I work in the automotive field and purchase parts just about every day. I purchased a Walmart Debit card to make things easier. I returned a couple of air conditioning compressors that I had lined up for some lined up jobs that never showed. When I went to return it, they didn't have the cash amount in the drawer so they asked if they could return it to my card. I agreed and swiped. Later that night I go to order something and I keep getting denied.

This is the best money card I have ever had. So easy to load and never any problems. Thank you Walmart for making it so easy for me to pay my bills. Only wish my company offered direct deposit so it would be even easier.

Highly disgusted with Walmart and their prepaid debit card. I have had my debit card for over a year now and have kept by balance right around $3000, the max for the card. Two weeks ago I checked my card and there was almost $1600 stolen from the card by thieves in Florida. I canceled the card right away, withdrew my remaining funds and filed disputes over all illegal withdraws from Florida. Today I was denied by Walmart on my disputes even though I don't live in Florida and haven't been there in 25 years and I'm the only user on my card in Tennessee. Walmart is a sad little company which clearly can't see fraud when it bites them on their nose. Sam Walton would be disgusted with the treatment I receiving from his company. Sad that I'm being robbed twice of my $1600 hundred dollars. Walmart lost me and my family as customers forever. I would much rather pay more than deal with such a petty company. Sad to see it.

I've been a loyal customer through Walmart MoneyCard for over 3 years... I get all my direct deposits set up with them. So I finally get my tax refund today... and as soon as I put it in my vault acct THEY BLOCK MY CARD! And tell me it's gonna take 3 business days. That was all my money... I'm devastated!!!

Please read! Used the direct deposit feature for my income tax. They closed my card without any given any notification. Call the number on the back of the card (877-937-4098) several times over a period of a week. All the reps but one was rude, didn't want to listen, kept trying to put me back in queue. Finally was offered a callback from supervisor. After 4 hours, supervisor (ID/Name Jay- **) said to submit a copy of my DL and they would reopen my account. Just got off the phone. Again turns out it was a floor rep playing supervisor that called me back. Asked for another call back. Agent/floor rep (ID/name-Dan **) said no because account was closed. Emailed over 5 times in the last week with not one person trying to help. Seems like all emails are computer generated or copy paste.

It has awesome cash back rewards and I do almost all my shopping at Walmart every month, so it makes cashing my checks and getting my shopping done a convenient experience. Plus all the benefits of direct deposit and paying my bills online has never been better.

I like the Walmart MoneyCard for savings to volt in your account. Direct deposit arrive 2 days early on my card. Only thing that I don't like is there is no money network checks or I couldn't withdraw my tax return from card like company said. 3 stars is what I give.

It's great! Don't change a thing!! I love this card. It's very convenient and there are no overdraft fees, please don't change anything. I love that the monthly fee is waived after $1,000 being added monthly! Thank you!!!

Sad when an account that is used for traveling and holiday and the card has not been used for a while was drained of almost $2K. What's even worst is you refused to pay for the money stolen or even to investigate and just simply send a letter starting you deny the claim because it looks like valid authorized transactions when I'm home in PA, and this happened in another state. You didn't investigate it nor do you care how important this matter is to your "valued customer."

I like the card but just got hit with a 50 dollar holding fee for a week for gas and this has never happened before and the customer service was very rude about it explaining it to me. I'm thinking if just using a regular bank after this that's 50 I need till pay day.

Everything is pretty good except the part of the Android app for transferring money. It needs to work without logging out and using the actual browser. Checks also need to come in a checkbook to be more convenient and easier to use.

I am very disappointed with Walmart MoneyCard. My card was locked on Feb 22 and as of today it's still locked. I had to pay bills late which that's not me. I sent in all necessary documents of my ID as stated and I still gets a email stating it wasn't legible when clearly I received a message saying it was. Since then I sent another 1 in which it was accepted and still waiting. So I renewed my ID in which I previously moved and sent in another ID and still no response as of 3/04/17. I am very confused and broke. I need my money. Can someone help me please?

I love my card. The only thing I wish is it wasn't restricted like on the Western Union app, Facebook payments, etc. I love how I get paid before everyone else at work and I always get my refunds right away. Someone made a bank account with my name on it and over drafted my account so I can't have a bank.

Have basically good experience overall but what I do not understand is the 3$ fee to deposit money into one of my other cards at the customer service center at Walmart. Am requesting that the service fee for depositing money to the accounts be done away.

The Walmart card is great, no problems so far. The one I got in the mail with my name was spelled incorrectly, but I needed it so I didn't complain. When the operator went over the spelling I heard she got it wrong, spelled it for her and she said "that's what I said," but when it came was spelled incorrectly. Besides that the only thing I would ask for is more ATM locations near my area. I believe the closest one is 19 miles away.

I have a great experience with the MoneyCard. My money is on the card a couple days before the remaining is deposit into my bank, and I like that. I would definitely recommend this card to my family and friends.

I've actually had a Walmart Prepaid card for years. It works well with my payroll direct deposit. HOWEVER, the ATM fees for non-Walmart ATMs are obnoxious. AND, the ATM @ Walmart is ALWAYS broke. ALWAYS! So, I have to pay nearly $6 every time I need cash. Also, the daily ATM withdrawal limits are a bit strict. Finally, you really should have some sort of American based escalation dept. for your call center. While the agents overseas are friendly, all bets are off when you call regarding an issue that doesn't follow the script they have in place. I hope this helps!

While I've had no problems using the Walmart MoneyCard itself, the app leaves a lot to be desired. It won't recognize my fingerprint on the Touch option, it won't recognize my password (which I KNOW is correct) and after resetting my password through website, it won't recognize the password I was sent via email. I am VERY disappointed. I have to call the number on back of card to get balance instead of being able to use app.

Love the card. I love the early deposits. The app is super easy to use. Also very easy to keep track of my money and to get the money off my card. You're doing a great service to those who don't have bank accounts. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

I absolutely love my card. Website is so easy to use! I wish I had done this years ago. I can stash away money weekly for my rent in the money vault. Doesn't take long for website to pop up on my computer. I am going to get another one for my daughter who is away in college. I will be able to control her spending with the vault.

I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard. I have had absolutely no negative experiences until yesterday. I just learned today that my card was wrongfully charged by some company called Amazon Prime membership $104.94. I immediately called the number on the back of my card and the lady was very friendly and respectfully helped me to get my dispute letter going and on the track to getting my money back. I would honestly recommend this card to anyone.

My experience has been great. However I do not like it that when using a no fee ATM at Kwik Trip I am still charged $2.50 to use it. I do not understand why I am getting charged for this when it is a no fee ATM. The ATM's in Walmart stores in my area say there is a fee. Which is why I don't use them. I do not have any Walmart gas stations around me to use them. Otherwise I'm very happy with my card.

I will have to say that I enjoy my Walmart Money Card better than my actual checking account. I have no complaints and enjoy receiving my paycheck two days earlier. Also as a result of signing my income check to be deposit to my card, I received it earlier as well.

This card has been very helpful. The only negative is that it charges to load money on the card and I bought it from Walmart. Other than that, the card is just like a debit card... it comes in handy for direct deposit. It doesn't help your credit but at least you can use this card anywhere. I have had this card for years and I get paid on time if not early than my scheduled pay day.

I like the idea of direct deposit. Honestly, I wish it would relay to Murphy gas stations and give the 3 cents off per gallon as a gift card from Walmart would. And I would like better if Walmart would partner with other suppliers to give wider range and different financing options to those looking to build credit up again.

It's horrible that I have to get my deposits late. My paycheck was supposed to be on my card by 4 pm every Wednesday, and my federal refund should already been on my card. The lateness has to stop. I have 4 kids are in need and single parents like me who has to ride cabs to work weekly shouldn't have to stress on waiting for our money to hit. You need to get things done faster or I'll drop you and I'll take my business somewhere else.

My experience was great. I get my money faster with direct deposit with my MoneyCard but I haven't won the stash money thing yet and I stash every pay day. I almost always have money in there but never win.

My funds are usually available two days early! For example, if payday is Friday, I get my funds on Wednesday. The only downfall is the availability of ATMs where I can access my money at no cost. I would, however, recommend this card to others.

I do receive my pay early, I do get text when I use my card, I always know my balance. With direct deposit I have no fees. I can use it anywhere. I am limited to cash from ATM but at Walmart I can get out as much as I need with NO FEE.

I love getting my paycheck two days early! I have not had any issues at all with this card. Exceptional customer service. I have had nothing but trouble with other prepaid cards. The Walmart card does not disappoint. Easy application, less than a week to receive the card, easy activation.

I have no complaints with my experience to date. My money loads early as promised. Except for holidays, but I'm happy as I can be. My rewards are nice to watch build up. I probably will buy a new video game.

My experience with my Walmart card had been great. The only thing I would change is that when I use it restaurants it shows my balance that is in my account on my receipt. But I can use it most everywhere. I do wish it could be used to order online but most places won't take debit cards. But very pleased all in all.

Love it. Very convenient. Shop with it everyday... and use it to save money. Thank you Walmart. My husband and kids have them too. We love them. Use it to deposit on his job. Very helpful in paying your bill as well so I would definitely recommend this card to more family and friends.

VERY convenient. I really really love it. It helps me out a lot. I really think that would be beneficial in the future to me and my family and I'll be glad to accept any kind of free money Walmart is willing to give so there is a lot going on to wear to Walmart benefits.

I am very pleased overall with the features of the card. I recommend it to people all the time. I especially love the online Vault feature. The no service fee with direct deposit is awesome. I am considering getting a 2nd account for myself for just bill pay.

I have only positive things to say about this card. I have not had any bad experiences and have not had any real reasons to call about someone going on and taking my funds, therefore I am pleased to have it.

The $400 limit on ATM withdraws is not enough. Bluebird allows $750 and others allow $1000. To withdraw money for rent, I must do it over 2 days, or go to stores to get cash back with debit purchases, which is inconvenient. Also, my paycheck is never deposited at the same time every week. Sometimes on Monday, sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday, and once even Thursday. This is a serious concern.

Everything has been great with this card. I'm truly thankful to have it. It's going to be affordable and I love the fact that it posts my money quickly. Also like the fact that it's connected to Walmart because of the convenience of being able to go into the store and take the money off if I need to.

It's a good prepaid card if you need one but can get pretty pricey with reloads. Otherwise it serves the purpose if you need to use one for paying bills or making purchases that require use of a card. I do like that if you load $1,000 they waive the monthly fee.

I love the service that you all provide! The best. I get my money a day earlier than the others because I have direct deposit with you. I never have any issues with log in or accessing my account at all. I think that this program helps people who cannot open up on a banking account due to credit issues or overdraft payments. I have a bank account but I would much rather use your service. Thanks for all that you do!

I haven't had any problems with my card. The only thing I don't understand is why I am charged an ATM Fee when I use a MoneyPass ATM. I can understand if I use other ATMs, but the one that the app says to use should be free in my opinion. Other than that, everything is great.

For the most part the card is great, but on one hand I don't like the restrictions that it has. There are certain things that I like to use my card(s) for, that for some odd reason won't let me use my Walmart MoneyCard for. For instance I send and receive money thru the Facebook messenger app and the Walmart MoneyCard isn't compatible with it and it's the only card I have and use at the moment. And I think it's a little ridiculous that there is a fee to load money onto card. Other than that I am happy with everything else the card offers me.

Direct deposit have nothing but a good experience. Very happy with it. Very easy to add money and no problems making reservation and paying my bills and use it for purchases at Walmart. Couldn't be happier with the service and use of the card.

First I don't use the ATM. Don't like that I get double charged, once from the ATM and then from the card. Second when eating at restaurants and use the card my card balance shows up on the receipt, that should be private.

I love my MoneyCard! The only issue I've had is being able to update information on my account, like my phone number. Otherwise it's a great card and easy to use app. Hopefully there will be an update soon, that allows you to change your personal information in the app.

They are on top of their account info for the most part. I haven't had any problems with my direct deposit and so far no hidden fees like some do. The cash vault is awesome. It helps to keep money that you don't wanna spend. Just wish I would win.

I love using this card. I have my pay direct deposited and have easy access. I use for everyday purchases and some online purchases as well. The app is great to let me see my balance easily. Have not any problems with using this card. Using this as my pay card I get paid earlier than I normally would using a bank.

I was emailed saying a new card would arrive with my name on it, and it never did. I could not find a way on the website to report that. I tried calling but was given a runaround. I use my card often, but when I'm told that there would be a new card arriving, and it doesn't, and I can't get any help on the website or the customer service.

I love using the MoneyCard. It is easy and convenient to load and unload money. I like the incentive that is going on right now to help people save money by doing the monthly drawing to "stash'. The website is very user friendly as well.

I enjoy now I can withdraw cash for free. Thank you. Please keep that up. Also I request paper check from my job because I would want to make sure my hours are correct. I would like if their check cashing fee was lower.

I love my account, best choice. Always an easy process getting my money and good timing with direct deposit. The fee is so low to put money on my card which is great and I haven't had any problems with money missing. I love my Walmart card.

I received an email from you telling me to use Jackson Hewitt for my taxes and I would then get $50 once I qualified. I qualified and now I am getting the runaround and being told it's Jackson Hewitt's fault and they have to tell you to pay me. WTF!?? After 18 phone calls and numerous emails to both you and Jackson Hewitt, I AM DONE! Going to another company. All the rude lady on the phone on the last call would say is "It's Not Our Problem". Yes, YES it is your problem, I am YOUR customer, but not anymore. No need for the lies.

Well I got a tax return deposited to my card. I went 30 minutes away to the nearest decent sized town because my town is so small we don't have many of the common stores here. After making purchases and coming back home my card suddenly gets declined. EVERY OTHER BANK I ever did business with would call me and clear this up in a few minutes on the phone. Not Green Dot bank / Walmart MoneyCard.

I get my paycheck every pay week on the same day my payroll is processed. Today it is not there. I called and they can never give me any helpful information. Very robotic representatives no empathy at all. Supposedly all they can see is the same info as me which I find hard to believe. I have bills to pay and this is not okay.

I purchased this Walmart MoneyCard to receive my payroll check earlier due to me being pregnant and high risk! I got paid today, as well as receiving my tax refund. I woke up this morning to an email from Walmart MoneyCard stating that my card had "unusual activity" and that I needed to upload a photo ID. I have been on hold for 6 HOURS! Waiting for a customer service specialist. I will be contacting a lawyer and I plan to sue! This is ILLEGAL. You cannot just take from your customers!! I am 9 months pregnant and have to pay rent and prepare for my child! I already have complications and this stress is hindering me! I need a call back IMMEDIATELY or I will take legal action.

I have been a pre-paid card customer for a few years now. I receive direct deposit. This last pay period for some unknown reason my account has been blocked. I cannot login so I attempted to contact customer service number 877 793 4098 for the past few days but every attempt I have been placed on hold with no answer. I was on hold for 5 hours straight at one point. There is no real person to speak with & during the meantime I cannot pay my bills. I wish I could give NO stars!

I received this as a Christmas gift, supposedly with $25 on it. I haven't used it at all so far, so the full balance should be on it. I tried to use it at a Walmart, but it was denied. I tried again at $20 in case the giver provided the wrong balance - still denied. I came back to my computer to attempt to get the balance online, but nothing is available unless I register my card. To do so, the website requires my name, address, birthday, and social. REALLY, WALMART?! There's absolutely no way I would provide ANYONE that info unless I'm going to a doctor or applying for a credit card from a reputable company. There's no reason a glorified GIFT CARD should require this to check my balance. SCAM!!! Do not give as a gift!!!

I'm marieo ** and very happy with the WalMart MoneyCard. It helps me out with savings and paying my bills. Plus I get reward points when making purchases with Walmart. I would recommend this to family and friends. In fact I have and will continue to others.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. My old bank kept charging fees for everything and caused my account to be overdrawn several times due to THEIR own errors. I have never had a problem with my Walmart moneycard. I had a card before, and came back when my bank caused so much error.

I've gone to 2 Walmart money centers and neither could give me money so I had to pay a fee. No one seems to know what to do. I was in the one in White Plains, NY today and the money center staff sent me to a checkout clerk who sent me back to them, who sent me to the Walmart ATM which charged me a fee and only allowed me to take out $300! I NEED MY RENT. This is ridiculous.

I love this card. It's made very easy and convenient to load money on. It's better than carrying cash to get lost, if cards lost you still have your money. I've yet to be turned away from any business not accepting my card. It gives you a peace of mind not carrying a lot of cash and I'm more apt to save money because I'll spend cash without a second thought. Thanks Walmart for making it simple and convenient.

I have had this card for about a month. I got it because I do not like big banks and wanted a card I can receive my income tax refund on. I received my taxes last Thursday (2/23), spent less than 40 dollars and got 100 in cash back and my card was blocked after that. I was told to send in ID pictures. I have sent them in over 10 times only to be denied.

Walmart MoneyCard blocked my account and won't let me speak to anyone. I have all my finances of $7250 in my account and was blocked for getting cash back multiple times to avoid ATM fees. They don't send an email or text asking if it was me doing the purchase. They just straight up blocked me and told me I have to submit my driver's license which I did same day while trying to call them on their only customer service number. Their Customer Service doesn't allow you to speak to anyone if your card is blocked. I got a hold of someone and they did nothing and even hung up on me and wasted multiple hours of my day trying to speak to someone to verify my identity because I had bills due.

I had my taxes deposited onto a Walmart moneycard and that same day my card was blocked. I went online and submit my ID and waited. It was a Thursday and it says 2 business days but I have bills due and so I wrote an email and their response was that I hadn't submitted anything. So I did it again and still nothing. So I did it again and take a screenshot showing that it was submitted and received successfully. I'm still waiting for my money to come on blocked. I've had to take out a loan to keep my power on and have to pay interest on that while Walmart or Green is sitting there collecting interest on the money that is just sitting in an account that I can't access for no reason. It's a huge scam and I for one will never use Walmart money card again or any Green Dot card.

I absolutely love my Walmart MoneyCard, I have personalized it with a picture and have direct deposit going to it. I get my paycheck sometimes 2 days earlier. I have stashed and unstashed money as a way to save and I have also won $25 for keeping a balance stashed. The only draw back is when I deposit a check in my account I have to pay a fee of $3 to do so. So I am hesitant to deposit checks into my account. Can something be done to alleviate that fee? Otherwise I am very pleased with my card. I have other family members who have purchased the card since hearing what a great experience I was having. Keep up the good work!!

I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard experience especially with the ease of use. I just wish I could have some of my load fees refunded. I spend at least $30 month loading my card. In addition I hope the new partnership doesn't change my view towards the card!

The card is very easy to use and the website is user-friendly. The people at Walmart are very friendly and very helpful at the cash place. When I use the phone they direct you exactly where you need to go. Then the customer service rep ask you if there is anything else you need.

I use my card every day with no problems. Easy to use and easy to check my balance. Great for direct deposit and ordering online. Easy and convenient to use! Can review all transactions on my phone and print out a copy when I need to. Recommend to everyone!!! Satisfied customer.

When I try to login to my account I never can. I'm yet to be able to access my account. Also seems every time I use it at ATM I can never get more than 300 dollars at a time. I had $370.00 on my card and tried to get $360.00 and it said I had insufficient funds so it cost me money for it to the me that I wound up spending $10.00 trying to get money off my card. I'm thinking about going ahead and activating the Netspend card I got in the mail and deactivate my Walmart card.

My experience with MoneyCard has been excellent except when I forgot my password. This site needs to work on that. I haven't been able to get a new password to enter the website. Maybe I am not doing something correctly. I have had to use the phone service.

My biggest pet peeve with the card is the loading fee. Each time I want to load money on MY card I have to pay 3 dollars. It's absurd! It should be free! I give Walmart so much of my business and money there is no way I should have to pay to use my own debit card. Also, why does it charge me an ATM fee even when I use the Walmart ATM. Most of the time the help desk and money center are so busy it's crazy to expect me to wait in a line just to withdraw my own money. I've been exploring other cards because Walmart is just being unfair and greedy. It's my money I work hard for. Why should I keep having to give my money away just to spend it?

It's suppose to be a faster direct deposit get it about 2 days earlier. It's a joke. I have direct deposit from work and I still get paid every other Friday. So the direct deposit isn't faster. It also states if I get direct deposit I wouldn't have to pay a monthly fee. I was wrong.

No complaints. The ability to stash and unstash money quickly and easily comes in handy. Direct deposit has always gone in without fail and even goes in a day early. With no overdraft fees this is my main method of paying bills.

I like the idea of being able to stash money away. I also like the fact that my direct deposit comes over every Wednesday. I'm curious to see the prizes I can win. Maybe you can reduce some of the fees.

I think it's RIDICULOUS that any time I want to order a card my acct. has to be stopped. It's a MARATHON to speak to a human and when you do they keep saying "I understand" when they DO NOT. I am absolutely looking for an alternative to this card.

You should not charge a monthly fee. Especially if someone uses the card for direct deposit from work. There should be no ATM fees if used at certain ATM. Other than that I have no issues with my card.

My account was blocked today. I've called and emailed, but still haven't heard. I set on hold the first for an hour with no answer! I called back again and set on hold with no answer for 2 hrs and 20 minutes. I was getting a refund for a motor I bought and now I can't use my card or get the money I saved out of the vault. The total amount is 4430 dollars and some change. How do I get ahold of these people to get my money!!

I have a money directly loading to my card each month a total of 300.00 so I don't think I should have to pay 3.00 if I need to add funds in-between. I don't mind the 5.00 service fee until I meet the required amount to have them waived but the 3.00 to load money is crazy.

I would like to be able to get more than $100 cash back at the register. 300 would be nice. That way I would not have to wait in that long line at the bank in Walmart. Oh PS and make the inside of Walmart shopping cooler. Every time I go in it's hot in there. Other than that I love the checking account. The banking it is awesome and the vault I hope that didn't hurt too bad LOL.

Overall I would recommend Walmart prepaid debit card to my friends and family. Had nothing but good experience from this card. When loading my extra money onto the card it's fast, friendly and quick. My paycheck is direct deposited twice a week and I have had no problems with that at all.

I've loved having my Walmart money card. Having a fee waiver every month has been the best! The online card management has been great as well. Being able to customize my card to my liking has been a wonderful experience. Being able to use free atms has been nice as well.

The Walmart MoneyCard is a good card. I got this card because I travel a lot and it's hard to find banks with few to no ATM fees BUT you can find a Walmart almost anywhere and use this card easily. It's also a user-friendly app and I like being able to stash money quickly for future savings.

In 5 months my information has been stolen three times! And it takes way too long to receive a new card. The first time I waited over two weeks without any access to my money. And when I did report the amounts stolen I was told that I had to call back and report them again once it was out of pending status. Why should I have to continue calling after I have already reported it? And why does it take so long to get a replacement card? I'm not happy at all with accessibility to my own money.

Very happy with my card. Get my check a day ahead of time. Used it anywhere. Will refer it to my friends and family. Have order online. Works good about to get a second card stash and unstash like I want get money back for using my card.

I like the Walmart MoneyCard... but I think the only downfall with the card so far is that you have to pay to get your own money off your card! I would love if you all get a bank so that everybody can withdraw their money free of charge!!! I would've rated a 5 star but I don't like having to pay atm fees!!!

Wonderful in every way! My money is deposited two days early and I'm confident in knowing that it will be there. I love having the money vault to stash money and I've even won 25 dollars last month from the free entries. This is by far the best pre paid card and I love it.

It works for me. I get my SS direct deposit earlier which helps tremendously when my bills are due. And I don't have to worry about overdrafts. It's been a blessing to me. I don't need to carry cash which is safer.

On 2/5/17 I purchased some shoes on eBay, me being in a such a rush I didn't realize that I ordered the wrong size. Soon after I canceled the order, and the cancel was confirmed by the seller. Three weeks later I still haven't gotten my money back on the card. Why is that? Thanks.

On 2/4 I rented a U-Haul truck with my Walmart Card. The final balance was paid with another card, and UHaul attempted to release the hold on my Walmart Card and I was told it would be released within 5 business days. It is now 2/27, I have spent about 6 hours collectively going back and forth with UHaul and MoneyCard for documentation to release the hold. Multiple attempts to get a supervisor, but never receive a call back. I've been disconnected twice while on your long holds. Still no release, and I'm being told I have to go through this same process all over again for the third time, and I'm simply going back and forth between them and Uhaul.

Love I can hide money for when I need to and getting paid early. Sometimes the app doesn't always work when I need it to and I have to call to check my balance. Other than that I'm very pleased with my account. Just like to know how the entry works when I stash money.

I have been a loyal Walmart money card holder for a few years and I have never had any problems until this month February 2017. My account was compromised and unauthorized charges were made and others were attempted. Green Dot closed all of my accounts without notice. Refused to allow my direct deposits. Now I have $1,138.00 in direct deposits floating around that cannot be loaded on my card. When I call the number on the back of the card, there is no option to speak to a representative.

I needed a nice, simple, quick, and easy alternative to access my money, including regular paychecks, outside of using a bank. This fit the bill nicely. I have appreciated the quality customer service and ease of use of this product. Great work, Walmart MoneyCard and Green Dot Bank! Stick with it! :)

My Walmart MoneyCard has been blocked and I cannot access my money. It is my money not Walmart's. I went to the site to upload id and it won't let me upload it. I will be contacting a lawyer today. Walmart is holding almost $3000 of my money for no reason. I will never use these cards again nor will I recommend them. I can't even talk to anyone from Walmart to help me.

So far I am happy with my Walmart visa card... The only complaint I have is the ATM fees. If those could be lower or completely done away with that would be amazing... I think the vault is a wonderful feature but too bad it's not interest earning. Thank you!!

I have had my MoneyCard for several years. I use it for internet purchases. It has always worked correctly and given me good service. I would recommend the use of the Walmart MoneyCard to my friends. The only problems I have had is with the vendors I have dealt with. You have to be careful here and watch your account.

I have loved my card ever since I got it a little over 6 months ago. I do have one issue... that is, there needs to be more free ATMs around Greeneville TN. Other than that it has been great. Oh I would like to get a pink camo card. That would be awesome. Lol.

My experience has been good. I don't like the fee system with the card as far as ATM and debits. It is a bit more expensive than I would prefer. I would think sales of the card would be greater because you guys are around the same as other prepaid debit cards.

Love it. It is great and I love the rewards that you get back when you shop at a Walmart center. Although I think it could work out the monthly maintenance fee. Other than that it is great. It should also have better ATM fee.

This is a card great. The services are. I love Walmart and all the thing you guy provide. The card works great for me but only thing I wish that I could transfer funds from card to card. That would be great. Other than that the card work great.

My Walmart card experience has been OK. There is positive and negative things I can say but for the most part it has been a good experience. I wish y'all would offer overdraft for accounts that do direct deposits. If y'all did that I would hands down rate my Walmart card a five star rating.

Love the card. Easy to use. Get both my checks from both my jobs direct deposited on the same day. Easy to keep track of what I spend. Very pleased with everything this card has to offer. Plus I made my refund go to my account quicker and I love that if I make over a 1000 dollars a month I don't have to pay any fees.

Personally I think the fees are excessive. It seems every transaction cost, I come out better taking all the money off of card to avoid constant debit fees. I do get paid one day early, that's a bonus. I would like more perks for shopping at Walmart also.

Having trouble with the app not working. I like the cash back feature. Easy to use. Not a fan of the ATM fee. My old Walmart card didn't charge. Whatever money I am earning with cash back goes towards those fees.

RaceTrac freezes the card, too often. The card is unusable, for several days. The App isn't user-friendly. Can't track multiple Walmart cards. It was a while back, but I got locked out, couldn't get back in and just decided to heck with it. Dropped the app and have to use the phone. Plus... There is no customer support number where you can talk to a human if you have a problem or question.

Excellent customer service, miss the preferred card and don't like how I get charged a fee if I take money off card anywhere but Walmart but otherwise happy with card. The preferred card didn't charge money to put cash onto the card and it didn't charge to use any ATM, that was the best card.

I work 40 hours a week. I work hard to give my family a comfortable home. I have been receiving payroll deposits to my Walmart MoneyCard for a few months now. I never had an issue receiving or accessing my funds. Until now!!! I received a Direct Deposit from the IRS on went on to work. Later that afternoon I purchased lunch from a restaurant and ate at the office. About an hour or two later, I received an email from Walmart MoneyCard stating that it has blocked my card due to unusual activity. I have sent Walmart MoneyCard my Driver's License, and have spoken with a specialist about this matter to have my card unblocked to no avail. They refuse to even tell me what type of unusual activity they speak of.

I am beyond done with this card! I recently lost job and down to last 120. I needed to transfer 100 to my Walmart card using the online service. I added my Paypal debit card as funding source which it accepted. Then, I click on the send button to be greeted with the "transaction denied". No biggie right? Except it has partially denied and thus pending... which means I'M NOW DOWN TO 20 DOLLARS!!!

I have a lot of trouble logging in to check my balance, when I try it. It tells me that it does not recognize me. So I call customer service to get my balance. I tried to or try to find a way to change my password and user name. But doesn't help any. Help me!

Ordering the card online was simple and straightforward. The card arrived faster than expected and set up was a breeze. I appreciate that when I look at my transaction's online, it shows the store or company that I bought from. I also love the saving's feature. Having rewards back on a prepaid card is a new experience and so far it is fantastic. I makes sure to recommend this prepaid card to anyone who asks me which one I prefer.

I got a email stating I would get 25 dollars if I direct deposited my tax refund... so I did and no reward. I should have received something by now. Walmart is falling apart... I go to Walmart and never get asked if I need help. Actually there is nobody around when you do need help.

I like that I get my money earlier than payday. I also like that I have no problems using my card anywhere and that there are no hidden fees when using the card. Highly recommend it for everyone. It is also available to put my whole paycheck if needed. I use it as my backup card.

I use it for half of my direct deposit. Sometimes my deposit is there a day early! I shop at Walmart often so it's great getting the cash back benefit! I use it to shop online and I've never had a problem using the card. I have also paid bills with it online. Again, I had no problems! I also put money in the Vault. Very bad experience. Had $7000 on my card, Went to buy a car for $3200. Was denied. Had to pay some one day, the remainder the next day. Was going back to MD and had to miss a days work. My money, but couldn't get.

I had a large amount of money transferred from my girlfriend's bank to my Walmart MoneyCard. The money hasn't appeared and the bank that transferred the money has confirmed that the money has been posted.

I really like this card. I'm at Wal-Mart all the time anyway and the early direct deposit is great. Card is accepted everywhere. I've really like to be able to use it at any ATM I'm close to that would make it a little more convenient. The alerts work very well also.

The card use I get out of it is the best. Sometimes when I go online to check balance, for some reason I have to keep signing in repeatedly. Typing my I.D. and password the same way every single time. In other words, online access is not completely reliable. But, overall card use is great.

I use the card for all my banking. I have direct deposit too. Would like for this to be applied to my credit somehow. It would be nice to have a card with a chip and not swipe. The swipe wears out fast. Anyway I have not had any problems and will keep going with the card.

It's difficult to get to customer service, then once you get to someone they aren't helpful. Also, the limitations you have on the app are interesting, you can only view your balance and stash or unstash money, everything else has to be done on the computer.

It's okay. Wish I could load money without fees from different locations not just Walmart like Atm. Also should be able to use as a credit everywhere. Should have a feature where someone can add money to card account from their credit card like Paypal.

The daily withdrawal limit is too low, and they have to take the card inside instead of being able to swipe it at the pump. But overall the card is great. It is easy to load and funds are available immediately. The new vault option is also very handy.

Love my Walmart card, very convenient. I can accurately keep track of my money or save it through the vault. Loading and withdrawing is quick and easy without hassles. Although more options for withdrawing other places than Walmart for free would be nice. Overall great experience and I plan to keep my card for primary use for a while.

I have had this card for awhile. In the beginning it served me well. But lately I am unable to get money off the card when I need it because the service desk has no funds available and the Walmart clerk Karen could give a ** if about it. I go to Walmart when they open a 6:00 am ask if she has any funds yet and I get "No", so I ask should I come back and I get "well if you want to". As soon as I can get my direct deposit moved to a new card service, I will be closing this account.

This card has spoiled me for traditional banks! Best feature by far is the fact that if you don't have enough money for a purchase, you won't be charged an NSF fee. Wonderful! If you deposit enough money there are NO fees, and you can even earn cash back when you buy from Walmart.

I really like this card! I would have to say my 2 favorite things about it is the money comes two days earlier than payday and the possibility of winning in the prize every month. I would recommend this card! I also like the fact that you can save money on the same card. It's pretty awesome.

I love using Walmart MoneyCard. I get my check before anyone else at work. Now I can save how much I want in my vault. It's easy to make a withdraw. I can never pay overdraft fees. I don't use a bank anymore. Thank you Walmart.

I have only one complaint with the Walmart MoneyCard and that is the service fees for not only using an unauthorized ATM but also Walmart MoneyCard is charging an additional fee as well. Other than that, the card is simple and convenient to use. Thank you.

I like the convenience of this card and the early deposit is very helpful as well as text updates for balance and deposit. The availability of the direct deposits and online banking makes my hectic life a little smoother.

I haven't had any problems with the card at all. I actually like the card & would recommend it to my friends. The only issue that I have is at the gas station. I actually have to go into the store & see the cashier. Other than that I'm cool with the card.

No issues with the card, better than typical banking in my opinion. I can handle everything right from my smartphone. I love that my direct deposit comes in 2 days sooner than payday and I can track all my spending in one place. Card is a bit unappealing but that's really the only downfall!

I like having the moneycard but I don't like the fees associated with it. I have been charged several times to cash/load my check to my card. Now that I have direct deposit it has been fine. Shouldn't be fined to load a card.

I'm either receiving my money really late, or a text late about it being deposit. If you giving money two days in advance please do it during early hours so bills and plans can get done and paid on top. The whole point of me getting the money card was so I can get paid EARLY so I won't be late on bills. Instead I don't receive money till around 7-12 pm. Please if you know you're getting your money please pay the people (myself) early. Thank you.

My money is always on time and I haven't had any problem. I just wish I could cash or deposit checks. And were open at least till 10 p.m. So other than that there are no complaints on my end. So with that being said yes I would recommend to friends.

I am happy with the direct deposit features on the card and am currently recommending it to other employees at my job and their families are also interested. I would also like to transfer funds from my other card but have not had success but will continue to inquire.

Great experience. Refund transfer was a 1day process, no problem with transfer, or and the process at the register. We be adding more money for sure. Great card. Would recommend for anyone that don't have a checking account.

I like that my payroll posts early to my account. 2 days before actual payday. No overdraft fees. Has checks you can order if needed. Accepted everywhere. They also offer a savings type account that you can transfer funds back and forth. Bill pay and people pay too.

The card is awesome and I love the direct deposit because you get your money 2 days faster. It's awesome. The only con about is the alert when the money is deposited on the card. I use the card everywhere and I like the part where you can put away money and it will not let you use unless you decide to.

Have had good experiences so far. One thing is that the early deposit isn't true. Most people get paid at midnight on payday and I don't get my money until 4am. That's the only thing that I don't like and think that should be taken off the info given when given the cards.

I'm very pleased with the Walmart money card. I wish I did it before dealing with banks. I would truly recommend to everyone I know... I receive my payroll checks always a day before payday and I love the app where I can check my balance anytime.

It's seriously a major turn off to have to deposit cash at a Walmart and be charged a 3.00 fee! I'm using your promotional card for Pete's sakes!! Highly disappointed in this card. I feel that if I put my trust in this debit card and commit my income.

I tell everyone I see about this card. It's so awesome. I like the early payment from my job and easy banking too. I can use my card anywhere. It's the best. I told my sister about it and I think she will be getting one I think. But she doesn't have a job so I don't know.

The only thing that would be nice is if you could load the card at the checkouts. Also more free atms. It's very convenient. I like the direct deposit option. Works well and I appreciate it being earlier than actual pay day. Very user friendly, easy to pay bills and make online purchases.
