My husband got laid off from work about two years ago, and we got behind on credit card payments. My husband found Liberty Debt Relief and we got into it. Our payments are high. They should try to help us a little bit more to be less with the payment because we're on a budget every month and we're senior citizens. Also, they keep saying they have sent the paperwork, but I haven't received anything since we started paying them back in May. I have talked to different people. We haven't seen anything in black and white. I was worried because they take a lot of money out of our checking account.
I left a voice message back in October and told them I'm gonna put a stop to the payment that they are taking out because they keep sending us messages and we don't see anything. Right away, they started calling us. Other than that, they're saying they're going through a settlement with the credit cards. I noticed one of them that was a car payment that we had co-signed for my grandson. It was 17,000 and I was wondering if they included that or not.

In trying to get my credit rating improved, I looked up companies and found that my brother was using Liberty Debt Relief. I called on the phone to sign up for the program and they worked good with me. My payment plan is lower than the bills I owed. The customer support has been awesome too. Whenever I have a question, I call them and everything seems to work out. They call me back. When I email them, everybody emails back and they seem nice. The company works really well. I have two cases closed already, and they're still working on something. I have two more years to go, and considering it's my first time to be in debt, the experience has been wonderful.

I was trying to find a way to consolidate my debt and chose to deal with Liberty Debt Relief. They explained everything, and enrollment was easy and seamless. Chris, the rep I dealt with, was very easy to talk to, and anytime I had any questions, it was easy to get ahold of him. While I can't speak to his level of knowledge because I don't know exactly what Liberty was doing, the more I asked questions, Chris was forthcoming with all the information that I needed. I was impressed with how helpful and patient he was with being able to describe everything or explain everything I needed to know. Liberty Debt Relief is a good company to help people consolidate their debt and get things in order, and I'd tell people to at least check them out.

The rep explained everything and told me how everything would work. We've called him for every question we've had. It took a little bit of time, but he always got back with us and answered every question we've had. Everything he told me has been true so far. Everything was good. It was the best thing I ever done.

When I first started the program, Liberty had me paying $242. They took care of one of my debts, and recently, they've settled the other ones. They called me and said they needed another $90. My payment went up to $253. The guy I was talking to didn't speak real good English. So, I couldn't really understand all of it. I okayed to get it done and over with. But Liberty could stay a little more in touch with their client and explain everything a little better. They did what they said they were gonna do but I just didn't have a whole lot of contact with them. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

I was paying my debt monthly and nothing was really happening since the interest was accruing. I was trying to look at my options and see what the best option was to get rid of my debt. I ended up getting something in the mail about Liberty Debt Relief, so I called them. They were great and really explained things well.
The enrollment process was easy. The person I signed up with gave me her phone number and email so I can just send her a message easily. The most overwhelming part was just getting messages once things have been settled, like how much I’m gonna pay. I did not really understand what that meant for me. But once the right person called me, they explained that they were just telling me and nothing changes.
Tracking is easy. My first payment was in October, so I’m now on month three. All I have to do is get on the website. I have actually recommended them to a friend that was struggling with the same thing I was. Overall, Liberty made it a lot easier to just lump everything together and not have to worry about so many different payments.

I wanted to resolve my debt. Liberty and I are in the process of their plan. It depends on your debt and the agreement that you make with them and mine will take longer than 24 months. The individual who set me up was exceptional in terms of his knowledge of the product and program. He is over 100% customer-oriented and responsive. I've worked in customer service in the hospitality industry, so when I give somebody a compliment like that, they really impressed me. If I needed to, I would seek him out specifically. Liberty is probably comparable to other consolidation companies, but I’m happy enough with them.

I needed to get my credit cards taken care of so that I didn’t have so many payments. This way, I have one single payment. The person I initially worked with at Liberty Debt Relief was very pleasant. He made sure to answer any questions I had. The process is very easy. I just put in the credit cards that I wanted and they took care of the rest. They told me my payment and how long I had to do it. Once in a while they do a follow up and it doesn’t bother me. I have a two-year program. I just can’t find on their website the balance that I owe. I know that I’m paying it down. But I don’t know how much more I owe.
I’ve already had one of my relatives use Liberty Debt Relief. They said you’re supposed to get a credit for your payments but I never received it for that one. I’ve never gotten a call from them stating that the person stayed with it.

I’m trying to pay down my debt. The rep from Liberty was very informative. He gave me all the information and made it really simple to understand. I went for total debt consolidation for three to four years and opted for autopay. If I have anything that comes along, I reach out to them. Overall, it is a simple and easy process with Liberty.

Because of moving and getting into a disability, I used credit cards more than I should have. It was a necessity, but the last couple of years trying to pay and knock it down got overwhelming. So, I went to Better Business Bureau and checked all of the companies. Liberty was one of those that stood out to me.
I'm probably at the age of not completely understanding things, but I understood what the Liberty rep told me, and I was comfortable with it. I'm a texter, so they communicate with me through text and then I check my email after. When I called them, I was put on wait for a little bit, but somebody did answer and were good with the answers.
I use their dashboard but it would be easier if they had an app. Being of the non-electronic era, it would be easier having an app straight on my phone or tablet instead of doing a search and having to go through the website to put the password in the dashboard.
I have recommended Liberty and I trust them, but my only drawback is that I never got any copy of what they received from the credit card situation. They're telling me that it's under agreement and settlement, but I didn't get anything from the second party that shows me that there's an agreement between both of them. That puzzles me a little. I still get statements from the other companies requesting payment and Liberty told me to send it to them. One went into collections and it's the one that's on the list that they're saying they reached out to. I copied and emailed it to the email address I have for them.

Liberty Debt Relief has been helping me, and it helps out. I already have someone assigned to me, and she took care of pretty much everything I needed. When I need to contact them, I just call the number. Sometimes I don't get the same person, but the other person helps out. I try to work with the same person, but sometimes they're not there. They keep on top of offering settlements and try their best.

I wanted to consolidate credit card debts and Liberty were the ones who contacted me. The payment plan they’d put me in was feasible for me. Enrolling was straightforward. We talked about the creditors that I had, the amount that I owed, how they can reduce the monthly payments for me, what the debt is, and what's the approximate time for me to complete it with the options of completing sooner if I were to make payments that are a little bit larger than what I am required monthly.
My consultant was cordial and knowledgeable about the product. As far as his customer skills, his ability to communicate with me over the phone was straightforward. He was really clear. This is not a field that I really know but he answered questions that I had and insisted on if I don't have any more. He also left me his number so I can reach him at any time during the process if I have anything that pops up that I can't remember when we were talking. Making himself available speaks volumes.
Some of my creditors have been paid by them and each one of that they settled with sent me a text, wanting to know if it's okay to proceed. I also got this beautiful catalog that Liberty sent me via email entitled, “The Start of a New Life, Debt-Free.” They have been very reachable, too. I find it really interesting because I left a message at 1-800 number then somebody called me back in less than 30 minutes about that. Overall, Liberty seems to be on point. My experience gave me the peace of mind that I was looking for.

I was behind on my credit cards and needed to get into something to get out of something. I was on the internet one day for something else when Liberty Debt Relief came up and offered their services. I am in their consolidation program now. I put in so much a month and they pay whatever they need to pay out of that. The program will run about two to two and a half years. It is working well and feels good even though I just started. I would tell a friend or family member to do it.

At the beginning, I was promised by Liberty that all of it would be taken cared of within about six months. I started at the end of February and it’s now November. Five out of seven have been taken cared of. They asked me to raise the amount now for the next 11 months. I asked when I was gonna get the extra $1,100 back because they’re taking $100 more a month for the next 11 months. They told me at the end after everything’s settled and that, if I overpaid, they’ll give back the money. I didn’t like that answer.
Then they sent me a message recently and at the end of the text they said that I won’t be charged anymore money. Yet, they are taking out $100 more. So I called yesterday because I got the text after I agreed to have the extra $100 taken out. They said the same thing about giving back the money if I overpay. It looks like it’s gonna take a couple of years instead of the original 6 months, because they still haven’t settled two of my credits yet and my credit is still bad. I understand that it takes some time.

I was trying to pay off credit cards quicker, so that way I can buy a house and stuff. I’ve had too many bills piling up. Liberty is doing the debt relief for my credit cards. I am only a few months in. They said that it would probably take a couple of years. It was easy to sign up and has been easy since. I’ve spoken with them twice in the beginning and they explained everything. They sent me documents to do Docusign on, made sure that all my credit cards were listed on there, and told me how much everything was gonna be. Since then, I’ve had emails that are telling me that a bill is due or updating me on where we are at in the process.
Last month, I got a call from them stating that a couple of my credit cards had decided on a settlement amount, and so they wanted me to approve that amount, and so I did. I don’t have any complaints with their service.

I went to get a loan so I could pay off my cards but I owed too much to get the loan, and the man suggested that I sign up with Liberty Debt Relief. I did and so far, it's been great. I had to give them all my credit cards and the man explained the whole thing. He told me I had to make sure I had this money in the bank for so many months and we're going to do it for four years. So far, they've gotten rid of half or made at least some agreements with half my cards. The experience with Liberty has been great and it has taken a lot of pressure off of me. I'm still trying to get caught up and I hate seeing mail coming in telling me I still owe. But it's going to get to it sooner or later. Sometimes, I'll call the people and tell them that I'm working with Liberty Debt Relief. So, they're understanding. I've recommended them to my son and he doesn't have a problem yet.

I was maxed out on all my credit cards and I needed to figure out something without bankruptcy. I got a letter in the mail from Liberty. It was sketchy at first. Yet they made it easy and it made me feel confident with all of it. Everyone's helpful. They use a lot of filler words that I don't understand but they make it sound good. I was also getting phone calls from my credit card companies and then they just stopped when they started contacting Liberty Debt Relief and tried to work with them.

I was having problems with my credit cards, and Liberty Debt Relief helped me take care of those accounts. I did credit card consolidation. They helped me set up a payment plan for 24 payments. And then, I had an extra credit card and they helped me add it to my account. The payments are set up on autopay, so they come out automatically. I’m almost done with the program now and only have four payments left. They’re a good company to get in cases like mine.

I was struggling with my credit card debt and I got spam mail that said I may be approved for a loan. I called them and I was told I was not approved for the said amount. The rep told me about Liberty Debt Relief and that they help with consolidation. Liberty Debt Relief was great and I’m grateful. My debts are almost gone. I recommend them to friends who are struggling with credit card debt. I was so scared of getting sued and Liberty deals with all of that, which is beautiful. I'm happy to rave about them because they're phenomenal.

I’ve been calling Liberty lately because they told me I would be done in three years, and it’s already been three years this past June. I called back in June to make sure I was going to be finished. The representative then told me he needs to consult with his manager.
The manager then told him that a couple of those accounts would be dismissed because they hadn’t responded to Liberty this entire time. A couple of the creditors still hadn’t agreed with Liberty’s program.
The representative told me it wouldn’t stay at $268.68, which is what they had been taking out before. He said it would go down to $114 because I still had one credit card left in the program. It’s going down to $114, but I have to keep paying Liberty for a year.
I kept checking my bank statements, and they were still taking out $268.68. I went to the bank, and they showed me the withdrawals. The bank even told me to call Liberty because I over drafted my account. They were still taking out $268, even though they told me it would be $114.
So, I called Liberty and spoke with Samantha. She said it would still be $268.68 for another year. That means I’ll be paying for four years, even though they originally told me I would be out of debt in three. I’m disappointed, because I was fine with paying $114 since it wasn’t the full amount.
Since they record their calls, I asked the lady to check the end of May and again in June, because I had spoken with Lamar then. He was the one who talked to a manager, and came back to tell me I would be graduating in June. The representative told me she would have a higher manager look into it.
Lamar also told me my payment would go down to $114. I’m still waiting to hear from the manager, but that probably won’t happen. I haven’t heard anything back from Liberty yet.
I had already recommended Liberty to my cousin, but now I’m thinking I shouldn’t. I don’t want her to go through the same thing I did. She’s trying to get out of debt.

The representative at Liberty Debt Relief walked me through the process, and sent me the information for debt consolidation. I scrolled through and read the information. Then I got some emails telling me they forwarded the documents to a third party. It was kind of confusing for a while, but then they got me set up. The only thing that they did that I didn't like is a year after setting up the plan, they recalculated and told me that I need to pay 50% more than what they told me from before. They should have done that from the beginning.

I went online because my son and daughter in law and I had gotten in over our heads with credit cards. They had gone through one of these places to try to lower their bill. I chose Liberty because I looked at what everyone was saying and thought it was the best option, but I’m not sure about that now. We’re in the process of getting things straightened out.
Most of the time, the representatives listen and are understanding. They try to work with you. The last few I’ve talked to have been really nice and very helpful.
Liberty have been working on two of the biggest credit cards. They never communicated with me anymore once Liberty took them over, so I never heard anything from them.
I have gotten some relief on two of my loans. One of them has been settled, and one is in the process of being settled. However, I don’t think it was done very quickly. They handled them one at a time.
I’m supposed to be able to track the progress online, but I forget my logins all the time, so I haven’t been tracking it. I’m also not very computer oriented, and my computer is old. So, I’ve just been listening to what the representatives tell me.
I don’t remember how long it was supposed to take. I’m thinking four years, and it’s been three and a half. At the time we signed up, I was desperate. I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t pay my bills. But I’m still in the same situation today as I was then.
The amount that we have to pay per month is really more than what I could really afford, but that’s what I had to pay to get some debts paid off. Liberty is working with me now to try to lower that so I can afford it.
They were talking about a hardship loan. The representative mentioned turning me over to another company, but I didn’t fully understand that either. Liberty was supposed to get back with me. So, I’m going to have to ask a lot of questions when I call back.

I don’t remember exactly how I first heard about Liberty. Ethan was the guy I talked to through all of it. Every time I messaged him, he responded immediately. It was very good.
I haven’t had to worry about it because Liberty took care of everything. They figured it all and got it taken care of. I told them what I could pay and the most that I could pay. They went with that. It’s an automatic payment and comes out of the bank on the 25th of every month. I believe I’m supposed to finish my program in December.

Liberty Debt Relief is a good company. They have provided enough information and have helped me a lot with my credit. They helped me with the amount that I have to pay each month. And supposedly, this coming September is my last payment. Their representative was also helpful. I didn’t have any problems getting all the information for them.

I thought Liberty Debt Relief could have been sending me more information ‘cause I am a senior citizen and I don’t deal with online information. I don’t like the fact that they can’t give me a report on paper. You think if you’re making payments, that they should be able to provide you with a hard copy in the mail.
When I have concerns, they do work with me by phone or text, but only if I call them, usually. The program has worked, but it sure seems like a lot of money and a long time. I might have been able to get the amount down by just negotiating with the credit card first. It’s helped me get my credits paid off. I think I only have maybe 10 more payments. It comes out of my checking account automatically. I call them on a regular basis to keep track of the program.

They are very sweet when signing you up but don’t let that fool you. Only when signing up, they will return your call 100% of the time. They talk a big talk! I was unsure about signing up because I wasn’t really all that interested. They Sweet talked to me to go ahead and sign up and at any time I wanna cancel, I can get a FULL REFUND they ensured. Well I did sign up and then eventually I wanted to cancel (like I knew I was going to). When my change of mind occurred, They did not return my phone calls or call me back, NUMEROUS TIMES. Eventually it took my one pissed off self to finally talk to a supervisor because I would not hang up the phone and I held the line!
Before I canceled, they assured me I would get a full refund. Nope! Not even a 25% refund back. I told them if I knew that I would be receiving this little money back that I would never have canceled. Total lies! This was probably about 2-3 months ago that I first started trying to call to cancel. They shipped me a check Weeks ago! I still have not received it. Liberty my a$$!

I had inquired about my balance and the payoff amount. I spoke with two people from Liberty already but have not received anything. They said they were gonna email it to me, but they never provided me anything.
I emailed them all the information and the documentation to settle an issue with a creditor. Then I get another letter from that creditor saying that I’m being sued. It wouldn’t have come to that situation if they took care of it promptly after I gave them all the documents. They could have handled it earlier.

I was making all my payments, but I was $400 short each month. So I enrolled with Liberty, and they walked me through everything including the consolidation. The process was easy. The staff explained a lot and gave me a helping hand when I needed it. They were very responsive. The program I have has helped me pay what I owe without drowning in interest. I feel good that I got everybody paid.

After the 2020 COVID killed my credit, I looked for somebody to help me and chose Liberty Debt Relief. My payments are taken out automatically every month. My last payment on everything is going to be in February. I'll be all done then, thank goodness, 'cause it was a lot. It took some time. I didn't really start seeing a big change in my score probably until around November of last year.

Liberty contacted me through email and made an offer. I called them back so we could work on that. The experience with their service was very good.
The only thing that confused me a bit was that we started with a payment plan. Then it changed because a new settlement came in, one after another.
I started with a $700 payment and ended up with $1,400. Now that one settlement is done, I called to see if I could get a reduced payment for some relief, but they said it’s not possible at the moment.
From $700 to $800, I could manage. From $800 to $900 and change, still manageable. But then $900 became $1,399, if I were good with numbers I wouldn’t be in this situation. I expected someone who’s good with numbers to calculate everything properly across the board.
All the accounts are in settlement, getting surprised with a double-up. It wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for.

I phoned Liberty Debt Relief and the procedure I went through was easy. The gentleman explained to me what they do, and how they go about it. He explained everything to me in detail. It is probably something I could have done myself, but I did not have the time or the negotiating skills to take on myself, so that was why I agreed to do it with them. I gave them what I was in arrears on. Then they contacted the creditors and tried to negotiate on my behalf to pay less than what was owed. They handled all the paperwork.
Then once they have figured that out, they told me that it would come out of my check on a monthly basis, divided by 36 months. Whatever gets put in from my paycheck into a pool, they use that pool to settle the account with the creditors.
My payment changed from 275 to 280 because they were able to get some of the creditors down as far as they wanted. But that was okay. I would not have to be paying the creditors myself because of my financial situations. Eventually, it was going on my credit report, and it still might go, but at least it will show off that at least they were paid even if not for the full amount. The price I pay to do business with them is reasonable. While I am not very computer-savvy, by glancing at their online portal once or twice, it gave me all the information I needed at the time.

I bought into a timeshare because I was expecting a promotion and then I got completely denied. And so, credit card debts just started piling up. I made all of my payments every month but the interest on the cards would accrue more than the payment. Even though I met my minimum payments, I was just increasing my debt. I was already considering filing bankruptcy. I tried to go to my bank about a debt consolidation and they weren’t willing to help me, which was not a great blow.
Then Liberty reached out, talked to me about their debt consolidation plan and got me set up. They started reaching out and contacting the credit card companies in my stead and worked out negotiations to settle the cards and get them closed. The first time that they agreed on a settlement, they emailed me right away. They also called in person to talk to me through it and answer any questions I had.
My monthly payment on the debt consolidation was less money total than what I was already paying each month. I started saving money each month paying just into the account and they settled the debts for me. There was nothing out of pocket for me so it was great.
They were open and honest. They really helped me out and I was very appreciative of it. The people were friendly, answered any questions I had and addressed any concerns. I had no problem going back over points I didn’t quite understand when I was talking to them. Then they’d gladly go back and break it down for me.
They also had an online portal that I could access. Every time the email came in, it had a link that I could hit to access the portal and review the terms of the settlement that they had made. There were a few things about it I didn’t understand, but everything was fairly straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend them.

It's been almost five years when I was looking for debt relief programs. I called Liberty and I spoke with a woman who was very helpful at the time and decided to go with their program. The enrollment process went well. What got me a little annoyed was after I had enrolled and signed all the papers and they told me how much it was gonna be, they called me back and told me that after they settled everything, that I was gonna be short, and I needed to send them another $1,000.
At that point, there was nothing I could do about it. They said that they couldn't settle one of the accounts for the amount that they had originally thought. I'm still kind of annoyed that I had to come up with extra money that I wasn't expecting to, but overall, they got my accounts settled. I've been paying for them, and I haven't had any more problems. This program helped me get my finances in order and get my accounts settled so that I could get them paid off.

I had some credit card debt that I was looking to consolidate and get paid off, and I chose to go through Liberty Debt Relief. The enrollment process was simple. A lady contacted me, explained how it works, went over the specifics, and let me know what I would be paying each month. I've been paying it off within the last couple of years, interest-free, and it's been relatively easy. Customer support has always been good to hop on a call and address any concerns I had and they’re easy to get a hold of, and reassuring, so I've been happy with it. I would say it's a good way to essentially consolidate debt, save money on credit card payments, and ultimately benefit your financial future.

Liberty keeps me from losing my house. My husband passed away five years ago and after he passed away, I was $15 short every month. I had more bills coming in than money coming in. I called them and they talked to me and they were really helpful. I understood what they said and it was a lifesaver. The consultants were very kind and they understood my problems.
Sometimes, I can't make my full payment and they're very understanding. They give me a lower amount that I can pay that month and that’s helped me a lot. Once, my car wanted to be a booger and not run right. Then I needed a toilet in my bathroom. I called and asked them if I'd be able to get a lower payment that month. Within five minutes, they got it lowered for me.

Working with Liberty Debt Relief has been a blessing because it’s been hard to try to get everything done. It doesn’t really save me any money for negotiations that I probably would have saved if I had gone through the credit card company myself, but it did let me get a couple of my big monster bills taken care of and out of the way.
So, what happened was I got something in the mail from Liberty, and it seems like it was a good thing to do at the time. And so, I decided to use them. At first, I wanted to see if I could do a loan, but I couldn't do a loan for it. And so, they did a consolidation of everything. And it wasn’t hard to get everything together and to sign up. Their customer support, for the most part, has been really good. A lot of people were helpful.
The program is helping me because it’s putting all my debts together that I’ve put under it. But it’s been frustrating because I was getting settlement offers from the credit cards, and I was sending them to Liberty, and it’s almost like they were being ignored. They wouldn’t come to an agreement with the credit card companies when I was getting offers personally to settle with the credit card company for half of what I owed. And I asked them why they haven’t done it.
And so, I’ve actually had to withdraw a few of the cards from them and told them that I'll just pay them myself. And they kept telling me some sort of explanations or excuses that it takes time. Well, I was already paying them for things. So, it did not really save me money. It just put it all in one spot, one payment.
The best part of it was the lawyer, because I had one company try to take me to court. Liberty tried to settle, but they would not settle, and ended up having a lawyer for that. And they did pay for the lawyer, for the settlement options. But when it comes down to it, I’m thankful for what it is right now, but I don’t think I would ever use them again.

I had credit card debt. The program was for three years. Liberty handled the rest as far as talking to the credit card companies and what they would allow. It was pretty easy. The representative was quick about it, understood what I needed, and gave me options. I’m close to being done. It’s supposed to be completed by the end of this year. I feel very relieved.

Liberty’s reviews sounded real and honest while the other reviews were more staged. Liberty has been awesome to work with. I’ve been able to get relief, like there’s an end to all of my debts. They’ve been really good. They worked with my credit card company. Any time I had a question, they would answer it. It didn’t take them long to get back to me. They did pretty damn good.

The enrollment process was easy at Liberty Debt Relief. Any time I needed them, I just called or asked questions. They text me information from time to time as to when a settlement was made, and they would ask me to okay it. That is how I basically tracked my debt. Their website was easy to use. I like their program, which relieved me of my debt. If I or anyone needs any relief, call Liberty.

Liberty’s consultant was very nice and informative but they waited till my debt went into collection before they settled them. I want to pay off one account all together and just have the last account, but I need more money they said. I do have extra money in there as I give them an extra 100 a month. I’m hoping to get out of the program sooner than later.

I was needing to consolidate some debts and take care of things. The representative I spoke with was very helpful, very nice, and got me set up. It has been a painless process with Liberty. I’m in my third year with Liberty and I'll be done in December. Everything is going well. Every time I receive something, I have been responded to immediately. The only thing I had an issue with was when I had an emergency. We lost our mom and had financial obligations we had to take care of. That was a priority. I had a lot of pushback because of the program being set up, which I understood. They still took money out of the account in spite of my contacting them ahead of time and letting them know. That was the only time I had an issue with Liberty. That aside, I would recommend them.

The Liberty Debt Relief program has gotten me very good deals. They've been very helpful. They’ve been in contact and have done well. I'm very happy that my debt is being relieved.
The first call I remember was about a couple of years ago. When I talked to them, I thought that they didn't really explain to me correctly how it really works. Most consolidating companies give you a loan.
And then you keep on paying the loan to the bank. And they get rid of all of the debt at once. That's what I mean. But then in Liberty, they work differently. They start making deals with the banks. And then they slowly start paying out of the money that you're giving them, the debts.
It took about two years to make the deal with two of the banks that had the most debt. kept receiving calls from some people to let me know that I had the debt. That's the only situation that I didn't like.
They didn't explain to me that the money that I am giving is according to the money that they are paying. It's not like they give us a loan and they pay it completely to the banks, and then I get the payments from them. My payment is going into several debts.
Because of this situation, the last bank, Citibank, has made an agreement. And the money that I'm giving as a monthly payment was not enough. So, they had to increase my monthly payment by $150.
Of course, it was a choice. But if I didn't say yes, then it wouldn’t have been a total amount of four years of payments, and it would have increased.
So, I think that it was not explained to the bank that all of my debt was already managed and paid with them, and that I was just paying to the consolidating company.
If I had known this since the very beginning, then I probably would not sign the agreement with them. But I didn't know how it really worked. The lady that called me didn't really explain to me. And I had already told them the situation like two years ago.
I have told the situation to the one person that called. So, this is the second time I'm telling you what happened. After that, well, I had already signed the agreement. So it's not like I could have done anything.
But we've been working correctly. I already know how it works, and I have to accept it. And then another thing I noticed, which was not good, was that when the consolidating company pays off all of the banks, then you can immediately start increasing your credit again.
With this system, you have to wait for four years, and that’s another situation that is not convenient.
By now, all of the banks have agreed. The last one was just this year, three years after I've been paying. Until then, they made the last agreement. So, all of my banks are already in agreement.
But now I just have to keep on paying for the rest of the time. And my monthly installment grew, $150 more or so, which they should explain explicitly that it is not a loan and that we're not gonna pay them altogether.
When you don't know a lot of this, and you're new to this business, they start telling you all these things, and you don't understand very well, and so it just takes a little more time to explicitly say they’re not going to pay your banks.
And that they give me the money, and we'll deal with the banks and get you a better deal. But they'll be collecting payments from me. And as they are collecting, they are paying the banks.But then I didn't learn about this because I thought it was a loan.
When I first made the paperwork and the documents they sent me, they asked if I wanted a loan. I saw a situation on the internet that said, “Do you want a loan to pay your debts? We will give you a loan.” And then it turned out to be another thing.
I don't know if it happened in a very shady way, and then I felt like, “Oh, shoot,” when I understood what I signed. The first call that I made to the person, I asked when are they going to pay my debts?” And then he explained it to me.
But it was another phone number. And it was another person who contacted me. So, I don't know. It was very confusing at that moment. But now, I understand it, and I accepted how it worked. I understand everything.

I received a letter from Liberty Debt Relief, did some research on them, and liked what I learned. The enrollment process was very easy. The program gave me a way to restructure my credit ordeals and get out of debt easier, and they have been keeping me updated when they reach contact with the credit card companies.
It is pretty easy to get in contact with a representative. I have talked to them a couple of times, and they have been quick to contact me with issues. They will call me and send an email with a breakdown of all the payments and how things are going to be, so I can see it visually as we are talking. If you cannot make a payment, they work with you. I have not had that problem, which is good. Their online tools can be difficult to navigate at first, but they get easier once you get used to them.
The program is working well and has made things easier. Their price is really good, although a bank did offer me a better rate than what they could do. When I told them about it, they said I should go with that rate because they could not match it. Overall, they are easy to work with and help you out pretty good.

I was Googling a way to consolidate my debts, and Liberty Debt Relief was the first that popped up. I signed up, and within minutes they called me. The form asked what I needed or how much debt I had, so I filled out the form, then they called me within five minutes. That’s how I got the ball rolling.
The customer service was always available within the time zone that they’re located, so I didn’t have any problems with that.
One thing I found strange was that I couldn’t make any more payments, so it put my credit score down. They told me I couldn’t make any payments until they have a settled agreement with each company. So, my credit score is not where it needs to be right now.
My experience has been good. It’s very long, and I wish it was over now. It’s impacted my life by helping me settle my debt, but it’s been difficult because of the amount of money it takes. I’ve been on a really tight budget.
I would say that Liberty Debt Relief is a really good program. It’s just that you’re gonna go through a lot. It may not seem like it’s working now, but it’s gonna pay off.

I reached out to Liberty Debt Relief because of their good reputation. Signing up was simple and easy, and I never had to call them because they always stayed in touch with me. Every six months, they would update me on what’s being paid, how much, and they would ask for my permission to go ahead with negotiations with creditors. It took a while to get everything situated and paid off, but it worked out.

I have financial burdens, and Liberty Debt Relief services helped me with speaking and sending letters to my creditors. It was easy. I actually started out with another company. But somehow my case got turned over to Liberty.
They just consolidated all my bills and found something that was in my little finances that I could handle. I had an autopay draft. I'm still in the program but it is halfway through. But definitely, I am getting some relief by using their program.

I had credit card debt, and Liberty Debt Relief helped with a debt consolidation, which started in 2022. Setting it up was easy. Most of it was over the phone. And there is another part where I could access the portal to check my account, and I could see all of my payments.
And they give you details about the program. They make you feel like you’re not dealing with a scam activity. They take the time to explain everything. They give you time. They don’t put pressure on you. Because when I was about to jump into this program, I was a little scared. So, they gave me time to do my little research to make sure I wasn’t dealing with a scam activity.
And at the beginning, they gave me a payment schedule or a program. You see how many payments you’re gonna have to do. They ask you what day of the month would be the best for you to pay. And then they give you a little bit of time to decide if this schedule of payment is gonna work for you or not. And then, since you accept, the payment will go automatically to your account every month. I did give them a hard time sometimes when I couldn't make the payment, but they showed a lot of compassion and patience with me.

Liberty Debt Relief offered me a good plan to get everything started, and in the beginning, the program worked well. The payments were affordable and steady. However, as I got closer to the end of my cycle with them, it seemed like they were taking their time and dragging their feet on getting the stuff resolved. They were able to settle one of my smaller debts after I called them a couple of times about the lack of activity on my account. I currently have two debts remaining and am close to finishing the program.
Sometimes it would take some time to reach customer support. You might have been able to speak with someone, or you had to leave a voicemail. It often took a day or two to receive a callback, or you may not hear anything at all.

Signing up with Liberty Debt Relief went really well. I was told something, though, that did not turn out to be true, so I haven't been very happy.
They took three cards for a three-year program. They said that if they couldn't get the card people to settle for what they were estimating, they would take care of it, that I would never have to pay more than the contract with that amount. That is what the person told me.
It's been three years, and just recently, the last card didn't settle as low as they thought it was going to, so now I have a five-year program instead of three. I'm paying an extra $100 a month, and then I have a second year.
I did pull out the contract. It said approximately three years, that it could be longer, but that was in the real fine print that you don't read when you're in a desperate situation and you've got to do something, so I won't be recommending Liberty to anybody.

I enrolled in Liberty Debt Relief’s program over the phone. The customer support has been good. They initially gave me a specific amount to pay, then they came back after almost a year and raised my number which puts a little bit of a financial bind on you. This has not been the greatest thing as far as how much I had to pay. I asked to reduce the amount, but they said that there wasn’t enough funds. The program has overall satisfactorily impacted my life. When I look at it this way, I was paying almost all interest before, which was basically making me broke, and I really wasn’t going anywhere. But now the money is coming off, so I’m not losing anything and actually getting ahead.

I don’t hear any promising updates. I only get contact when the courts start getting involved. Liberty does not reach out when I have a question to ask. There is no one contact to call for advice. If I do get someone on the line, it’s a random person who doesn’t even have a clue on my situation.

My brother used National Debt Relief, and I saw how it worked for him. Then I spoke with a guy named Michael in California. We had a 25 to 30 minute conversation, and I felt comfortable with him. I’ve been happy with the experience ever since.
What I didn’t like about National Debt Relief was that they kept asking my brother to increase his payments and kept changing his contract. With Liberty, the contract has stayed the same. If an adjustment is needed, they contact me and talk to me. It shows they remember who I am, not just money coming in and going out. That makes a difference.

Liberty has been good so far. I’ve been with them for three years now. Enrollment was fairly simple. I talked to Henry. And he explained everything and went through that. We have good communication. They text me, call me whenever they need something.
I still have until June of 2026 in the program. As long as it ends good, it will be good. I'm happy with how it is and I've had no issues yet. I've recommended them. So far, I've had a good experience.

I haven’t had any issues with Liberty Debt Relief. Signup was easy -- I did the first one I went with. The quality of the service has been fine, and the terms were fine. Obviously, I want to have shorter terms, but given the situation, that’s just how it has to be.

I was just looking online for someone who would help me get out of some debt that my ex-husband had helped me get into, which is why I enrolled in Liberty Debt Relief. The enrollment process was really easy. I called and spoke with Wyatt, who got me all set up and got all my information. The sign-up process probably took less than an hour.
I started the program in August of 2021, and I’m almost done with it. I’m almost out of all the debt that I started with, with all the accounts settled. However, I was very frustrated with the amount of communication. If I wanted information about my account, I had to send multiple messages and call multiple times just to get somebody to call me back and tell me, "Oh, we've been working on it. I'm not sure when it'll be done." At times, I would go months and sometimes close to a year without hearing from anyone. If I didn’t have any questions or anything was needed, nobody reached out to me, even just to give updates.
There is a dashboard, but it doesn’t show what they’re currently working on. It only has my debt, what’s been settled, and what's been paid on that settlement, and there's nothing in-progress. That was probably my biggest frustration with the whole program. Overall, it’s a good program, but it could use some adjusting.

Liberty Debt Relief seemed convenient, so I just did it. It was really simple and easy. I spoke with one of their representatives and gave them the information they needed. Everything from there has been very easy, and I haven't had an issue.
The one representative that I initially spoke with was really nice. Since then, if I've ever had a question, I can either email them and they're very responsive. Or I can call, and everybody that I've ever had to speak to when I've called has been great.
They were very thorough with their explanation of everything. I had a lot of questions and they really answered everything very well. I felt very educated going into it. I felt like I really knew what I was getting into. And the whole process, they told me exactly step-by-step, how everything would work. And they've kept me informed along the way too as far as the progress.They also have an online portal that I can use to track my progress.
Working with Liberty has definitely been very positive. Having that debt consolidated into just one monthly payment has been so much better than paying out multiple people. It was cheaper this way too. It was a great experience and definitely gave me peace of mind with my debt consolidation.

For the most part, Liberty Debt Relief has pretty much done everything they said they were gonna do. If I had any concerns, it would be how long it took them to get things done. Because, for example, they started with four accounts, and they were primarily working on two for the longest. And then on the other two, there was no work being done or no negotiations, or they weren't getting anywhere. And it was much better than what I would have been paying had I been paying everything, which I can't complain about.
And if there were anything, I would think that there would be more follow-ups, a little bit more attention to the account, and informing me of what they were doing. It's pretty much that once they start working, they do their work. I found out either through an automated email, where I have to go into the account to see things. So, it appears that everything is done through a program that once something is accomplished, it automates information to my account. But they're not terrible. I just think that there's room for improvement.

It’s almost like I got tricked into it. When I went with Liberty, I started paying them, stopped paying my credit cards, and the interest rate skyrocketed and the banks started calling me. I was late on payments and my credit score got hit. I was even sued by Macy’s. What he told me was that they would take over and all the credit cards would be closed. My credit may be hit, but they would be direct conversation with the banks, but it wasn't like that. It was a lot of default on payments and collection calls. And then it stopped and the cards were finally closed, but it’s been more than two years, and I still don’t know how much I need to pay to be debt-free, so that’s a little stressful. There was a time I was jobless, I wasn't making payments, and I had to pay Liberty more than $1,000 in fines. So being unemployed and then having to pay a fine to Liberty who’s supposed to be helping me get out of debt was quite heavy and it really hurt. But they do take care of the negotiations with my creditors, and I have to take some level of responsibility because it is my fault. But had they been honest at the start as I was going into it, I would have taken a different approach rather than default on payments on credit cards.

A friend referred me to Liberty Debt Relief. The enrollment experience was really good. However, when I was enrolling in the plan they gave me, the estimate was different, and the other thing was not fixed. Last month, they reconsidered my case and increased it by almost eight months up to a year, which was surprising to me.
The customer service experience was fine. My main concern is the rates, which are too high. They’re charging 29% for the services, plus the extra pieces, all the documents, and the lawyer.

I’m trying to get my credit together so that I can buy a house, but I need Liberty to do their services as they say. Enrolling was pretty easy, and I've been with Liberty Debt Relief for about four years now, but it’s not been a good experience. I have kicked them out about $8,000 over the years and I still have accounts that are not settled, even though when I came to Liberty, my total debt was only about $10,000. I still have all of those people on my credit who I didn’t even owe $8,000.
They told me they would be able to stop an account from going to court, and they made a settlement where I had to pay an extra $50 a month. I paid it, but that didn’t happen. I sent them all the court paperwork I received and they said they were handling it, but they didn’t. They still garnished my bank account and took the whole lump sum, emptying everything, and then just gave me back $500 of my own money. They can never tell me where my extra money went to. I was under the impression that when an account is settled, it’s removed from my credit, but the ones they did settle are still showing up as closed accounts.
Getting in contact is kind of 50:50. I was asking my guy, George, questions he didn’t want to answer, and he just went silent and hung up. I could hear him breathing, so I knew he was there, but then it just hangs up. I called back and a lady told me not to use the fourth portal, but to use theirs instead. So now I just go on their portal, but I’m still just waiting for these accounts to be settled and removed off my credit like they said.

I'm going through a very tough situation, and I don't know how I'm gonna come out of all this because I have to pay off all of my debt. Liberty is patient, understands my situation, and helps me to pay my debts. The last time I didn’t even have enough, they adjusted my payments. If there are updates or any benefit, they call me and discuss them with me. So, I stayed with them.
Their program is okay, because they are helping. But the problem is with me, because I don't have money. The focus before was paying Bank of America and I was paying $420. It was already hard for me to pay $420. Now they changed it to $500 to help with another account too.
I have told three people about Liberty Home Relief. They can help you to resolve all the credit card problems and the debt you have. They are going to give you time, listen to you, and give you the information you need to restart and rebuild your credit.

It's been good. My husband had gone through Liberty. So, I just went through them also. I've been with them for three years. The enrollment process was easy. It's been an easier process than I thought it would be. Communication is open. I had to extend it a little bit, but they're getting done.

I was in a kind of a tight jam and I just went with Liberty Debt Relief. Enrolling was fine, and I actually talked to someone on the phone the entire time. It felt personal as much as it can be over the phone as opposed to enrolling in an automated program.
Liberty Debt Relief are doing exactly like they said they would. They’re settling all outstanding debts and they’re submitting payments for me. I just wanted to essentially pay into a program and not have to worry about it, and if there’s any sort of legal documentation that shows up from any of the credit card providers, they have a legal team that takes care of any communications.
I haven’t had any issues with it, and the quality seems to be fine. I wouldn’t say it’s some sort of a crazy, outstanding service that I’m blown away by, but it’s good. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. I would recommend it to anyone if they really needed to.

I have Liberty Debt Relief consolidating credit card debt because I think they affiliate with a law firm, helping dissolve and work out some legal action against me for debts.
Interaction with my consultant was always over the phone, email or text messages. They’ve been very positive. I never felt judged or shamed for the situation I got myself in. They're super helpful. I always enjoyed and was never hesitant about reaching out to them for consultation, help, anything.
Of course, I have to pay a small amount for their service. they contacted all of my creditors and just works with them directly. And then they called me back to tell me the settlement that they had reached. They advised me as to what would happen from the very beginning.
They told me I'd be getting calls from the credit card companies saying bad stuff will happen. And they just told me to tell the credit card company that I was taking care of it, and I was working with a company to consolidate my debt and it would be taken care of by them.

I was googling and Liberty Debt Relief was the best rated. I read the reviews, and they said it helps get people out of debt, which is perfect because that’s what I needed.
The debt consultant was very nice and transparent when I talked to them over the phone. They’re very precise about what needs to happen. I’m trying to get rid of my debts, mostly credit card debt. I send Liberty Debt Relief some correspondence when I receive a settlement offer, and the customer service always answers back saying that they are checking the offer and possibly getting on it.
The only thing I don’t like is that, instead of putting it in that program and making steady monthly payments, I do a statement of what’s in there and accounts they are on. Some settlement offers are pretty good because they may eliminate over half of the debt that I owe. The only problem is that it’s a long process. I would like it to be shorter.
It’s quite an extensive program. Within this year, I feel like more of my debt should have been cleared. I’m paying $250 monthly for a 12-month period. That's a pretty good piece of money, and it’s just not fast enough for me.

I’ve been using Liberty and it’s starting to finally go in the right direction. I’ve seen some things get paid for the most part but I’ll have to see how they get off my credit report. My credit was really good but now I’m pretty close to the negatives. I know it’s a slow process and that it will get better again but for now, until the process is done and my credit score is back where it was, I’m neutral about Liberty services.

Liberty Debt Relief was okay. It was the first one that came up when I was searching for help with some of my credit cards. The consultant was very professional, and I had no issues with the payment plan. They were pretty good because sometimes, if I don't have it, I was able to skip it.
I had just one hiccup with them. The issue is with the email communication. When I send an email, I get a reply that says they’re going to do it, but for some reason, they don’t do it. They should be on top of that.

I worked with Liberty Debt Relief to help manage my payments and it seems like I don’t get notified much. I had to ask several times to get a written record of what was paid once at the very beginning and then repeatedly. They need to keep customers more informed, because I often have to track payments myself.
I helped out a lot and let them do their work, but they don’t always keep me updated. Every once in a while, I have to call and ask for updates. It was supposed to last until December, but the bank didn’t want to negotiate. They said they lost money and issued a 10W99 or whatever it is. I sent them the papers showing what the bank said.
For the last one for 7th Avenue, they tried to work through me. They ended up getting $275 instead of the $250 settlement they initially offered. I sent that information to them to show what they were trying to do. I helped a lot by keeping them informed.
I’m hoping this month is my last payment. My son and I got solar, and since I’m the only one with a checkbook, the payments will come out of my bank. He’ll put money in to cover it. I think I’ve helped a lot, they said it was easy because I stayed on top of everything, unlike some people who let them handle it.
I prefer speaking with the women agents because I'm almost 76, and when someone doesn’t speak clearly or talks too fast, I can’t understand them. They always transfer me to someone else, but sometimes the guy talks too fast, and I can’t catch it.
I tell them they’re lucky they got paid at all this year. I was in a car accident in February, I broke my left wrist, which still doesn’t feel right, and my right leg. If I had died, it would have been over, but thankfully, I didn’t.

I’ve been enrolled in the program with Liberty Debt Relief for three years. It's still a little confusing, but at the same time, they’ve been handling things. I’ve been able to keep track of two accounts, but the small ones have caused the most problems. I thought they would have just taken care of them.
The payment plan was fine. We had a small problem with the early graduation and payoff thing, and that didn’t really go so smoothly. Liberty told me that I don’t pay the other companies anymore and I just pay them, but I feel as though I should keep paying because once I stop, everything just falls delinquent. At the end of the day, it really just drops my credit score drastically. But overall, the quality of service I received from them was fair.

I found Liberty Debt Relief online when I was trying to do a debt consolidation or trying to get a loan to pay off credit cards. They reached out to me, and I just went with them. The debt consultant explained everything to where it wasn't too confusing. I make one monthly payment, and the payments automatically come out. There have been a couple of times when unexpected stuff came up. I just called them, and they worked with me, allowing me to postpone payments if I had to.

I got to thinking about what I was paying on everything I had, and trying to figure out how to save money instead of making minimum payments to every place I went. Then I saw Liberty Debt Relief on a TV commercial, and I decided to go with them.

I reached out to Liberty Debt Relief because I was overwhelmed with credit card debts and struggling to make payments due to the economic climate. Liberty stepped in and negotiated settlements with my cardholders, reducing my debts significantly. They negotiated with one company, City Financial, and managed to settle a loan for half the original amount. Liberty took a portion of the savings as their fee, making my new loan more manageable.
During the two years in the program, my credit score improved from around 540 to 630. The program requires commitment, especially in making consistent payments, which can be a challenge but is crucial for success. It’s a bit of a balancing act because Liberty takes a portion of the settled amount, so you have to negotiate that as well. Liberty provides a dashboard to track loan progress and if a creditor offers a better settlement, it's advantageous to settle directly which benefits me financially.

I discovered Liberty Debt Relief through a piece of mail and a follow-up call that promised lower monthly payments compared to my regular credit card bills. Unfortunately, this decision negatively impacted my credit score. Although I was in debt, making minimum payments kept my credit intact, unlike now where I've faced collections and have trouble securing loans for big purchases like homes or vehicles.
The program was presented as one that would initially hurt my credit but improve over time, which seemed logical, yet progress has been slower than expected. I find it frustrating because I have a credit card with a balance of $1300 that Liberty negotiated down to $800 with the debt collector, yet their fees accumulate to match the original debt. When the credit card companies reach out, they offer similar settlements, making Liberty's arrangement seem redundant since I'm still owing the original amounts over a drawn-out payment schedule.
Customer support was reasonably okay, but I encountered issues when I learned that one of my credit cards wasn't settled through Liberty. This oversight led to legal troubles, requiring me to hire a lawyer as I was served over this missed card.
Overall, with over two years into the program, my experience hasn't met expectations. Monitoring my progress online occasionally reflects what's been paid off, but the initial promise of relief hasn't materialized effectively, making this a regrettable endeavor.

I'm very disappointed with Liberty. I've been sick. I called them and told them I was sick and I hadn't had a chance to put money into my checking account. I have another checking account, and I was gonna give them the number of that one. There's money always in that one. They never called. They never said anything, and then they withdrew my account. So, I had to pay because it wasn't in there. And they never contacted me on what's going on. I don't know what's been paid, what hasn't been paid, and what they're working on.
In the beginning, they were good. They would call. They would tell me what they were doing and everything. As far as I know, two of the accounts have been paid off. What they're doing now, I don't know. I called them to ask them about changing my account. I wasn't gonna give my account number over the phone, so I talked to this one woman and she never called me back. In the beginning, she said she will handle the account, and if I had any problems, to go through her. Now, I can hardly even reach her at all.
I've been in the program for over a year. One was definitely paid off. The second one, they told me it was gonna be paid off in a couple of months. And then a couple months went by, and then this guy called and told me that they were gonna stop payment, stop paying it off, and he needed permission. So, I said, “As far as I know whoever I talked to before told me in a couple of months it would all be paid off.” Then I haven't heard anything. I would call Better Business Bureau and put a complaint in because I have no idea what's going on or what they've been doing.

I'm in Liberty's consolidation program, and it seems like I'm paying that forever. The enrollment process was nice, but it seemed like I've been on there forever since I've been on it since 2000. I see my debts being paid off, but it just looked like it's gonna take a long period of time because they pocket in a lot of money.

I was paying just the minimum on my six cards every month. But I would continue to spend because it was like when I paid it, they gave it right back to me. So, I still had money available. I wanted to get out of debt because I had so many cards. I had been looking into debt consolidation and Liberty Debt Relief caught my eye because their ad said it was for D.C. residents and it has something to do with not being able to pay your bills after the pandemic. When they tallied up what I would pay monthly, which I am still paying, it was way less than what I was paying monthly on all my cards. I was paying out at least $100 on each card every month, and Liberty offered me $237 per month on all of my cards.
It was explained to me that it would go towards some type of account. It will go towards paying off my debt. But in the meantime, they were going to work for me to get the credit card company to agree to an amount. I haven't had any issues with Liberty. It's been about two years that I've been making these payments, where they actually come directly out of my account. I'm hearing more and more programs out here for people paying way less and getting rid of their debt way quicker. So, I was gonna call Liberty to find out where I stand. I recently agreed to a settlement a few weeks ago. Liberty reached out to me and wanted to let me know about this offer with a settlement and just wanted me to sign off on it. I owed the company 1,200 and it came down to around 600. That payment will be paid off by April.
I still don't really understand how Liberty's program works in a sense. But I was looking at the fact that those payments were way lower monthly. It took me a long time to even agree because I've experienced identity theft. I would have them email me different stuff, just so that I could see that they were a real company. They were a company that I didn't hear much about. Every now and then, I would call them. At first, they had a number to call the person directly. Every time I would call, they would answer. To me, that was not normal. But then when I had them send me something electronically and I was able to read over it, I saw that they were a legit company. I've never had a problem with reaching anybody when I call Liberty. I also don't have to stay on the phone a long time waiting for somebody to answer. So, I've had good experiences with Liberty.

I got a letter in the mail from Liberty. It was within the pandemic and a lot of things were changing. I was also going back to school, taking care of the kids and working on my own. I reached out to them. I first talked to a lady in customer service. Following that, she said somebody was gonna be in contact with me. Once he got in contact with me, he was really specific and well-detailed. He oriented me throughout the program. I will highly recommend Liberty, absolutely.

I had been googling places and when I called Liberty and talked to a lady there, she walked me through the whole process. With their program, I would be out of debt in five years. Enrolling wasn't very hard. It was just a lot of paperwork to sign over internet. The representatives have been great. They have a 1-800 phone number and they have emails. They're always friendly and willing to listen to me or help me. Since going with the program, the creditors stopped calling. We have gotten a lot of our debt paid off, and we're still working on getting more of it paid off. Liberty is the best company to go with.

Liberty Debt Relief is taking care of my debt. Everything was great with the enrollment process. I'll be done with the program in March. The Liberty reps have all been great. I haven't seen much changes on my credit report. That's probably the only thing that is concerning, but I'm assuming that takes time. I've been on the program for a couple of years.

My experience with Liberty Debt Relief' customer service has been fine, and they have worked with me to establish a payment plan that is comfortable for me. However, I do wish I had stayed with my original debt plan. I feel like I'm not really seeing any significant difference, and I might end up paying more, especially if there's an additional cost for their service.
I would rate Liberty Debt Relief a 3 out of 5. It was straightforward to get started with them, but the process feels very slow. I didn't do enough research beforehand, and now I feel like I'm stuck in this program. I'm not entirely sure it's cheaper in the long run, and I worry that my credit score, which was good before, might have suffered. While I do feel that the company is doing what they said they would, I can't justify a higher rating given my current situation.

I came across Liberty Debt Relief while dealing with another company that didn't meet my expectations. After some research, I switched to Liberty due to their promise of settling my debts within 40 months. It's been almost two years, and they've successfully settled four out of my six cards.
I regularly contact them, usually monthly, to track my progress. However, communication can be frustrating as I often speak to different people and find their responses inconsistent, particularly when it comes to financial breakdowns between Liberty and its sister company. Sometimes, it feels like I'm being given the runaround.
In terms of performance, I would rate Liberty at a 4 out of 5. They seemed promising at the start, settling a significant debt within the first three weeks. But the process has since slowed, although now it’s progressing with only one card remaining. I have tried to obtain a loan to expedite paying off all debts, but that hasn't worked out.

I recently completed a 40-month program with Liberty Debt Relief and am pleased with the experience. The representative, George, informed me that I successfully finished the program, and everything went smoothly.

I found out about Liberty Debt Relief through a coupon I received in the mail. I decided to give them a call to see how their service worked and ended up signing up for it. The enrollment process was smooth; they contacted me over the phone, asked a bunch of questions, and sent the documents electronically for me to review and sign. I'm not exactly sure how long the program is supposed to run as it depends on my financial situation, but I did add something to it, and it seems to be around a 52-week plan. From my experience so far, they've done a good job for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing debt consolidation services. I am horrified by my experience with Liberty Debt Relief and will never use them again. They made numerous promises initially, but once I signed the contract, they worked at their own pace. My credit score plummeted from over 700 to around 400, and I felt they could have worked much more swiftly. Knowing what I know now, I would never have engaged with them. I sought their services because I was in over my head with debt, expecting to consolidate everything, make a single monthly payment, and keep my credit relatively stable. Instead, my credit score dropped significantly.
Despite being on the program and expecting to finish with Liberty Debt Relief by August, my credit score remained barely in the mid-500s with no positive changes. I would never refer them to anyone. I regret referring them to my sister-in-law, who is somehow completing the program faster than I am, even though I've been diligent with payments, sometimes even paying extra.

I tried to find somebody to help me out of my debt problem and decided to go with Liberty. It’s been several years ago and I’ve got until August of this year with the program. I've had a good experience so far and everybody has been great. The only thing is, I want to try to pay it off but they would never give me a full price to pay off on. There are still some accounts needing attention, but avoiding bankruptcy was a priority for me, and Liberty seems to fit well with that goal.
Customer support has been excellent; they quickly address any concerns or questions I have. For instance, when I was worried about my bank, Chase, they reassured me it was being handled. Overall, they keep us informed and make us feel taken care of. I was facing significant financial difficulties after our bank accounts were hacked, leaving us without access to our funds for several months. During this period, we fell behind on our bills and particularly on our credit card payments. In need of a solution, I researched online and came across Liberty Debt Relief, which had good ratings. I decided to consolidate my debts with them.
The enrollment process required signing numerous documents and setting up automatic payments from my checking account. They established a payment schedule that deducted a specific amount from my retirement deposits each month. Though contacting them was occasionally challenging, overall, they were helpful, and the program assisted in addressing my financial situation.
Last year, there was a settlement which required an extra monthly payment, and it was supposed to be the last of those payments this month. Despite personal health issues keeping me busy, I need to confirm this with Liberty Debt Relief. Throughout this process, I've been generally satisfied with their service. The program has helped alleviate some of my financial burdens, although my credit was heavily impacted.
While I appreciated the assistance they provided, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them, as I wouldn't want to be responsible if others had different experiences. I contacted Liberty Debt Relief because I wanted to get out of debt. I found their service online and decided to give them a try because I needed help. While I don't remember the details of the enrollment process since it was a few years ago, I recall listing all my debts. Initially, there was one bill they wouldn't take, but they accepted it this year after I added another bill.

I had a case that ended up in court. There was no response and in my opinion my account was grossly mishandled. I was told the legal team would reach out, then told they don’t speak to clients. I have yet to receive any communication other than “this not normal”.

I was in debt and living paycheck to paycheck. The reason I became so much in debt is because I’m a mom of four kids, a fulltime student, and I was working a minimum wage job. In order to be able to make sure that my kids have everything they needed, I ended up getting into debt. Most of my money was going to credit card payments and student loans. I tried several times to get a personal loan to consolidate everything and just put it into one monthly payment but because of my debt-to-income ratio, it wasn’t approved anywhere. Liberty seemed like a good option.
Right now they take out $100 every two weeks when I get paid. They negotiate with the credit card companies as to an amount to be paid for the debt to be considered basically completed or paid for. However it was confusing and scary at the same time. I was micromanaging everything from the beginning, and I was making sure that all my payments were made on time. I wasn’t late, and just thinking that I had to let everything go, not pay for it and not think about it and let them take care of it, that was kinda nerve-racking. It took me about two weeks for me to make the final decision and just let them deal with it.
Liberty said that they reached an agreement or a settlement with one of the credit card companies and they’re working on another one. It has taken a lot of responsibility out of my plate because it’s very overwhelming. I don’t have to come out of pocket with $600 a month. Instead, I’m just giving $200 into an account and little by little they take care of it. It has relieved a lot of the stress of being in debt. I feel a little bit more relaxed.

You're not told you will be taking out an extremely high interest rate loan at the beginning of the program. The interest rate is higher than the amount you owe on your debt. They also don’t tell you that your schedule debt that isn’t paid, you will have to pay or owe on your income tax when you go to file. You have to come up with federal tax money. You never get out of being in debt. It catches up with you on other fashions, they really need to tell people this is the beginning!

I tried to pay off my 2 credit cards at each $200.00 per card per month. Made hardly a dent in my owing! I Gave Liberty Debt Relief a call and they help me to get things rolling. I paid them $200.00 a month! They kept in touch with me and I with them! In less than a year, They made a deal with my 2 credit cards and paid them off, I now make a monthly payment to them of $238.67 and be done in 5 years!! I finally see the end of the tunnel that I’ve been stuck in for so long.

I liked the way Liberty sounded. They sounded like they would be able to help me out the quickest. The enrollment process went real good, and then they called and set up the client dashboard. It’s been a big help. Now, I’ve only been in it for two months, and I’ve got different companies that keep calling me, and the credit union work up my checking account. I also had a personal loan there, and they’re taking money out for payments they’re not supposed to be. They just did that today, so I gotta get that straightened out. But Liberty have answered any questions that I had when I would call them. So far, they’re great. My credit card payments went from about 1,100 a month down to 664. So that is a big help.

Every month $200.00 is deducted from my bank account and whenever I call your company to ask a question no one answers the phone. I just get their voice mail. I leave my phone number and they have my e-mail info but still I never get a return call or an e-mail. Noah ** was the person I talked to about Liberty Debt Relief and he gave me his phone number if I had any questions when I joined Liberty debt relief but now I can't get in touch with him. It makes me concerned whether I should have gotten involved with this.

I had a terrible experience with Liberty Debt Relief. The enrollment process went okay until they hit me with a bombshell by one of their agents. I was on the road driving, he called me and told me that we have two finance companies. My wife has one which is a personal loan, and I had one which was tied to a truck. I didn’t tell him to take the bill off, but he did.
I talked with Jason, the guy with the other company that takes over the so many payments, and he just overrode my conversation by saying, “There’s nothing we could do because you told them to take it off.” But I did not tell them that. It wasn’t my account for me to tell the guy to take it off. I misunderstood him by saying that it was tied to my truck car payment, but it was not. One loan has only my wife's name on it and the other loan has both our names on it. So, he shouldn’t have taken it off. Now, they won’t negotiate that particular debt. The person is sweet, but because of flaws in the situation, they won't work with me nor try to solve the flaw. And that’s what I'm angry about. I'm dissatisfied with them.

Enrolling with Liberty Debt Relief was easy, and they’re there to help so it was pretty easy. I just gave the rep all the information. They told me what information they needed and I gave it to them. I was able to email stuff. My payment plan is working so far. I'm satisfied.

When I looked up Liberty Debt Relief and read reviews on them, they seemed credible. A lot of the reviews were good and they had a good Better Busines Bureau rating. The enrollment process was straightforward and the debt consultants were very helpful. I enrolled in the debt relief program. I deposit money every month and when the account accrues enough money, they work with whoever to pay it off.

My father passed away and I was gonna sell my business ‘cause I didn't know what I was gonna do. I needed help with my credit card debts and I went with Liberty Debt Relief after getting something in the mail about help with my credit issues. Enrolling was easy I've had no problems with anybody I've talked to. So far, I wish the process would be a little bit quicker than what it has been. Still, everything has been going well and the reps whom I have been talking to have been really nice. Everything is handled accordingly. They've already settled a couple of debts for me.

I talked to Matthew at Liberty Debt Relief and he set me up with a dedicated account through which a certain amount of money goes every month. When Liberty gets enough money in there, they start negotiating with my creditors. Liberty lets me know ahead of time what they negotiated and they would able to take money from that account and pay creditors for how much they negotiated. Thus far, we've settled one debt but there are a couple more payments until that is taken care of.
Customer service has been great too. Sometimes, I call and they're busy so I have to leave a message. Even so, the reps get back to me when they get a chance. Other people should give Liberty Debt Relief a shot. They cannot help 100% of people 100% of the time but their service is worth considering and checking out. Everything has been great for me and Matthew’s handled everything that he can so far. I recommend them.

They seem to be doing a good job, however there are things. When I mention the however part, there was a few things I didn't think of when starting this. The creditors included in my account keep raising the amounts due, but then when you get a settlement it looks at the different between current owed and what the settlement was, this is important as you will pay taxes on that difference. Which is inflated because of the late fees. Another thing is a couple of my settlement fees were extremely high, so I wonder if I am really saving anything?

Regarding creditors raising the amounts due, late fees unfortunately are common as accounts fall behind. We do our best to negotiate settlements before amounts grow too high. As for the difference between settled amounts and original debts that get reported to the IRS, we understand this can seem inflated. I was a little bit scared at the beginning of the program and they were very detail with information every time I called. They were there for me at the middle of the program. You get use to use your dashboard and you don't have to call as much. Everything is much faster and easier online once you know how the programs works. The only thing I will say is that the fees are a little too high in my opinion but other than that they help out and program works perfect.

My experience has been very well. It has taken some time to get everything where it was needed but I was informed of this right from the start. Now that I was able to get a loan to combine all my finances and be able to get the ball rolling and credit cards settled it has helped a lot. It is nice to see the debt removed from 7 collectors to one and the process is made very easy with your company. Every step is straightforward and is shown step for step and if any concerns pop up customer service is Amazing with the help. It took three days to receive a call back after a message was left for me stating I was approved then only to find out I was not approved by Liberty and had to go through the process with another company. It was very upsetting.

They have settled my accounts in appropriate timing. Staff is equipped with knowledge and efficiency. It takes time but little by little my credit score is going up and accounts are being erased off my reports. I would refer them to friends and family.
