My journey with RefiJet began when I reached out by phone, which turned out to be a pleasant experience as my inquiries were effectively addressed. They provided comprehensive explanations about the refinancing process, ensuring all potential scenarios were clear.

I opened a Sofi account and came across RefiJet. They were linked somehow, so when I decided to learn more about refinancing, their reviews caught my eye. I decided to apply using the online process, which was incredibly simple. I clicked the link and quickly received a notification and a call from a representative the next day. My main goal was to gather information, but their approach convinced me to proceed further.

I reached out to RefiJet after discovering their services through Credit Karma. They looked at my credit and they accepted me. And the interest rate was a lot better than the other companies. The refinancing process was a bit lengthier than I anticipated, mainly because I was concerned about making car payments on time while waiting for RefiJet to pay off my previous loan. Although it took nearly 30 days, they assured me just within the timeframe, and their team managed to alleviate my worries.

The refinancing process with RefiJet was incredibly straightforward. I interacted with a very helpful person who maintained excellent communication, explaining what I needed to do and what RefiJet could offer me. I compared their offer with other options but ended up proceeding with them because I was quite pleased with their proposal. The process involved filling out some forms, getting a payoff quote for my old loan, and then they efficiently took care of everything, including setting up the payment structure exactly as I desired.

I recently sought the services of RefiJet to resolve some financial issues I was facing due to a high-interest loan. After going through a divorce, my credit situation wasn't the best, which resulted in me acquiring a truck from CarMax with a steep 28% interest rate. I initially found RefiJet through a Google search while exploring options to refinance my truck. I had received offers from a couple of companies, but RefiJet stood out.

I had been reading a lot about RefiJet as I wanted to refinance my auto. On 12/6/25 I called and began the process with Mr. Luke **. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in detail - until he wasn't. On 12/15/25 my loan was approved, all the online documents signed with both my current lender and the new lender. Finally, on 12/31/25 I sent Mr. ** a text asking why my loan hadn't been funded yet. Mr. ** answered on 1/5/26 saying not to make the payments (December & January) and the loan would be paid before my grace period was up and I would get the payments back. Did he even remember me or our conversations? I put in a call to the Loan Processor, Nelly, to see if she could tell me why my loan hadn't been funded. I never received a text or call back from Nelly. My loan was not processed until 1/13/26!

I reached out to RefiJet, hoping to simply lower my car payment on my existing auto loan. My credit is good (well above average), and I just wanted a straightforward refinance with a better rate. Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun—gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it—like I was buying a used car off the lot.

Because of RefiJet’s inaction, my plates expired and I’ve been unable to legally drive my car for weeks. I started a lease buyout with them in late September 2025 and paid extra for them to handle the title and Virginia registration. They requested the title from my leaseholder on October 14, it was released on October 16, and then they sat on it until November 11 — when they finally sent it to Virginia only after I chased them for missing loan documents. Since then, every person I’ve spoken with has been defensive and unhelpful, repeating “the process takes a long time” instead of admitting they caused the delay. As of December 15, my registration is expired, my plates are unusable, and RefiJet somehow had my new plates sent to their address, so I’m still waiting for them just to mail me what I need to drive. If you value your time, your sanity, or your ability to use your own car, steer clear of RefiJet.

During the initial phase of the application, I was told a 4.99% APR rate to refinance my auto loan. Then I was told 5.24% APR plus a $200 gift card due to an incorrect quote. Paperwork came in at 6.25% APR including a $495 fee charged that was never disclosed. I canceled the application.

I received the worst customer service from **. He originally told me that I’d receive a refund check in the amount of 4k plus. After about a month, I hadn’t received any payment so I called ** but never received a response (3 calls and a few texts). I called the main number and spoke with Chris (amazing customer service). Chris did all he could to help, but ultimately said that Winthrop would need to call me to resolve. When Winthrop called, he was immediately short, irritated, and rude. He blamed me for his miscommunication and said that my refund would be a couple of hundred, not 4k. He then proceeded to talk over me, raise his voice and then hung up on me. I called the main number back to provide the horrific treatment by Winthrop. I reached a very late end representative (I’ve forgotten her name, but she was awesome). Currently waiting to hear back…..
