a great job as a server. He let us know that he would be waiting on a party of 10 and might be delayed getting to us. He was not! My wife couldn't decide which of the two types of shrimp to get, so she got both! My fish was perfect and broccoli double steamed as ordered. When the manager, Stefanie, stopped by I complimented Ryan and our meal. Plus she brought our free dessert that my rewards provided.

    I ordered a baked potato with lobster and grilled asparagus. Of course those Cheddar Bay Biscuits are so melt in the mouth-good! It was fast and delicious with leftovers! Hubby loved them.     I now see why they are starting to close their door. Never in over 50 years have I had a bad birthday dinner but this year, nasty. Ordered 2 pounds of crab legs, received less than 1. Endless soup and salad is actually only one of each. Salmon dinner, there was some flakes of salmon there. Lobster mashed potatoes, only if you beg the manager and then only 2 tablespoons of gravy!! Next year, steak house!!

    My family and I went for dinner, there wasn’t no wait or anything and was seated right away. It took our server 15-20 mins to greet us so by time she made it to our table we were ready to order. After ordering our food and drinks it took another 20 mins to even get our drinks, never got no biscuits and when we asked about them She said they were waiting on the bread guy ok whatever, so we waited and waited and waited. Our food finally came out and everything was cold like it sat there for a while, my food which is in the picture above was rubbery!! Had to ask for our salads about 3x before she finally brought them to us and they were old tasting. At this point we’re just ready to go home. Once our server came back to our table and we told her about our food she instantly got an attitude and walked off. Took another 10 mins to bring us our check. We paid and left and we will not be coming back.

    I had the new on the menu parmesan crusted chicken and it was awful. The chicken was chewy and no cheese at all over the chicken. Mashed potatoes was like paste. And salad is not included anymore. Have been going to Red Lobster for years but will not be back. The waitress was very helpful and great.

    Got sat down. Waited 30 minutes. Wasn’t served a drink or even talk to a server. The person who sat us down said, "Talk to your server." When we asked to move tables at person said to ask your server. We then said we hadn’t been served at another 10 minutes. Did not get a server left. People sat down after us and ordered right away.

    We went this afternoon for lunch. There were many open tables, yet the hostess sat us next to an occupied table. The music was too loud for dining. When we asked if they could turn it down, we were told the new CEO wants the music louder to attract a young crowd. This didn’t make sense as they were playing 1980’s Madonna and Sade. The volume of the music would have been appropriate at Happy Hour in their bar area. Not at lunch in the dining room. Food was so-so. I had the Ultimate Feast and my husband had Surf and Turf. They charge extra for soup or salad, even with a $50 entree. We didn’t order dessert because the dessert photos on the menu didn’t look appetizing. It’s no surprise they have closed many restaurants.

    On Sunday afternoon, January 5, 2025, my step daughter and her family needed a place that would accommodate a family of 8 since we found out that a neighboring restaurant would not accommodate our needed sitting. We knew Red Lobster (Monroe, LA) would and so glad we did. My stepdaughter had required food accommodations and the location Manager, Kandice, Was extremely accommodating. She actually brought out the food packaging ingredient information and spent time with my stepdaughter reviewing the food ingredients and more before she would decide what and if any to order.

    Based on her patience with us as customers we will definitely return to this Monroe, LA Red Lobster in the future. In addition the, waitress was just as accommodating to our young grandchildren and all of us!!! My husband ordered a steak and he said it was one of the best he has had in a while. Must give this restaurant and this Mgr (Kandice) a try cause we will be back for sure!!!

    With Red Lobster being one of the few chain restaurants open on Christmas day most every year, you would think they would be better prepared for high volume of both pick-up and delivery orders as well as high dine-in traffic. Imagine with a 4:15 pm reservation and we got there at 4 pm we did not get our table until 4:45 pm. It took 45 minutes to get out our food. The poor waitress [Brianna] could just say they are backed up (yah think?). The store we frequent is in Pinellas Park, FL and we eat there at least 5 times per year.

    When family visits we always go there as all our family is from New England and they love seafood... especially lobster! Scott, the person who seemed to be working the seating process was overwhelmed and when walk-ins were told a 1 hour wait at least, several parties just walked out - so lost business. There were plenty of empty tables but no one was clearing them so they must have been short-staffed? It's unlikely we will plan to visit on a holiday again. Too bad... So sad.

    Going to a restaurant should be an enjoyable experience, a time to unwind, savor delicious food, and create lasting memories with friends or loved ones. Unfortunately, my visit to Red Lobster with Barbie was anything but pleasant. Upon arrival, we noticed that the restaurant was far from busy, with just five tables occupied and only one waiter, Robby, on duty. After sitting down, we found ourselves waiting for a full 15 minutes before Robby finally took our order. Instead of promptly entering our requests into the system, he stopped at the next table to chat, which was frustrating. To add to our dismay, he was also training a new employee, diverting even more attention away from our dining experience. When we asked for bread, it felt like an eternity before it finally made its way to our table — another 15 minutes of waiting.

    As for the main course, we ordered three different types of shrimp with a single baked potato as our side. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, it was cold — both mine and Barbie's dishes lacked the warmth one would expect from a freshly cooked meal. The baked potato, which we had requested to be fully loaded with toppings, also arrived cold, and we were surprised to find out that the extra charge for the toppings hadn’t been communicated to us beforehand. When we called Robby over to address the issue, he took our dishes back to the kitchen, but after a lengthy 20 minutes, we learned that they had tossed our meals instead of simply reheating them. The shrimp came back eventually, but still no baked potato. We waited another 20 minutes before that finally appeared. For what should have been a straightforward dinner, we ended up spending nearly two hours in the restaurant, feeling neglected and disappointed.

    All things considered, it was clear to us why Red Lobster has been struggling, perhaps leading to its bankruptcy. While the food had the potential to be good, the lack of attentive service and the disorganization greatly overshadowed any culinary merit. This experience made it very clear that a restaurant visit should be enjoyable, but sadly, our experience was anything but. I left Red Lobster feeling frustrated and resolved not to return anytime soon.

    This place is horrible, terrible servers, drinks from bar overpriced and watered down seems like, ordered lobster lovers dream, lobster is so small and rubbery, also ordered crab legs. Very little meat and overcooked, shrimp scampi way overcooked, cole slaw tasted old and spoiled, very bitter, even the sweet tea tasted horrid. $ 125.00 and the most god awful dinner ever, they lost our business most definitely. A fish sandwich from McDonald's would have been better than that garbage.

    I have been eating at Red Lobster since the 70’s. I loved the restaurant. I will never eat there again. Horrible all around. First the waitress was terrible. But I can forgive that. The food I’ll start with the salad that is no longer included in the lunch menu. It was swimming in salad dressing to the point. It was like eating salad dressing with a spoon. Awful! The baked potato was tiny and I had to pay an extra $1.49 for toppings. It just didn’t taste as good as it used to. My fish was so thin it was like fish jerky. The tartar sauce is not even delicious anymore. Are used to love the tartar sauce. The shrimp scampi tasted the same and I thought that was fine, but the popcorn shrimp was soggy and greasy, and the breading wasn’t fully cooked. I will never eat at another red lobster again in my life.

    I went to Red Lobster, on Two Notch Rd, in Columbia, SC, to buy a Fried Flounder dinner. The food was absolutely horrible. I spent 26.00 on food that had absolutely too much garlic, period. The fish was garlicky, the biscuits were garlicky. Everything was masked in garlic. I will never go there again. The restaurant is too dark.     Sadly, the Red Lobster in our city closed several months ago. Apparently, it was an underperforming restaurant. Yesterday we had to go to Norman Oklahoma, so we thought we would go to the Red Lobster on Interstate Drive. There weren't many people in the restaurant, but it was only 4 pm. The wait staff was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The waitress reviewed the new menu from memory and answered all of our questions. My wife had lobster pasta, and I chose the grilled Mahi. The wife enjoyed the pasta, and I found the Mahi to be the best I have ever had. We go to the Texas coast fairly often and I have had Mahi often as it's my favorite fish. Red Lobster got the seasoning perfect. I hope Red Lobster can regain the popularity it once had.

    I have eaten at Red Lobster since I was a kid. I am 49 now. I absolutely loved Red Lobster and most of all their tartar sauce is the only tartar sauce I eat. I even order just a pint of it when I'm cooking my seafood at home. I went last week and spent 50.00 in which is no issue but unfortunately it was a complete waste as that new tartar sauce is AWFUL!!! I do not understand why they made that with dill and it taste like mayo with dill. It is AWFUL!! Please bring the original tartar sauce back expeditiously.     Red Lobster used to be the best place to eat. I don't know what happened and why they did it but they stopped serving all the things that I loved. I loved the grilled chicken with the mango salsa. They stopped selling it. I loved the buffalo wings. They stopped selling it. They had a really good fried fish sandwich. They stopped selling it and switched it to something else that taste disgusting. I don't know what's going on here. They even used to have scallops with bacon wrapped around it. They stop selling that. They stop selling the best soup ever which is the potato soup. I don't understand how restaurants expect to have a lot of business when they're taking away all the things that people actually come there for. This is getting ridiculous.

    I've been to several Red Lobsters in California and in New Mexico and they don't sell anything that I like that is from the menu that I loved which was the old menu! The only thing that I actually come here for now is the crab dip and the Lobster Dip and biscuits and salad! Their steaks are rock hard. I just tried their tartar sauce. What the hell kind of tartar sauce is this. I don't know. They used to have some really bomb tartar sauce when they used to serve the fish sandwich that I like. This is all wrong you guys. Please fix it back to the way it was. Everything doesn't have to change and if it's broke don't fix it in the first place because all you're doing is messing up your own business.     I did door dash for Red Lobster. Order snow crabs and order flounder sandwich. The snow crabs was cold, I was 5 min from red lobster, first stop for driver. I called the manager at red lobster about that. I paid $70 for my for full order. I called 7:20 pm hall road location this evening 10/20 Sunday. Supervisor did not even apologize for order being cold. Made some lame excuse of why it could be cold because door dash driver driving around. But I let her know I was their first stop and I am only 5 min away, no one wants to eat cold snow crabs, no one, I tried one and it is awful tasting.     I was seated and waiting to be served. I waited over 5 minutes l, when a party of 3 were seated in front of me. The server went straight to them, while I sat there waiting. When the server then came to me, I told her of what happened. I then ordered all of my food. I received my bitter passion fruit tea and biscuits. Another 10 minutes and no food, so I ordered a salad. Twenty minutes later, no food. The people in front have their food, who were seated after me. Another 15 mins., and no food.     I have been a customer for over 30 years. I ordered today the Admiral's Feast. My lobster fell apart when I tried to take it off the shell. I mean it turned into what looks like grits. It was gross, every time I touched it, it mushed up more, it just crumbled into this wet soggy mess. Wasted money. My Walter shrimp was soggy, and my clam chowder was lumpy and had no clam or potatoes in it. Not even sure what the lumps were, I guess, lumpy flour. They used to make the best clam chowder, no more. The only thing on my very expensive plate that was edible, was the baked potato. Never again, what a waste of 50 bucks.

    I went to the one on Warren, MI. I felt like due to my race I wasn’t taken care of properly while other people who were the opposite skin color as me was. We were sat at a dirty table for one. My child wasn’t given a children’s menu while others were. We sat there for at least 20 minutes with no acknowledgement while others were taken care of. Another table who sat down after us got a clean table and got their orders taken and drinks faster than us. All because they were the right race. My waitress didn’t give me a plate for my crab shells, a crackers to open the crab legs or napkins until I asked. It took her 10 minutes or more just to get our drinks. More than that to get biscuits. My crab legs barely had meat in them, the potatoes were over cooked and crunchy. My salad was drenched in salad dressing. A free dessert doesn’t make up for the fact we had the most horrible experience of our lives.

    My review isn’t the only one where I felt like I was the wrong race and treated the same by having to wait and being ignored. If the roles were reversed corporate would care but since being ** it’s not offensive to ignore us and treat us differently. While ** received better service. The manager kept apologizing but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. We should all be treated equally not differently.

    I went to the Red Lobster to have a nice family dinner in Secaucus. I have been coming to Red Lobster for over 20 yrs and I never had a problem. Today I experienced the worst customer service with the Manager Denise. It started when I wanted to order the shrimp pasta without the shrimp and add chicken because my husband is allergic to shrimp. He doesn’t like the Cajun chicken Alfredo because it’s too spicy. The waiter stated it would be an extra $10. The manager approached the table with an attitude and very aggressive when we complained about the extra charge of $10. She even threatened to take away his plate at one point. At the end of the dinner were very disappointed with the service.

    I visited Red Lobster in Douglasville. The menu was changed and the prices as well. I ordered a cup of coffee and got a cup of tea or so weak coffee. I ask for biscuits. Not fully cooked.     My wife and I have gone to Red Lobster for years on birthdays and anniversaries. When we first started the Endless Shrimp was 14.99 I think then it went up to 16.99 and stayed there for awhile. Then in one year approximately it jumped to 21.99 or 22.99, NOW $27. IN ONE YEAR. OUTRAGEOUS!!! RIDICULOUS!!! So my wife got the endless shrimp since it was her birthday and I got the fish/chips which was like the tail end of a catfish. Fries were greasy, cold. We will not be going back because 1.     First let me say that I have been going to Red Lobster with my family for most of my life, but after today I will never be back. I went to Red Lobster with my son and my mother to have the endless shrimp, now since I've been going there they have allowed you to take whatever you don't eat home... that is no longer the case. I live in Las Vegas, there are so many other AYCE places to eat but that was one of the perks to be able to take your leftovers. So now that's no longer a thing.

    The food quality wasn't that great for the price and my check was wrong twice. A waitress that was assisting my waitress put a boiling hot bowl in my hand while she's wearing two pairs of gloves. The wait time for certain things was unreal when it was pretty empty. I've gone to Red Lobster in several different states and across the board it used to be pretty good service but after the new policy change for the endless shrimp, and my terrible experience this evening. I will not be back.

    This was my first time going to Red Lobster in a long time. When I did used to go I used to get the Shrimp Alfredo. They used to be so delicious. When I recently went and ordered it. It was disgusting, watery and it was spaghetti noodles, not even fettuccine like how our used to be. So I decided to go to another Red Lobster just to make sure I wasn’t tripping and indeed it was the same Nasty dish. My Alfredo taste better. It’s definitely not the same from what they used to serve. Back in the day red lobster always be packed. Now it only be a few cars.

    First time at Red Lobster in about 6 1/2 years and unfortunately, things did not go well. The wait both for a table was fairly short, and my wife and son had their food orders brought to them in a reasonable amount of time. My order never came. It wasn't until 15 minutes later that our server came over to check on us and by that time, my wife and son were more than half way through their meals. It turned out that the kitchen just skipped right over my order. It was eventually brought to me but it was thrown together on the fly. The salmon and the rice were fine but the vegetables were raw and barely edible. To make matters worse, my son found a hair in his broccoli dish! All in all, it just wasn't a good dining experience. Now, the reason I gave 2 stars is our server Caesar did all he could to salvage the situation as best he could. Both my dish and my son's dish were on the house, and he also comped my son's juice and dessert he ordered when he didn't have to.

    Went to an early dinner. Food was excellent; unsweetened iced tea was bitter. Server never came to check on us, ask us if everything was okay, or if we needed anything else. She brought another raspberry iced tea after we already finished our meal and asked for the check. I normally tip 20%. I’ve been known to tip 25-30% depending on the service I received. Servers, do not get upset if you do not get a good tip. It means to “up your game”.

    After my last bad food experience, I waited approx 5 years hoping things had changed and maybe going to a different location would make a difference. Nothing has changed. The food quality is TERRIBLE for the price… Crab legs weren’t fresh, Cole slaw salty, lobster rubbery, butter tasted more like margarine and it remains a disaster. I use to adore Red Lobster, but the quality of food served there is not ever worth me going back, EVER!!!

    Holden Valley location MN: Out group was 4. Two ordered seafood. The other two a NY strip 10oz. The steak was not a strip. It was most likely a bottom and only about 5 oz. Salty the coleslaw was old. The seafood was saturated in oil- old oil. Utensils for snow crabs were provided 45 minutes after food was served. Waiter inattentive and when we asked for manager we were told no one is available. This was actually fraud if I compare what was listed on the menu and what was served. Called manager Jane the next day. She hanged up on me. Well it's now a chain under Asian control and they won't see us again.

    The wife & I visited the North Charleston location last night. There were only a few people , 8 or 10, when we got there. There were at least 4 waitresses available. After being seated for about 15 minutes, we had to ask if someone was taking our order. Was told, "We'll try and find her." Another 4 to 5 minutes', she arrived, took our drink & food order, not writing anything down. Another extended wait, she returned, spilling part of mine on the floor, no comment from her. My wife order was not correct & had to ask for napkins & silverware. Then a 2nd person shows up with someone order & tried to serve it to us. The young man cleaning tables one handed as he was holding up his pant, his boxer drawers were in plain sight. Location has really gone downhill from previous visits.

    Red Lobster's seafood quality and certainly doesn't match their pricing. $112.00 for oversauced seafood pasta, lobster shrimp tacos tasted exaclty like lime Doritos and the flounder was more mushy than the mashed potatoes.     I ordered a meal on the website of Red Lobster, 5 Times Square NYC/5, New York, NY 10036. I never received my meal that I ordered. They never called me and I never received a message to apologize. And when I contacted them, they told me that the delivery guy had an accident and that I need to contact DoorDash, the delivery man's company to file a claim for my refund. This is not reasonable since I did not order my meal from DoorDash. So why should they have to pay me back? 3 days later still no news of my refund, I contacted again this weird restaurant and got the restaurant manager who said to expect DoorDash to refund me and it's been more than 1 week, the $61.22 has been deducted from my bank account but but they still haven't refunded my money. I find this dishonest. Really... So run away from this Red Lobster, 5 Times Square restaurant.

    There were only two of us for dinner and at the end of the meal I was handed a bill with the gratuity added to the total of the order...$23.21. I felt tricked when I was handed another slip (after I paid) that stated that the gratuity was suggested. I noticed that a lot of tables were empty and businesses are not surviving in NYC. I wish them good luck if that is how you treat your customers. Especially when there are businesses like Outback, who treat their customers way better.

Plus receiving a special visit from Manager Matt ** was a cherry on top. He paid kind attention to my daughter making polite conversation.     I was offered what I would call a kid's meal, 6 shrimp and some fries. This will only make me mad after I'm finished eating. So I ordered the ultimate feast, and told the waitress I wanted to speak with the manager. They never showed up. I think that all the Red Lobster will offer a veteran is a kid's meal. They are a disgrace to veterans. It would be better for the chain NOT to offer such a disgraceful free meal to veterans, it's an insult, like a slap in the face. As many times as I have eaten at Red Lobster, and enjoyed it, I think I will tell all my friends how they treat veterans. Another thing, I don't see me going there again. It won't be long before they feel crunch, and loss of business!!!!

    On Sept 2, 2022 we went to RL in Anderson, SC as we have done several times. Food was requested to be prepared with no seasonings due to allergies. Was uneatable.     Columbia, MO restaurant. On 07/08/22 we called ahead to be on the “wait list,” and when we arrived at approximately 5:30 pm there were 2 people waiting, and very few people already seated. The host told us it would be about a 5 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes before being seated. We waited just a few minutes to order drinks and appetizers. The drinks, 3 teas 1 beer, 2 sprites, took another 20 minutes to come out. The appetizers, calamari and fried green beans, didn’t come for another 10 minutes after the drinks. (6:25pm)

    We ordered our main courses when the appetizers arrived. 2 kids chicken strips and fries, 2 coconut shrimp plates (each 1 w/ brussels sprouts and 1 w/ lobster mashed potatoes and 1 w/ a salad and lobster mashed potatoes), 1 create your own pick 3 w/coconut shrimp, Walt’s shrimp, and shrimp scampi (w/ a salad and lobster mashed potatoes), and a salmon New Orleans (w/an extra skewer of shrimp, brussels sprouts, and lobster mashed potatoes).

    The 2 salads came after approximately 20 minutes. (6:45pm) Approximately 55 minutes after we ordered the food started coming to the table in spurts, and none of it by our server. (7:20pm). The brussels sprouts on all three plates were not cooked through. They were blackened on the outside and very much raw on the inside. The shrimp on all of the plates was lukewarm to cool. The butter in the shrimp scampi was either not melted or was already hardening. The extra skewer of shrimp didn’t come to the table until the bill was being paid. The bill was printed at 1937(7:37pm).

    A person (presumably a manager) came to the table to hear what we had to say about the food. He told us the situation was “unacceptable” and he would adjust our bill to make up for the issues. When our bill came it showed a $5.99 item comped to bring the bill all the way down to $168.13. I’ve got to tell you that $5.99 really made a huge difference in our experience. (If you’re not sure, that was dripping with sarcasm.) On our way out the door I noticed our waitress was working at the carry out counter. That might explain why she was scarce in the area of our table.

    Overall this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, if not the worst. I’m sure others have experienced worse, like bugs or vermin in the restaurant, or in the food, so I guess I should count myself lucky. Over 2 hours to get a substandard meal with substandard service at a premium price. Needless to say this was our last visit to Columbia, MO’s Red Lobster restaurant.

Ordered started that was good, but when to the main plate, specific to my order (Admiral's Feast plate), it comes cold (like left over from a fish and chips plate).     Went to Red Lobster in Racine Wi for dinner for our 44th wedding anniversary. My husband ordered surf and turf and I ordered the harbor bay lobster feast. His was doused in butter and mine well, the noodles were soggy, lobster and shrimp were dried up, mussels were fishy, and the sauce had no flavor. Very bland. I had to put salt and pepper on it just to get a little flavor. Service extremely slow. The girl at front desk was very nice and checked on us more than our waitress did. I won't order that meal ever again. I will give them another try and for the prices you pay the meal and service better be better.

    Today was dinner at Red Lobster - 7780 W Irlo Bronson Memorial HWY. Kissimmee, FL 34747. This was my first time at this restaurant chain and will probably be my last. The food was what you might call quite Ok, but service at restaurants was a tragedy. Was 2 people in the restaurant. Only after 5 minutes did I get a menu and after another 5 minutes she comes back and looks at me. Orders and when the food arrives it is delivered without a word. During dining never a word about how the food tastes. When paying never one word. But okay - I also paid without a word - and without tips. Good thing there are Applebeeˋs and Olive Garden as well as many others who know how to appreciate the customers.

    My family of 5 came to the Newnan location and has the worst experience. We arrived at 6:30pm and the hostess refused to greet us. I gave her the total number of proton our family which was 5. She rolled her eyes and stepped away to speak with 2 other staff at the bar. The hostess came back and stated she doesn’t have seating for 5 people when clearly there were tons of booths available.

    I requested to speak with a manager due to the belligerent behavior. The hostess stormed away from the hostess stand and all of the staff went to the kitchen. A pleasant ** woman came to the hostess stand to assist us and apologized for the hostesses rude behavior. The hostess or staff never returned to the hostess stand to seat us. We left the restaurant after being treated so horrible. We have decided to never return to this location due to the extremely rude, belligerent and disrespectful behavior we received. We will definitely let our family, friends and co-workers know of our experience especially since we are heavily affiliated with some of the Fortune 500 companies.

    Went to Red Lobster in Round Rock TX last night. We have been loyal customers for years but this horrible experience has turned us away from every going back. Our server did not know the menu, was confused about questions we asked regarding the food and after waiting about 15 min she deferred us to her supervisor who never even came to our table. My husband does not eat fried food. He wanted shrimp and scallops either grilled or broiled. He asked the server if he could pick from the combinations to get his meal the way he wanted. She was no help, only confused us with no choices to help.

    He ultimately decided on make your own combination of shrimp and scallops grilled. Well he got 5 shrimps and 5 scallops for $19.00, bare on the plate nothing else. Also, when we got the bill there was an addition of $3.99 for bacon wrapped scallops, which he did not order or get. We questioned her and she said she would talk to her manager. Well, after this 15 min she came back and only took off $1.00. We were too tired to argue and paid the bill and left. Will never go back to any Red Lobster again.

    On Friday, I ordered a 3 course meal which consisted of coconut shrimp, white fish, and fried clams. When I got home there was no sauce for the coconut shrimp and my bake potato was rotten. I paid over $30 for this meal so I put it in the fridge for the next day. I went back to Red Lobster and I told the girl at the counter about no sauce for the shrimp and the rotten baked potato. She says to me, "So what else do you want to order." I told her, "Nothing else. I came to get a replacement for what was wrong with the meal the night before." She gave me a real dirty look and walked away.

    The gentleman manager came out and asked me what was wrong. I told him the girl gave me dirty looks and I asked for the two items. He said he would get it for me plus he would provide sour cream and butter. I told I just needed the items I requested. Most of the time, I order as carryout because I still don't feel safe due to the Covid. The time before, they gave me a cold meal. I don't know what is happening to this restaurant. When you spend money you want it made right. This manager is always nice. He needs to get on his people. It will be a while before I go back there.

    My husband and I were there today. First time we were out due to Covid. Asked for a table due to my disability. It is physically impossible for me to get in and out of booth. Hostess brought us to a booth. We moved to a table that was empty. She came running over to us SCREAMING, "You can’t sit there."

    Asked for another table. She looked at us like we had gone crazy. Asked to speak to manager. He finally came out. Told him why we were leaving and he said nothing. Red Lobster lost a very loyal customer!

    This is my second time here with a bad experience..though this is the worse ever. Went in on Monday for shrimp night..waitress who never identified herself came over, we order dinner. She kept disappearing so we waited and when she came back I said I would have the 2 shrimp dishes... She said I can only order one refill at a time. She was gone again and this time for so long another waiter came over and asked what we needed and he ordered us a whole bunch of shrimp refills.. He brought them out and then she brought some out and was gone again and then another server brought more out... When we asked Darius for napkins he yelled at my husband that he is bringing someone their food and he will be right there. I said, "Well he can't see you behind him... He doesn't have eyes in the back of his head.." Darius rolled his eyes, shook his head and never came back.

    After all the time we waited for our server, she came running over when it was time to pay...left with our credit card for another 10 minutes.. I finally stood up and asked the bartender for take out containers and to get our credit card back. She comes back and thanks us for our patience...really.. Well she certainly wasn't going to thank us for our tip...since we didn't leave one. The last time we have been there at prime time there are only like 4 tables occupied...now I know why. There are so many excellent restaurants in this area...we certainly don't need to go there for horrible service. This is the 2nd and last time...there are no more chances. I complained about the visit and rudeness of Darius on my last review a few weeks ago and didn't hear a thing but that should not surprise me.. There were 2 managers on last night and they could have cared less about anything.

    I've never received an extra order of shrimp before I got the original meal. The service was so slow, it seemed like everything took forever. My walts shrimp was overcooked, our biscuits were never hot and my wife's Cajun pasta was bland and flavorless. My wife complained to the waitress and asked to see the manager but she was too busy helping in the kitchen. She told the waitress to tell us that we didn't have to pay for our meals which we appreciated but I was surprised to get a bill for the extra salad and coleslaw that we ordered. I spent 18.00 and felt robbed and totally unsatisfied. We figured we had to wait for over 40 minutes total for everything. I guess the manager, Deana, was too busy cooking, and doing it poorly, to speak to her customers and see what the problem are. The restaurant didn't seem too busy or crowded but it did seem understaffed.

    Just ordered Red Lobster for delivery for 2 of us. Ordered through GrubHub the Lobster, Shrimp, Salmon Feast with 2 sides. Picture on website looked like a substantial meal, but because there were 2 of us, we added a side of shrimp scampi. For $50.69 (including separate service fee, delivery fee, sales tax and driver tip) we got a total of 4 bites of lobster, 10 small shrimp, a 2.5 ounce salmon filet, 2 small side salads, and 2 biscuits. The seafood, what little bit there was, was dry and lacking flavor. We are so disappointed. We will never order Red Lobster again!!! Also now questioning all the additional fees charged by GrubHub.

    Am disgusted with the staff at the Powers location. My family and have been patronizing this restaurant for YEARS. We celebrate birthdays and other celebrations at your establishment...until now. I called a few hours ahead and spoke with Roy and gave him a heads up that 8 of us were planning to come in between 4:30 and 5pm but my mother would get there around 4:30 to check in. I let him know that we would like the Captain's room if it is available. We were just there for my mother's birthday in June. I am very aware of all of the Covid rules from prior dining experiences.

    When my mother and 86 year old grandmother got there to check in, they were told that the table was ready but they could not be seated because the rest of us were not there yet. My mom asked if they were busy, and they said "no, it's really slow right now". My mom asked why if it is really slow, then why couldn't she and her 86 year old mother sit in the room at the table that was already set up for us. She was told that she could not be seated until everyone was seated again. She asked if they could wait inside since it was chilly out. They told her no again, that due to Covid rules that they could not wait inside, which is ridiculous since the restaurant was really "slow" and well under maximum capacity for covid rules. They told her that they could wait in the car.

    My mom is now furious and asked them if they thought it was prudent to have an 86 year old woman to WALK all the way back to the car, and then all the way back unto the restaurant instead of just letting them sit at the table that was already set up for us and we were arriving very shortly after her. When I arrived a few minutes later where I found my grandmother sitting on the outside bench with a light jacket, freezing, and my mother beyond furious. We should have left right there. I went inside and asked why my grandmother was not seated and a nice waitress said she would go ahead and seat us. The damage was done. My mother and I were still too angry to enjoy our celebration dinner and I asked to speak with the manager on duty so we could vent our frustration so we could enjoy our dinner. Stephanie never came, so I was even more irritated upon leaving.

    I did stop on the way out to speak with Stephanie, where she blamed everything on Covid rules and lame excuses. She then argued with me when I challenged any common sense things they could have done to appease their loyal guests. I told her I should have went somewhere else and will not make that mistake again, she didn't care. I told here we would never patronize this establishment ever again, and she said "ok". With all of the restrictions and cut into restaurant businesses I would think that our $200 to $350 celebratory dinners would be more appreciated. All they had to do was sit my mom and Grandmother a few minutes before the rest of us got there, it's not like it was 30 min to an hour. 10 to 15 minutes and they expected my grandmother to walk back to the car and then back to the restaurant or wait outside in the cold.

    I know there are rules for large parties for a reason but there could have been an exception for a loyal elderly guest. And it was made so much worse by Stephanie's non caring attitude if we ever came back again. There are 8 of us and that is a lot of word of mouth and bad reviews. We will never be back to either one of the Red Lobsters in Colorado Springs. When your patrons are no longer important to you, the less patrons you will have, and that is how businesses go out of business. With so many businesses going out due to this pandemic, I would think that our regular loyal business would mean more. I guess not.

    We went to this restaurant (Mechanicsburg PA) at approx 1115am on this visit. We ordered...I ordered the combo platter with a double order of whitefish only to be told by the waitress about 5 min later that they were OUT of fish. I'm not at all sure how this happens at days opening. She then proceeded to basically tell me what I could have...she brought me 12 broiled shrimp with NO sauce or butter (it was DRY and overcooked) and a CAESAR salad when I had clearly stated I wanted a regular house salad with ranch dressing. I have dietary issues and was not happy at all and she knew it.

    I was still charged the full amount for the combo that I did NOT receive and when I asked for a manager was told that one was not available.... I gave all the above asked for at the time/date of the incident directly to Red Lobster contact us, only to get an email over a week later from them telling me that I need to REDO it... I called the restaurant. No answer. I spoke to 2 employees at the restaurant. They had no clue how long it will take. One employee her Name Sheryl who told me to call tomorrow. Are your restaurant using the covid 19 to take consumers' money. I lost my money. They ruined my Mother's Day. The restaurant cannot be reach. Only to place a new order. The call centre agent cannot help. Please avoid this restaurant.

    Due to the Corona Virus we were unable to dine in to my mother once favorite restaurant. I was never a big fan but this was her day. We decided to use the delivery option and it was a mess. Not only did the food smell bad, was unedible and cold, the entire order was wrong, the desert was not what we ordered, there was 1 biskit in the basket when the menu clearly said 4. Our entrees were wrong and I even tried calling the location, tweeting them, emailing them and calling hq with no response from anyone. To say this was a dumpsterfire would be an understatement. I paid over $100 for food we had to throw away and wasn't even what we ordered.

    Due to our advanced age and medical conditions in recent months my husband and I have been eating out more vs cooking at home. But because of the Covid-19 Pandemic we are basically at home 24/7d like so many others. When my husband received the RED LOBSTER TO-GO Menu in his e-mail and we looked it over and found that everything is on there that we normally order while we are in the restaurant. We decided to give it a “GO”. We ordered earlier in the day, requesting 5 pm as a delivery time. We were quite impressed when the driver showed up at exactly 5pm with food that was a good temperature and our entire meal was correct. We both enjoyed it in its entirety. We plan on using the Red Lobster service again in the near future.

    My husband and I ate at Red Lobster on McCain Blvd in North Little Rock Arkansas on Sunday Feb 2, 2020. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when I notice the biscuits taste as though they were weeks old, dry and tasteless. When our orders came out my husband choice of side order was missing. I had the Ultimate Feast but the claws was missing on my crab legs (my favorite part). When my husband correct side order came (broccoli) they were so overcooked just to touch them with a fork would break them apart, it was like eating soup, you needed a spoon to eat them. Lastly, the server was under-attentive, spending more time with bar patrons, and other guest than us. You may be asking, why not send the food back to get it right? Just let me say some of us do not have a good outcome going that route. So we paid our ticket $77.60, put a tip on the table and left.

    I've been going to Red Lobster for 20 years. The first 7 years were the best. After that I've watched this restaurant fall down in every way. The quality has really depleted though in the past 3 years. They still keep a large menu and bring back seasonal favorites but the preparation, casual aspects and taste have declined. It's very sad. Red Lobster used to be top shelf. Now they have sunk to the bottom of the ocean.

    Second time I have ordered delivery, first time it was hard as a rock ! They did give me a gift card and that was nice! This time I ordered the Coconut Shrimp Appetizer, it was cold. The sauce was basically coconut milk with a tiny bit of pineapples and to top it off the Coconut Shrimp wasn't that at all. It was regular fried prawns! Totally disgusted!!!     Found that the quality has really gone down in the last few years. Very disappointing. Service is essentially non-existent. Last visit found hair in 2 entrees. Salad was wilted. The scallops however, were very good. This is just one restaurant though. I hope it is not indicative of the chain as a whole.

    Meal was cold, vegetables not cooked, potatoes was not dressed as requested, Manager not pleasant at all. Did not care our order was not up to standard expectations for Red Lobster. When we told the waitress about the dinner plate she went and told the manager who just sent her back to us with no explanation. Manager after came over and asked what’s the problem even though she was already told by waitress. She said she would take the price off the toppings off the bill from the potatoes, once we got the bill there was no deduction on the bill at all.

    Prices were high high, especially for lunch. No lobster available on luncheon menu so had to order from dinner menu as I went for lobster. Only thing available under $30 was the poached lobster on the comb plate. Unfortunately, the poached lobster was overcooked and the scallops were, I believe, actually stingray wing cutouts... too uniform in size and shape to be real scallops. Shrimp were quite small.

    Red Lobster is a hit or miss. Sometimes the place is clean and friendly, other times not so clean, and not so friendly. The food is usually consistent, but I think it is overpriced. Very fattening with a lot of food additives that I react to. It's not my first choice of a restaurant by any means, but if others want to go there, I'm willing enough to eat there.

    The worst experience my Friends and I ever had. Not one out of 5 of us had an acceptable dinner. Everything went back. Overcooked Lobster. Med. Rare steak came out charcoaled and totally well done 3X's! My other Friend's shrimp was like rubber. Service was a disaster. It took us over 2 hours to get all our food and we couldn't find the Waitress most of the time. She never once asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I received a gift card for Red Lobster for my Birthday. I am afraid to go there to use my gift card, because I fear the worst.

    Red Lobster Beachwood, Ohio. My college graduation day 12/14/2019. Long Story Short: Ordered crab leg platter. The crab legs smelled awful. (tasted outdated, unclean and unseasoned) Asked to see a manager. Woman manager came out and stood over us with a sarcastic look. Was not genuine at all. Asked manager to smell the crab legs. She said no. Offered a discount which was not a discount when the bill came. Bill still included the cost of the crab leg platter.     For starters when we got there they did not have our name on the list when we did a call ahead hour before. We ended up seeing our name wrote down on a piece of paper beside them. When we get to our table then finally get greeted we give our server Maureen ** our Drink and appetizer order. For 5 of us our Appetizers beat our drinks out. Then we also learn one of our appetizers out of 3 was forgotten about. We had to ask a host for silverware. Hour later never got no refills, no bread, no salads. Went to speak with manager Joseph Which was apparently on the cook line. Salads came out no tomatoes. Still no refills or bread After we spoke with him he goes to the kitchen and you hear our server screaming talking very loudly where we can hear hear.

    When our food finally does come which manager help deliver it is all heat lamp warm not hot at all Our neighbor table even asked to fill our shrimp and cannot believe It. We had 2 tables come in behind us with a different servers. They was in-and-out. Our server only had us and one other table before us at the time. The server was very rude to us and the manager did not even check back with us after we spoke with him or asked us if everything was OK. When he delivered our food just dropped off and walked off. I've never had an experience like this At Red Lobster But it was so badd we don't plan on going back to that location ever. Definitely a wrong choice to pick when you are trying to celebrate Christmas with family. They did not even seem that busy. We had empty tables all around us.

    I visited Red Lobster. The food was awful. I was very dissatisfied and upset bc I have always loved red lobster. After myself and whole family got food poisoning I called corporate yet never got a call back. I was giving a 100.00 gift card by the manager after the GM told her to only to find out the gift card she gave me had 0.00 balance. Looking at the receipt with the gift card the numbers did not even match. I wish I could upload a picture however this isn't a option here. Not only was the manager ** out. She stole my 100.00 gift card and gave me one that was never activated. I spent over 500.00 that night bc that's where I wanted to go after my ceremony to only have my big day completely ruined.     I have been to Red Lobster many times. The last time I had the fried fish and it was dried and hard like frozen fish you would buy at a low quality place. Today I had the fried shrimp and again it was dried and tasteless like something you would get at a fast food place.     I was on the phone waiting 10 min to place a to go order to save some time. Arrived there and STILL no answer. I went to WAIT to place my to go order and that took another 20 minutes because the girl thought that I was with the guy who place an order ahead of me. WHY did she ASSume we were together? Because we were talking. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I waited 10 minutes and did not get my order. I left. I went there for the Veterans Day special. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN. I've had terrible customer service there before and complained and the manager asked me to come back. Well, I came and I left. What a waste of time.

    I would seriously tell my fellow Veterans DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They didn't have a lot of what the man in front of me ordered either. I hope this place is SHUT DOWN by next year. The food was ok last time I went but the service completely SUCKS. OH, I asked for the manager while I was there. He or she never showed up. I'll never go back.

    My grandson and I went out for lunch. After leaving Applebee’s we decided on Red Lobster my grandson's favorite place. Bad decision. Parking lot kind of empty. That was an omen. Went inside and was immediately taken to the dark bar lounge. My grandson is African American and I am Italian so we immediately thought discrimination. Another employee wanted to know who sat us there. I asked to be moved into a lighted room at a booth. Waitress was nice. There was a long hair on the table. I wanted to leave but grandson didn’t.

    The caesar dressing was salty so I switched to garden salad with Italian dressing. It was gross. Then my fried shrimp looked like they had it in the pan for 10 seconds. Sent that back. My grandson ordered the ultimate feast and couldn’t be the small amount of lobster even though prices keep going up. By the way no one else was taken to the dark bar area lol.     We have always ordered fried flounder when we visit the Red Lobster on Noland Road, Independence. On this visit, they no longer had Flounder on the menu. Apparently Corporate or Manager choice to sub it with another type fish that was nowhere close. My wife ended up ordering the Fish and Chips, (Cod), which ended up being nothing special. I ordered the White fish, (Pollock) which also was nothing to brag about. I also found that out of the three pieces I got with my order, 1 was like a piece of rubber. My baked potato was ordered with butter, no sour cream. Came with, yes, sour cream.

    As we were sitting waiting for our food, I watched one of the tables being, what they called cleaned. The person sprayed the table, took some paper towels and wiped them quickly around on the table. When she left, the table was streaked badly, the seat where she over sprayed was still wet and never touched with a wipe and still had pieces of food on it. Summary: Way overprice, food quality is poor, Cleaning ability is haphazard and they basically choose to serve what they want instead of what the customer wants.

    Overall, the servers need better training at this locstion in regards to being attentive to customer needs. The Candler Road location has been known for being one of the most professional restaurants for over 30 years. Unfortunately, it's becoming known as being incosistent in serving quality food and lacking competent staff overall, The turnover rate is extremely high. My family has visited this location once a week for several years. The evening staff is the worst and some servers apoear to be overwhelmed with serving larger parties of 4 or more. The unforrunate thing is that it shows in their lack of concern for simple tasks of refilling drink orders in a timely manner or not caring if food is served hot,

    Cold, toughness, small. Not worth the money. Rip off quality vs product. Can do better at fish market in grocery. So sad. Never order again. Paid over 80$ for what a small pick of very cold fish. Not worth it. Very sad.

    The location is Greenville TX, Oct 9, 2019, 11:10 AM This started upon entry....no one there to seat us. Eventually someone showed up and seated us. "No booth" we told her but no tables were available so it was a 1/2 booth, table, and two chairs. The only section of the restaurant that was open was quite small and the few tables were taken. OK, no biggie.

    Drinks come next and they had no ice tea. Really? It's TEXAS son, we live on ice tea year 'round. Fresh tea was brought out later but it was so weak that I suspect one tea bag was used for five gallons. No spoon or straw to stir in my required artificial sweetener. Ordered an appetizer and the server informed us she was the only one for that section and to please be patient. ONE server for a major eatery at lunchtime? Great management here. Got the appetizer but no plates to divy it up and serve it. We waved her down, got plates, a straw, and extra napkins. Poor gal was totally overwhelmed as they were busy and she was on her own.

    We ordered our meal only to find out that they were out of coconut shrimp and broccoli. With "Endless Shrimp" ads all over the TV we found this rather astounding. Orders were changed to something they did have and more diluted tea was served. I was facing the entry during all of this and saw another 6 to 10 people come in with no one to seat them. Some just left after waiting and saying HELLO HELLO to no avail. Others were eventually seated once a new section was opened.

    The main course was served and the food was just okay. Not bad but far from great. Since this was a birthday meal for my gal it was a real disappointment all the way around. Our server was cheerful and as attentive as she could be under the circumstances. She did her job as best she could which I reflected in the tip. It will be quite some time, if ever, before we return to this location.

    I was so excited to try the lobster pizza when I received my birthday reward. I am a diabetic so the deserts were out so I had a choice of lobster pizza and a petite lobster and shrimp roll. I went with the pizza and regretted it almost immediately, there were so many tomatoes on the pizza and I can’t eat tomatoes. There was very little lobster that I could taste but the worst thing was there was hair under my pizza. I don’t know if I will ever go back the Red Lobster in Federal Way, WA again! This was a horrible Birthday Dinner!???

    On 2/15/19, myself and a former coworker went to this location for lunch. We both told Tiffany the Red Lobster Waitress our allergies. I told Tiffany that I have allergies to fresh tomatoes and my former coworker told Tiffany her allergies and she has an ** for her allergies. Tiffany told us both that she will make sure that we both were not in contact with any of the foods we are allergic to. I understand, that Tiffany has a job to do by serving others. I seen Tiffany serving others salads with fresh tomatoes, but I did not think that she would use all precautions to make sure that I had no contact with fresh tomatoes.

    Tiffany brought our food out and served us. However, immediately my lips begin to swell. Evidently, Tiffany did not wash her hands after serving other customers fresh tomatoes. Tiffany nor any other staff, did not call 911 nor did she call her manager(s) or any other Staff. My family ended up taking me to the hospital. I had to be stuck by an **, giving an IV, giving ** by IV and Steroids to stop the allergic reaction. Red Lobster Karen their district director act like they were going to pay my claim, but Lied!!!! Please be careful when considering this place to eat at!!!! It just might be your last meal/your life because they do not give a damn about your life!!!!

    I have not been to Red Lobster in a while so when I had a little money to do it I thought I was going to be as happy as use to be when I went to Red Lobster on regular basis. I ordered the King Crab dinner (it was overcooked, rubbery, semi-warm)- I had to request more butter. The broccoli was overcooked - the baked potato did not have butter but it had a lot of sour cream. The only thing good was the shrimp linguini. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO RED LOBSTER EVER AGAIN. Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money for lousy service and food. What kind of people do you have working in the kitchen.

    I went to the Red Lobster in Vestavia Hills, AL for their advertise Endless Shrimp. It is not Endless Shrimp, they told us there is a limit. After several refills we were told we could only have 2 more refills. False advertising. Also the kitchen was very slow and I had to ask to have my glass refilled.

    Ordered white fish. When it came out, it looked just like tilapia. I was told it was flounder by the waitress. They consider any fish with a white body to be white fish. I think this is false advertising. My husband and I had planned to share the meal, but there was hardly anything there. Son-in-law ordered a dinner that included crab legs. No utensils were provided I to get the meat out of the shells. Everything tasted fine. Jjust not at all what I thought I was getting nor what I paid for.
