    Today our area was hit with very bad storms, some areas hit with tornadoes. Being without power, we chose Chick-fil-A for dinner. I wasn't sure if they had power. I had the order ready on my phone, drove there and when I got to the light and saw they were open, I pushed the purchase button. I thought I'd be there for a very long time since most others were there due to no power. I was ready to wait and be patient.

    I was pleasantly surprised, all went well and smooth. The employees were in the rain taking orders, they were doing their best to be Pleasant in a rough situation being between cars (dangerous job) and wet. The employees at the door had the orders being placed on a cart and the girls were running the orders back 4 car lengths. EXCELLENT JOB RIDLEY CHICK-FIL-A. Our order was 100% correct. We without power appreciated you all serving us.

    Mr. ** is a very professional, respectful individual and goes out of his way to help customers get their orders right in a timely matter. They need more employees like him at Chick-Fil-A.     This is a poor example of a Chick-Fil-A. My son has worked there for almost 2 years and was let go today for "not being a good fit". He asked why he was let go, and they had no answer. He has been trying to move up the chain and has been a team player. The owner of this facility has horrible management skills, and it shows by how this restaurant is managed. The owner consistently promotes females to management and has cussed out male management in front of teammates and customers. My son has seen MULTIPLE people let go the same way and nobody has been given a reason. It's a default "not being a good fit". Chick-Fil-A claims to be a family, Christian business, but does not promote this in any way. My son was asked to tuck his cross necklace away by the owner. There is multiple drug use in the bathroom on many occasions. Training is a joke; there was no consistency. DO NOT work here.

    I am extremely disappointed in price and preparation, I ordered a meal with macaroni and cheese and paid over $12. When I got to the vehicle I had french fries went back into the restaurant to exchange it for macaroni and cheese and he wanted to charge me an extra dollar 75, which would have brought my total up to almost $15 for a meal. It was not my error that he heard french fries when I said macaroni and cheese for me to have to come back in the store to attempt to charge me is Ludacris. Extremely disappointed in Chick-fil-A.

    Chick-fil-A app is joke! They tell you this li like you can upload your recipe without a problem but what they don’t tell you is after one upload a day you can not upload another receipt on the same day. So, I called the toll free number and selected 9 to speak with a live person and he said you have reached the number of times for uploading your receipt for the credit in an unknown time frame that he wasn’t able to give public. High as the food, that’s the least they could do. Yes, I told him that it’s not fair to not disclose this information on the app and they have lost me as a customer. Here I thought they built their business on their strong Christian background but it’s built on lies. The things these companies does for a little money. I AM A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! SMH, this is terrible!

    Chicken nuggets are extremely puny. The drinks Are filled with ice and very little Of. What you ordered. The Counter people cannot even count change. The Jackson Michigan store is brand new and out of trays already. I for one will never be back.

    This Chick-fil-A has the worst customer service I have ever been to, they mess up your orders all the time and are not responsible for them. Talk to the manager Rene ** very unprofessional and unwilling to help or satisfy customers with errors their employees make. Keep away from this one. Any other one is better than this.

    Fairview Heights Illinois NEW OWNER is just as rude and unprofessional as his managers. Where there are bad managers, there are bad owners. So, I ordered a chicken deluxe asked for tomato and the tomato was left off the sandwich. I called back there to inform them. A manager by the name of SAM exact words. "I am not replacing a sandwich just because of a tomato." I had receipt and was not even asking for my money back. Also, I ordered a tote of cookies for $10.00 at the same time or ordered the sandwich, and I asked if they could cook fresh at the time I ordered because I was on my way out of town. A young lady (Jade name on the receipt said yes, the cookies will be cooked fresh hard as a brick).

    I wasn't informed of that at the time I ordered which is something they need to learn how to be informative. Back to the sandwich, because Sam was an unprofessional rude person. I hanged up then call back to ask for another person. KATY MANAGER answered and apologized then informed me to go back to the restaurant and she will have my name is some care-book and that she was replacing the cookies and sandwich meal. I responded okay, upon pulling up at the window a young man name ASHTON passed me the bag. SAM (MANAGER) snatches the bag out of Ashton's hand and YELLED, "NO DO NOT Give her that KATY SAID THIS ORDER IS NOT TO BE REPLACED LET ME GO CHECK." Ashton and I looked at each other in awe. SAM (MANAGER) came back with the bags to pass it to me.

    I said, "I am sorry, but I don't know what you've done to that food, and I refuse to except that bag after all that drama and walking away from the window (Katy did tell me over the phone to go back to the store as she was replacing the sandwich meal and cookies. SAM (MANAGER) pulled out her damn phone and began recording me and taking photos of my vehicle and license plates threatened to call the police. I was in total shock. I asked her, "Are you recording me?' She yelled YES, I AM AND I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE! I said are you serious I see you are having a bad day and do not record me. Also, I told her KARMA will visit her from treating innocent people wrong and if ever you end up with cancer or an accident just reflect back on how you lied on an innocent person all because you are having a bad day.

    I end up driving off. Called and spoke with TAMMY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. She said it was not the Chick-fil-A way and none of this should have happened to me. It was obvious the MANAGER SAM has some personal issue going on in her life. Tammy informed me to go back to the store, and I will have all this replaced... OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! I pulled up to the window to retrieve my order and the owner was standing there. Someone must have recognized me as they were all looking in a still motion. I petition the BIG TALL GUY standing at the window and I asked are you the manager? He said, "NO I AM THE OWNER."

    Before I could even say how anything nice about the food the owner exact words to me were, "Are you the lady who wished cancer upon my manager?" I replied HOLD UP ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. He was super rude, disrespectful, cut my words up and he pulled out his camera, took pictures of my car, pulled out his phone and said he was calling the cops on me. I am in total shock all of this drama over a slice of tomato left off of a sandwich WOW!... I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR never getting out of pocket, never cursed or anything. I admit I honked my horn one time because I was left at the window with Ashton for a long time after SAM snatched the bags out of his hands. WOW! These people are absolutely insane. The professional 5Star customer service is low standard as far as I am concern. No wonder RAISING CANE'S CHICKEN A FEW BLOCKS DOWN THE ROAD LINES STAY PACKED.

    As for the NEW OWNER, he was just as worse as the SAM chic. They need to get rid of him as well. He told me NEVER TO COME BACK THERE. I refused to be bullied and did not care that he was huge in size since he kneeled down at my window trying to intimidate me with arrogance and false accusations against my character (My nephew is a professional UFC Fighter so his big statue did not intimidate me not one bit. (He tried though by getting close up on my door window) I was taught never to allow anyone to bully me)... The Executive Director TAMMY mentioned the FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS ILLINOIS location has had issues and new staff and owner... If this is the type of service, we should expect from the new owner at the FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS ILLINOIS LOCATION run to Canes...they can count there days.

    My family and I have had many and plenty messed up order and NEVER EVER ONCE COMPLAINED about anything. It is sad soon as a request another sandwich with tomato all hell break loose, and I am threatened with the police and photos snapped of myself and my vehicle. I am 150% innocent about this whole situation. So glad my BMW captured his BIG FACE super close up on my driver side window. It was obvious he was upset with me because I reported him to TAMMY... She more likely has teamed up with his lies.

    I called her back to inform her of what the OWNER did after she told me to return, and I will not have any problems. Well, Tammy never called back. I called her several more time no answer. BETTER SERVICE AT CANES AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS... The OWNER at the Fairview location will experience the same kind of KARMA... THE LEVEL OF REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE REASON FOR MY REVIEW.

    I received a gift card for Chick-fil-A, and it's a scam. When you go to place an order online, it will not let you split the order to pay with the gift card balance and the remainder with a credit card. Instead the app tells you that your gift card does not have enough funds to complete the order, and you must add funds. I selected this option and it will only let you add funds in increments of $10, so I will have to add more money than what my order is for, and next time (and every time) I go to chick-fil-a. This is just a scam for chick-fil-a to get people to keep adding funds onto their cards. The only way to use the gift card in its entirety would be to place an order for exactly $10, $20, or $30.

    Example: My order is $22.77, so in using my $10 gift I will have to add $20 to complete the order. Now I will have a balance of $7.23. If I place another order for $22.77, guess what? I have to add another $20, so it's almost like the gift card is pointless, and a huge inconvenience. Why not let me add the amount I need to complete my order and only that amount, or better yet, why can't I just pay the balance with a credit card like literally every other company does. Chick-fil-a told me they would take the $10 gift off my account and mail me a physical card, and all they have done in over one month is take the $10 off my account, so they have essentially stolen $10 from me. They stopped responding to their CARES email over a week ago (Report#**), and now they are just ghosting me. Have a blessed day!

    We visited the location in Emporia, VA (#05745) on April 22, 2025, and went through the drive-thru. Although only one lane was open, which wasn’t a major concern, we were surprised to see that orders were not being taken at the screen. Instead, a single employee was stationed outside managing the process alone. As we approached to place our order, we noticed what appeared to be a meeting between the managers and the owner taking place at a table directly next to the drive-thru. Despite clearly seeing the growing line and the young woman handling everything on her own, none of them stepped in to offer assistance or seemed inclined to check if additional support was needed.

    When we reached the window, we expressed our concern to the young woman, who kindly reassured us that someone would come out to help her. It was incredibly disheartening to witness leadership observing the situation without stepping in—both for her sake and for the customers waiting. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience—it was mediocre at best. What was most disappointing, however, was the impression left behind: if leadership appears indifferent to the well-being of their employees, it’s difficult to believe they care much about their customers either. I sincerely wish the young lady who assisted us all the best, and I truly hope she receives the support and respect she deserves moving forward.

    We went through the drive thru on Friday, April 11 on Garden Rd, Burlington, NC and it always seems to be a problem w/ getting my order correct. The reps do NOT listen!!! Always wrong when I get the receipt and verify. Then I have to take my time & go into the building to talk w/ a Mgr about the situation..It has happened too many times...please the team members to LISTEN!     Normally we have no complaints with Chick-fil-a but felt we needed to comment on the lettuce on our Deluxe Chicken sandwiches. It was wilted and black.     My family loves this place! We love to go to Chick-fil-A and they are always packed yet we still get our food fast and Kelly is amazing! Not only do we love the nuggets but we love Kelly!     I don’t buy Chick-fil-A anymore. Their chicken nuggets are half the size they use to be, the chicken on the chicken sandwich is half the size it use to be, etc. And the price has doubled. It not worth my money.

    My name is Jamie **, and I went to the Chick-fil-A store at the U of L medical center on Preston Hwy in Louisville, KY to grab some lunch before my appointment. I did not know how to use the kiosk and one of the employees came out and showed me how to order what I wanted. They were all very nice to the customers and very professional. I have been eating at Chick-fil-A for years and I love eating there, the food is very tasty and always warm when you get it. I usually go to the Dixie Hwy restaurant, but when I found out about the one right near my appointment, I had to give them a try.

    In all the time I have eaten at Chick-fil-A not one employee has said my pleasure to me until I visited this particular one. It was greatly appreciated because I always thought it was company policy to say this phrase to all customers and it was finally said to me. I wish I had noted the lady's name that I personally interacted with that day so I could give her a shout out. The restaurant was very clean and there was hardly any wait time. I would rate this store excellent for customer service and professionalism.

    I am an avid Chick-fil-A. I use to LOVE your fries. I recently got the 8 piece meal with fries along with the other 4 members of the family. NO ONE ate their fries.     I’ve always thought Chick-fil-A had the best fries in fast food, but lately that’s not the case! I know they changed the way they made the fries, to make them crispier but every location I’ve been to in my city the fries have been stale, hard, and unenjoyable. They don’t last past 10 minutes, once you eat wait a couple minutes. The fries turn extremely hard and brittle. Don’t fix what’s not broke.

    1. I stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Freehold NJ I ordered #1 just entree and Key lime Lemonade. After I finish ordering I told the person that I was Military. She did not say anything, I drove around to the pickup area, and I paid for my food. She handed me back my change and the receipt, I still had to wait because my food was not ready. As I was waiting I pickup the receipt and I noticed that she didn't give me the discount. I told her I didn't get the military discount she told me that I had to be in uniform to get the discount, I told her that I have my ID but it still did not matter. She said you have to be in uniform, You got veteran that did their time 20 plus years and the only ones can get a discount is the soldier that is still wearing uniform. I don’t know about anybody else but I’m proud to stand next to a veterans that paved the way for me.

    2. When I got home I was ready to sit down and eat my chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it tasted like someone poor a pound of salt on the chicken. I try calling the Chick-fil-A. The phone just rang and it hung up on me twice. I’m so disappointed in Chick-Fil-A. The food was always good, My family and I used to love going to Chick-Fil-A every other Saturday. We would get dinner, we would take it home or go to the park.

    Waited for 1 hr to reach the front of the queue -(it must be good if people accept this length of time to queue right?) placed an order with a very incompetent giggling idiot who was more interested in flirting with her colleagues who seriously not interested. 1/2 hr later was called forward to collect our order to only then be told there was no chicken left. Don’t take the order/ money if you can’t fulfill it. Really poor management of supply and demand. Utterly disappointing and really yet to figure out what the fuss is all about. Will be going to more reliable competitor in the future.

    I was curious about the grilled spicy chicken sandwich, so I tried one. I was not impressed. It didn't look good or taste good. The lobby was packed and there were long lines in the drive thru, but for the life of me I can't see what the big deal is with Chick-fil-A. I wasted my money and learned a lesson. I won't be going back.

    Do the employees standing outside taking orders not bother you? It is the trashiest looking system I’ve ever seen at a fast food. They have huge screens that you can’t order from and the employees will tell you that they can’t hear over the speakers. Waste of money? Or is someone lying to you for making you stand outside? They’re lying because all Chick-fil-As have adapted this system. What is the reason?? I’m never going again because you still have people outside taking orders. So raggedy!

    I love Chick-fil-A, but they have 2 serious issues for some time now. You can't see the menu to order! They get you before the board that shows the items. Drive thru is also terribly complicated! It needs to be redesigned as it Is unnecessarily congested!

    I only go to Chick-fil-A when I have no other immediate options because the menu is limited for vegetarians/pescatarians. When I go, I always ask for a veggie wrap and "fresh" waffle fries, or I only ask for "fresh" waffle fries and a lemonade. The lemonade is always good. The veggie wrap, for what it is, gets the job done, but my fries are ALWAYS cold. I visited Chick-fil-A twice today due to a very long work day, both times I asked for "fresh" fries, and both times I received warmish fries.

    I tried to eat the first set (2760 Germantown Parkway location), and they made my stomach hurt (they always do when they are soft and cool) so I only ate half. I hoped with me being the only person in line (Wolf River location), I would actually get fresh fries. They were not. I was too tired to ask them to give me fresh fries again. I just drove off and threw them away. At this point, I've just come to the conclusion that I will not make any further attempts to get food from any Chick-fil-A.

    The Jasper, Alabama Chick-fil-A has to be the worst one in the country. The most un-Christian like people work there. They have to take their cues from the owner operator. She will not hear a complaint. I was told by a former employee she spends hours on the phone about complaints. That right there should tell you something. If she would have the employees do their jobs there wouldn't be complaints. Her name is RUTH **, unlike her name she has none.

    Seems like management now is blaming customers for messed up orders instead of truly caring and taking care of the problem. Even corporate didn’t seem too much to care about what happened to me which is very frustrating. This was another sign of stop eating at fast food restaurants altogether, do something else. Not planning on going back at all after the way I was treated and to add insult to injury they offer to take care of the complaint by offering me a biscuit or tater tots and not even make it a full meal to where I have to still spend more money to make the order complete, smh. Let’s not give them our hard-earned money anymore. One or two customers now and then more will follow later enough to hit them in the pocket and really make a change.

    I go to the Chick-fil-A in La Mesa CA. The employee that works the order taker at the drive through is a GREAT employee. Her name is Cory. Every time we go she remembers us and welcomes us with a big smile. This is the type of employee that all business should have. She is GREAT.

    I'm a Chick-fil-A fan until today, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and I also had a 5 piece nuggets reward, the taste is not the same too much salt, after eating I was dizzy and my BP went up. I will never eat Chick-fil-A again.

    Chick Fil A advertised online that they were providing a free sandwich for veterans on veterans day 2024. So I went to the Fairfield, Ohio location and waited in line for ten minutes, only to be told that "they were not honoring that offer at this location." Not to extend the offer is one thing; but to advertise it and have then have a veteran wasting time in line and not honor it is rude and disrespectful.

    I called on Oct 29th & placed an order for 2 trays, 75 pieces of chicken each to be Delivered on November 2 in Stillwater to a tailgating birthday party. I called again the morning of the 2nd to “confirm” my order would be delivered. They assured me it would be delivered @12:30. When it was time for our food There were Chick-fil-A cars delivering all around, some of our Group was stopping them to see if it was our order and the drivers knew nothing about our order & Crazy said they would check on it and make it right. Well, I think about 1:30. It was finally delivered and by then people were already in the stadium and the food was just now getting there.

    Very very Disappointed in the experience and needless to say the chicken wasn’t even needed by the time they got it there. Then they just had the nerve to throw some free chicken cards in. Well, that did not do us any good, none of us that were there even live close to a Chick-fil-A so that was two trays of chicken, practically wasted and a lot of money. I’ll never do that again or recommend it.

    My husband and I have ate at Chick-fil-A twice since they changed their chicken. First time was breakfast and the chicken had a weird texture, second time it was stringy and didn’t have a good taste. There won’t be a third time.     Today Monday October 28, 2024 at 9:45am-9:50am this morning I had decided to go to my favorite fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A. That’s just 1-2 minutes away from the hotel where I’m staying at for my mobile job. This Chick-fil-A is located in Wilkes Barre Township. Address: 989 Schechter Dr

    Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. I been going to this Chick-fil-A at this location for this past week to eat and work my mobile job instead of staying and working from my hotel room. That’s where I’ll usually go and spend most of my day working and being at peace at my favorite fast food restaurant. At approximately 11:40am while I was working my mobile job and on a phone call with someone while deciding what to order for my lunch there for the day I was approached by the owner Jeff Snyder and he proceeded to say the following:

    - “You can’t be here all day just sitting here.”
    - “Using up all our WiFi.“
    - “You have to order something to eat and go.”

    - “Unless you’re going to be ordering and eating all day long.”

    I then asked him, "How do you know I be here all day? Are you watching me? And Why are you rushing me to order?" He then responds “His workers tell him”. “Just hurry up and order something”. Then he walks off, I was so shocked.

    The chicken breast was extremely large, salty and not flavorable at all. My waffle fries was warm, and just crumbles with a few whole waffle fries. I've never had the need to complain but this meal was a disaster. I heard that you guys changed your chicken and if that is the case I don't think I'll be order the #1 anymore.

    I visit the Hilliard Rome road Chick-fil-A location on occasion and it is a top notch. Establishment I have so many adjectives to describe it!     A much-anticipated opening of Chick-fil-A in Shawnee, KS turned out to be our worst experience EVER. First, there’s no in-store dining, the memorable crispy waffle fries were undercooked, cold and soggy, and the sandwich was “meh”. We were so disappointed. This is so way below standard for one of our favorite places to eat. Zero stars and we won’t be back.

    Came to the Clifton park location after a dental appointment. It was busy but very clean. The gentleman attending to the sweeping and table cleaning was on top of it. As soon as someone left he was right there cleaning up behind them. Tawaana (not sure of the spelling) was super friendly and helpful navigating the menu.     It took over 30 minutes in the drive through. I was not told when I placed my order that since I was ordering from the lunch menu at 10:10 am there would be a delay. When I got to the window I was told that mac and cheese was not available until after 10:30am. If the order taker had advised me of the delays I would have ordered from the breakfast menu.

    I used to be a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. But recently I have noticed all my points disappearing on the app. Also, they now purchase all of their goods from Bill Gates and Martin Brower the same warehouse as McDonald's. So sure it's pretty safe to say their food is no longer as good as it used to be. Considering people have done tests and the chicken sandwich is over 30 ingredients. I will no longer be going to Chick-fil-A. The only reason I left one star is because you have to and I must admit their service is still excellent. I will no longer give this establishment my money due to them resetting your points on the app so frequently as well as purchasing their not-so-great chicken from Martin Brower which is supplied by Bill Gates. I would help many others would follow suit so that they quit feeding us poison and charging us ridiculous amounts of money.

    I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich meal, upon arriving to the lady taking my order in the drive thru I asked for 2 spices chicken deluxe meals with water...she told me I had to get a regular chicken sandwich with the coupon.     I entered their location at 918 8th Avenue in Manhattan on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 at 7:15 am and was turned away as I was told the store open at 7:30. The door was unlocked and both your storefront window and your website state this location opens at 6:30 am. I was also misgendered. I purchased my coffee at McDonald's, who were more than happy to provide service. I have no intention of using your restaurants ever again. My first and last time. I contacted this chicken company twice with no response. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, this chicken company did not respond.

    Most recent experience at the George Washington FSU (#02693) Ashburn, VA location was below expectations. On 06/08/2024 at 9:23:36 a.m. I visited for the first time through the drive-thru where no Chick-fil-A drive-thru service attendant was readily available for over 15 minutes to take orders at the drive-thru. The service attendants were extremely slow. My order was not taken within 3 minutes. I drove up to the window after sitting at the voice box kiosk for more than 15 minutes with no attendant readily available. I was greeted by a rude and unprofessional ** young (lady) worker who thought she would "scold" me for not waiting at the voice box kiosk until she was ready to take my order. It does not work that way. I am the customer at all times.

    The Chick-fil-a employee's expectation is and needs to be the "CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION IS PRIORITY." She approached me aggressively with "Did you order at the box?" as if she is speaking to a child. I firmly addressed her with my order. Then, after ordering a regular coffee with 4 Splenda's I was served a coffee with a flavoring of Hazelnut. I did not order Hazelnut flavored coffee therefore I tossed the coffee.

    They are now not using antibiotic free chicken. I will not be purchasing their chicken. I don't understand this as I guess the ethics with some of these companies goes away when money is involved. Very sad. And their berry new drink tastes like cough syrup. It truly does.     I am disgusted with Chick-fil-A customer service. I guess they are less concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Because I placed an order through Uber Eats and Chick-fil-A did provide a quality check to ensure the delivery person was given the correct order, they are not responsible for their error. Despite speaking to Chick-fil-A customer service regarding my experience and verbalizing what was clearly a mistake on their part, they refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience.     I went to the Burlington location. Order 3 3strips only and waffle fries. They charged me for the meals. When I noticed this I called the store. No one got back to me. Then finally someone did. They said they would make it up and they would send me 2 3strips meal coupons in the mail. To this day I have not received them. So be careful. Any Chick-fil-A will OVER CHARGE THE CUSTOMER and they will not do a thing about it. Especially the Burlington location.

    I visited a 2805 E League City Pkwy store in League City, TX. I ordered at 9:30 am and was told to park at the front door to bring it. There were only two of us there. They delivered a bag to the other vehicle, and then, in about a minute, they returned to pick it up. He took it side and brought out another. Then, another person brought out the bag they had given to the car and handed it to me. I told him that was the bag they had given to the other car; he said don't worry, it's OK. When I opened those sandwiches, they were made wrong. That receipt said how to prepare them, but they prepared them incorrectly anyway.

    While picking up my dinner at Chick-fil-A in Kingsport today and eating in their parking lot in my car, I attempted to back out to leave and a short hair lady in a van rushed passed and I accidentally bumped her car. Their was no damage and I did not even feel the bump, but she felt the need to get out of her car and proceed to cuss me and tell me I hit her car, and I asked her what she wanted me to do, she said nothing because of no damage, but proceeded to let me know she couldn't let the the truck parked down from me out because of me. I told her fine, I would just sit in my car, until the closed or traffic died down. She was about car 15-20 stretching all the way around the building.

    Finally a decent man in a car beside me got out and directed traffic so I could exit my parking space, and I sat in line to let him exit. To think you are a decent person or good Christian because you eat the chicken at Chick Fil A could not be further from the truth. The people in the car line right after 5:00 pm are vicious, hateful, and very inconsiderate, plus rude. NEVER AGAIN.... I would rather eat at a biker bar.... The drive through at Kingsport is complete chaos for the customers wanting to exit their parking lot in the evening, and cussing someone out at Chick Fil A may be a bigger mental issue that needs to be taken care of. Good Luck to all those who dare venture to this crazy town....

    This is for the restaurant’s management: I fully understand errors. I have trouble making sense of what appears to be uncaring customer service. My drive-thru order contained a MEDIUM cup of fries. I got the medium cardboard cup but the fill level was less than a small order. My question is - where is the awareness of an employee when that person grabs a medium container that literally looks like a loser and places it in a customer’s bag. I see the problem as a management issue. How does the owner/manager not instill in the workforce a concern that the drive-away customer would be disappointed with order. I would think that the delivery goal would be to provide a little over full-fill rather than “where the hell are my fries”. I don’t want a free order next time - I just want there to be a restaurant’s concern to do the right thing the right way the first time.

    I went to the Chick-fil-A in Florence, AL last night and ordered some chicken nuggets. So we wait in the long line for probably around 25 minutes and everything was fine if you don't mind waiting that long but after about the 3rd nugget I ate another one and I noticed right away something wasn't right about it but I continued to keep chewing it but it tasted HORRIBLE!!!! It wasn't chicken meat I'm very sure of!! I have no idea what it was but it was nasty and it has made me so sick!!!! That is so wrong on so many levels!! I am scared to even know what it was I ate! I will not be back and will tell everyone I know to beware of the food from there!!

    The Hampton Lovejoy Chick-fil-A delivers very poor service and the quality of their food is toxic. Chicken fried in old grease and the new manager does not care about customers and complaints.     The store on Old Fork Murfreesboro is the worst one. We always eat in Chick-fil-A but this one no way we will go again. The order is always not completed and when I ask I miss this the manager tells me to go to the line and order this again while I already order and they miss my order. Even the company when I make complaint nothing happens. I asked for the video cam. They refused to give it to me.

    I've been enjoying Chick fil A's meals since I was a little girl. Throughout my life after I got done with school a great dinner reward was getting to eat the grilled nuggets. Moving on throughout the years, my meal has grown to a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with a side of Chick fil a sauce and criss cut fries. My favorite drinks are the frosted lemonade and the oreo shake. I love this meal and it's so delicious. The customer service at Chick fil a is unlike any other. You always get welcomed and talked to with so much respect. It makes the din in so memorable and an overall great experience. The friendly workers make you feel wanted and cared for. They move their line so quickly and have a very fast and good meal with little wait time. I love Chick fil a and I hope you can give it a shot for a delicious meal.

    Recently we were at Chick-fil-A in Washington, DC, Dakota Crossing. The person who took our order didn't give us a warm hello. It was more like, "What's your order?" The order taker misunderstood my drink selection. Therefore, when I received my order, the drink was incorrect. I had to leave my vehicle and walk back to the drive-thru window. The employee at the drive-thru saw me and said, "Yes?" I responded, "Hello, and how are you?" The employee responded, "Hello, can I help you?" Unfortunately, the store manager was present the entire time and said nothing. I let the employee know that my drink was wrong. The store manager spoke up and said what I wanted was an exception and that they could make it. Suddenly, a different employee stuck their head out the window to say what does she want?

    Overall, three employees, along with the store manager, carried unpleasant attitudes. It's my understanding that Chick-Fil-A is partially built on its reputation for hospitality. They teach their workers to say "my pleasure" instead of "you're welcome." Additionally, the restaurant's Culture of Care states, "Chick-fil-A is committed to a workplace culture where everyone is treated with honor, dignity and respect." At this location, I didn't feel appreciated as a customer or a human being. To the owner, Jessie Chesson, I encourage you to provide a training refresher with your employees often on rendering excellent customer service as your staff represent you.

    I paid 30 dollars for cold macaroni, a chicken sandwich, and a salad with wilted lettuce. They messed up my order and I had to sit while my chicken got cold, waiting on the salad that they didn't make. They wouldn't allow me remove ingredients from the salad. I ended up throwing it in the trash. They gave me the wrong dressing, and the macaroni had insect in it. I will NEVER go to this place again. Nobody should have to pay 30 dollars for 4 items at a fast food restaurant in the first place, let alone for poor quality food. I could have gone to a restaurant and paid this which would have included a nice tip!

    I have to be honest and truthful. For a company that considers them a Christian-based company if you read the ingredients that are in the chicken filet or chicken fingers it's nothing but poison. I use that word very strongly because the ingredients that are in them are totally unhealthy and unsafe for the body. I could list the ingredients but it's up to you to read the ingredients and figure it out for yourself. Once I found out I stopped going there. If you want a healthy experience skip Chick-fil-A. Besides being overpriced they are not healthy at all.

The guy that was taking my order did not repeat the order back to me. I got home and part of my order was not in the bag. Came back to the restaurant thinking they were going to give me the food for free.     My wife and I visited the Roswell Road at Cobb Parkway location around 10:30am. We not greeted or acknowledged. There we two customers standing around waiting for their orders. At least six employees were standing around (appearing to be socializing). I stood in front of a register. A female employee was walking by each register and mumbling something.     People at this place should take a test before getting a job there,. One is required to place order before getting chance to look at menu board. Second, with all employees looking around, not one would take initiative to break a bill. A customer is not made aware they won't break a bill until you are already stuck in line. How can a business on the south side of Lafayette not take hundreds? Never fails, it's a constant correlation that when businesses grow their management and customer service declines.

What we got looked like a leftover chicken breast cut into pieces, dropped on the floor, stepped on and put in a container and served, not as much as sorry from the manager, after a short discussion she did replace them with the fried nuggets which were better. I just can't believe they tried to pass this off, especially at $12. Glad we didn't go through the drive through otherwise we might not have noticed in time to go back. Shame on you Chick Fil A!

    Dear CFA, I would first like to say, suck on Deez. I came into this restaurant, feeling great about myself and honestly looking my best. I have high expectations for this fine cuisine that I was expecting but when I got in there, there was some **, serving me a hair on a damn stick. I just wanted some effing chicken. If I wanted some fake stuff I would go to Mickey D’s but you know what? I bring a big buck because I was gonna get the roots chicken am where I came. I was hungry.     I had always wanted to go eat there so we went to a bigger town that had one there and I went and ate there. Our food was horrible. The chicken was hard you could tell it’s been sitting for a long time fries are cold. It was around $35 for the meals. It was a total waste of everything.     Did not have my phone at the time I made purchases at the Chick-fil-A restaurant.     I walked in to get a meal and I nearly twisted my ankle. At this particular place they had a step down to get out of the place which I didn't see and so for no reason they put that. I order at the counter and all the Employees as per usual seem to be too focused and their drive through. I ordered and they nearly had fries for some reason. It took 20 minutes just to get my food along with screaming children, and teenagers being idiots. I also wanted to say your floors are always way too slippery no matter what location I go to, but this time I nearly slipped and broke my head, I got up with like 1,000 people looking at me like I was a 2 year old child trying to walk. PLS guys make your floors more dry because I am sick and tired of this. The Food was awesome but like come on guys!

    So to be clear overall most times Chick-fil-A is a five star company and this review is for one experience at the drive thru during which I used a gift card which I knew didn't have enough to cover the whole cost so I gave them a $5 bill with the gift card to cover the dollar or so extra the order will cost. So then with my receipt I get the gift card back and about four dollars in change and they say they hope it's okay they used the cash first. Well no that's not only not okay. That messes me up because my wife told me emphatically to use up the gift card. So now I have to drive back around and I order another sandwich just to use up the gift card. It's common sense that they should use the gift card first if you give them cash and a gift card. The cash is to cover what the gift card can't. Hopefully they will get the memo on this.

    Recently I was at Chick-fil-a in Mc Allen Texas. It was an amazing place. Never have I had a more pleasant meal. Jan was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.     It would, was great and has been great everytime I've stepped foot in a Chick fil A restaurant. I thought fast food workers lost the hospitality after covid and some still aren't nice and you feel good about the food you're going to get. It's not like that at chick fil a at all from the staff, everything on the menu taste fa-nominal, it smells clean and the food smells amazing. Literally the only thing I can think of that bad about it is the line everytime. There's huge line wrapped around the building but the people just want the same thing I want.     Supposedly purchased a nugget combo only to find out after it was brought out the cashier did not ring up a combo. I was told I needed to go pay for fries if I wanted them.     The Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich was good on the chicken part, but the bread was TERRIBLY soggy. When I had a parent meeting to go to, they served 100 chicken sandwiches.     The chicken nuggets themselves are good, but the toy can be a little cheapo-deapo. The fruit is perfectly fine, and so are the fries. But the toy can be so dumb sometimes for my kid. My kid literally said he'd prefer the puzzles or maybe the ice cream. He's 8 years old, so he's totally mature. He likes the toys when they're the match games and puzzles. He especially loves the table topics. But the books are ticking him off. So please think of the older kids. I mean, it's nice to think of younger kids, but he hates those. So, yeah.

    No greeting and no acknowledgment from employees that were laughing and playing loudly, at the drive-thru. Front counter order taker, did greet us, but we could barely hear him over the noise from the other employees. Chick-fil-A does not seem to be as selective over the crew that they hire nor the cleanliness of the restaurant as they once were. We’ve always chosen Chick-fil-A over any other fast food chain, for their fresh, hot and delicious food, their great customer service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food at our visit today was still as exceptional as always, but it’s just not enough to keep us coming back without the latter two.

    We used to feel welcome, and safe eating at Chick-fil-A. When COVID-19 came about, all the other fast food chains cleaned up their act, but only because they were forced to, and when the mandates were lifted, it all ceased, and it was back to sloppy business as usual. Chick-fil-A kept their dining room closed long long long after the mandates were lifted, and after today’s visit, Chick-fil-A earned one star for fresh hot and delicious food, but was the food and the kitchen “Food Safe?”

    If a restaurant doesn’t care about what the customer sees, in their “common areas,“ then certainly they do not care about what is unseen by the customer in the areas that are closed off to the public; (kitchen). Dirty sticky front counter, and more than a couple of days worth of scum on the floor, not a clean table in sight. I wasn’t going to risk using the restroom facility. One last thing, we weren’t interested in listening to personal things coming from the employees. Just another unprofessional epidemic that Chick-fil-A has adopted from the other fast food chains. Way to go Chick-fil-A! You no longer stand out In a crowd.

    This is not a clean Chick fil A. I went in the store after not buying anything there for sometime. The retail location was not clean. The floors had trash and dirt on them. The outside was dirty before you entered. There was a stale odor in the air. The employees were friendly, however the Owner was not. Several people spoke to him and we were given looks of disgust.     On Nov.1, 2022 my husband went to Chick-fil-A on Briar Forest and Dairy Ashford to pick up 2 salads for me and my co-worker for lunch. When we received the salads there was no salad dressing for neither of the salad. I called the store to report that the issue and was immediately told, "We don't have anyone to bring it to you. Normally, when people are missing the salad dressing they come back and get it." "You can return them", she said. "Everyone makes mistakes." Instead of immediately apologizing for not including the salad dressing this is how the manager chose to handle the issue.

    When I addressed how she was handling the issue she said "I was being honest." At one point it seemed to me she was insinuating that I was lying (for 2 packs of dressing)? She proceeded to ask, "So are you coming to pick it up or return the salads." The sign on the building of this Chick-Fil-A says to be courteous to the employees, I think they also need to train the employees on how to handle situations, even when you are limited on service that they can provide.

    I want to ask a simple question that I hope will bring an answer that is favorable to Chick-Fil-A. Why does Chick-Fil-A does not offer hot coffee for delivery via DoorDash?     I would give zero if it would let me. All I ordered was salad extra dressing, got back to office, no dressing, none, not even one.     The young girls at the Ft. Oglethorpe, GA location who were outside the drive-thru window handing out orders need a lesson in maturity and respect. One in particular (short girl who wore a large white jaw clip at the nape of her neck) looked at me when I drove up to get my order and snickered as she turned to get my order. She nudged the girl next to her to get her to look at me and she did for a second and turned back around. Jaw-clip girl had her back to me getting my order but I could plainly see her laughing at my expense. She turned to me, handed me my order, and once again turned around to snicker.

    I don’t know if my makeup was that hideous or if the wig I wear with bangs was that hilarious or what. I’ve worn a wig for 10 years due to cancer, but that child wouldn’t know that and judging from her disrespectful and immature demeanor, she wouldn’t care. I’m almost 50 years old and I could care less about giggling children, as they don’t know me or my life story. She found something about me so funny she had to share it with the girl beside her though.

    Years ago I had the privilege of meeting the founder of Chick-Fil-A, Truett Cathy. A Godly human being who was so incredibly nice and humble, he wouldn’t be happy with the employees now. I hope that little girl grows up and realizes that it’s just not nice to laugh at people, especially when they are sick and can SEE you laughing. She has a lot to learn about life and what’s important. I should go back and see if it happens again so I can say something next time, put her in her place. Aside from her childish actions, the food was amazing as always. Who knows, maybe that little plain-Jane girl was jealous of this 50 year old woman who puts her makeup on like a pro every single day and has a $500 wig on and a brand new one on the way! :)

    I went to the store at Centerplace in Greeley, CO. 80634 at about 3:30 pm on 4/26/2022 and ordered a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich combo inside, and they gave me a table number and I waited and waited and waited for my order but never got it!     We have never eaten at a Chick Fil A before so since one just moved into our town we decided to try it due to all the hype. We both ordered a chicken wrap for 8.00 per wrap. We were hard pressed to find any chicken in our wraps. It was like eating a lettuce wrap only. We were very disappointed. We probably had about two very small pieces in our wraps.     I love Chick-fil-A and the fact that you can order/pay online. However, if you order and pay online then you SHOULD NOT have to wait in a long line for 20 minutes while others place their orders just so you can pick up the order you placed online 30 minutes prior to having to wait another 20 minutes in line to pick it up! Please create a better system for the customers who place their orders and pay online to pickup their orders. Otherwise what is the point of ordering/paying online if you are going to have to wait in line while others place their orders anyway?!

    My first trip. Have been watching commercials about quality of offerings, including pictures. Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and side of mac and cheese. Soggy bun, very small fillet, one pickle slice. That was it! Mac and cheese was like wallpaper paste, thick, tasteless. Very expensive. Over $10. The drive-thru is an absolute nightmare. Winds around and around the cramped parking area. Very poorly marked. Took over 20 minutes. I never comment, but this was over the top. A terrible ripoff.

    I loved this restaurant. I realised I had not been there in almost a year. So today I went to get my food. Fries were NOT cooked, again not cold, but NOT cooked, and their burger's bun was moist and wet. I called the place up to tell them this. They first asked for my receipt which is okay, I gave them that... What they said afterward what I was shocked. They told me to bring the receipt and the food back... lol.     I purchased the chicken tortilla soup based on the poster in the window which showed chicken and corn in a broth. I also wanted to try something new, and normally I love Chik-fil-A food. But this time was different. The soup I received was little more than thickened water with taco seasoning and tabasco sauce. You couldn't taste the chicken, you couldn't taste the corn, you couldn't taste the beans. Just a tasteless, thickened, gravy-textured base with too much taco seasoning and tabasco sauce. And 8 bucks for about 12 ounces. I don't know when I have ever been this disappointed in a dish. I'm normally not one to write comments, but I was pretty angry about this meal.

    I am writing to inform you of your poor service and disappointment we have in your company. Sat September 11th at 12:00 was our daughter's 5th birthday and all she requested for food was your chicken nuggets. We ordered $165 worth of food and sauces a week before from your Ashbridge Square location in Downingtown, PA. When my husband arrived at 10:30, for our order to be ready at 11:30, the person at the counter had no record of our order. I texted my husband the confirmation and they somehow located it but it was not ready! My husband was told the order would be ready by 11:15, so he left to go pick up a tray order from Giant—10 minutes away. He came back at 12:00, giving your staff an extra 45 minutes to prepare our order!

    When he arrived there was a line of customers waiting for their catering orders, others waiting for their in store orders, and numerous people waiting to speak to the manager about their orders and service. It was chaos! It took until 12:15 for him to finally get to the front of the line to show his receipt, to which he was told they were just now cooking the order; at this point it was 12:35.

    At 1:00 my husband finally received our order, 1 1/2 hours late; and then it took him 10 minutes to get out of your parking lot! My husband waited over 2 hours for our order. In turn he missed almost 2 hours of our daughter's 5th birthday and the food was LATE. Something we thought could be avoided by ordering from your establishment. In the end my husband was offered two free sandwiches which far from remedies this letdown. I will tell anyone who will listen this story about your restaurant and I hope you find a way to compensate my family, although you can never give my husband back the time he missed at her party!

    I LOVE this place! I could eat here every day for sure! Most fast food restaurants have greasy food but at Chick- fil-A everything tastes fresh and quality made. When I pick it up the food is ALWAYS warm. I am not the biggest fan of mac and cheese but when it comes to Chick-fil-A mac and cheese I LOVE it. Soooo good!!!! The only bad thing is it is not close to my house in Shillington. About 25 minutes away!!! They should definitely put up more Chick-fil-A's around here. Reasonable price and friendly workers!     In line 30 minutes, Manteca, Ca Chick-fil-A. When I arrived home with my Order of two deluxe chicken fillet sandwiches and sweet tea we ended up with greasy chicken surrounded by two pieces of bread and nothing in between. Called the store, would not give me a manager, employee proceeded to say, "Will take your name and number and when you come back within the week we’ll give you a two complimentary sandwiches." Went back on July 16, 2021 proceeded to give my name and number they said they couldn’t find it in their computer! Not an I’m sorry not anything just expected us to order again, instead of fixing what I paid for in the first place and didn’t receive not to mention they were very rude as far as customer service, their attitudes were quite arrogant. Very unfortunate that was a first experience with Chick-fil-A and I will never go back! Really they should try to hire mature adults. These kids are going to ruin their business.

    I drove 20 minutes to the Zaxbys in Marianna FL. Ordered a salad and a tea in the drive thru. Drove 2p minutes back to work to enjoy my salad and NO FORK in the bag. This may seem like a minor oversight but I didn't have time to go somewhere else to get a fork, with just an hour for lunch.     If I could rate them lower, based on their customer service I would and the funny thing I have been extremely satisfied with them in the past but this service should not happen to anyone period. I went to the Chick-fil-a on Lindberg in Florissant, where I almost every Friday go through the drive-through and buy 2 chicken sandwiches with nothing on it. This time like most times I waited 15 - 20 minutes for my order. The lady in the line took the order and I paid with my debit card. This time, however, when I got to the window they not only didn't have my order, they first told me to go wait elsewhere. To this, I said no, they came back later addressed me by name, and told me no order had been placed and that I would not be charged. They also did not provide me any proof that the transaction took place. I then told them to simply forget it and I left.

    When I got home I decided to check my bank account to see if I had indeed not been charged. There in my bank statement it was a charge from Chick-fil-a for $8.92. When I called the Chick-fil-a, I asked for the manager, the person who answered the phone claimed he was the manager. However, when I ask his name he handed the phone to someone else. I described the situation and he said, "Do you have a receipt." I said no they have never given me a receipt and why would they, after all, they claimed I didn't have an order. He responded that they always give receipts, He point blank lied, just like the lady at the window. My response was, "You're telling me that I paid for something and didn't get it but that's not your fault. It's mine for not getting a receipt for an order you claimed I didn't place." His response was, "I don't like your attitude" and promptly hung up.

    The patrons that come here are aggressive, inconsiderate, and just plain BAD. Today, a guy with a large Penske box truck stopped in the middle of the lane, and blocked traffic from coming into entrance. Traffic was forced to one lane. The lady that was behind me turned to my driver side and forced her vehicle in front of mine almost causing a collision. I honked, but that did not make a difference as she was determined to cut me off (basically the car from behind swerves around and forces their vehicle on top of yours to cut in front -- unbelievable).

    After getting into the parking, the lady speeds to the curbside pickup, which so happens to be the same order that I had placed. The lady parks on the spot closest to the drive-thru, and she blocks two spaces with her vehicle. I get off, and ask her why she cut me off... and if she understands that she almost caused a collision when she cut me off (as a result of the large Penske box truck from parking in the middle of the road and blocking traffic, and her turning from behind me to then turn in front of me forcefully...essentially pushing me off the road or have a collision). She did not respond, and kept her window rolled up. The person on the passenger side lowered her window to say something, but the lady driver reprimanded her and told her to pull up the window.

    I came inside and spoke with the INCOMPETENT MANAGER, GUS. I explained the situation to him, and he did not care. After several minutes, the lady that had cut me off received her order, and was ready to rear end my vehicle which was parked in back of hers due to her taking up two spaces and forcefully/aggressively cutting me off at the entrance. I raised my voice and told her not to hit my car when another man yells out at me telling me that. "I deserve it". This situation just kept getting worse as the person who yelled out at me did not see or experience being aggressively cut off and forced to swerve to avoid a collision by the lady who had decided to take two parking spots when she stopped to pick up her order.

    Finally, a lady from inside came to assist. She kindly asked me to pull to the side, and she apologized to the lady who was the CULPRIT. She said she would provide me with my order and give me a refund. She offered me the order, but I refused. I just wanted my refund at this point. This extremely upsetting experience will not have me ordering from Chic-Fil-A ever again. This company needs to manage their customers' and have competent managers. This situation was very disappointing and upsetting.

    My first contact with a Chic-Fil-A representative was with their assistant or floor manager, Gus, who clearly did not care about what I told him. After I had waited several minutes to get my order, I noticed that the lady was about to hit my car with her vehicle again (but this time because I was stopped in back of her). I asked GUS for a refund. GUS asked one of the cashiers to refund my order, and he gave her the incorrect information. The cashier explained the order had already been served, and when she told me what the order was, which was not the right order. At that point, I had to go outside because the lady was about to ram my car, and the other customer yelling that "I deserve it".

    This situation was just inconceivable. And it all started with the large Penske box truck blocking the entrance, which caused the lady from behind me to swerve and push her car on top of mine. Then the same lady taking up two spaces in the pickup area, and good ol' manager GUS not listening to what I was telling him, which created an even worse situation. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. This is so disappointing and upsetting that I do not know how to explain this situation without becoming emotional. Going forward, I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

    Had never tried this restaurant - now I wish I hadn't bothered... It was AWFUL and EXPENSIVE for food I wouldn't give away. CHICKEN WRAP was all lettuce, could barely find any chicken, saw about 5-6 shreds of cheese. TASTELESS Dressing did not help. CHICKEN STRIPS were max 2 bites each, and TASTELESS Dipping sauce was nasty. WAFFLE FRIES were undercooked, limp cold. Some were covered in salt, others had none. ICED TEA and DR PEPPER were fine. Hence more than one star.

    For people who own this company. Who proclaim to be Christians ..The amount of food they give you is a disgrace. The breakfast bowl consists of 3 small pieces of sausage ..4 tiny.     This was our first time going to Chick Fil A and there was a line wrapped around the block, but we were able to place our order online ahead of time. By the time we got to the order pick up area, the server came out with our order and we asked (just to make sure) if all the sauces and the salt was in there with the chicken, the sandwich, and the potatoes. She cheerfully assured us, "They're all in there!" So we drove off. When we got to our destination, we took everything out of the bag and there were no sauces and no salt! The line was way too long to go back and wait in so we just settled but it was disappointing. But both the chicken sandwich and the chicken filets were excellent, very moist and flavorful and the portion sizes were generous. The potatoes were unsalted and rather flavorless. So the experience was almost perfect.

    I went to Chick-fil-A located on 1960 and Eldridge in Houston TX, got my order, when I get home 12 ct nuggets were missing, I had to drive back and had to wait in line again! I explained the situation to the girl taking the order and asked her if they could upgrade it to a meal since I wasted my time and gas for their mistake, she called someone on the radio and told me that they will take care at the front, was in line for about ten minutes, when I get to the window I had to explain everything again and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, just got my 12 ct nuggets. It’s sad because I used to go like 3 times a week but with this poor service will never go back. Will start going to Raising Cane’s.

    I am a loyal customer to Chick-fil-A here in St. Louis Missouri. I visited the store on Halls Ferry and Lindbergh after being out shopping on Saturday. It took over 20 minutes in line to get our food, I had to ask 3 times for my card back while at window in drive thru, one young man did not have on his mask in this pandemic preparing consumer’s food, and to top it off, I received cold food that had all the evidence of being prepared ahead of time sitting inside bag. I called and placed a complaint of service. A young lady who was so rude returned my call. As I was attempting to explain to her my issue with my food and the service, she continued talking over me, telling me the after/evening shift is made up of 14 and 15 year olds. I don’t care.

    I paid $16 for cold food and rudeness and I sat in the pouring down rain for this mess trying to support our ** owners. I will continue visiting Brentwood store due to fast service, respect, and fresh food each and every time. The young lady verified my email address and promised to send meal replacement coupons. Guess what? They never showed up. I have never received bad food from any chick fil a but Lindbergh and Halls Ferry here in St. Louis. Total disappointment.

    Customer Service is horrible! Ordered a 30 count meal with two milkshakes. Milkshake had something floating in it! I kindly asked for them to replace it! It took 30 minutes to do that.     Generally, Chick-fil-A service is above average and food is very good. However, of late they have been screwing my orders. I ordered and paid through the app and went to the drive through to pick up my order in Midland. Well, they could not find my order even though I had paid in full via the app. Then I asked for the manager so see what was going on. Well the manager, Chrs ** was not of much use. He did not know what was going on and seemed to suggest that I had not paid for my order or that I did not know how to use the app. I showed him the receipt and the update on the app that said that the order was paid for correctly via the app. Very rude and sloppy manager. Will not go there again.

    I went through the drive through today and was greeted with a friendly face and a nice “Hello! How are you today?” The young man's name was Brady and he was very kind and funny. Whoever hired him must be very pleased with the work he is doing. I am very pleased with my experience and the meal.

    I enjoyed a Chick-fil-A meal including a Peach Milkshake today. The sandwich was the best and the fries were hot. I had it delivered through door dash. Chick-fil-A has their act together. They should be the model for all fast food restaurants. Their food is the best! Our CFA opened shortly before corona but did they panic? NO! They forged ahead with a great way of serving themselves and the customers. You have a girl taking orders, someone taking cash and your order waiting for you at the delivery window. Awesome! I almost felt like the drive up window at Weber’s drive-up where the girls came out, affixed a tray to the car window and waited for your order to be delivered. Efficient. I love your food, your efficiency even in the worst of times and the fact that you aren’t open on Sundays. It is so like Sundays in the 50’s and 60’s. Thank you for a great meal and great service!

    This company is a joke. The food is bland, the shakes are horrible and the waffle fries have no taste to them. I'd rather eat writing paper than eat their waffle fries and the customer services is horrible. I’d never eat there again. In fact I hated the food so much that I threw it away after one bite. Disgusting. Can’t wait til this company finally closes its doors and goes out of business soon!! I didn’t want to give it any stars but this system said I to at least give something so it got one undeserved star.

    Rocky River Chick-fil-A manager (male unaware of his name) and I spoke today regarding a DoorDash order. The whole bag was sealed and taped up for Covid-19 standards I presume. However, the manager said this had nothing to do with him and it's not his problem. My order was missing a meal. My co worker missed breakfast and her blood sugar was low and her order was the one that was missing. After paying 42.91 we were missing a meal and a manager raging telling me that it was not his problem and proceeded to explain how they have a contract with doordash. However I do NOT want the delivery person to go into my bag of food and start moving food around to check if it's right. That's the food merchant's job. Delivering all day and to multiple houses and you want that person to shuffle through my food and double check it.

    We went through the checkout and bought three meals all with waffle fries. We had our meals with large fries. The fries were half filled. We called and told them and they said this was not a chain store and they weighted their fries. The refused to make it right. Finally they gave us one free fries and a dessert. They were very rude and poor customer service. I will not return.

    Chick fil A has the BEST customer service. I had never patronized this establishment until about a year ago and, couldn't believe how well it was run. You pay fast food prices for restaurant service. Employees walk around making sure everyone is happy and has everything they need. The food is delicious, we love the crispy chicken salad:). Hopefully they continue with this practice. You can barely get service this good in a regular restaurant while paying big $$$. Highly recommend everyone give it at least one try.

    I went to church with the owner in Georgia and this is wrong and he should know about it. I order scrambled eggs, very well done bacon, hash browns, sometimes a bagel and some times nuggets for breakfast. I loved this company but now I am wondering why the owner allows lying to the customer. Being a Christian this is wrong! I just tried ordering from the Cheyenne Wyoming location and they would not serve me very well done bacon. I cannot eat fatty bacon. They first said they no longer have the capability to make that. It rang a bell because I was told that once before at the Loveland Colorado right off Hahn Road. I suspected at the time they were lying when the manager came out and said it was from corporate. They were too lazy to satisfy the customer and just told me they could no longer serve me. So, I started going to other locations.

    My favorite and the very best one is in Westminster or maybe the Thornton CO location. It’s is know as the Orchard location. The team is outstanding. Friendly, kind, accommodating, they never let me down!!!! They care about satisfying the customer and telling the truth! Manager is great! The owner is so wonderful he thanks me for my business by sending me a freebee every now and then. I confirmed it with them that this did not come from corporate. This is how the other locations should be. Do the right thing.

    Anyway, the Cheyenne Wyoming location did not handle this well because when I got up to the window after cancelling my order at drive up I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting. Give me a break!!! So this team leader pretended she was reading this and said they did not have the capability to make it crispy. I pressed the issue and said then why will other locations make it, I get it almost every morning. Her response was that it holds up her lines. Ok so they are more concerned about profit than satisfying the customer. So they both lost my business and it was what I suspected and she only ended up telling the truth because I pressed her.

    I will not give my money to people like this so I went up the street to McDonald’s and got crispy bacon with no hassle, in 2 minutes because they are smart enough to prepare it in advance for those that like it more we’ll done. I will continue to patronize the Thornton (Orchard location) because they have been so good to me. However, watch out for the locations that lie to you. They should all be honest especially when Christian based!

    I commend comp for working out successful drive thru system during covid crisis. However, when I got to pick up window, realized I was extremely thirsty. I suffer from dry mouth. I asked cashier for just a few inches of soda or water in any cup to moisten mouth. Was told I must pay for full soda. Really??!!! Their business is thriving. Wasn't trying to rip them them off. They can't afford a few inches of water or soda? Really??!!

    04.22.20 I ordered a Cobb Salad, Diet Dr Pepper and Choclate Chip Cookies from the store located at 1720 W Carid Rd in North Las Vegas. I had the meal delivered by DoorDash. All was fine until I opened the sealed package for my salad. The store did not include any salad dressing. When I called the store and spoke to ** she informed me that I needed to call DoorDash about the missing salad dressing. I'm sorry but if you are the store that packaged the salad up, you should be the one rectifying the missing salad dressing not the delivery company. First time I ever had Chick-fil-A and more than likely the last. Order delivery at your own rick.

    Yesterday I was at a Chick-Fil-A and I ordered a spicy sandwich from Chick-Fil-A. When I bit into the sandwich, I found a long and dark brown, strand of hair in the sandwich. I am extremely disgusted and furious about this incident and I will NOT be returning to this restaurant in the future. These workers should REALLY wear hairnets when they are preparing and making food because this is really revolting and unsanitary.

    Being health conscious and doing what I can to keep up with good vs. not so good ingredients, I was disappointed to see that Chick-fil-A sauce contains "soybean oil," "corn syrup," and "xanthan gum." Soybeans are 94% GMO, which is a very high percentage. I would think that a Christian based company would be more in tune with good vs. not so good product ingredients. Corn syrup, if it's not modified is ok, but there is no way to know that, so I stay away from both. Xanthan gum can cause health issues for people sensitive to it.

    I have ordered food and eaten at this location for years. This is not the first time the owner has reprimanded me for doing things like returning a over-cooked sandwich, but today made me decide to write this review and never return. I ordered a full breakfast, including a chicken sandwich, hash browns (large), a coke zero and a frosted coffee (large). I did not receive the frozen coffee, so I asked someone to please make it for me.

    Now, I have two broken feet and am wheelchair/scooter bound most of the time and am permanently handicapped. I can walk very short distances, but with extreme pain. The owner once again comes out of the back of the restaurant and comes over to me. He quietly reprimands me for 'making his staff do things for me'. I explained to him that I was just asking for my large frozen coffee that I ordered and paid for almost 20 minutes before. No matter, he continued to reprimand me. I explained to him that I have two broken feet and since I was a few feet away from the registers and within earshot of staff, I quietly asked for it when staff walked by my table.

    To say I am angry is an understatement. Not only was the chicken sandwich dry and overcooked again (could not eat it), but I was essentially yelled at (without being yelled at - he made sure to do it quietly). This is the third time the owner has done this to me. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at his location over the years. No more. I am done. I will never step in his Chik Fil A again.

    I wish there was a way to tell Chil Fil A corporate that he abused a handicapped person, but since he is the owner, I doubt they'll listen or do anything. Be warned - the owner of the Chik Fil A in Northdale, Tampa, FL is a mean, angry and uncaring person who has no problem reprimanding customers who spend money every few days at his establishment - no less one who is handicapped, such as myself.     If you are a tech savvy person over the age of 50, you will be offended. There were 2 incidents in the same week at 2 different locations. Last week, I placed an order to pickup in drive thru for a giveaway kale salad. The order taker was rude and offensive when I told her I placed the order through the app. Because I’m an older woman, she thought I didn’t know how to place the order correctly through the app. She was laughing at me as she took my phone to make “corrections". The problem was that she did not listen to me when I pulled up and told her I had a mobile order, gave her my name, and told her the what giveaway item I placed on the order. While she continued to laugh, she stayed, ”You didn’t think we were just going to give give this to you, did you?”

    The second occurrence happened at the drive thru window. I placed an order for a sandwich and forgot add a drink. Just as I reached the window, I explained to the lady at the window that I wanted to add a drink to the order. Just as I was about to press the button to complete the order, the young lady in drive thru asked for my phone, processing the drink out of my points. I wanted to pay for the drink out of my debit card, so that I could collect more points.

    In both cases, these young ladies assumed that I could not use technology to obtain what it needed. I left both locations upset with the fact that Chik-fil-a has aided this next generation into thinking seniors are incapable of simple app operation through their lack of understanding, respect and training to treat others with dignity. Seniors Beware!!

    We purchased 2 orders of chicken tenders with a small fry. They were overcooked which made them dry. Not only that, I can get more tenders that are delicious from Popeye’s so why should come to your establishment? It wasn’t worth the price, or the drive and waiting in line. We made our purchase at the Seekonk, MA restaurant. I must give your order taker credit because she was excellent whereas your food sucked (with the exception of the fries).

    I love how polite and tentative the employees are. At the end of each visit they say, "It's been my pleasure serving you". Great experience and food. The chicken sandwiches always are fresh and the waffle fries are on point. I also like the fact that the chain takes the lords day of on sunday.

    This place is one of the best chicken places I've been to. It recently came to my area after being a mostly south located brand and is still a favorite of mine. The chicken is a nice blend of juicy and dry with great taste. The fries and sides are amazing. Their new mac and cheese and always nice chicken noodle soup are really good sides and great value. I love this chicken place and will always love to go back.

    Portion size of 4 Strip Dinner is shameful. They served driveup customers long before us, food took way too long arriving at our table. They only serve you table side so you won't be seen standing at the counter for so long. I am a Christian and would like to support such a business but I don't think ripping customers off is a Christian Virtue. Sadly I won't go back.

    The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is above exceptional. They are always there to help in an emergency situation. They are the only fast-food chain where I eat. If i’m In the mall shopping or pass a Chick-fil-a while driving by I have to stop and eat. They were founded on Christian principles and closed on Sundays and God has blessed the company. I just hope they stay with the same principles that Truett Cathay used when he ran the company.
