Line of credit and couldn't transfer any of the dollars. It said contact us with a number. If it's a line of credit then I should be able to withdraw any time as long as it doesn't exceed the approved amount.

This company is a joke. First of all, they specify they work with people with bad credit. Then, you do the application you upload your pay subs. It does not specify you can't use a screenshot. One of my check stub documents didn't print so I logged into my payroll, app and screenshotted my pay stub then, I went back a couple hours later to check the status. My application has been withdrawn with no email or anything telling me it was withdrawn. And why and the customer service rep states, because it was a screenshot of one of my pay stubs? Well, be specific on your website. Instead of just trying to get people to qualify to have to pay you back with these high interest rate, it's it's I heard in people credit every time something isn't correct. And they pull the application, and the application has to be redone.

Don't use this. I did at first for a 1500 loan as I paid the raised my account limit and ID pay made the mistake of paying, then they raised my limit 3500. Then I realized they were auto charging me twice a month for auto payments where I thought I was paying 320 a month to find out I was paying 640 a month for a 3500 loan and the bad part they charge you 10% for every hundred dollars you borrowed along with a fee for when you borrower and they continue charging you that every month. Here I was making 550 dollar payment every month thinking my Ioan was about paid off. I've paid 4500 over 6 months. I still owe 3100. That what I get for not checking my account. They burned me. I thought I was paying 20% interest. I'm not. I'm paying close to 50% every month.
