    You be the judge. This is what Chick-fil-A advertised. The picture of chicken sandwich with big and juicy thick piece of chicken, possibly chicken breast but what you get. It’s a dry oily tiny piece of chicken. Just look at the picture and see it yourself to see how tiny is that chicken.

    Food isn't bad, texture and quality does change which does not make it appealing. For example Mac and Cheese will be very creamy and runny, other times it will be not creamy but more of a Baked Mac and Cheese which is how it's suppose to be. I've use to have the Kale Salad all the time but then for some reason it was always soggy, I can't figure out why they put the dressing in the salad instead of on the side. But my main reason for coming here is because I was sent a survey on their app and it said if I filled it out I would get a free sandwich, well I filled it out and guess what no free sandwich. I even called customer service who told me that they would fix it and I should get my free sandwich under my rewards in a couple of days, that was 3 weeks ago, and still no free reward!

    HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Reese pretending to be the store manager and flat out lying when asked point blank is he the actual manager of that location. No accountability for getting a simple order wrong rude and said "I couldn't prove the store got my order wrong". Never once took the initiative to ask the associate who made my order what happened. First and Last time ordering there.

    Terrible customer service. I waited for 20 minutes to order and receive my food, then to top it off I got back to work to find part of my order was missing, so I called the Chick-fil-A in Coon Rapids MN back, and they said, "Too bad, we can't help you." I will not recommend to anyone to eat here.

    Chick-fil-A in Brunswick, GA. I placed an order inside thru the mobile app for a kid meal and a 8-piece nugget. My daughter and I waited 30 mins. to get our food while we watched other people that just walked in after us get their food and also watched mobile orders like ours get their food before us. Our mobile order on the tv monitor finally said ready so we continued to wait until about 5 mins later I went to a cashier and asked her why it's saying our order is ready for 5 mins and it's not here. I explained to her it's been 30 mins, nothing but high school kids working with no supervision, Sara ** after a few days of me complaining sends me an generic email saying, "Oh sorry but you can have a free drink and sandwich that we are promoting on us for your half hour wait. "This restaurant is trash, and they should start cleaning it up starting with the management there and management over it because their offer to me is garbage.

    I usually give good reviews, but this warrants a 1 star review. During dinner at Kapolei Chick-fil-A on 8/19/25, at about 6:00pm, we pulled through the mobile app order and tried to scan the cell phone with no results. We proceeded forward to ask for assistance, but the worker ordered us to drive back around and try it again. Well, we had to wait behind 3 vehicles. So when we got to the front we informed an employee of our issue. Shortly thereafter, a manager approached our vehicle and confirmed what the worker told us to do and mentioned other support, like, "I can put your order through but you gotta wait." Bad response. Bad Service. The manager needs to be retrained on customer service. On the APP it mentioned that to ask a Chick-fil-A team member for help, we did but got a rude response.

    This restaurant chain has good food and very fast service. Their biggest issue is that they don’t honor military veterans. I’ve visited several in South Carolina and every time I’ve asked for my military discount with me being a partially disabled desert storm veteran, I’m told that because I’m not current active duty that I can’t get it. I feel offended that my sacrifice to my state and country didn’t matter only active duty soldiers do. I haven’t been back to some of the restaurants because of that. Their customer service and ceo doesn’t care about soldiers either. No one has responded to my complaints and emails in over two months. Veterans and their families need to boycott Chick-fil-A until they realize veterans are heroes too not just active duty soldiers.

    2730 Manchester Expressway in Columbus Georgia, on 7/25/2025 @ 7:30 after work on the way home I stop by this location, where I go morning for breakfast, and almost every day for lunch. Because I work at the hospital down from them. I wanted to buy my daughter, 5 year old granddaughter, and myself dinner after I got off. My granddaughter has autism disability. I explained this to the manager of the store, my granddaughter will not eat the fried with the salt on them. I already knew they will not just drop fries if you ask for fried with no salt. So I didn't ask them to do that. I ask the young lady who was the manager of the store could I just wait until they drop another batch and before they put it in the salt can they then give me my granddaughter with no salt. This manager said no. They still wouldn't do it, for her, even if I wait till they drop more fries.

    This made no sense at all to me. So you have to drop fries back there anyway, I didn't mind waiting until you do on your time, for my granddaughter. You can't just get the fries out with no salt for her before you dump them in salt. She said no. What a heartless person, she lied also and said corporate wouldn't let them do it. I call corporate customer service, while I was still there at the store. The lady in customer service said that's not true, she could have done it. I will not go to this location again. The lady I talk to said they are going to have someone else to get back with me in the corporate office.

    On July 9, I placed an order with the Chick-fil-A on 378 in Lexington, South Carolina. As you can tell from the pictures, the chicken was burnt and this included the children’s nuggets that I ordered and the strips that I have ordered. I filed a customer complaint through their system And never heard from them. The quality of this particular Chick fil A has gone down and I try not to eat there unless I have to. I have found another Chick fil A across town. That is excellent, but I can’t always go there. This was my first experience also using DoorDash.

    The Chick-fil-A in Beaverton, OR off Cedar Hills quality of food is consistently and heavily undercooked. I have been coming to this location for years and in recent months, their fries are served cold and hard. I asked for well done fries and they said they don't do that because they want to keep the same quality. They refuse to not serve cold fries. Avoid this location.

    My husband does DoorDash and this morning we went to pick up a breakfast order. My husband waited 20 minutes. Other guest even started to complain and they received a free drink and a gift card however my husband is now out of a dash and the money he would have received from delivery. The lady with the curly hair said it’d been picked up however DD CS informed us that it had not been picked up. (So where is the order?) We lost the dash and the lady was rude and started talking about my husband to another coworker (Oh no he’s coming back, shh…. I was just saying how bad I felt) ya ok curly haired lady. My husband came back to our truck upset where myself and the kids were waiting just for him to tell me all of this.

    I noticed the last couple times going here the chicken was extremely dehydrated and substantially smaller than before. We were very disappointed. Not golden and juicy like before. Sad to see the quality diminishing.

    This is a poor example of a Chick-Fil-A. My son has worked there for almost 2 years and was let go today for "not being a good fit". He asked why he was let go, and they had no answer. He has been trying to move up the chain and has been a team player. The owner of this facility has horrible management skills, and it shows by how this restaurant is managed. The owner consistently promotes females to management and has cussed out male management in front of teammates and customers. My son has seen MULTIPLE people let go the same way and nobody has been given a reason. It's a default "not being a good fit". Chick-Fil-A claims to be a family, Christian business, but does not promote this in any way. My son was asked to tuck his cross necklace away by the owner. There is multiple drug use in the bathroom on many occasions. Training is a joke; there was no consistency. DO NOT work here.

    I am extremely disappointed in price and preparation, I ordered a meal with macaroni and cheese and paid over $12. When I got to the vehicle I had french fries went back into the restaurant to exchange it for macaroni and cheese and he wanted to charge me an extra dollar 75, which would have brought my total up to almost $15 for a meal. It was not my error that he heard french fries when I said macaroni and cheese for me to have to come back in the store to attempt to charge me is Ludacris. Extremely disappointed in Chick-fil-A.

    Chick-fil-A app is joke! They tell you this li like you can upload your recipe without a problem but what they don’t tell you is after one upload a day you can not upload another receipt on the same day. So, I called the toll free number and selected 9 to speak with a live person and he said you have reached the number of times for uploading your receipt for the credit in an unknown time frame that he wasn’t able to give public. High as the food, that’s the least they could do. Yes, I told him that it’s not fair to not disclose this information on the app and they have lost me as a customer. Here I thought they built their business on their strong Christian background but it’s built on lies. The things these companies does for a little money. I AM A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! SMH, this is terrible!

    Chicken nuggets are extremely puny. The drinks Are filled with ice and very little Of. What you ordered. The Counter people cannot even count change. The Jackson Michigan store is brand new and out of trays already. I for one will never be back.

    This Chick-fil-A has the worst customer service I have ever been to, they mess up your orders all the time and are not responsible for them. Talk to the manager Rene ** very unprofessional and unwilling to help or satisfy customers with errors their employees make. Keep away from this one. Any other one is better than this.

    Fairview Heights Illinois NEW OWNER is just as rude and unprofessional as his managers. Where there are bad managers, there are bad owners. So, I ordered a chicken deluxe asked for tomato and the tomato was left off the sandwich. I called back there to inform them. A manager by the name of SAM exact words. "I am not replacing a sandwich just because of a tomato." I had receipt and was not even asking for my money back. Also, I ordered a tote of cookies for $10.00 at the same time or ordered the sandwich, and I asked if they could cook fresh at the time I ordered because I was on my way out of town. A young lady (Jade name on the receipt said yes, the cookies will be cooked fresh hard as a brick).

    I wasn't informed of that at the time I ordered which is something they need to learn how to be informative. Back to the sandwich, because Sam was an unprofessional rude person. I hanged up then call back to ask for another person. KATY MANAGER answered and apologized then informed me to go back to the restaurant and she will have my name is some care-book and that she was replacing the cookies and sandwich meal. I responded okay, upon pulling up at the window a young man name ASHTON passed me the bag. SAM (MANAGER) snatches the bag out of Ashton's hand and YELLED, "NO DO NOT Give her that KATY SAID THIS ORDER IS NOT TO BE REPLACED LET ME GO CHECK." Ashton and I looked at each other in awe. SAM (MANAGER) came back with the bags to pass it to me.

    I said, "I am sorry, but I don't know what you've done to that food, and I refuse to except that bag after all that drama and walking away from the window (Katy did tell me over the phone to go back to the store as she was replacing the sandwich meal and cookies. SAM (MANAGER) pulled out her damn phone and began recording me and taking photos of my vehicle and license plates threatened to call the police. I was in total shock. I asked her, "Are you recording me?' She yelled YES, I AM AND I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE! I said are you serious I see you are having a bad day and do not record me. Also, I told her KARMA will visit her from treating innocent people wrong and if ever you end up with cancer or an accident just reflect back on how you lied on an innocent person all because you are having a bad day.

    I end up driving off. Called and spoke with TAMMY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. She said it was not the Chick-fil-A way and none of this should have happened to me. It was obvious the MANAGER SAM has some personal issue going on in her life. Tammy informed me to go back to the store, and I will have all this replaced... OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! I pulled up to the window to retrieve my order and the owner was standing there. Someone must have recognized me as they were all looking in a still motion. I petition the BIG TALL GUY standing at the window and I asked are you the manager? He said, "NO I AM THE OWNER."

    Before I could even say how anything nice about the food the owner exact words to me were, "Are you the lady who wished cancer upon my manager?" I replied HOLD UP ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. He was super rude, disrespectful, cut my words up and he pulled out his camera, took pictures of my car, pulled out his phone and said he was calling the cops on me. I am in total shock all of this drama over a slice of tomato left off of a sandwich WOW!... I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR never getting out of pocket, never cursed or anything. I admit I honked my horn one time because I was left at the window with Ashton for a long time after SAM snatched the bags out of his hands. WOW! These people are absolutely insane. The professional 5Star customer service is low standard as far as I am concern. No wonder RAISING CANE'S CHICKEN A FEW BLOCKS DOWN THE ROAD LINES STAY PACKED.

    As for the NEW OWNER, he was just as worse as the SAM chic. They need to get rid of him as well. He told me NEVER TO COME BACK THERE. I refused to be bullied and did not care that he was huge in size since he kneeled down at my window trying to intimidate me with arrogance and false accusations against my character (My nephew is a professional UFC Fighter so his big statue did not intimidate me not one bit. (He tried though by getting close up on my door window) I was taught never to allow anyone to bully me)... The Executive Director TAMMY mentioned the FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS ILLINOIS location has had issues and new staff and owner... If this is the type of service, we should expect from the new owner at the FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS ILLINOIS LOCATION run to Canes...they can count there days.

    My family and I have had many and plenty messed up order and NEVER EVER ONCE COMPLAINED about anything. It is sad soon as a request another sandwich with tomato all hell break loose, and I am threatened with the police and photos snapped of myself and my vehicle. I am 150% innocent about this whole situation. So glad my BMW captured his BIG FACE super close up on my driver side window. It was obvious he was upset with me because I reported him to TAMMY... She more likely has teamed up with his lies.

    I called her back to inform her of what the OWNER did after she told me to return, and I will not have any problems. Well, Tammy never called back. I called her several more time no answer. BETTER SERVICE AT CANES AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS... The OWNER at the Fairview location will experience the same kind of KARMA... THE LEVEL OF REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE REASON FOR MY REVIEW.

    I received a gift card for Chick-fil-A, and it's a scam. When you go to place an order online, it will not let you split the order to pay with the gift card balance and the remainder with a credit card. Instead the app tells you that your gift card does not have enough funds to complete the order, and you must add funds. I selected this option and it will only let you add funds in increments of $10, so I will have to add more money than what my order is for, and next time (and every time) I go to chick-fil-a. This is just a scam for chick-fil-a to get people to keep adding funds onto their cards. The only way to use the gift card in its entirety would be to place an order for exactly $10, $20, or $30.

    Example: My order is $22.77, so in using my $10 gift I will have to add $20 to complete the order. Now I will have a balance of $7.23. If I place another order for $22.77, guess what? I have to add another $20, so it's almost like the gift card is pointless, and a huge inconvenience. Why not let me add the amount I need to complete my order and only that amount, or better yet, why can't I just pay the balance with a credit card like literally every other company does. Chick-fil-a told me they would take the $10 gift off my account and mail me a physical card, and all they have done in over one month is take the $10 off my account, so they have essentially stolen $10 from me. They stopped responding to their CARES email over a week ago (Report#**), and now they are just ghosting me. Have a blessed day!

    We visited the location in Emporia, VA (#05745) on April 22, 2025, and went through the drive-thru. Although only one lane was open, which wasn’t a major concern, we were surprised to see that orders were not being taken at the screen. Instead, a single employee was stationed outside managing the process alone. As we approached to place our order, we noticed what appeared to be a meeting between the managers and the owner taking place at a table directly next to the drive-thru. Despite clearly seeing the growing line and the young woman handling everything on her own, none of them stepped in to offer assistance or seemed inclined to check if additional support was needed.

    When we reached the window, we expressed our concern to the young woman, who kindly reassured us that someone would come out to help her. It was incredibly disheartening to witness leadership observing the situation without stepping in—both for her sake and for the customers waiting. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience—it was mediocre at best. What was most disappointing, however, was the impression left behind: if leadership appears indifferent to the well-being of their employees, it’s difficult to believe they care much about their customers either. I sincerely wish the young lady who assisted us all the best, and I truly hope she receives the support and respect she deserves moving forward.

    We went through the drive thru on Friday, April 11 on Garden Rd, Burlington, NC and it always seems to be a problem w/ getting my order correct. The reps do NOT listen!!! Always wrong when I get the receipt and verify. Then I have to take my time & go into the building to talk w/ a Mgr about the situation..It has happened too many times...please the team members to LISTEN! I would love Shawn ** to contact me....Quality of service has declined greatly.
