Liberty is a good company, and I have no problem with them. They’re honest people. It’s going slowly but I’ve seen improvement and I’ll be glad when I’m finished with the program.

I've had a good experience with Liberty, so far. They were helpful when I signed up for the debt relief program, so it made it easy for me and I am almost done. They’re very understanding with me, they work with me and I appreciate that every time I reach out to them, they help me.

The debt consultant at Liberty was professional. And they did answer my questions. The payment plan is comfortable for me.

The best thing that Liberty did was to negotiate with my cardholders to agree to a settlement on the account. For those who wouldn’t negotiate a settlement, I had no choice but to stop paying the card. And then when no payment is received, they’re more prone to negotiating a settlement. Liberty did that on my behalf which was fair. And so far, my experience has been positive with them.

The application process Liberty Debt Relief was pretty quick. They told me what the estimated payment every month is gonna be. That’s when I decided whether or not I would do it. I understand how they work, and everything is good with them. I like the outcome I've had.

Liberty Debt Relief completely ruined my credit. Even though I was in a bunch of debt, making my minimum payment, at least my credit was okay. Versus being turned into collections, not being able to get a loan, a house, or a vehicle. They didn’t say that my credit would take a big hit at first. They tell me it’s good to go, and at the tail end, they say they can’t help me because I’m in the program. But as far as them taking care of business, I feel they have. It’s a slow process and in a way it’s because of the money that's going in. If there was more money going in, I think the settlements would be paid off quicker. But right now, I can't afford to give any more than I am.

They call us to get an okay before they make a decision on going ahead with what they worked out with the creditor, we say yes, and they work out the payments for us. It takes up to a year to get to a point where everybody's satisfied and we still have some openings that need to be taken care of, but they are working on it and getting things settled, so we're close to that right now. Any questions I may have or concerns, like one of my biggest ones is from my bank, Chase, they hadn't talked to them yet, so I was concerned, and they said they’ve got Chase scheduled to be added on. So, they’re taking care of us, they keep us informed, and I can't complain.

You're not told you will be taking out an extremely high interest rate loan at the beginning of the program. The interest rate is higher than the amount you owe on your debt. They also don’t tell you that your schedule debt that isn’t paid, you will have to pay or owe on your income tax when you go to file. You have to come up with federal tax money. You never get out of being in debt. It catches up with you on other fashions, they really need to tell people this is the beginning!

Every month $200.00 is deducted from my bank account and whenever I call your company to ask a question no one answers the phone. I just get their voice mail. I leave my phone number and they have my e-mail info but still I never get a return call or an e-mail. Noah ** was the person I talked to about Liberty Debt Relief and he gave me his phone number if I had any questions when I joined Liberty debt relief but now I can't get in touch with him. It makes me concerned whether I should have gotten involved with this.

I had a terrible experience with Liberty Debt Relief. The enrollment process went okay until they hit me with a bombshell by one of their agents. I was on the road driving, he called me and told me that we have two finance companies. My wife has one which is a personal loan, and I had one which was tied to a truck. I didn’t tell him to take the bill off, but he did.

I talked to Matthew at Liberty Debt Relief and he set me up with a dedicated account through which a certain amount of money goes every month. When Liberty gets enough money in there, they start negotiating with my creditors. Liberty lets me know ahead of time what they negotiated and they would able to take money from that account and pay creditors for how much they negotiated. Thus far, we've settled one debt but there are a couple more payments until that is taken care of.

They seem to be doing a good job, however there are things. When I mention the however part, there was a few things I didn't think of when starting this. The creditors included in my account keep raising the amounts due, but then when you get a settlement it looks at the different between current owed and what the settlement was, this is important as you will pay taxes on that difference. Which is inflated because of the late fees. Another thing is a couple of my settlement fees were extremely high, so I wonder if I am really saving anything?

I was a little bit scared at the beginning of the program and they were very detail with information every time I called. They were there for me at the middle of the program. You get use to use your dashboard and you don't have to call as much. Everything is much faster and easier online once you know how the programs works. The only thing I will say is that the fees are a little too high in my opinion but other than that they help out and program works perfect.

It took three days to receive a call back after a message was left for me stating I was approved then only to find out I was not approved by Liberty and had to go through the process with another company. It was very upsetting.
