This place is one of the best chicken places I've been to. It recently came to my area after being a mostly south located brand and is still a favorite of mine. The chicken is a nice blend of juicy and dry with great taste. The fries and sides are amazing. Their new mac and cheese and always nice chicken noodle soup are really good sides and great value. I love this chicken place and will always love to go back.

Portion size of 4 Strip Dinner is shameful. They served driveup customers long before us, food took way too long arriving at our table. They only serve you table side so you won't be seen standing at the counter for so long. I am a Christian and would like to support such a business but I don't think ripping customers off is a Christian Virtue. Sadly I won't go back.

The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is above exceptional. They are always there to help in an emergency situation. They are the only fast-food chain where I eat. If i’m In the mall shopping or pass a Chick-fil-a while driving by I have to stop and eat. They were founded on Christian principles and closed on Sundays and God has blessed the company. I just hope they stay with the same principles that Truett Cathay used when he ran the company.

Great employees who treat you like you matter. The employees come into the dining area and ask how your meal is and can they get anything for you including refills of your drinks. The food is excellent and a very good value. The restaurant eating area, play area and restrooms are kept clean. You can order and pay for your meal from their app and have your food delivered to your table in the dining area. Very family and kid friendly.

I live in a small town that is enlivened by the presence of three colleges or universities as well as a sizeable retirement community. This means we have all the usual restaurants, especially those called Fast Food. Our Chick-fil-A is far and away the busiest of them all, for good reason. The food is uniformly tasty, nutritious, and a solid value. It is delivered quickly and accurately by a friendly, well paid (by fast food standards) staff who always have their restaurant, including the restrooms and parking lot, spotless and clean.
The difference between our Chick-fil-A and other fast food restaurants is immediately obvious. I cannot verify this, but have heard from a knowledgeable source that they do at least 5 times the volume of their next two competitors combined, in both numbers of customers and total sales. I can verify that their parking lot and fast, double lane Drive Thru are always busy, where those of other nearby restaurants are relatively empty. And, no, I have no connection other than being a highly satisfied repeat customer.

Enjoy Chick-fil-A, staff is always friendly. I always order the spicy chicken but bring in my own spicy pickles (lol). Once a week catch up with my best friend from the corner we hung at to catch lunch. Only other place I go to is Wendy's. The other for some reason I cannot process. I use to, must did something to the meat. I do miss a Big Mac, just won't eat it anymore.

Chic-fil-a has the very BEST chicken sandwich available, hands down! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Perfect every time, with a warm pickle & lightly toasted buttered bun. Also available as spicy or grilled varieties. Waffle fries & fresh lemonade make a great meal. Service is industry-best--"my pleasure" is their sincere response in every location.

Chick-fil-A has built their brand on loving and honoring God. I commend them for that. They also have promised “to treat everyone “with honor, dignity and respect.” That's great, except when it becomes lip service. Recently our Boy Scout troop spent 2 days camping in the cold and rain so they could harvest live mistletoe to sell as a fundraiser to support their summer camp. A local franchised Chick-fil-A Owner PROMISED we could sell at their store.
When our scouts showed up to set up their table they were turned away. The corporation had told the owner that he could not allow us there because the Boy Scouts now have accepted women and gays. GOD's first and most important rule and lesson is LOVE. No matter who you are or what you are we are to LOVE. That does not mean we biblically accept what they are or practice but we are COMMANDED to LOVE. The boys should not be punished for what the national organization does. Our troop happens to be a God fearing, God loving, Christian Led troop and we are shocked that Chick-fil-A cannot show the LOVE of GOD in their decision making. Shame on them.

Yes I am a former Chick-fil-A customer, as of Saturday Nov 2nd 2019 I will no longer be going back to any Chick-fil-A. Why?, Because I received a piece of chicken nugget that was brown in the inside. I order 4 meals that day. I couldn’t even let my kids eat their food because I was scared of food contamination. So this is a message from first person experience. Please before you can enjoy anything check your food as well as your drinks. Thank you.

Like who does that, it's freaking amazing. So now after every meal there I head to the bathroom to use the mouthwash. I also really love their food. I have rarely ever had bad food from any Chick-Fil-A location. So kudos to all those who work at Chick-Fil-A, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken.

A couple months ago I stopped at a Chick-fil-A on the New Jersey Turnpike. Thomas Edison service plaza. Apparently, this Chick-fil-A is operated by HMS group. I had rude service and my order was wrong. I was upset because I was already on the road when I realized the order was wrong. It did not make any sense to return to the Chick-fil-A since I was on a toll road. So I contacted the number on the receipt which got me to HMS group. They were very nice and apologized. They told me they were going to contact Chick-fil-A and give them a report. I would hear something back from Chick-fil-A corporate. I never heard anything after a week so I contacted Chick-fil-A. They took down my information and said a manager would call me back. Once again I never heard from anyone. I am not happy that I would be ignored from a company like Chick-fil-A. I think the company is changing and getting away from customer service. It’s a shame.

Way too expensive for the portion size, the wait time, and quality. While their service may be quite nice, the wait time is definitely not worth what you get in return. Apparently chicken cost a lot of money for them to process bread and throw on a plain bun with a couple pickles. And my gosh please don't add some fries and a lemonade because you're looking at about $7. In this area that's absolutely ridiculous.

I normally don't do this, because the Chick-fil-A I know never treats their customers poorly, not this time. I've received some Chick-fil-A vouchers, from a fundraiser for a free chicken biscuit, and they expire 06/22/2020, and for whatever reason when I scan one of them, it didn't work. So the cashier went and got the manager, and she said that it expired on 08/10/2019, "which it clearly didn't, cause it says it on the card" then I showed her the date, then she said they were used on that date...I said, "Hmm... normally if I was to use a card like that would Chick-fil-A not take the card???" Then she said, "Not if you don't give it to the employee.."
Obviously that made no sense, and there was a line of people behind me, so I wasn't going to argue with the lady, so I went ahead and placed another order, for a chicken biscuit..with sliced almonds on the side. It took about 20 mins for me to get that simple order, and when I checked the order it was wrong, and with a lobby, and drive-thru full of people/cars there was no way I was going back to get in line..Chick-fil-A service at this location (5716 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703) is VERY TRASH, and I would not recommend it.

Chick-fil-A is the best restaurant in the world! The employees who work there are friendly, kind, and helpful, treating you as if you are their best friends. They ask for your name, and they will bring the food to your table, calling you personally by your name. Their restaurants are so clean, you can literally lick the floor, since there is always someone cleaning. And their food! You actually get real chicken! Another positive point to make is that they are closed on Sunday. They honor Sunday as the Lord's day, and "for those who honor Me (God) I will honor" (1 Samuel 2:30). Clearly that blessing is seen at Chick-fil-A. I definitely would recommend to anyone Chick-fil-A as the best, cleanest, friendliest restaurant in the whole world!

Hands down, Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. I always get the nuggets (they’re so good I don’t even eat them with sauce). The second thing about Chick-fil-A that I love is their lemonade. It’s just incredible. I look forward to it every time I go. However, recently Chick-fil-A added something new to their refill policy. Why the heck can I not refill this amazing lemonade? It makes me very unhappy that I already pay more for the lemonade than a usual fountain drink just to not be able to get it refilled when I was able to in the past. If Chick-fil-A changes this back, I would change my rating to 5 stars without question, but right now I’m just disappointed.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR PAYPAL OR BANK ACCOUNT. I decided to try paying via the Chick-fil-A one app about a week ago. I added $10 to my account via PayPal, paid for my order, and all was well - or so I thought. Two days later, a 2nd $10 was taken from my PayPal account, without my knowledge or approval. I contacted customer service via email. Several days later, I finally received a response saying I should contact my financial institution to get a refund, they only show one $10 deduction from my PayPal account. I reply, and send screenshots of the two different transactions. They are obviously two different debits for several reasons. 1. - they occurred two days apart and 2.- the first one took $3 and some change from my PayPal balance and the rest from my bank, and the one two days later took the full $10 from my bank account.
I fail to see how it is my bank's fault or PayPal's fault if Chick-fil-A initiated the debit. Chick-fil-A insists they only received $10 from me even though I sent very clear proof that they deducted $20. After speaking with 3 different reps from Chick-fil-A, I'm done. Totally done, and will not be returning to any Chick-fil-A. I want others to know what happened. You can keep that $10 Chick-fil-A, and I'll be praying for YOU. Fraudulently debiting people's account and keeping the money isn't very Christian like, and is also illegal. Be forewarned before giving Chick-fil-A access to any of your accounts, look at reviews on Google Play, I am not the only one this has happened to.

On 6/27/19, my daughter and I went to a Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Knoxville, TN. As I am trying to lose weight, I opted for fruit instead of fries to go with the grilled nuggets I had ordered. They already cost more and I was aware of this but I was fine in doing so. My daughter ordered the 8 nuggets as well as the fruit cup. In my honest opinion, this isn't truly a combo and you should watch out. I was charged and extra $1.14 for each fruit cup. The total of this bill was $17.06. I could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant and had a nicer lunch for that price.
I complained to Chick-Fil-A and asked how it is truly considered a combo since other fast food places allow you to make a choice and don't charge extra for this. The response I got was rude and condescending trying to tell me how their fruit is prepared and about the cost of the fruit. First of all, I'm an adult and a parent. Although after about 15 minutes we've finished our meals, but the coffee still wasn't served.
When I reminded the guys about our drinks, the regular coffee was prepared but the decaf option was yet forgotten about. 8221 Marbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78227. On April 1st, 2019 my kids wanted to stop at Chick-fil-A after school. My disabled son was with me at the time and I proceeded to place three separate orders at the drive-thru when suddenly the the lady standing outside taking our order kept rushing me and made it clear that I can ONLY place three orders. I was surprised because she interrupted me mid-sentence while placing the last order. Fine, I can take my money where they don't mind if I place three orders or more. What does it matter anyway since I am paying?
Got to the pick-up window, the girl handed me a wrong order. She looked upset when I told her this was not my order and gave it back. I watched as they began to talk and walk back and forth looking for my order. I waited patiently for them to give me the correct order but I could feel they were already upset and stressed. The girl comes to the window, no smile, not even a thank you, just very angrily shoved the bag in my hands. It's not my fault if you can't get the orders correct so why blame the customers? We were in a good mood before placing the order but left feeling very disappointed. I expected a higher level of customer service from this restaurant. When I thought it couldn't get any worse, I arrived home to find my order was wrong again. I called to see if I could get a refund but was placed on hold and waited for five minutes and no one ever came to the phone.
I hung up and called back later that same day and spoke with the Marketing Director and she said she was not able to give me a refund but would replace the entire meal. I thought, wow that's great. She said I could go through the drive-thru to pick it up since my son is disabled, I did not need to get off. She said she was making note of this information in the books for reference. I made sure with her before hanging up the phone that it would be ok to go through the drive-thru and she said yes. They should not give me any hassle. She said she would let them know and it would be all set. I felt relieved but from what I have experienced in the past at this same restaurant, I knew something was going to go wrong and I was right.
Fast forward to today, 04/02/2019. My husband goes in to pick up my son's replacement order through the drive-thru and with our luck, the marketing director is not in and they start being rude and giving my husband a lot of hassle. This is exactly what I was afraid of but the marketing director reassured me that she would let them know. So my husband calls me from the drive-thru and tells me that they do not want to honor the replacement order. Ok, so I get on the phone and immediately call Chick-fil-A and the manager is on the phone with me. She says they cannot give my husband the order because the marketing director had not spoken to them about us picking it up through the drive-thru. I explain that my son is disabled and cannot go inside for the order.
After five minutes on the phone with her trying to explain the situation, she still did not understand so I told her to go check the books. The marketing director said she would write down all the information and took my name down. She puts me on hold and finally comes back. She says she did not know that the marketing director had given us permission to go through the drive-thru so they finally gave my husband the correct meal but he said they were very rude and weird about the whole situation.
This is exactly what should NOT happen from a Christian establishment. To avoid this from happening again, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Also, the owner's response was very snarky and tried to cover up their mistake by saying some people only focus on the negativity. Well, if your establishment projects negativity don't you think it's time to correct the real problem? I am also a Christian and also believe in Christian values but to belittle and mistreat customers who belong to the disabled community is way beyond evil and you can hear it in the tone of the owner's response.
In his anger, the owner also exposed our names that were given to the marketing director. Not once did I give her or the owners of this establishment permission to post my name publicly. That information should be kept private. I believe this was was done out of spitefulness in order to mock us for complaining about the rude service we received.

I used to eat here (Chick-fil-A Hapeville, GA) every week, sometimes twice. Guess things have definitely changed, I sat at the counter & ordered a burger as always from this location, (dressed) and said specifically I wanted mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup. When I got the burger, the bun was drenched with butter that had been cooked on the grill, and dark toasted all around the edges. Why are you now putting butter on a bun? I asked specifically for mayo. Why would you put butter all over the bun and grill it?
Additionally, I wanted raw onion, never mentioned grilled. I was shocked when I got my bill, first, to see I was charged $4.99 for a burger (no cheese)(Chick-fil-A's are less than $4) then charged 50 cents extra for grilled onions. As always 30 cents for lettuce & tomato. The $2.85 for fries and $2.49 for tea. My total for burger fries & tea was $11.99 which is ridiculous and it wasn't good. I did not ask for large anything. My local Chick-fil-A near me no longer serves burgers. They charge $3.39 for Chick-fil-A, $2.09 for large fries, & $2.02 for large drink. What is going on? And how can a burger possibly cost more than a Chick-fil-A? I won't be going back. Buttered hamburger buns really?

Our 3 year old grandson’s favorite place for lunch for the last year was always the Chick-fil-A in Brookfield, CT, where we took him at least weekly. He enjoyed the chicken nuggets and he loved playing in the enclosed indoor playground. We felt the food was of decent quality, the service was excellent and the playground area appeared to be safe. All of this changed on Sept. 24.
While in the playground he fell and suffered a deep gash just above his left eye, causing him to bleed profusely and to cry hysterically. The manager on duty provided a first aid kit and called EMS, while a friendly off duty nurse was able to stop the bleeding. The EMS team examined him for concussion symptoms (none) and rather than transport him with their vehicle and cause additional emotional strain, they advised us to take him to the Emergency Room at Danbury hospital. Once there he was again checked over and the gash was treated with a bonding substance rather than stitches which would have been more painful. For the next month the wound remained covered by a large bandage; he still has a small scar which we hope will fade over time.
Chick-fil-A prides itself on having a strong moral and ethical brand. Much to our surprise and that of many others, the corporate brain trust of Chick-fil-A determined that in no way was their restaurant responsible for the accident. Maybe they believe the gash was self-inflicted by a 3 year old child. Nevertheless, the fact is that he exited the playground bleeding and crying, and when asked at the hospital what happened he knew he fell while using the playground. Now when asked where he wants to have lunch, his response is “not Chick-fil-A."
As grandparents our only concern at the restaurant was to control the bleeding and crying and then transport him to the hospital. It never occurred to us to ask for names of the people who may have witnessed the fall. While we will never set foot in any Chick-fil-A again, each consumer must make an individual decision. But here is a word of caution. If you allow any child to utilize the playground - it is not as safe as you might believe, and be sure you record the child’s playtime, just in case.

The girl apologized and I told her I would contact their corporate office. Ever since then I was given the run around by the employees, managers, and the director. The director called me apologizing finally and gave me a number to call for their insurance company. Their insurance company called Segwick claims gave me the run around and is denying my claim saying I drove into the metal tray sticking out. Their property damaged my car and they are saying it's my fault? This place is so underhanded.
Now the director who apologized is claiming she never admitted fault. And I have gone there several times since thinking they were going to do the right thing. Ever since that day they no longer use that metal tray. The corporate customer service line told me they don't want this happening to other people. That tells me they know that tray was faulty. I am really surprised at how they treat people when there is a problem. They avoid phone calls and even hang up on you telling you to call the insurance company. I phoned Chick-fil-A to file a complaint because the website misleads and inconvenienced us, but was disappointed with the "I'm not really all that interested" response. (No free meal, or anything, just "Oh, I'm sorry." If they were sorry they would at least attempt to make it right). In addition, the inconvenience could have been avoided, but Chick-fil-A is so stingy that they do not provide a phone number so customers can call and see if the restaurant is actually open or not. What does a phone line cost--$50 per month? So because of their false website, laziness, and lack of care about customers, they wasted 20 minutes of our time.

The staff also bring the food to your table. If you're dining in the restaurant, come by and ask if you need a drink refill, and they also pick up your tray of trash if you're finished. I actually ate there tonight, the play area was closed due to a child got sick, and they cleaned the area in a timely manner as well and kept it closed so it could be completely sanitized, after hours. I was impressed, that's a great thing so germs cannot be spread among the children and adults.

We go to Chic-fil-A once or twice a month. The salads are very good and fresh with a good balsamic dressing. If I don't get a salad, I go for the grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoy the flavor but the bun gets so soggy, it melts away from it. We were really sad to see the coleslaw disappear but it did. But my husband likes the noodle soup and the spicy sandwich too.

The quality of the food is exceptional and very tasting. The employees are always friendly, and go out of their way to please with politeness. The ladies working on the floor are expedient in cleaning the tables and refreshing your drinks. It's just a great organization with so many positives regardless which Chick-fil-A you eat. The same everywhere. It has to be the top food chain based on service, quality of food, employee services organization, and finally ownership.

I don't get paid until tomorrow and I just got off work from working late. I had to put my last $5 in my gas tank to get home. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and to my surprise the courtesy card I had was expired from 12/30/17. I asked the cashier if they could make an exception, she just smiled and said, "I don't think it's going to work."
I asked again "If you guys could make an exception by asking the manager on duty?" She hesitated at first, but then asked him. He came over and said "no." I didn't get a "sorry it's expired," nor a "sorry sir here are some other options." Just a "NO." And the cashier just laughed. I thought out of all the years I spent money being loyal to your company, and talked about how your customer service is unmatched, had been washed down the drain. I remember when I used to go to your spot for your lemon pie, but you took that off the menu nationwide, but I stuck with you. You can forget it now.
