Customer service poor, a lot of hidden fees, 0 account monitoring. No one seemed to be truthful about what was actually being charged to me, very hard to get someone on the phone. In the beginning they are pushy for a settlement but once they settle and they start getting paid they seem to not look for other account settlements. I called my loans directly and settled easier than I did with Liberty. Canceled my account after really looking into the numbers and realizing a lot of my moneys going to fees. Marco ** senior account specialist was one of the best to speak to about my account. Alice ** customer service manager was by far the best customer service I had my entire time at liberty debt. My advice is to ask for the fee breakdown when they give you the amount they are saying they will save you. If I were to continue my account I was paying more than my initial enrolled debt.

I chose Liberty Debt Relief due to reviews I had read. My agent Ken has been very helpful in getting my debts negotiated. I have had good response. Two of my debtors have accepted the negotiation. I'm pleased with the monthly payment I pay LDR. The payment is less than what I was paying every month. It's comforting knowing I can be out of debt in 48 months.

I have only been with Liberty Debt Relief for a few months, just did my third payment and everything is going smoothly. If I need to ask a question I have numbers to call or email any concerns. I have already had one creditor going with a settlement. So far I am very satisfied with how this is going. Thank you.

My overall experience with Liberty Debt has been pretty good. Just set me up a contract for a certain amount to be paid every month. I've been with them for about a year. They've been helping me to all the process. I am happy with them thus far. I have not needed to pay any extra. My contract is for 3 years. No extra fees, no gimmicks. I am happy with them thus far. I have settled with three out of my six or seven credit card companies. It's been an easy experience. I don't have to deal with them or my correspondence. I send them to Liberty debt and they take care of it. So far I have not been harassed by any collection agencies. Overall it's been a great experience. I recommend this company to anyone and I thank them for the work they do. GOD bless.

So far it's been a little hard, the phone calls are relentless, even 9 and 10 o'clock even on Sunday. Although I'm convinced I'm doing the right thing, my wife is worried some. She feels the same as I do, we're on the path to get out of the rut we were in. Thanks guys. RSM

Liberty Debt Relief Sucks. They lie about everything. They're initial representative lied about their program, how much it cost, what my savings would be and how I would be treated. Subsequent representatives also lied about my program. Not telling me my credit score would drop over 100 points and that my Settlement Offer plus their fees would almost be the same as my actual bill, plus I'd have 20 months of additional bills. I canceled my plan and of course they cannot give me a full refund. I will sue them when I get my refund back. Beware - this is a scam.

I was honestly very terrified at first going by through this process. I always had good credit but I couldn’t afford to pay the monthly anymore and Liberty Debt Relief just made it easy and took care of everything. The first few months my credit dropped but now it’s picking back up as I have taken care of all my debts. 100% recommend.

I turned to Liberty Debt Relief when my debt was out of control. I paid the first payment but changed my mind when my finances took a turn for the better. (inheritance). I called them within a week to cancel my participation in the plan. They understood and refunded me quickly less $100 or so for their efforts. AAA+ rated by BBB. No problems.

Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I’ve been using their services since January and they’ve only settled one account. Here we are going into July… More than half way through the year. Every time I inquire about my accounts, I’m just told to be patient…. Patient for what exactly? The only time someone reaches out to me is when I tell them I’ve had it with them not doing anything and want to cancel. Then they give me a speech about how they’re working on it. Again, I’ve seen nothing but one account handled since January… But they’re happy to take my money every month like clockwork. Don’t expect a call from them either…. All I ever get are emails that look automated. Definitely disappointed.

Excellent and I have been joined last April 2025 (14 months) and I have no problem with a Liberty Debt Relief and great. And also they are friendly and they are good patience with me. I'm deaf/usher syndrome.

There is not much communication as far as where LDR is at with the creditors. I do get a generic response when I forward correspondence, however there’s nothing beyond that. Being in the program almost a year, I’d like to have heard more about the progress of my account.

Empty promises, was told my debt would be cut in half, they already had agreements with creditors. None of which was true. Was told not to pay off my debt on my own whenever I got higher paying job. Was told I’d get a settlement within the next couple weeks and wouldn’t be charged the next month until I got a settlement. Tried to still charge me anyway a month later with still none of my loans settled. Cancelled the program and am paying my debts myself but my credit score has dropped significantly since they told me to stop paying.

I've been very pleased with the results so far. They are helpful and pleasant anytime I've been in contact with them. It has taken most of the stress and worry of my finances off my shoulders. I would recommend them for sure.

They have been great consolidating my debt. Wish they could reach out to ALL debt collectors at one time tho. But they have done great with the 3 out of 7 they reached so far. Being in debt is already stressful enough.

The program was advertised to me as a loan, but when I called, it wasn't a loan at all. It was something I can do on my own. But the representative that I spoke with at Liberty Debt Relief was very convincing. I was told the program would benefit me by lowering what I paid each month towards the debts and it would stop the interest. The enrollment process was easy and he gave me some login information to their portal so I can track my progress.

I was applying for a loan, and Liberty Debt Relief came up with debt solution to get rid of that credit card. They kept wanting to go to that instead of just doing the loan. It was easy and it took 20 minutes. They asked a few basic questions. This has all been within a week. It's just getting started.

I called Liberty Debt Relief and the rep that I talked to broke down some things I didn’t know. So, that was good. She was pretty detailed. Liberty has top quality customer service. They were professional and gave me all the details I needed. It was very nice.

I was in too much credit card debt. It was too much for me to try to pay off myself. I was noticing very little progress in getting it paid off. When I talked to Liberty Debt Relief, they explained how the program worked. They gave me a quote about what they could do, how long it would take me to pay it off and what kind of rate I would have to pay back at. They gave me a specific time and a certain amount. They were very helpful.

I just signed up with Liberty Debt Relief and the experience was good. The communication was good as well. I've never done debt relief but I know I gotta pay Liberty monthly and whatever I put in goes towards whatever's the remaining balance on the credit card debt, so I wanna see how this works.

I got that thing in the mail. I called Liberty Debt Relief to see what they had to offer. They couldn't do an additional loan for the amount I needed, but they offered the relief thing where they consolidate everything. The first person I talked to was very nice and professional. We’ve not done anything yet. So far, it has been fine. However, I've seen on the internet that companies like Liberty have a 63% success rate. I’ll just keep paying my bills. And maybe somewhere down the line, I’ll refinance my house and consolidate them all that way. I don’t wanna take the chance on anything adverse happening to my credit and things of that nature. I’m gonna back out.

We've had a good experience with Liberty Debt Relief. The reps have worked very well with us. They've answered all of our questions and are very knowledgeable in the industry. Their explanations and communications that we've had with them have been very professional. We would highly recommend Liberty.

So far, it’s been really good with Liberty Debt Relief. I'm doing debt consolidation with them and the setup was pretty easy. The guy was very thorough and detailed. He explained to me what would happen and I haven’t any issue since. I would recommend them.

If Liberty Debt Relief is your only option, sometimes it can be the best one. Their rep was personable and had good energy. We cracked a couple jokes because he had said something that related to a meme. He had good information and insight. He seemed to know what he was talking about. Liberty told me the experience should be okay. But it's frustrating having to take the steps that I need in order for them to take over. But I'm happy that I went with them. It eased up a lot of mind time. It took a lot of burden off of my shoulders. I hope and pray that it's going to go smooth.

While they talk a good talk. I made 1 payment then cancelled my pla e finding that bankruptcy was my best option. I called, cancelled and waited for a refund...now 5 months later they have used all of the money in nickel and dime bs and nothing is left. They settled nothing on the account and they refused to return my money. They are not reputable in my opinion and are thieves.

Liberty Debt Relief's customer service has been great. Their answers to what I want to know are always right to the point.
