The process was quick and easy! I also appreciate that the payments are manageable. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of cash. In this economy, with so many people needing help, this is a great resource.

Probably the best loan process I have ever been through. Totally painless and response is immediate. They send notices when they will withdraw the payment and also that is has been received. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience

Upgrade did not honor the terms of my loan. They made an error with the distribution of the funds that violated our agreement. Then stalled with endless “investigations” into their own admitted error which resulted in me still not getting my funds - a direct violation of the agreement. They do not make it clear when you borrow the money that they are not the bank. They’re just the middleman there’s a third-party bank that actually funds your loan, causing delays in a lack of communication. I still have not received my funds and I’m in an endless loop of arguing with their customer service.

I am impressed with the entire Upgrade experience, from application to funds transfers! My application was approved quickly and funds received within a few days. They have lived up to all the positive reviews I read while researching.

I was impressed with the ease of applying for a loan with Upgrade. This also includes the quickness of the approval, dispersal of the funds, APR and payment months. The loan I choose was one of quite a few loan options. I love Upgrade.

First of all, you’re not a bank you so much specify and listed at the bottom of your website. Your co also w/ no HR PHONE CONTACT. The Consumer Affairs just classified you as such a bank loan—Your company making $BILLIONS DEFINITELY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. 2 years in Ga opened 2017 isn’t impressive. Seems you hire upon looks not experience too.

It was quick and easy. I applied late on a Saturday night without any hopes of getting a reply, especially not a reply stating I was approved. I was approved within a few minutes and money was deposited into my account the next business day.

The whole process was streamlined and informative. It was clear what the next steps were as I advanced through the process. This contributed to a stress free experience. Upgrade was a different experience than other loan outfits in their quick and specific handling of the loan request.

Upgrade has been the fastest and easiest loan to get. Everything was so easy, including getting a hold of someone to answer my questions. I am happy with the service, but the rates could have been better, and the origination fee was high. Besides that, I'm so glad they came through when I needed them the most.

I was extremely pleased with the whole process. I provided the information right over the internet via a secured site and within a matter of days my loan was approved and funded. The process was quick and easy.

I have been doing business with Upgrade for many years, and have opened two accounts with them. They are the only company I have ever worked with that has been truly fair to deal with. They do not place any unreasonable fees on my loan, and if I have any type of emergency come up, all I have to do is call them, and they have always worked it out. I am very grateful that I found this company.

They charged a $400 fee that I was not informed of, either in writing or verbally. The document that advised of this fee only showed up in my account after the money (minus $400) was transferred to my account.

The customer service was friendly but after being transferred multiple times and speaking with multiple agents somewhere the fees were misunderstood and I ended up with 20% of my loan going to origination and consultation fees. The whole process started with a "pre-approval" letter. I would not recommend a loan through Upgrade unless absolutely necessary and be aware that you'll only receive about 80% of your loan amount.

I've never experienced anything like this. Upgrade was so easy to apply for a loan and get it approved and sent to my bank within 2 business days. It was awesome! And I received a good interest rate as well. Unbelievable! I had to check the reviews before I started the loan process and found that it was legitimate.

Upgrade has always come through when I needed them. Very easy to use. Their website and customer service is always friendly and helpful. Their loan process is very easy to navigate and understandable. Gives you different loan options.

I have been contacting customer service via email and I am not getting a response. I didn't get the full amount of the loan and just want to know why and I paid on some items and I think they were paid.

This is my second loan with Upgrade. Both time they were extremely fast and easy. You can apply at 5pm Eastern and by 6am the money is in your account. Upgrade has the absolute best customer service too.

I was never told about an origination fee. If I knew they would keep 800.00 of my 10,000.00 I would have never agreed to the loan. I feel they are very dishonest. They tell you a lot of things, text you 2 times every day call you every day of the process, but never tell you about the origination fee. I would never use them again or recommend them at all.

Why is UpgradeInc trying to charge me when I've never applied for a loan thru them? When I try to "ck my account" 'here' it tells me "address not found." It is showing up on my Experian account and is triggering alerts from Discover.

I tried a refinance loan with the house. That was very complex. Here, I simply clicked the desired amount needed and it was in my account the next day. Pay off creditors, make one monthly payment and done in 3 years.

Upgrade is awesome! I hope I’m able to qualify for more in the future! They came through when I needed them most 2 times, grateful to have them. I used them for a cruise I was going on and I used them for a personal loan.

I did a credit card debt, the process and approval were fast. No collateral and no references like other loans. They paid off the credit card within 2 business days and send the rest to my account. I will do it again when I finish paying it off.

This is my second Upgrade loan. I got a good APR, now I paid off my high interest credit card. Upgrade is saving me $8000 interest and in 3 years it will be paid off. I have been paying on that credit card for 10 years and getting no where. Only bad thing is the origination fee but for me it was worth it.

Took out personal line of credit. Was fast and easy. Paid off early and took out a loan. Preapproved, signed and money received in 24 hrs. Very easy. Would highly recommend!!! You won't regret working with this company 5 stars plus.

I checked several options for getting a loan to pay down my credit card. Upgrade had the best interest rate. The Upgrade loan process was easy to understand, and I was able to complete everything online without any problems.
