    I have never seen a customer service so incompetent in my entire life. First, I get a paper in the mail saying that I'll start being charged $1 per month unless I "go paperless". The instructions were to click the "go paperless" banner on the top of my online account page. Long story short there was NO banner, OR any other setting that allowed me to choose paperless. I "chatted" with an associate and they literally didn't understand my question. I finally called the Customer Service number. The first time I got disconnected, the second time I was given inaccurate instructions, the third time they tried walking me through the steps, but the "paperless" feature was literally not there. I had to submit a ticket just to go paperless. This issues is still not resolved, but it had better be by August 29th, because I don't want to pay them a dime, let alone a dollar. :-(

    First of all there is no customer service email. They have changed the website to where you can no longer do billpay and no longer manage your cash back rewards. They want everything done by downloading their app on the phone. I DO NOT DO BANKING ON MY PHONE!! I would give it negative stars if possible. This is not something you change without warning you in advance.

    So fair warning to those who don't use the card and read the reviews first. My personal info was sent to my ex-wife. My bank statement. Something I should be most trusted by a bank not to give out. I try to contact customer service oh what they said was to change a password that I must have gave her access. It is ** cause she sent me a screenshot ask me why it was sent to her phone. So this Bank cannot be trusted with money asses. That's their main job and they failed. So please read this for whoever wants to use this trashy company.

    I tried to reach customer service for the Walmart money card for over an hour. I've been a customer for years. They don't care. They don't respond. They can't make up their mind if my account is open or not. I thought it was one way or the other. I've never had such horrible atrocious customer service. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.

    1 star is too generous. I bought a Walmart debit card to use for transaction while I waited for a replacement card from Chase. I had fraudulent activity and had to close my account. Put 20 up to open account. Now I can't use it, can't add money. Said they will refund my money in 2 weeks. Horrible customer service. I know things like this doesn't only happen to me and if people keep letting it go and not stand up for their rights these companies will keep pushing us around. There has been many items in Walmart that were raised in price 25 to 50 percent and blamed on tariffs which is a lie. Some of those items have been hanging on pegs for over 6 months and when they do restock that item it's the old stock. Nothing new. Walmart makes a lot of money. They need to do better.

    They blocked my account and they refuse to refund my funds on my account. They are scammers. Don't ever use their shit cards. They will block your account and keep charging monthly fees until you have no money on your card. They are scamming their own customers.

    Their customer service phone line is running by an Indian SCAM company. They are refusing to send a refund check of my closed account balance. They are just wasting my time. Liars! Called them 6-7 times and they said "follow the e-mails, no problem we will send you a check" (And phone had always been picked up by people with THICK accent. So it makes me think that they're not even located in US!) I have been dealing with these scammers for couple of months. I know that they don't believe in god or being a good person. Just pure evil these people are! If anyone see this message, Please help me! And stay away from these creatures!

    Unbelievable. I put 600 on this card. Make a 70 dollar purchase, and it's flagged for fraud. I text them back an hour later, says to call and doesn't recognize entry. I call, sit on hold for 25 minutes. I got employees, work to do. Now, I sit on hold again. Hoping to verify a 70-dollar charge after having almost an hr invested in this dirt product.

    I have had this card for years now. At first everything was great, No issues whatsoever so ever. I would get my deposit 2 days early on time every time. Now my deposit is random. Never at the same time and like now I have prove my company sent my direct deposit on the 26th and it still isn’t in my account and they keep telling they haven’t received it. This is happening more and more.

    On top of that I have locked my card before and been stranded because I couldn’t get it unlocked. Called in to get help and nothing. No help. I just had to sit for hours at a gas station until I finally got my card unlocked. I also have overdraft privileges which is nice sometimes but it seems they will hold your deposit so you will have to overdraft then get hit with that charge and all of a sudden your deposit magically appears in your account. This has gotten worse and worse in the past year. I will say it was great at first. I’m not knocking it all the way because there for a long time I didn’t have any problems. It’s just the past year. I will be finding other options.

    This card is not secure! Customer service is limited and no way to edit. Customer service only choice was using Google wallet or green dot or plaid and the bank name came up with wrong routing numbers. I had no choice but close account! Do not use Walmart money card!

    I will never use this Card ever again. I disputative a transaction for 492.00 that I never spent. My card was stolen and I reported it and before I could send in the proof they closed the transaction the same day. I will never use Walmart for shopping. I will go to a store that doesn’t rip everyone off. Worst card ever. Bullshit that it was my rent money and my landlord doesn’t care about what happened and might me homeless. NO THANKS TO WALMART STUPID CENTER.

    The card was great to use on a daily basis until Walmart would not guarantee what they advertise. I had the card for over a year, earned reward money and when the card was compromised, I closed it...but not until Walmart would NOT payout my reward money. They kept it since I closed my account.

    After having this card for years, I now Have had a block on my card with no explanation for 6 months. That account has over $4000 in it and I can not touch it. I have made multiple phone calls and sent certified letters with no resolution. I have been hung up on by a representative on multiple occasions. I do not recommend using this card EVER.

    Customer Service is not helpful. They have held onto my funds that should have been credited to my account for over 2 weeks now. When they don't know the answer they will leave you on hold until the phone disconnects with no call back.

    I wouldn't purchase, nor recommend this card. Roughly a week ago, my card started to be declined, even though funds were available. I spoke with CS 6 times in 3 days, 5 of the 6 times I was told to wait anywhere from 15 mins to 48 hrs and the issue will be resolved. The other time I was told it was either my fault or the merchant's, even if I tried several different places. Issue is still not resolved & they want to charge me for a new card!

    They literally let someone take all my money in my account and would not help me at all. No one understands English. I got nothing but the run around for over a month. They stated there was a charge on my account done online in India and I live in Arizona and there is nothing they can do. They send me back all my documents proving this was fraudulent on my account and closed my account. Please do not use 3rd party banks. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Just a fare warning.

    When they overcharged you for a overdraft fee they will not reverse it. Even when you show it was done incorrectly, they still will not waive the fee talking about policies. Please pay attention to all your transactions.

    I would not recommend this card, I was scammed for a large amount of money...I have had my card for 10 years, but I will never do business with them again..I filed a dispute and they denied me after 5 days before they got my paperwork, custom services is the worst, automated, transferred 10 times before someone actually talked to me.

    They claim that the monthly fee is waived if a person deposits $500 or more in a 30 day period. But this is misleading because a little less than a week and they deducted the fee already. So, you pay for the card initially, and they require you to put at least $20 cash on it and then a week later they deduct $5.94. From the statement they give, a person should have 30 days from purchasing the card before being charged. Especially since they already charged you for the card itself. But instead, they're charging you a usage fee when you haven't even used it yet.

    Absolutely Disgusting Treatment – Green Dot/Walmart MoneyCard is Forcing a 70-Year-Old Woman Into Homelessness! If I could give a -10 stars, I would. I am an advocate for homeless and displaced individuals, and I have never seen such heartless, incompetent customer service in my career. My 70-year-old homeless client, Pamela **, lost her Walmart MoneyCard, which holds her only source of income—$709 in Social Security funds. For the past five days, I have been forced to deal with robotic script-readers who refuse to address the issue.

    Pamela followed all their instructions, sending a clear, valid copy of her ID, yet every day we are met with new roadblocks and excuses. Yesterday, one of their representatives said she could go to Walmart, show her ID, and access her money—but today, a so-called "supervisor" named Shregun coldly denied that option, refusing to release her money at all. Let’s be clear: Green Dot is knowingly leaving a senior citizen homeless. They are refusing to send the money back to Social Security, meaning she can’t even get it reissued. This is theft. I told this so-called "supervisor" that if they do not release Pamela’s money TODAY, I will escalate this to every authority available:

    Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department
    The On-Call ADA (Assistant District Attorney)
    Consumer Affairs
    My State Representative

    My Congressman

    And this is just the beginning. If anyone at Walmart Money Center actually has a mother, a conscience, or a heart, they will step up immediately to rectify this disgusting situation. Otherwise, this review stands as a warning to every vulnerable person: Do NOT trust Green Dot or Walmart MoneyCard with your money—especially if you’re elderly, disabled, or struggling. I will NOT waste another second speaking to underpaid, script-reading customer service reps who lack the authority or common sense to resolve this. Fix this NOW.

    Third month in I put next month's bills on the card and overnight Uber in San Francisco charged me 294.63 for 7 rides. I live in Maine... Only used the card for bills. Hard to believe someone just punched in the magic numbers or better yet my card somehow flew 5 thousand miles overnight to take an Uber around the city. Filed a dispute and they said I had ten days to mail in proof that it wasn't me that made the purchase! Then said it'd be 90 days or more to receive it back. Oh yeah and they shut the card down so all my bills would be late by the time the new card would arrive. The woman I spoke with I couldn't understand one bit, took ten times what it should've because of having her slow down and repeat what she said... Don't bother. Big corporate scam on us!

    Well, in the beginning, I liked my account but then I discovered that you have to pay to load money on it in store, you have a transfer limit, not to mention it cost me almost 7.00 every time I get money at an ATM ... I had my tax refund deposited to my card and because it had my husband name and my name on joint return they sent it back to IRS and I had to wait for them to verify identity and send me a check in mail so that was 16 weeks I waited to get my return, then I just ordered a card and paid 15.00 for shipping and I haven't received my card yet and I can't access my money because I live 40miles from a Walmart that closes early and customer service will not give you money of your card only money center can... Not to mention I found out I can't transfer but a certain amount to another card so I'm screwed and can't access my paycheck. THANKS MONEY CARD!!!

    This card company “green dot banking” sucks. I had fraud in my account and it took almost 6 months to have these people figure it out. At the end they still aren’t refunding me all my money back so I’m still fighting with these people. Most of the time the only people who understand what I need are the supervisors.     I opened a Walmart Moneycard to use when I travel. I used it in September 2024 in Canada without any issue. I had recently placed money on the card for my next vacation and 5 days before I leave, I tried to use the card to make a purchase for my trip and it was declined. I thought nothing of it thinking maybe I had the number wrong or locked it. I attempted to log in and was informed my account was "closed due to suspicious activity."

    I called customer service, and they were basically useless. They informed me the suspicious activity was two deposits. . .from MY bank. . .that I initiated. Oh, did I mention my banks are linked. This is the exact process I used on my last vacation without a problem. I am also upset that there was no communication. I did not receive a call, email, text, or anything. Now, I have been told my account is blocked, "NOT EXACTLY CLOSED," SO THEY STILL CHARGED ME A MONTHLY FEE! I have no access to my money and the block "cannot be reversed." I have had to file a dispute with the original bank to have them recall the money. Great, that can take up to 45 business days. I will tell anyone who will listen to NOT do business with this card company. Horrible and horrible on Walmart for promoting them.

    This was the worst experience using this debit card. I've had credit fraud and didn't want to link my savings or checking accounts to my bank. So, it's like you get punished for not doing that bc I now have to pay $3 to add cash to my Walmart debit card, which I do in person. And then they charge you $5 a month for fees. Sure adds up quickly. Waste of my time and I will be discontinuing my account with them.

    Absolutely terrible. I loaded $280 and now I can’t get it off of the card even though I can’t use it for what it was intended for. It doesn’t work with PayPal Venmo or Cash App either. They will automatically decline the transaction. Please don’t get this card you WILL regret it.

    I have had the worst experience with the Walmart Money Card app. Walmart money card is closing out my account linked to my monthly income I get every month. Walmart money card told me tonight that I have suspicious activity on my account and they're going to close out my account. Walmart money card also told me they couldn't disclose why or what the suspicious activity was when I asked.

    I have enjoyed using this way of banking up till now. I made a mobile deposit of $300 on a Friday and now it’s Tuesday afternoon and funds are still not available. I was told by customer service that the funds will not be available till Thursday. My place of work got a call from their bank stating that the funds are cleared on their end. The Walmart card is being difficult. I’m an unhappy customer but they don’t care.

    I had five unauthorized transactions totaling over $200. All of these transactions, as stated on my transaction history, were done through CashApp. I signed up for Cash App two months prior, but never activated the card. Walmart MoneyCard has done nothing to investigate and locked my account. It will take at least two weeks to get a new card and reactivate my account. In the meantime auto payments are failing, I am losing services and being charged fees. Use the service if you choose but no they won’t be there for you when you need them.

    Ordered this card to separate monies and save. Had my tax return to go to this account. They locked up my card, sent my refund back to IRS noting that it’s fraudulent. Now I have to jump through hoops with IRS to get my money back. All because Walmart said my tax return with my name is fraudulent. Do not use this card.

I bought the card from nearby Walmart and loaded $200.00 and then when I checked my balance is 0.00 and I called them and they said email the receipt and I did. They don’t want to refund me.     I bought a card on 09/24/24. I went home, activated the card and the money had already been taken off the card. I have called the 800 number on the card multiple time being assured they will investigate and email an update. They opened a file and gave me a file#. I did everything they asked and then called two days later and they said they never received my receipt. Sent it again and one day later again said they never received it. Third time sent it in and called same day and was told since the money was spent. They can’t no longer track the fraud and basically I am out my $500.00. So Green Dot Bank is a fraud. DO Not Buy MoneyCards from Walmart. They are all compromised and a fraud.

    They decided there was a fraudulent charge on my account. Without telling me, they decided to close my account of 10 years. I had just gotten paid direct deposit from work. They will not work with me on withdrawing my money. I can’t even go to a Walmart to do it. I have to wait 2 weeks for a check to come in the mail. I am blown away that they can’t at least expedite the shipping. These people are absolute scumbags.

    I purchased this card and loaded $300 onto it and tried to activate it and it said the card was under someone else's name and they said they will put a lock on the card to secure the money I loaded, received a email today stating there is nothing they can do because the money has already been used, never again and I let everyone know not to use this card.

    Needed assistance with activating a card on my family account via phone. First the sent the card in the wrong account holder name, next they claim the card was already activated when it's not. Next I'm not getting the codes to verify the mobile device so I've been given the run around for 3 weeks now and still cannot access my funds. The overseas reps were rude on the phone and hung up the phone on me multiple times after being asked why aren't they trying to actually help??

    They authenticated me 5x and still did not help. I asked to update the phone number on the family account for a specific account bc again, the we're not receiving the verification code to activate the card. Instead of updating the phone number she hangs up in my face. I'm beyond disgusted with the customer service I've received the past month. I still can't access my money, nor update my number online, nor activate my card. When asked to close the account they took me in circles.

    Long story short, My website charged my card $61. I called, they immediately refunded it back the same day 09/25/2024. Walmart money card will not release my funds until 10/7 even though they have already been refunded. Nobody has a reason, nobody can help me and they don't give a crap. I disputed a $58 charge 2 months ago and still nothing. I'm going to figure out how to legally go about this.

    I purchased the Walmart Money card on 9/24/24. Added $100.00 to cover a hotel room payment. Activated the card, went to use the card and it was declined. I called customer service and explained the issue. I was informed that the card was registered in somebody else's name and they put a block on the funds. This all happened within 40 minutes. They transfer me to the fraud department. Tell me to send them a picture of my receipt and they will contact me within 5 days. Well it took them 24 hrs to respond back and tell me that there is no money to refund and the card is basically useless. I won't be receiving any money back. I was told to contact my local police department.

    I've used this card for years and had an ok experience with it, but in the last few years it's gone downhill. Their system actually loses track of your money at times. Right now I'm fighting with them because a glitch in transferring money with the account itself LOST $50. THREE DAYS AGO and no sign of the money yet. I actually had a CS rep try to tell me a similar transaction 24 hrs later was completed normally. Yes, it was but that was NOT the same money from the day before. 1st call: Check again in 2 hrs. 2nd call: Check again in 2 DAYS. This isn't the first time they lost my money... Money held for a purchase that was later cancelled also disappeared and didn't show up until after they closed their books for the month. And often, when you transfer money from their Savings section, it can take 20 minutes or more to show in your Available Balance. Save yourself! Go with someone who won't misplace your money.

    I transferred over 500.00 today into my checking so could use that. It didn't show up on the app (lag time happens a lot) so I went to the store to make a purchase which was declined and while shopping was using the chat support feature to find out why it was reflecting on app. 5 hours later and still no reply and app still does reflect correctly. I also tried calling support at 9am and the message said they had a phone outage and told me to use the chat feature for assistance so 5 hours later I call again. On hold 20 mins and still no answer. So still no resolution, no funds reflecting in account correctly and no customer service so frustrating to know I can't get help!!!!

    Someone hacked my account on 8/26/24. Green Dot never sent me an alert about it. How was my user name and email changed without verifying it was really me? I really believe it was an inside job. The hacker removed $500 from my vault and sent it to a company I never heard of. To make a long story short. My account was closed. I was told it would take 10 business days to get my money refunded. Bills need to be paid and these crooks could care less. Never use them unless you want them to steal your hard earn cash. Run run run! I will be seeking legal action.

    Do not purchase this card. I brought this card to try to avoid putting in my banking card information for online purchases. I purchase an item from Walmart.com. While waiting for the item I found a better deal in store. I returned the item and still haven’t received my money back for the purchase. The card company declined the refund stating a number of different reasons one mainly being that the card has had serval fraud alerts and that the card details didn't match. The problem isn’t resolved and I’m stuck without the my refund. Every time I call and speak to a person they keep saying they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. 4 48 hours later still nothing.

    Walmart Money Card and happily used it for about 3 years. But recently they screwed me over really bad. I recently made a purchase on Temu which went through just fine and when I went to make a later purchase my card was declined. Well I called them and they said my account was blocked due to fraudulent activity. Well I talked to a customer service representative and went through the process of recovering my account and they denied it and instead of telling me why they just banned me from setting up a new account.

    Keep in mind they never alerted me to the fraud and won't even tell me what fraud they detected or when or if I'm even gonna get my refund of over 700.00 dollars. If I hadn't acted when I did before it happened I would probably be on the street because I couldn't access my money to pay rent. I'm gonna keep trying and report them to the BBB. Sorry for the long review I'm just pretty upset and wanted to warn others.

    I would give less than 1 star if allowed. I’ve had the card now for about 6 mos. I rarely used it because I hated the monthly fee. Nevertheless I used this card to receive my federal tax return. I have been going through some financial hardship so when I saw that the money hit my card I tried to buy some groceries and the card kept declining. I call the 800 number and they advise me there is fraudulent activity and I’d need to submit my driver's license which I do 4 times as well as my S.S. #, birthdate, address, the card number, every piece of information they asked for.

    They said all that wasn’t good enough and they’d have to review it and it would take 2 days. That was a week ago. Meanwhile I’m starving, my pets just ran outta food and they want to continue to withhold my money for reasons they refuse to share w me. There is never anyone else higher up around to talk to. I have no recourse. I don’t know what to do to gain access to my money or if I ever will. This is why people take their own lives is because companies like this put them in hopeless situations. Like I told them if I was a fraud I’d already have the money.

    I bought the card, put 57.00 dollars on it for my son, came home, went online and activated it. My son went online to buy something and the card was declined! He tried again and again with the same results. I called and was told that the card was registered under someone else's name and that the money had already been withdrawn!!! I hit the roof!!     Don't waste your money on a Walmart Money Card or Green Dot card. I purchased a reloadable card, for $500 and when I registered it. It said it was previously registered so I immediately called the customer service which the number on the back of the card can't go to a service representative. Had to Google for a number with customer service, I gave the service representative my details of the problem, was sent an email with a link to upload my receipt and card which they said was never completed, now I have another case number to attempt to resolve this issue. I will never buy another Walmart Money Card.

    I've been a Walmart MoneyCard holder since 2008. Card has been compromised 2 times in the past 4 years. First time I was issued a different card. April 9th it was completely taken over. They changed my email first, then transferred $500.00 to "Wang Wang at **", changed my address, my pin, and phone number! Greendot then locked my account and sent my dispute and refund claim via email to the hacker. I'm still waiting for a refund check for what was in my account. Don't get this card.

    There is a catch with getting a Walmart MoneyCard. I advised everyone not to get it because they offer an overdraft protection within 24 hours. There is no fee after 24 hours. They charge $15 fee for every transaction which every transaction you make within the 24 hours always pending after the 24 hours that’s when it Goes into complete which leave you pay $15 fee for every transaction. They just out to get your money.

    I bought a Walmart money card because I need a direct deposit for my job. I set up my account and it was immediately closed right after I set up my account for no reason. Walmart money card is a joke unless you want The embarrassment of sending your employer, your account information just for the account to be closed. Don’t use them for direct deposit and I don’t suggest you use them for anything. It is the worst waste of money I’ve had in a long time and once they are close your account. You can never reopen another account, or ever use the card again and I had to put at least one star to submit the review. There’s no way I would give them even one star.     Run as fast as possible from this card. The Walmart prepaid card used to be pretty good 5-6 years ago. This card has gone to the dogs literally. The deposits are slower than a turtle. The transfer between the Walmart to Walmart doesn't work. I've been waiting on my money to hit since yesterday. My niece has a card and she had sent me money. To no avail I still have not received the money. Green Dot needs to do better. I'm closing my account asap!!!!

    I had my card information compromised a total of four times before I closed my account entirely. The first three times I just got a new card. The last time the person changed my phone number and email associated to the account and I had to wait three weeks to get a physical check mailed to my house.     I was using Walmart MoneyCard since 2012 and I wasn't having any problems until recently! Most of the time when you are trying to order something offline they will have your funds pending for so long and when it's time for them to actually process the payment the money is not there in your account! Another experience that I was having lately with them is that they will put a block on your card without you even knowing and when you call customer service they want you to pay for another card and you have to wait 7 business days to even receive your card!

    Their dispute process has gotten even more difficult, you have to go through so much to even dispute something, one time before it was so easy! What took the cake for me though is that pending charge! I couldn't even get my online order delivered on the date it was suppose to be delivered because they had my funds pending for so long! I will be closing my account soon as they release my funds!

    This is a circle of stupid. I closed my account which for some dumb reason they closed my son's account. He now has no access to his funds what he gets from work. He is a minor child with a job. Not only is the website and app always broken, but they are holding his funds hostage for 3 weeks. Per Walmart Money Card's fault they closed his account. Now they want to make him submit documents to "verify" his account in order for him to get his money (that they are holding) in a check for. He has to wait 3 weeks after all that stupid riff raff is submitted.

    The agents are not good English speakers and their language barriers and accents make simple communication very difficult. None of these documents were needed to create the card/account. Now he has to get a real bank account and still wait on his actual money that was on the card. This is a circle of stupid! Walmart you seriously need to do better. I am pretty sure Sam Walton would be disappointed at what ridiculousness the company has turned into. Should have just stuck with stores and gas. Really holding someone's money after closing the wrong account is beyond bonkers.

    I had my tax return loaded onto card. Moved from NY to FL and they locked my card waiting for ID verification. I sent. They claimed never received. So I sent again..At that moment they now see the account has been closed due to ID not verified. I ask how? As it's my FL state ID. They can't give me an answer. I'm told to contact issuer of funds ..The IRS. To get access to my money. Sent over to corporate in hopes for help..Put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back 3 times..No answer..Just hold.     I recently received my tax return and I paid my rent and bought a few things for the house, today I was in line at the grocery store, cart full, ready to pay and my card was locked due to unusual activity. 2 hrs on hold, I have to send a photo id copy? And wait two days for them to give me my money back. This is borderline theft as I was never notified of such activity nor did I give my permission to lock my account, my money is now being held hostage and I have to borrow money I shouldn't have to until they unlock my card. I have zero access to MY MONEY.

    Customer service is completely useless. They defer to their basic script for answers. I will never bank with this company ever ever again.     I got my income deposited into this trash of a card. A few days later, they blocked my account, refused to release it and even after I complied with all their request. Customer service is horrible. They never answered my calls, and when they did, I would be on hold for over 2 hours just to be hung up on. Thanks to them, my electricity got cut off, I wasn't able to give my son his breathing treatments and he had difficulty breathing for almost for 2 days. I had to take my son to the hospital.     After purchasing the Walmart Money Card (temporary card) and activating it in order to have the real debit card sent to the mailbox, a message appears that states that the verification process could not be performed. So because of that, the money card cannot be turned into a standard debit card with my name on it instead of the name "Valued Customer". Therefore, the card remains in the temporary status and can ONLY be used to make purchases in a store or gas station. The temporary card CANNOT be used for online purchases, nor can it be used at an ATM to withdraw cash.

    The Walmart money card is owned by Green Dot Bank. As with all banking institutions, they perform strict verification processes to evaluate whether or not a new customer can open up a new account. This information is not stated in fine print on the Walmart Money Card instructions. Although the Walmart customer service does not have access to why their cards cannot be verified, I know exactly why I wasn't verified.

    This is because most banks utilize Chexsystems to verify new accounts. Customers trying to activate these money cards from any retailers will be upset to find out that they cannot receive verification from their newly paid money cards due to any negative report coming from Chexsystems. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there is no fine print listed on these pre-paid debit or money cards, the consumer is unaware of what will be in store for them after they have deposited their cash into these cards. The retailers will not accept refunds for these cards either.

    The only way to receive a refund, is to call the retailer from which the card was purchased from and have the card account closed and a paper check with the refund mailed to the customer's address. To avoid all this hassle, the customer must be sure that he/she is confident that he/she does not have any outstanding Chexsystems reports in the system. I want to also ensure that in the near future, the retailers of these money cards places the information in fine print, or train the customer service personnel to ask the customer if he/she knows of the Chexsystems reporting before the customer purchases these cards. This will eliminate any negative situations when purchasing these cards.

    I have had my card for about 3 months now. I do like the rewards program and the ease of adding funds to my card. However, that is where my life ends and my detest begins. I could very well do without the three business day delay in bank transfers when they have hit my bank account within 2 hours and got the money. Come on guys this is 2024. Anything over 24 hours is beyond ridiculous. Then after making me wait, they have the audacity to charge me a monthly fee.     Walmart Money Card was closed for two transfers I made to sister's money card. They said it was unusual activity. After 10 years of use they wanted ID or DL, which was never required at any point before. I am disabled, in a wheelchair and can't drive. It is almost impossible to leave apt. Therefore, I only have an expired DL and can't get ID.

    I have called numerous times. Customer service reps give me the same unuseful info, straight from a book they are told to read standard answers from. I have sent many emails which state my situation, and I have attached other ways to prove my identity./. plus utility bills for proof of address. No one will respond or help me. They are horrible on the phone, being rude and giving generic answers. They will not give me any solution to get MY money. Funds come from Social Security for disability. It is all I have to live on. DO NOT GET A WALMART MONEY CARD. They will find a way to steal your money.

    I bought a Walmart money card. Walked out to my car and tried to activate it. It would not let me. I went back inside and they said they could not help so I called the number on the back of the card and gave the people the receipt details. They said it had already been activated under a different name. I’ve filed all kind of compliance to the company. It’s been two weeks. They won't give me my money back or tell me who activate it. I believe the person I talked to on the phone when I called took it. You talk to people from a different country. I was told to go to the police dept and make papers out but they won't give me a name to go after so people do not do like I did.

    The only reason I did it was the banks was closed so do not buy these. They will steal your money and you will never get it back.     I have had a card with these companies for a couple of years. Recently I was on a website trying to make a purchase, when I got a fraud prevention alert. Google was trying to put a $1 hold on my account. I was not on Google, so I answered the message saying that it was not me. This resulted in my card being frozen, leaving me with no access to the remainder of my paycheck which I regularly deposited weekly. The following Monday, I called the number on my card, after going through the automated system (horrible by the way), I was finally able to speak with an agent (clearly not an **), who said my card was frozen, and I will be receiving a new card in a couple of weeks.

    I explained that I need to pay my rent, and I was told she could send me a "barcode", which would allow me to withdraw a fixed amount from the Walmart service desk. I said that would be acceptable, and she asked for a dollar amount for the withdrawal. I gave her the amount, and she sent a link via text message, which brought up a Walmart page, with a barcode, and the correct amount displayed below. I took this to Walmart after work, and when I tried to process the withdrawal, it just printed out a slip, saying the transaction could not be processed, and listed a number for Green Dot Bank.

    I called the number, which brought me to the same automated system I used earlier that day. When I was finally able to speak with an agent again, I explained what happened, he apologized and said he would send me another barcode immediately, which he did. I explained that the last barcode failed to process. He assured me that if the second barcode failed to process, I could call back, and it could be handled over the phone. I thought this would be great. I returned to the service desk at Walmart. The second barcode failed, so I called back, on speaker, where the service desk employees could clearly hear me, and the other end of the line.

    After explaining the 2 failed barcode attempts, this agent wants to send me a third barcode attempt. I politely declined the 3rd barcode and asked about the phone option. I was told about by the previous agent. She told me this option does not exist. I told her I was just told otherwise, that I don't want a 3rd barcode that doesn't work, I want to handle it over the phone as I am standing at the service desk. A moment passed, the line went dead. She had hung up on me, while I was standing there with the service desk attendant listening. So I returned home, and I called again. Each call being no less than 30 minutes. I explained to the agent that I would like to close my account. She said she was able to do that. She said that she could send me a "barcode"... I said immediately that I do not want a barcode. I want a paper check, mailed to my address on file.

    She began backtracking. I stood firm, declined every option, as none seemed to be an appropriate action. I said I wanted a paper check mailed to my home address. She confirmed the address on file, which I gave her. She finally agreed to send me a check, but said it may take 2-3 weeks. It has been 7 days since I called to close the account. During which time, I periodically opened the Walmart Moneycard app, and my account is still displaying as active, balance unchanged. Confused, I called again today.

    When I finally got an agent on the phone, I said I was confused as to why my account is not closed. I explained that I called 7 days prior to the current call, and I was told my account was to be closed. The agent told me that he was not able to send me a paper check, as "it was not an available option". I immediately asked for a supervisor, he agreed to connect me with a supervisor. After waiting on hold, it connected me to a closed office. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated. I have no interest in having anything to do with Green Dot, or Moneycard. Their customer service is completely horrible. As of current, I have not received any means of access to my remaining funds. This is illegal and immoral. I feel like this is only going to get worse and more frustrating. I do not recommend this product, or any service related to Green Dot Bank.

    I had Walmart debit cards for several years, five or six. In August of 2023, one of my two accounts was hacked to the tune of $400. I reported this as soon as I noticed it. I was told that I would have to file a dispute and that it would take 90 days for a determination to be made. I was persistent in checking on the status of my reimbursement. In the meantime, one October day in 2023 I was continuously paranoid almost, as I thought I would get hacked again. On my payday, I got a call from who I thought was the Walmart Visa people and I was told that they were calling from the fraud department. I followed their instructions and after providing them with a code, I called the given number for Walmart debit card as I felt very suspicious.

    The associate looked at my account to reassure me that everything was safe and sound. When I got off the phone with him, I pulled up my app and immediately $500 was gone. BAM! Just like that while I was talking to an associate. I again had to file another dispute and this time was told it would take an be a longer timeframe. I continued to be persistent on checking the status of these until I got so frustrated because the customer service is so very poor. I eventually got an email stating that I needed to send two forms of identity and it gave me those options. I ended up getting an email saying they were not sufficient as they were not clear enough...

    Jumping forward, I demanded to talk to a supervisor each time I called and she informed me that I actually needed three pieces of identification including a picture of the back of my driver's license. {I don't understand that one.} I continued to be persistent. I was told they needed all of these documentations to prove that I am who I am. {I must note, that back when I filed the disputes my accounts were closed each time}. I was relieved when I did indeed finally get two separate checks in the total of $900 for the fraudulent charges. However, over a month later I was slated for a deposit from the department of Treasury that was sent to walmartmoneycard.com and one was actually deposited.

    I was livid and called them again to which they told me it had been deposited into the closed account. She couldn't explain to me how this happened, and that it was sent back to the department of treasury. This was way too much of a headache. Especially after I was a good customer for however many years. I do not recommend Walmart money card for the life of me or anyone else. It is nothing but problems. Yes, I got my money back but your money could get stolen too and who knows, you may not get it back. Major thumbs down for Walmart money card.com.

    I purchased Walmart Plus membership in Nov, used it for a month for online grocery delivery and it was great. Then suddenly the account underwent a technical issue and I was no longer able to use it. I was not able to add any items to my cart - it said, "We are having a technical issue, please try again later." It has been 3 weeks now and the issue remains as such. I have called the customer care center at least 6 times.

    Each call costs me 30 minutes and every time I am told that it would be resolved in the next 2 days as the "technical team" is looking into it. I used the membership only for a month. After being tired of calling and requesting Walmart, I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money. It is disappointing that one of the leading stores of the US is not able to refund a meagre amount and they keep on telling me that the issue will be resolved. They have no respect for anyone's time and opportunity cost associated with it. I am pretty sure by now that this "technical team" does not exist. Very disappointing indeed.

    I swear I will sue Walmart. I needed a ladder so I went to Walmart even though I swore to never go there again for being insulted, and emotional Disturbed by their self checkout registers and employees who are paid $12/hours. I ended up buying 3 things. One item had no tag. I asked for help by the self serve checkout. A 500 pounds old man came. It took him 2 minutes to enter the numbers. I told him to forget it. I don't want it but he didn't care to listen. So I gave the item to him. I said I don't want it. I had already scanned the ladder and the other item. He took that item with no tag but was waiting and watching me as I was stealing while I had already scanned the ladder and the other item and was paying for them. If he is a police Walmart employee, I am sure he saw the screen that I had scanned the other two items because he was looking at the screen.

    I paid and got my receipt and was walking out, he was waiting and he blocked me and asked me to show him my receipt. And asked me if I paid for the ladder. I showed it to him and then they checked my cart and my receipt at the door again. This kind of insulting treatment by their employees who are making $12/hours and are the Lowes people on earth has been happening every time. I am sure it has been happening to everyone. These days Walmart is empty. People have stopped going there. Also if you want to buy any type of make up related items, you have to go and find someone to unlock the item for you. It's very depressing, insulting and crazy.

    I found a total of 13 transaction on the card not made by me. I tried 9 phone calls and 1 letter to no avail. Finally, on 11-26-23 I spoke to a customer service rep. who could have cared LESS. After she took my complaint she transferred me to another rep. Where then again I have to go through that whole process again. She told me she would assign me a case #. And send me an email with what to do next. That email never came. After speaking to her, she says I have to transfer your call to the next rep. who will tell you what needs to be done next. After again explaining she tell me I CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE.

    I went to Walmart in Harker Heights, Tx. 76548. I bought a One Card' and added $90. I ask the cashier Bobby on 10/18/23 2 times around 4:06 PM would the $s be available on this card for use directly after I put my money on the One Card' & she said? Yes after looking on the back of card. I told her this is all the money I Had so I need to be sure. I tried to activate card in store at Walmart right after I bought card. No $s were on the card. I brought it to Walmart & nothing was done. They just sell cards they said. I called one card customer service to help me with card, and they told me it would have to be done online. When I got home I was able to get card activated, but the account had 0 balance.

    On 10/18/2023 around about 6:30-7:30PM I contacted One Card' via chat & I was told the money will be on card in 24 hours. Walmart called and stated that it takes 3days for the money to get onto card. Still this day today my balance is 0. I felt the one card customer service was giving me the run around as well as Walmart, because nothing they told me was true. All my money was on that card & I had to walk home, because I couldn't call an Uber to pick me up.

    Usually when business lie that alerts me that they're not a honest company. Walmart is aware of these cards yet have them still on their shelves. That's bad business practice for both. The environment where this happened was so unprofessional & I felt my money was taken & put on card & nothing was done, nor cared. I felt so humiliated. I ask for managers & workers were just relaying message from the management & didn't want to take responsibility, Even though the cashier in the money department assured me my money would be on the card.     I believe Walmart was at fault, because she shouldn't of promised me the money would be on the card. They didn't offer me a ride home. Couldn't call Uber, because you took my money. I read another incident in one of the Walmart store in relation to money. He was very upset & he had his child with him; end result was jail. You putting the customers' lives in danger it could of been worse. You don't take nobody's money & expect them to respond calmly. God showed that about the situation with the other guy. She (Money Dept) shouldn't of never assured me; nobody wants take RESPONSIBILITY. They don't want to hear "We have nothing to do with it." Your word is your bond; to be trusted because you worked in the money department; you misinformed me.

    Anyone in their right mind could feel me. It's hard that there was a violation against me, but it's hard when nothing is done. It's goes more deeper when they aren't remorseful. I accept foreigners, but when they do bad business practices they deserve not to take part with US violating the customers. Walmart you made a deal with the Devil.

    I have had to this prepaid Walmart Money Card for over 5 yrs. and have NEVER filed a claim, until 9/6/23. I went to Murphy USA Gas (Walmart) station on 9/6/23 to put gas in my Lincoln MKC (Compact SUV); size of a Ford Escape to compare. My gas purchase was for $41.01. When I reviewed my Walmart Money Card, I noticed the $41.01 Murphy USA and $100 Murphy USA Gas purchase pending. I waited to see the actual Posted transaction and they both posted. I called Walmart Money Card Dispute on 9/7/23 to dispute the $100. I submitted my dispute form and actual gas receipt for gas purchased of $41.01 on 9/6/23 to Walmart Money Card Dispute department on 9/13/23.

    On 11/14/23, I get a email from Walmart Money Card Dispute saying, my claim was DENIED because "Based on our review of relevant information, including transaction and account activity, we have determined you authorized the transaction(s)." I called Walmart Money Card Dispute today, 11/18/23 and spoke with a female @ 10:01 am CST and held for 45 min. I asked the Agent (accent sounded foreign) to tell me what proof she had as I was in the exact Walmart, with the Manager and we also had Walmart Corporate on the phone. The Agent said quickly, "it's confidential information that I do not have access to, but can email it to you." I confirmed my email address and she informed me, it would take up to 30 minutes for me to receive the email. Then she said her exit greeting and dismissed herself from the call, disconnecting before I could say anything else. She hung up on me.

    I called right back on 11/18/23 @ 11:04 am CST and spoke with a male (accent sounded foreign) and immediately asked for a manager. He told me they Did Not have Managers on site and only could submit a Supervisor callback. I said, "That's fine, I want to speak with a manager." He never asked me my name or to verify myself. I went over why I wanted a Manager and he went into a spiel, "Oh it was denied because of the proof we received when we called the merchant and what they informed us." I again stated, "Send me the proof as I am at Walmart, with the Manager and we have Walmart Corporate on the line." He too, disconnected the line on me. Sounds "guilty" to me. They're unprofessional, rude, do not actively listen, liars and thieves. If they take that $100 out on 11/22/23 as they said they are, I am closing this card. Closing it regardless.

    Walmart Moneycard has a glitch in their system declining transactions at the merchants on 11/7 but yet holding funds, my card was declined 3 X for over $100 on 11/8 & each time I called the customer service line, I was told the merchant has to release the hold, I obtained proof the merchant transactions did not go through and the each agent still said the same thing “the merchant has to release the hold”. I finally spoke to someone today who verified there was a glitch in the system and she has escalated it to corporate but I will have to wait another 2 business days until I receive my funds. So unacceptable! It’s already been 10 days and now I am unable to provide for my family. BTW The worst experience trying to explain this to all the customer services agents and they would all reply with the same script each time!

    Walmart Moneycard and green dot bank are basically thieves..They closed my account essentially with no warning. Then made me jump through a variety of obstacles to prove the funds in my bank account were mine. After over a week my account still remains locked and no access to my payroll check and or funds in my account. My suggestion is you run so fast from this scam of a bank ..I reported them to the federal government and federal reserve bank.

    On 10/26/2023 I bought 2 Walmart moneycards, one for $500 and the other for $100. The employee who sold them to me NEVER told me that it would take 5 days to be activated and much less told me that there were no returns (I found out about this after I had paid), after I bought them I had to go to the store for 5 days to To see why they were not activated, a Walmart moneycard customer service person explained to another Walmart employee of the store where I bought them that in fact it would take 5 days, after 5 days my cards were activated when I was in the store (11:26 am). When they checked the balance of my cards (11:27 am) there was only $0.45 on each one. Until today, no one has helped me recover my money. I am going to sue. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS.

    I've had Walmart Moneycard for over 7 years worth direct deposit. The past few months, since about July this year the debit card service is beyond horrible. Has held my money from me not allowing my purchases to be paid when I have enough money in my account. One payday I moved $300 into my savings, they took my money ey completely from my account and took over 2 weeks to put it back into by account. Now they did a fraud alert for $1 purchase, they asked if I made it. I responded no and they canceled my card, that I just got 1 week ago and said I had no choice that they had to cancel it. They charged my account $15 and $3 for a new card fee and are trying to process it currently before purchases I made first and not put my account $- negative.     I had this card for three years and all of a sudden in July 2023, they started charging me for overdraft protection of $15 for stuff that was already unauthorized. I disputed the charges and they had the audacity to say there is no error because in the past I shopped at Walmart and used my card at Walmart. I was in the hospital for a month and I started getting text messages about overdraft was covered. My benefits go into this account every month. I am left with minimum funds because these con artists have taken $192, $215, $400 and now they are saying I owe them $511.31 when I am waiting for the replacement card and no access to the account currently. I went to SSA last week to stop payments for my benefits from going into this account because they are scamming me and trying to make it look like I am using the card to overdraft the account. It is a prepaid debit card not a traditional bank account.

    I received my personalized card in July. Cost $3.00 to load $ onto card. Monthly serv. Fee if you don't sign up for direct dep. Of $1.30 per month. They charged me all the way back to Jan. 2023. I reloaded card $40, spent $10 on gas, online bal 0.00. Contacted live chat and received The rudest customer. Service ever. Told me no direct deposit monthly fee would not be waived. I'm the one who can't follow directions even though I never asked it to be. Merely asked if it was legal? Within 2 min conversing with rep, I told them to cancel my card immediately.     I've been trying for almost three months to get a new Moneycard, as my old one expired. Their call center is in India, so it is often very difficult to understand the thick accents of their customer representatives. They originally claimed to have sent out two cards to my new address, always verifying the address during every conversation. (They didn't send out ANY new cards.)

    Two weeks ago, they suddenly claimed to have a "different" address on file for me, despite having confirmed the correct address on numerous occasions during our phone conversations. They claimed that I now needed to send in photos of my driver's license, both front and back, to "verify" my address AGAIN. I sent the photos, and quickly received a response saying that they were "illegible and unreadable". (They weren't.) Sensing something wasn't right, I sent the exact same photos a second time. I then received a response that my driver's license was "expired". (It doesn't expire until 2027.)

    Per their request, I sent them photos of my driver's license to verify my identity. First time I was told that the photos were too blurry. (They were not blurry. In fact, they were very clear and readable.) Sensing something wasn't quite right, I resubmitted the same photos. I received another message, this time claiming that my driver's license was "expired". (It doesn't expire until 2027.)

    After researching Green Dot Corporation and the Walmart Moneycard, I quickly discovered that the company/card has had at least two Class Action lawsuits filed against them, which resulted in multi million dollar judgments against them. The complainants in both Class Action lawsuits alleged the exact same complaints as mine -- that they employ numerous illegal tactics and business practices to make it virtually impossible for cardholders to access their accounts once their card expires. All cards held by the complainants were, just as mine, in good standing with positive balances. DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE ANY WALMART MONEYCARDS, OR ANY GREEN DOT DEBIT CARDS!

    Walmart Money Card is a bunch of thieves. I've had my car for about 5 years and seem to have a problem at least twice a year. I've had multiple different cards, within the past 2 weeks every purchase I make my card charges me twice leaving me with a negative balance. I've been doubled charged 3 times in the last 2 weeks and when I call to talk to someone all they tell me is to make a dispute.

    They do nothing to help you or fix the problem even though they see there is a problem. So I talked to the people to make a dispute and they give me a long list of what I have to do, write a letter with all the information, talk about the problem and what happened then I have to mail it and send it to their corporate office then wait some more while not being able to use my card or take any money off of it. This is the biggest hassle especially when I need my money now to pay bills. I have kids. I have stuff I need to buy and going days, weeks without having my money. This is unacceptable. This is the biggest rip off and I hope Walmart moneycard closes and shuts down. I will never ever refer this to anyone. Taking people's money

    Don't waste your time getting this debit card. They are scam artists. My account was current and I still got charged a $15 fee for nothing. They won't refund it and it's more than one there don't help over the phone and when you mention corporate they're hesitant to give you the number. Not worth the time and effort. They will steal your money and not give it back.

    I have fraudulent charges on August 5. Had the card turned off. I have called they have told me several times when my card would be there. Still hadn’t arrived. They are holding my paycheck and my social security check hostage. No way to pay my bills. Have been for almost a month. I called the FDIC who referred me to the federal reserve to file a complaint. I guess I have no choice. I have taken a second job to make it.

    I've had the Walmart Visa prepaid debit card for 4 years and never had much trouble with it. Recently however I've had several purchases denied and orders cancelled saying it was due to unusual activity. The order that was cancelled was bread, eggs, dog food and vitamins that was set for delivery. All of which I buy on a regular basis. My dog is out of food, I don't have a car, I'm elderly and don't get around well. They said my account will not be refunded for 7-10 business days, so now I don't even have my money. This has been going on for a couple of weeks and I've had enough. Looking into another card, one that will let me spend my own money and not tell me what I can spend it on. I've been in contact with Walmart through all this and they just tell me this is the way it is and nothing they can do about it. Walmart truly is a rip off stealing an old lady's money and limiting my spending without my permission.

    My card had transactions that I did not approve, I called to dispute them. My replacement never came in 3 weeks. I tried to get a tracking number or ask what's the problem. The waiting times to speak to someone was at least 45 mins if I could even get thru. The customer service was Terrible, different representatives telling me different things. This company should be forced to go out of business.

    I've had this account since 2011. This year in 2023 been the absolute worst time of my life dealing with walmartmoney card/Green Dot bank. On 8/6/23 I notice charges I didn't authorize on my account from Microsoft. I called to inquire instructing the agent over the phone I didn't want to dispute only inquiring the charges found. Against my instructions the agent took it upon himself to suspend my account and card locking me out of my account. After doing so I told him that was not my in my instructions for him to do yet he did it anyways. He said it was too late. I requested to speak to a supervisor and he disconnected my call. Because the call volume was so high I was unable to get another agent on the line.

    On 8/7/23 I tried to get in contact with an agent and supervisor and was hung up on and disconnected. When I finally got in touch with an agent and supervisor who heard my complaint, They submitted for a new card to be expedited waiving the $15.00 fee. I was instructed it would take under 3 business days to receive. I also was instructed I can call back on the Second business day to attain a delivery tracking number. As instructed I called back the second business day to get my tracking number and was told one was not available. Afterwards being told to give it two more business days.

    Day 4 8/11/23 I called to filed a formal complaint. Informing them I had not received my new card to my address. I was told by personnel that they were unable to see a tracking number not able to see if it had been sent out and was told that I would receive it on 8/14/23. On Monday 8/14/23 I did not receive my card. Also by this time I had not had access to my account for funds. From Monday till Wednesday 8/16/23 Called back to back to inquire about my card. Was told there was nothing they could do. I hadn't heard no response from their corporate department.

    Finally a manager agent personnel stated: "Your card was labeled as unable to receive." When in actual they never sent it. I was then instructed they can only submit for another card to be expedited when I never even received to 1st one. I as the only option, I submitted for another card replacement to be expedited paying 18.00 and was told it would be 8/21/23. This would put me at 14 days of no access to my money or account. No one is helping me. I feel discriminated upon. I'm currently seeking legal action against Walmart and Green Dot Bank for recklessness, no accountability, being negligent with customer accounts and illegal modification to my account without my permission.

    I had a suspicious charge on my account and they paused my account and sent me a card. Told me it'd be here in 7-10 business days. 10 days later and the card didn't come. They attempted to send me another that'd be expedited and said it was going to take 1-3 business days. Then I call to get a FedEx tracking number two days later and they tell me that they never sent a replacement card to begin with so I've been sitting here waiting for nothing. I need access to my money, my bills are due. My water, my electric, rent - I stand to lose everything if I don't get access to my money. I've been hung up on by customer service representatives. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    I have the Walmart money card. In the last five days without any purchases my total balance has gone to zero. When I called I was on hold for ninety minutes then endured a rude customer service representative who said they are having an issue and the money should be back by the end of the day. This is the second time they have pulled this and it's not a small amount of money. I feel Walmart is stealing and scamming the holders of the money card. I told them I will file a complaint with the attorney general of NH. That's when the rep got even more rude. Avoid the walmart money card. It's not only a rip buy complete scam. It's supposed to be no charge to load at walmart yet they are now charging 3 dollars

    I Barbara E ** purchased a Walmart MoneyCard about the end of last year maybe the beginning of this year. I don't know. Anyways on July 12 my funds was deposited. On the 13 of July started spending them. I had 8794 so on the 14 I had 6579 dollars left from the IRS. Te Walmart MoneyCard people locked my card and said I got to tell the IRS to ask them for the money back. I told the man the IRS ain't gonna wanna do that. Then after talking to Mrs ** with IRS she said that's impossible because I've already spent the funds. So now after several phone calls to Greendot and MoneyCard they sent me a new card but I got to activate it because they say they still verifying my documents after I sent EBT card, social, Walmart MoneyCard old one, the address - I pulled it off of my Chase account with my address - a front and back of my id.

    So on Thursday the 20 of July I talked to Sara from Greendot. She said she going out of town. She'll be back on the 30. So moral of the story never I meant never ever buy a Greendot bank on the go, Netspend same. All of them fraud cards. They get your money and then take it to another country, use it for bit coun and then put your money back when they come from another country. Greendot, Walmart MoneyCard.Com y'all are gonna pay for my time and suffering. Also y'all need to close all Walmart and Greendot bank sites down. They illegally using crypto currency and bitcoin. Please y'all never use Greendot bank on the go, cash app, Paypal, Walmart MoneycCard ever in your life unless you like dealing with fraud money laundering bitcoin and illegal transfers.

    On 6/4/2023 I used an ATM that had been vandalized, after NOT getting my money I called both the bank and filed a claim with my card. Today I was told not to expect a decision for 45 DAYS! I am a 70 year old disabled veteran and that is all my money! Customer service is less than helpful. They almost feel like they are purposely trying to obstruct me. I will be closing this card soon.

    I went to the online mobile app to transfer funds from my vault to my checking and had a negative balance of $275 although I have a prepaid card. When I called customer service I was told that a previous transaction from the night before somehow hit twice on their end and was showing as pending so a ticket would be entered and responded to in 2 days. I asked if I could still withdraw from my vault from an ATM and he said not while I'm in the negative even though he could see my actual balance. He said the pending transaction would fall off on May 22 but what am I supposed to do about gas and food for the rest of the week. His response was these things happen although it's unfortunate. So basically I can't trust Walmart with my money either.

    Terrible customer service! Used their company last year for tax return. No problem! But this year they froze my account when my refund hit! Uploaded front & back of ID & even asked if they needed additional information. They blocked my card & are holding the refund asking me to get IRS to request it (idk if they even will). This was my property tax money and I’m a senior citizen. All because my ID was a screenshot. I told representative due to not being on wifi I couldn’t share my email with pics without hanging up.

    The representative stated if I hung up and emailed pics I would I have to wait 48 hrs later to be reviewed but instant while on phone. So I took pics, and sent to grandson phone and we emailed them as I’m older and needed help sending email. They locked the account even though I re provided ID front and back from camera pics. I would let it go if they send funds back to IRS but they won’t do that! Closed and blocked my account and holding funds after provided proof of identity! Case number: ** Bobby **.     I went online into my account to get a replacement card, because the chip was not working. I request another card, they said my account was put on hold after answering questions they asked me. They informed me I had to send in a few requirement, I did. I sent through email, my driver's license (front and back), I sent a Carter's bill (shows my address, and another piece of mail, (proof of who I am), and address). They informed me that my account was closed because my birthday on my ID did not match what they had. I called so I could figure out what needs to be done to resolve this issue, because I have had this card at least 7 plus years, with no issues, until now.

    They told me to wait 30 days, they will issue me a refund check for the remaining amount in my acct. I did so, and after waiting over 30 days, they informed me that my acct. is permanently closed and I need to contact IRS to receive my money. I informed them that IRS would not reissue me another check because I receive my refund back in February, I had already paid most of my bills with it, what was remaining from it was still in my closed account. They informed me that the account was closed and there is nothing left for them to do. They hung up on myself and husband 8 times in one day and 3 times in the beginning a month ago.

    My son got a Walmart debit Green Dot card as a birthday gift a few years ago. I had to register the card for him to use it. Then thinking that it was like a gift card (birthday). I don't remember if we even got the card to work in the stores. Today I called to see if there was a balance on it and they told me it had a negative balance of $11.88 because they had put two maintenance fees on the card of $5.94. For all I know, the whole card was eaten up with fees. The man needed all of my personal information to cancel the card and I was told that we would not need to pay the fees. Two hours later, I got a text saying "alert2747@wellsfargo.com". I think the whole thing is a scam. Be very cautious dealing with this company. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves.

    Had fraudulent activity on my card on 3/27/2023. Called customer service as soon as I noticed that someone had stolen $500.00 out of my account. Call to report same day. It is 4/03/2023 and I want my remaining balance of $411.19. I have gotten a lawyer and call several times to only be hung up on. Call today and was told I had to send them a copy of a recent utility bill and my I.D. I have done that. That was my son's SSI check they stole and I have not received one cent of it yet!!

    I wrote a letter to corporate and I also have a lawyer. I have bills to pay. I need my money. Never use this card. I have had this card for 5 or 6 years but never again. They also said I can never get another account with Walmart Moneycard. Not mad about that but it has messed up my business with Walmart. I can not get checks cashed with them anymore. I went to cash a money order that I brought at Walmart and they have my SSN flagged so I couldn't even cash the money order to get my cash back. FRAUDS!!!

    On July 17th I had $1,000 in account. 5 min later tried ATM. Got denied. Call card. $50. So all the sudden $950 goes missing out account then more checks came went missing. Would not trust. They proved wasn't me where money was going. They then put me through so much transfer. Can't update info. Do this dispute. Hassle. They still said this department can't update info so never got to do no dispute form. Never update email. They should have approved right there when they could see transactions wasn't me instead such a hassle. Just got $2,000 stolen. Just a total loss of money!!!!

    The service is not in USA. I signed up for Walmart MoneyCard promotion $25 if I register for direct deposit and have deposit of $500 or more credit my account. I fulfilled all those fulfillments and didn't receive the $25 credit. I contacted them multiple times and all of a sudden they said that I don't qualify. This company is a scam. Shame on you Walmart. Getting regular Americans to sign up for this knowing that the company is not based in the United States so the laws are not the same.

    Hi. I purchased Walmart Moneycard. After receiving my card I activated expecting to load my card. Once at register my card is not activated. They lock my card. After sending a email to load it drove 30 minutes to a nearby Walmart. I spoke to rep asking me send identity. 3 times sent everything over. Still my card is lock. My refund was coming to this card and they have no idea the hassle they put people through wasted time driving then after sending my documents no response. Been over 2 more weeks.     Purchased Walmart money card. Deposited money on it and my money just magically disappeared. Called the resolution center. Was on phone with them being transferred from customer service to the dispute department going back and forth for 2 hours. Kept being told my phone number didn't match my account so therefore they could not verify my account. Finally was able to file claim. Month later was told case was closed and I was not going get my money back. I lost $176.00. This was the worst experience ever. I would advise anybody not to purchase a Walmart money card. The resolution center is terrible. Very bad customer service and a ripoff. They ended up telling me if I wanted to reopen the case I would have to file a police report. I got so frustrated with being on the phone with them for two of whole hours being transfer back and forth to customer service and the dispute department I ended up just giving up.

    I open the Walmart card because it was convenience for me. I order and paid for checks for my money matters. Then when I go to use a check to pay my arrear rent impromptu. I called them to create a check for rent for $400.00. Instead they give me a, "We don't know what you talking about l. We can't do a check for you. Just go to the app." And I have used this check with them before. Call, give them the check number, amount and to whom. And today we don't know what you say. Just go to the app. It is disrespectful to have a business with a consumer and be Telling them to use the service how you please and not how it is legally convenience for the customer. I realized then I don't need their service if I can't rely on using it as advertised. Prepaid checks. Of which I purchase few blank one. Just needed to call, retain amount towards the check.     Ordered food for Thanksgiving dinner (plus 2 other items for the bathroom that were to be delivered by UPS) ... Total bill came to just over $85, which $51 of it was the food part. Food order was to be delivered between 6 and 7 pm on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving ... Waited until after 7 before I called about my order .... Was told that TWO people had picked the order up, but both of them had cancelled it before leaving the store ... The REP told me that she saw a third person had picked up my order at 7:01 and it would be delivered before the hour was up, she offered to refund me my delivery fee of $7.95 to make up for my inconvenience ... I thanked her and waited ... And waited ... And waited. 8 pm and no order ... So I called again ...

    I was informed that the order had been returned to the store as the delivery person could not find the address (NEVER had that problem before) and that the order had been scanned for delivery (AGAIN) at 7:25 pm ... And again ... I was told that I would get my order within an hour, this time it was GUARANTEED!!!! 9 pm and no order ... This time I called and told them just to cancel the food part and I would order from a different store ... The person was kinda short with me and would only offer me $35 of the $51 on my food bill (said something to the effect of that they could not discuss financial issues over the phone) ... When I asked to speak with their supervisor, I literally was yelled at as to WHY I wanted to speak to their supervisor, I informed them that I wanted to resolve this problem and that they were not cooperating with me ... They proceeded to hang up on me ...

    BY now I was fuming AND I waited until the next morning (so that I could calm down) and called again ... Spoke to a lovely lady with a slight Indian accent and she said she was so sorry about the mix up and could see on my order that it had been cancelled several times and that I was shorted on my return ... She issued another refund of $16 for the rest of the food and then offered me a 10% off code the next time I shopped at Walmart. Took almost 2 weeks to get ALL my money back, which is stupid nowadays, considering that everything is done digitally and electronically .... Money can be transferred from bank to another bank, anywhere in the world ... In an instant ... Why is it that they can take the money out of my account in a split second, but can't return it for 2 weeks or more.

    I bought and registered this card on July 10. The next day on July 11, I was charged 5.94 as a monthly plan fee. Yet the rules state that a monthly fee is waived when you place a direct deposit into your account for the previous "month." Well, for Walmart the "previous month" means a single day. So make sure you set up your direct deposit on the same exact time you register your card or you will be charged the monthly fee.

    Updated on 10/21/2022: I had this card for 3 weeks, and as others have said, it was hacked. The person didn't get the chance to steal my money as I just happened to be on my app and see them unlocking my card. I placed it in savings. I closed my account 10/3/2022. I received word from Walmart Moneycard that I was never in life allowed to open another account with them. Because I didn't let their hacker get my money is what it was. I had made a 10k deposit and they were quick to get the hacker to work. I then requested my money back and they said I had to wait 2 weeks. Why??? Because they wanted to charge me 5.94 on the 17th, even though they closed my account and said I could never have an account there. I was treated like crap because they could not get their hands on my money so they found ways to steal it anyway. 5.94 for service fee 3.00 new card fee for a card I never got.

    It has been 18 days and I still have no clue when I will get my money as of today, it has not been sent out. Oh, they "supposed cash back." You're allowed $75.00 in one year in cash back and you have to wait a year to get it. I had the full $75.00 already earned in one month, so of course they couldn't really give anyone $75.00 a year, they will find a way to close your account so you cannot get the cashback. They are shady and scandalous and they have nothing to do with the Walmart Co. I bet it's not much longer that Walmart will refuse to let them use their name. At least, that is my goal.

    Do not give these people $5, they will rob you blind. Ever wonder why you can't leave a review on them like most other companies? Because they don't want people to read the truth before they sign up. READ the reviews! In 3 weeks, your money will be gone and if you do happen to make it, you will never make it to the end of the year to get your cash back. It's a fabrication, you won't get it... False advertising just so they can steal your money. Don't ever think you're getting your money back either, you're not! They will make sure of it.

    Original Review: For those of those who falsely believe that this is an actual product of Walmart, you would be mistaken. They have based their reputation on Walmart's and they have proven repeatedly that they have nowhere near close to the accountability that the WalMart has. It's sad they are allowed to ride the coattails of a successful business because they certainly missed the mark in their brand.

    I got this card and deposited 10k, I was hacked and the hacker took over every email address, my entire computer, my iPhone and all my credit/debit cards. There was nothing I could do but sit there on my app for this so called bank and watch the button move from lock to unlock when I locked it. Not because of an issue with the card or app but there was someone else who had my app controlling my card and I could do nothing!!! I reported it lost or stolen after standing guard for many hours. I moved my money to savings and prayed he couldn't get to it. I could no longer access my app at all and had to call for balance inquiry when I was told I had $0. I assumed he got what he came for.

    I began reaching out to tell them of my experience and they cancel my card, my account and I can never get another card again from them. Oh BooHoo!! I've got a wallet full of prepaid cards and they have never let anyone access my financial information or given them straight access to my funds. I'm better off going another direction. If you're reading this, so are you! Trust me! So, then I get a new card with my balance on it, I go to activate ACCOUNT CLOSED! Due to....FRAUD!! Seriously? The most fraudulent business I have seen wants to accuse me, the account holder with plenty of money in my account, of fraud.

    Excuse me??? Yes, you heard exactly right. Now, I'm accused of fraud after the amount of my first deposit, I expected more like an apology that they compromised my entire world, but that was never forthcoming. So instead of admitting their fault and that they actually lack any security over the accounts at all, I get accused of stealing my own money. Imagine that for a few minutes folks... There is no customer loyalty for keeping high balances or for never overdrawing anything. But, no there is no loyalty when dealing with bad business. Buyer Beware, if you intend to deposit large sums of cash, this is NOT the place for that nor are any of your funds safe. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    If you have a problem with this card and you contact them, you will be told many different things dependent upon who answers the phone. They lie by giving you a fake name, they lead you to believe that there are different departments i.e. Accounting Specialists and there is no Accounting Department. They pass you around from person to person who tell you things that you know are not true and contradict what someone else has told you when you called previously. I had a situation with a temporary hold being placed on my card for a specific amount and the actual charges being less than the amount that was placed on hold, for the vendor. When I called to have the difference refunded back to my card, I was told there was no difference due.

    No matter how I tried to explain that if a certain amount was placed on hold and less than that amount was used that the balance needed to be placed back on the account (or released if you will) they never understood what I was saying. One person said, you gotta call the vendor. Another said, there is no reason to call the vendor. My experience was totally frustrating and it was a waste of time to call the corporate resolution department (that was probably a fake department that I was referred to). The Dispute Resolution Department said they could not help me only Customer Service Support could help. Customer Service Support said, there was no issue. I will never use the card for a hotel stay ever again and I definitely won't have my payroll check deposited to this bank. Be very careful when using this card. Stick to the simple things. If you put money on it to pay a bill. Put the money, pay the bill.

    I have had my checks direct deposited on this card. My dog ate our card and my wife called to find out how we could get the money off the card. They stated, "You could transfer the money to another green dot card." So my wife stayed on the phone with the lady while she instructed my wife on how to do this. My wife did it. As soon as it was complete within 5 minutes of getting off the phone we received an email saying our card was locked due to suspicious activity. Mind you this is the activity they told us to do. Then after calling back they said, "You have to email a copy of your license for verification." We have done that. It's been 3 days. They told us it would take 2. Mind you $1700 dollars of my money is locked on this card. When we call we ask to speak to fraud and they hang up on us.

    We ask to speak to a manager and the manager gets on. We explain and they hang up on. Now when you log into our account it says the account is CLOSED. We have called 17 times and they continue to hang up on us and will not help us. DO NOT USE THIS CARD. I do not know where my money is and their customer service is terrible. You cannot call their corporate office for help. There is no phone number for it. Beware of this card.

I go to pay rent next day and it said my account is negative $773.. Impossible I should have wayyy more than that.. I called and the transaction said MONEY REVERSAL from Walmart.. this was AFTER I stored it in the vault.. so the person REVERSED my transaction AFTER.. How if I was never given anything? And I called and they said there are no issues so basically they stole my money and think it's ok? I haven't even paid my rent and still have the 1300 untouched in the vault where I can not access it because if I move it they will take it. How do I pay my rent when they stole my money.

    On June 22nd, I reported fraud on my card. They canceled my card and said a new one is being sent. To date, I’ve not received my new card and don’t have access to my money. I’ve called 10 times asking for information and every agent and supervisor has lied about my card being sent out. Because of this, I’ve not been able to pay my credit cards or car payment and I’ve accrued late fees. They said they would not cover my late fees. Now, they tell me the earliest I’ll receive my card is the 22nd of July. Exactly one full month not to have access to my money. Absolutely ridiculous!

    My check was deposited to my bank account on the 22nd of June and my my bank account was hacked and called Walmart. He said he can unlock my card because the hackers might get back inside. Later on that day I have received a text message from Walmart saying my car is has been unlocked and the hackers are back inside of it.     I got a Walmart money card to use as a debit card. I was never able to verify my email address so that I could move money into a savings account. Then they started charging me a monthly fee and refused to close my account until my balance was a $0. They keep sending me new cards but I just keep shredding them. It's too much of a hassle to use this debit card!!!!

    My grandson purchased this by mistake. Could not get a refund at Walmart even though you can't use it unless 18. He is 17 but able to purchase it. Took forever for me to set up account and figure out how to get our money back. They instantly deducted 6 dollars for a monthly fee. Then took a while to close account. Don't be fooled as these are right beside the cash and gift cards. What a rip-off.

    Okay on April 23rd I used an ATM from just a regular Shell station and it said error so I tried it again and it worked. And it gave me $200 but the 200 that came that was supposed to come out in the air actually came out of my account too so I filed a dispute 10 days later. 10 business days later should I say and still no resolution and I've been told, "Oh well it'll be here" then "It'll be. It'll go in this day. It'll go back on this day" and finally I got someone and I talked to and they were transferring me over to another person that would be able to help me with this. Find out what's going on and then I get to this.

    This person finally picks up and ask for me all this information and then she says why I won't be getting one and I said, "Well why not" especially since the ATM people said that they showed that machine had 200 extra dollars in it and then I said, "I want to speak to the supervisor. I want to speak to someone that's in charge of this that can take care of this." They hung up on me. I've tried calling back. Getting someone and the same thing keeps happening. I keep getting hung up on there's. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and I am in customer service. I would say just go back to bank.

    Had this card for many years has been fine until I wanted to dispute one charge that was a membership that on their own charged my account, they went in blocked my account (didn’t ask them too) claiming account was compromised but said I could use card still till I received new one! One of the so called specialist told me this on first call, used the card next day declined, called another so called specialist. Told I was misinformed. New card will be there 3 business days, another lie, called another so called specialist. Said 7 to 10 days, another lie, called another so called specialist, actually got a date the 24th, another lie and all this time I’m getting declined transactions, late fees on bills etc and can’t access my money, have direct deposits coming in but can’t get any cash!!

    New card to this date has not arrived, called another so called specialist and told this time could go to a bank, give account # and for a 2.00 fee can withdraw some cash from account, today is Sunday. Haven’t tried it yet but if true why wasn’t I told this at the very beginning? Right hand does not know what left hand is doing???? Everyone of the so called specialist has given a different answer or instructions, one told me "Oh you haven’t got the card, we will cancel the one in mail and mail you another." What ??? Hell no! Do you not understand the problem? I gone 3 weeks now unable to access my cash, let me repeat MY CASH! Only thing that goes through are things on automatic payment that have acct # and routing #. So card is okay until then and I repeat they claim it was compromised!!! I have never in my life had to deal with such A nightmare of incompetence and it just keeps growing and getting worse!

    Hhonestly it was great, Until today. My card had a restriction put on it. A card I've used for 8 months at least and all of a sudden my id needs verification. I have used this acct. as my direct deposit for the past 8 months. No freaking problems. Now the problem lies with why the hell after 8 months is Walmart just now asking for me to verify. Secondly all my money is on this card and to verify they want my id, fantastic except my drivers license has been suspended and in order to get a new one it cost money, money that I now don't have access to and the only way to get access to it is to verify an id that I don't have and now don't have the money to get. I'm livid my entire paycheck is being held ransom by this company and I was told to basically to go ** myself and live on the streets.

    Thank you walmart for making 2022 a real piece of flying crap. I hope you use my money, you're holding to pay for my funeral because you're holding all of my MONEY ransom and now I'm unable to live or pay bills!!!! I know what you are thinking. Borrow money. Get the id, verification and close the acct. and you are right but it's a Friday.

    I work until 5 so that means it'll be Monday the earliest before I can procure a new id and then I have to upload it and wait 2 more business days before this joke of a company will verify something they should have done 8 months ago when I got the gd card so 5 DAYS I go without money to my name and my electric off in the middle of a blizzard just so you and your company can say you've verified a person whose acct. has been open for 8 MONTHS!!!! And your customer service was no help except when they encouraged me to jump into incoming traffic.... 100000000% Do not recommend these jerks with your money or your mental health because apparently once they have your money you can kill yourself. 1/7/22.

    After I purchased I was told I could not use my card to pay bills but could purchase items in Walmart store online and in person... Customer service India/Chinese very unhelpful and hard to understand... Even Walmart Corporate was second language personnel... No help from Walmart or Customer Service at all for my request to get my money back... Have not resolved my complaint as of this date... Please check your options well before using Walmart Money Card!! You will live to regret using them eventually.

    November 4, 2021, I received an alert my card had a purchase in California. I live in Kentucky. I immediately blocked my card and called customer service. The recording said I would be on hold for 163 minutes, after 5 minutes the recording stated I’ll be on hold for 216 minutes and it kept going up. After about 8 days of calling customer service, I went to the app chat line. After 3 more days, I finally received a call and was told to dispute the charge. After disputing the charge Walmart shut my app completely down. I called and was told by the automated line to upload my i.d. Still haven’t heard anything. It is Christmas and my child support goes on this card and I cannot access my money or my account. My phone stays in my hand, no one has called or emailed currently. I’m looking for a new prepaid company to have my child support deposited. Walmart MoneyCard is a fraud.

    Have had funds on hold for several days because Walmart MoneyCard and Green Dot Bank failed to post a pending transaction. I have spoken with numerous Customer Service Specialists (hours and hours on the phone more than a dozen times over several days) and most of them clearly did not know what they were doing... nor did they care to try and figure it out. The few who did understand the situation agree that the Company created the problem... but no one is able to fix it.

    First I was asked to wait 48 hours for the system to correct itself. I did and it did not. Now they want me to wait another week, not because they're going to do anything proactive to fix their issue, but because they're hoping (again) that "the 'system' corrects itself". We all understand that errors happen and that is forgiveable, but when the company acknowledges the error and then refuses to act to correct it, it moves from being an error to being willful fiduciary misconduct.

    Bottom line: Do Not Trust These People With Your Money.

    30 days and money has not been returned.. Green Dot Bank which owes Walmart MoneyCard has been giving us the run around about our direct deposit account.. Hacked proved no I.D. and withdrew all my money... Changing my phone # and e-mail address and no events were sent to me when these changes were made.

    Let people steal money out of my account and wont let me access the rest of my money. Says 3 weeks! Let them change all my account information and blames the pandemic for not having SECURE card. This is not a SECURE card and they will let people steal your money and do nothing. I live off SSI and they froze my account and stole money and I have no way to live!     I used the money card for years without any issue. About 2 years ago Walmart became funny with the card. Use to be a $3k daily cash withdraw at the store. That went down to a 1000. Then they started limiting transactions and blocking internet purchases. Then they decided to block ATM withdraws. Then one time I was paying a bill and they blocked it. Had the lights turned off my car insurance canceled. Had to call the overseas help desk to get permission to use my funds. Took 30 days to get approval to use my money. Now every holiday season they block the card for purchases for any other store except Walmart stores... from October 18th until the first of March. So do yourself a favor. Go get a bank account at a real bank and avoid the nightmare of dealing with Walmart.

    Okay, I can go into a long Karen about what happened to me, which I see has happened far too many times already. In my case their software is defective and it will not send the confirmation code to confirm my identity. I spent an hour on the phone and in a circular argument. Now, I could post a one star a thousand times and no one in corporate is going to care. Clearly. So, Walmart makes another billion, while you waste your time and raise your stress level. Well, STOP, I am going to offer a hint which will wake these companies up. It is THEIR product, they can service it. This is a great trick and it works.

    Send them an invoice for your time. Be fair, be concise, put the date(s) and times you wasted trying to get a solution from a billion dollar company with a pathetic software system and low IQ reps, such as I endured. Whatever you make normally, this is what you bill for. In my case I am an engineer, so I am sending a bill for $85 an hour for the time I spent on the phone in a circular argument with reps who are absolutely not listening. Now, this invoice, professionally done and honest, will get noticed. Don't write your dribble in crayon on a napkin. I would throw this away too. Write a clear, legible, easy to follow invoice with times, dates, conversations, everything. Send this to their billing department. Then wait. Super fun. It may actually get paid. Wonderful, it is over. They paid for their product error. Send a positive review.

    Now, if this does not get paid, and might even get a chuckle in finance, send a late notice, with interest. And wait. After a time, send one more. If after a good amount of time has passed, (6 months) ask for the legal department and explain to them you have an unpaid balance and you are going to sue them in small claims court. This is NOT frivolous. Corporations do this ALL the time for exactly the same reasons. Well why not you. Sending a professionally written notice of intent to file a lawsuit to a corporation's legal department, always gets read. Always. Do it. If enough invoices come in maybe these multi-billion dollar companies will wake up and realize maybe they should invest more money into their service, instead of a new yacht. Here's to the consumer being heard...

    I purchased a Walmart money card, debit card on 10/11/21, I got home on my WiFi and tried to put the information in so that I could activate the card. Well after about 20 minutes I gave up and call the number on the card. I tried to talk to the first woman, couldn’t really understand her, she put me through to another woman and the whole time she talked a rooster was crowing in the background. Long story short she said my card was already being used by someone else. I only had the card for less than a hour. Stay away from these cards. They canceled the card I have even though it was no good and said they would check on everything after I sent them proof, which I did. She said they would contact me within 5 days and give me a decision. I think I just lost $101 this evening in less than a hour.

    After 2yrs of applying for SSDI, was approved, SSDI deposit made 9/01/21; Card was permanently restricted 9/01/21, told suspicious activity then told deposit was made by a "Small Business"... I guess the Social Security Agency is no longer a section of the US Federal government.. Was told can't issue me a check because accent permanently closed, Told SSA had to req money (SO VERY INCORRECT PER SSA).. Was told would return deposit in 5 Business days as of today... Told today not sure why deposit hasn't been returned to SSA, that I should be patient, I have called so many times that I'm now physically ill because of overwhelming frustration... No one will help, No one knows anything... Just continued runaround.. My next step will be contacting media,, I have submitted (3) BBB complaints..

    I like the way I get notifications by text. Let me know when my grab deposit goes through. I figured out the dates and times just by checking in by every now and then. I know when your direct deposit goes in on the date on Friday you will get it right at oh usually Wednesday about 3 in the afternoon but if your pay date falls on a weekend and you will get it the additional days depending on what Day falls on Sunday you can get it 2 days earlier that's added to the four that sometimes six days in advance. I've noticed that the times have changed for the direct deposit. It used to be late at night and now it's in the afternoon right after 3 p.m. that is Central Time I'm in Texas. I wish the phone automated system would give the address and phone # for each transaction with easier understanding voice.

    My wife and I for years have used Walmart prepaid cards for our purchases loading money as well as my pay check. Upon waiting for my 2018 tax which just got here, Walmart decided to block my card for fraud. The IRS issues this Walmart so I have had to jump, run and get extremely frustrated.     Wish I could give it 0 stars but it made me give it 1. I have had the card for 2 years. Thought it was great till the other day. I had a charge. I filed a dispute on July 12 then on August 14 my account got hacked and they did a ETF for 500 dollars. Had to file another dispute. They blocked my account without issuing me a new card. The rest of my money that they didn't take is now tied up. I can't get to it. They told me the dispute can take 10-12 business days or up to 45 days. My info is still wrong. Has the hackers email and phone no. I have called customer service a number of time. I am so frustrated and upset because they have my money and is telling me I have to wait for the dispute to be decided then they tell me I lost my 75 dollars in cash back due to my card being deactivate. I will never use this bank again!!!! Be very careful when selecting this card!!!!

    I have a Walmart Green Dot debit card. Yesterday, a transaction was placed that I did not approve so Walmart sent me a confirmation request. I pressed "no" I did not authorize that request. It immediately put a block on my card. I called their support line and was told that they would have to issue me a replacement card and deactivated my current card even though I asked them not to. Then I was told it would take 5-7 business days to process my new card. Until that time, I have no access to my money! All the money I have is tied to that card (I use direct deposit) so I have no money at all until my new card arrives. I take medication for a very serious illness and can't afford to refill that medication for a week now. There is a very good chance I will end up in the hospital (or worse).

    All I was told was "Sorry for your inconvenience". How can a company/bank keep your money and not even allow you access to it? It's my money! I will be closing this account the second I receive the new card and have access to move my money elsewhere. The "support center" is a joke and the representatives are very difficult to understand. Each time I called (5-6 times total), I got a different answer. A "supervisor" told me "Sorry for the misinformation given to you by previous representatives". No empathy at all for my medical situation. They have no access to help you with your online account either so if it doesn't work, you're out luck there too. Stay as far way from this card as possible!

    Well I went to the bank one day and my card will not give me money so I called they said it was blocked. I need to verify my day this is April 28th 2021 and why did they block it. They didn't have a reason I need to access my money. My water at my home has been shut off since then my email address under that account name is ** but they will not send my money back to me. They told me to verify my identity. I did that then they said I need to do account take over something. I did that. They said I have my check in 2 weeks. On June 15th they never come. Need that. I've talked to him every day since then.

    Now they're telling me I need to call the IRS and they'll get my check back for me. They supposed to be the one send it back - not me. I didn't block my account. They bought my account. They canceled my checks, got my water set off on me, bounce two more checks. Then I'm responsible for now. I hate this card I just want my money. I don't know what to do. I need help. I don't have the same phone number no more. If you can help me please email me at the email that I'm emailing this from. I don't know much about this internet crap. It's nothing to me. I'm no good at it. So there's my thing. They don't deserve a star sorry. That's why I didn't get one for me but you have to mark a star in order to leave something on here. So I did. They got one star but they don't get that really. I don't recommend this card sorry. But I done been nice as I can. I'm about to get brutal brutal brutal not to go to the news I guess.

    I have had a Walmart Moneycard for many years and notice $150 missing so I called them up to explore what happened. Couldn't hardly understand the thick Indian accent. They blocked my account and I did not want them to. I can't get my money from them because I still have my driver license from another state. So like bunch of thieves. I guess they keep the money.     If you can, run far away from this place and bank literally ANYWHERE else... First off, they straight up lie and display false advertisement. It seems every time I try and have them fix an issue, it never is fixed. My first bad experience was when my card was stolen (the person who stole it was an ** MALE and I am a ** FEMALE), and the person used every penny I had in my account and although my account had identity theft protection, Walmart money card claims department denied my claim! No matter what I did or said, they didn't care. If they did even a little bit of investigating and looked at security footage, they would see that this person who is stealing my money and using my card illegally WAS NOT ME.

    I was so shocked that they denied my claim.. They didn't even seem to try. Losing all of my money caused me to get evicted from the room I was renting and I became homeless. All because people didn't want to do their jobs. It's so upsetting and unfortunately doesn't end there... Now I have an issue with my account online where I accidentally saved the wrong account info to make a transfer and there's absolutely nowhere for me to personally delete my error and since you can only save one account for transfers, I'm now screwed.

    You would think it would be easy for the customer service call center to do... well I guess not. After numerous calls, waiting on hold for up to 20 minutes each phone call and each call, getting hung up on, my issue is still not fixed. I've called 5 times since Tuesday and each time I get hung up on. I'm not rude and I'm patient when I talk to the agents on the phone, yet nope.. still get hung up on. I guess I'll never get this fixed with their (lack of) customer service. This place has the worst customer service ever. I really wish I could give them 0 stars. They need to hire employees AND supervisors that actually want to help their customers and whose goals/answer to a problem isn't just to end the call. Don't ever get a walmart money card! I highly DO NOT recommend them.

    The past few years never had a problem. I went to use my card and it said I exceeded the daily limit but to come to find out you can only withdraw $3000 a month. Then when I try to use it a Citizens Bank ATM ate my card. For what reason I have no idea.

    I have had this debit card for years, beacuse it is setup with a direct deposit, other than that I would throw it away today! Sure you can buy stuff with it, and deposit funds to it at Walmart, the issue comes if you want to buy an item ordered online, and for any reason the order is cancelled before the company actually charges you, and only has a pending showing for the amount.

    I have quite a few debit and charge cards and when that happens the pending falls off within 3 days. Not so with this card, are you ready! - 3 weeks!!! - Yup if you have a pending for any reason that didn't convert into a charge, you need to wait 3 weeks for that pending to fall off, and good luck in trying to get thru on the phone to them! Finally had to send an email, and was told there was nothing they would or could do, until the fall off date in 3 weeks! This card will NEVER be used for anything at all unless I have the product in my hand!!!

    I can not access my money on my Walmart Moneycard. I called customer service which isn't open 24/7 as advertised. I talked to 3 different people. First person said to wait an hour before using my card and she promised I would be able to access my cash then, so I did and I still couldn't access my cash. Second person said to wait 24 hours. The third person said the system was down and to wait 3 to 4 hours and I would be able to access my cash. This is so dumb. No one knows why I can't access my cash. This company is ridiculous. Customer service representatives seem to not know anything. They need a lot more training. My bills are going to be late. This is so dumb. I do not advise getting a walmart money card because you will have issues.

    I have had my card for almost 10 years, never had any issues besides once, and honestly that was my fault. But this morning I woke up, went to the store to use my card and it was declined so I looked at my mobile app and it said my account is blocked. It was 5 am my time, so when I called the customer service number they were closed. All fine and dandy I will call when they open. 8 am comes and I call and speak to someone. The woman just kept telling me that I needed to call the IRS to find out the status of my stimulus. I told her I didn't care about the stimulus check I wanted to know why my account was blocked.

    I asked if I could speak to a manager or someone else who would actually listen to me and be able to help me. She told me she would be more than happy to transfer me and then she hung up on me. Now I am on hold yet again to try and find out why my account is blocked. I had no email notification stating my account was blocked. Nothing. I have had no suspicious activity on my account. Nothing. Just woke up and it was blocked!

    Sorry I've had this card for over 3 years, You can't cash checks from the mobile app until they get around to unlocking this feature which takes months at a time until you rack up enough purchases and deposits. You can't cash checks at any bank like they tell you time and time again, but you could try the atm and hope your money goes to your account from whatever out of network Bank AFTER YOU SIGN THE BACK OF YOUR CHECK AND DROP IT IN THE LITTLE SLOT, YOU MIGHT NEVER SEE THE MONEY AGAIN as I was escorted out of THE INSIDE OF NUMEROUS BANKS that are visa affiliated banks with the manager ???? telling me to not come back, "Unless you have a account with us," while in hand on speaker phone I had Walmart Money Card service manager saying it's OK to cash this customers check and the 5 or 7 different banks I've tried said no way.

    I've thought about getting a lawyer for this mistake from either companies???? Checks are a fee to order and you only get a few checks in the mail to use. The customer support is trash. I've spent well over 24 hours of waiting and chatting and it's like they are children that don't wanna work and you can't even understand nothing they are saying. It's absolutely bad service. If you have a card with money on it then you can use it to buy online and in store but wait until you need help with refunds or whatever else that day to day use will bring from using a card for peaches.

    I give customer service a negative 5 stars and the safety of your money a 2 star as I've had some one purchase gas from another state away somehow while my card was in my pocket but got my money back months later after they did a investigation. Once again, customer service is bad. My best bet is to call over and over until one answers that can speak close to the mic and knows a few English words, you may have to wait through the prerecordings but it's the only way to get help, There isn't any other way. I'm 36 year old adult male with 2 jobs and wouldn't steer no one in the wrong direction purposely.

    Being a truck driver and running cross country it's really hard for a 75 ft vehicle into a bank parking lot. That being said I only carry this card with me on the road so I didn't misplace or lose cards that I couldn't go into a bank as a tractor trailer is not welcome most places yet you're able to walk into a Walmart and park as a truck driver.

    I've used the Walmart money card since around 2016. As a matter of convenience if need be I can add cash to it when I'm on the road and away from home by walking into a Walmart. I average around at 75,000 income and I've used this card and all lower 48 states in the United States. So in essence I probably put around $280,000 going through this card since time I opened it.

    This last week I needed to buy a GPS as mine had started having issues and needed to do it before I picked up a load as I would have to use the latitude longitude feature on it and make sure that I was going on truck routing that a truck GPS will give you so you were not on restricted roads where going to low clearance you won't fit. So I go into the truck stop to buy my GPS and I was declined yet my weekly deposit of 1600 had court and posted the day before. I spent 2 hours on the phone just to get a hold of someone who assured me they would fix the problem and I could go in and purchase my item.

    Sure enough I went in and I was declined yet again. At that point my dispatch had to cancel the load because I had spent too much time waiting to pick it up and lost $3,000 of what I would have made on that load. About an hour later I went to a different truck stop and tried yet again to purchase a new GPS and it was yet further declined. At this point I couldn't even spend $2 to buy a cup of coffee.

    The following day three states over I tried yet again declined. Now I have 1600 sitting in the account that I can't even spend $2 on for a cup of coffee let alone a GPS that is a necessity in my job. I spend another 2 hours waiting to get a live representative. At this point the live representative refuses to transfer me to a supervisor ensuring me that she can fix the problem when yet the previous one was not able to. After an hour of trying to explain to her I have no faith in the base customer service representative and I need this problem escalated because it lost me $3,000 and additionally I can't even buy food to eat each day that I spend on the road so now I am living off of peanut butter and tortillas and drinking water from a water fountain at rest areas because my funds are held up on this card but I've used since 2016.

    Finally she disconnects the call because she won't let me speak to a supervisor. I've never spent four days doing everything I can to get my money off this card and into my regular bank account here and there are some ATMs are allowing me to pull money off of it but not the full amount and numerous ATM charges that I'm receiving just trying to get that money off.

    I have one card with Walmart. I use the app. I put in to change my phone number and address as I moved. I did this. After that everything with my card with messed up. They say I have two account, I don't and can't get cust service to fix it. I have been trying for over 4 months. Call in, I get someone who can't speak English well enough to help except "I'm so sorry."

    The 4th of February 2021 I started getting alerts from my Walmart money card app saying that Tik tok was taking $10 in increments from my account for ads that I never ordered. So I immediately called my money card Walmart money card and they said I had to wait for them to post to dispute the charges which wiped out my card in under 10 minutes which you know I had over $200 on, everything just posted tonight so I will call Walmart and dispute the charges.

    And this part really concerns me. When I called the automated system that I had two cards for the Walmart money app I only have one in my name so they apparently let somebody else pick out a card in my name that apparently of course was not me. The charges from tik tok are from San Francisco California. I live in Pendleton Oregon and also I found out too that they will sell your information so I got on their app and they do not sell my information. So I would like to know how good if their security is that they would issue another card to someone that clearly is not me. This app Walmart money card is not worth it and I will be going through a bank from now on. Not some prepaid card cuz they do not take care of their customers and they sell your information.     I purchased shoes from Footlocker on a Friday and returned the shoes the next day. They didn’t have a larger size. I spent $518. They didn’t have any cash on hand. The associate asked if I had a card to put the money on? So I did. I swiped my Walmart MoneyCard. Ok I’m thinking two days max I’ll have my money. Boyyyyyy was I wrong?!! Later that evening I went to dinner with friends and when it was time to pay it kept declining! I was baffled???? I knew I had like $570 in my account.

    Long story short they blocked my card. After waiting on hold after being hung up on for over an hour. They have me to email them the receipt. They told me to give it two business days. Mind you this was on a Saturday. I sent everything immediately. Then on Monday it was still blocked. I call again just to be told to send in my ID front and back and give it another two days and at that time it should automatically be unlocked. I don’t like the games being played with me. I'm still waiting as we speak for my funds to be released. Never again.

    DO NOT SIGN UP!! I had this account for several years and last week my account was closed without my knowledge due to suspicious activity with a few hundreds of dollars left in it. When I questioned customer care they gave me the run around and then told me they would cut me a check but later said I need to contact my employer who deposited money into my account. My employer informed me that this sounds suspicious and to report the money card customer care line as giving me fraudulent information as a resolution because they wanted me to ask my employer to request the funds back and told me to mail a letter with all my bank account information on it.

    Hey everyone! **AVOID THIS ONLINE BANK INSTITUTION AND PREPAID DEBIT CARDS**. Anything Walmart MoneyCard or Green Dot affiliated is just as bad as being scammed! I've had a debit card account with them for three months and they froze my funds yesterday when I had just gotten paid! The worst part is when I go to resolve the issue to verify my identity, their automated system won't even recognize my card number!?? Just look up all of the customer reviews for yourself here! **

    It's almost criminal what they are doing! I can't even speak to a live representative because all of their customer service is automated! And also! Most people who buy these prepaid debit cards in store and load money onto them in hopes to spend money online, do not activate or have issues activating.. And when it comes time to speak to a representative or customer service, everything is all automated!! And the automated service most of the time doesn't even recognize your account information just like how they are currently treating me! Do you want an automated service to handle your money that you just deposited into?? No online banking institution that handles people's money should be automated this much.

    It's almost impossible to speak to a live representative about your issues! So no my debit card is from and I'm barely surviving and have no way to resolve the issue currently! I have already filed civil complaints with the BBB and two other federal consumer bureaus to the Green Dot Corporation. I will have to send a letter to their corporate office in Pasadena, CA to tell them to resolve my issue and I will also be hiring a lawyer on Monday. I have also written a letter to the local news of Morgantown, West Virginia to help make this all public in hopes that Green Dot Bank will be exposed for how incredibly awful their customer service is!! This would all be avoided if there were easier ways to get help but walmart moneycard makes it a nightmare to receive help in time! PLEASE AVOID THESE DEBIT CARDS EVERYONE. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THEM! JUST USE ACTUAL CREDIT UNIONS OR LOCAL BANKS.

    I did my taxes with them last year! My account was never in the negative, every time I logged in it never said the account was inactive or blocked! I tried to call and chat 3 days in a row to no avail! When I finally speak with someone through chat! They inform me that they have rejected my payment because it was a negative balance, and that it was inactive because I haven’t used it in awhile! Totally flabbergasted. I just can’t believe they wouldn’t just pay the fee for a potential longtime customer! I assume they don’t care about their customers! I would strongly advise against USING THEM, EVER!

    I gave the cashier at the Walmart located on airline drive in Bossier city Louisiana my last $200 to load on a walmart money card that I purchased from that store and I can't use the card and they won't give me a refund. Either Walmart or Green Dot bank has scammed me out of $200 dollars because the card is issued by Green Dot Bank. I don't know if it's cause of my skin color or what but one of have my money and I want to file a suit. Do anyone know what's my first step because I really need my money back?

    I give this company a negative 0. First I saw a lot of suspicious charge for $1 each. I looked up the name and it says if I see that on my statement I was hacked so of course they closed my account. I said they would send another card. Waited 8 days and it a week before Christmas my son's birthday still no card. Got paid and had no access to my fund. I had to call 13 times to ask about my card. It was processing so then they finally tell me I can pay $15 and get it faster. Ok no worries. So they took $15 and charged me $3 twice for replacement card so I finally get the card and send my son $40 Dec 19th. He never got it. I called. He told me wait 10 days it will go back. Nope. Sure didn't. Now I called back. They are gonna file a dispute and send me something in the mail in 10.. Nope. I will be closing my account and go back to the best bank ever TD Bank.

    By no means do I recommend anyone but children to use this services. I've been left out in the cold without access to my own money more times than I care to keep track of and they have yet to be able to explain why. Gas, food, bills have all been denied even when there is money available. I've finally made the final transfer away from using this card ever again and hope to save others the headache. I've used them for more than 5 yrs and not one stellar experience to share. I've had more trouble with them than anyone should have with their card company or financial institution. Garbage company all around, same goes for Green Dot for powering it.

    In Aug of 2020 I contacted their customer service department by phone to inform them of a hijacked card, and stop all payments to be added to it. Well 3 1/2 months later after the payment was loaded I still haven't gotten my payment. I have done all that was asked by their customer service rep and supervisor... Well they don't care. DON'T USE THEIR CARD! They consider your money to be theirs and will not refund it.

    80.00 was taken off my card. I keep calling... and asking about my refund. I have who took the money off and how much. Which THEY provided that info. Had this card past 4 to 5 years used it to pay bills etc. So about a month ago now I notice money was off my card. Foreign cust. said they would send me a card. They claimed they did, but went to old address so I had to cancel that one too.

    Called so many times... then they said, "We need something to prove your address." Sent that to the e-mail they said... addressupdatecorp something like that. Called again ask to speak to a supervisor. Waited a half-hour... only to be told... they needed my phone number from 4 to 5 years ago?? When I got the card... Said I don't have it. HE said there's nothing he can do...until they get that number?? So I said I will be calling back.

    Called back tonight... only to be asked the amount that was put on my card last?? I said from 4 weeks ago?? I can tell you who I paid and what was left and 80.00 from that was taken. It left me with 4.00 on card when I cancel it. I asked again to speak with the supervisor...GET this!! The woman said, "I CANNOT DO THAT, YOU SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR ALREADY!!!"

    Bottom line I want my 80.00 back on a New Card... that was stolen from across sea.. somewhere and I also got the names of that... How I know? THEY TOLD Me!! Had ask a lawyer friend of mine. They cannot hold your money and I am offering all this proof...except for a phone number I had from 4 to 5 years ago. I need my money... Makes you feel you was robbed twice!!

    My husband has purchased a Walmart money card and put 500.00 on it. He works out of town. I registered the card with the app. First it had me locked out because they needed to verify my identity. Then I submitted my driver's license. Now it is saying, "We were unable to verify your documents. This card is now closed and can no longer be used"!!! We can't get anyone on the phone because when we enter the card number it says invalid number. I'm beyond aggravated with this. 500.00 is for our children's Christmas. Any help would be appreciated.

    I made a reservation through Priceline for a hotel using my Walmart Moneycard. They took payment immediately for the cost of the stay. In the end due to an issue with the hotel, Priceline had canceled the reservation and canceled the charge. 2 days later I inquired to WMC as to when the hold for the amount of the reservation would be released. They advised that if they don't get confirmation from Priceline, it could take 7days+2 to expire. I asked why the +2 days. The typical amount of time for a pending charge to expire is 7 days. WMC advised, it is to verify with the merchant. Which still makes no sense.

    Long story short, I had Priceline verify with WMC that the reservation was canceled and the hold should be lifted. WMC customer service advised that they still had to wait the 7+2. I still don't understand why they keep saying 7+2, rather than saying 9 days. Whenever you contact customer service, you are calling somewhere in India, and their English is horrible, on top of them reading from a script that is written in horrible English. Not one person gave me any information, or even had a conversation that deviated from their script. I am still waiting for the charge to be lifted and we are at day 10 now.

Untrue. I still don't have my money yet.

They even gave me case numbers confirmation number but no one has yet to speak to me or talk to me about what's going on. My money was took from a country in Greece. I live in Texas. I don't know what's going on but I don't recommend Walmart MoneyCard to anybody. I don't feel like the customer's information is safe. I think someone is taking people's information in their customer service and giving it to other people. Please don't be a victim of Walmart money card. Scam customer service in their company. They say the customers comes first but no one is yet to reach out to me and this is the fourth day with no response.

    I don't understand how they (WALMART MONEY CARD/GREEN DOT) are a financial institution that prides themselves on posting your deposits as soon as they are notified about them but they can't put money back that's in a pending state because the transactions were being denied at the place I was trying to make a on line order from. I have used my debit card to make this same transaction several time since 2017 and have never had this issue before. Customer service reps I have spoke with both times today were completely of NO HELP to me. It's been 3 days with my money just lost in the financial wires and all they can say is have to wait for the transactions to completely post before I can file a dispute. Well that is a problem because the company denied the.

    So as I told the reps as well as the ones from where I was ordering, I am disabled and budget to live in motels through the month and that seems almost impossible without any problems. And now I'm here with .37 to my name and have no idea about where I'm going to stay tomorrow and it is already getting too cold here in Colorado for me because I've had 4 back surgeries. Where is the compassion and humanity towards others? Just don't put all your money with because if things go wrong be prepared to just sit on your hands til they will let you dispute it.

    If I could give 0 stars even negative stars I would. Unbelievable. First of all, my current hold time with customer service is 3 hours so far! I have not received my replacement card and have no access to my money to pay bills. I have had an account with Walmart money card over 10 years. My card expired 09/20 and I have requested my replacement card 4 times! Last one was supposed to be here at the latest by 10/04/2020. They said there was no way for me to get card faster than 10 days though I read online that you can for $15.00 extra, if it was offered as an option I would have gladly pay it. But now I think they should pay to send it now.

    Now all of my payments for bills that come out directly have bounced back and will not go through... including money for rent and my son's birthday was yesterday, That's how I receive my child support and I cannot get to my money. Still on hold... I chatted online with customer service 3 times. Today someone told me to wait 2 more days. I'm so frustrated.

    I am now stranded on the side of the road with no money because GreenDot services put $75 on hold because I paid at a gas pump for $10 worth of gasoline. I called the gasoline company to which they said they did not put $75 on hold. They only try to authorize $1. We called Walmart card services and they tried to blame the merchant to which they were told the merchant can not place money on hold. Only the cardholder services can do this. The man we spoke to did not have anything to tell us except it would no longer be on hold October 23rd. I told them we were traveling and had $0 now. We have no gas and 2 hungry children on the side of the highway because we can’t move without gas. They could care less! DO NOT get this card if you don’t want to be left stranded on the side of the road hundreds of miles from home.

    I have always used Walmart Money Cards Visa, MasterCard and Unlimited. I had unauthorized purchases on my account $1,762.05, they will not cover the charges! The paperwork included with the card states "We will provide a provisional credit to your registered account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete the investigation."

    I did everything that was asked of me, I sent in the documentation needed within the time needed. I resent the documentation a second time along with proof of the 1st time I sent documentation, I was told they never got my documentation. I got the run around, hung up on, told something is in the mail (I have never received anything) and told my dispute was closed. I signed all the receipts. I will be getting the letter with receipts in the mail (IMPOSSIBLE, never got). It has all been one lie and runaround not to pay back the money I worked hard to get!!

    Since then I have had all my Walmart, Unlimited and new accounts restricted, they have taken even more money from me!! This is wrong on many levels!! I work hard for the money I make to have some big shady company and their workers lie, cover up and steal my money!!! I fought hard to get the money they took, I didn't get my COVID unemployment for 6 months. They took what little I had for my bills on top of the person that used my card!!! Disgusting what has been done!!! DO NOT USE ANY WALMART OR GREEN DOT CARDS!!! I used to be a regular user but NEVER AGAIN!!!
