THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I Do not see how they are still in business. The customer service is horrible. They aren't people friendly. This company is for people who came out of bankruptcy but yet they are mean and nasty and don't know how to talk to you. My car didn't have its title when I first got it so my tags went bad and I couldn't even drive the car. I was told they were pushing my payment out but they actually just changed the due date on it. When requesting to actually change my due date they were aggressive with me as if I was the reason they changed it. HATE THE COMPANY. CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE!!! Wish I knew a better way to report and have someone look into them.

We got a loan through this company for a car and although it was extremely high interest, we agreed to it. After paying for quite some time, I had major health issues and was 1200.00 behind, two car payments however, had a payment arrangement with them to completely catch up. At the grocery store a few days later they repossessed it. Then, they wouldn’t send me a bill for the balance after they got paid from the auction. Now 4 years later, they want to be paid interest on the balance of $4,000.00 for a total of over 17,000.00. I have an attorney so I’m not putting up with their ridiculousnesses but be warned. This company is the worst of the worst and shouldn’t be allowed to do business

Has anybody had an experience where they actually call your job to verify your employment or do they just accept paystub? I was just curious. In the past most lenders did paste those, but I was told that these people call your job which I don’t want my job knowing my business.

We had bought a car. Yes I fell behind. They had an alarm put on our vehicle when purchased. You know so they could control our life? Well my husband took over our bills. Well over a year of on time payments. Mind you we couldn’t figure out why car wouldn’t start. (For over a year) we called asking to turn alarm off to be told it wasn’t on. Only to FINALLY pay it off. We then received a letter stating we can have this thing removed now that it’s paid. Guess what?? My car started. Yes I have an attorney. The one employee I had to deal with was Heàther. Lucky I couldn’t see her personally. I’d go off on her. So disrespectful and rude. I can’t wait to hear this crap!

They are reporting to my credit late payments and the loan is still open because they haven’t sold my vehicle yet which is making it hard for me to purchase another car!! They are horrible. Don’t work with you. The people that answer the phone is ridiculous. They just served me some papers and I'm going to go loco.

How is this even legal? Interest is triple. No way this can be legal... How can 107.80 only go on principal and $492.20 on interest. This is loan sharking and illegal. It's triple the principal! I think I need to contact department of justice, the FTC, the attorney general and every other regulator I can find and get away from Prestige Financial for good.

I purchased a vehicle with Prestige as the financer. Due to a illness, I voluntarily repoed the car. I recently completed the payoff through my County Court in November 2022 and was informed that the payoff was complete. But to my surprise Prestige claims I still owe $155.00, after the fact. I have never been informed of this debt, no bill, call or email stating I owe this extra amount. When I spoke to Zack(my holder), I couldn't get a straight answer as to why I owe this amount, other than, 'It's interest". Why wasn't this included in the court garnishment or added on through the court. Prestige has no one for me to speak to besides Zack. They claim that their legal dept doesn't accept incoming call. I can't even get the correct attorney who handled the case in Ohio. I'm going to fight this to the end. Very sneaky and underhanded tactics by Prestige.

Purchased a car. They financed my loan. I fell behind. Cst hung up on my loan. I explained to them a date for payment thinking that it was an arrangement. They repossessed my car the day before I said I could pay then wanted me to pay all this extra money to get it back. I said they could keep the car. They were making it impossible to get the car back. Four months later they still haven’t sold my car. They are reporting to my credit late payments and the loan is still open because they haven’t sold my vehicle yet which is making it hard for me to purchase another car!! They are horrible. Don’t work with you. They have horrible attitudes and feel like they can talk to you any way!

Fresh out of Bankruptcy in December 2016 I left my local Ford dealership with a 2015 Ford Focus. The interest was high (16.75%) but who else would give me a car loan? Nobody. On 12/27/2022 I paid my loan off. A lot of life happened in those years. Lost jobs. Moved. Financial issues. You know what though? When I had a problem I called the customer service line and explained my predicament. Every single time they worked with me. EVERY single time. The rate reduction is real. You just have to meet the qualifications. One of them being on auto pay. I don't remember the other 2 things but they spell it out for you if you take 3 seconds to read it. My ending interest rate was 14.25%. I didn't meet the qualifications for a while.
Prestige is a company who primarily deals with bad credit car loans. That's a huge risk for them and I'm sure their repossession rate is sky high. Not their fault. If you don't pay your car note and don't communicate with them then they're going to take back their property. That's how things work in the adult world. Are they friendly? Not really. Are they helpful if you call them? Yes. If you have bad credit and they give you a car loan I suggest you make that bill one if your top 3 priorities because the other options are way worse. I got a 6 year loan and I paid it off in 6 years. I paid a ton in interest but you know what? That's life! My car is mine free and clear. Thanks Prestige for giving me a chance and working with me when life threw those low blows!

Just like everyone else on here … I am stuck with a car that cannot be traded in or refinanced because after 5 YEARS ..I am being told I still owe almost 12K!!! I would just let them take it and be done with it…but I have learned that they will sue and STILL report your bad credit!! Even after they repossess the vehicle!!! Almost $500 a month for 5 years and it is still a nightmare!!!
