United Debt Relief Program was an asset to our financial needs. The staff is punctual and professional. They explain how the process work and gathered all my debts that was hindering my credit score and finances such as loans, charge off etc. The information is gathered then the company set up a debt relief plan that is based on a more comfortable and affordable plan once a month for all of my loans in one payment. The lenders are paid off without the extra interest charges that was attach to my loans by the Debt Relief Program.

I've been with United Settlement for almost two years now, and it’s truly been one of the best financial decisions I’ve ever made. Their policy was clearly that they wouldn't move forward on anything without a call from me and a call to verify I agreed with settlement. I did not, they took it on their own behalf to move forward and start to pay off debts! I received a letter from the creditor that had a report of what was paid. And NONE of this was approved from me? So they didn't pay any of them off in full as from a logical standpoint, you start with the smallest pay off in full and repeat! This wasn't done, they paid small amounts to several. One of which I stated on their recorded line that I had no interest in resolution of their debt. Save your money and pick a better option! I have used others, they kept their word and didn't just go ahead and spend your hard earned money as they saw fit! I needed the 2k to move out of townhouse as I have a shattered leg from an accident and now am completely unable to use anything, but those crooks got their 25% and that's their only goal!

This company is horrible to work with. They can only focus on one account at a time and then they don't even do a good job at that. Out of $3970.01 paid to the company, only $1944.00 has been paid to creditor. They have kept the rest of the money for "their fees" I am assuming. Big mistake to use them! Very disappointed.

They took my of 3100 then made up a story about 25% fee and was told so you would only get a refund of 516 that I never received. I have been getting the runaround since. They always say we get the person In charge of the account to call and they never do or when they do they say we going to take care of it with no results and no refund.

So where do I start. I’m at almost 3 years of paying. Started off with 3 credit cards, after a year I got a notice that said they couldn’t settle one of the credit cards because of the state that it was in. Which was Washington state. So down to 2. They got those settled, and after I had paid both of them half way off, the company's payments stopped going through for one of them. The bank canceled the contract, and I have spent the last 8 months calling them to figure out the next plan. I’m 2 payments away from being done and have called probably 30 times.

I'm actively enrolled in United Debt Settlement. The enrollment process involved me sharing lines of credit that had opened and signing some things. The program broke down payments. They first collected everything into one payment that I pay altogether, and then also has made it more spread out over time without collecting too much more interest that would have me paying forever. If I am having trouble making a payment or if I need to change things, I call them up and they're able to try to work with me and break down payments differently. Everyone's very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. If they don't know all the answers, they seem eager and willing to go figure out the answer for you as to the issue at hand. They will find out the answer and work with me the best they can to make it work for me. I was trying to get the best deal when they're actively trying to negotiate with the debtors.

United Debt Settlement was the first one to be most hands-on. They helped me get it back on track financial-wise. And they also helped me settle with my credit card that had outrageous interest. The rep was very customer friendly, quick turnaround time on anything I needed. They matched to what I was able to afford at the time. And even though I've had additional settlements come up simultaneously, they were still able to work within my means. It has been all a good experience. I utilize credit cards less, made better financial decisions than I did when I was younger.

I called United Debt Settlement. They went through the whole process of everything they do. They talked about what they charge and how they do it based on their income and whatever your debt is. It was simple and straightforward. You pay them a monthly fee, and then they put your money in escrow. Then they negotiate the settlement fees with the other companies. Based on the settlement agreement, they pay them off. I'm pretty much done with them and it's already been effective. There was a time period that their website was down for about a month. But they let me know it was down.

The guy that I originally talked to from United Debt Settlement was very understanding and patient. I had $20,000 of credit card debt after my divorce. I was just looking to get rid of it as easy and as cheap as possible. United Debt Settlement gave me the best advice, which was just to hold off on the debt consolidation and get all that squared away because my credit will go down until it goes back up. Three months went by, and he didn't even call me once. After I got everything sorted out, I reached back out to the guy that originally called me and gave me all the advice. Then I set it all up and signed up that day. United Debt Settlement was able to help out. It was like a permanent payment plan and then 0% interest. They let me choose what day works best for me and I chose once a month on the same date, which is the 1st. I have it on an automatic payment system and I'm about 75% done.

I wanted to consolidate all my finances. I really want to have all this debt behind me before I retire. I made a phone call to United Debt Settlement and I told them all my debt that I wanted to put in the program. They told me the amount that they were gonna take out of my checking account each month. It sounded sufficient enough for me to pay off my debt over so many years so I went for it. I've been all right with them ever since. In May, I should be in my last payment. It's been a long road of four years. United Debt Settlement got my back covered. I've been keeping honest with them, paying them before the time, and doing all the things I need to do. Everything was pretty good.

Working with United Debt was really easy. I called them up. They gave me their spiel and they told me what they were gonna do. Then I still wasn't sure about doing it. I was talking to their guy. He said, “I’ll call you back on Saturday. And if you wanna do it, that's fine. If not, that's fine. No pressure, no rush, no worries.” So far, everything's great. They pay back what the creditors will take for a minimum, and I haven't really had a hard time at all paying United Debt Settlement to get it done. It's taken a lot of the stress off. I just still struggle to sign into the website to figure out where I am in my debt payoff. It's hard to do.

Their customer support was good. The only time I hear from them is when they're wanting to make a settlement with somebody. They talk to them. Then they call me and tell me what the thing is. I just okay or not okay it.

My debt was too much for me to handle. I worked with United Settlement and they were fine.

United Debt Settlement is more consistent in saying that they would stay in contact with me. Anytime they made any type of settlements with anybody, they would contact me. The rep broke things down and gave me an overview of how things would work. And that's what they've been doing. It takes the weight from a lot of the debt collectors calling me.

They were easy to work with. However, they never really sent me any paperwork on it. They just take their fee every month, and I haven't been able to get anything in writing from them. I also wanted to find out how much longer I had and get something in writing, but I never heard back from them. They could do a little better communicating. I'd like to get some paperwork and see where I stand.

United Debt Settlement hasn't helped me much. They claimed they could get me out of debt in two years and save me lots of money. I went with them, it caused my credit score just one time to plunge 80 points, and I about had a heart attack. I had over $1,100 in a savings account type deal with them. They were hardly paying anything. And they got a marking accounts off. I picked some of the accounts back up and paid it off myself.

Enrolling was pretty easy. The service has been good so far.

Signing up with United Debt Settlement was a good experience but they’re not giving me a lot of details on the payment plan. They cannot do the settlement with one of the debts so, I’m paying the bank. That's $5,000 taken out of the settlement and my payment to United Debt should be less than what I pay right now. But I still pay the same thing and the rep said we would keep it that way to be shorter term. But they didn't tell me when it's gonna be done. The process takes too long. If I have a contract with them, I'm gonna pay that month. So I should not have to wait six months for them to start to do the settlement. But I referred a friend already who was doing the same thing.

It was good with the rep at United Debt Settlement. It was like having a conversation with a friend. The process was easy. It was done electronically, so there was no mailing back and forth. If I get documents in the mail from the credit card companies or anybody else concerning any of the accounts, I just upload it to their website and they take care of it. By the end of next year, we'll be done with it.

I consolidated my debt and I'm still in the process. They helped me with one claim and consolidated my Capital One. When I called with them, everything was clear.

They contacted the people that I owe money to and worked out a settlement with each one. We came up with a price that I could afford monthly. I got to choose a date, which was really helpful, because I'm on Social Security, so we get paid once a month. I wanna make sure that the money's there all the time. The reps were very polite. They had the information that I needed and they were always ready to answer any questions I have. They've been doing a really good job. Their program has taken a lot of worry out.

United Debt Settlement has been quite wonderful. I enrolled for the consolidation program almost two years ago, and the rep went step by step. It was really good. The program works too. I'm in it for one more year, and they'd be right on time.

United Debt Settlement was vey helpful and answered the phone. There was only one account that was supposed to be settled and the rep told me I was only gonna make 36 payments. But they said I needed to pay more so they can settle the last account. They tried to extend two more months but it was only an estimate. I said if they wanted an estimate, I wouldn't settle. I argued with them and they complied. I told the person that I was closing the account and to send me back what’s left of my money and I’ll settle the last account myself. I kept on calling every month. Then, they told me that I still owe 200. I wasn’t paying anything because I already talked to this lady, Fatima, and she said she would take care of it. In the end, I was satisfied. It's just that you have to be strict with them. You have to be on top of it, otherwise they screw you.

I had to send them statements for everything, and then they contacted everybody else and told them what my payment was. It was easy. They told me how much it would be a month, and then they told me how it worked out. They also would always call me and make sure I was okay with the deal before they went ahead with it.

I'm happy with United Debt so far. Their program has eliminated a lot of our debt. They took everything that I was trying to get rid of and turned it into them. They came up with a plan and told me what the payment was and figured we could handle it. Every time I've talked to the reps, they were really nice and helpful. I was very satisfied and I'd recommend them to anybody.

United's reps explained a lot of stuff to me about what I needed to know and how things work. They're very understanding, good to work with, and will help you out. With their program, I got my credit where it needs to be. My credit score was in the 300s when I started, and now, it's almost 700.

The rep I dealt with did most of the work during the process. I just had, in the beginning, a couple of my collectors calling me but United Debt took care of everything. I didn't have to go worrying about who's gonna call and everything goes to them. Working with them helped me a lot and I'd tell others to go with them.

It's been excellent with United Debt Settlement so far. It works for us. They're very helpful. They make things very clear. They're upfront and don't lie about anything. They're doing what they say they're gonna do. We're happy with them.

They were very patient and understanding with us. They walked through everything that we wanted to consolidate and gave us advice on what the payments could be and options for that. Questions that I had, they answered thoroughly. Just very easy to work with. They always send an email and follow up with a phone call to let us know what's getting paid off. The communication's very good with them. At first, it hurts your credit. But as long as you're patient and continue to make payments with them, it, for sure, gives you relief from being in debt and it's worth it in the end.

They took two cards and consolidated them and set me up on a monthly payment for three years. That reduced the payment at least by $350 a month. My debt will be paid off in five months. They've been great as well. There had been a couple of months where the money had been a little bit tighter. They were always able to push a payment to the last of the loan just to give a break, especially around the holidays. They're also always very pleasant on the phone for being the type of industry that they are. Also, they go to bat for me with the credit card company. It was a good relief not to have to worry about dealing with credit card companies anymore, that they step in and do that for me. I would definitely recommend United Debt Settlement.

United Debt Settlement is pleasant to work with. The payment plan isn't ideal but they do the negotiations back and forth and so it's a fair deal. I could do it lower, but I need to pay more so I can get it paid off faster. They are hard to get in touch with if you have a question. You have to send an email, and sometimes you have to wait to hear back from them. They have a direct number, but you have to wait and wait on the phone.

I had accrued some unsecured debt. My grandson wrecked my car and that created a large debt. The loan that I had was secured by the car. The company didn't work with me with getting the right settlement that I should have gotten for the wrecked car so that put me in a bind everywhere. I wanted to get everything paid off. I didn't wanna leave anybody a hole in a bag. I needed help.

Ramon just spoke with me. He is calm, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and concerns professionally and paid close attention to my questions. Great group of people to work with. They never make my concerns seem idle and spend their time explaining all I need to know.

So far, my experience with them has been good. I had gotten in debt all of a sudden due to a stroke. They were courteous and informative. They told us what to expect and the process. They asked if I worked and how we make payments. I was impressed with their patience with me. We thought we had an issue come up when we had a fraud alert from our debit cards. We were getting to pay United Settlement and we missed the payment. They eased our mind on that. We explained what happened and they understood. I recommend them.

I'm not happy with them. We started out paying the bill. They called back after months and said they needed more money, $100 more a month. We called a few months ago to find out how many more payments we got and we're up here in July. But they said, "You might have to go longer."

The rep at United Debt Settlement was pretty nice and they've been flexible with the payments. In fact, I'm going to have to put them on hold for a little bit. I've had some issues and they're going to have to take a backburner for a month or two or three or four.

United Debt Settlement's program worked good so far. I told them the other stuff I had going on and we worked it out. I'm down 60%. They helped tremendously. They freed up some cash. Give them a call and see what they can offer you and help you out. They're good and understanding.

The rep from United Debt Settlement was very informative, helpful, and patient. So far, the program has been great. I haven't had any complaints. They email me periodically to keep me informed of my progress and there's a website I can go to to check my progress and all that information. I'm almost finished, too. I would recommend United Debt if my friends needed the help.

The girl I worked with was spot on. She knew what she was talking about. She knew how to help me. So far, I've been with them for almost a year, and I have paid down the majority of my debt. My credit score has also gone up. My TransUnion was 430 and my Equifax was at 410. Right now, my TransUnion is almost 600 and my Equifax is 515. My credit’s been getting better with them.

Working with United Debt has been really good. I missed one payment because I lost the income. They offered to push back that one and the one that was coming up. They already got rid of one of my cards, we're working on the second one. But there’s an issue because they said they can't reach them so I have to be the one to call them.

I was able to speak with him. Very great customer service, attentive, good listener, over all it a beautiful to speak with him. The answer were always right to the point what I want to hear. I do not mind to speak with him again.

My main concern was if the monthly payment I would have to make would fit my income and United's reps took care of that quickly. And it was very easy to work with them. It wasn't long after submitting the forms that they'd tell me that they would take it all from there. I gave them information on prior debts and my personal income, this way they could work and try to balance with not only the income, but also the debt ratio. They asked me what my comfort zone would be as far as payments versus outside of the regular bills that I was submitting. This way I wasn't constantly strapped for cash. They got it to a point where all I had to do is tell them what my comfort zone was and what else was needed. And they worked with that.

The rep I talked to figured out what my total debt was and then he went over all the different options, what my payments would be a month, and how long it would be going on for. Every time I had a question or needed to reach out to him, I'd call and if I didn't get him right away, I'd leave a message. He'd give me a call right back and he was very prompt. They were able to get my payments down below what I was already paying and it would be a lot less time than what it would have been paying on it. One account wasn't settled for less and they were able to work with me and keep my payment right where they were.

I had a bunch of bills that I fell behind on because of COVID and then I ended my short term disability. I needed a way to consolidate everything. United Debt was the first people that I talked to. The process was interesting at first because I didn't quite fully understand it. But it was relatively easy to get all the information over. They sent everything neatly and it was really understandable where you had to sign and what exactly was happening. But I didn't quite grasp that I was gonna continue to get negative reports on my credit after dealing with them. But I understand why that is and that they're holding funds for you so that they can go and stay out.

I got a call from United Debt Settlement, and I fell in love. From the get-go, they listened to everything I had to say and offered me different plans to help me get everything paid off. I was a little upset in the beginning because I was told it would only be a year, but it has been almost two. I'm okay with that, because at least 98% is paid off. I got two payments left and I'm good to go. The management team back in October let me put 800 down, and the rep gave me a few months off because I got let go from my job. In November, I got knee surgery, she gave me from October until February to start paying again. She gave me those months off with no fee. I went through a rough time, and I'm very thankful that she helped me out.

If you have any concerns, call United Debt Settlement's number and they would run you through and let you know. Tell them how much you have in debt and they would tell you what kind of a payment they would set you up for 36 months. United Debt Settlement explained to me what they did, and I explained to them what I needed to be done. And they took the ball from there and ran with it. I told them what I had outstanding. And they must have had a matrix that they went off of, and they told me what it would cost me a month for three years, and I went with it. Anything I asked, they answered. And I had several follow-up calls initially. I had complete confidence in United Debt, so it took everything off my shoulders. They've done all the footwork, and I would get an email when they updated my accounts. I got everything under one roof. The money is there every month and they handle it for me. It's a wonderful experience.

My son's paying for the United Debt account, but it's under my name because the credit card is under my name. Every time he would be a little bit late to put money in there, they would call me. Their customer service reps are all great, very polite, very professional, and they understand whenever my son gets behind. Everything is good. The man who always called me from New York is very understandable.

I tried a couple of other places and there were a lot of factors that I didn't agree with. Their procedures were nothing I liked. But United Debt Settlement was consistent and I liked how they took the money. They set it up to take it right out of my bank account. So you miss it, but you don't really miss it. The reps always answered my questions. I had a little bump in the road in the last payment and they rectified that problem. I was very satisfied with how they did it. It was good all the way through.

I'm getting out of debt with United Debt Settlement. The customer service has been good. The rep was very knowledgeable.

They're paying off my credit cards and they've been pretty flexible. I pay them every two weeks for a set amount. I work part-time, and if the office is closed and I don't work, I don't get paid. So when I run into those situations and call them, they'd let me skip a payment or two. They've been very, very nice about that. They were very, very pleasant and understanding. The enrollment process was pretty simple. I filled out gazillion forms but it was all done through emails and they would send me the things that I needed to sign. Whenever I've called for whatever reason, whoever I spoke to has been really, really helpful and really nice. If anybody else was in a situation like this, I would definitely recommend them.

I called United Debt Settlement and I loved what I was hearing. I didn't feel they were scamming people, and it worked out that they were pretty good. The services were to take my debt, go to the debt collectors and work out a settlement with them where I would have to pay less. I had to send them all my bills, and then they went over and reviewed them and let me know what my debt was, and then they worked with the creditor one at a time. If they had a settlement amount, they would call me and ask me if it was okay. I would agree or disagree, and then they took it from there.

United Debt Settlement completely resolved my issue and were very pleasant in the process. Try to work out a reasonable repayment plan with your creditors. If they will not help you then call United Debt. Read the agreement carefully and be sure to ask all your questions and concerns. They are very helpful. If you understand their agreement then you can move forward with confidence.

The rep explained the things that I didn't know that could be a possibility to fix my problems and I was very pleased with them. United Debt is working great. I got into a 30-month program to consolidate all my debts, and I'll be done in August. I got laid off from my job and I stopped for almost three months and they worked it out with me and didn't charge me any penalty. They said they just wanna help me because I’ve been a valued customer. My credit improved a little bit though it's not there yet because there are a couple of things that are still there. People who are asking about United Debt should go for it and not think about it twice. Another company called me when I started the program. I was eight months on it and the rep tried to convince me to switch. I told them I'm fine here and I'm going nowhere. I hope I don't need United Debt again but I’ll highly recommend them.

The experience with United Debt Settlement was wonderful. Everybody was on point with everything. They broke everything down. It was real. Every representative I spoke to from the first person to the last was great and legit. I felt so good I got my mother to do the program. I'm debt-free. I got tricked into doing some things financially and United Debt helped me out of that. I got a couple of other things out there, but they're minor.

I used United Debt Settlement’s service for my credit card and getting enrolled in the process was easy, all the way around. But it’s been three years and what I called initially for is still there. I haven't received any quality of service yet. I'm still just paying them for nothing. People should not use them.

The rep asked me the credit cards I wanted to give up. I told him I wanted to keep at least three. I told him what I owed and he wrote it down. Every time I called, they answered and spoke with me professionally. But what I couldn't understand is that nobody could let me know how much they were getting from the money that I'm paying. Initially, the rep was fast-talking like how some people are when they're trying to get your money. So I said, You can't fast talk to me like that because I work too hard and retired. You need to slow down." Other than that, I stopped getting the credit calls while in the program. Also, I now have an excellent credit score of 738. They might have overcharged me at $477 every month for four years but for the mere fact that I don't get a phone call anymore, I don't care.

United Debt Settlement explained how the program worked. We talked about how the different accounts I had would work with payments. And we got signed up. They emailed me back quickly if I emailed them. If not, I just give them a call, and they've always been very helpful. I pay my monthly amount and they help me take care of the bills. It's still stressful paying the monthly amount because it's way more than my mortgage. But it has been helpful that I know that stuff is getting taken care of. I would recommend working with them. It has been a positive experience.

I gave United Debt Settlement a call and I went through the whole process. They explained their process to me. I thought about it and went with them. I'm still in the program. They have always been there to answer any questions I have and always keep me in the loop for what is going on. With them working with the debt issues, it was a huge help to me and it impacts my life for the better.

The difference between what I owe the people that I bought some chemicals from and what they settled for was substantially reduced. So, I was very impressed with that. I ended up paying off early. The whole process went well.

Getting enrolled was very easy and I was impressed with their kind attitude and knowledge about their product. Working with them has made life easier. We set up an amount that they take automatically out of my checking account. I’d tell others to give United Debt a call and sign up.

I was buried before and now, I'm almost out of the hole. But I've been a little disappointed by some of the settlements. United Debt Settlement promised out of the gate that they'd shoot for 50% or 60% but it feels like I've been in the program a little longer than intended and I'm still in it.

United negotiated with the vendors with whom I had that debt, mostly credit card and secure debt. I liked that it gave me time and it reduced the number of debt. There was one point where it did not work and I talked to them about it. I gave them eight accounts to work on and one of these was AmeriCash. They charge very high-interest rates. It's 399% per year. They had $5,000 owed to them.

This is a great choice for anybody whose debts are overwhelming. They contact your the companies and arrange a settlement and instead of having multiple payments you just pay United Settlement a monthly fee. It's great and takes all the stress off of you. I don't know how I could have paid all my accounts off without their help.

The enrollment process with United Debt was easy. They just had me fill up some paperwork. I talked to the consultant once at the beginning. Then they sent me the paperwork. I called once after I got it because I had a couple of questions and they said not to worry about that stuff because they already knew what I was doing for debt consolidation. Since working with United Debt, my credit took a hit for a little bit, and then it went up. I've only got four more payments, and I'm going to be done. They sent me emails to keep me updated. I sent them an email a while back asking how many payments I had left. Things have been going really well.

United Debt was very helpful. The agent I spoke to who gave me their contact info and told me step-by-step what the process was, what I was supposed to do on my end and what I needed to be aware of. They were understanding and very polite. They helped clear things up. The process didn't take long. It was two and a half years. It was an excellent experience. The service is worth it.

I had called to get some information on my account because there were some discrepancies with the last couple of phone calls I had made and the people I had talked to. This time I had the pleasure of working with China and she was able to quickly get me the answers to the questions and concerns I had. Prior to this I was a little irritated with U.D.S. after a couple situations had come up but after working with her and her professionalism my concerns are gone! Thank you very much!

The rep that I worked with was really good. He explained things and answered all my questions. He was very, very nice. I had to call before and ask them to let me skip a payment. From what I'm told, I had money in there to cover that month’s payment, so it didn't penalize me. It’s great that there's been a couple of accounts that have been paid off but I feel like some of them would be paid off quicker than they have been. Overall, my experience has been a good one.

Everything was great. The rep walked me through everything I needed to do. From there on, once a month, he emailed to let me know the way my contract was going. They consolidated credit cards for me and cleaned those up. They gave me an amount which was feasible. Working with them made my life easier.

I'm still in the program and I'm a little disappointed in the fact that they had said they had relationships with all my creditors outside of one so it shouldn't be too much of a process. Three years later, there's still one account that hasn't been settled yet. Two personal loans I had took a really long time as well. They told me that by going through them, my credit is gonna build back up and it'll show good payment history. It was supposed to be a $600-a-month payment and when they finally settled one loan, they said, "Yeah, we're gonna need a little bit more money." That 600 went up to 800.

The process was okay to start until we realized how much it would affect us credit-wise. We didn't realize it would be months of having to miss payments to get on track or get settlements. The initial promise wasn't kept with how bad it's gonna affect the credit. Other than that, the reps were good. Also if a deal was struck, it was on the website. If it wasn't, I would have to call in to see the progress. But they were pretty good with that part of it. They saved us $20,000 and the program gave us a structure to get out of debt. In five months, we should be debt-free.

The guy who I was talking to at United Debt explained the options where I might be able to do a loan to consolidate the debt, but we decided that that wasn't a viable option. In the end, they bought out my debt so I could pay it off through them and I would stop paying high interest. The rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and explained things so that I understood them perfectly well. He went over the whole contract and how it would go down before I even agreed to anything. They were also incredibly flexible with respect to the payment plan and their customer service was far better than I had expected it to be. There was one time where I had to cancel a payment because I needed the extra money that week to pay for rent, and they made it work, and I was able to make up the payment the following month.

They weren't pushy or anything at all, which I really liked. Also, with United Debt, it was like a friends-to-friends kind of thing. It was like I knew someone in the business, but I didn't. I've been living on my own since I was 19, so I didn't really have a lot of financial stability, and they didn't judge me on it. I never felt like I was doing something wrong.

They were very friendly. I had like lot of questions because I am kind of scared to do those kinds of things. But they walked me through them really well. Now, I don't really have to worry about my paycheck going more than 50% to do something of a minimum payment, which is not going anywhere anyway. So once we started working things out with them, it made my life a little easier.

They helped me make deals with my creditors to reduce the amount I owed them. I was paying them around 680 a month, and they were able to pay off a couple of my creditors. Then I lost my job and was not able to continue to give my payment. I reached out to United Debt to say I couldn't make payment, but they kept pulling from my account. And I was like, “I can't pay it. I don't have the money.” So I had to go to my bank and put a stop payment so they wouldn't pull any more money from my account. That was the only thing I wished could have been improved because it was very, very hard to do. But the program was great. They did all the work. They explained everything to me. They would reach out to the person that I owed the debt to, come up with a feasible amount to pay them, and then they would reach out to me and say, “Do you agree with this? Yes or no?” I would say yes or no. Then if I said, yes, we would start that payment.

The program is good. Sometimes I got struggles, especially this year, so I just call them and tell them.

After having my review posted the company reached out to me and we discussed my concerns. The rep was wonderful and corrected the issues I was having in just a few minutes. Was super impressed with the end results and his customer service so I am upgrading them to 5 stars.

United Debt Settlement has been very cooperative with my needs as well as my asks. They've taken the time to go through additional details with me. When there were moments of me having more nerves, I was able to call in, mention what was happening and the reps were able to allow me to understand the situation. If I need to take a break, I'm able to take a break. They keep me updated as much as possible. I've had the opportunity to coincidentally get in contact with the same rep more than once. That provides some level of comfort. However, there are moments of when you call in and what they'll say is, "We can always call you back." But there isn't a particular timeframe on which they may call you back. There are moments of long wait times.

My experience with them was good. One time, I was running short on money, so they even let me take a month off to do what I had to do. They were understanding and very good to work with. They seemed happy to do it. They were als right on time and were very available. They did quickly what they said they were gonna do.

The representative that helped my mom Mrs. Mary ** was Miss **. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made us feel like we were the most important case she was dealing with. She represented United Settlement in a most professional and compassion manner. Well done Miss **!

Working with them has been very good. The program is working fine and I'm happy to get rid of some of my debts. It's not too difficult to contact reps. They have experience and they know what they are doing. They worked well with us on the payment plan. We negotiated about the amounts and in the beginning, they gave me an extension if I paid a little less or a little more, but I just tell them what I was comfortable with every month. I'm happy with them and I definitely recommend for you to deal with these people.

I'm close to completing the program with United Debt. They're great at settling my accounts but on the customer service level like trying to get information, they're not that great. I feel like the customer portals should have more information in terms of where the money is going like what payments have been out. I usually have to email them. It would be good to have that on the website at all times so that you can always check that.

Working with them really helped me a lot. I'm a hairstylist and because of the pandemic, I lost a lot of my clients. They lent me 2000 and I went making $700 a month in credit card payments to 183. It relieved my stress. Communication was great and everybody was really sweet. They made me feel important. I was beyond satisfied.

I liked the options that they were able to provide. The rep was understanding of what I was going through at the moment. He was very patient with me and kind. The line for communication was there. I was hospitalized really badly with COVID and I was unconscious for a month and a half. When I called and I regained consciousness, they took care of everything. There were no late fees and negative comments. They just held off the pavements and they worked with me.

I wanted desperately someone to help me with my debts. They answered my questions and I hopped on them. As of right now, everything seems to be working out for me.

The application was easy. It was a good process. United is very easy to work with and flexible. I was in the area where we had some wildfires at one point, so they were able to help me coordinate skipping a payment.

United Debt Settlement is paying off my credit cards. I have a certain amount taken out every month. My credit score has gone up a bit. I get tons of offers now for new credit cards.

The guy salesman told me this is my only option. I still am on disability, so I had a fixed income. We agreed on a certain amount taken out of my check each month. But had a couple of changes within their business, like the accounting part was rebuilt. So, there was a miscommunication with the clients and the billing system. That was part of the reason that I couldn't communicate with them and find out what was really going on. In the end of the day, they took care of my credit, but it cost me 1,200 bucks. If a guy could set it up with the debt collectors on his own, he can save money.

United Debt's representative was great. The application process wasn't hard at all.

I did my research and United Debt looked like the best company. I was not impressed with their reps though. When I called and wanted answers, they didn't seem to be as fluid and as upfront, and as quick as possible. They also have extra fees, and I wasn't told about that. In the end, they said, “Oh, you still owe us this much money.” As far as I was concerned, I borrowed money and paid them off. I didn't know what the extra fees were for. I was not pleased about that. If I knew about them, I would have made different decisions. The fact that nobody mentioned, once I did this, my ability to deal with these vendors would be non-existent anymore was very upsetting.

Everything went well with United Debt's application process. I did everything they asked me to do correctly, and they got back to me. They send me an email and let me know what they've paid, how long they've been paying it, and how many more payments I have. I've heard from three different places, and they were to pay off or have a settlement with others. They always contact me.

The reps have always been sweet and caring. They helped me and always let me know everything. And if I call, they're always sweet to me. Me and my husband were in debt. And I was just about out of that but then, my sister had a wreck and I got into credit card because she couldn't work and I didn't have the money to pay for the stuff she needed. Working with United Debt got my credit back up. I have one more payment and I’m done with the program.

I was in a financial bind and I talked to a gentleman at United Debt, and he said they could help me get out of it over a period of a few years. So I said, “Okay, I’d give it a shot.” It's still costing me a fortune though. They’ve arranged to get my debt down, but I probably should have just paid it myself and not use this program. It ruins your credit too for quite a while. Other than that, United Debt did what they said they would do.

I found United Debt online and it worked out good. It's been a couple of years, and the quality of service has been great. I would recommend them.

United Debt's program got me out of debt. Their customer service had been great. A couple of times, I've had to defer a payment. Something happened with my car one month, and they were really helpful in being able to do that. I couldn't get online for some reason. A couple of times, I called to find out where I was. They were great with that. The only thing is, for people that aren't really techies, maybe they could add quarterly statements of where they were. Otherwise, they're excellent.

I love United Debt Settlement. I did a debt consolidation and the enrollment process was easy and very informative. The rep was able to explain the whole situation rather than trying to pitch me a fantasy saying, "This will be paid off completely in the next couple of weeks." I love the way they handle my debt situation, even though sometimes I have to push back the payments by a month. However, they are based in New York. So I understand that sometimes when I call, they don't pick up or the call drops. But they answer my emails pretty well and I was satisfied with that. Working with them also makes things a little easier on me to pay just one payment every month rather than pay multiple payments.

United Debt reached out to me today and answered all of my open questions. They even provided additional Credit counseling to help me clean up any remaining issues with my credit report. This additional help is greatly appreciated!

I make payments and United Debt’s program make payments to my debts. I was told that in four years’ time, I’ll be without debt, and it's going four years now. The only thing is they don't give me updates from time to time about my debts. They don't put me in the picture, which is not a good thing. Otherwise, I'm okay.

I didn't like United Debt because it took too long, and I don't think they followed up enough. Years ago, I belonged to a debt settlement company, and they always called me. When I called United Debt, the rep was great but nobody called me ever.

I was looking at options as far as debt consolidation. I was having a really rough time with all my debt. I went with United Debt, and the enrollment process was fairly easy. I had the guy’s number that I talked to. He was pretty forward as far as giving me all the details and explaining everything. I've paid off one of my cards. I'm still working on the others. So far, it's been fairly upfront as far as giving me information on how much I've paid and what I have left to pay off. I'm happy with it. It killed my credit score, but that was expected. Working with the company has brought down a lot of the stress of trying to get everything paid off.

I'm very happy with United Debt's program. It helped me too much. The service is good. Whenever you call, the person gives you some information. They just send it to my email or via text. Everything is wonderful.

Everything went well with United Debt. But I'm still in the beginning stages. I called them a week ago. I was a little skeptical. They've only negotiated one of my debts, so far. It bothered me a little bit that they made sure they took their fees out before even sending the first payment to the creditor. It didn't sit 100% well with me. The initial thing was they saved me 40% on the debt, but then they charge you 25% not on the negotiated amount, but on the original amount. It's not really 25%, it's now almost 35% if you go by that figure.

United Settlement help me understand the process and what it takes to get rid of the business debt that I have had. They made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease many times throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone that was in my position. United customer service was great. People I dealt with were friendly, non-judgmental and always heard what I had to say.

Most of my experience with United Debt was fine. After a point, it became a little disappointing. In the beginning, I was told what the program was going to cost me over the life of the program. I was able to pay it off early because of some unexpected funds that came through. I asked for a payoff amount. When I got the payoff amount, I was told that it may or may not cover. At that point, I was paying more than what was projected at the beginning of the program. In addition to that, I had several creditors that I pulled out of the program. I came back, and then had some representatives come back to me later on and say, "We need additional funds to finish these last creditors."

Jeffrey ** was informative, as well as kind. He convinced me that I was doing the right thing. He explained the details of the agreement, answered all my questions, and dispelled all doubt that I made the right decision. He is a well-informed agent.

Jeffrey ** has been the most helpful and understanding person I have worked with regarding business. He paid special attention to helping me get set up and thoroughly explained the process so that I was not left confused. He responded to all of my questions quickly and with patience. He deserves the best attention as that is what he has given me. Thank you.

The program is going in a different way. Initial two accounts I was told I will be paying only 40 to 50% of the total amount, but the other two accounts are 100%. My credit rating had gone bad too. I’m not able to get anything. But in terms of services, I feel good. I went through the services of attending the calls, responding to the emails, explaining the details. Everything was taken care of nicely. Only the settlement part I’m not happy with.

The enrollment process at United Debt Settlement was very quick. I got prompt service. Just answered a few questions and got the ball rolling. They worked with me on my budget. I'm still working through it. By this time next year or close to it, I'll be done. This was my first experience and I am totally satisfied and I would recommend them to a relative or a friend.

They were wonderful. I was happy with them. At first, I was skeptical, because I thought maybe this is a scam. But luckily, it worked out for me. I'm done with the program. They told me I could pay a little bit more, so, I was able to do it two months ahead of the schedule. It was a good experience with the rep. I communicated with them online most of the time. Once in a while, I would just call them to get updates and they were very receptive. They were also very reasonable and they didn't charge too much.

They're a good company. If I ever get into a financial jam, I'll go with them again. They didn't bug me. They just left me alone, let me pay my bill. Their program helped me make better decisions on not getting credit cards and helped me to be more responsible for making payments.

Harry ** walked me through the process and explained to me exactly what was going to happen while in the program. He didn’t sugarcoat anything. He educated me on my previous financial situation, explained the benefits of their services, and prepared me for not so great aspects. I highly recommend speaking to a certified debt specialist at this company. They will tell you how it is and handle your debt as quickly and efficiently as possible.
