I’m very satisfied with the customer service at United Settlement. They were patient and nice to me. Unlike the other company I enrolled with who just wanted my money. They rescued me from that company.

I had a wonderful experience with UDS. Their friendly and knowledgeable team made the debt consolidation process easy and stress-free. They clearly explained my options and helped me create a plan that lowered my monthly payments. Thanks to their support, I feel much more in control of my finances. I'm writing this review mainly to shout out Mark in the customer service department. He helped me big time when I found myself in a pinch being able to make my scheduled payments. By listening to my issue, he was able to provide a solution by working with necessary managers and creating a realistic plan for myself while I navigate this hiccup in the road. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience working with United Settlement. I've fallen on hard times financially and even while being laid off and trying to make ends meet, they've been able to work with me and assist with making my scheduled payments. Not to mention, they're saving me a lot of money through their negotiations with my creditors.

This company is horrible! I have made 21 payments and only 3 payments have been made towards the credit cards. They simply just take your money and run when I could have just paid off the card by now.

This company has done an amazing job handling my debt. I was a bit embarrassed when signing up for the program but the people who handled my account were super friendly and did not make me feel judged at all. I never thought I’d be in control of my finances again. I truly appreciate these guys.

So, I normally don't write reviews, but I just had to this time. After drowning in debt with no way out, United Debt Settlement swooped in and saved the day! This company and their team go out of their way to address all my fears and concerns with regard to my debt. When I called initially I was being overwhelmed with my minimum payments on all of my accounts but after speaking with United and they were able to cut my monthly payment down by more than half as well as already seeing amazing results just a few months into the program! They broke everything down clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me or pressuring me. Their policy was clearly that they wouldn't move forward on anything without a call from me and a call to verify I agreed with settlement. I did not, they took it on their own behalf to move forward and start to pay off debts! I received a letter from the creditor that had a report of what was paid. And NONE of this was approved from me? So they didn't pay any of them off in full as from a logical standpoint, you start with the smallest pay off in full and repeat! This wasn't done, they paid small amounts to several. One of which I stated on their recorded line that I had no interest in resolution of their debt. Save your money and pick a better option! I have used others, they kept their word and didn't just go ahead and spend your hard earned money as they saw fit! I needed the 2k to move out of townhouse as I have a shattered leg from an accident and now am completely unable to use anything, but those crooks got their 25% and that's their only goal!
