Easy process and super fast. It was a super easy process to apply and get funding.

Fast and convenient. They do exactly what they promise.

Application process not accommodating to elderly people, lacking instructions and the document upload process is unclear and difficult to complete on a laptop or pc where scanned images cannot be used. Had to use a cell phone to upload some documents. Otherwise, the people were great. They were personable, timely and professional during each stage. Had a few technical difficulties but I’d recommend Upgrade.
