They have been so AWESOME. I always can't get back to them because of the job I have. But they are always on it and fighting for me. I appreciate it. They are always updating me on everything. Forthright he the turkeys.

The program was advertised to me as a loan, but when I called, it wasn't a loan at all. It was something I can do on my own. But the representative that I spoke with at Liberty Debt Relief was very convincing. I was told the program would benefit me by lowering what I paid each month towards the debts and it would stop the interest. The enrollment process was easy and he gave me some login information to their portal so I can track my progress.

I was applying for a loan, and Liberty Debt Relief came up with debt solution to get rid of that credit card. They kept wanting to go to that instead of just doing the loan. It was easy and it took 20 minutes. They asked a few basic questions. This has all been within a week. It's just getting started.

I called Liberty Debt Relief and the rep that I talked to broke down some things I didn’t know. So, that was good. She was pretty detailed. Liberty has top quality customer service. They were professional and gave me all the details I needed. It was very nice.

I was in too much credit card debt. It was too much for me to try to pay off myself. I was noticing very little progress in getting it paid off. When I talked to Liberty Debt Relief, they explained how the program worked. They gave me a quote about what they could do, how long it would take me to pay it off and what kind of rate I would have to pay back at. They gave me a specific time and a certain amount. They were very helpful.

I just signed up with Liberty Debt Relief and the experience was good. The communication was good as well. I've never done debt relief but I know I gotta pay Liberty monthly and whatever I put in goes towards whatever's the remaining balance on the credit card debt, so I wanna see how this works.

I got that thing in the mail. I called Liberty Debt Relief to see what they had to offer. They couldn't do an additional loan for the amount I needed, but they offered the relief thing where they consolidate everything. The first person I talked to was very nice and professional. We’ve not done anything yet. So far, it has been fine. However, I've seen on the internet that companies like Liberty have a 63% success rate. I’ll just keep paying my bills. And maybe somewhere down the line, I’ll refinance my house and consolidate them all that way. I don’t wanna take the chance on anything adverse happening to my credit and things of that nature. I’m gonna back out.

We've had a good experience with Liberty Debt Relief. The reps have worked very well with us. They've answered all of our questions and are very knowledgeable in the industry. Their explanations and communications that we've had with them have been very professional. We would highly recommend Liberty.

So far, it’s been really good with Liberty Debt Relief. I'm doing debt consolidation with them and the setup was pretty easy. The guy was very thorough and detailed. He explained to me what would happen and I haven’t any issue since. I would recommend them.

While they talk a good talk. I made 1 payment then cancelled my pla e finding that bankruptcy was my best option. I called, cancelled and waited for a refund...now 5 months later they have used all of the money in nickel and dime bs and nothing is left. They settled nothing on the account and they refused to return my money. They are not reputable in my opinion and are thieves.

Liberty Debt Relief was one of the ones that I was looking at, and the reviews seemed good. We were in a really bad situation, and it sounded like there were good things to be offered. We took a leap of faith that it was going to work out and I gave them the information to the cards. However, it wasn't explained quite good enough in the very beginning. It wasn't that drastic things were left out but I didn't feel I totally understood everything that was happening. I didn't feel that there was any room for negotiation. I was just told what my payment was gonna be but I was not asked if it was going to be okay. Also my credit is destroyed. It's gone from 700 to below 500. But I was told that it will get better. The reps seemed knowledgeable and everybody's usually been able to answer my question.

I had a couple credit cards that my wife couldn't catch up with. We consolidated them with Liberty Debt Relief and before the end of the year, that'll probably be paid off. The debt is all getting taken care of and they dropped it down a tad so that helps out. I just need my credit to go back up ‘cause I had 800 credit. Other than getting bad credit, everything has been good.

Liberty Debt Relief is pretty good. They were able to get everything set up for me in a timely manner. I'd recommend them.

Liberty’s customer service was great. They were good at communicating, and they would always send me either an email or a text. So, I knew exactly how much I was paying off certain credit cards. They were very friendly, too. If I had any questions, they would never have told me to answer. Their service was very good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I signed up with Liberty for a program that lasts for three years and we started in September last year. The program is really good and I'm happy about how it's working out right now. But I was so disappointed that my credit score has become very bad at the end. They waited until my credit was very low. I was paying my debt from the beginning and Liberty never made a payment on my card. And I was not expecting that. I understand that they have to work on my case, but I didn't know it was going to be like that. Maybe it was in my contract and I didn't read it. Other than that, Liberty is very good and professional. Their program is something you can work with and I will recommend them. But I will let others who are thinking of signing up with them know that their credit is going to be very bad.

I recently received a summons from one of my creditors, I'm being sued for what I owe. This particular creditor was a creditor I asked Liberty Debt Relief for help with. I received an email and phone call in May of 2025 from Liberty letting me know that a settlement had been reached with said creditor. I was emailed a clixsign that I signed. Unbeknownst to me I was signing a document that was removing said creditor from my list of creditors that Liberty was assisting me with. When I received the summons this week the first thing I did was send copies to Liberty. This is when I found out said creditor was removed from my list of creditors. I never asked for the creditor to be removed. I wasn't told creditor was being removed.

I found Liberty online, and then I contacted them. Two people explained the program to me. They said I am gonna be out of my debt after 48 months. Overall, the program is helping me.

The enrollment process at Liberty Debt was easy. At first, it was more for a loan, but then the rep I worked with helped me out. He was saying that the debt relief would help me out interest-wise. They really provided great service. I would do it again if I had to.

When I called Liberty Debt, they had a whole list of all the other people to call. The rep asked me what I was looking for, what I wanted to do. And he went over my different options and the benefits of them. I decided to get a loan, go through the program, and then I changed my mind and called to cancel it, but then I talked to somebody else, and he seemed a little bit more experienced, and he gave me some more information. I felt more comfortable and continued because I was gonna get a loan instead of the program. It was a nice, smooth experience. The rep was pleasant too.

I was impressed with his knowledge and patience with what was going on there, and the information that he had available and ready. However, I applied through Credit Karma for a loan, and I thought I'd scheduled everything for that loan, and then found out that there were a lot of options. If they could prepare a little better. You think you applied for one thing, but then it's a bunch of options. I may have overlooked something on that.

I called Liberty Debt Relief and they explained the process. They didn't qualify me, but they gave me an option, and I wanted the option. The enrollment process was good for me. It was a little long, but it was easy. I am still brand new to the program. The first payment starts on the 17th. After that, I'll find out how it goes. My debt relief consultant was very easy to understand. He explained everything to me. I was impressed with how assuring he made it. He didn't try to pressure me into anything. I was very comfortable working with him. It was an easy process. So far, so good.

I wanted to take out a loan and I got denied, and Liberty Debt Relief told me how to fix my credit. Their rep gave me the option of clearing up some of my debt payment by payment, possibly even early, if I could. I plan on paying payments for that loan, so the more I pay, the more debt that will come off, and it should raise my credit score as I'm doing it. So, I was interested in it. I make enough money to pay it, and I hope it all goes well. I hope it will raise my credit to make things a little easier for me to do business.

Whenever I speak with the customer service, they have been straightforward. They have the program set up for two years. We're waiting on some stuff still, too. I will recommend Liberty. I will tell others to give them a try or suggest it in hardships.

I called in and Liberty talked to me for half an hour before I agreed to do this. I didn't feel pressured in any way. It was a decision I came to to go this route. The young man was informative, very polite and clear on the phone. We went through some of the credit accounts I had. I got five of them on and I was going to call in and put some more on, just empty everything onto it. It was painless. I've had people tell me, "You could have gone this way or that way," but I'm committed to making my $363 monthly payment. They've been doing a good job negotiating on my behalf and getting these things paid off.

Liberty charged me what my actual credit card account was, without interest. Everything they said they were gonna do, they did. Everything worked pretty good, except they haven't taken the total that I paid them off of my credit report.

We did everything over the phone and the rep sent me stuff to my email. I signed and returned it. We made a payment agreement for the next 48 months, and I've been doing that monthly. Everything was easy.

I received mail from Liberty at a time when I was seeking financial freedom. I looked at their reviews and they were good. I spoke to the reps on the phone before I made a decision and they were very informative. So I decided to go with Liberty. I've spoken to a few people and they answered all my questions but there was one person in particular who reached out and texted me whenever I had concerns. I had three accounts and Liberty settled with two of my creditors in about seven months. One is still pending and I haven’t heard back, and it seems like they’ve closed that case, so I need to reach out to them.

Enrolling with Liberty Debt Relief's program was simple. They made a payment plan. I'm paying the same thing that they told me, but a portion of that is going towards an attorney fee, which I understand. I wish I would have known that, but it didn't change the payments. Sometimes, their reps get in touch with me and the stuff hasn't been updated on the application onto my profile. So they're trying to get information out of me and then I'm not able to visually see what's going on. So, I don't want to talk to them. They were actual people that work for Liberty, but it's just that my stuff wasn't updated onto my profile. I let them know about it, and they made sure that it was updated to my profile.

Liberty sent me something in the mail and said that they could help consolidate my debt. Their marketing works as they got the hook on me. During the enrollment process, I talked to a gentleman from Liberty about what the process would look like, what was in the contract, what the timeline would be, and what the payments would be. And then, they found a way to get me zero interest as well. So I was paying a flat rate per month until the debt was paid off. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. There were some things I thought I understood, but when I repeated them back, I didn’t fully understand them. He walked me through it again, which was awesome.
