The $60 worth of pizza that we ordered from Pizza Hut on Douglas Ave in Racine, was the worst pizza I have had in a long time, it was overcooked, very little and I mean very little marinara sauce... It was a original pan pizza which usually they are really good but this was horrible...
So excited about the new big New Yorker pizza ordered and it was burnt and no cheese. I had only sprinkles of parmesan cheese, called to express dis satisfied with pizza and young person on phone made it seem like I was a problemed customer mentioning most satisfied with pizza. St Clair Michigan Pizza Hut has unmotivated workers that don’t care about their jobs or food quality. Terrible feeling knowing I’ve been in area over 20 years and I call to express not a good product and was told by employee there wasn’t anything wrong with it. You have lost a customer for life st Clair Pizza Hut, some workers should have respect for customers!!!
We were very disappointed on the Big NY. Nothing like the tv commercial! It was cold, hard and we could not even eat it. We live 30 minutes away so why bother. Then when trying to do survey numbers were not legible to do so. Ticket #** entered by ** 2/17/23 1pm. My husband Luis ** ordered on app. Thank you but no thank you! Arlene
Want to thank Pizza Hut for stealing my money, while being completely useless at resolving the issue. They can sure take the money instantly, but of their system screws up and loses the order, apparently NOBODY can find any information about it. Placed an order for dinner online, got an immediate notification from my financial app that the money had been taken, but never got the normal order confirmation email from Pizza Hut. Gave it about 15-20 minutes just in case something was running slow in the system, then started calling. Spent about the next hour getting bounced around between 2 stores, the local call center, given a bogus number to corporate, finally getting a working number to Hut Rewards, who then gave me the number to Customer Satisfaction. More like Customer "Who Cares, we've already got your money."
Everybody had the same ridiculous story, they "don't have access" to find the transaction, and nothing they can do. Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund. Absolutely ZERO reason with today's technology that if they can take the money instantly, they can't also refund it instantly when they screw up and don't supply the product you paid for!
I had ordered two small pan pizzas but we were served local pizza base instead of pan pizza, secondly instead of Jalapeno chilies, were served local pickled chilies, the pasta was improper, beverages were denied to be served due to paucity of supply, the Choco Volcano was served along with the pizza and so, by the time we could relish the dessert it was not hot as was expected. It was a total waste of my hard earned money and an insult to the customer. The table was also very unhygienic.
I placed my online order at 6:03 but never received it. 2 hours later of waiting I decided to call the restaurant with the phone number provided in the confirmation email only to be hung up on, told my order didn't exist and I had the wrong location and after calling another number I was hung up on again. I doubt I'll be ordering from Pizza Hut again anytime soon.
These company that won’t give out 1 single condiment are greedy and selfish. I expect at least 1 condiment with I order wings. Yes I’m so petty. I we’ll not go back to Pizza Hut over this situation when there are other options like little Ceaser & Dominos
Today on 8th Jan 2022, I along with my daughter and sister, went to Pizza Hut, which is newly opened in our area Boisar... But I wanted to share that Today we had a very bad experience regarding service. We waited almost 45 mins for our order after placing the order... And after that also, the baked Pizza and garlic bread was lying for another 15mins for serving. Unhygienic, worst servicing, It's a total waste of time. We waited for our order for 45 mins and by the way our table was not clean at all. And after that our order was just lying on a counter for more than 15 mins. The food counter was beside the washroom and all the house flies were hovering on it. After reminding them over and over, there was still no response from their team. Very bad experience. After seeing this unhygienic condition of the food, we cancelled our order and went off from the place and decided NEVER EVER to visit the Pizza Hut, Boisar again.

Hi there, We ordered pizza and it was suppose to be delivered within 1 hour. As we were heading out that night we called back to see where our pizza was? We were told it had been delivered. We called back again because it had not be delivered and they couldn't find our pizza. It was delivered another hour later cold and and we had to leave. We ordered 2 hours early for this reason. Driver kept arguing he delivered to a different address even thou he had the right address on the receipt he gave us. Tried to talk to head office two times for a call back and never received any contact. Very disappointed. We ordered from North Vancouver Pizza Hut.
Used to love ordering from Pizza hut. Hot and fresh usually under an hour. Today I ordered from them and when I checked the status, it informed me that it was done cooking but wouldn't be delivered for another hour. When did they start using Door dash? Very dissatisfied.
From the Pizza Hut app I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and onions. Once it arrived, it was hot, but wasn't what I ordered. I called the store and was placed on hold and then hung up on. The store is located in Decatur, GA on Flat Shoals Parkway. I paid 30 dollars for a pizza I did not order. That is OK because I deleted the Pizza Hut app and added the Domino's Pizza app. Their customer service is better and if they make a mistake, they fix it and don't place you on hold. When Pizza Hut can make the quality of their food and service the way it was in 1984, I will come back. I won't hold my breath.
My incident happened on November 20, 2022 at the Prosperity Park Drive location – Store # 35593. After placing an online order for contactless, curbside pick-up, I arrived to pick up my order as scheduled and checked in using the Pizza Hut app. Upon arriving, this location had a continuous flow of customer activity; nevertheless, I patiently waited in my car for my order. After approximately 15 minutes upon arrival, I decided to call the number to the location to notify the employee I was waiting. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes, but I still waited because I could see the location was indeed busy. Thinking, during a break of customer activity, the employee would then deliver my order. This did not happen.
Although no one was in the store at the time, she had the audacity to motion for me to come in the store. I felt this was inappropriate since I had scheduled contactless, curbside service and paid a gratuity in advance. As soon as I reached the door, the employee yelled at me to say, ‘I’m by myself and you see I am busy’. I stated to her, I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes and that’s not my concern. She then used profane language at me and told me my order was cancelled. She continued to hurl profanity as she walked to the back of the store. I said, "If you cancel my order, that’s fine, I have paid for my order so process my refund." She then stated, “I’m not going to process anything, and you can just get out of the store”.
I asked for her name so I could report the incident and she refused and told me to leave the store. To say I was shocked, is an understatement. With her deranged type of behavior, I feared she may resort to physical violence so I abruptly left the store. I have reached out to the following Executives in Leadership and to this day, NO ONE has followed up with me. I have contacted: Aaron Powell, CEO, David Graves, President, Jamie Harrison, CPO and Chequan Lewis, COO. While I did speak with Shelli **, DM, she did not follow up with me right way after the incident. When I asked for Senior Leadership to contact me about the incident, I have heard nothing. If the leaders are acting this way, I see why the employee felt she could get away with what she did in this situation. With such a recognized organization, this has been a horrible experience and I will never shop at Pizza Hut again.
Worst ever experience in Pizza Hut Dibrugarh Junction Mall, G shop with staff member Radhika servicing. Worst behaviour of staff and poor quality served. Displayed in board for offer as well took extra without any reason. Poor ever Pizza zone. Never ever recommend you to visit Dibrugarh Junction Mall, G shop pizza hut centre.
First time I have place the order at Pizza Hut but my experience was worst. I have never seen such bad service of some service company even the service even don't know how to tackle the issue. He just put the call on hold so that I can decline the call by myself.
My last few encounters with Pizza Hut has been terrible. I spoke to corporate each time as well and they also did nothing. My biggest problem now is that I stayed a mile and a half away from Pizza Hut and they didn’t deliver to my house. Now I have moved to another home 2 miles from Pizza Hut and they don’t deliver there either. Does Pizza Hut still deliver??? Corporate can’t even give me a reasonable explanation to why they can’t deliver 5 minutes away.
AS USUAL, my order was super late, super cold, and super gross. Not to mention they had DOORDASH deliver my order, PROLONGING it's already late delivery, when I'm less than 3 MIN down the road from Pizza Hut... This location seriously BLOWS.
The pizza melt was hard with barely no cheese. Whatever meat there was inside the box and not the melt. It looked NOTHING like the TV ads. And that was just one piece. The other one had next to nothing inside it. Very disgusting and disappointed. I could have bought a Hot Pocket and got more fillings for less. Waste of money.
We ordered Pizza Hut Melts and they were disgusting and so hard we couldn’t eat them. They look nothing like the pictures. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Plus to make things worse the manager does not care about our complaint and she’s really rude and disrespectful.
My family and I ordered the melts. We ordered them because they look so amazing on the commercial. When we receive them they were nothing like the commercial represented. I got the meat lovers. It had six pieces of meat, very little cheese. The marinara sauce cup was half full. The crust was almost burnt and I didn’t eat it. If you’re going to advertise food for the consumer to want it when they receive it, it should look as is presented. I will never order that garbage again. Pizza Hut should be sued for false advertisement. MAD AS HELL!!!
I ordered $42.03 of pizza online through the app for carryout. My card was charged and I arrived at pickup time given. When I arrived, store was crowded with customers all trying to pickup and was told their system had crashed. After waiting about 5 minutes, a woman told us all that, per their manager Josh, she was to get our name and numbers and we would all be refunded. Mine was to go back on my card. This was November 6, 2022. I waited until November 9, 2022 and no refund was given. I called corporate on that day and representative took my complaint and gave me a reference number. Telling me my money would be refunded in 72 hours.
As of today, my money has STILL not been refunded. I again called corporate today with reference number and was told another representative would be calling me back within 1 to 3 business days. I won't give up. However, I will never use Pizza Hut again. There are way too many upstanding pizza restaurants to go through this again.
This is the worst pizza place in the United States. We will never order from them again. They can't even deliver a pizza and then we call and get hung up on. This place needs to step up a lot or shut down.
The only notification that delivery was on the way was by text message. After that, an incomplete order was placed on an outside door step with no other communication by the delivery driver. No door bell or knock. Thus the order sat outside in the cold for 30 minutes until I happened to look and happened to see it. Again, the order was incomplete. No one answered the store phone when I tried to call to at least get the remainder of the order.
Pizza Hut Melt. Absolutely the worst food item I have ever purchased at a fast food resturant. Purchased 11:00 November 2, 2022 Pizza Hut Columbus, Texas. I will not return to this resturant. This is a new menu item.
Tried the new meat lovers melt from Pizza Hut. Basically it's like a half thin crust meat lovers pizza, cut in half and folded. So you get about the same amount as 4 slices of thin crust meat lovers pizza for $7. Not bad, but not great either. The taste is pretty good and the crisp is definitely there. For $5 this would be a great deal, for $7 it's just average. The ad states that it's enough for 2 people. Only if those 2 people eat like birds, was enough for this big boy though. Mine had a decent amount of fillings and the crust was good and crispy. 3 out of 5 for taste and something different. Will definitely try the Chicken, bacon parmesan some time, but won't go out of my way for it. If they had a deal with them for like 2 for $12 or something I feel like they would be very popular. I know $1 or $2 doesn't sound like much, but can be the difference in choosing where to eat for many.
I was order 2 different pizza they gave me the same pizza. After all those thing the whole pizza is burn by side. Waste of money and time also. Really bad service they gave at to us. And they don't provide the herbs and spices also.
I called Pizza Hut call center to place an order, the call center person confirmed with me three time my address and location building flat nos and agreed the delivery zone. After waiting for one and half hour late night I get a msg from delivery person on WhatsApp that we can’t deliver in this zone. When I called call center I identified that my order was cancelled automatically by delivery team mentioning that I was not responding their calls, this was a big lie. After talking to multiple managers for two hours on the call no one gave a solution or tried to manage to deliver the pizza. If it wouldn’t had been late night we can step out and make a takeaway, but during the time when most of the restaurants will be closed Pizza Hut team just denies to deliver the pizza.
Most important the call center person asked to increase the order to make 100 aed, as he said at my location orders more than 100 aed only can be delivered. I still did that. Finally after three hours I gave up requesting the Pizza Hut managers. We slept hungry stomach and tired late midnight. You need to train your staff to take proper details and address and cross verify them. And always have a solution if there is a complaint not just calling and apologizing and it’s finished. People wait for food means they are hungry..have some empathy.
Ordered big dinner box with extra toppings for both pizzas and apple pies. First off my order arrived 26 minutes later than promised. Second my apple pies were not delivered and had to wait additional 40 minutes. Pizza toppings were non existent. Pies looked unappealing and burnt.
Hi...I ordered 2 medium Chicken Margharita pizza from Pizza Hut today Order No:**. The pizza arrived on time and I was surprised to see that one of the pizzas was just very thin crusted and extremely hard. In fact the topping was not all up to the mark and both the pizzas just seemed to be cold. Expecting a better service from Pizza Hut.
Received a free coupon because they messed up my order one time so decided to use it tonight for my son. Used the coupon but still had to buy something for 12.99 because they won't deliver if I don't. So what was the purpose still ended up paying for something I didn't mess up to begin with. Just had surgery, would not have minded going to pick it up but this is such an inconvenience. Hilliard Ohio 43026 is a shame!!!
