The enrollment process at Liberty Debt was easy. At first, it was more for a loan, but then the rep I worked with helped me out. He was saying that the debt relief would help me out interest-wise. They really provided great service. I would do it again if I had to.

When I called Liberty Debt, they had a whole list of all the other people to call. The rep asked me what I was looking for, what I wanted to do. And he went over my different options and the benefits of them. I decided to get a loan, go through the program, and then I changed my mind and called to cancel it, but then I talked to somebody else, and he seemed a little bit more experienced, and he gave me some more information. I felt more comfortable and continued because I was gonna get a loan instead of the program. It was a nice, smooth experience. The rep was pleasant too.

I was applying for a loan and then ended up with a consolidation agreement. Eric was very helpful and informative. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience with what was going on there, and the information that he had available and ready. However, I applied through Credit Karma for a loan, and I thought I'd scheduled everything for that loan, and then found out that there were a lot of options. If they could prepare a little better. You think you applied for one thing, but then it's a bunch of options. I may have overlooked something on that.

I called Liberty Debt Relief and they explained the process. They didn't qualify me, but they gave me an option, and I wanted the option. The enrollment process was good for me. It was a little long, but it was easy. I am still brand new to the program. The first payment starts on the 17th. After that, I'll find out how it goes. My debt relief consultant was very easy to understand. He explained everything to me. I was impressed with how assuring he made it. He didn't try to pressure me into anything. I was very comfortable working with him. It was an easy process. So far, so good.

I wanted to take out a loan and I got denied, and Liberty Debt Relief told me how to fix my credit. Their rep gave me the option of clearing up some of my debt payment by payment, possibly even early, if I could. I plan on paying payments for that loan, so the more I pay, the more debt that will come off, and it should raise my credit score as I'm doing it. So, I was interested in it. I make enough money to pay it, and I hope it all goes well. I hope it will raise my credit to make things a little easier for me to do business.

I was seeking better loan options, and I ended up having one of those plan reliefs through Liberty Debt Relief. Everything was pretty much done online, and it was simple. I just answered questions. Whenever I speak with the customer service, they have been straightforward. They have the program set up for two years. We're waiting on some stuff still, too. I will recommend Liberty. I will tell others to give them a try or suggest it in hardships.

Enrolling with Liberty Debt Relief's program was simple. They made a payment plan. I'm paying the same thing that they told me, but a portion of that is going towards an attorney fee, which I understand. I wish I would have known that, but it didn't change the payments. Sometimes, their reps get in touch with me and the stuff hasn't been updated on the application onto my profile. So they're trying to get information out of me and then I'm not able to visually see what's going on. So, I don't want to talk to them. They were actual people that work for Liberty, but it's just that my stuff wasn't updated onto my profile. I let them know about it, and they made sure that it was updated to my profile.

Liberty sent me something in the mail and said that they could help consolidate my debt. Their marketing works as they got the hook on me. During the enrollment process, I talked to a gentleman from Liberty about what the process would look like, what was in the contract, what the timeline would be, and what the payments would be. And then, they found a way to get me zero interest as well. So I was paying a flat rate per month until the debt was paid off. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. There were some things I thought I understood, but when I repeated them back, I didn’t fully understand them. He walked me through it again, which was awesome.

There was a slight issue with getting my USAA account closed and absorbed, but it seems like that has been resolved. I had to call Liberty Debt Relief and USAA a couple of times, though, so I wouldn't have to worry whether that was going to be finalized or not. Liberty functions as advertised. There are a lot of services and people who say they're going to do something, but when it comes time to walk the walk, they don't.

Everything has been good so far with Liberty Debt Relief. I first heard about them on Facebook, and I decided to use them because they answered questions. The enrollment process was okay. The reps let me know what they did and how it went about and answered any questions we had. They didn’t pressure us and gave my husband and me time to discuss and make a final decision. I’ve only talked to my debt relief consultant once, and everything was fine. My debt isn’t very big, and it’s only my second payment that has been taken out by Liberty, but I’ve received notifications about where they’ve made offers. I still get occasional calls, but not like I used to from debt collectors, which is a big relief.

I was trying to build my credit and get out of debt on an easier pay schedule, and Liberty Debt Relief's advertisement reached me. It was the first one I saw and when I called about it, they explained it on the phone. The rep was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and persuade me to go with Liberty Debt Relief. It seemed worth my money and it was an easy onboarding. They gave me a payment plan, and I agreed upon it. Every time someone that I owe a debt to agrees on an amount, they'll send me a text message, and it has me agree.

Liberty Debt Relief is handling my debt well, but I wasn't told I was paying them a fee. I also thought that going into an account, they paid it off completely, and I paid them, but I'm basically saving out money myself and paying it off. It was more or less the terms that got me where they said, "Hey, you can have this paid off in two years just by paying this amount." It should be structurally described a little better for someone who doesn't know what debt relief is. They should go in depth a little more at an understanding level for people who don't know about debt and how to pay it off. It wasn't bad, though. It could be a little better. All in all, Liberty Debt Relief's service has been very helpful and straight to the point. We highly recommend it.

I received a letter about Liberty Debt Relief through mail. I was looking into my options, and I ended up choosing that one back in June. Enrollment was easy. They guided me through signing up and through the emails. They helped me throughout the whole process. The rep was able to explain the program very well in a way I understood what he was trying to say and he was always willing to answer any questions as well as repeat himself if I needed him to. He was able to set up a plan, and he guided me through how it was gonna work. I was comfortable with it. They collect the payment that I give and they relieve some of my debts.

I'm a little over halfway through the program and communication has been easy. I’m able to call them and they let me know how things are going. Whenever I reach out, someone always answers and they've never failed to reach back out. The customer support has been good and it's more than I received with another company. Liberty Debt Relief always reaches out whenever they need information, and they’re able to work with me. I've seen that they've gotten stuff done within the past almost a year.

Liberty Debt Relief has been great. They're paying off all my debt so I'm pretty excited about that. And they're really nice and polite, and I have a certain gentleman that I like to talk to, Lucas, so I speak to him. If he's busy, he'll get back to me. He's very convincing and very polite. I have a great time with them. After he had to fill up something, I had to go on my tablet and sign the papers, which was pretty easy and fast. I did talk to one of the women that they paid off. She was not happy. She says, “Well, you need to look at your credit score because now your credit score is down.”

It took me 10 years to pay these loans off and I probably wouldn't have been able to do it in 10 years. So, Liberty took that pressure away from me, and now I don't have to every month. I'm very satisfied with them. I'm really, really happy with Lucas. I'm really happy with Liberty, and I can't say anything bad because they've helped me a lot. My experience was great. It's a stress relief. That's the biggest thing right there.

It's just I kept on getting notice through an email. I was paying money in, but I wasn't seeing nothing was done at first. Then I started getting kind of like debt collection calls and stuff like that. But when I called in and told them about it, they had me to send them everything, and that was helpful. It was easy to communicate with them. Someone got in contact with me either through email or telephone every time I call. So, that wasn't a problem. It was just the wait. And I understand that it took time. I had to build up the money and stuff before they made a settlement but for all the experience, I thought it was really great, and I'm glad we got it resolved.

So, I tried for the loan, and they said I didn't qualify for the loan, but they could give me a debt relief, which they would lobby on my credit card company and get a settlement price, and then I would have to pay a monthly fee of that much for that much years. It was better for me to have my cards being paid off and not accumulating interest, where as in every time I do pay, it's just interest, and the payment is not going down.

Since then, I’ve tried to cancel three times, but they wouldn’t let me, even though they told me I could cancel at any time. Communicating with Liberty’s representatives has also been difficult. Right now, they’re negotiating some of my accounts. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t do it. Liberty is going to destroy your credit. Liberty Debt Relief’s goal is to make sure each person receives clear information about the options that may be available to them. In some cases, a loan may not be an option based on eligibility requirements, and alternative programs may be discussed so individuals can explore different ways to address their debt. These programs work differently from traditional loans and can impact credit while accounts are being resolved, which is why representatives are expected to explain how the process works before enrollment.

Regarding cancellations, clients are able to request cancellation of their program. When a request is made, our team typically reviews the account and explains the current status of negotiations, any pending activity, and the steps involved in closing the account so there are no misunderstandings during the process. We understand that communication is an important part of that experience, and we take concerns about responsiveness seriously.

Debt relief programs are designed to resolve enrolled accounts over time, and progress can look different for each person depending on their individual situation and their creditors’ policies. Outcomes and timelines can vary, which is why the program is presented as one option among several ways people may choose to address debt.

We would like the opportunity to review your concerns in more detail and make sure your questions are fully addressed. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into your account and assist you further. Your feedback is important and helps us continue improving how we communicate and support our clients throughout the program.

But the program changed. Now it has to be another year because they filed for an account that I have and they uploaded my bill. They said I got one choice and if they don't upload my bill, I have to go to court. It doesn't make sense to me since I got them supposedly working on my debt relief. That's not good as it shows that they don't know how to work with my debt. So, I'm not going to recommend them.

    Hi Joy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear our representatives made a positive impression during your enrollment process.
For clarity, your enrollment date was May 9, 2025, which places you at approximately nine months in the program at this time. Your projected completion date is May 16, 2029, based on your current payment schedule. This reflects a 48-month program (four years), not five. Please note that timelines can vary if payment amounts are adjusted.
Our fees are fixed and were fully disclosed during the enrollment process, including within your signed agreement. Transparency is important to us, and we want every client to feel confident about how their program is structured.

If you have any questions about your payment schedule, projected timeline, or fee breakdown, our team would be happy to review everything with you directly to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
