It's a convenient debit card. I've had it for 3 years now and my card info was stolen 3 times. I'd say Walmart should focus on better card security, but other than that I've had no issues. Customer service has been somewhat prompt, but accent of employees sometimes are difficult to understand.

I like the fact that I get paid 2 days earlier with this card but I feel as if some of the fees should be waived since we get so much coming in and out of this account. If we take money out of a atm we get charged 2 -3 from the atm and another 2.50 from the Walmart card etc.

I have been very disappointed with the Walmart MoneyCard customer service. One representative canceled my bank card without me asking, and I couldn't put gas in my car. The manager said it was nothing he could do that I had to wait for a new card.

This card makes my life easier. I never have had a problem with it and I always get my check 2 days early which helps a lot. Customer service is always nice and I love the saving option. It helps a lot.

It's funny how I can cancel an online order, money is held back for that order but it doesn't get released back to me at times. Decided to have paper checks at work instead of it go here so I know I'll get paid.

Tried all the numbers. I got 2 foreign people I had trouble understanding. They were not helpful. Highly stressful. The one kept saying "Okay okay okay." You need actual Americans that we can communicate with. I still haven't got my situation taken care of.

When I went to check my balance and it told me to put in my last 4 digits it kept saying "invalid number". I know I have money in the account I went today to put money on the card. I was able to buy car parts, but not able to pay off my Apple Store debt.

On 6/29/2017 had my online log-in changed, 2 transfers of all of my money onto someone else's Walmart card and called immediately after I read the emails of these transactions. They cancelled my card and said they would look into it. I received no email, regular mail, phone calls or anything saying they were looking into it. I live in Ohio and the thief had an up address in Florida. I had just paid bills that bounced.

My account was hacked & more than $720 fraudulent charges were made on my account as soon as my Social Security disability checks were deposited. The charges were made to my Walmart Money Card at the beginning of the month. I filed a dispute by file by phone as soon as I noticed the charges. Then I followed up ASAP with the required dispute form. I was told I would hear back within 10 business days or less. The 11 charges were made in Walmart stores & other retailers in Virginia and California cities that I haven't ever visited. I was told I could possibly stop some of the pending charges so I researched those places and charges to no avail. The 10 days are up & now I've been told the matter is still being investigated.

I had a charge for over $200 show up and suddenly everything is automated when I call. I've had this card for five years, but this is making me feel like I've been robbed. Looks like it's time to close this acct and move on. I refuse to put my money somewhere that has no customer service.

I have used the card for about two months now and it is working good for me. Because this is my payroll check I was skeptical at first but it is working quite well. It is a lot easier than trips to the bank and because I am an avid Walmart shopper it's a lot more fun.

You all are a joke of a company. I called to request a replacement card after I misplaced my card. After the 7th business (because you only offer expedited shipping once someone calls and goes off) day I called to report I had not received my replacement card. I was told by the first lying agent that she guaranteed I would receive the card the next day. She even confirmed the shipping address. The next day comes I do not receive the card. I call and I was informed that the prior day the card was returned because the address. Which is really weird because my mail has never been returned, and the previous agent didn't mention this and remember she confirmed my address.

Card works well. The daily text message balance reminders seem slow and not as accurate as could be. Also the reminders would be more efficient if they were sent at the same time everyday. Overall good card with direct deposit and daily reminders being most desirable.

I like that you get paid 2 days early but I don't like the fact that not all transaction are not processed right away. But overall I love the card and rewards you get for using the card. Also I like the fact that you don't get charged a monthly fee with direct deposit.

Called MoneyCard regarding the unauthorized charge by Microsoft. Microsoft stated MoneyCard would have to. Been 3 weeks now and no refund, but they sent out a new card quickly. Keep saying they can't reach Microsoft. I ask for number for corporate, won't give to me. Rep kept arguing with me for 15 minutes. Then put me on a forever hold, came to phone and said she was transferring me to supervise and never transferred me. Waiting on phone for additional 30 minutes for a supervisor.

I have been using Walmart money card for over 3 years and never had any issues. Up until now, this card has been 5 stars but as of July 5th my whole world changed when I tried to make a purchase on Amazon and received several payment decline emails. Because I keep the bulk of my money on this card, I knew there was a mistake so I tried to log onto my account but was unable to. Finally, I changed the password and found my balance was $0 and my vault that once had $1,000 now had $8. At 10am on July 5th I received an email that my available balance was over $1700. So in total they robbed me of over $2700 by changing my log in info, my email and transferring my money without walmart even flagging this as suspicious. I am horrified to use any type of bank system now and am scared just thinking about someone having my information all because I relied on walmart to protect my identity and money.

I got two cards at the same time from Green Dot. Yours and GoBank. I think I will be canceling this one. What attracted me to this card was the lower fee and Walmart cash back but it's not keeping track of my deposits and still charging me the $5 fee. Also I don't shop at Walmart that much. I tried contacting support and they just said I was charged for not meeting the minimum. Whatever.

The only real complaint that I have is I have not received my bonus money from setting up tax return deposit and my direct deposit from work. Can you help me? It would help me tremendously if I can also be able to talk to a live a person cause there was a recent charge. I'm sure I used my card.

I have had my Walmart money card for a very long time and, until now, have not had any problems. However, this time it has been a pain. I called on July 2, 2017 because there was a pending transaction that had already been taken out of my card. I tried to explain to them that it had already been taken out and they even saw where it was taken out. But because they saw when an order was place with WalMart.com they would not cancel the transaction. I spent 2 days trying to get this transaction cancelled. Even before this the card balance was different than the transaction balance. They told me that it would "even" out when the transaction that was pending would be credited back. They told me the balance would be $117.46 on my card after that. I argued with these people and argued with them that they were looking at the account wrong. They told me that "I" was "wrong" and they knew what they were doing.

I like the convenience of not having to go to the bank with its overdraft fees and holds. I also like that I can use my card all over the country when traveling. I like that I can get my direct deposit up to 2 days in advance.

I purchased the card to use at the TownePlace for 80 Dollars in incidentals for our stay. We checked in on the 23rd of June. Checked out the 27th before noon. The lady said she reversed the transaction and the money should be back on my card 5-7 days. Well that didn't happen! So I'm checking the card and finally I reach out to a rep who told me that my money would be back on my card on July 6th... well I woke up checked the card no money. Checked at 2 pm no money. Just checked at 8pm still no money.

It's ok. I don't like how there is a fee everywhere I use it. I don't like how there is a charge to add cash to it at the stores. I don't like how my bills won't clear even though the money is in there and I get charged late fees by places. I like that I can use it for direct deposit.

My experience has been good so far with Walmart and bank card. I receive my paycheck direct deposited and receive it 2 days in advance which is a very good thing as well as I do not pay monthly fees because of my direct deposits.

Well... Everything was going great until I lost my card. I, of course, reported the card lost and canceled the card. I haven't received a new card and the email I received in response to my inquiry is as follows... "We understand your concern. We can see that there was a request for a card closure online on June 28, 2017. A replacement will not be issued." OK... NOW WHAT? I have a direct deposit going straight to the account number associated with this card and I have no access to those funds. Funds that are to be delivered on this very night at midnight. I am a single father that has to pay rent and many other bills that stack up quickly. I need and require assistance.

It has been so far. Other than the first card I had got. Someone hacked it. Someone I had talked to told me there was nothing they could do. It was charged up to two hundred fifty dollars... So I got another one and had my direct deposit put on It. Overall it's good.

I used this card to make a purchase online and never received my products from this company in March 2017. I chose the "transaction dispute" team that refused to help me. I also completed the "transaction dispute" form provided online with no resolution. I've never heard of a financial institution that refuses to help a customer dispute a charge on their account. The business that I placed the order with refuses to return my calls and notices. My only recourse is thru my financial institution and Walmart Money Card refuses to help in any way.

I have not had any problems at all with the Walmart MoneyCard. Very happy with the service. All transactions have been accurate and on time. The phone service gives all the information needed and is always available. I have never had to wait for an answer and there is never a busy signal. Thanks for a great service.

I really like the services offered to me by this card. I appreciate the ease of use. I'm able to access my account with just a swipe across the screen of my phone. The stash account is also a really great feature. I especially like being able to earn cash back for my transactions since I do most of my shopping at Walmart.

I really enjoy the flexibility of my card. I wish I was lucky enough to win one of the drawings. Visa is accepted anywhere. I can't rent vehicles though, but that's not your fault. I can't find the free ATMs near me. The locations given don't seem to exist anymore. But overall it's great.

My Walmart MoneyCard works very well, it gets the money about 2 days early and gives me a daily balance update and even sends me texts when the card is used. It is easy to add money to and accepted everywhere.

I recently returned a product to a merchant and got a refund of 741.00. Walmart MoneyCard customer service department blocked my card stating that they could not find the original transaction even though I'm looking at it on my statement now. My card is blocked until further notice.

Hello, I am disappointed because I had an unauthorized charge on my card and could not find how to contact anyone. No link to customer service, no chat. Wal-Mart is a huge corporation with no way to contact anyone. Who can I dispute a charge with? I want my money back. I love the money card but this experience has me changing my outlook.

I appreciate getting my paychecks two days earlier through direct deposit, and cash withdrawals free and fast because I just request cashback when paying for items at the cash register at any Walmart. The app helps me keep accurate financial transactions, balance. The vault makes saving money easy.

It's convenient. No overdraft fee and no hassle. And I like the fact that I get cash back rewards. And to get the account started it was only 2 dollars. Also the Vault is cool. Trying to save money is always a good thing. And you get a chance to win something in the process of you saving is very cool idea.

Horrible service. No matter how much gets loaded I still have a monthly charge. I get charged even for the atm you was told was free. I also never got the 25 dollars from when I had my taxes direct deposit put straight into the account. Right now I am very disappointed in the service and will go back to my old bank if something doesn't change soon.

The card is easy to use without any hassle. The only thing that I don't understand is why do I have to pay an additional charge for withdrawing money from the atm. I can't always go to Walmart and I'm being double charged. Just don't think it's fair.

I enjoy my card and it's easy to use and it's accepted everywhere. The only thing I would like to change is design on card. To have a choice of cards would be great. Other than that my card is great and I use it everyday.

I have no problems using my card when and where I need to. Works just like a bank card just ain't figured out how to use my Walmart credit yet. Other than that it's been a very good card. I get my checks direct-deposited to it. Let's me know that it's on there.

I love it... I get my money one day before and it is very convenient for me. I do recommend the Green Dot Card to all my co-workers... I also love the savings I get when I shop with my Green Dot Card at Wal-Mart and other stores.

I hate how you are charged at the ATM and then by Walmart MoneyCard. The nearest Walmart from me is over 30 mins. Just hate this. Everything else is great. I think in a couple month period I paid over $50 on the ATM fees alone. Suggestion maybe have so many a month then all the rest free.

Some hotels won't accepted my card because it is what they call a prepaid card. Maybe if you could remove the words debit card from the front of card it would help. I like the personalize option and the overall ease of use.

I love the sweepstakes and the vault option. Nice job! I have had some problems pre paying for gas but it could be the gas station. I enjoy the cashback at Walmart. I use the direct deposit and get paid a day early I like that also. I really like the money card app and check my transactions frequently.

I appreciate the texts when I get my paycheck deposits. I also like that I get my paychecks a day earlier. I don't like that when I call to get my balance, I have to listen to a bunch of information that does not pertain to me. I just want to get my balance and be done.

Text updates are wrong and not in real time. Stash should be hidden and not on the home screen. I log in on the same device and it always asks for security answer... Which is fine but your disclaimer states always asks when logging in from a NEW device.

My experience has been good as far as service and convenience. I don't understand is you charge a processing fee for loading the card plus a $5.00 card fee. To me you should do one or the other. The website also has never worked. It doesn't recognize my card.

The card is easy to use and I have had no problem using it. I see that there is a cash back service. What is that about? I like the ease of the app and how easy it is to get routing and account number. I wish the fee to use it at atm wasn't so expensive. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I bought a Walmart moneycard and I promise you they suck. Will never do business with them again. It takes forever for them to dispute fraudulent charges on your account. Been 3 weeks and still haven't received my money back along with no update on when I should get my money back. They customer service is horrible and I can go on and on about the bad service. They need to make better choices on who they hire for handling their customer service agents and hire people that speak fluent in English.

I try to Use the no surcharge ATMs because I lose a lot of money due to fees. The withdrawal limit could really be raised... Sometimes $400 is simply NOT enough cash to meet my needs. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints...

I love the card. Makes handling money a lot easier. I can pay my bills online. I even swipe it at the store. It was a good investment for me. I love the direct deposit being early also. I have recommended the card to a few friends and family members including my boss.

There are many prepaid cards available. It's just Walmart is convenient because of the amount of locations. I do not care for a 3 dollar charge when I add MY money to the account. I also do not care for being charged 2.50 for using a Walmart ATM machine to take cash. Foreign ATM machines, I understand the charge. The Walmart that I recently went to has changed its policy. Instead of being able to make a deposit at the checkout, now I have to wait in line at customer service and still pay 3 dollars to deposit MY money. I am in search of a different prepaid account. I love my card. It helps me from not going over on it. I like that I get my check the day before. But it does suck having to pay every time I add money to my card and the monthly fee because sometimes I forget about and they take it out and I thought the money was in there.

The card is nice to have. My only problem is when I go to the free ATMs that you say are MoneyPass ones and there is no charge to use them then why is it taking $2.50 off my card for fees to that ATM.

I love the convenience of my MoneyCard. I like being able to check on my account whenever I need to. I can even have my payroll direct deposited. The only issue I have had with my card is that it is not accepted on some sites, such as my loan company. Some places will not accept a prepaid card.

I haven't had any problems with my card or account. Highly recommend it to others. It's very convenient for me. I also like the app that you can download to your phone, and use it to keep track of your spending and things. :)

This card is amazing. I love the fact you can stash money in the vault just like a savings account. I am very pleased with my card. I will definitely suggest Walmart MoneyCard to all family friends and coworkers. It was hard finding a card suitable for my needs.

My card was hacked on 6-29-17 twice. Called customer service rep immediately. They were very helpful and gave me the info I needed to start the process of getting my money back... one big problem, they cancelled the card which I needed to access the site to download the form. I cannot reach a live person or find the form online. There was only pennies left on the card. I would think that they knew by cancelling it I would not have access to the site. I've always like to look at the glass as "half full"... I don't want to jump to conclusions but they do have my phone number and e-mail. I heard nothing from them today.

I love this card. It is very low-cost fees. And now you can save money in your vault. Great card. Thank you for helping people like me that can not have a bank Account. I get my paychecks put on my Walmart card too. It really is good.

I enjoy having an account with Walmart MoneyCard, here's why. I can get direct deposit 2 days sooner with Green Dot compared to regular banks. I get to utilize the VAULT inside my app to protect my money from any and all unwanted auto pay transactions. I love how secure my hard earned money is with this account and being able to withdraw my funds at NO charge inside Walmart is a must have!

It's better than having a bank account, I have all the luxuries and benefits of a credit card without all the hassles. I have a routing and account number for direct deposit, no overdraft fees, it's accepted everywhere just like a regular credit card.

I have two different cards that I put money on mostly for online purchases or vacation funds. I cannot access this account online and it is very irritating. Can anything be done to correct this or do I need to cancel one of my cards?

This card is a great card to have especially when paying bills and sending money directly to a person. Keep up the great service. Only problem is claim code was not text to the phone number provided for a money transfer l sent. Other than that all was smooth.

I really like having this card. It's actually better than having a bank account. The only thing is that if you meet your deposit requirements each month so you aren't charged the $5 fee, the card holder should be able to load the card twice a month without the $3 fee. Also my other issue is I had something bought on my card, tried to dispute it but couldn't do so from my phone. I contacted the retailer and they were only able to credit me back $22 out of the $89 that was taken out of my account. Other than those 2 things, I enjoy having this card. P.s. I also can't load my card into Samsung Pay. You as a huge franchise should figure this out also.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. It's priced right. Doesn't overcharge on fees. I can also load my paycheck on it for only $3.00. I can't have a bank account and this is pretty much same thing. I love it. Thanks.

I'm very pleased with Walmart MoneyCard. I've been with Walmart MoneyCard for 4 or 5 yr now. Completely safe and satisfying with the service that Walmart provide. I recommend to all my friends and family how reliable that Green Dot Bank is.

I loaded over a thousand dollars in my card and did not get the twenty five dollar bonus that the papers promised that came with the card. I'm also using the vault and it's not using the way it is suppose to. Besides that I love my MoneyCard but no one more bonuses.

I really like the monthly fee being waived with my direct deposits. The stash option is also very helpful for saving my money for bills etc. I also like the chances to win money for saving. It's a win-win with this MoneyCard.

I really love my Walmart card except it says that you guys promote getting your paychecks up to two days earlier. Mine isn't, still comes on Friday. Normal payday. Got it in hopes to get funds a little early. And also it won't let me take any money off of my card unless it is at Walmart on register. Normally I'm at Walmart so it doesn't bother me unless I'm in a hurry and need to hunt down a Walmart just to get money off of it. Just wanted to let you know so you are aware. Other than those things I like my card through you.

I really love the independence away from the normal bank card. You don't have to worry about overdraft fees, etc... I would recommend to others as I can use my card at any retail or online site. I haven't had any problems. I'm 7 months in and have already pretty much reached my cash back value. I wish the value would increase with time owning and using the card.

It's a great experience. I love almost everything about Walmart MoneyCard, except the fact that it costs at Walmart to load your card. Myself personally feel that if you load your Walmart MoneyCard at Walmart then it should not cost any type of fees to be loaded. If that were to change Walmart MoneyCard would probably be the BEST card in the world.

My experience with this card has been fine. I haven't had any problems with this card. But I do have a few ideas that would make using this card a lot better! One would be not having a monthly charge anymore! Why have a monthly charge for the use of this card, when the money on the card belongs to the owner in the first place?

My concern is being able to use my card for Android pay and I also tried to purchase an item and my card wasn't accepted. Walmart has done an excellent job thus far with their thoughtful service and their look into these issues will be greatly appreciated.

The direct deposit feature and the bill pay feature are my favorite. I can also send money. I like that I get my money two days earlier than most. And it's awesome that I get prizes for stashing money. I also get cash back for shopping at Walmart.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Walmart MoneyCard! Fast deposits and accurate transaction logs! I always got my checks in a fast and timely manner. Would recommend this service to anybody! Easy to reload at any Walmart cash register or approved ATMs.

This have help me a lot with my everyday life plus I like that you get a percent back when you shop at Wal-Mart. I love the app. I can check my money anytime I want and plus I can check where my money went. Plus if you deposit more than a thousand dollars a month you get a month with no fees. Sometimes I wish it was less cause I get almost to that mark and my last deposit be too late. LOL. But anyway love the card. Love the app and also I love Wal-Mart.

It is very easy to use my card. It is accepted everywhere. Even on vacation I had no issues using the card. The convenience of having my paycheck directly deposited is wonderful and I love getting paid a few days early.

I love my card and never have had any trouble with it. I have used Walmart MoneyCard for the last 5 years. My pay comes 2 days early and it is always loading at the same time every payday. The only improvement would be to change up the colors of the cards maybe so pretty colors.

My experience has been overall very positive and I would recommend this service to friends. It was very convenient when I wasn't able to get a traditional bank account quickly. The app works wonderfully and is a big part of my continued use of the account. Getting my paycheck early is a big bonus. I am dissatisfied with the fees associated with the card that I wouldn't incur with other accounts, and worry about not having access to other benefits of having a traditional bank account such as lending.

No complaints. Everything seems to work well. Wish it could be used for more online ordering. However I will continue to use it because it's convenient for what I use it for and it's easy to get cash off the card when I'm at any Walmart during my work shifts.

I like my Walmart card. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to pay to have money loaded to it. And half the time the money goes right back to Walmart. So I just don't understand why I have to pay to load my money on it when I get my check direct deposited. And sometimes I get extra money and I want to put it on the card but then I have to pay three dollars to put it on the card so it's just better to not put it on the card.

The vault is the reason I continue to use this card for my paychecks. I have consider going to a real bank account but the vault offers me peace of mind that your typical bank cannot provide. I also enjoy that the fee gets waived every month since I deposit over the required amount.

I've only possessed this card for a couple weeks now but so far I've been very satisfied especially since using their direct deposit option I've been getting paid two days earlier. Am looking forward to taking advantage of other savings and loyalty programs available and would definitely recommend this to anyone. I mean, everyone goes to Wal-Mart; why not eliminate a plain bank.

I wish the monthly fee of $5.00 wasn't so much. But never had any problems with the card. Overall satisfied with the card and Walmart. Loading fee is $3.00 which is cheaper than cashing your check at most banks. But with the monthly fee and if you deposit 4 checks a month that adds up to $17.00 a month.

I'm very happy with the services Walmart MoneyCard provides, everything is done simply by going to the many Walmart locations there are. I have zero complaints! Just want to let you know I'm very happy with the choice I made.

Why does Wal-Mart money card always charge me money to put money on my card and to take money off my card. It's crazy! When I shop at Walmart everyday! I don't think it's fair when I already get charged $5 monthly.

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for a few years now and have had to replace cards and transfer funds and it was so simple and easy. I am satisfied with it and getting my money from dd 2 days early is awesome.

Love my MoneyCard. When my direct deposit hits days before it did at my old bank, it's fast and easy to use. Setting up DP was even easier. Your card comes with a thing to set it up. You don't have to worry about the crazy bank fees or anything. Just an overall enjoyable and easy.

The Walmart MoneyCard is awesome... I receive my direct deposits before anyone I work with. I've had trouble in the past with bank cards and so far Walmart MoneyCard has given me no troubles. I would definitely recommend and have recommended using the Walmart MoneyCard to friends and coworkers.

You get charged twice when using ATM. You can only withdraw multiples of 20s from a Walmart. When you look at your transaction history it's confusing to understand. If there's a discrepancy it's such a hassle, you don't want to deal with it. You still get charged a monthly fee when you have direct deposit.

Everything is going well, except for the inconsistency of not getting paid early 2 days when having direct deposit. That is the only problem. The 2 day early pay was the grabbing point for me. Having that helps out a lot for me.

I love the card. I just wish there wasn't a fee every month. The app could use some updating. I would love to just create a pattern or just have a 4 digit pin to access my acct info. My fingerprint would even be great to access it as well. A Green Dot ATM in Walmart would also be nice too. So we don't have to depend on customer service.

You need to partner better with Walmart or other affiliated banks with no service fees for the atm use. It an inconvenience being charged not only to use the atm but for even receiving a receipt. It ridiculous. Also problems trying to order online and can't because the way cards are programmed.

MoneyCard is great. It helps you focus on your saving and spending habits. I like how earn cashback rewards. This is great to show customers how much this company cares. Keep up the good work. I really like how it works. This is a good way of keeping your money.

I love having a card that is so easy to use! I use my card to pay all my bills so I have more time to do things I enjoy. I pay all my bills online and now can order things online. I love having a card for my direct deposits to go into also.

I'm very satisfied with your service. It's very convenient to getting paid two days before regular pay day. I have already gone and recommend people to switch to this prepaid card from work. I'm happy with being a customer while working at Walmart.

Only problem with the card is when app freezes up or can't get a timely text back on my bal inquiry. Otherwise, no other problems to report. No problems with using card at any merchants. Only confused about why can't use with Uber, Lyft works fine.

Love the service. Use it for direct deposit. Deposits are always on time. Could be a little cheaper when loading money onto card that's why I only use for direct deposit. Love it cause I can pay my bills and send money to family when needed.

Would love to have the black card back instead of the 3 dollar blue card. The black card with no 3 filler fee if you have it for an extend period of time would really be great. Also more Walmart ATM so we don't have to wait in line with all the other people returning items would be great.

Easy to use and great for my direct deposit. Is sometimes difficult to add funds at store and not a lot of ATMs I can access that aren't located at Walmart where I can get cash without paying fees. Also unable to withdraw amounts over 500 dollars daily which is sometimes an issue when bills are due I use cash for.

I thoroughly love my Walmart MoneyCard. Payment and direct deposits are on time and very accurate. An appreciation bonus would be great every once and a while but other than that no complaints here. I love the fact that there is no chip in this card as well. I think chips are not a careful way to a perfect debit card.

I love how easy it is to load and get direct deposit. Also checking the balance is convenient too. I like using cash back and also when shopping at Walmart I get cash back savings to use later on. With direct deposit I get my paycheck one day earlier with my Walmart MoneyCard.

I love this card due to I get my check two days earlier and faster and I earn money back by using it. And I think I will using this card for my kids and my sister's and brother. I told them and other customers I have I work at Walmart in Troy Ohio and they thank me.

Banks come with so many fees. I love that the money card only has the monthly fee and that there is the possibility of having that fee waived. I also like the convenience of direct deposit with early access. My only drawback is that I can not withdraw money from an ATM. I wish this was a feature.

I love my MoneyCard. The only thing that I would like to see is an easier deposit amount to have monthly fee waived. It's too hard to get to that amount in one month on minimum wage. Other than that keep up the fantastic work.

This is the second time I have had one and I love it. The only problem I have is not having an ATM that doesn't charge a fee to withdraw money. If there is a bank that you're connected to that doesn't charge will you please let me know. Other than that I'm very happy.

It has been very nice to pay my bills with. That is why I got the card. It also helps save because the money is not right in my wallet looking at me so I forget that I have money sometimes. But being a single mother of two the $3 load fee sucks. But I understand. And the $5 monthly fee sucks as well. I load twice a month at least. So that is $11 I have to budget for. And my payroll pay check is hand written. And Walmart will not load that on to my card. Which means I have to budget another $10 to cash my check somewhere else. And make another extra trip. I work for a small business and they do not offer direct deposit.

I had a wonderful experience using the Walmart card. I don't have to worried about overdraft fees. I have my check deposit onto this card and pay all my bills which my bank card don't allow me to do. I advise anybody to get a Walmart card. It is good to have.

I have been very pleased with my Walmart card. I have not had any issues. Sometimes the unstash balance is not updated as quickly as I'd like it to. It just seems to have a slight delay in updating. Other than that it's been good.

We currently have two cards our daily user and our daughter's gold card for her trip to New York and England and we are very pleased with the service. We have no complaints how great it is. Thank you for having this service available and we can use them anywhere.

After happily using the Walmart money card for years, it is over. I was needing proof for some $4,000 worth of payments and having a hard time getting my transaction history for more than a month. I KNOW the money was deducted from my account by my budget for the rest of the month each month.

I absolutely love my card. I get paid a day early. It's convenient for me and my family. I do not have to worry about over drafting. And being that Walmart is my favorite store to shop at I also get perks. I would recommend this card to anyone. It's such a good tool to have.

With direct deposit and no fees it is an awesome value. The only negative is not being able to withdraw cash in a physical location without ATM fees which are too high. The card itself could be a lot more durable. Still better than a traditional bank.

Pretty good. No complaints as of yet... I will refer more friends and others to make sure to choose Wal-Mart MoneyCard but nothing can't beat the best as for saving money and have your work checks come thru and many more to make happy... I have went the best way.

I think it's horrible that you charge me monthly for using my money. It's MY MONEY and I shouldn't be charged for buying things on my card. This is not what I wanted. I will cancel it when I use all of the money on it.

I have been using the Green Dot Walmart money card for a couple months and I really like it. I like getting rewards and being able to stash money. I have also taken advantage of the checks for rent. My landlord was impressed with how they worked.

I have not had any problems with the card except when I tried loading it the first time and I could only load a 1000 at a time and I had to pay to load the card but now my check gets direct deposit so I have no worries now.

Overall, I enjoy the Walmart MoneyCard experience but I wish there were more options, as far as sending and receiving money from other walmart moneycard users. The ones with the blue card are unable to send money to the users with the gold card for example. I think if you have a walmart moneycard you should be able to enjoy all of the benefits, not just some. Also, I am unable to transfer money to my Regions bank account and vice versa. Other than that I enjoy walmart moneycard.

We've had a wonderful experience with the card so far. We're very happy! It's nice having my husband's payroll direct deposited. It comes a day sooner than normal. The cards came quickly in the mail and it was easy to activate them. All in all we are extremely happy with our cards.

I've had a great experience using this card. I've never had any issues. I love that I'm able to access my account online as well as through a simple phone call. Customer service has been excellent the few times I've had to use it. Loading money onto my card has also always been a simple and quick process as well.

It don't do two days deposits. It's all Lies. I'm upset. I bought the card thinking Walmart was good but I guess not. I'm try a different method. I love Walmart so much. Hope they improve soon. At least one day early. The spending is good. It don't overdraft at all so I'm glad of that.

This could be quicker, it shouldn't take 11 days to get your money returned. This needs to be fixed please, most banks give it back in three days. It would ok if it was 5 days, but 11 days is ridiculous. Otherwise I enjoy my card, thanks.

The check writing is very secure but to set up automatic payments are a little bit of a challenge. Otherwise I have been fairly happy with it. I need to learn how to use the rewards points. I do not live near a Walmart so when I need larger sums driving the 30 miles is inconvenient but that is not really the fault of the card.

I love the money card. I get my paycheck faster. Cashback love it. There is nothing I would change except the $3 charge to put money on. I get you have to but if I put it on at Walmart customer services it be nice to be free. :)

I think customer service is great. I would definitely recommend this card to friends and family. Getting paid early is my favorite feature of using this prepaid money card. I love being able to call any time of day and getting assistance if needed and the bonuses you can get.

I'm tired of being turned down loading my cards saying you can't load my cards then cashiers saying that I can't load my card at Walmart. Some of them have been disrespectful to some customers when trying to add money on my cards. I had to trash my other card because it won't let me load money on.

I really enjoy my card. I would recommend this card to all. Just wish that I could get a card that could be used with an image of my choice. It is a good card for teenagers just starting to use a debit card. I really enjoy the text alerts when money is deposited on my card.

I've had a truly positive experience. I wish it didn't take so long to have checks post to your account when you use the photo option, yet aside from that it is better than a bank for me. I love that you can have multiple cards and users. I wish you got as many rewards using it in store as you do online. But at least now I can shop online, because I have a card!

Card definitely helped me out while going through some financial difficulties with my bank going through bankruptcy. Wish I could use it at gas pumps without having to go in and guess how much gas I need. But being able to use it as direct deposit has been a blessing in disguise.

My account was hacked for 1379.39 and I have got nothing but a runaround, I live from paycheck to paycheck. All I have gotten was a rep that barely can speak English and keeps telling me to file a complaint.

I enjoy having the Walmart card, I don't need a bank account for direct deposit. I still have the ability to put money into a savings, by stashing it on the card. You can also pay bills online and never have overdrafts. The $5 charge a month I could live without but most banks charge as well, so it's fine.

I have found that your Money Card has everything I need. Fast loading, bill pay, balance inquiry, overall I give your card an excellent rating. I don't understand the bank vault too much but maybe it's just me? I would like to have a card for my husband too. This would be most helpful.
