The new Pizza Hut call center is not placing your order. I called from Michigan and the call went to Texas. It usually goes to another state. When you go to the store, they can not find your order. It happened to me Saturday December 14, 2024. In a Michigan pizza hut store. When I went to the store, there was a not happy lady complaining about the same situation. They could not find her order. She as well called the call center. The guy at Pizza Hut store stated that pizza hut is aware of the situation. They told us that is a daily frustration with different customers. It is not fear that a company with that name do not care about customers service. Please be careful. If you call, ask the call taker for their location. If it is out of your state or they don't want to give you their location, please hung up. Save yourself the hassle.

The Pizza Hut in Bullhead City, AZ needs help with their buffet. They never have plain pepperoni, cheese, or veggie. We always have to ask, and when we do, sometimes we get at least plain pepperoni about 30 minutes after we ask. By that time, we are leaving. There should always be plain pepperoni and cheese on the buffet. My husband will eat pepperoni with all the other meats on it, he just picks off the other meats. I'm vegetarian. I won't. It's ridiculous. We have been driving from Golden Valley every week for over a year because the store in Kingman is horrible. I'm done with Bullhead City as well. I'd rather go to Maverick.

Pizza Hut has the worst online ordering experience I have ever had hands down. Their website is glitchy, doesn't apply deals half the time and when it does, you'll get through entering all your information in only for the website not to work. If I had to put a reason to it, my guess would be that they are such a cheap company that they don't even want to pay for proper IT professionals to maintain their website and frankly that alone is enough to convince me that they don't deserve my money. Fix your website Pizza Hut.

My Pepperoni lover's melt was overcooked once again, and tasted burnt, the last 3 times it was overcooked and burnt, they forgot to put the pizza dipping sauce in with the melt, the medium supreme pizza hardly had any toppings on it and it was delivered cold! This is the last time I will ever order anything from them again, they got my last dime! It was awful and I couldn't even eat the melt, it was hard as a rock! They need to hire someone that actually knows how to cook, give them some training for God Sakes! My purchase costed $41.00 and some change! I'm very upset.

Absolutely horrible experience on the phone .. Staff is so disrespectful keeping you on hold for over 20 minutes then answer and hang up on you. The lady puts you on hold without warning and then someone named Michael answers and acts like he can't hear you and hangs up.

I have done three manager calls (with store) and three chats plus received an email response to a review from PHut. I have been told "we will call you back within 1 to 3 business days"...4 times. I should get additional pay-back for all the time I have spent trying to hold Pizza Hut accountable for stealing my money. It is for the principle that I continue. A large corporation should not be stealing money from hard working people. It isn't that hard to return money on a card, It is 2024.

I have been a longtime Pizza Hut customer. I have ordered from several different locations over the decades. We made it part of our weekend ritual to have pizza on Saturdays. It always came from Pizza Hut until the customer service started to slip. I put a note in the special instructions segment of the order online and they didn’t follow it. I had asked for one topping to be on the light side and they removed it entirely. They started burning our thin crust pizzas. Then they left off one topping. I didn’t typically submit feedback when they would email me the forms, but this time I did. Imagine my surprise when the general manager sent me an email to my personal email address and was very defensive, saying that he knew we had been longtime customers and never had an issue before so why fill out a survey like that instead of contacting them directly. They had missed toppings on one pizza and he offered a replacement for free.
I responded and said that I definitely had filled out a couple other surveys, but no one ever responded to those, so it is not as if they never made mistakes before. As for the free pizza, I did ask how that could even work because the pizza was part of a combo deal, not an individual pizza. He had given me two different email addresses and said I could contact him at either one. I sent my reply to both just to make sure he got it. He never responded so I gave up on that location.
I went to a different Pizza Hut that was over a half hour away because I have family there and I was in the neighborhood. Two times my order was shorted cheese sticks, and on the second occasion, I know for a fact that I had them coming because I used my rewards points to get them for free. The manager had an attitude at first and that made me angry so things escalated a bit and then we both calmed down. He offered me a completely free meal and said he would also include the dessert. He said he would call me the following Monday at 9 AM and if I didn’t want pizza that day, he was going to mail me a gift certificate worth approximately $31.
He didn’t call so I called the Pizza Hut. No one answered because it was early, but he should’ve called by that time. I tried again in the early afternoon and spoke with a general manager, who clearly had an attitude. She denied even knowing who that manager was that I spoke to, but said that she would look into it. I gave her my phone number, and that was the last I heard from her. I ended up going online and chatting with corporate. I was then contacted by email and gave them the information they wanted so my points have been restored for the cheese sticks I did not receive. That is all they did for me. I am certain that the local franchise doesn’t care that I was promised a complete meal and I know they won’t give it to me so I’m giving up.

This is 2nd order in months that has been incorrect or cold. Most recent order was completely flip flopped, mind you we're ordering for kids as well. If we write out the order then read it and do it correctly or at least credit our account or give refund/gift card. You say you will but never have. Not happy especially when we come back and give our local Pizza Hut another shot.

If you order pizza at Middlefield Ohio Pizza Hut you better check your receipt before you pay. They overcharged for the pop, when I brought it to their attention the girl said there's nothing she can do about it, so I asked to speak to the manager, she replied she is the manager. The sign on the counter list all beverages cost $1.99 however the cash register rang up $2.69 for a root beer and a $1.99 for my wife's pop. Something has gone seriously wrong in this country when the establishment manager cannot correct an overcharge. Why in the world is there a manager if they have no authority to manage? I and my wife will never eat there again.
And by the way, we had to go to the counter to get the pizza (eat in) not knowing they had stuck the thing in a holding box as a pick-up. Cold and dried out. It was ordered as a large supreme, The toppings were quite sparse, with at least an inch to an inch and a half with nothing but dough around the outer edge. This thing cost us over $26.00. If I could give less than one star I would. A good rating for Middlefield Pizza Hut would be around...1/10 of 1%. Do yourself a favor and find something you can enjoy and don't do as we did pay $26.00 for a piece of dry bread. Oh yeah and the flies will drive you crazy, seems they love the bread.

Ordered New Yorker pizza advertised on TV. This location 10 minutes away from delivery address, cold, not at all what was expected, So, so disappointed! Never order again!! Not at all what this Pizza looked like. Thin crust soft, not cheesy although ordered extra! Terrible!!

Never again, after many years and many tries they consistently manage to mess up a simple order, the order line number is total joke, if you get one that understands English you still don't stand a chance. When you call back to complain they won't give you store phone #. They transfer you and no one answers. I'm done with Pizza Hut and you should be too. Horrible order takers and worse customer service. They used to be good many years ago.

I'm having a horrible time getting specials and trying to order pizza from my local Pizza Hut. They honor no specials unless you order online which for some reason I seem to be unable to do. Everything they tell me to do to solve it does not work. I call customer service. They act like they can't hear. It's the only number I call. They can't hear me talk. I got help online which couldn't really help me. They will get back to me. The pizza is fine but the website and ordering is ridiculous.

I feel like Pizza Hut is scamming people to come in and eat promising next pizza free and then not following through. Twice I have ordered pizza and never received my coupon. Once the coupon just disappeared when I touched on it. This is bad for business then when you report they make you feel like you are lying. Told me I had to wait 24-48 hours for someone to reach out to me. Haven't heard anything from them since this conversation so therefore I feel like it's a scam. Eat Pizza Hut all you want but don't expect a free pizza cause somehow you will miss out. And now it doesn't want to let me leave a review because it says my Gmail isn't tied to an account but that's the Gmail I signed into app with so who is stealing my pizzas.

Pizza Hut Roosevelt Utah. Delivery order delivered 20 minutes after expectations. 30 minutes after order was picked by door dash and less than 4 miles away. Order placed online and did not find out door dash would be delivering until after payment was processed. Called store after order was delivered to offer feedback to management only to be placed on endless hold. Food was cold. An awful place to give your business.

Their site is a trainwreck and the prices outrageous. I have many options but I thought I'd try them. I decided no way in heck. This will be the last time I even attempt to buy from pizza junk again. No wonder they are closed all over the place from their heyday.

On 6/5/24, I ordered my pizza via the website. Pizza Hut used Door Dash for delivery. However, after more than an hour, the Door Dash driver called me and said that the store hadn't even started on my order and she wasn't sure when she'd be able to bring my food. We decided to cancel it. I spoke with Door Dash and they said it was canceled on their end. I then drove to the store to ensure the cancellation (3126 Washington Rd, Atlanta, GA). The experience was completely ridiculous in itself because the employees were loud in the back (arguing with each other), unprofessional, backed up, and it was terrible. The attendant said he didn't see anything in the system under my name.
The next day, I spoke with a manager who said she couldn't see anything in the system and suggested I wait a day or so and check my statement. Almost 3 months later, it wasn't refunded and I never even received the pizza that night. Also, the store's phone number is "out of service." I've called multiple times. I've sent emails to "customer service" multiple times, but they only reply with a recycled email, stating that someone would contact me. The contact has not been made.

Skeptical when I placed my order for meat lover personal pan pizza .... First time I ever ordered from Pizza Hut.... Have had really poor pizza other national brands....but pleasantly surprised. Sauce good. Toppings as advertised. Tasty. Crust fully cooked (I do indeed hate a mushy crust). Was not really inspired by the order clerk who kept asking about "anything else" when I told her only wanted the pizza. But that did not detract from the key thing.. the pizza. Would order again.

Purchased a pizza from Pizza Hut and it was hard and cold and I live less than a mile from the store. Usually the pizza from pizza hut is good, but today was the worst. I will not be going to the Pizza hut on Fairburn rd, Douglasville, GA.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Pizza Hut in Highland Illinois. The staff who have waited on me have always been friendly and competent. I just stop by on a whim tonight. Damian, along with all the staff made sure we received our order in a timely manner. The pizza & bread sticks were wonderful!

My neighbor purchased a gluten-free pizza from Pizza Hut on Manatee Ave., West last night. Had to be the worst gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. Extremely dry. Not much flavor and what appeared to be chopped up bacon bits tasted like you were chewing on small pebbles. The whole thing was overbaked.

I really wanted a pizza this past weekend and I decided to pick it up rather than have it delivered. I approached the counter to place an order and while waiting in line I was thoroughly grossed out. I saw the employees making pizza and not one of the employees making the pizzas had on gloves. They were putting the condiments on the food with their bare hands. To make things even worse, I noticed one of the employees going into the freezer (or refrigerator, or whatever it was) and he handled the door to open it, got what he wanted and he came out, closed the door with his hands, and then he went back to making pizzas. He never washed his hands. I was so disgusted! I can't believe that gloves are not required for employees that are making the pizzas.
I retrieved the pizza since I paid for it, but sadly I had to give it to Gleech (my garbage disposal) when I got home. I really wanted a pizza but I didn't want it bad enough to make germs one of the toppings. I went home and cooked a meal. I probably should have done that in the first place. Come on Pizza Hut! You can do better. Make your employees wear gloves when handling the food that people are going to eat. This was disgusting!!

Everyone will probably consider my complaint as silly or ridiculous but I am making this complaint to warn others so others can prevent themselves from falling into Pizza Hut's trap and being discouraged and hurt like me. I saw Pizza Hut had a rewards program and so I registered today. On the registration they have a Birthday Reward if you list your Birthday. My Birthday is this week and I have been discouraged because I really have no-one left to wish me Happy Birthday. I have gotten to the point where I don't celebrate my Birthday anymore because it's too depressing. I tried to add my Birthday but it wouldn't list nothing but zeros. So I thought I would try again once registered.
Once registered there was no option to, so I called 1-844-244-2552 and got "Mona" who doesn't like to speak close to the phone. So, it's difficult to hear her. Once she started speaking closer, she told me to do it myself and refresh the page. There was no way to add my Birthday no matter how many times I refreshed the page. She obviously did not want to help me and she even got flippant with me by telling me she did help me by giving me information that did not work. I told her if she did not want to help me then I can contact BBB and complain. She backed up and took my information down and told me she would give it to her boss and they would email me in 48 hours with something I did not understand because she was speaking so fast I did not know what that something was.
Pizza Hut is a scam. Their registration doesn't work and the employee, "Mona", wants the paycheck but doesn't want to earn it by telling me how to add my Birthdate. It is clearly a scam. Don't even register for Pizza Hut's Rewards because they have no intentions of honoring their offer and they don't care if you are hurt or offended.

I have eaten at many pizza places and for years at Pizza Hut. When I ask for a pepperoni lovers pan pizza with extra pepperoni to where I can't see the pizza that's what I want but never get. EXCEPT this time. JOSHUA made us one of the BEST pizzas ever! It was a true pan pizza and cooked perfectly WITH ALL THE PEPPERONI I ASKED FOR. And it wasn't over-sauced or under-cheesed like some. His service to us was outstanding to say the least. Go see him at Fort Mohave AZ. He has restored our Faith in this place.

I been calling. Get run around. I had burn pizza. Bread was was hard. I had curbside. The guy want me to come. I had pay meter. He just look glass window not doing the first pick then change. Told, "Call manager." I did. He hung phone on me 3x. I told they someone email. That a lie. I would go to the one Astoria. Garbage works. Don't buy from them again.. I would like corp. No phone number, etc... This how they treat you customers. Bad for business. They told manager to just replace my order. He refused. That very sad. Need to investigate the manager employees.

I was looking for a Pizza Hut in Tucson, I don't know why. Ordered from cellphone one on Speedway that Siri picked out. Then had Siri take me there, but took me to wrong Pizza Hut on Speedway. Apparently there are 3 of them according to guy who worked in first store. I figured out where other one was and drive into this parking lot with steep inclines from the parking lot to the entrance and this is for one of the larger Pizza Huts. Twisted my ankle on the crappy asphalt near the front door in the dark. And the pizza was not that good. I will never buy Pizza Hut again. Lousy parking, lousy pizza, lousy directions.

I placed an order and the pick up time was 8:05. Got there and had to wait 55 minutes for the manager to give me raw pizzas and then had the audacity to ask me do I want the pizzas or my money back. He needs to be fired cause he states that he only had one stove & he did not care about me turning him in. Trust me. I have contact Shelby County Health Department to do a pop up visit. Mr. **. Oh they did not give me a receipt. The little girls working in there have 30 inches of hair in their heads. No hair nets on. This was after hours about 8:30 pm.

Terrible. Pizza Hut went from being the standard to being the worst of all pizza restaurants. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and zero to very little sauce. I also ordered a Melt that was very overcooked with no sauce visible. Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a apology of sorts. However...when I went to use it it would not work. So I went to try again. Now it said the coupon was no longer valid though it was issued that same day.
I then checked my order history to discover that there was an order there for absolutely nothing, no pizza, no items at all... but I used the coupon for it. So I used the coupon to order absolutely nothing? How is nothing even an order? I called the store... no knowledge of any order using the code... an order for nothing. I just came to terms with the fact Pizza Hut is now the very last place anyone should order pizza. I ended up going to Pizza Inn. Very good pizza. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly. Pizza was hot and great. Haven't been able to say that about Pizza Hut for several years now.

The food was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even cook the pizza all the way. The way they change the breadsticks, which was the only thing I liked in that restaurant is terrible now. I can’t see that business being open much longer. Shame on you!

Ordered a medium pizza for delivery! The order was not sealed in a bag or even the box should have been stamped to ensure cleanliness!! Quite upsetting as I have yet to take a bite of the pizza thinking it may have been “compromised“ before reaching my location!! Do better Pizza Hut!!

Absolute thieves! The corporate office of Pizza Hut promises a free pizza if you buy a pizza (March 2024). After purchasing and following all rules, and after 2 calls to their customer service and two emails to their corporate customer service, they still have not provided me with the code for free pizza. It's been over 4 weeks. This is the 3rd time that Pizza Hut has done this to me or my family. Absolutely dishonest.

There are many options in Pizza Hut. Most of the time they are offering good combos and you can customize your pizzas to make them more delicious. I didn't try the non-veg ones but according to my friends non-veg are more delicious than veg.

This location is very easy to find and also the ambiance of this restaurant is different from the other Pizza Huts. The menu card was itself very beautiful. We ordered cheese garlic bread, Triple Chicken Treat, and a glass of coke. The garlic breads have an appropriate amount of cheese...overall the pizza was great!!!

I ordered 40 pizzas from Pizza Hut on Jan 8 for Jan 10. At 7:00pm (when pizzas should have arrived) there was no sign of pizzas arriving. So about 7:10, I called Pizza hut and was told the last ones were in the oven, My event ended at 7:30 and by 7:20 still no pizzas. Please take note that I was calling them when they should have notified me that there was a problem.
Pizzas finally arrived at 7:40, 40 minutes late. The boxes weren't tabled so it took us another 10 minutes to serve the food to the students who were still there....many had had to leave at 7:30. I expected an apology, a call. email or text. I received nothing....no apology. I finally went to the store and asked for one and I received a lot of excuses and then a grudging apology. Nothing taken off the significant bill, no coupons, no future discounts, NOTHING1
A few weeks later. I placed a catering order with Olive Garden. When they delivered it they forgot the warming trays. I asked the delivery guy where they were and he said they forgot them. It wasn't a big deal because we were eating immediately. About 1/2 hour later I got a call from the manager at Olive Garden apologizing. He then took a tray of chicken parm (about $75) off of my bill. This is the way you treat customers....not like Pizza Hut. I will never order from them again.

Nina (Jonesboro Road store) was the most exceptional person I have ever met! She really made sure we were okay during Super Bowl. Being that is was a busy time she made sure to make sure our family was accommodated.

I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut. However, over the last few years their pizza has drastically fell short. Their large pizza is actually 13" inches in diameter, their toppings have been limited in amount received. They are always trying to find ways to give less product while increasing the cost. Their last gimmick is purchase a large pizza and receive another for $1.00 where before it use to be free. Their buy a large pizza and receive the other 3 mediums for $5.00 each however, now they will only give pepperoni for $5.00 and if you want more toppings they charge you where before they offered the next 3 mediums your choice of their menu. It is ridiculous.
I hope people explore other establishments that offer more and not gouge the customer at every turn. Randy's Pizza sells a true large 16" with 5 toppings for $24.10 taxes in. This is why I will not purchase their shrinkflation pizza again. A total rip off. PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE. Support your MA and PA shops locally. They deserve your business. Let's put Pizza Hut out of business until they change their ways.

I ordered at home for dine in at 5pm. My party was all there before 5. At 5:20 I approached the counter. There is absolutely no service in the Dinning. They could have been kind and told us our pizza was done. No plates, no beverages were offered. This was in Buchanan, Michigan. The Dinning room was empty. We understood why. We will not be back. Ever. No service. Very dissatisfied. Pizza also was like cardboard.

Sunset Rd - Charlotte NC. Ordered a pizza around 5pm. They called me around 6. I called back and the call center picked up. They said they were transferring me to the actual store and no one answered. Me and my daughter called about 5 times. Same issue. Finally at 7pm I listened to the details of my order. It said it was cooking. It's 12:35am. Still no pizza. My daughter had to starve and I had to hear about how hungry she was all night. Thank you Pizza Hut.

This store has come a long way in the past couple years. We had stopped eating at it and we returned. The manager Dean always takes care of us. My brother he absolutely loves this little lady. The food is always good and employees are always kind and helpful. I really just wanted to recognize her for always going out of her way. Even if she is super busy she takes the time to say hello or, "Hey Bud"... She is truly Pizza hut and we are absolutely happy she is in our local store.

One evening, I had a hilarious delivery experience with Pizza Hut that I'll never forget. I had ordered a large pizza with all my favorite toppings, and I was eagerly awaiting its arrival. When the delivery driver finally arrived at my doorstep, I could tell something was amiss. As the driver handed me the pizza box, I noticed that it was slightly crushed, and a slice of pizza was sticking out of a tear in the box. I couldn't help but chuckle and asked the driver what had happened. He explained that on his way to my place, he had to make a sudden stop to avoid a reckless driver, and the pizza had flown forward and burst through the box.

Pizza Hut 3966 Hickory Boulevard Granite Falls NC 28630. Restaurant #036616. My son and I went in. Took 15 minutes for someone to even speak to us. We ordered wings. The wings had no sauce on them. This is the 2nd time in a row that this location has underdelivered. This last time the the carry out order was 30 minutes late. They asked us to to wait in a designated area, only to have nobody deliver our pizza out to where we were told to wait. Another customer had to deliberately pound on the the door after waiting 20 minutes to get his pizza that was waiting under the warmer. Finally we went back to the window to find our pizza was also waiting under the warmer as well instead of being delivered to the waiting area we were told to be in.

My local Pizza Hut (1876 Avenue J, Lancaster, CA 93535) does not know how to cook a pizza or anything with dough. It’s always raw inside. I ordered a medium pizza with four toppings and apple pies. I was in shock when I opened the pizza box and the container of apple pies. There was barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza and the dough inside was raw and inedible. Also, the apple pies were all stuck together in a ball. When I tore a piece off of it, the inside was all white, which was the raw dough — disgusting!
I then contacted the manager right away, who gave me the fake name of “Robert”. He refused to even offer to re-deliver the order; refused to look at pictures of the food; and claimed when my order went out, he saw it and that it looked just fine to him. Seriously??? I then called today and spoke with a different manager, who also refused to give me her name, but told me the real name of the manager from last night, “Ronald”. I asked her for the name of the general manager of this particular Pizza Hut and yet again they refused to give me the name of this person.
Their cooks/employees obviously need to be trained on how long to cook a pizza and anything with dough. Just because the outside looks done does not mean the inside is cooked. This Pizza Hut has done this several times to me. In the past, they offered a credit or would refund back to my credit card. Now they refuse to make it right in any way and treat their customers horribly…So I just got ripped off and my only option now is to make a claim/dispute with my bank and they will do a chargeback to them for the entire amount of the order. Sick and tired of being cheated and it ain’t cheap after they add their delivery fees, service fees, and the tip they expect to get also..!!

Ordered large pepperoni lovers with extra pineapples pizza. We got 18 pepperoni. The amount of pineapples was NOT extra. It's just about the same size as a medium with the same amount of slices(8). We were planning to go out for dinner but it was raining very hard so we decided to get pizza delivered, however our Pizza Hut delivery guy called when he arrived because he did not want to get wet. We had to get our umbrella and head out to his car to grab our pizza. Meanwhile we had already added a tip to the bill. To top it off, the pizza we received was not exactly what we ordered. Toppings were missing and also not on the correct sides. I called the store to complain and after repeating three times what my issue was I was hung up on. Well first of all, my family made an order on their website and paid for it on there and it took our money from the card, so the money was gone from my mom's card but when we called them it wasn’t showing up to them that we placed an order or even paid for it even though we paid and took the time to order, my mom also used her rewards and that’s gone too. Then when we explained to them what had happened, they didn’t care and they just told us that there was nothing we could do and that it is what it is and that they knew their website hadn’t been working. Personally I think they should have shut down their website during the time it was messed up, they knew it wasn’t working and they didn’t care that people were wasting their time and money trying to use it. So now we don’t get our pizza and the money we paid for. It is gone.

I called the Pizza Hut at 2400 Lincoln way massillon. It was obvious that I was talking to someone in a call center. I gave her my order and I also gave her my credit card number. When the young man came to my door with my order. He told me I owed him for that order. I explained that I spoke to someone at the call center and they took my credit card number. He informed me he had to take my food back. Understandable. I called Pizza Hut again and ended up talking to the business not the call center.
I asked for a manager. "Laura" came to the phone. I explained to her that I paid with my credit card. "Laura" said there was nothing she could do about that! Impressive! I said "What? "The call center works for you. I gave her the name of the person that I gave my credit card number to. However she said I will take your credit card number again. I said no way. Then she said that they have had issues with the call center a lot. So? I'm not paying twice. It's too soon to see if that transaction went through. So "Laura" asked me to pay cash when the delivery guy comes back! At that point the conversation went south. The manager "Laura" hung up on me.
I waited a few minutes and called back. One of her associates told me to hold and then he came back and said "Laura doesnt want to talk to you anymore". Wow! She was really setting a example for her associates on how to treat a customer! Laura needs excessive manager training! Also the associates that worked that night needs to be informed that what they witnessed was unprofessional and totally inappropriate.

On March 8, 2023, I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza. One half should be topped with mushrooms and the other half with pineapple. I got a normal cheese pizza which was half topped with pepperoni. However, the ordered pizza was charged. This bill was also stuck on the pizza box. So I assumed that I received the right pizza. At home I noticed when I opened the box that I was cheated. I immediately called the store to complain and was assured that I would get my money back. A sent survey from Pizza Hut I have rated negatively and someone has expressed regret via email. Want to thank Pizza Hut for stealing my money, while being completely useless at resolving the issue. They can sure take the money instantly, but of their system screws up and loses the order, apparently NOBODY can find any information about it. Placed an order for dinner online, got an immediate notification from my financial app that the money had been taken, but never got the normal order confirmation email from Pizza Hut. Gave it about 15-20 minutes just in case something was running slow in the system, then started calling. Spent about the next hour getting bounced around between 2 stores, the local call center, given a bogus number to corporate, finally getting a working number to Hut Rewards, who then gave me the number to Customer Satisfaction. More like Customer "Who Cares, we've already got your money."
Everybody had the same ridiculous story, they "don't have access" to find the transaction, and nothing they can do. Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund. Absolutely ZERO reason with today's technology that if they can take the money instantly, they can't also refund it instantly when they screw up and don't supply the product you paid for!

That is OK because I deleted the Pizza Hut app and added the Domino's Pizza app. Their customer service is better and if they make a mistake, they fix it and don't place you on hold. My incident happened on November 20, 2022 at the Prosperity Park Drive location – Store # 35593. After placing an online order for contactless, curbside pick-up, I arrived to pick up my order as scheduled and checked in using the Pizza Hut app. Upon arriving, this location had a continuous flow of customer activity; nevertheless, I patiently waited in my car for my order. After approximately 15 minutes upon arrival, I decided to call the number to the location to notify the employee I was waiting. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes, but I still waited because I could see the location was indeed busy. Thinking, during a break of customer activity, the employee would then deliver my order. This did not happen.
Although no one was in the store at the time, she had the audacity to motion for me to come in the store. I felt this was inappropriate since I had scheduled contactless, curbside service and paid a gratuity in advance. As soon as I reached the door, the employee yelled at me to say, ‘I’m by myself and you see I am busy’. I stated to her, I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes and that’s not my concern. She then used profane language at me and told me my order was cancelled. She continued to hurl profanity as she walked to the back of the store. I said, "If you cancel my order, that’s fine, I have paid for my order so process my refund." She then stated, “I’m not going to process anything, and you can just get out of the store”.
I asked for her name so I could report the incident and she refused and told me to leave the store. To say I was shocked, is an understatement. With her deranged type of behavior, I feared she may resort to physical violence so I abruptly left the store. I have reached out to the following Executives in Leadership and to this day, NO ONE has followed up with me. I have contacted: Aaron Powell, CEO, David Graves, President, Jamie Harrison, CPO and Chequan Lewis, COO. While I did speak with Shelli **, DM, she did not follow up with me right way after the incident. When I asked for Senior Leadership to contact me about the incident, I have heard nothing. If the leaders are acting this way, I see why the employee felt she could get away with what she did in this situation. With such a recognized organization, this has been a horrible experience and I will never shop at Pizza Hut again.

My biggest problem now is that I stayed a mile and a half away from Pizza Hut and they didn’t deliver to my house. I ordered $42.03 of pizza online through the app for carryout. My card was charged and I arrived at pickup time given. When I arrived, store was crowded with customers all trying to pickup and was told their system had crashed. After waiting about 5 minutes, a woman told us all that, per their manager Josh, she was to get our name and numbers and we would all be refunded. Mine was to go back on my card. This was November 6, 2022. I waited until November 9, 2022 and no refund was given. I called corporate on that day and representative took my complaint and gave me a reference number. Telling me my money would be refunded in 72 hours.
As of today, my money has STILL not been refunded. I again called corporate today with reference number and was told another representative would be calling me back within 1 to 3 business days. I won't give up. However, I will never use Pizza Hut again. There are way too many upstanding pizza restaurants to go through this again.

I Order from our Local Pizza Hut on Average about 3 to 6 Times a Month. Here in our small Community of Newberry Michigan, Pizza Hut is the -Only- Restaurant in this Area that Delivers. I'm not in a condition were I can leave my Residents and go out to eat or pick up Take-Out. So 9/10 Times when I "Eat Out" I Order from our Local Pizza Hut. The Staff are Beyond Friendly & Helpful.
Every time I've had a interaction with the Delivery Drivers has been a good experience. The Staff are Always professional and seem to actually care about the Service they provide to Our Community, mainly Folks such as myself that do not have the ability to get out of my Residents on a regular basis. So the interactions I have with the Delivery Crew is a Super important part of my Pizza Hut experience. I don't say this Lightly, the Delivery Drivers are Kind, Professional and most of all Quick with every Order. So my answer is a Profounding YES!, I'm 100% Satisfied with My Pizza Hut Experience! Tried the new meat lovers melt from Pizza Hut. Basically it's like a half thin crust meat lovers pizza, cut in half and folded. So you get about the same amount as 4 slices of thin crust meat lovers pizza for $7. Not bad, but not great either. The taste is pretty good and the crisp is definitely there. For $5 this would be a great deal, for $7 it's just average. The ad states that it's enough for 2 people. Only if those 2 people eat like birds, was enough for this big boy though. Mine had a decent amount of fillings and the crust was good and crispy. 3 out of 5 for taste and something different. Will definitely try the Chicken, bacon parmesan some time, but won't go out of my way for it. If they had a deal with them for like 2 for $12 or something I feel like they would be very popular. I know $1 or $2 doesn't sound like much, but can be the difference in choosing where to eat for many.

This afternoon I went to the Pizza Hut at 1915 N. Steptoe ST Kennewick WA I was warmly greeted at the register, and I asked if the rectangular pizza was still available and was told yes. I said I would like to order it in Pepperoni. The cashier asked me if I wanted the meal and since I was given an option, I replied no just the pizza. She charged me $11.96 see ticket #0013. I left and returned a short while later only to have the manager standing at the register with my pizza on the counter. She stated, "You cannot order this pizza like this anymore, if you do you will be banned from the store." She said it was only sold as a party meal. I replied I simply ordered and was given the option of whether or not I wanted a meal so what was the problem. Her response was, "The cashier is new so now I have told you both." Needless to say they have lost a customer for good.

This is to the CEO and upper management at Pizza Hut. I grew up loving pizza hut supreme pizza. Do you all read the reviews you get on your pizza now? It is awful. What happened? Domino's did a concerted effort to improve their pizza because they previously were the worst pizza place. You are there now. I would pay more for a supreme pizza like Pizza Hut USED to make. You keep coming up with all these gimmick pizzas and tasteless other menu options. YOU WILL go out of business if you do not change your ways. Dominos makes a pizza that is 300% better than any Pizza Hut pizza. And in all honest, their pizzas aren't even great.
Pizza Hut: The place to go if you want a sauceless, toppingless and flavorless pizza and pay a lot for it. Little Caesars: Same sauceless, toppingless and flavorless pizza for a 1/3rd of the price. I do hope you figure out a way to bring back a pizza like Pizza Hut USED to make. Until then, I am done with your food. Just being Honest.

Very rarely do I ever leave a negative review. I feel that people are entitled to make mistakes and those mistakes be overlooked. HOWEVER, not in this case! I placed an order this evening totaling $63.82 (plus a $5.00 tip to the driver). )= This order included a Detroit Style Pizza, a Medium Thin Crust Pizza, 2 orders of cinnamon buns, 2 icings, 1 pasta bowl with breadsticks, and a 2 liter of soda. What arrived at my house were 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Nowhere near what I had ordered. I received a text message stating that it was being delivered by DOORDASH.
I reached out to the store where I had placed my order (online and for delivery) and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. The person who answered said "ok" and said nothing else. I asked if he was the manager and he said "yeah". I asked his name. He gave it to me (not gonna put him on blast, but he knows who he is). I told him the above situation at which time he said "okay well the problem is when you order by phone it is to some place in Florida and they don't always get the orders right." I told him I did not place an order by phone, I placed it online. He then said "oh well then that problem is the company has decided to turn everything over to Doordash and it is their fault. The company does weird stuff like this to be more productive and I don't agree with it but what can I do."
I said well, my issue is this isn't what I ordered or paid for. I gave him a run down of what I ordered at which time he said "was it a ** lady with glasses?" I said yes, I asked her only about the 2-liter bottle of soda. She said that was all she was given and they don't tell else what the order is. He said "okay, hold on. Oh my god! She got the orders mixed up and she is delivering your food to the wrong address." I said, "Okay, well I am not going to pay for someone else to get my food, so what do we do to fix this." (I'm still relatively calm at this point especially having worked in customer service for 25 years. I give the benefit of the doubt more than I probably should). He said "hold on, let me see where she is." He put me on hold.
He came back onto the phone and was talking to someone in the store stating, "I haven't given anyone Doordash in over a half hour" (time check - it was about a half hour). He then said "I figured out what happened, your order is still sitting in the hot box. She was given the wrong order to deliver." (OK, now we got down to it.) I responded with, "Well, I ordered delivery because I do not have a car to pick it up, so how am I going to get my food" ($68.00 isn't cheap nowadays and I very rarely order out anymore). He said, "I will have to figure that out and get someone to deliver it to you or I may just do it myself." I said, "Thank you. I appreciate it." He responded with "okay" and slammed the phone down. Wow! You're mad at me? Seriously, buddy? I could have been way nastier! Trust me!
So... Here we are over an hour since I ordered. I live 10 minutes from the location I placed the order and still NO FOOD! The likelihood of me ordering online or by phone or at this point from this location or this chain again is slim to none. I hope the corporate office sees this and yes I will say this. No wonder they are hiring. You all have been in business long enough to have your stuff together and know how to at least speak to people. UPDATE: FOOD Arrived. WRONG PIZZA!!! Cold!!! And I'M OVER IT!!!

So, I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut again as I liked their pizzas. I ordered 1 Veggie Feast and 1 Country Feast regular size with cheese crust. What I got is 2 very small Pizzas with literally NO cheese in the base, also the base was not properly baked, it was kind of UNCOOKED.. Very selectively scattered veggies and no proper shape as well.. Taste was also UNEXPECTEDLY BLAND. I have no idea how Pizza Hut got down to this level!?? And I paid 530/- RS for this CRAP..

So today “Pizza Hut” was having a promotional. If you make an account with them then you get a free medium pizza, I signed up and when I went to get my free pizza the worker asked the cashier “is that the free promotion“ and the guy says yes and he says, "Oh yea we don’t honor it because it’s fake." So I called the customer help line only to be answered by the rudest customer service worker who first doesn’t speak proper English. Second would not let me speak. Kept trying to basically yell on the phone so I won’t speak so I asked him, "Is the promotion fake or real?" He says it’s real just some stores don’t honor it, I said, "Well I guys should’ve started that instead of me wasting my time just to get my pizza rejected when they will throw it away anyways, when I told him customers are always right he said no they’re not.
How is it my fault when PIZZA HUT WEBSITE IS giving a free promotion But doesn’t honor or or even specific that some stores don’t honor it? Why would they allow me to waste my time just for me to get the pizza rejected at the store. And then to have a rude customer service helper not even let me speak to their supervisor, so I took my business right over to Domino's and WILL NO LONGER step foot in Pizza Hut. I may just be 1 person but I will continue to let everyone know how much of a waste Pizza Hut actually is, & when I told Domino's about the incident they gave me FREE WINGS. So that just shows you how one company over rules another and word of mouth does damage. Believe it or not!

Placed online order at 8:26pm and the site showed food was delivered at 8:50pm. Even after so many calls and disconnected calls, long hold time, never received any update on status. Children slept off by 9:30 and delivery guy called me after 10pm. I chose to cancel the order when the person from respective outlet called me. This was the worst experience ever with ordering food! I wouldn't recommend ordering at Pizza Hut site. I hope they process my cancellation and refund the amount.

My online order was missing items, approx. $35 worth, delivery driver said store tried to call, I received no calls. I verified that my online account had correct phone number. I talked to customer service several times via email to attempt to get refund, without success. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut, and will never use them again. As a long time customer of Pizza Hut, I was very disappointed with the customer service/racial insults of an employee by the name ** over. the phone on 08/14/2022 at 9:20pm. After waiting well over an hour for our food, my husband called to check on the status of our food & the employee by the name ** answered & was bothered by our call to check on the Pizza, when we requested his name he said ** you should know because you are a dirty Mexican. I was appalled and told him that I was Peruvian and I would no longer need the pizza & would be filing a complaint.
He began to tell me it didn't matter, he said to go in person to the store to confront him. This has left us very shocked up & scared to be honest considering he knows our address & made such insulting remarks.. PLEASE make sure to ensure quality service as well as customer service as Pizza Hut's #1 priority. When it comes to training employees. You can not get any deals on the phone so you have to go online. I'm not good with computer. I ordered pizza online.. I gave a tip cuz I thought was for delivery.. 1130 came around .. still no pizza. I called .. closed.. called next day. Was rude and said if the manager did this.. One of the worst experiences from Pizza Hut. I was in OMAN from childhood, there it was the best Pizza available. India I always went for Domino's for their good offers. This time by Bad Luck thought of giving Pizza Hut a try... I ordered in app... Money got deducted...but order not placed... When I called Customer Service they said it's some technical issues...and money will be refunded in 48hrs... Then I ordered again... This time order placed successfully...but I ordered at 7 pm, for a company virtual food part at 8, and the store was just 15 mins from my place...and it came after 8 only... Delivery guy was not polite... When I asked him for Chili flakes etc...he said not available... The pizza also... They have jumbled everything... In Sausage pizza they put pepperoni also...and no perfection at all... Very Disappointed...will never go for PIZZA HUT again!!! Better refund my cash within 48 hrs or else going to escalate the issue!!!

Been calling the customer service number for months now regarding points that just "disappeared"...gave them my account info and was told they can't access it..how??,, when I can clearly see my own info on the app... just kept getting emails saying they would escalate it--never hear anything back...still don't have my points back--that I EARNED!!...no help at all..I hope no one else has issues with their reward points...because you WILL just get the run around...your best bet is to just forget about them, simply..or start over...I will be closing my account and just ordering over the phone from now on.

I ordered a pizza. It was delivered. It was horrible. It was like cardboard you couldn't even bite it. So we called it get a new pizza. With that directed to corporate which gave us a coupon then to order the pizza we had to go online pay the delivery fee again and also order $12 to get it delivered. So I ordered another pizza chicken wings and 2 sodas and I still didn't get my photos and I had to pay delivery fee. So I tried to get in touch with somebody again to get my shoulders and I cannot get in touch with anybody and it was 2 o'clock and now it is almost 6 and we still have not eaten. It is horrible. Do not ever order from Pizza Hut Ever.

I have ordered Pizza around 9 PM, expected delivery was 20 min and selected centre was 10-15min walking distance from my address. Now forget about 20 min. It reached me by 11 PM (2hrs). Without any info/update. I tried to call, no one received, not even knew whether my order/food is reaching or not. Finally was delivered through Dunzo delivery and guess what!!! A cold horrible taste pizza...After few bites thrown to dustbin and had to cook my food. Thanks Pizza Hut for this horrible experience. Will try to avoid you in future.

I ordered pizza from them a few months ago and never received it. I called customer service several times and they keep saying the same thing. I got frustrated because at this point I paid over 40 dollars for something I did not receive. They claim they sent me an email offering store credit but I already explained I wanted my refund in full and I have yet to have gotten it still till this day. They are horrible customer service. They take their time when they are clearly in the wrong. It's been 3 months and still nothing! I'm going to contact a lawyer at this point. This is ridiculous. On May 16, 22 I placed an order. The order arrived timely, however, the driver dumped it on my doorstep and left without ringing bell or knocking! The drinks were also flat and had to be trashed. I reached out to corporate the same day and they sent me a canned response claiming the local store would reach out within 3 days. It's a month later, and I'm still waiting. I've emailed them back several times and have not heard anything else from them.

I ordered my pizza and 20 min later I received a message that it was ready and out for delivery. 2 hours later I still did not have my pizza and nobody called me or texted me with questions or directions or updates. I called the restaurant directly and after being on hold for 20 minutes someone answered and I explained to them my situation. The asked me to hold. After being on hold for 30 minutes I hung up. My kids and I went to bed hungry and it was too late to order from another restaurant. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I didn't get BAD SERVICE .... I got NO SERVICE. This is the worst store and the pizza isn't even worth the wait for NEVER - as in NEVER got the Pizza.

We have been very loyal Pizza Hut fans for years and I have been ordering the same pizza for as long as I can remember. However, I am sad to report that after the last seven or eight weeks of constant screwups, unparalleled incompetence, and a website that crashes every few minutes during peak times, we are so long for good. In the last few weeks, I have had six orders that were either undercooked or toppings left off the pizza. Literally, hours spent online trying to place orders, often with no success. And after waiting from five to thirty minutes at a time for the call center to finally answer a call and being treated like an enemy, we have decided to simply go to Costco from now on and buy our weekly pizzas and do the baking ourselves rather than waste another five or six hours and many dollars on what used to be the best deal in town.
By the way. Last Friday evening I placed a call to the call center at 8:30 PM. I finally hung up the phone at 10:15 PM after waiting for an answer for an hour and 45 mins. Don’t get me wrong. Pizza Hut still makes the best pizza for the money; on the very rare occasion they manage to get it right. It’s just that they never seem to get it right anymore and the manager I spoke with today about the most recent screw-up made it very clear that he didn’t really give a poo. He suggested that the next time I order through the call center I should double-check to make sure they get the order right as if their screw-up was my fault. He didn’t even offer to replace the pizza they had just screwed up at the North Main Street store. Well, like they used to do at Pizza Hut, I’m DONE. It’s very sad to see what was once the best in town become the worst I have ever had to deal with. Goodbye, Pizza Hut. Don’t call me and I sure as heck ain't calling you!

The staff Alexa was very kind and helpful. I had donated 20 pizzas to my children's graduation party/dance. I went in person to make sure I placed such a large order correctly and was going to be delivered to the correct place at the proper time. I asked about getting my reward points for this extremely large order. The staff said “I’m sorry I can’t get a receipt right now”. However, I went back in a few days later she was able to print a receipt out for me and gave me a phone number to call customer service to ask that the points to be added. Customer service said the points weren’t added because they didn’t have my phone number or my name. I sent a copy of the receipt circle the top in red that has my name in phone number on it. That is how I place the order in the first place.
Due to the fact that I ordered 20 pizzas and paid for them personally I thought it would be nice to have a few extra reward points to use in the future. That being said, customer service refuses to give any points because they have my old home landline phone number listed, it’s been disconnected for probably five years. Even though all of my information is at the top and is correct with my app they refused to give me any points. I guess I should’ve never gone and ordered in person with the Pizza Hut staff.
I’m sure the pizzas were good but the service and customer service, that is not even located in Hays, is even worse. I’m no longer going to be a Pizza Hut customer, I can call dominoes and go there and they can make it right no matter what every time! Very disappointing that they are not willing to give me the points for spending $200 plus on pizzas for the special occasion. This was a dance that was put on strictly by the parents so everything was donated. The least Pizza Hut could’ve done was give me the points I paid for.

I ordered 4 pizzas One veggie lover, one cheese lover and two Great Beyond pizzas. When checked the toppings of the great beyond, all we got were the Soya chunks where it should be Beyond meat Italian sausage crumbles. Either the recipe is wrong or the local store is cutting corners. When called later to report this, no credit or anything just "should've called the same day and this is only customer service you can get". What a "GREAT scam" in the name of the "Great beyond".

My experience was bad. Had a long day, want to grab a quick pizza on way home, did not want to be on internet and driving so I just stop, walked in, order. Got the large 3 topping pizza. When I saw she charged me 18.50 instead of 10 dollars they are advertising, she tells me I have to order online to get it 10 dollars. Why, it's still the same pizza. Also ran into a litter bird that work at 6625 Dixie highway Miami fl 33143. Told me at end of night they re-ring the orders, and pocket the extra for the people they overcharged on the deal pizzas.??? FYI mostly managers but split with some people that want talk.
To prove myself I had my husband go back, order 10 dollar pizza, they overcharged him and told him he has to order online. So why do you have carry out for customers. Everyone not always home in front of a computer which I find really racial, my grandmothers does not use a computer at all but will go in, order food for kids. So Pizza Hut has to overcharge you if you not tech smart. They will never get a penny from me again.

We keep giving Pizza Hut a chance, but no longer. From the time we order to the time we receive our food by delivery, it has taken consistently 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. This is after the order taker claims 30 to 40 minutes. Last night, 5/2/2022, we ordered a pie approx 6:15. Was told expect deliver within 45 minutes. At 7:30, called store and they claim waiting for Door Dash to pick it up. The store is approx 5 minutes from the house. So at this point, the pie has been ready sitting under a heat lamp since approx 6:45. (Was told about 20 -25 minutes to be prepared and ready). At 8:30 pm, called again and they indicated door dash has not come to pick up the order. So why the hell do they take delivery orders if they can't get it delivered in a timely manner. Ended up cancelling order.
There has always been an excuse, ie., driver is lost, driver is within 10 min, door dash hasn't picked it up, ect. Never again will order for delivery. This has been the case over the last 3 years at 2 different addresses. One store won't take delivery when another store is closed. What the heck. So tired of pizza hut. They deserve to go out of business. I could have gone to Walmart, bought a pizza, brought home and have consumed it way before the 2 1/2 hours.

"Dear sir, Order number Your Order No ** has been dispatched and will be delivered soon by Harman," This order That was fraud as in system tracking delivered 20 minutes prior the delivery boy reached. Moreover pizza was not hot and delivery boy acknowledge that backend team is forcing them to deliver in system even if physical order delivery is pending. Delivery took around 55 minutes bro deliver. After waiting 2 HOURS I FINALLY reached an awesome person named Alan at a pizza hut near me who was able to tell me what restaurant would have my order. After calling that restaurant the girl was very short and dismissive with me. Saying "orders are out" and hung up. After waiting for around 40 min I got a call from them. And they were saying that my location is too far to deliver my order. When I confronted them they said to try to deliver it. I called in a order for a large 3 topping topping pizza since we had a coupon for $8.99 at the 377 Lear Rd., Avon Lake, OH 44012 Pizza Hut. I wanted only one item (black olives) on 1/2 so I thought I could get two extra items on the other 1/2. She said, "No, the black olives counted on the whole pizza and there would be an upcharge for the other two items." I never had this problem with an online order that I have bought so much pizza at this location. This place is not worth the trouble, not going back after this last order I placed.

I walked in to an empty store front and finally someone came out to take order. He couldn’t speak English and I don’t think he understood either. A delivery guy came in and took a simple order. When I got home the order was wrong. When I called the store I was hung up on!!!

Pizza Hut offered a number of crust seasonings for their pizzas. I don't understand why they discontinued this, it was the thing that made them better than competitors. Now they are like everyone else.

I placed an order at 2:00 pm. for a staff meeting at 6:00 pm. My order was for 7 large pizzas. My pizzas arrived at 7:00 after my meeting was over. I had nothing to feed my staff. I called the location at 62nd and Allisonville in Indianapolis IN. several times. I finally spoke to someone who told me she couldn't help me as I placed the order on line. She then transferred me to the "hotline" where I was hung up on three times. I have no way of getting my money refunded as I can't get through to anyone. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

2/25/22 I am terribly disappointed and after their bad behavior last night I will not be ordering from them again, ever. I ordered dinner last night for delivery. When my delivery time came and went with no food, I checked my app and it said, delivered. I called their number several times, but no one answered. After an hour of trying to reach someone, I checked Google reviews. This wasn’t the first time someone ordered, and their app said it was delivered, but hour later still no food.
I understand you’re a corporation and not an individual, however your corporation choose to take my money, promised food, lied about delivering that food and then ignored me when I tried to reach out to resolve the issue. FYI-no one likes being treated like that. Had someone reached out or answered the phone I would have accepted that you guys were busy and probably short staff, things happen. If you order Pizza Hut after this, you're part of the problem. So we just ordered a pizza from pizza hut. They screwed up in the bread sticks. So the guy said he was going to come back. My boyfriend call the store, got it credited so everything was all good. The guy came back anyway with bread sticks. When my guy answered the door, he told the delivery guy that he called the store and they credited him so it's all good. The delivery guy wanted us to pay him anyway. I was grabbing some cash to tip him just for coming back until he threw the bread sticks at my boyfriend and called him a "**".
We called the store because he needs to lose his job. You know what the manager said? That WE were the ones that were wrong and banned us from pizza hut. So pizza hut is ok with their employees calling their customers a **!!! I hope that nobody buys pizza hut anymore. This is unacceptable! He's Lucky he's still walking. What's pizza hut's motto? Here at pizza hut we condone racism. And if you are any other color but **, we'll throw pizza at you, call you a ** then ban you.... ** you pizza hut!

I ordered with the Stoneybrook, Louisville Ky location. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. I live 2 miles from the store. When I called the store to check on my order they apologized for the delay and offered a credit. Of course the pizza was very cold and disappointing. I have emailed many times. Customer service agreed to the credit but I have not received it. The store manager also said I am to receive credit. They are no longer replying to my emails. This just makes a bad experience worse.

Not worth the price. Taste was disgusting. Very little cheese, very little meat. Crust was not cooked. Hard to chew. Crust was very thin for hand tossed and adding a dollar more for pan pizza is outrageous because there is not much of difference!!! So not worth the price! So Fed Up! Trash pizza!!

Order was a med Supreme. Showed up on time but it was cold, barely any toppings, more sauce than toppings. Some toppings not on. Also it tasted old as if was made before my order was placed. I will not order anything else again from 26 wasted.

They recycle you over and over through their website. I will do everything in my power to never have Pizza Hut again. I had to enter my credit card information 10 times and redo the order over and over until they closed and now no pizza.

Pizza Hut has the worst chicken wings I have ever eaten.. They use the ones that you buy in grocery stores that are boxed the pre cooked kind (gross). Go order some wings from Volcano's or Rose City Pizza & compare them to Pizza Hut's wings & you will see they are rubbery just like the frozen ones from the grocery store. I will never order from here ever again. I will stick to Volcano's or Rose City because they are actual chicken wings not the frozen rubbery ones!!

I can't believe Pizza Hut has removed our ability to add flavor to their tasteless, cardboard crust. Are you kidding me? You removed the parmesan crust? At least it had some flavor. Please bring back crust options or you have lost customers.

Pizza Hut pizza is by far my favorite pizza but the store on Vaughn Road leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a pizza two hours before closing then five minutes before closing they called me and told me that they did not have a delivery driver and it would take 5 to 7 days to receive my money back on my card. I then called customer service to complain and to see what other options I had, And the gentleman that I spoke with after getting my information just transfer me to the store. I will never order from that store again although it’s closest to my house. I would rather not even have Pizza Hut.

I wanted a fast dinner meal for my school age kids and ordered one pizza to be delivered. It has been over an hour and a half and we have not gotten the pizza. I have been attempting to get a human being on the phone for over forty-five minutes to no avail. In fact I've had to hear the same recording telling me that the dinner dilemma has been solved because no out pizzas the hut :.( Even though this store is super close to my house I will never use it again.

I ate pizza in Dubai and America. It’s awesome with cheese loaded and toppings too but here it taste like crunchy bread with not a single thread of cheese. Toppings hardly we found here in Bhubaneswar. Very poor quality.

Ordered 3 pizzas from the County Line Rd location in Fayettvile. First and last time at any Pizza Hut: it was that bad. Cheese burnt onto crust, crust hard and straight as a board, zero sauce. It was so bad that even my 8-year-old said, "No thanks." Nice counter experience, but when we got home we were extremely disappointed. This was further on a Wednesday night, before 6:30 PM, so not a rush time. No good reason for the awful experience.

I recently ordered a large pizza on Jan, 7, 2022 at the Compton Ca location. The pizza was a 3 topping pan. There was literally no sauce, barely any cheese, and very little toppings. The pizza dough was not thoroughly cooked and very little flavor. The only thing good about the pizza, it was hot, and ready when I arrived. I really wish I would of taken the pizza back. We won't be ordering Pizza Hut anymore!

Been a while since I ordered, they changed the sauce. It stinks. No flavor. You're right next to Kraft and killing their mac and cheese recipe. The Pizza Hut in Passaic, New Jersey service are horrible. My order was missing an item and another item on my order was not what I ordered. They charged 50 cent for garlic sauce and didn't put it in the bag. I placed the order on online to avoid confusion. However, reading is a problem at this place as well. Just shut down the location.

I ordered 2 pizza and breadsticks at 5:15 pm for delivery. At 6:13 I attempted to contact the store to see where my order was. I tried 4 times to reach the store but no answer. I had my husband call and she finally answered. He asked how much longer. She said order was ready but it would be another 1.5 hours because they only had 1 driver. The Pizza Hut in Columbia Heights MN is the worst pizza place that I have ever had and the people there are so rude. I ordered my pizzas and it took them a little over 2 hours just to bring it to me. I live not even 2 miles away. When I called the lady was so rude to me I have never been treated like that from a pizza place. I'm very disappointed with everything about this place. We placed an online order at 4:30pm for delivery, and we didn't get it until after 6pm. Not only was it cooled off, but it was only half our order. The delivery genius said he would let them know at the restaurant, to take it off our bill, but he didn't. I also called the store several times to follow-up, only to get the automated Pizza Hut voice-over. I wrote a complaint on the Pizza Hut website, which no one has responded (it's been more than 3 business days like they said to allow), and if you call customer service, you don't get anyone there, either. Just the same damn automated Pizza Hut voice-over that the Augusta, Maine restaurant had on repeat. It looks like this is the MO for Pizza Hut, just reading through the reviews on here from all over. I'm guessing the company is closing in 2022, because they don't seem to do anything to keep customers. They've certainly lost our business for good.

Placed an online ordered 6:25 p.m., was told order was received and would be ready approximately at 7:02. However that was not true! I stood and waited oh so patiently for 2 hrs! The order was still not ready for pick! The manager was very oh so rude while yelling in the store to the other associates to bring her whatever products she needed at the time! Oh and don’t let me leave out she refused to come to the front counter to speak with the customers upon our request. No one was removing the products from the oven as they came up therefore everything that was in the oven was very much so BEYOND BURNED! On top of that one of those burned products was MINE!
They had the audacity to attempt to serve that to me!!! I’m beyond very much so pissed off!!! Still didn’t receive all of my items !!!! This location was in Zachary, Louisiana!! This location needs to shut down!!! Pooor poor poor horrible service!!!! Last but not least in the midst of everything falling to pieces the manager was outside in the back of the building with no concern what so EVER!!!

Order online but I did not get what I ordered. Call the store, the staff asked me to give the order back and renew the order. Suddenly she put me on hold for a year...(very long waiting) after realized, no one call or reply. I called back and put another order and asked to make sure not double order then she put me on hold for a month....(long waiting). I called back for the 3rd times, the customer service told me to forward the call to manager. I even asked, for how long the manager would pick up the call? She said soon. Unfortunately, no reply. Few friends and I decided to order Pizza Hut, usually we do it online but every payment option was leading to an "error" of one for or another so I decided to call, and it led to customer service with people who didn't know anything. They didn't even know of any locations delivering in my area. They were trying to get me to fix the error on my phone when I just wanted to order pizza and when I asked if I could just order they said no, that's a different department so they transferred me.
Next lady said my address doesn't show any Pizza Huts offering delivery to me and I said, "Yes, I called the Langley location" and they're offering delivery still but she said I have to verify and check. 15 mins later on hold with their annoying automated system that repeats the same message every 10 seconds and still nothing, these people don't care about nothing. I highly advise to not buy from this company and to support the smaller ones who actually care about their customers.

Pathetic service. Worst experience I ever had. This is the first time I had ordered from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately it has been delayed by 1hour and 50 mins. In spite of that the pizzas were horrible. Awful taste. It tasted like a raw pizza without any cheese and toppings. I had paid extra for cheese but there was no cheese neither any veggies. It was empty. I never ever expected this from pizza hut. Which is known for the best pizzas across the world. I called up customer care but there also I did not get any response. Neither they have refund my money nor they entertained it seriously. I did a big mistake ordering from here.
I am a regular customer of Domino's but I thought let me try something new and extraordinary. And yes no doubt I got really new and extraordinary pathetic service and worst pizza. This was the last and final time I ordered it. I am not going to order anything again from this pizza hut and I will see to it that no relatives or friends of mine will order it. I paid $24 for a Detroit style pizza. I was notified it was on the way (I live 15 minutes or less from the restaurant) and it took an hour to arrive. The pizza was cold, and the toppings were ridiculously sparse. I paid for pepperoni (there was none) and sausage (there were about 12 pieces) and mushroom (there were around 8 pieces). The pizza was almost bare. I tried to call the restaurant and was told I would be transferred and was on hold for over 5 minutes. I'm done. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I can get 3 pizzas from Dominos at this price that are hot, fresh, and chock full of toppings. Pizza Hut, you can do better.

It was so embarassing coming staright to Pizza hut counter and talking to front end Vipin in GTB Nagar Delhi on 2nd Oct. At the counter as when I was checking the rate and details, he arrogantly handed over the menu to me and told to, "Check the menu on your own" and later asked me to sit at the dining table. I was really shocked with the unprofessional attitude. So later I have booked online and promised myself that I will never come to Pizza hut counter.

I ordered pizza at this location for delivery and they forgot my sauces. I called to see if they could bring them to me and the manager said that they were not going to send my sauces with any driver. They wanted to give me a credit but I ordered the sauces and I told them that they should have not forgotten them. They said that people make mistakes and I agree but mistakes are made to be fixed.
The manager at that place said that she was not going to bring me the bad words sauces, if I wanted them I need to go to the store. I did not have my car at the time and they kept hanging up on me every time that I called. Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to order from but when a manager says bad words to you, that is no way to talk to a paying customer. She said "I am not going to take you your bad words sauces, if you want them come pick them up." That is your management? I will never order from that pizza hut ever again. I know that losing one is not a big deal but I will tell everyone I know not to order from there because you have very rude people that work there. I used the online app to order one large pizza with 3 toppings. The toppings mushrooms, black olives, and banana peppers. This pizza was intended to feed a family with small children. I also ordered a side of bottle of pop and bread sticks. I also asked for curb side pick up so I didn’t have to get the children out of their seats to go in. Because of this I tipped 25 percent on my order. Big mistake!!! I got there. The app wasn’t working so I couldn’t check in. I tried calling but no one picked up. I kept trying to call. Eventually gave up. I got the kids all undone from their car seats. Went in. I noticed there was only one family in the lobby. All six employees were messing around not one of them working or cooking and the phone left off the hook. I got my pizza and bread sticks.
I forgot my pop because I had to hold a cold pizza, breadsticks, an infant and have my other child hold my pant leg. Not one employee offered to help or even open the door. I got home to find my pizza had jalapeños instead of banana peppers and that I had forgotten my pop. I called the restaurant and they put the manager on the phone. She immediately started to belittle me telling me that I am stupid and that it’s all my fault my order wasn’t right and cold and that her employees are way too busy to do curbside pickup. What happened to apologizing to the customer and offering an exchange? I’m am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone to go there.

We tried the new Detroit thick crust pizza. It's rectangular and we had the pepperoni with mushrooms. They pour extra sauce on top of the cheese and toppings. We didn't like that. If you really like tasting and seeing your toppings, tell them to leave off the extra sauce on the top. It's just too much. Yuk!!!

My wife order online and call them same time for confirmation of order and location. After we received 2 time calls from their different branches about location and we explain them. They keep transfer our order from one to another branch and then they are able to deliver after 100 minutes when I ask them to CANCEL the order.

The worst experience I have ever had with delivering pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas. It was an estimated 65-85 minute delivery time. 30 minutes later, I get a call from the manger saying there were 80 deliveries before mine and they won't be able to deliver that night. I asked to pick it up in 30 minutes (an hour after ordering and paying for it already) and the manger that time wasn't available for pick up. I ended up cancelling the order and I'm still waiting for my full refund. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. This wasn't the first bad experience and they won't get another opportunity!!!!

My husband and I decided as of his testing clear of COVID, we’d treat ourselves to a pizza. We chose Pizza Hut because it was close. Ordered online for curbside pickup and we got an email with instructions. We arrived and there were no designated anything for curbside so as directed in the email, we called to alert them we were there.
The person on the other end of the phone seemed to be bothered by the call and since we had not made a curbside purchase at this store before we did not lay it all out for him and he did not understand why we were calling and at one point said, “well what’s your problem?” We mentioned curbside and he said “oh, you didn’t say that.” Nasty person and he didn’t even have a mask on when he brought it out to the car. As for the pizza, yuck! Thin and Soggy might be a more accurate description. Salty and greasy and it was just a plain sauce and cheese pizza. Hate to think what a pepperoni one would be like. Needless to say, we will never spend another dime at any Pizza Hut again.

For the first time in several years I ordered a pizza online to pick up at Pizza Hut. I should have read these reviews first. My pizza was ready a half hour after it was supposed to be brought to my car. It was overcooked and so salty as to be inedible. So unhealthy. I looked it up and found that Pizza Hut in America uses more than double the salt that it uses in other countries. Shame on them. Do not feed this to your children or eat it yourself.

I ordered over an hour ago for a 45 minute deliver and I called the store and they have no record of the order. I paid with a credit card. Not the first time this has happened. Placed an order online. ORDER # **. Placed on July 23 at 5:56 PM. Somewhat lost track of time, call two hours after order is placed. Store has no record of the order. But my credit card has been charged. No one can tell me how to fix that. Nowhere on the web site. On duty manager just tells me to wait 24 hours to see if it reverses and call back if it does. How, exactly, is that going to work? Why would they just credit me my money out of the blue? Personally I think she was just trying to get rid of me. So I guess I'll just have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. We'll see what happens, but I doubt I'll ever be ordering anything from Pizza Hut again.

After ordering the pizza, paying a delivery charge (which sole purpose seems to be to decrease the driver's tip while enriching the corporation), paying taxes, and tipping the driver 15% (it would have been 25% without the delivery charge) my total was about $30.00. And for $30.00 I received 4 small bottles of Diet Pepsi (real value: about $2.00) and a pizza that had a leathery, dry crust and dry vegetables (real value: about $3.00). I'm assuming the pizza was sitting under a heat lamp before delivery for a couple of hours. Doing the math, the corporation took $25.00 from me. Yum! Brands owns Pizza Hut; they own a number of fast-food franchises and the result is high prices and poor food.

I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in a lot of years and I decided I would get one for Father's Day as a treat. I'm sorry to say it was very disappointing. I had ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese but the cheese was very thin and the stuffed crust wasn't stuffed. It's been a few years since I've had a pizza from pizza hut. My memory of the stuffed crust was when I would bite into the crust the cheese was running out and the one I got was from what I remember. I will have to say I'll be trying another brand next.

I ordered pizza and breadsticks from the Pizza Hut on S Business Dr in Sheboygan. I called to complain and tell them that I didn't receive the marinara and they said, "What do you want us to do about it. If it wasn't in the bag then I guess you don't get any." And then hung up. The pizza I got was almost all the way cold. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again. Since they can't even give their customers the time of day and if I was you I wouldn't either.

I called and ordered pizza. The guy that took the order read my order back to me as requested. Two large three toppings special (I ordered the same thing the week before). When my pizza arrived it was one (1) medium 3 topping and 4 sauces? The bill was the same as if I got 2 large pizza’s. The driver was the same one from week before very nice. I called and actually got the Pizza Hut itself not the call center. Spoke with some gentleman about the problem. All I got was this is the order we received. I ordered to get delivered and it was terrible. They didn't bring me the right thing and they brought me a whole other order. I ordered with the app and they didn't even ask for money they just left it there, my friend order and it was delivered to my place. This is utterly ridiculous. Not ordering AGAIN. This location needs to close indefinite. I ordered pizza on 3/16 at 9:05 PM to be ready for carryout at 9:30PM... Upon arrival the young teenage girl at the register stated the wait would be 25 min more... the timer never updated or showed the pizza as ready. At 10 Pm after several customers had ordered & their food was either not right or not ready!! I was furious bc the cashier thought it was funny & begin to smirk. I remember when ordering a Pizza Hut pizza used to be in quality not trying to cut back on the toppings? I ordered a pizza with double toppings of sausage. Only got very minimal amount of sausage and I was very disappointed with the quality of the sausage let alone the crust was not cooked thoroughly. I remember back when I used to order a pizza hut pizza and I got a really good tasting pizza of high-quality. Now I pay $25 with delivery and tip and got something that wasn’t near that quality.
