I had a huge debt that was growing by the day, and Traxion turned out to be my savior. They took over immediately, and resolved the lien as soon as possible. My case manager Emilie was always available for questions, and made the entire situation stress free. Highly highly recommend if you owe the IRS.

I'm happy with Traxion. I used to be with Rush Tax and I didn't go anywhere with them. The only thing that was happening was changing the guys who were on my file. They had a high turnover in their business. I'm also surprised they're still advertising on radio. I even complained to Rush that it was a false advertisement. I said I wanted to call Sean Hannity who was advertising for them and tell him that these people were no good because they advertised for something they never do. But then, I received an email telling me that all my files would be sent to Traxion and that they were going to take over. They tried to contact me and told me that they had my file. Then they started working on my behalf, so it was a smooth transition. They took care of my tax owed and that's huge. I'm so free now. I would refer them to somebody who has a tax problem and want it to be solved.

If you're having tax issues with IRS, contact Traxion Tax. It would be very beneficial. I was impressed with their reps' knowledge. Also, if I shot an email, I would get a response quickly. They would address it immediately.

When I received my first IRS notice, you could say I was terrified. Waves of anxiety rushed through my body, but I was more worried for my family than anything. My IRS problems go back to the 08 recession, my plumbing biz was revamping and we didn't pay payroll taxes for some months, then outta nowhere the irs drained our account twice, after the 2nd time I called Traxion. They sent all my paperwork to the irs and handled all the hard stuff, thanks for the great work

A few years ago, I received a notice from the IRS stating I owed taxes on my commission income, but the amount was much higher than it should have been because the IRS mistakenly counted my income twice. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the IRS, I wasn't making any headway, and their support was less than helpful. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I decided to search for professional help online and found Traxion Tax. That’s when I started working with my case manager, Anthony.
Anthony and I worked together to file an appeal, which ended up taking nearly nine months. Throughout that period, the IRS kept extending the process, but Anthony was always proactive and kept me informed about what was happening and what I needed to do next. His professionalism and thoroughness made a big difference in helping me stay on track during this long process.
Eventually, we reached the point where I could submit an Offer in Compromise (OIC), which Traxion Tax prepared and submitted for me. The IRS accepted the OIC, finally closing my case, and it’s now been over a year since the issue was resolved. Although I was initially skeptical about paying a monthly fee instead of an upfront sum, the overall service and support I received were well worth it. After facing tax issues spanning three years due to COVID, I was contacted by the IRS, who made it clear they were beginning collections for a debt they claimed I owed. Not feeling confident in handling the situation myself, I reached out to Traxion Tax. Right from the first call, they filed a power of attorney to stop any immediate IRS actions. Over the next few weeks, they filed several of my back tax returns, keeping me updated throughout the process, and all I needed to do was authorize the filings.
What impressed me most was their prompt response. They acted swiftly, and I felt that my case was being given immediate attention. For instance, about a month ago, I received a notice from the IRS regarding a hearing. Traxion Tax had informed me to expect this notice and acted right away once it arrived. Though there were occasional gaps in communication, the team has recently made a greater effort to check in weekly, which is very reassuring.
