I choose Chick-fil-A regardless of the city because these restaurants are consistent. Always there is a person cleaning tables, offering additional drinks, and generally being of service. Always I find the restaurant clean with high ratings. Personnel obviously receive great training because all are clean, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding menu options. I believe the prices are competitive with major restaurants that are not necessarily fast foods, the food is good, and the food presentation is attractive. Beyond that, service is fast so I can be on my way quickly if I need to be.

Today I had a bad experience in your restaurant inside the Montgomery Mall. Two persons taking care of the orders. The old lady who took mine had hearing problems, so I repeated my order three times and she acknowledged it. She got distracted getting the soda and forgot to add my second sandwich so I reminded her about it and she repeated the whole order. She gave me the order incomplete. When asked about my second sandwich she raised her voice and told me "You did not mention it". I said to her: "Yes, I told you three times and you said I hear you now". She already was upset and immediately started yelling at me "my mistake, here is your sandwich FREE OF CHARGE, YOUR SANDWICH IS FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE I DID NOT HEAR YOU!!!"
I explained to her that I did not need a free sandwich and wanted to pay for my second sandwich but she keep yelling, "YOUR SANDWICH IS FREE OF CHARGE!!!" People started laughing. I just took my little bag and went to find a place to eat my meal. To my surprise, the second sandwich was not the grilled one I order for my husband, so again I waited in line to return the wrong order. People around me were looking at her and laughing on me. Nobody wanted to be served by the lady and they started leaving the line. A nice young server asked (looking at me) Grill Sandwich? I took the risk and talked to the lady who immediately apologize for the inconvenient. She took the wrong order and gave me the right one. I am not coming back to this location.

Today, I had ordered medium fries and a cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. Well, sad to say, today's order was not good. The fries were overcooked by a great deal. Almost like they were doubled cooked. If I wanted chips, I would buy potato chips. Yep, that crunchy. Plus, I have a salad without avocado ranch dressing. They never gave me the dressing. Who does that? Ugh, I wanted dressing with my salad. Since the fries were bad, I am afraid to try the salad. Will I go back to this store? Nope, not going back. I just started working after being out of work 14 months and trying to find a steady lunch place. Scratching Chick-fil-A off my list of favorites. I was at the store on Tuesday, 28 November, 2017, at 12:02:12 PM.

Stopped going for quite some time until I heard that they had the Oriental salad back. I returned - and was a 2 to 3 time per week customer. Then suddenly... They discontinued it again! I'm NOT going back. Chick-Fil-A's Oriental salad was the BEST fast food salad on the market... But many of these fast food places discontinue their outstanding items for no apparent reason. It's not like it didn't sell. It was brought back the first time because of the outcry from unhappy customers. Also their chicken is mediocre; I much prefer Popeyes chicken.

After arriving home we learned that half our order was missing. Immediately we called the restaurant and requested a refund or replacement but since we live far a refund would be better. We were told "we are busy right now, someone will call you back." Two days later we called back and were told "the girl who responds to these issues only does so on Fridays and Mondays so she probably call you Monday." Waited four more days. Called restaurant again, we were provided a number for "Cynthia." We called Cynthia at 2 pm, she picked up the phone sounding half asleep, failed to identify herself, and laughed at me when I asked if she was really the manager. I chose not to continue speaking to her because she sounded asleep and was whispering. This was a terrible experience and we would appreciate a full refund.

The restaurant is always neat and clean while the lines at the register are always orderly, they don't allow people to get in front of anyone who was already waiting in line and they do it in a classy way... not by being ignorant. I have literally taken my children to Chick-fil-A restaurants their entire life. They are now 30 and 31. I usually go to Chick-fil-A and either get a chicken salad sandwich meal or I get the chicken salad sandwich in containers and take it home. Imagine my grief today and my husband and I went to go get some chicken salad sandwich meals and we were told that it been permanently removed from the menu. Really? The reasoning they had been given to tell customers was that they were updating the menu two new flavors. Now we have bacon chicken with cheese that's a heavy greasy blah! Now you're looking like you're Carl's Jr.
Every fast food restaurant serves heavy greasy food. Reason we like Chick-fil-A was because you could get relatively healthy food there and still be going out for fast food. Now you're trying to change it and it wasn't broken. Watch the TV show The Profit, he goes in and fix his businesses and the first thing he tells them is "Don't change your core products." People expect them and have been eating them for 30 years. What is wrong with you people who bought this place? It used to be the only fast food place I thought had integrity and now I really wonder. I will no longer be your customer.

Usually I go to another Chick-fil-A... it is near my home. Recently, I stopped going there. The last day I went the floor was so dirty and sticky, I was in a state of shock. My experience with Chick-fil-A... has been wonderful. I observe the managers always working just as hard as the other employees. At this particular Chick-fil-A... the floor was really dirty... sticky... as well as other problems... and the manager was merely standing around talking. I don't know what has happened at that Chick-fil-A, but... I won't go back. I don't recognize any of the former employees, as they have all changed. The atmosphere has also changed... from very warm to cold and uncaring. This place is near Rollins College in Orlando. I don't know the exact address. I think it is on or near Mills Ave.
Someone from corporate needs to go unannounced. I went to this place every day for years. Both the service and food were wonderful. Now, my favorite sandwich had such hard bread on it, it has turned me against the chicken salad sandwich... The normal clean Chick-fil-A was dirty... and food was cold... and bread hard. I am now going to a REALLY great Chick fi-A... on east Colonial Drive. One of the employees there went beyond the call of duty to make sure my family had a really wonderful experience. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful employee this man is. His name is Jeromey **. He said he had been there for over 20 years. Everything about that Chick fil-A was A. I love my local Chick-fil-A because #1, they cook the best chicken sandwich of all the Chick-fil-A's. A good number of them know me by name, even though I moved, when I'm able to visit they still call me by name! Surprised to see any poor reviews on this page, with all of Chick-fil-A considered they deserve at least a 4.2 yet so many poor reviews have been allowed that they have a 2 star. Not true. So if you are new to the Chick-fil-A experience, try it for yourself before basing it on what other people say badly about it that haven't even met you. Hope that helps!

Went to my favorite restaurant and put in my order--wasn't until I got home that I didn't find the large soup I ordered--I know--should have checked before I drove away but I trusted you guys. Opened my chicken salad sandwich and guess what--there was about one scant tablespoon of salad on each side of the sandwich. There was more lettuce on the DRY bread than salad. So now I guess I will have to go to the Sonic next Door. You lost a good customer. I have my receipt for $8.82--definitely NOT worth the wait in line. Plus I was charged an extra $1.06 for the fruit cup which I thought I could switch out for the fries and $.20 more for the lemonade which I thought was included in the # 9 meal.

This Chick-fil-A location is horrible! The employees need major help! It's obvious no one is properly training them how to run a restaurant! The drive thru is always 20 cars long, wrapped around building, no matter what time of day! Every time, I visit my order is always incorrect! I order for my entire family and they stuff everything in 1 small paper bag! To cram 1 large soup, 2 fries, 2 8-count nuggets, and 2 sandwiches in 1 bag makes my blood pressure high every time I leave this sorry joint, my bag always ends up ripping and the food falling out! Quit being so cheap and use 3-4 separate bags so I can check the order and make sure all my food is there. This location is so bad it needs to be shut down, these children running the place need to be fired, they are rude (never apologize) and have no knowledge about customer service! I hope you get help for this location!

We placed our order at 7:11 pm. I had to ask for a manager at 7:27 to get our order. Everyone who seated around us received their food & begun eating well into their meals. I tried to flag the runner down. However; he kept ignoring me when I tried numerous times to gain his attention. When I saw what I figure was our meal being given to another table the gentleman sitting there, get up and walked to the counter with the salad that I ordered, I followed. Knowing that that gentleman did not open the sealed salad that I would take that, Since we waited so long. Trying to tell this to the very rude and disrespectful employee "Nas". He did not care about my concern, what I wanted to say how long I had waited or what food went to who.
The employee named Nas (which I am sure must be short for Nasty) pointed to the counter and said, "You have to wait at the end of the counter at the take out line." Was not polite. VERY RUDE but gets MUCH WORSE was not concerned why I was there, didn't care. He knew that I had been trying to get his attention for some reason and was brushing this off. I went down to the end of the counter and tried to gain SOMEONE'S ELSE'S ATTENTION! It was obvious he had no Interest in fixing his mistake.
I spoke to the another employee, Noting that we ordered our food at 7:11 and it was 7:27 and we didn't have our food. I wanted to speak to a manager. After a few more minutes my food and the manager arrived with what felt like an insincere apology. I noted that last week we came I gave a glowing feedback because the food was great, nice folks, clean space, etc and today it has been horrible! I Explained to the manager about the young man that gave our food away, him ignoring us and my not so friendly interaction at the counter with him and I just wanted to not wait for more salad. PLUS not only did I get treated horribly but this man & woman who sat down 10 mins after us who got our food now had 2 salads and fed before us AND I GET ATTITUDE and no food yet!!! How THIS IS RIGHT!??
THEN... as I'm walking away Finally able to eat the Nas employee saw me speaking with the manager, He WALKED TOWARDS ME AT A VERY FAST & CAME EXTREMELY CLOSE TO ME WHERE I HAD TO TURN OR HE WOULD HIT ME!!! And in a very nasty and aggressive confrontational tone says, "Enjoy Ma'am." I turned and said, "That's ENOUGH!" Turn back. Went back to the counter to get the manager. As I am turning my receipt falls and he continues in the aggressive tone, "Let me get that for you." I said, "No I will get it," and he snatched it off the floor. As I was trying to pick up my receipt off of the floor and balance my tray and keep away from this aggressive angry employee. He doesn't once apologize for any inconvenience just more of his aggressive rant about Enjoy blah in AGGRESSIVE tone.
There is a way to say everything!!! YOU NEVER SPEAK TO A GUEST IN AN AGGRESSIVE AND confrontational manner which he was doing. This is unacceptable and THREATENING!!! I got my meal, I went to the table and asked another young lady who was cleaning tables to please ask the manager to come to the table so that I could tell her of the latest encounter. This is truly unacceptable! This was a threat! I spoke once again to the manager and she spoke to the employee. She asked if she could get us anything. I wasn't asking for a handout. We didn't even ask for a free refill! SHOULDN'T have to ask, "Is there anything I can get you." This is Customer service at its worse!!!
I tried to contact Chick-fil-A... They only want 1500 characters of an explanation. How funny is that. After we ate our meals we ordered a milkshake for dessert and then a sandwich/meal to take home to a friend. Well. Nas... delivered the meal without the shake so once again Customer service at its finest from this employee...??? Thanks... no thanks!

I get to the counter and get my cheese/veggies in the container. I pull up to leave and realize the bag is very light. No chicken and bread! So I go back through the long line due to no parking at the outlet and tell them what happened. She tells me, when I get to the window to show my receipt for the correction. The food is always the same. The service is always the same and the restaurants are identical. Great food! Great service! And clean and pleasant stores. But, it's true what they say, "There's no place like home."
At the CFa in Jacksonville, near the airport, is the best of all things chicken! I'm treated like a friend, like family. And that is mostly why I go there. That's what sets this restaurant above the others. People like Mrs. **, Scarlett, Kyle, Liz, as well as Alex, Gennelle, Lindsay, Karen and Lacey, make this place special. This particular manager had previously worked at Burger King about a quarter mile away. I had caught an Employee there making derogatory, racial remarks about ** people and made a formal complaint. Donte ** went out his way to express his disapproval to me about in obtrusively. I have no other history with him. It's my earnest opinion, Dante **, was upset that I made a complaint about a RACIST, ** women and in his mind harbored animus.
After the incident at Chick-fil-A I left a complaint in the complaint box. What ensued was I was, harassed and followed of the property some 200 hundred ft. I have called the store multiple times only to get no response.
Finally a year later I called and got the owner, William ** Mr ** told me in a not so pleasant tone "I don't have to tell you why Dante threatened you with a stick"! I shop at a store right behind a CFA in Brandywine, MD. EVERY TIME I go I get stuck in the parking lot waiting for CFA customers to get through the drive thru. It is absolutely ridiculous. I constantly wonder how these customers have an hour to wait in line for a chicken sandwich. What has our society come to that adults would rather sit in their vehicles, on their butts, and wait forever for fast food instead of going home, spending time with family and making a good home cooked meal?
PS: From what little I know about this company, it is my understanding that they stand for all that is good and "right" in the world according to Christian morals. How about taking time for family and friends and getting back to the basics. Put the phones down and having meaningful conversations and relationships. I work a 40 hour week, take care of a house and property and still make a good home cooked meal for my family at least 4 times a week. My husband and I almost never eat out and when we do its Subway, something healthy. Just saying.

Our local Chick-fil-A restaurants have the best customer service of any other fast food places, good food, clean stores. We were sorry to hear the coleslaw is discontinued. I read the reason was that when you add new menu items, like the kale/broccoli slaw, they have to get rid of something. The thing that is severely lacking in fast food menus is healthy, non-fried sides! We don't really need more choices in chicken, sauces, or more frozen drink options, we NEED MORE HEALTHY SIDE DISH OPTIONS!
The kale/broccoli salad may be popular, but it's because it's that latest food trend, not necessarily because people like it more. I don't really like the bitter taste, my husband can't eat it, and my elderly father can't chew it like he could the "special" cole slaw I always brought him from CFA. If I want copious drink choices, or ice cream treats, I'll go to Sonic, Braum's, or Starbucks. If I want healthy sides with the convenience of drive thru service, there is no place that fills that need.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! On Wed. 3/24/2016 my friend and I waited about 45 minutes in the drive-through line and FINALLY placed our order. We had coupons which this store issued and I have used before without a problem. Upon coming to the window, we were told they no longer honor those coupons, despite having NO EXPIRATION DATE and this store issuing them. The woman working the window was as cold as a rock and about as friendly too. She had no compassion or apology and started to ring up the transaction without the coupons. NO THANKS!!! We went to Burger King... sailed right through the drive-through and found friendly staff, better food, and a store that appreciated our business.
Upon coming home, I called Chick-fil-A's corporate HQ and told them my horrible Chick-fil-A experience. They didn't seem to care either saying that most of their stores are independently owned and they have no control. They said they would forward the complaint to the offending store. I was astonished that corporate didn't care. HENCE, THAT IS A POOR REFLECTION ON ALL CHICK-FIL-A's!!! It gives them all a bad reputation. This one did MAJOR damage to that reputation.
Today (3/24/2016) I got a call from some woman (Amy???) from this Robinson Twp. store who said that she was the new owner since February (last month) and... "WE DON'T ACCEPT THEM, PERIOD!" That was it. No apologies or anything.... just "WE DON'T AND WON'T HONOR THOSE COUPONS!" Insane as THAT STORE distributed them!!! She said corporate agreed with her. If that's the case, ALL OF CHICK-FIL-A's ARE WORTHLESS. She also disputed how long we were in line. She said they served 60 customers that hour, but I never told her exactly when we were there so she must have ESP. I asked my friend while I was on the phone with this moron how long she perceived we were there in that line. She said: "AT LEAST 35 MINUTES!" So much for fast food.
But this rude excuse for a businesswoman didn't care at all about me, my business, or that she had a very disgruntled customer. Her attitude was disgusting. She was ill-tempered and rude. What a despicable and horrid reflection on her store, Chick-fil-A, and herself as a person. STAY AWAY FROM CHICK-FIL-A!!! There are so many other choices for fast food and better and more reasonable ones too. Without those coupons, a simple, plain piece of chicken on a bun with pickles, a fry and drink was just under $7. FORGET THAT!!!
My father's family were businessmen and had MANY different stores. They always treated EVERYONE of their customers with respect and valued their patronage. YOU WON'T FIND THIS AT THIS CHICK-FIL-A and since their corporate office supposedly agrees with this rogue woman, then I say EVERY Chick-fil-A is the worst choice you can make when looking for fast food... especially this one in Robinson where there are so many other choices. BE CAUTIOUS OF OTHER GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS STORE!!! If this new owner only took over last month, the good reviews are for the previous operation. I know there was high volume (which they would expect), and many orders (which they would expect), but this kind of awful food will ensure that there won't be many repeat customers. The thought of going back there turns my stomach. Sorry Chick-fil-A. You blew it!

I went to the location 1-10 & Silber for a quick lunch pickup. After getting to my workplace and as I started to take a bite of one of the chicken tenders, I saw this disgusting hair sticking up out of the chicken tender. I never found anything before and to be honest I did not expected either. I called just to let the manager know, but as I asked for one, the person that answered identified himself as the manager. I explained my issue and he placed me on hold supposedly to allow me to talk to the girl that served me last??? He did not even ask for the order number or for the name of the the cashier on my ticket!!! I was not asking for free food next time or anything like it, just to let them know that I was disappointed and for them to be more careful! Do not take me wrong, I loved Chick Fil A. I guess it was just a bad day today... Bottom line, this review is not only for the disgusting hair, but also for the way the call was handled it.

I had the inconvenience of visiting a Crystal City VA location, just for a sandwich -- quick in, quick out. Was told I could not get lettuce or tomato on the regular spicy chicken sandwich by the person who waited on me. I didn't think that sounded right and was too tired to quibble. But, why is this place "fascistic" about what the customer wants and then charges EXTRA for toppings??? I then asked for extra pickles. After standing around for 10 mins, for one chicken sandwich?!?? Pressed for time, I left. Got all the way home. The chicken was over-fried, barely filled out the lower bun, and no EXTRA pickles. After exhaustively talking to two other employees (I specifically requested a manager), I got nowhere with the manager/owner! I was fuming when I learned my conversation was on speakerphone the entire time!!! Never, ever will I go there again! I hope corporate resolves this inconvenience.

Went to Chick-Fill-A, Oakleaf Plantation FSU, Jacksonville, FL 904-908-4488. Store # 02088. Operator: Joe Mayo. 8-13-15, order # **, 7:26:30 am. I used to get chicken, egg, and cheese multi-grain bagel all the time (no joke, was my favorite) for breakfast every time I went to a Chick-Fill-A. I have been noticing the chicken has gotten smaller, seems each time I've gotten it, for the past year. This time it did not cover 1/2 of the bagel and was too thin to taste it. I always get the hash rounds xxdone. I like them brown and crunchy (because this is the only place I will order them.) Not anymore!!! I exaggerate not. This time the chicken did not cover 1/2 of bagel and the hash rounds were doubled dipped. I hate greasy potatoes (I get them there because they are cooked with the peanut oil. Not anymore.) This time I also got the large fruit cup.
When it came it was two small cups... not worth $4.25. I will never go back to a Chick-Fill-A. I had to have hash rounds remade because of the grease. My husband asked the cashier what happened to chicken. She said she noticed it smaller but thought it was only at breakfast. Any time of day the chicken is the same. To make matters worse the 'manager' did not come and ask us how things were or what the problem was. There were only about 7 other people in the whole place. Still the 'manager' did not come out and speak with us or anyone. When the lady manager was there she would come out to speak with the patrons, no matter how many customers were in the store or how business it was. Since she resigned due to being over-worked the place has not been the same. I sense a coldness there every time I have gone in. I will not go to another Chick-Fill-A again.

The fries are usually rather hard and lacking in taste, as though they've changed the oil they cook them in from when they first opened. Today was the last straw. I found a long hair in my fries while I was eating. I spoke with the manager, who did refund the cost of my meal, but something needs to be done to ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen in a restaurant. Hair nets have been around for quite a while now. Disappointed.

She replied "what was that?", and I said "#1 with cheese!" She chuckled and responded affirmatively, but I noticed the price seemed off. I get to the window, and that employee asked "#1 w/ lemonade?" And I said "with cheese right?" She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Then told someone near her that I wanted cheese. That person then yelled for a slice of cheese on it. So when I got my order I looked in it, the cheese was thrown on there and the pickles were too. Not melted not warmed just thrown on.
Not to mention she said "they didn't charge you for the cheese so I'll have to run your card through again, it's only $.32..." Really!? Give me my card please. I paid her the 32 in cash, but since I'm a customer and you got my order wrong, give the cheese free. And stop getting a simple order such as a #1/cheese wrong. A member of the Chick-fil-A Management in Smyrna T.N., informed that because I was not in my official military uniform (from 1969), (even though I have my Military ID and it's on my Driver's License) I was not ELIGIBLE for the meal/ Chick-fil-A Sandwich, that was offered in honor of Veteran's Day (11-11-2014). The member of management whom I spoke with, went on to clearly explain to me, that during a big meeting early that morning that Chick-fil-A Corporate had provided very specific limitations being that all War Veterans must appear in their uniform at Chick-fil-A in order to be served the promotional offer.
Listen, I totally understand that proof of Military Service is a requirement in order Veterans to be honored with the holiday/promotional once a year. Had I not been able to provide Chick-fil-A with my military I.D., I would totally understand being denied the promotional service. But being denied, because simply I'm not wearing my Military Uniform (which I have not worn since I was 19 and I'm 64 year's old now), is insulting/shameful not just to War Veterans, but our Country as a whole. Things aren't always as they seem, and I'm eager and willing to give benefit of the doubt, surely, this was just misunderstanding? Chick-fil-A Corporate does not actually expect other War Veterans or me at age 63 years old to appear at Chick-fil-A in the military uniform I wore when I was 19 years old in honor of Veterans to in order to receive the promotional offer. When we go through the drive-thru (first attempt), we requested 5 Chic-fil-A sauces for my nuggets and fries and her fries. We were only given two, so we pulled around and ran inside to get the remainder that were left out of the bag.
On my second attempt today, we ordered the same thing as on the previous day; and again, we requested 5 sauces. This time, we were told we could only get two for free and would need to pay for the others; so I did. I don't understand why this is an issue when we don't request any other condiments other than the sauce. There is a valet service, but you can't get more than two sauces when that is the only condiment that is being requested?

I placed my order in their drive through and requested condiments. When I arrived to the window and paid for my food, I asked the clerk if everything was in the bag and she replied yes. I asked which bag had condiments, neither bag had any. Once I arrived home, I noticed I'm missing a sandwich. So, I called the store and spoke with supervisor Jenna at Store#00562. I advised her I'm missing a sandwich. She tells me she can replace it very rudely. I had to advise her she is not replacing something I purchased. This is the second bad experience I had at this store. Enough is enough. They have no empathy for my inconvenience.

I am writing this to let you know about the managers that you hire to run Chick-Fil-A. Bob ** managers Brandon ** and Melissa ** are a joke of management. They are horrible on how they treat their customers and their employees. I am keeping my identity anonymous so I get no retaliation, for reporting the truth.
For the past week I worked here, I seen that they cannot even follow all of the safety heath guide lines. When I was being trained for the job here under Bob **, he is the most arrogant pompous man that I ever met and worked for. All of their employees are somewhat nice and ok. All of the managers are very sarcastic to their employees and mean and very vindictive.
Health Issues:
I had seen that they do not cover their hands, with gloves when handling cooked food prep. Handling and making salads with their bare hands all the time. They had told me that it is ok, not to. They only care you wearing gloves for handing chicken (raw) only. This idea made me sick seeing this happen all day seeing this. I feel it is my duty to inform you what they are doing behind closed doors.
I had talked too many of the employees there that one is trying to get in management and was refused to give the proper respect and his status, because of the person not having his own place. This is just so wrong to deny job status just because the person just because of him still living with his parents. That is just plain wrong. Chick-fil-A company holds a Christian value in the environment. That is a total lie. And I see flies swarming around the food I told a manager about he said just ignore it. That is just plain disgusting.
Respect in the work place:
I heard very smart mouth and a lot of gutter talk and sexual language from Brandon ** and he is very sarcastic when asking anything. He has to say it being smart to all of the employees. They treat all of their new employees like dirt and to the public that has to suffer to all who come into this place walks out not knowing what they are eating, not knowing that they do not hold any Christian values at all.
They love to overwork their employees and treat them like dirt and not properly trained them to work. When you do make a mistake, Melissa ** will chew you out even when you did not know where to put an item and she will panic all the time and act like she will go postal on you for the littlest mistake. And not show you in the first place calmly. This why she will lose food on the floor because rushing too fast and make careless mistake and the customer can all hear them yelling and screaming and I had seen that they had about 2-3 customers walk off. And as a result, lose money just because of their horrible management skills.
Bob ** had been very nasty to his help be very smart to them and how he correct them. He is just plain mean and very abusive. He is very nasty and he will not say anything to his children when they make mistakes. And not a word to them, but if you are not related to him, he will chew you out. He is very pompous at that this is why he cannot keep a person this year in 1 month, stayed 1 day and left and went through 8 people for the same position. So I know it is not me.
I had worked in food business for over 1 year and I worked all over in my different fields. This is the one of the worst companies to work for or eat. The food is super greasy and over charged the customers. You can eat much healthier at subway and get better prepared food and for lot less cost. This is why I will never eat at Chick-fil-A ever again because every time I eat their food, I get sick all the time for the past 3 years, none of my family eats in Chick-fil-A anymore. Chick-fil-A got a bad reputation of being greedy and over charging for all of their food.

I go to Chick Fil A all the time and usually very happy. The last few times I've been, my order has been very wrong. I went to get breakfast for my family on Valentines Day and half of my order was wrong. I was not supposed to have cheese on my biscuit. I got an unsweetened tea instead of a sweet tea, and didn't receive any hash browns what so ever, and I was supposed to receive two boxes of them. I will never go through the drive thu at Chick Fil A. If I have like an extra 30 minutes of my day, I might walk inside to order. Highly doubt it.

I went to Chick fil A 4 times for breakfast this week. On the first day the food was great, but then the next three days the food was terrible. The chicken minis 4 count is what I was getting and it was always hard and burnt. I had to result in throwing them away or giving them to someone who was really hungry.

As the food was being passed to me this morning, there's a filthy-looking black guy, standing inside next to the window with his hands shoved down in his pants! Throwing crabs and filth all over the area where the food is passed to the customers. This is ghetto trash and has no business in the food industry! I am posting a bulletin at our office (178 employees) to boycott this Chik-fil-A until a normal manager is in place! There have been numerous complaints from employees about this store and I had to see for my self. Worse than any McDonald's I've seen.

Before I ordered my food, I asked if the grilled chicken nuggets in the kids meal was cooked in peanut oil because of a huge allergen to nuts and peanuts. They said no, so I ordered two kids meals: One regular and one grilled. When I arrived at home, I had two regular kids meals cooked in peanut oil. This is a life-threatening allergy if a customer orders food and asks if its cooked the way you need it to be and the employee confirms the grilled is not cooked in peanut oil, I expect to get what I paid for! This is so horrible. The employees need to know the dangers of exposing people with allergies. Potentially fatal!

After getting home with no sauce, I drove back to the Bentonville location to pay for sauce that I should have gotten with my food. My personal favorite which I purchase often is the honey roasted bbq packets! Mmm. But not this time. As when I offered to pay for the sauce, the manager refused to sell or even give me any. (Night female manager) she said she was not allowed to sell them but I could by the 8oz Chic-fil-a sauce because it's kind of like it. Are you serious? Why would I pay for something I don't even like when I shouldn't be paying anymore then I already have in the first place? I just can't understand why 10 packets of bbq sauce is so hard to get? And to refuse my money at all? I will not be coming back for a while. Extremely upset mom, Jessica ***

The first issue was that the drive-thru speaker wasn't working, so their girls were outside taking orders during lunch hour. That was okay, until I got to the window and they hadn't even called in my order yet. I waited an extra five minutes to get my food. Then when I got home, I realized that my lettuce was turning brown and the grilled chicken on my sandwich smelled and tasted spoiled! I am very disappointed at the Chik-fil-A on Palm Bay Road in Palm Bay, Florida.

On July, 21, 2010, I experienced very bad customer service from two people (Adriane & Richard). I had a coupon, which entitles me to get a free sandwich, along with the purchase of a dinner meal. I mentioned which free sandwich I wanted (the spicy chicken deluxe), since this was going to be my 1st time to try. My order was a total of $6.05. I left and drove down Abernathy Rd. and realized that I was given the spicy plain sandwich, in which I did not ask for as my free sandwich. This was disappointing to me.
Next, I turned back around, and came back to the Perimeter Mall, and told Richard that this was not what I had asked for. He said that cost extra he will have to charge me. I told Richard that I was not paying for anything, since I had coupon stating otherwise. Then, Adriane gets herself involved by saying that she will charge me and she was helping me out. I mentioned to her that I was not paying for anything, and I was under the impression that I was getting a free sandwich of my choice.
At this point, things got heated, and other customers were standing by, and took notice. I was upset and embarrassed. I told Adriane that it was best that she stay out of it, because she was making things worst, and maybe need to go at the back. She replied back to me in front of everyone else "You leave and go at the back". I told her that I had to come all the way back here to hear this, and Adriane said, "That's your fault that you came back". After the two unnecessary statements from Adriane, it was time for me to leave.
Then, Michael came out, and I don't know if he was the closing manager/lead, but he allowed for Richard & Adriane to be rude, and a lot of going back and forth in front of the other customers, who were trying to place their orders as well. Michael didn't even tell Adriane to leave the front of the house or nothing. I eat and live nearby the Perimeter Mall area, and have never experienced bad customer service from this location. On a good note, the new spicy chicken sandwich was great. Although, my customer service experience was horrible, led by Adriane, Richard, and Michael.
As a result of the above complaint to the Chick-Fil-A corporate office, it was said that that the particular location was a franchise, and the complaint will be forwarded to the location manager. I didn't get any response from the location manager, but, I did receive a disturbing call just days later from one of the persons above that I had complained about, and it was Richard. Richard called me around 6PM, stating that he lost his job, and wanted me to get his job back. He said further that the General Manager will be in, and you can talk with him.
At this point, I was in total shock that the person whom I had complained about had gotten a hold of my personal contact information, and went as far as to call me. I still haven't heard from the location manager/General Manager about the matter. Not even an apology, for what has happened, from the management. As a result, this matter has led me to contact my attorney, and has left me scared, worried, and stressed.

I have been a long time customer of this establishment since it went into business 2-3 years ago. They have recently made changes to their parking lot and have put the handicap spots across the lot so as to oblige us to cross through the lot with either our wheelchair or walker, exposing us to additional hazards along the way. Do you have any suggestions as to what can be done to bring the franchisee to his senses and return the handicap parking spots to the place they were prior to the changes?

This is not a complaint to the entire corporation of Chick-fil-A, but a complaint to a specific store inside Gwinnett Place Mall. I began working at this location as my first job toward the end of May. As soon as I began, I noticed many things that did not seem right. There were tons of flies buzzing about, rats, spoiled dipping sauces, occasional raw chicken complaints and even rat feces in many of the boxes containing edible items. Of course, these contaminated boxes were not disposed of, but simply handed out to customers. Not only was the store completely unsanitary, the operator and his son, Tony, made homophobic and racist remarks constantly throughout the entire duration of my employment.
At first, I took them as nothing but immature remarks; however, it soon escalated to a point where it got very offensive. I had even sat down with the operator numerous times and told him that I was not comfortable with his son making comments like these. Soon after that, I heard from another employee that even the operator himself had called me a "**". At which point, I went to the operator and said that I had no problem leaving if my sexuality caused a disturbance in the store. Lastly, I would like to mention the fact that after a 10-hour work shift, he only gave the employees a 20-minute break, which is clearly unfair, and to my knowledge illegal. I had worked shifts like these at least twice a week since I had started working. Unrelated to my own experience, he did not pay employees for overtime, which I am also sure is illegal. So after my disgusting time being employed under Mr. Yossy **, I would like to say that action should be taken before any more employees are treated this way.
