    The program was advertised to me as a loan, but when I called, it wasn't a loan at all. It was something I can do on my own. But the representative that I spoke with at Liberty Debt Relief was very convincing.     I was in too much credit card debt. It was too much for me to try to pay off myself. I was noticing very little progress in getting it paid off. When I talked to Liberty Debt Relief, they explained how the program worked.     I got that thing in the mail. I called Liberty Debt Relief to see what they had to offer. They couldn't do an additional loan for the amount I needed, but they offered the relief thing where they consolidate everything. The first person I talked to was very nice and professional. We’ve not done anything yet. So far, it has been fine. However, I've seen on the internet that companies like Liberty have a 63% success rate. I’ll just keep paying my bills. And maybe somewhere down the line, I’ll refinance my house and consolidate them all that way. I don’t wanna take the chance on anything adverse happening to my credit and things of that nature. I’m gonna back out.

    While they talk a good talk. I made 1 payment then cancelled my pla e finding that bankruptcy was my best option. I called, cancelled and waited for a refund...now 5 months later they have used all of the money in nickel and dime bs and nothing is left. They settled nothing on the account and they refused to return my money. They are not reputable in my opinion and are thieves.

    Liberty Debt Relief was one of the ones that I was looking at, and the reviews seemed good. We were in a really bad situation, and it sounded like there were good things to be offered. We took a leap of faith that it was going to work out and I gave them the information to the cards. However, it wasn't explained quite good enough in the very beginning. It wasn't that drastic things were left out but I didn't feel I totally understood everything that was happening. I didn't feel that there was any room for negotiation. I was just told what my payment was gonna be but I was not asked if it was going to be okay. Also my credit is destroyed. It's gone from 700 to below 500. But I was told that it will get better. The reps seemed knowledgeable and everybody's usually been able to answer my question.

    I had a couple credit cards that my wife couldn't catch up with. We consolidated them with Liberty Debt Relief and before the end of the year, that'll probably be paid off. The debt is all getting taken care of and they dropped it down a tad so that helps out. I just need my credit to go back up ‘cause I had 800 credit.     I signed up with Liberty for a program that lasts for three years and we started in September last year. The program is really good and I'm happy about how it's working out right now. But I was so disappointed that my credit score has become very bad at the end. They waited until my credit was very low. I was paying my debt from the beginning and Liberty never made a payment on my card. And I was not expecting that. I understand that they have to work on my case, but I didn't know it was going to be like that. Maybe it was in my contract and I didn't read it. Other than that, Liberty is very good and professional. Their program is something you can work with and I will recommend them. But I will let others who are thinking of signing up with them know that their credit is going to be very bad.

    I recently received a summons from one of my creditors, I'm being sued for what I owe. This particular creditor was a creditor I asked Liberty Debt Relief for help with. I received an email and phone call in May of 2025 from Liberty letting me know that a settlement had been reached with said creditor. I was emailed a clixsign that I signed. Unbeknownst to me I was signing a document that was removing said creditor from my list of creditors that Liberty was assisting me with. When I received the summons this week the first thing I did was send copies to Liberty. This is when I found out said creditor was removed from my list of creditors. I never asked for the creditor to be removed. I wasn't told creditor was being removed.

    Now I'm due in court defenseless because Liberty will not be defending me. I am very unsatisfied with the way Liberty has handled this debt. Did Liberty feel they couldn't reach a settlement and duped me into removing this creditor? I contacted Liberty and asked for copies of the clixsign. The pdf I received via email just simply said removal of creditor. Nowhere in the pdf was all the paperwork I signed. I smell a cover up. I advise anyone doing business with Liberty to be very careful and watch what you sign. And for anyone considering using Liberty, please go elsewhere.

    When I called Liberty Debt, they had a whole list of all the other people to call. The rep asked me what I was looking for, what I wanted to do. And he went over my different options and the benefits of them. I decided to get a loan, go through the program, and then I changed my mind and called to cancel it, but then I talked to somebody else, and he seemed a little bit more experienced, and he gave me some more information. I felt more comfortable and continued because I was gonna get a loan instead of the program. It was a nice, smooth experience. The rep was pleasant too.

    I got a loan opportunity in the mail. When I reviewed Liberty Debt Relief, I thought, "Okay, I'll go ahead and do this." I called in and Liberty talked to me for half an hour before I agreed to do this. I didn't feel pressured in any way. It was a decision I came to to go this route. The young man was informative, very polite and clear on the phone. We went through some of the credit accounts I had. I got five of them on and I was going to call in and put some more on, just empty everything onto it. It was painless. I've had people tell me, "You could have gone this way or that way," but I'm committed to making my $363 monthly payment. They've been doing a good job negotiating on my behalf and getting these things paid off.

    It's everything that they said it would be and the service is good. They were honest about what they offered, how long it would take, what the payments would be. There's a little app that I can make sure my payments are going to be applied. I can see how the payments are being adjudicated. Someone's always on the other side of the line and I know where I stand at any particular time. I have another 12 months of payments and a few more to tack on with this other stuff.

    They have a good, well thought-out system to talk to people. In modern times, it's very frustrating to not be able to talk to a human being who knows what's going on. If I make a call in to talk to somebody, they all can just look up my case, talk about it, give me answers quickly, give me to somebody else if they didn't have an answer. I'm glad I went with Liberty Debt Relief and not some fly-by-night place where I couldn't talk to a human for two years. They sent me a loan paper to get me to do this. But how would I have known about it without that? So I guess they found a good marketing plan. Other than that, everything has been positive. I'm happy overall. I would recommend them.

    I received letters from Liberty Debt Relief prior to me deciding to ask for help. I made good money, so I've been paying my debt. All of a sudden, I couldn't. I had to ask for a loan. They guided me to Liberty. I ended up talking to somebody from Liberty and they said, "This is what we're going to be able to do for you so you can pay your debt." We did everything over the phone and the rep sent me stuff to my email. I signed and returned it. We made a payment agreement for the next 48 months, and I've been doing that monthly. Everything was easy.

    Liberty told me, "We're going to talk to the people that you owe, the credit cards and stuff. And for the moment, you're going to be making this monthly payment to us, and we'll take care of it." They've been sending me by email, for example, "Okay, we already made an agreement with this card and it's going to be this much." And they would send me another one. They're the ones dealing with the creditors so I don't have to. I'm not sure how it works, but it helps me. Also, every time I talk to somebody over the phone to ask questions, everybody has been nice and professional and they always answer my questions. Very good service.

    I hope the economy gets back so I can make more money to be able to pay everything off. The person that I talked to said, "You're going to make this minimum payment to us and we'll take care of it. But if you start making more money, you can always make a higher payment." I would like to do that, to pay off everything as soon as possible. For the moment, I've been paying the minimum.

    I received mail from Liberty at a time when I was seeking financial freedom. I looked at their reviews and they were good. I spoke to the reps on the phone before I made a decision and they were very informative. So I decided to go with Liberty. I've spoken to a few people and they answered all my questions but there was one person in particular who reached out and texted me whenever I had concerns. I had three accounts and Liberty settled with two of my creditors in about seven months. One is still pending and I haven’t heard back, and it seems like they’ve closed that case, so I need to reach out to them.

    The payments are longer than I expected. One payment plan is about two years, and another is about 36 months. I didn’t think the payments would be that long for the amount. A small amount is going toward it each month for a long time, which I didn’t understand, and I’m still waiting for clarity. I’m also not sure how much their total fee is or how to fully read the agreement, so I plan to reach out to them. Overall, it’s a good experience. The only thing is that the payments last too long. I was reviewing the information and one of the questions I have is what they're charging in total. I'm a little bit unsure of how to read the agreement that they sent, which is what I'm going to reach out to them about.

    In the grand scheme of things, seeing how long it’s taking and having to pay for about two years, I probably could have paid it off sooner on my own. But maybe not because the payments were really high. It was very helpful to go through the program, so I didn’t have to make those high payments. They reduced the settlement to about half, and interest stopped accruing.

    Enrolling with Liberty Debt Relief's program was simple. They made a payment plan. I'm paying the same thing that they told me, but a portion of that is going towards an attorney fee, which I understand. I wish I would have known that, but it didn't change the payments. Sometimes, their reps get in touch with me and the stuff hasn't been updated on the application onto my profile. So they're trying to get information out of me and then I'm not able to visually see what's going on. So, I don't want to talk to them. They were actual people that work for Liberty, but it's just that my stuff wasn't updated onto my profile. I let them know about it, and they made sure that it was updated to my profile.

    Liberty sent me something in the mail and said that they could help consolidate my debt. Their marketing works as they got the hook on me. During the enrollment process, I talked to a gentleman from Liberty about what the process would look like, what was in the contract, what the timeline would be, and what the payments would be. And then, they found a way to get me zero interest as well. So I was paying a flat rate per month until the debt was paid off. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. There were some things I thought I understood, but when I repeated them back, I didn’t fully understand them. He walked me through it again, which was awesome.

    There was a slight issue with getting my USAA account closed and absorbed, but it seems like that has been resolved. I had to call Liberty Debt Relief and USAA a couple of times, though, so I wouldn't have to worry whether that was going to be finalized or not. Liberty functions as advertised. There are a lot of services and people who say they're going to do something, but when it comes time to walk the walk, they don't.
