This creditor offered many ways to workout paying off our debt! Messaged us with reminders and/or completing a payment! We were trying with other creditors that owned it before to help us & this was the only one that helped us & where we were finally able to figure out where this account went to! Very pleased!

Citibank helped making payments possible. Worked great to make my payments reasonable. Citibank seems to be very understanding. Wouldn’t mind working with them again, but I hope I won’t have to if you know what I mean.

My experience with Halsted Financial Services was awesome for me. During COVID, my husband lost his job and a few of our bills fell behind. It’s embarrassing enough that we couldn’t meet our obligations to then have people to call and remind us constantly, but HFS didn’t do that. They sent me text notifications of options on how we could resolve the monies due and their website was clear and concise to where I was able to make my payment without having to be more embarrassed by speaking to a live person.
