    I spent $20 at the Chick-fil-A in Raymore for a chicken sandwich, mac & cheese and fries. The chicken sandwich was terrible, very thin, not worth the cost. The mac & cheese and the fries were so so. Definitely not worth $20.

    I went to the Chick-fil-A on Sunshine & Hwy 160. They took 20 minutes to get me 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks! They are super slow with 6 employees walking around and joking and laughing! Never ever will I go there again! They suck and need to be properly trained on how to work with the public!!!!!

    I just spent $50.00 at the Cherry Road location, Rock Hill SC. It was horrible. I ordered myself a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Disgusting!!!! I took one bite and spit it out. The chicken was rubber. 🤮 NEVER AGAIN!!! And all they offer you is a reward to purchase from them again, and to buy the same exact thing. NO WAY….. Zero stars if I could.

    It truly pains me to submit this review. For years Chick-fil-A has provided outstanding and delicious food. I found myself stopping by a couple times per week for weeks at a time; however, here recently I've noticed a change in the taste and in some cases the quality. I tried to leave a review on the official Chick-fil-a website, but the site takes you in circles and does not allow you to leave a message/review. So, here we are. Well, something has changed with the flavor of the chicken. The spices or something have changed, I no longer taste a flavor that I want and that stands out from other restaurants, it's now a flavor that is off, almost ordinary. I wouldn't say it is bad, it's just not what it used to be, but it is something I don't care for and don't see myself eating very often, in-fact, more like rarely. The second item, the new waffle fries.

    I understand the desire to make them crunchy for longer periods of time, but those too don't have the taste they used to have. Every time I order them, I keep hoping they will be perfect, in-fact, last week I ordered my food and chose to sit in the dining room so they would be fresh and hot, hoping for that perfect taste they once had. But no, although they were hot and fresh, the taste just wasn't there any longer. Whatever the issue is, I hope Chick-fil-a will take note of the issues with the taste and fix whatever the issue is. Maybe they changed the oil type, cook times, or even a supplier. Whatever the issue, please look into it Chick-fil-a.

    Something has changed with Chick-fil-A! I don't go often but recently (this Feb 2026) in my past 3 visits I have been disappointed! Never before in decades, but twice I ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich - same local restaurant I've always gone to. Instead a a plump, juicy, sl breaded chicken patty, the patty was hanging over the bun sides but was very thin and overly breaded, over fried! Two times in a row. Then I got the 30 ct nuggets - little balls over breaded and not same taste? What's going on?

    We have not been to our local Chick-fil-A for months because our last few orders were missing food when we got home after going through the drive thru. Once again tonight when arriving home we did not receive the brownie we were charged for. Trying to report it on their website has not been successful. They used to have such good customer service but they are very disappointing now.

    I am writing this review because I am a frequent Chick-fil-A customer. My family and I order food via this restaurant at least three times weekly. In my opinion, the night shift crew needs definitive training. Team members who bag the food AT NIGHT tend to somehow or another either leave out food items or dressings/dipping sauces. Very seldom do you get the number of dressings or dipping sauces that you request WITH PAY, I mind you. They charge you for extra dressings. It is aggravating that when you arrive home and check your bags, you seldom get what you request or pay for.

    Tonight (02/03/26), we ordered 2 wraps (each comes with 1 dressing- we paid for 2 additional dressings), one Southwestern Salad (comes with 2 dressings - we paid for 1 additional dressing), one side salad (comes with one dressing- no additional dressing ordered for this side salad), a medium mac and cheese and a large mac and cheese. We spent a total of $45.19. In total, we should have had 8 dressings. GUESS WHAT? WE ONLY RECEIVED 2 DRESSINGS.

    This happens quite often, especially when my husband purchases. I have been disappointed so many times with the baggage that I do not leave the window before checking. I live too far to return to this establishment due to their poor bagging habits (LATE AFTERNOON / NIGHT SHIFT CREW). So please DO NOT DRIVE AWAY BEFORE CHECKING YOUR BAG. You will save YOURSELF from ENDURING the SPIRIT of DISAPPOINTMENT. Again, check your bag BEFORE LEAVING Chick-fil-A on Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA. This is extremely important if you visit this location either late afternoon or at night. Because this happens so frequently, someone evidently is either mismanaging or simply has no concern for customer satisfaction. You never encounter this issue when you visit Chick-fil-A in Evans, GA...THUMBS UP, EVANS!!!! They ensure customer satisfaction.

    We went to Chick-fil-A 1-31-28 about 4:30 pm, they had a very young boy outside in 20 degree weather taking people's money. He did not have a hat or gloves. Shame on you CFA. You are better than that. Of course the young employee is not going to complain. NO ONE should be outside for long periods in 20 degree weather. SHOCKING. I tried calling the manager but no answer so I call the complaint line, on hold for 20 minutes. I felt so bad for the boy. VERY Disappointing. Angie **, Folcroft PA

    The last couple of times this Chick-fil-A in Waxahachie was awful. I told the lady I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun & they put in for me to get the regular fried chicken sandwich, strike one then when lady confronted me to ask if that’s what I wanted because she marked I had a gluten allergy, I said no, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Strike 2, order was messed up. 3rd stroke, the lettuce was super disgusting. I was very unhappy.

    Went through the drive-thru. Prompt, friendly service. Travis, in particular, is just outstanding. Personality is warm and friendly. Staffing is difficult these days, but Chick-fil-A seems to always have the best. Travis is a winner! He makes me want to return often. This store is always excellent, food and service.

    Why would Chick-fil-A change their potato chips and fries that they built their reputation with and customers loved to a lesser brand that nobody likes anymore. Makes absolutely no sense! You would think they would have stayed with what worked in the beginning

    Chicken in the biscuit was very small, as you can see in the picture doesn't even fit the biscuit. The other picture is a sausage bowl. Which contains just one square of egg and half of a piece of sausage with about four or five hash browns and the bowl is bigger than the actual meal for the price. Neither one of these two meals are worth the price that we paid for. You get a better portion size from McDonald's. Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill.

    You be the judge. This is what Chick-fil-A advertised. The picture of chicken sandwich with big and juicy thick piece of chicken, possibly chicken breast but what you get. It’s a dry oily tiny piece of chicken. Just look at the picture and see it yourself to see how tiny is that chicken.

    I had been seeing the commercial for the limited time pretzel bun cheddar bacon chicken sandwich for a few weeks. Well I decided to go give it a try, as well as we all know everything on the menu is delicious especially the partially burnt Mac n cheese. I went, I ordered, I bit ..     Food isn't bad, texture and quality does change which does not make it appealing. For example Mac and Cheese will be very creamy and runny, other times it will be not creamy but more of a Baked Mac and Cheese which is how it's suppose to be. I've use to have the Kale Salad all the time but then for some reason it was always soggy, I can't figure out why they put the dressing in the salad instead of on the side. But my main reason for coming here is because I was sent a survey on their app and it said if I filled it out I would get a free sandwich, well I filled it out and guess what no free sandwich. I even called customer service who told me that they would fix it and I should get my free sandwich under my rewards in a couple of days, that was 3 weeks ago, and still no free reward!

    HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Reese pretending to be the store manager and flat out lying when asked point blank is he the actual manager of that location. No accountability for getting a simple order wrong rude and said "I couldn't prove the store got my order wrong". Never once took the initiative to ask the associate who made my order what happened. First and Last time ordering there.

    Chick-fil-A has been a favorite of mine for years. The quality of food has never wavered, it has always been excellent. What amazes me most is the quality of its employees. Of the many chick fil a's I have eaten at thru the years, I have never come across a staff member that was rude or condescending toward a guest. Never have I encountered a staff member that did not use the common courtesy of a please and thank you. I fully appreciate the way the company hires. More companies could benefit if the practices mirrored yours. As a senior, seeing young people with this attitude gives me hope that maybe this generation will survive.

    Terrible customer service.     Chick-fil-A in Brunswick, GA. I placed an order inside thru the mobile app for a kid meal and a 8-piece nugget. My daughter and I waited 30 mins. to get our food while we watched other people that just walked in after us get their food and also watched mobile orders like ours get their food before us. Our mobile order on the tv monitor finally said ready so we continued to wait until about 5 mins later I went to a cashier and asked her why it's saying our order is ready for 5 mins and it's not here. I explained to her it's been 30 mins, nothing but high school kids working with no supervision, Sara ** after a few days of me complaining sends me an generic email saying, "Oh sorry but you can have a free drink and sandwich that we are promoting on us for your half hour wait. "This restaurant is trash, and they should start cleaning it up starting with the management there and management over it because their offer to me is garbage.

    I usually give good reviews, but this warrants a 1 star review. During dinner at Kapolei Chick-fil-A on 8/19/25, at about 6:00pm, we pulled through the mobile app order and tried to scan the cell phone with no results. We proceeded forward to ask for assistance, but the worker ordered us to drive back around and try it again. Well, we had to wait behind 3 vehicles. So when we got to the front we informed an employee of our issue. Shortly thereafter, a manager approached our vehicle and confirmed what the worker told us to do and mentioned other support, like, "I can put your order through but you gotta wait." Bad response. Bad Service. The manager needs to be retrained on customer service. On the APP it mentioned that to ask a Chick-fil-A team member for help, we did but got a rude response.

    I consistently go to the same Chick-fil-A in Durham NC Brier Creek area. They are great. Customer service, quality of food, and wait time are really above average. They set the bar so high that when I go to another Chick-fil-A they can't beat the service in Brier Creek. My dog gets her pup cup, every trip. When I go to some other spots, they don't serve pup cups, so how do you explain that to my dog. Thanks for wonderful service.

    This restaurant chain has good food and very fast service. Their biggest issue is that they don’t honor military veterans. I’ve visited several in South Carolina and every time I’ve asked for my military discount with me being a partially disabled desert storm veteran, I’m told that because I’m not current active duty that I can’t get it. I feel offended that my sacrifice to my state and country didn’t matter only active duty soldiers do. I haven’t been back to some of the restaurants because of that. Their customer service and ceo doesn’t care about soldiers either. No one has responded to my complaints and emails in over two months. Veterans and their families need to boycott Chick-fil-A until they realize veterans are heroes too not just active duty soldiers.

    2730 Manchester Expressway in Columbus Georgia, on 7/25/2025 @ 7:30 after work on the way home I stop by this location, where I go morning for breakfast, and almost every day for lunch. Because I work at the hospital down from them. I wanted to buy my daughter, 5 year old granddaughter, and myself dinner after I got off. My granddaughter has autism disability. I explained this to the manager of the store, my granddaughter will not eat the fried with the salt on them. I already knew they will not just drop fries if you ask for fried with no salt. So I didn't ask them to do that. I ask the young lady who was the manager of the store could I just wait until they drop another batch and before they put it in the salt can they then give me my granddaughter with no salt. This manager said no. They still wouldn't do it, for her, even if I wait till they drop more fries.

    This made no sense at all to me. So you have to drop fries back there anyway, I didn't mind waiting until you do on your time, for my granddaughter. You can't just get the fries out with no salt for her before you dump them in salt. She said no. What a heartless person, she lied also and said corporate wouldn't let them do it. I call corporate customer service, while I was still there at the store. The lady in customer service said that's not true, she could have done it. I will not go to this location again. The lady I talk to said they are going to have someone else to get back with me in the corporate office.
