I order from Chipotle occasionally. The food is generally fine, but my issue is that the name on the bag doesn't match the meal name on the website, so I never know if I am getting what I ordered. Please make the verbiage consistent. The most recent order was larger than previous orders so I think I may have received what I ordered this time because there was more food than I usually get when I order this meal. I ordered a high protein lifestyle bowl and the bag was labelled C Bowl, which I believe is Chicken Bowl.

The North Ocean City Chipotle is awful… They give you a ton of rice and beans and not much chicken at all… And… The amount is getting less and less. I will not go there anymore. It’s expensive and I’m not getting what I pay for. Also, it’s too spicy for my style.

I was charged $100 and given the receipt for the accurate amount of $34.04. When I called to get it fixed, the customer service line is AI and when I finally got a human, they were rude and questioned if it was my error instead of their employees at the restaurant. Still waiting to get my money back.

Kenwood, OH location sucks! 0 stars, if available! Inconsistent bowls & burritos. Paid for 1 w/ steak & barbacoa, but got a veggie. Been patronizing for years, won’t ever go back! Nice the service declined, I gave them 3 chances for improvement. They couldn’t do it! Q’Doba or Moe me instead, please! No corporate human to speak to rectify or report any issues. Just “Pepper,” the corporate bot. Good luck reaching someone! Dirty counters always. Dried sauce matted around the serving containers. Always running out of common ingredients midway through a rush & won’t replenish. Better hope you don’t order on DoorDash or the like. You won’t know certain garnishments are unavailable until you open your order to be met with meal disappointment.
They won’t contact you, or will give you what they think you want based on what’s left. Saved the best for last… Hostile & uncaring employees! There’s a guy at this location with the face tattoos (nothing against anyone with tatts, as I have several) who is extremely nasty to customers. He’s rude, short with customers, slams their orders on the counter & just doesn’t come off as wanting to be there. Other employees seem scared of him & won’t correct him. Chipotle has gone downhill over the years & doesn’t seem worth saving! Bye Chipotle!!!

Well lately it seems like they don't want to do their job in chopping the vegetables a little finer. They put in these big chunks of onions and peppers that you have to end up taking them out of your food.

I love Chipotle but the place was dirty, tables were not cleaned, the floors were dirty with crumbs, etc. The counters where they were cooking were full of food so was the counters where the register was. Not a clean place at all!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the fifth time my order was completely wrong, and frankly, I'm done. The food was spoiled, the portion sizes were pathetic—barely half of what they should be—and the staff clearly couldn't care less. It’s like they either can’t read or just refuse to do their jobs. Are they even trained? Or just thrown behind the counter and told to wing it? What’s worse is that Chipotle acts like they want feedback with their little surveys, but nothing ever changes. It’s just corporate lip service. Don’t waste your money, your time, or your patience. There are better options with fresher food and people who actually give a damn.

This was our first experience at Chipotle as they recently opened in our town. My first impression was that there was not a lot to choose from. Burrito, Tacos and Bowls. We ordered bowls which were sufficiently abundant in size although sparse in the amount of meats in the bowls. The person waiting on even put the meat in and then went back and removed about a tablespoon full. None of the staff mentioned that there were beverages available. (The dispenser was around a corner where we couldn’t see it.) Their English was poor at best. Finally the price paid for the bowl was extremely high for what we received. The bill for two bowls with no drinks came to over $40.

Chipotle has completely fallen off. Don’t waste your time eating there. It will be a disappointment. I don’t know what’s going on. If you go in, you may watch flies getting your food and they act like you don’t. If you order online, you will not get the right person shot size for what you paid. The bowls are barely full. Nothing is fresh. It’s just bad. The only difference is you don’t get a chance to see the flies lying on your food.
I have complained. I never receive a response back, and I hate the fact that you can’t call and deal with these issues. You’re just being rerouted to pepper and pepper is not helpful. No one reaches back. I’m over Chipotle, they will not see a dime of my money ever again. The worst location is in Hope Mills, here in North Carolina. The second worst location is on 40 one here in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know what’s going on, but all I can say is don’t waste your time with Chipotle. They are not who they used to be.

Filthy tables, floors, chairs. No black beans, no white rice, 20-minute delay to cook it... they moved at half speed. Gross restaurant. Not used to Chipotle being so poorly run. Not many patrons here either.

Took more than 40 minutes to place order. Then found out online orders went to head of line. Line in store was very, very long but they were taking online orders and that was what they were concerned with more than the long line.

Chipotle has got to be an acquired taste. It’s not for me. I went once and that’ll be my only visit. I got some kind of bowl with brown rice, beans and some kind of mystery meat. It’s served like a sandwich shop. You walk down a line telling the employees what to put in it. I went during the first few minutes of the lunch hour, maybe 11:15am. I expected the food to look fresh, I was disappointed. This is the worst $17.99 I’ve ever spent on lunch. I wanted to try it so I did. Lesson learned. I’ll never cross the threshold of this business again. Horrible food. It doesn’t live up to the hype.

The restaurant was filthy, no clean tables, and the ice was overflowing onto the floor, which creates a huge liability. This is not the first time that the restaurant has been unsanitary…But the first time I decided to give a review. Chipotle does not make it easy to contact them and file a complaint. But, it seems that there are a lot of complaints on unsanitary conditions all over the US. This complaint is for the Defiance Ohio store. I hope the GM see the complaint or maybe an employee.

This was my first ever visit to a Chipotle, Ithaca, NY, location to be exact and because of this experience I will never visit Chipotle again. The restaurant was disgusting with food left on every table and all over the floor, no ice or utensils at the fountain drink area, the spoons by the register had some in the bin with food on them, they ran out of rice, and when I finally got to the counter to place my order (almost 30 minute wait to get that far) when I was asked for my order which was 1 soft taco because I was over it at this point, the waiter asked if I wanted a hard or soft shell and then walked away not to return; finally, after waiting another 5 minutes for him to return and worker finally looked at me long enough to get their attention to make my order, then it was another several minutes waiting for someone to cash me out.
I have never been so off-put by a restaurant, I understand we all have bad days but this was beyond that and the workers seemed fine with their behaviors and if you don't have enough workers to keep the eating area clean, call one in. I need to add that this was at 3 in the afternoon and not even at a lunch or dinner rush time. A Regional Manager needs to do a surprise visit at this store before the health department shuts them down!!

This Chipotle is in a relatively new shopping center and it has always been clean and pleasant to go to. My wife and I went in there today and it's like somebody moved it to another city. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty so we couldn't find a place indoors to sit down. There were no forks in the can, and there were no napkins in the holder. The lemonade tasted extremely bitter, and we always brag about the lemonade at chipotle. The garbage cans were all full inside of the store and so were the ones outside when we went out to sit on the patio and eat. There was food and trash on the ground out on the patio and all of the tables, but one were also dirty. The floor inside of the restaurant looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in two weeks. We were very disappointed as we have always enjoyed going to this particular chipotle. Management needs to crack down on this place ASAP or you won't have a store at this location.

My family and I love Chipotle so we were so excited that one popped up just down the street. We ordered from this location several times. The first few times the food was good. Lately the food has been cold and the order is always wrong. They are always out of something that we order. We love the watermelon lemonade and always order it, but rarely do we get it. When I get to the restaurant to pick up the food they are always fresh out. Today I asked them to replace it with the Minute maid lemonade and they gave me water instead. I ordered 2 chicken bowls with twice the protein (at around $15 each). 1 of them was fine but the other had just 3 tiny pieces of chicken and was stone cold. The last time I ordered a bowl they gave me a burrito instead. Then I realized that Every time I order through the app, and don't add a tip to the order that I am going to pick up myself, the order is wrong and usually cold. I will never go to this location again!

Warning Don't Order and Pickup in Chipotlane: 11805 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Shawnee KS 66203. Quite often you find almost no meat, and a bowl filled with rice. I don't eat rice or order it. I ordered black beans. There were no black beans. It feels terrible to get home and open your order and find your meal in a state that looks like a scam. I can only eat in the store to be sure of having what I paid for.

So had a very bad management experience. Went into the store the day after buying a burrito. Tried to explain the the manger that the burrito fell apart as I tried to eat it. It was obviously too stretched. Was asking for a remake but because I threw away the receipt long before leaving the store and explained that, the manager refused to make another or give a refund. Tried to explain that I was 64yrs old and not trying to get over. Just wanted a decent burrito. The manager Mr. ** at store # Ga-2706 Kennesaw was very insensitive and seemed as if I was interrupt him by having asked for him to resolve the issue. I would actually give this a zero. I’m honestly debating if I should even order from Chipotle anymore since the quality keeps lowering. The employees are not doing their jobs very well and we keep getting fed horse chow with sprinkled rice and beans for food. To whoever who made our food today, do your job well or quit. This is an awful fast food company. The employees at the stores are rude, and the customer service online is bad as well. I have had so many bad experiences, I will never go back. there are a lot of other restaurants that are much better. An example is Poppos in Bradenton/Sarasota. That restaurant is similar, but has professional employees and the food is much better.

This Chipotle is ridiculously sorry. They didn't have any chips, salad dressings or cheese sauce. There was no advertisement online to show what they were out of and refuse to answer the phone. This means your manager shows laziness as well as the other employees. The Chipotle on Forest Dr in Columbia SC is a much better and the food there is great. This Chipotle on Killian Rd need to change management as well as get better employees to work. It's sad when customers are paying money for food the service is sad. It's unacceptable, Clicking one star for rating is not even worth it, no stars should be clicked on for rating.

I ordered Chipotle from their online platform and my daughter picked it up. The total was $63. It was three entrees and several chips and salsa/guacamole dip. All 3 entrees had uncooked or very undercooked rice. It was inedible. One entree was a quesadilla but came without the tortilla and was just a bowl, again with uncooked rice. I threw everything away and could only eat a few stale chips. I tried to call the store and no one answered. To get help online you must only use their chatbot with limited complaints allowed. I received a few emails from customer support days later. A week after complaining I was given a coupon for one free entree if used within 30 days. $63 in the trash, 3 hungry people and I got a coupon for one person.
Obviously their rice isn't always undercooked or uncooked like this, though looking on TikTok and google reviews it's not uncommon. BUT, if you order Chipotle I suggest using Doordash, a platform that will actually refund you all or part of what you spent when you get ripped off. I have contested the charges with my credit card because I didn't get what I paid for and the restaurant did nothing to make it right. Buyer beware.

On more than a few occasions, I have gone to the Chipotle in D’Iberville, MS and they haven’t had fajita vegetables. For what I pay for a burrito in a bowl with guacamole, it’s ridiculous that they never have fajita veggies! I don’t like dealing with any traffic so I go early in the day. Today is December 14, 2024. I was there at about 2:45pm and they were completely out of vegetables. 2:45pm, in the afternoon, they were out. ONE manager, a few weeks back, once pulled some out of the fridge and cooked them. ONCE!!!
I either have to travel to Slidell, LA or Mobile, AL to get a burrito from Chipotle and have the vegetables with it! I’m sorry but, at almost $12 a pop, you’re no longer worth it!!! I will keep reposting this review until this situation improves. And I will not travel to any other of your locations as long as this one is closer to me. I live in Gulfport, MS and travel to D’Iberville, MS to get a burrito in a bowl. I’m angry and I’m done! And your employees can’t even lie well enough to convince me that they have no more in the fridge.

I ordered a salad with steak, black beans and tomato salsa. The steak was terrible. Fatty and chewy. The salad greens not so great too. The salad was not appetizing in the least so I tossed it. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to eating there not to mention the cost of purchasing the food. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to the salad they show on TV ads. I went to the Poughkeepsie, NY Chipotle and got a bowl. Once I started eating my food a dime sized piece of plastic was found in my food. I almost swallowed it. This is completely unacceptable. The staff needs to pay closer attention as this is very dangerous.

Do not eat at any location. This company is not upstanding by their products. I brought a product then however wasn’t able to get it because of family emergency. I gave the company all the information they asked for. At first they acted like they couldn’t find my order. I clearly sent it as they asked. End result I wasn’t able to get a refund or a store credit. 10.80 means a lot to this company after all.

If you know what you want, skip this location. They are ALWAYS out of something and it’s often the proteins or the sour cream or the corn salsa or the fajita veggies. Even when they have the fajita veggies, they are usually undercooked and crunchy. On the other hand, If you like crunchy green peppers in your burritos and you don’t care what kind of meat is in it or whether they have the ingredients you want, stop on in. Otherwise, don’t waste your time and gas, you will be disappointed.

Saw the commercial about the new brisket dish. Sounded really good. Ha ha joke was on me. A bowl full of dry rice. Some over cooked veggies, a teaspoon worth of meat and some very runny guacamole. Was definitely not worth the money. Didn't look at all like the commercial. This was not a good first time there. And my wife's food was horrible also. Absolutely no help by Calling customer service!! The app does not allow you to transfer funds from a gift card to a payment method already on the mobile app. So if I have 4 gift cards for $10 each I have to use them separately since they do not allow more than one gift card to be added to the payment method, and nothing is ever $10 nowadays. Which means I have to use my Credit Card to complete. Ridiculous!!

I always go to Chipotle and get a taco with a few sides and this has always been enough. The last few times I have gotten a taco there has been barely any meat in it!! I've been several location and they rush on serving the food and portion of chicken it's very low and also they shake the spoon size to size to make less portion, I was asking to put more. They ask "double". I said no I want the food spoon, they said that's the portion. I was so disappointed that I stop eating there and my family. They are so cheap and taking advantage when customers are really paying for the food.. They teach the employees to be cheap to all.

Went to the location in Margate, Fl after school with my grand daughter. I ordered a regular chicken bowl with nothing extra. I usually don’t check my receipt because I never have a problem at the Coral Springs location. I was charged for extra chicken. While waiting the cashier mixed up my order with the customer after me whose order clearly had a G and G for guacamole. The manager gave me the order and I told him that’s the wrong order. He then says to me, "I see you’re getting upset because you’re hungry." He then takes the bag, rips it open only to discover I was right. He also had difficulty refunding me the difference. The cashier looks like she was in training and spoke no English which is fine but the manager should have not assume that I was hungry. I’m a vegan and prepare my own meals.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed. My steak was undercooked, giving the whole dish a medium-rare taste that was unpleasant and almost made me throw up. The food was bland, unflavored, and honestly, it was nasty. I can’t believe the price I paid for such low-quality food—it was a complete waste of money. Based on TikTok reviews, I expected so much more, but this place didn’t live up to the hype at all. Honestly, I’d rather eat at Taco Bell; it tastes better than this mess and costs way less. If I could give it no stars, that would be my rating. I won’t be recommending this to anyone, as I don’t think it’s worth it.

Today was a first and last time I will go to Chipotle. I usually go to qdoba once a week however they were closed today so it forced me to try chipotle. I couldn't even eat the food. It was so bland, tasteless, and nasty. I got a chicken bowl and a side of queso and chips. I couldn't eat anything. The chips had no salt and no taste and the cheese was like a thick paste of that had no flavor. Chipotle didn't have very many options to choose from and the price? $18!! No thanks!!

On Sep 18th my family and I ordered around $63.00 in food from Chipotle. My partner showed up 20 min late to pick up the order due to traffic. To our amazement she was told the order had already been picked up. She said that the store was very busy and could not remake the food but, our card would be refunded. I immediately tried to call the store and find out what happen and make sure I’d see a refund, Instead I spun around in a frustrating phone loop that reminded me my order was picked up, hung up and offered no way to reach a live person. On Sept 30th I decided I waited long enough. I emailed the support team. Sadly it got just a little more frustrating when I was given an apology but told “It was outside of the window in which they could refund but thanks for letting them know for future coaching opportunities.“
I was confused by how any of this was acceptable. So I replied and my reply only prompted more replies that sounded like “scripted responses”. At this point I’m typing 100 words a minute at 11pm with coffee! Someone was going to hear my roar I emailed whom ever I could. Needless to say, I was on a mission. Then like a knight in shining armor, I got a reply. It came from Mike P. (Nope not giving his full name. I’m keeping him safe from a swarm of emails.) Mike handles the North Florida region of stores, And he had time to reach out to me. He actually wanted to hear what I had to say and how they could improve. Not only did he change the original narrative from negative back to positive but he also assured I'd receive that $63.00 refund and wait it gets better……
Mike comp’d a few entrees and threw in a few chip n queso!!! Little did he know shortly after our convo I was unfortunately laid off from my role as an AVP due to Cooperate fat trimming. While I’m sure to land on my feet it’s a tough time of year for that. So everything Mike did put a smile on my face, food for my family and restored my faith in customer service. Especially in this day and time where customer service is so automated it’s forgotten the customer. But NOT Chipotle and definitely NOT Mike P! Amazing comeback!! Thanks to the chipotle team. Keep it up.

My wife ordered a Burrito bowl and a chicken quesadilla for my son. Both are disgusting…Burrito bowl was served like it was for a dog….and the chicken in the quesadillas is burnt and super salty. Paid a bunch of $ for a nasty food…no chips either! I would definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone; Chipotle in Spartanburg, SC.

I waited in a slow moving line for about 20 minutes (only three people ahead of me) only to find they are out of chicken, fajitas, and mild salsa. I thought this was a restaurant but it seems to be something different. Furthermore, the manager was a rude one, and the food was salty and nasty. I wonder if the other Chipotles are as bad as this one in Madison Heights, MI? I am not going to risk it. This Madison Heights location is ruining Chipotle's reputation. I will never, nor anyone I love, ever go into this filthy rude place again.

We ate today at a Chipotle at Westgate in Toledo, OH. I would give it a zero if I could. Staff all had an attitude. Rude. Condescending. We pride ourselves on being kind to others at all times, but it was a real effort today. The restaurant was a nasty mess. Tables open but not one of them were cleaned. I had to pull out a wet wipe to even consider sitting down. We came to try the “new smoked brisket,” as it looked so good when we saw it advertised on t.v. Believe me it does not look like that in the restaurant. It was all gummy, stuck together, and overcooked. I got chicken on my salad and had to spit out every bite I took because it was gristle. I gave up. Inedible. We vowed never to visit Chipotle again, and that’s a shame because it used to be so good.

Every time I've gone to Chipotle in Plattsburgh Ny, I always got plain white rice. This time there was cilantro in it. Please don't do this! Not everyone likes cilantro. Let people pick it as a topper if they like. It's ruins food that's expensive.

Disappointing Service and Overpricing at Chipotle – What Happened to Quality? I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but my recent visit was a huge disappointment. It’s no secret that food prices have been rising everywhere, but how Chipotle handles this increase feels unjustified. The portions seem to be getting smaller, yet the prices keep climbing. I understand inflation, but there should be some balance between cost and value.
Customers experience rude and unprofessional service, which I experienced. The staff was indifferent at best, but the manager cursed at me when I voiced my concerns about pricing; the reason why pricing is so high, he stated, was how the animals are farm-fed and the (what). I was shocked that a brand as reputable as Chipotle would allow such unprofessional employee behavior.
I’m usually the customer who tries to be understanding, but this crossed a line. Not only did I leave feeling overcharged, but I also felt disrespected. I love Brisket, so when I saw the ad on tv re: Smoked Brisket Bowl (being topped with a scoop of guac) I had to go to Chipotle and try it. When the server finished, I said what about the guac? He replied "that will cost extra". I informed him that in the tv ad the guac was included. He shrugged his shoulders and went on to the next customer. So the tv ad is false advertising..you do not get guac with your brisket bowl

I went to restaurant in Douglasville and was so shocked to see the serving area full of food needing to be cleared up. Employees were working without taking the time to clean area and when it was time to be served, I instructed the worker to clean the area prior to fixing my food. This irated the workers to the point of one worker telling me I could go to other restaurants and didn’t have to come there. I asked for the manager who was there on site and only comment was I couldn’t take pictures of how disgusted the food area was. I will never shop there ever again. I called corporate that night after all of this and still have not heard back.

We absolutely love Chipotle for their good practices regarding securing organic ingredients, freshly cooked, etc. and of course the delicious flavor. We go weekly and the staff is so hard working, friendly and helpful (I often have issues using my App). Food justice is important. So is employee justice. I rated a 3 above is because I think it's incredibly sad that Chipotle hasn't figured out a way for credit card customers to leave a tip for the incredible staff that makes it all happen. I like to tip, period and I like it to be easy and convenient. We always pay by credit card About 50% of the time, I don't have any $1s on me and I have to ask for change - which is a ridiculous extra time task to ask for the already over-worked staff... Fix this injustice Chipotle!!

The service was horrible, team member was spraying chemical cleaner on the line and food was right by it. A TM was preparing to go orders standing directly by the TM spraying cleaner. The items on the line were old, no pans transferred. Cheese sauce pan was very old, cilantro in white rice was very old. Rice on the spoon was dried out. Location 2675 Windy Hill Rd. Team member in back was on cellphone.

Horrible experience. I had a hair in my food so called to complain. I purchased in the store so called the store number only to get connected to a call center. "What was the zip code where you made the purchase? What is the last four digits of the CC used as well as the expiration?" "Why do you need that information? I can give you the unique code off of the receipt if you need to track the order and make sure I actually had an order." They then sent an email asking for a copy of my receipt or a bank statement!!! Fortunately, I had the receipt...although I had to dig it out of the trash, but what company asks for a bank statement to prove you ordered a burrito that they screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous!

I came to Chipotle to check out their brisket Quesadilla, I waited in line for twenty five minutes or so to get to the front of the line and be told that they didn't have any more brisket, then to be told they had it for the back line and to be asked to step aside so they can place my order then. They asked if I want double portions or single portion, I say double, they proceed to tell me I could have a single portion, I said fine as long as they are decent portions. Then tells me that if I was double portions I have to go online to place my order when I'm standing right in her face as walk in customer, The lady gets upset and tells me to leave. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I will never go back to Chipotle On Brown Street in Dayton Ohio again. They have very poor customer service.

I recently visited Chipotle and purchased a salad thinking that I would be getting a healthy meal. Well, I had to throw it out after only a few bites because it was too salty. The salad consisted of baby lettuce, kale and spinach greens, black and pinto beans, mild tomato salsa, and salad dressing. Everything except the lettuce was overly salty. I don’t understand why restaurants think that food has to be salty to taste good when it’s actually herbs that make food taste best. How can people patronize restaurants if they are dead from heart attacks or strokes?

Ref Unique code **. This was our first time at Chipotle which had only opened a few months. The tables and floor were dirty. The staff did not seem busy and we wondered why it was that way. Maybe they didn't care. We ordered the A1 Pastor Bowl and asked to add the guacamole and were told it would cost $2.70 more. This was despite guacamole being on your advertisement picture over the counter. The taste of the A1 Pastor Bowl was mediocre at best. That seem like false advertisement to me. We also ordered small cokes and were charged $3.10 each which we thought was exorbitant. I doubt we will be back to Chipotle. This is a small town and bad news travels fast. If this what Chipotle has to offer this store won't last.

5/19/24. I am writing after speaking with a friend of mine and I who have had similar experiences with your Uniontown location. Here is that the food doesn't taste as nice as the other restaurant. I was at the Union location yesterday. I observed that there were only 2 people in line, 4 people behind the counter and yet we spent a considerable amount of time in line. When I walked up to the counter, there was dirt and hair on the hard plastic separators between us and the food. The bins were not replenished, and what was there-lettuce was extremely brown ..not appetizing at all. I asked about replenishing the bins and was told they had no more lettuce...sorry. It was 4pm in the afternoon.
This is my third time here at the Uniontown location. I was so excited to have one in the area. In the past I would need to go all the way to Pittsburgh, PA to get Chipotle. This is a bit early for this store to be having problems - opened less than 4 months ago. They seem to have had a lot of turnover and it appears that the more responsible people that came in the beginning are gone.
I have stated the issues. In order to resolve the problems, I would interview and train with more description, monitor more closely and be careful about the companies you will be order your supplies, especially because the summer is coming and one must be careful about how foods are stored. In addition, I am sure that one of the workers behind the counter saw that the some of the food was deteriorating....Question: Why wasn't this pulled as soon as possible? They didn't even seem concerned about the brown lettuce or other veggies that were going bad! Is this the type of employee you want to represent you? I can see that I will have to continue going to the Pittsburgh location. Hopefully, this will be taken care of for future customers.

I tried Chipotle even though reviews were bad because I believe in a fair shake but I have to say the people are 100 percent dead on. The food isn't quality, isn't much to write home about but more importantly portion size is abysmal, It's just robbery.. Moe's is much, much better and portion size is generous at Moe's. Don't waste your money or time at Chipotle.

I drove to my local Chipotle at 12:15pm on April 26, 2024. There was a long line so I waited 15 minutes until I was able to order lunch to take home for my wife and me. When I tried to order 2 "Burrito Bowls" of chicken, brown rice and black beans, the order take said "We're out of chicken and we're out of black beans." I was astonished and asked the Chipotle employee how that could be. He repeated his statement about having none of those 2 advertised ingredient available. We made our own lunch when I got home. Then I contacted Chipotle via their website and explained what happened. In a few days, I got an email reply from: "Ronnie, Coordinator, Customer Care, Chipotle Mexican Grill." Ronnie "added insult to injury" by offering me a free soft drink!

At the Uniontown PA location I was placing online order. Couldn't order cheese on keithadilla so I decided to just get a bowl. Couldn't order vinaigrette with the bowl so I pull up to the pick up window thinking, "Okay. I'll just get it when I get my food." Nope. Kid at the window said, "You got to come inside to get it." I don't have a register at the window so I park and go inside. Only one customer there to give you a idea of how busy they was. I pay $3.15 for 2 dabs of vinaigrette!!! Why couldn't the kid at the window just grab them and ring them up on the register that was 10 feet behind him? Then insult to injury I get 2 quarter containers with vinaigrette. That is truly sad.

Do not go to the Chipotle on Limestone St. in Springfield. I experienced the worst service ever. The restrooms were cleaner than the food area and the crew members' attitudes were awful. No utensils were available and all of the tables were disgusting. Also you had to have a code to even use the restrooms. Totally unacceptable! 10/10 Do not recommend!

Well, this is SAD! For the second time in 9 months, I got sick from eating CHIPOTLE!! I feel stupid to go back but one might assume corrections are made. I complained of the first incident as well. This store is in Arroyo Grande Ca., Watch out people! I believe they mix in the new with the old guacamole that has been sitting in the server area long enough to go low. I called them. They say they make it fresh every day. That doesn't matter if you're making guacamole with avocados with brown on the flesh. Either way, NEVER AGAIN.

My wife ordered take out online. She got a quesadilla which was cold and looked like it was cooked yesterday. I had a burrito, the tortilla was so tough I had a hard time cutting it with a knife. This location specifically at 1508 14th st NW in Washington DC is always not following the order direction. They always cheat you out of promotions you use when you order ahead. Every. Single. Time. If you order In store and use a promo and they mess up and have you scan again and now the promo is gone and they won’t honor it. It’s so messed up. The manager there is also extremely rude and acts like it’s never her problem. I ordered today online, used a double protein promo and barely got a few pieces. They definitely didn’t read the label. It’s ridiculous.

This is for order **. We have had recurring problems with the restaurant accepting orders for items that it cannot fill. When we show up, the order is partially met with missing items just omitted from the order. "Sorry we are out," somehow makes it good? To be clear, customers that know items cannot be filled will take their orders elsewhere. Instead? Because you order online, you have no idea the order can't be filled. You just have a sack of crap dumped on you. Bonus? You have to request a refund from Pepper - Chipotle's mostly hidden and extremely dysfunctional chatbot. After repeatedly dropping your connection or asking inane questions, Pepper ... offers some freebies (which also cannot be filled because the restaurant is out of ingredients). Refund? No answer? Pepper doesn't language well enough to understand, "refund please."
In order to figure out whether a refund has been issued? That takes a live agent. Getting one online? You must be crazy! Three of them. It takes three of them before you can get someone to spell out that no refund has been issued for an order that COULD NOT EVEN BE FILLED CORRECTLY. The entire time, you are bombarded with questions whose sole intent appears to be stonewall you into just giving up. We have an infant and a toddler, and Chipotle thinks that this is how families want to spend their evenings? Chipotle thinks people want to place orders that cannot be filled? We want to deal with their dysfunctional agents?
Let's be clear: Chipotle is accepting orders it cannot fill. Chipotle partially fills order, explaining some outages but not all - meaning every aspect of an order is screwed up. Which you find out when its delivered. It then refuses to process a refund? Because ... Who the hell knows? We have to file a claim with the BBB to get a refund? Maybe? Do we have to cancel the payment? Or should we just skip all of this and go straight to small claims with an appropriate legal consultation fee attached for damages. There appears to be someone in Chipotle corporate who thinks all of this is a good idea? THis company has lost its mind.

Vege bowl- Rice ok, Fajita - sorry out, Sour cream - Sorry out, Guacamole - Sorry out. I finally came out with Rice, Black beans, corn and Lettuce. Half the things were not there at Mowry, Fremont store and I still paid the full price. Chipotle is cheating the customers by not serving half the items and still charging the full price. This has happened more than 10 times in this year. I think they have found out the way to maximize the profit by fooling customers.

I normally stop by Chipotle and I would order a bowl, but this particular time, I got a bowl of salt at the location in Skokie IL, on Touhy. I returned the bowl for a refund, after calling corporate and filling out the form online. Corporate explained to me that there shouldn’t be that much salt in the food, I explained to corporate that the manager of this location said to me that all the bowls at that location are extra salty, and that’s normal!
I waited in this store for about 20 minutes for this racist ** little boy to come out of the back after he threw my bag in the garbage with the food, then he disappeared with my receipt….He was definitely going to somehow get rid of it. While this boy was in the back, I went through the trash and removed the food. Finally after requesting that this kid bring me my receipt so I could leave, he comes out and says that Chipotle does not do refunds. So, after questioning him, he became irate and he assaulted me, grabbed the bag and threw it on the floor behind the counter.
After going back to the store, I was finally able to catch him there and called the police and when Skokie police finally arrived, they told me that they believed the ** guy, because he was **, same thing the officer said to me when I explained what happened. Now I have to go through the court system to get a copy of the video to sue Chipotle for covering up the incident and file a complaint against the two SPD officers!

If I could zero stars, I would. I purchased a salad today from the Chipotle in west Escondido (CA). I took a bite of the salad and realized that I was chewing/biting a very large chunk of dirt. I took it out of my mouth and washed out my mouth, mind you, it was a lot of dirt. I inspected the salad and found a large chunk of silty clay mud in the salad. My husband and I took photos and I went back to the chipotle and asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager what happened. I showed him the salad and the mud (I brought the food back). The manager told me that he made the salad and that there was no way that the mud was in the salad. I told him that it likely came from the lettuce. He said that was impossible and that the mud ‘must have come from an outside source.’ He said this many times insisting that the mud did not come from the establishment.
I was incredulous. He did not apologize, ask any questions or even acknowledge that it was possible that the mud came from their establishment. I could not believe it. We argued for a little while and I finally asked for my money back. He told me that was not possible because my order was made online. He told me to call customer service. He was so rude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I will never go to chipotle again and I will make sure that people know what happened and how I was treated.

Then when I arrive, the place is a mess, the employees are scattered around not doing much, and everyone looked disinterested in helping customers. The limited time steak menu item was out and stated that it would be 15 minutes but no one was on the grill. I ended up getting steak but most were burned and the entire bowl was poorly made. This ** guy (**?) in the register was extremely rude. When he was putting my bowl in a regular brown bag, I told him to put it in a carry on bag since I have to walk with the food for 10 minutes to go to my office. He started talking to someone and yelled at me saying "Stop, I am talking to another person." He was not talking when I asked him the first time. I felt that was very rude. He said he doesn't care. I formally complained to another person I know for years there. He told me he heard what Fernando did and said and told me that he would let the manager know. All other people there are very nice and good people.
I told him at least four different times before, "Please do not call me buddy." He treats me bad and then start calling me "buddy". He did the same thing again today. THIS HAS TO STOP. He should be disciplined or removed from this restaurant. This is an educational and academic environment, and his attitude and behavior do not fit in this place. Thank you. My son and visited the store on 86-87th and Wadsworth in Westminster Colorado. Very poor customer service, nothing but attitude while making our burrito bowls and when you watch the commercials on tv, the fresh logo is a lie, I stood at the counter watching a guy cut open a big bag of prepared meat to put in a pan to put in their food table to serve as well as bag of guacamole poured in a pan. As I was watching all of this all I could think was how desperate people are to really sell their food. Not cool especially the way prices are for food nowadays. Shame on you. If you are trying to sell your product you might want to hire people who actually need a job and enjoy their job to a degree. Will not be giving them my hard earned money again.

I use to love Chipotle, but their Customer Service is terrible. It’s not the same. And their staff are unfriendly, and sometimes rude. If you have an issue, it’s unfortunately now outsourced overseas for any comments. You can’t even talk to the restaurant manager anymore. And you get no apology or compensation. I went to the location at 250 Utica Ave and I tell you I will not be back to this location. Walked in and it seems like they already started to prepared to close even though there were at least 2hrs to go. One person was cleaning the food station while the food was being served to the customers. There were no beans, no gravy, no vegetables, only chicken, steak, brown and white rice with guacamole, Pico de Gallo and spicy sauce. I ordered chips as well. When we got home, the food was very dry, the chips were stale and we didn't finish our food because of it. Even though it's in the neighborhood and convenient, the experience is not worth going back a second time.

The beef was dry. If I didn't know any better one would think it was beef jerky. At the time they didn't have any chicken so I had to wait several minutes. As far as could tell they were only grilling a few pieces of chicken at a time and when I got the chicken it looked it had gone through a grinder. They didn't have any "fresh" tomato salsa nor fajita veggies. The rice was not moist but dry. I ordered a small soda but they only had the large cups. Oh, I forgot, they made no effort to evenly spread the toppings over the rice. Any idea what it's like biting down on a big glob of sour cream. The time I ordered the meal was about 4:00 pm 8/21/23. Others I have spoken to all had similar experiences--check the rating. Seriously, you can get a much better burrito for far less money from a roach coach than eating at Chipotle.

I spent 45 minutes attempting to reach someone to speak to and then finally get the rudest customer care representative. Initially they were not going to reverse charges on my credit card for $244.58. This company has lost future sales from me. I will never have anything to do with this rude horrible company ever again... and in the end we still had no lunch...

Chipotle Catering is absolutely horrible to deal with. I placed an order 2 days in advance, they received 2 separate confirmations. When I arrived a store the manager was never informed of the order. Clearly the corporate office cares very little about customer care. The manager and store employees at North Conway went out of their way to put my catering order for 20 people together. I love Chipotle. I eat a burrito twice a week. But I will no longer order through the app to pick up. The size of your portion when you are not standing in front of the server is never as hearty. I actually tested this. I ordered my burrito through the app. I picked it up then went directly through the line and ordered the exact same thing. Then I took them home and weighed them. 3 times the burrito I got walking through the line was 1/2 lb more food than the pickup order. The customer service at my store is also crazy.
One manager apologized to me for the discrepancy and said to always mention it and they'd fix it. The current manager yelled at me for asking them to fix my order. I still love my burrito but I will no longer go to this store. I will also no longer order through the app for pickup. If I want my carnitas fix I will go through the line in person. I just won't ever do that when the line is long. Guess it's time to check out alternate options. It's amazing how customer service can make or break an experience. Too bad this time, they broke it.

Well, I see why corporate does not allow the workers to give out their names. The manager on duty (male) at the Elkton, MD (722 Pulaski Hwy) on 5/21 at 9:00 pm confirmed my DoorDash order. When the Dasher arrived, she called to inform me that Chipotle did not have regular cheese, lettuce, fajita veggies, or tomatoes/salsa. She let me talk to the manager on duty. He refused to give me queso on my burrito and salad because queso is only provided for an upcharge. Even though they did not have 4 ingredients including regular cheese, he refused to offer queso for free. He said he will only make my order without the ingredients or offer a refund.
Typically I would take the refund, but I felt badly about the Dasher already being at Chipotle. I didn’t want to waste her time. I expressed that to him and he did nor care. He told me that he was being nice offering a refund because he could have just made the items without the four ingredients. I’d really like to know how he would justify a salad with no lettuce, but that’s another story. In sum, he told me to call corporate office if I had an issue and that he needed to hang up and take care of other customers. I apologized to the Dasher because there was no way I was ordering from there. I hope Door Dash charges these horrible businesses fees when they do this to customers and Dashers. Unfortunately I don’t have the manager’s name because Chipotle does not have name tags and does not allow employees to give out names.

I am tired of people saying that Chipotle's service is terrible because they take too long. But for the record I order and they have it in 2 minutes, well Online ordering is ok, it is only a few locations where the Online service is bad. The food is always amazing no matter what you get. They are always coming up with some new meat to put on, and the Guacamole is probably the best you can get. Great job guys and keep it up!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My company and staff purchase food at this Chipotle (Gresham Oregon location) on a weekly basis and they constantly "SKIMP" on controlled portions and MAKE OUR FOOD INCORRECTLY when ordered! Don't get a wrong order or request to have a REFUND! You will NOT get your money back! They literally asked me to leave with NO REFUND as we got into a dispute about the order THEY MADE THAT WAS WRONG. They are trained to SKIMP on portions and NEVER REFUND ANYONE! Just bad service and overall bad business to NOT FIX someone's food order. We will NEVER go there again. I placed my first catering order at Chipotle. The order arrived and was missing 2 items: chicken and tortillas. I called customer service a few days later to let them know what happened. Customer service said they were going to contact the store. The message customer service provided to the store is that I was complaining about the fact the order size was small. I never said that! I don't understand how customer service changes the story from "there were 2 missing items in my order" to "the size of the order was too small".
The restaurant contacted me and said "the restaurant was just following what is in the order sheets and that I only purchased a small portion of it". This was my first and will be my last catering order at Chipotle. I not only was charged for something I didn't receive but then the restaurant blames me saying I didn't order enough food for the size of the crowd.

Poor, dirty. No clean tables. Went for napkins to clean a table myself. No napkins. Food was good. Food preparers mumbled when I asked questions about choices. No eye contact. Sloppy dressed. Very disappointed. I hope it was just this store. Not worth one star.

Chipotle used to be my favorite restaurant for dine-in, take-out and number two for catering. I used to eat at Chipotle once a week. I would order catering every time we had a group in town more than one day, behind my number one choice. In the past 5 months Chipotle has made my very high opinion of them dwindle down to the point of not purchasing anything from them. I have ordered several times at the office for a personal delivery in the last 5 months. Three out of four of the last orders have been wrong, soggy, cold and lacking what was ordered. When I "Chat with Pepper" I would usually be told it was the store's fault for my order being wrong or the delivery person took part of my order and I would get a new chips and guac in my rewards for my next purchase.
All of my orders had a Chipotle sticker on the bag that had not been tampered with. By the third time this happened I started asking to speak to a live person. I am not sure who I reached on the phone but they could not help me. I am sent back to "Pepper" or a "message" is taken for customer service. I have yet to speak to someone in customer service. A few weeks ago I ordered catering for 20 people on a Sunday for the following Wednesday. On Tuesday I received an email my catering would be delivered the following day. On Wednesday I woke up to an email stating my credit card did not go through but my order was still being made, however, I would need to go to the store to pick up my order.
I called as soon as I could get ahold of someone to rectify the situation. I was told to call the store and work it out with them. I called the store, gave my credit card information, paid for the catering and was told to contact catering to get my order delivered.... The store manager was unaware that my delivery could not be made because it was not set up through catering due to my "payment" not going through. After calling catering or customer service again I am told my payment did not go through due to a glitch in Chipotle's system but they still could not deliver my order. With an hour to go before having to feed 20 guests I had to make arrangements to go pick up my order. To pick up the order is usually not possible for me at my office.
The store manager also offered to have someone from his store deliver it for me. I spent numerous time on the phone and via email trying to get ahold of someone from Chipotle to help me understand what happened, how they could rectify the situation and how to work through this type of situation in the future. I cannot get anyone to call me. I cannot get a hold of anyone through a phone number. When I call the 833 customer service number all I am told is they can take a message and pass it along, then my message gets turned into an automated email when after 5 responses I realized I was emailing with a robot.
I looked up and tried to call Chipotle headquarters in Newport Beach, California and again received an automated machine with the option to input an extension if you knew it or to call the 833 number. As much as I used to love Chipotle I do not care to handle situations without speaking to a live Chipotle employee that can help me. I understand mistakes happen but how do we as the customer get our answers rectified through robots?

My order was not right, cold, watery, no meat. Twice this has happened. Well this time I contact customer service. I was told I would be given three tacos for being unhappy with order. Not true. I kept looking at my app for the deal. What I saw was something stated, "Buy three tacos get three free." So unaware of having to purchase three then get three. I thought it was a coupon or some other deal. It expired. My reason for reporting this. If I am promised three tacos free, why would I be looking for another deal. Not only that. You don't make me purchase nothing. Your company wronged me. Do better!!! I tried explaining that to customer service this morning 1/12/2023. She was not hearing it. I do not care if it is a little money. It's mine. Customer Service is everything.

On multiple occasions, after standing in line for 10-15 minutes, when I reached the counter to place my order, items were out of stock. What irritates me constantly is that I had to wait in line a long time before knowing something is not in stock. For example, bowls are not good without the green peppers and onions. I will not purchase a bowl without them, so if I would’ve known beforehand, I could’ve saved myself time. Why not post on the door that certain items are not in stock. Also, how can a restaurant run out of items anyway? I had instances of the following missing items: green peppers and onions, sour cream, corn, as well as vinaigrette. I just don’t understand how Chipotle is always out of items. McDonald’s is never out of French fries! It doesn’t make any sense???

Just earlier today, me, my mom, my brother and his girlfriend went to Chipotle and when we got there we were in a good mood. When it was our turn to order, I walked up and the first question he asked was "what do want?" and I responded with "a bowl" and everything was going well. Until he asked what did I want inside and I responded and he got a attitude with me for no reason. So I just ignored it trying to be calm but he was like that to all of us, when he was taking a orders. He ended up yelling at us and me being kind and shy, I stayed calm and didn't say anything in a yelling voice. My mom saw what was happening and she ended up yelling back at him. Were we in the wrong for yelling back??

Ten years ago we had an issue at one of their stores and when we contacted customer service their response was, "After reviewing the video we see nothing wrong, it was just like internal affairs covering up for one of their bad cops, and turning the citizen into a suspect for expressing a complaint about bad behavior. We are proud to say it's been ten years since we last spent a dime in their restaurants. Thank you for the lesson whoever the woman was in their customer service dept.

Account was hacked and multiple purchases made using my card on file. Called to get to the bottom of how and find resolution. Person was able to view account and relay to me exactly how my account was compromised, city it was done in (placed several pickup orders in different city), and name/number used as they replaced my info as well. Was told someone with crisis team would reach out to follow-up about what happened and help with money taken.
The person that reached out did so through email, which is fine. Avoiding direct questions was not fine. She tried to tell me she couldn't find my Chipotle account (ignoring how she was referred to reach out in the first place then, when asked). When asked what notes were relayed to her about my phone call/complaint, she kept responding with "I understand your frustration", while providing no solution or answers. She asked me to create a new account so she can transfer over my rewards points, but ignored questions of how she knows my rewards points if she doesn't see my old account. I eventually figured out through context clues that Chipotle deleted the account with an issue (did not request), so I asked about the card info that was on that account - I wanted to confirm it was deleted for good and if the hacker could have seen that information so I could cancel the card if need be - no answer for that given, just "I understand".
We reached a point where I'm literally asking several times what can Chipotle do about money taken from me, but no answer for that either. Just "reassurance" that the customer rep. wanted to help. The answers were so ridiculously indirect that I really thought I was conversing with a robot. I would have rather heard there's nothing Chipotle can do, call your bank...at least it would have been the truth upfront. I'm just one guy, and Chipotle could care less, but I have no desire to spend another dime with this restaurant chain.

When I visited Chipotle Restaurant here in San Rafael, California. The first thing I noticed is the workers not wearing masks during Preparing food. It’s a fact that when one is talking spit is dispersed Into the food. Not just saliva, but when sneezing/or coughing human body fluids go into the food. Great way to transfer bacteria from one person to another. Microorganisms from sweat, sneezing/coughing/ nasal drips/allows to Staphylococcus aureus to contaminate the foods. In addition, discussing. Speaking in general to all food chain handlers.

I placed a catering order through Chipotle's online ordering service. My order was delivered earlier than expected which I thought was great. Unfortunately when I unpacked the order a couple of items (including one of the proteins) were missing. I called Chipotle directly and spoke to Shawn. He said the delivery portion goes through Door Dash so he asked me to call the Door Dash driver and see if he could come pick up the missing items and he apologized profusely and said he'd get to working on the missing items right away.
When I spoke to the driver he said that he was in the middle of a couple of other orders and couldn't help me and to call Door Dash support. When I did that I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then transferred to Chipotle customer service. At that point I hung up and called and spoke to Shawn again. He was on the phone with Door Dash getting them to come pick up the missing items from my order. Shawn was so helpful and really apologetic. Thank you Shawn!

Visited two location in Cherry Hill NJ Sunday 7/31/22. First was not taking orders not even online orders and the other location you can order online and pick up in restaurant. Waited 83 minute to get my order. Looks like shareholders caring to fill out their pocket and don’t care about the service. There was only two employee working and more than 50 customer waiting. Food was poor quality and the quantity and the quality of the ingredients not what Chipotle used to be.

I went to the Downtown Cleveland Chipotle 7/12 and 7/13 and the employees refused to take my order due to the system being down. I waited in line 20 mins before anyone said the system was down. The employees was rude, making nasty comments about it and I wasted 2 breaks and gas. I went to Chipotle website to file a complaint via chat. I spent 35 minutes, 4 different agents only for them to tell me I can't be compensated for all the inconvenience.

I have been to Chipotle many times and the food is excellent. Unfortunately they are so slow and there is always a big line even though some days there is 8 people working there prepping the food.. I am not a vegan but I tried this vegan chorizo with white rice, black beans, corn, lettuce and guacamole. I was entirely floored with the flavor. Before you had this choice I have tried the salad sans meat and it was good but the chorizo took it to a new level. Thank you for having this choice on the menu.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from the 44th Street, Grandville, MI location. I do it over their site for a later pick-up time. Again, my food was stolen, I stood there waiting 18 minutes and when the guy finally handed my order, I was asking for a refund as I was on a work break. The manager said she could not give me a refund and I had to call phone number. When I got home the tacos were not chicken but beef and the burrito was also beef and not chicken. They did not put a receipt in the bag, and after the girl got my order number off my phone I deleted it. They always send me an email, but this order did not get an email, so, without the email or order number I cannot get a refund. If these are franchised owned...you're not a very smart business leaving food for anyone to grab by anyone. Never will buy from any Chipotle again.

I placed a dinner order tonight in the interest of saving time while also having a meal to enjoy. What a disappointment!! Whoever made the order definitely took short cuts and didn’t read what I asked to be in my bowl. I was missing half my order. There was no chicken, no corn salsa, but they did decide to randomly add sour cream. This is where it took a turn for the worse. When I tried to call the restaurant, all I got was some automated answering voice that wouldn’t patch me through to the restaurant until much yelling on my part. It just kept trying to take an order.
When I was FINALLY put through the restaurant the phone just rang and rang until a voice mailbox came on asking for an access code and THEN it just hung up! So this meal that was supposed to be quick and easy turned into a huge unnecessary ordeal because now we have to go back to the restaurant and complain in person and get our order redone. I work in customer service and this is just the worse type I’ve come across! When a service is being provided you have to be able to reach someone and that was most certainly not the case here.
Not only do the employees need to pay MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, but Chipotle also has to have a better way of resolving this conflicts in a timely manner. Their only suggestion by this automated voice was to click a link in the confirmation email of the order. I’m hungry NOW! How long do they expect customers to wait for a resolution?! I’m terribly disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but this whole experience has certainly made me very reluctant of even giving them another chance in the future.

The Chipotle in Columbia MD is the worst. I ordered 4 entrees. Two of the entrees were carnitas and there was no carnitas in it at all. I am not saying a little carnitas. I am saying none. I called but there is no answer just a system to take orders. I tried to do the online chat and I asked for a return call. I got nothing. This was on May 25th and I am still waiting for my call. The entrees were so small. When I took them in the bag they were so light I knew there wasn’t much in them. Chipotle you have got to do better. You have a good business going on but you remember how your business was doing bad several years ago when people stop patronizing you. You have to be responsible for customer issues.

I placed a catering order 2 days in advance. On the day of the order, I got text messages from Doordash that Chipotle has canceled my order. Chipotle NEVER contacted me about the cancellation. When I called the catering line, I got moved around in circles and never really had a way of contacting customer service. The recording referred me to the store. When I called the store, I got a recorded message about them not being able to help even though that was where I was directed. TWO HOURS after the order was supposed to be delivered, I still have no resolution. I will NO LONGER patronize CHIPOTLE for anything! They are terrible at resolving issues if at all. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!

Chipotle used to be flavorful, but over the past couple of years, they are changing how they season. Their white rice used to be full of salt, lime juice and cilantro, now it is just bland. It had added a lot of flavor before. I like the sofritas, but is also much more bland lately. I have been going to different Chipotle restaurants in the KC area to see if it might just be a few, but the change seems consistent. I used to eat at Chipotle a few times a month. Now I go about once every 4 months, and I don't think I will even go that frequently - it's very disappointing.

This review is a combination of things. I have been wanting to stop going to Chipotle for a very long time for one reason. I do not like how there is not an express lane. I order the same burrito bowl several times a week and it would pain me to have to stand in line behind 5 people that were ordering multiple meals for other people. They frequently had questions about what was what and the wait was sometimes as long as a half hour and even longer, while my meal took less than a minute to prepare. The workers never had to ask me what I wanted because they always knew. This tells me Chipotle does not care about their customers. I cannot quite find the right words to describe how wrong this feels. Yes, there is the option to order ahead, but I am a last minute person and prefer not to.
I also do not care for how Chipotle has been handling the pandemic. Some stores closed down indoor placing of orders and indoor eating. The only way to pay was online through their app. If you just happened to be out and about with a craving for Chipotle and do not own a smart phone, too bad for you. You were only allowed to pick up your meal at the door outside in the cold. You could not see them prepare it for you. It seemed like more of a test run to see how many people would accept this (which, sad to say, but many did) because not all Chipotle stores did this, but you can bet I permanently banned the ones that did.
Now, about the food, lately I have been noticing this terrible smell coming from their food. Today, I purchased a burrito bowl and as I was driving home and sitting at a traffic light, I smelled this odor of very bad diarrhea and or rotting flesh. I was certain the driver in front of me let one rip and it some how escaped his car and got into mine. I closed all my vents, but the smell persisted. When I got home, I aired out my car, and went to go eat. When I opened the bag, there it was - this horrible smell. While taking the lid off, some salsa and barbacoa meat soiled my hand and since my garbage was full and the toilet was right there I disposed of it in the toilet - not something I would normally do.
These two gobs of meat and salsa moved around as though they were alive following each other in the toilet. They were making quick moves after being still, like a magnet, moves that could not come from toilet current. I do not know what they are selling as food, but I have noticed this smell at Chipotle (all of them!) for quite some time (years), just not as pungent as today. This went straight to the trash. I am absolutely disgusted and I think I will be testing more unquestionable food from wherever in the toilet from now on. Chipotle was the only fast food place I would go to, but not anymore.

Today I called into the phone line to place a catering order for up to 50 people for the military base. The girl Susan on the phone was not a good listener. I told her it was my first time doing a order. She was very impatient and made deep sighs when I asked questions. She also would stop me in mid questions to tell me I can't do that instead of giving me some options. She gave me a price of add-on for chips for 43.20 and said it was the same size bag you walk out with in the store for normal orders. She told me I was duplicating lettuce orders and I asked her can she help make an order without any duplication. She kept repeating it just basic to build a burrito but I am Hispanic and I do understand a burrito. She was beyond confusing, and short with me. She also told me she is the only one who can do my order. I am now reconsidering going with some other option moving forward.

Me and my dad went to Chipotle after there was nothing to eat in our house and we couldn’t find anything else. I decided to go with my normal meal - a chicken burrito. Everything was fine until the wrapping of the burrito came along and I could tell it looked like it would fall apart but I left it alone. I get home hungry and ready to enjoy the burrito and I can’t even get it out the foil before it fell apart. With the amount of money my dad paid for that meal there is no reason why the burrito should’ve fell apart. The food tasted good and once I got the burrito under control it was very enjoyable but it was too expensive for me to have to rewrap the burrito myself. Unacceptable.

What is going on with Chipotle?? I ordered 2 bowls, on the app, on Feb 14, 2022. One bowl was right the other wasn’t anywhere near. When I called the Hermitage, Pennsylvania store to tell them They said “no problem”. They told me that they would write it in the book and anytime I wanted I could come and get it. Today, March 8, 2022, I stopped to get the bowl. When I got to the register the girl, who turned out to be the manager, said “it’s not in the book”. I told her then we have a problem. She told me that she had to see a “bank statement”. I said that I ordered it on the app. When I opened the app it wanted updated. So, I updated it and couldn’t find my orders. When I asked her if she could help me locate them she said “we don’t work with apps”. So, I said fine that I would stand there and find it myself.
She also stated that she didn’t say that “I was lying”. After some minutes I found my orders, but by now she had disappeared to the back. When she came back from her phone call, she must have called someone about me. She finally came back, I showed her my app order, which she barely glanced at and decided to allow me to take my food. She never said she was sorry for her rudeness or said thanks when I was leaving. We have been a customer of that restaurant for many years and I am saddened by the treatment. I had to notice that she was all smiles for the tall young men ahead of me.

I purposely waited 12 hours prior to posting this to "gain perspective". So I'll merely lay out the facts. I ordered a Steak Burrito online from Chipotle through their "Guac Zone" app. (Note: this does not get you free Quac immediately). Ordered at 5:34 P.M. and arrived for the order at 5:46 P.M. It was not ready and the front line knew nothing about it. After checking the back kitchen the counterperson emerged from the back kitchen with my bag. At this point I had decided to eat-in restaurant and opened my bag. The Steak Burrito was cold. I don't mean a "lack of heat", it was cold. I presented the cold burrito to the counterperson thinking they would surely remake it on the spot. That would have been "pride in the product" and "concern for the customer". No such luck, as the three counterpersons stood there with blank looks claiming there was nothing they could do.
At this point I sat down and resigned myself to eating a Cold Steak Burrito. As I was taking my second bite, visions of Chipotle's E. coli outbreaks of 2015 appeared in my head and bested my hunger. So I plopped the Burrito on the front counter and left. Complain you say? Ah yes, the "comment & contact line" in the "Guac App" is "inhabited" by an A.I. or robot. The "inhabitant" even acknowledged it was a "robot". Seizing on some keywords the AI/Robot issued an immediate credit to my Google Pay Account (actually wait 5 to 10 days). No apology, merely a comment about "missing the mark". The automatic refund facility here had me chuckling to myself about how a dishonest person might abuse the system.

ISSUE with BRAINTREE, MA (South Shore Plaze) Chipotle -- Once again, I tried to give Chipotle another chance and order lunch from them.. Order was messed up.. Guac was all over my salad after I asked for 'NO GUAC' - FOOD ALLERGY... However, my biggest problem with this company is that I cannot get in contact with the Store or the Executive Offices.. The only person picking up a phone in the ENTIRE COMPANY is Catering (Looking for more money and was to mess up orders).. Well NO THANK YOU.. I am done with Chipotle... I cannot begin to do business with a Company that cannot answer their phones, especially when they mess up an order.

I’d like to thank Chipotle Mexican Grill at their Maxtown location for yet another botched order. Not sure how a company can charge me $35 for 2 bowls, 2 bags of chips and a side of quac, and I get 1 bowl, 1 wrap (that says bowl), and no chips. I can’t blame the DoorDash folks since they are the couriers, but I’m consistently having problems with this Chipotle location. For the money, it’s no longer worth ordering from this restaurant for it to come to me wrong.

Food is healthy and taste okay in Chipotle here in Fargo. I like to eat their food and a regular customer there. However, now they give very little meat (that it is hard to find meat in the meal) and other side dishes than usual, which is frustrating as I am giving them preference over other and paying for this. As it is happening frequently now, I am going to think twice before choosing their food again and try my best to avoid them. I pray that this restaurant gets ripped-off, the same way they are ripping off others.

On 10/18/2021, I ordered a steak burrito/extra steak for my daughter. As she started to eat her burrito she noticed that the steak was pink. The meal was a waste. I spent over 17.00 dollars for this meal. My money does not grow on trees. I left a customer review on their website but still have not heard back from them. I will not be going back.

I was excited about trying the new Brisket Bowl. I was deeply disappointed. The Brisket was more like a seasoning because is most definitely meant to be a protein. Not once did I actually come across an actual piece of meat, just the top scraping I guess was supposed to represent the burnt ends portion of the brisket. The really sad part is that they had never to charge at least a dollar more than the other dishes.

We walked into the Fountain City Chipotle to order food after 6 o’clock to say that it was digital only. Walked outside, order the food, walked back in at seven when the food said it would be ready - the manager refused to make her food and refused to give her a refund stating that they had to close at 5 PM which was not true because the door was unlocked when we walked in.
Multiple people went in and got their food before us and then 25 to 30 people after us were met at the door with paid orders and she refused to give refunds. That is theft and only after we talk to a police officer did we see a message that we were going to get a refund receipt. She said we had to contact corporate which would respond which they did not. This is absolutely ridiculous and this management should not ever be in place at Chipotle. She needs to be removed and there is no excuse for the door to be closed at seven much less five on a Sunday when they’re supposed to be open.

I went to Chipotle hoping for a good burrito bowl and I got everything I want on it and I asked for normal salsa and the dude gave me a hot sauce stuff that was super hot and my mouth was on fire for the next 30 minutes. I couldn’t eat my bowl and had to throw it away because every bite was hotter and Chipotle's prices are way way way out of the league of what they should be in the end. I have never had a good experience with Chipotle.

Ordered thru DoorDash so no subs or changes. Checked online for nutrition - Good Luck! Impossible to get nutrish info. Their app requires you to ID everything that went into the taco. Who knows what they do as a standard process. I know what I ordered. And, if there are no changes, there should be nutrish info published, not something I have to figure out!

Chipotle in Lauderhill (store number 5435) is becoming like all the rest of the low level fast food restaurants. I don't order from them often, but when I do, to keep from standing inside in a line I do what is considered the smart thing and order online. Like clockwork, no matter how many times I do or how far and in between I do they NEVER have my food ready in a timely manner. I end up having to either cancel the order or stand there and wait as if I never did a thing online. What exactly then is the point?
Then on top of it, these rude, careless, lackluster employees that Chipotle keeps hiring, apparently just to save a buck, seems to add icing to the dry, tasteless cake. They move like sloths and if you don't address them, they will let you stand there like a fool instead of doing their job and trying to find out what is going on and how to rectify it. Finally to add insult to injury, they NEVER have all of the items you request. So to be clear, online is a waste of time, they don't have valid inventory, AND the workers are rude and albeit pointless in their given positions. My opinion save your money and learn to cook. Chipotle needs to do and be better!

The amount of food that they are giving is crazy. They almost count the chicken pieces and everything that they put in the bowl is extremely low, the prices are ridiculous. Before that I use to buy food there they I almost giving the money to them for free. I understand if they charge more for the normal amount, but pay more for less food is not right. I just wanted my favorite thing to get from there, which is a quesadilla. Apparently, I cannot get it delivered to my house. I'm not always able to go in-stores to pick up my things or order, so this was highly inconvenient for me. I don't know why I can't just get my quesadilla delivered if it could be picked up in-store. To say I was disappointed with Chipotle is an understatement. My family and I were horrified at the portion size I received. I have been ripped off before with the portion size that comes with online orders but the portion size from your joint is a new low. Including the fluffiness of whatever little lettuce I had, it came up to almost half the bowl and for $10?!
I could hardly find any of the chicken I ordered, there was probably 3 teaspoonful of the cauliflower rice and the rest was fajita, lettuce, corn and tomato salsa. When I first picked up the covered bowl from the bag, I thought there must have been a mistake and that somehow I had by accident clicked on a new midget size meal. So, I had to cut up my own lettuce to add to the meagre meal I was going to have. If I had roasted chicken in my fridge I would have thrown that into my midget bowl but then, if I did have my own roasted chicken why would I wait an hour to throw my money away? Ordered online, told me to come at 8.15pm and they handed me the bag at 9.20pm. So, never again unless I feel like re-enacting concentration camp dining experiences.

Today when we ordered food from Chipotle, we got raw and uncooked rice in the burrito bowl. This is not the first time that we have been experiencing this problem this year and past year and today we reached our breaking point. Earlier when we experienced this situation, we thought it might be a one off situation but today's was the limit of serving uncooked rice. We have been a consistent consumer of Chipotle because our daughter loves the burrito bowl from Chipotle but because of these repeated bad experiences, I believe we are going to stop ordering food from Chipotle.
I am so disappointed with this experience now as I think they have lost their ability to take care of their food quality. I called back the restaurant now and have send the food back with my husband to return it back to them. I placed an online order for pick up at 7:00pm at this location: 400 S State Rd, Springfield, PA 19064. One person is working when I get there and wait for 10 minutes, no customers in the store. 3 online order customers came in and left with theirs. 15 minutes pass, now there's a line. FOUR people come trickling out of the back. Still no order. 2 minutes later, the only person working mumbles something and hands me a bag of food THAT ISN'T EVEN MINE. Obviously angry, "this isn't my ** food, it's been 15 minutes. Where is it? 1 person is working, 4 sitting in the back? What's going on?"
The GENERAL MANAGER tells me that they are refusing service to me and will issue a refund. My boyfriend then calls EIGHT TIMES to speak with a manager and they ignored 6 of them and placed him on hold 2 times until he hung up. He then proceeded to DRIVE to the location where the GENERAL MANAGER told him no order was placed. MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED 28 DOLLARS FROM THAT LOCATION?!?! I am demanding a full refund for the cowardly, rude overall experience I encountered tonight. I DIDN'T EVEN GET MY FOOD! I also want to see the termination of this so called GM. I will NEVER go back to this location, Chipotle company in general have clearly lost two regular customers especially if this giant issue is NOT resolved appropriately.

Been to Trinity parkway location in Stockton and had extremely salty chicken and beans as it was disgusting and made me feel horrible with upset stomach. I went to Lathrop, Ca location and fajitas were so salty I felt sick to my stomach and had dry heaves and very bad stomach ache for about 36 hours. Beware of these locations as it's not worth your health and/or getting sick. I am not going back ever again; I'm done with hoping they will get better as this is ridiculous and even crazy.

This location in Greensboro NC on Wendover is THE WORST location of any. The General Manager here is a rude moron and the service people in the line are equally rude and stupid, with a very few exceptions. This will be the third AND LAST time they mess up an order of mine. These people add things you do not want and leave things off that you ordered. They are so small on the portions compared to their other locations. It is ridiculous. They also charged us two up charges of $4.00 total for a rice substitution, they never advised us of. The food in addition, is constantly cold and old tasting. I have seen them drop serving spoons on the floor, pick them up and just wipe them off and then continue serving the food with that utensil. They also are constantly out of items during busy times and they are the most popular items so they should plan better to avoid this happening so often.
The General Manager, refused to provide me with the name of the District Manager and spoke to me very rudely and then hung up on me. I will never return and you should all avoid it as well. It is dirty, they used utensils that fell on the floor, the food temperatures are not properly maintained and the food sits too long in the pan becoming dried out. WE run a blog with over 35 thousand regular readers and they can be sure that this review will also be in the next blog. Hopefully some of those 35 thousand readers will each share this with a few of their friends, who will also share this etc etc. People are going out of business during this Pandemic and customers are getting harder to come by as well. I will do all within my power to divert any potential customers from this location. The Chipotle Corp office hides their phone number from the public so no voice calls can make it to them. This place is just bad news!!!

Every single order I get from Chipotle is always messed up. Today I got half size burritos for full price. They forgot my kids chocolate milks with their kids meals, one kid wanted kids fruit, the other kids chips and they made both orders kids fruit. I'm now having to waste my time sitting here leaving this review because my meal was so whack that it's a moral obligation to leave a poor review, it's unacceptable to charge full price for half ** orders. Last time I ordered I got tortilla crumbled into a ball with the tinfoil smashed into the crumbled tortilla balls and couldn’t pull the tortillas apart to use them without tinfoil peel off and stuck all over the tortilla, it was inedible, numerous orders are like this from two different locations, Chipotle does not handle food and orders with care at all.

I went to Chipotle last night and ordered a burrito and a carnitas bowl. All condiments are right in front of you including the guacamole which has always been added at no additional charge. Not last night though. They charged me $2.25 each one for the burrito and one for the bowl. The amount they put on each one, I could’ve made a huge batch of guacamole for several people. Not to mention I wasn’t told it was extra. I’ve never been charged before and am disappointed and disgusted. I will never go back.

A foreign object stuck me in the mouth while eating food prepared at this location in Virginia Beach! I got sick eating their food and my lab results tested positive for E Coli! I accrued over $1,000 in medical bills and they tell me because no body else reported that they fell ill eating their food, Chipotle would not claim responsibility for the E Coli. BUT they linked the thorny object to their beans! What the heck! Their big time insurance adjuster said, because I got stuck in the mouth... they would offer me money. Like they were doing me a favor. A few hundred dollars. KEEP IT! I don’t want your money!

The prices of a meal are not exactly cheap, when they pour the meat, the guacamole or other ingredients the servers give you small amounts instead of the full spoon which they are using to serve. Words cannot express on how much this location in Montclair CA continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I order 50 dollars worth of food. When I received my food I was missing 2 items. Instead of we would replace the orders the female manager said, "Well maybe the door dash ate it." On 7.14.2020 I ordered a couple meals through the Chipotle app. for delivery. Doordash apparently delivers the meals so when I decided to call this time (meals are frequently wrong from this location and I've never complained prior) to see if this could be corrected. Doordash told me I would have to reorder the meals in order to trigger a second delivery. I asked him why I would need to pay twice and his response was that he would refund me the entire first order. I asked for an email because I didn't trust it. When I received the email it states I was only going to receive a 25% refund. Today, 7.23.2020, Doordash told me they don't handle the refunds and that it would be from Chipotle. Chipotle doesn't have a customer service department from what I can.

I love this place. My first experience came to me out of desperation. I just had a terrible experience with Papa John's pizza (hair in food, no full refund only 30% back, still waiting 3 weeks later) anyway I was looking for nearby places that delivered and stumbled upon this place. The size of the burritos. The fast delivery. The great taste. The great customer service. The best of the best. My food was delivered to the wrong address and I notified the company. I told them I still received my eats but it was something to work on. Within 24hours I had a response and a free entree with sides for the inconvenience. Also a mishap on the app lead me to ordering double of what I wanted. I called. They responded in less than 24 hours again. I got a full refund for the mishap and was even allowed to keep the extra food. Awesome place. 10 stars if possible.

My only suggestion is that they offer the option of putting fish in the big bowl. Beef, pork, & chicken are good but it would be great if they also offered salmon.

I visited Chipotle at the New location in Concord Mills pkwy in Concord NC. Beware. The manager’s there are disrespectful and uncaring. I had received Bad food and called Jaye the manager whom stated for me to come in and get a replacement. Well NOT TRUE. I made a special trip and when ordering I saw Jaye the manager because I asked if the pinto beans were done today... which is what made me SICK BEFORE!!!! And unable to EAT!!! She looked right at me and Ran Into The Office. I guess she knew the the other manager would not approve my order!!!! When I asked for her to come out and verify our conversation I was told that she was in a meeting. REALLY!!!!! The male tall manager refused to honor the replacement in front of A long line of people. How embarrassing!!! I was appalled and pissed ???? off and disrespected. This manager thought this WAS FUNNY. It's almost like calling national number to corporate and selecting 4 or 0, and later find out that over 10 of their's departments are fake including famous customer service department. Chipotle is constantly changing. They rely on putting more work for you in a short amount of time. All their rules are ridiculous. For example, washing hands at the top of the hour is required and yet not everyone does it. All of these so called "field leaders" are getting paid so much money to do basically nothing. I was there for a year and a half and have seen multiple employees getting fired for silly reasons. Also, we were at our 4th GM. You may not take a break during peak hour or prep anything. Even washing dishes is not allowed. They have two food orders a week which is dumb.
You have to grate cheese, cut lettuce and wash dishes by hand every day. When you do your job, they still want to nitpick, making a small issue into a big one. When I decided to quit it was a hard choice, knowing I'll be out of a job with no money. I did it anyway. GM's don't help when you need it. Employees can't work as a team as they're busy chitchatting. I blame the CEO Brian Niccol for changing things. Employees lost hours and ended up quitting. At the end of the day, Chipotle isn't high quality. They think everything is fresh but in reality it isn't.

I cater lunches several x a week and can honestly say chipotle catering is the worst. I called to place an order- 7 min wait time before someone even picked up - it took 20 mins to place the order and they said something was wrong with their system and couldn’t get a confirmation. Took my number and said they would call back. They never did. I called back the next day and not only did they not apologize but they admitted they didn’t have my order. Asked to speak to a mgr and he wasn’t helpful. Worst customer service - they don’t deserve catering business. Use anyone else!

2 weeks ago me and my husband's cards got hacked on the Chipotle app. Our banks froze the accounts and we were refunded our money. I emailed chipotle and today I got a call back from the security team and she told me she was calling to make sure I followed up with my bank and that was basically it. I loved their food but this was ridiculous. We were inconvenienced because their site got hacked and she had to say was, "Make sure you follow up with your bank," like we haven’t already did that. Today I experienced buying a salad from Chipotle where the lettuce was literally floating in a sea of iced cubes. The clerk was trying to pull pieces of lettuce out of the water, shaking it and then putting on the plate. I stopped her after watching her place about 6 pieces on the plate. This is a weekly lunch spot and the salad is my regular order. I asked if they had any lettuce without ice and they said no. Come on Chipotle. You need to empower the staff to NOT serve anything that looks and tastes this bad. It was lunchtime and there was a grocery store directly across the street. Send some there and buy some fresh ingredients. Had I known I would not have come here. It will be quite a while before I return.

I ordered two bowls online, 1 with extra guacamole and one veggie with guacamole. The guacamole was an odd brown color and had a bad taste. I called and was told he knew exactly what I was talking about but due to a shortage of avocados, they were serving below quality guacamole. I suggested that there should be a way to warn consumers online or using the app but he said he was told by managers "higher than me" to serve it as is. I explained if I ordered in the store and saw the color, I would not have asked for guacamole but since it was online, I didn't see it until I was home. Three times he explained that he knew it was poor quality but he served it anyway. I am thinking if a manager or company is aware of a quality issue, they would suspend selling it. I was not offered money back on the extra I paid for or the veggie bowl that was covered in it. I sent pictures to their customer service department.

When ordering one Chipotle burrito from the Chipotle app there was an issue getting the burrito remade or getting a refund. The individual Chipotle restaurant (2484 E. Main St Bexley, Oh 43209) I was told could not refund one single burrito because I was not able to pick it up at the available time. I wanted to get it remade but they would not do it so I ask for a refund and they said I had to send an e-mail through the app which does not solve the problem here and now. The worker were very unprofessional when dealing with customers. I've seen this over and over again with this particular location. That's why I usually avoid this location but decided to order here today. This will be my final time ordering from this location.

This was by far the most poorly ran Chipotle I have ever been to. ALL the tables were dirty and not wiped off and empty. The line was long and SO slow by the time we did get our food it was cold. They had NO forks or small tortillas. The last time I was there they didn't have ice. I had to ask for the tables to be wiped twice. I also spoke to the manager when I tried to get a fork and he didn't seem to care much at all. Said they were working on things but seriously didn't care his store was a wreck.

I asked for a little guac to sub for them being out of cheese, how can this place be out of cheese?? The guy says “NO” we have to charge for that, so I said well is my food cheaper since I cannot get what is supposed to come with it? He had the worst attitude ever! I ended up buying chips and guac which he filled a quarter full just to be a complete jerk. The cashier never said hello or goodbye. All I got always a frown and "please step aside". So, If you hate your job find a different one. There were 3 people hanging out talking (while working) and nowhere to sit for customers. Like, grab a rag dude so the PAYING customers can sit down to eat their partial meals that they paid full price for!!
Absolutely horrendous experience and I will not be back and I am going to tell EVERYONE I know how I was treated!! This is probably the 4th or 5th time in this particular store that it has been an embarrassing visit for them. EVERYONE working there has an attitude for some reason and I mean EVERYONE on the front line. I can promise you I will not be back. Wendy’s and other places are right there and guess what? They are friendly...

I walked into the location on 2303 W. 95th today. And I ordered a chicken bowl then after informing my server about what to put on my bowl, the next server grab my bowl. Third she goes to the manager. I want cilantro instead of lettuce so he says that he can’t allow me the cilantro then after 15 mins of debating with me he screams out, "You have to pay extra."

I had to laugh because I was looking at Google news and on there it said that Chipotle won’t offer beyond burgers or impossible burgers because they are processed!!!! The funny part of this is in that same ad it said they will still offer a tofu vegetarian dish. HELLO.... tofu is processed, along with fries, chicken nuggets, etc. Do they really think people are that blind and dumb? Chipotle you better get your stories straight before speaking especially on Google!!!!

I placed a catering order with Chipotle catering, outside the 24 hour time frame. I received a confirmation email saying my catering order would be delivered at 12:00 on July 3. The day of July 3rd, I received a phone call from the New York Chipotle store at 11:15 stating they had to cancel my order as they had not received it until now. Being that it was only 45 min until my business lunch, and I received a confirmation email, I was a little upset. I asked if she could still prepare the food, and I would come and pick it up. The store said they did not have enough food and could not offer me anything, the order had to be cancelled. Later that afternoon, after I scrambled to get lunch for a very important office, I called customer Customer Service and stated that I had been charged for the lunch. Customer Service said I would hear from them within 24 business hours. Being that it was a Holiday weekend, I waited to call back.
As of today, July 10th, I had still not heard from anyone at Chipotle. I called customer once again. There was no record of my complaint with Customer Service, and I have yet to receive my refund. I understand that things happen, but the way both the store and Customer Service handled this situation is beyond unprofessional. There were no solutions, apologies, or how can they fix their mistake offered. Being in an industry where I use catering daily, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Highly disappointed in the way this situation has been handled.
