Moomoo’s services include self-directed trading, market research, cash management, investor education and portfolio-tracking tools.

  • Account services: You receive cash management features and portfolio tracking tools to monitor your investments.
  • Cash Sweep: You can enroll eligible uninvested brokerage cash in Moomoo’s Cash Sweep program. The money is moved to interest-bearing accounts at participating banks but remains available for investing or withdrawal. Interest accrues daily and is paid monthly. Eligibility requirements and annual percentage yields may change.

Moomoo cost

Moomoo charges no commission for online trades of U.S. stocks and ETFs. Stock and ETF options also have no commission or contract fee, although regulatory and exchange fees may still apply. Index options cost 50 cents per contract.

There’s no annual brokerage account fee or minimum deposit requirement. Automated Clearing House deposits and withdrawals are free. A reversed ACH withdrawal costs $10. Wire withdrawals cost $20 to a U.S. bank or $25 to a foreign bank.

Cryptocurrency is offered through a separate Moomoo Crypto account and has its own trading and withdrawal fees.

Margin trading is available to eligible accounts with at least $2,000 in assets. The margin interest rate is 6.8% at the time of publishing. Event contracts have no commission, although contract prices vary and trading losses are possible. American depositary receipts may carry annual custody fees of 1 cent to 5 cents per share.
