In my opinion, Pizza Hut can save itself by going back to the beginning. Back in the 1980's Pizza Hut was the BEST! You would walk into their restaurant and smell perfection. That aroma was unmistakable. The flavor of the pizzas created an addiction. Then Pizza Hut changed all the ingredients. This changed everything! The aroma when walking in was gone, the flavor of the original pizzas disappeared and they removed the small arcade games that kids loved. Pizza Hut in our town was always packed with people waiting to get a table. What I and many others would not do to have Pizza Hut go back to the 1980's style and flavors. It really could take-off again!!! "NO OTHER" pizza had that flavor and aroma, still doesn't.

Every time I order from Pizza Hut I regret every penny I have spent! Yes it is convenient, but always a disappointment.., A slimy cheese pizza…. Stoves overcooked/burnt.

New management. Rude. It was several problems but my main issue, I did not receive same amount of food I received last time I ordered. If it’s different it is fine, but I would have ordered differently to provide enough dinner for my family. Picture online doesn’t match what I received and it says “all the wings” on that specific order. Shows a picture of 8 wings boneless wings and a lot of fries. Got 4 nuggets that I’ve never even seen come from a Pizza Hut wing order. And maybe 15 fries. Again, if that is what that deal is, then okay, I will choose a different order. That is why I am mad, because my order was a waste of time, I still gotta make these kids something else to eat. Not to mention I tipped this dude to do the job he already had to do anyway and he was rude and charged me for seasonings I didn’t even know cost money.

Pizza Hut was our favorite pizza in Panama City Beach (which is sad), we order from front beach road next to Sunsations and for the first time ever it was so awful. The pizza tasted like it was old and reheated it was like cardboard and not even hot. I'm sorry to say but this is no longer our go to for pizza and I will pass this review on to our friends and family

December 17th, Port Charlotte, FL. Order 3 large pizza for a small pre xmas party. Worst pizza ever. The crust was hard, pizza very very dry. No taste whatsoever. Shame this company is still in business. The health inspector should shut the business down. Asap¡

Canceled my points, this company is clueless, poor quality, inconsistent cooking, a shell of its past, I used to love this pizza, more into marketing then making good food. I won't recommend these fools to feed my dog.

The remodeled "updated" dine in Pizza Hut in our home town (Ripley Tn) was very disappointing. The update turned a warm inviting restaurant into a cold, bland, and neutral building like unto some type of industrial warehouse. Bare walls, black and gray colors, no menus (QR scan only) no ice, and bottled drinks. The bright spot was the guy that took our order. (Great attitude, but it's not a good idea to yell out from the far end of the restaurant to get the attention of someone in the kitchen area.)

I called an order in. Was supposed to be ready in 20 mins. I expected to maybe wait an additional 15 due to it being a Sat. I waited an hr and a half and the manager kept blaming the young men in the back for giving away people’s food but she was the one passing out the pizza. I finally had to just get my money back and I’ll never order from there again.

Stopped at Pizza Hut in Malone, NY…Help ignored us...hid in kitchen and pretended not to see us, we left! Wrote to Yum brands about this…you guessed it…just like their local staff in Malone, NY, ignored us. Sell your stocks in Yum Brands!! Pizza Hut is becoming total losers!!

DeForest WI. Order took more than an hour and when it arrived, the pizza was stone cold. This is the second time this has happened. In less time, we could have gotten a pizza at Papa Murphy's, drove home, and cooked it. We would have had hot pizza. Maybe there's a staffing shortage at this restaurant, but when one spends $35.00 on a meal - it should be delivered on time and the food should be hot. There are several nearby pizza joints that deliver. Our days at this Pizza Hut are over.

Pizza Hut had been my favorite for about 50 years. I haven't eaten pizza for a while due to digestion issues. This week I got a craving so I went online to order. I ordered a three topping pizza for $11.99. It was my first time using the app and ordering online. It took me a while, and I didn't get the toppings selected. That's on me. It would have been nice if there had been some kind of pop up that asked "Hey, did you forget the toppings?" but like I said that was on me.

I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but I’m really disappointed in the recent change of charging extra for Parmesan cheese, red pepper, and other basics that used to come with your pizza. These were always part of the experience, and now it feels like they’re nickel-and-diming customers for something so small. When you already pay a good amount for pizza, you shouldn’t have to add another dollar just to get a sprinkle of Parmesan. It comes across as a cost-cutting move at the customer’s expense, and honestly, it takes away from the value and tradition of ordering Pizza Hut.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was cracker thin, no cheese, and burnt in areas. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. I gave one star because I had too. Zero star experience. Very disappointing.

Food was great. Nice and hot. Plenty of condiments. Napkins peppers etc. Picked up my pizza and wings myself and went to the park there in Layton and ate my pizza watching the ducks. What a great place to go to. Try the park and watch the ducks and eat. Thanks again Pizza Hut.

I have used Eastern Boulevard for quite a while. Manager is outstanding. Recognizes when order is different from standard we get. Very good. Can't ask for anything to be done different. Keep up great work.

Purchased a large Pepperoni lovers pizza from Pizza hut. The pizza is not as advertised. To the left is what they advertised and to the right is what I received. Clearly you can see that the Pepperoni lovers pizza is not covered in pepperoni.

Pizza Hut online menu sucks, I use their online menu like they wanted me to and I clicked delivery then my store then I made my custom pizza then I pay for cash. It switched over to carry out then charged me more when I wanted to do delivery. The price at first was for delivery not for carry out. Why did it switched over to carry out? I I did not click carry out. I made my pizza after I click the pay button. It switched over then they wanted to charge me more for a delivery. The price was meant for delivery at first then they switched over. I'm not playing those types of games.

Got my Pizza Hut Reward Pizza last night. The last time I got it, it was a mess, short toppings and just too much crazy. The good manager is back. This manager has consistently controlled the store and minimized errors. I have only had 1 issue in the last year and it was when I got their Rewards last time. A little background, I have delivered pizza for 20 years in my youth, and as an extra cash income at the start of my technical career. I love PIZZA. I could eat it 6 times a week and still never hit all the different ways I love pizza.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with your establishment. The last time I ordered from you all on 01/25/25, I spent $113.78, that order # was **, the pizza was dry, horrible overcooked desserts were overcooked. I took a loss on that meal for my family! Now today order #**. I spent $68.59, my food looked horrible, the barbecue pizza was undercooked, looked disgusting actually, the meat lovers was supposed to have light marinara but instead was full of it, and didn’t look appetizing at all.

Pizza ran a promo online order a menu priced pizza get a free 1 large topping pizza. I placed my menu priced order and did receive my coupon code within 24 hours. The problem stems from the code not working in the app or online. When I am in my app it has a link to click to order the free pizza and I get charged regular price. Place the promo code in the correct spot and it does nothing. Called customer service and that wasn't any help. I was told the promo code was already used, but it's odd that if I did use the promo code already why is the option to order my free one topping still in my app inbox.

Placed an order I never received and now a month later they don't contact me and still haven't refunded my money. Bunch of thieves and a garbage company. Have contact them over 9 times with no actual response other than, "We will contact you in the next 3 days."

I ordered two large pan pizzas, one a specialty for which I paid to have extra cheese. The pizza was swimming in sauce. The one without extra cheese had NO cheese except a couple accidental looking globs. The one with extra cheese, the so called specialty pizza, had a little cheese, not the extra for which I paid. The crust was very undercooked. Very few toppings. I didn't get the substitution of italian sausage I ordered.

The store here in 86001, I Doordashed my order and I was missing items from my order. I contacted the driver and corporation. The store here had me on hold waiting for a response from the manager. I didn’t have issues in the past at different locations.

Ordered 2, one with extra sauce, one with NO sauce, Neither had extra sauce, but both had sauce on it. The one that request extra sauce had to peel the cheese back to see a little pink on the dough. Then to have them correct the order was a phone call runaround. Will not be back.

I ordered from this location and was double charged for the order so I called in just to say hey I was double charged can you fix this. They called me "a stupid idiot". I could not believe this is the level of customer service that a business would provide. I complained about this on multiple levels with zero response. Never will I order from this disgusting place again.

I ordered from the bellefontaine Pizza Hut. I had a coupon so I tried Pizza Hut. I ordered over $100 worth of food. The pizza was mediocre, Domino's is better, will stay with them from now on. The breadsticks were just hard, dry bread, the sandwiches were also not good and, the cinnamon sticks were not good either. Everything just tasted all dried out, bread was all tough, chewy. Would not suggest going here. I will never again go to Pizza Hut. It was a waste of money.

Pizza was delivered with Door Dash without my consent, took an hour and 15 minutes and it was cold. Driver was very shady looking and had 2 other people with him, now they have my address and apartment number. I called Pizza Hut and door dash but they didn't seem to be concerned. Just not happy they gave my information to someone without getting my approval.

Ordered from Pizza Hut on 4232 Thousand Oaks Drive in San Antonio Texas. Door Dash sucks! Ever since this Pizza Hut stopped delivering with their own staff their pizza is not fresh upon receiving. This time it was ice cold and the delivery was 25+ minutes late. When I called I was told it was a corporate decision to use Door Dash and that in his opinion “They suck”. There was a silence and then I asked if that was all he had to say. He remained silent. I said “way to go, great customer service”. He said, "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut," and hung up.

The Pizza Hut in Marshfield on center has to be the worst place in the history of fast food chains. I literally gave my card information to them. They hung up on me and one person said he would get a manager left me on hold. I called back from another number. They didn't pick up. I called back from my original number the Pizza Hut company called me back from my TextNow number and left a voicemail. While I was calling from the original and when I called back from the text now number again and and told the people that I was trying to order for the third or fourth time and you guys have my credit card information and every time I told him that I was hung up on by two separate employees there. One male and one female.

I have a Pizza Hut app. And when I got it, they also send me emails with deals. They have a point system for free menu items. So they advertised in an email, Triple Treat Thursday where you get triple the points for a certain menu item. So I ordered from the website linked to the email. I never got any points initially. But I filed a complaint. Then they gave me the original points that I would have gotten had I not ordered from that advertisement. But I never got the triple points. I filed another complaint. They asked for evidence and I gave it to Pizza Hut Rewards a second time. Now there’s no response from them. And the initial points, they marked as an in store purchase (maybe to negate the triple point deal), which it was not.
