Leah B was terrific at finding a refi auto loan that met all my needs. Started loan process on 9/05, loan fully funded and paid 9/16. Saved me hundred of dollars and I’ll be paying off my loan 9 months sooner for only a few more dollars a month. Everything was transparent, no bait and switch. I was working with real humans, no AI, should note my FICA is in the 800’s, so that might have helped.

Honestly I cannot say enough about how much I recommend Gravity Lending. I had a health issue in the middle of the refinancing process and they were patient, helpful, communicative, and made the entire process very easy for me and it's worth noting that I have severe ADHD and due to the health issue I'm currently unmedicated. 🤣🤣 They made everything incredibly easy, and got me a rate much lower than my originally financed loan was at. In a world where customer service is non-existent, Gravity Lending has been an absolute delight to get to work with.

Let’s face it, refinancing a car loan is not a fun process and can be very stressful with all of the clickbait “AMAZING” interest rates presented online. I had three different refinance institutions advertise rates and then not be able to do anything because the institutions didn’t understand the kind of car I had and the value or just outright came back eight interest rates that were 2x higher than what they presented.

I was having a ton of trouble getting a refinance. I have good credit, but no one wanted to work with the type of vehicle I have. Shari ** was able to help me get it all figured out. It was so easy and painless. Thanks a bunch!!! You rock!!!!

I filled out a form online to investigate whether I could save money by refinancing my car loan. Shortly after submitting the form I received an email that my application had been approved. At about the same time my credit monitoring service notified me that a hard credit inquiry had occurred which surprised me since I had given no approval to go ahead with an application. I then received an email requesting that I set up a phone appointment with the loan agent. I responded that I was not going to follow through with a phone appointment without knowing the APR of the loan offer. Just now I received a notice from Gravity Lending declining my loan application.

Unfortunately, after assessing the offers I was given me and my wife decided not to continue with the process of refinancing. Both her credit and mine were +720 this time around which is much higher than when I purchased the vehicle 3 years ago, and given the interest rate presented in the offer is higher than my current one and that our monthly payment didn't go down as much, we decided not to proceed at this time.

This is another review for Nick **; this is my fourth time refinancing with him for almost 5 years. This time, it was with the C8 Corvette, my dream car, to which he processed everything before even the first monthly payment was about to be due. Out of every person I've worked with, he is the most knowledgeable and genuine man I've met. He immediately responds to emails and texts, always answers every question thoroughly. I truly believe that he is an asset, and I benefit in no way by writing this review at all. I have never been left ignored, never had a question go unanswered; when he promises something will be done, it is always completed on time. Otherwise, I would not keep going back to the same loan refinance service if I truly didn’t feel it didn’t meet my expectations. But this company and Nick we way above that.

I had a disappointing experience with Gravity Lending regarding the GAP insurance policy I purchased through them during the refinancing of my vehicle loan. My vehicle has a rebuilt title—A fact that was evident from the VIN and known to them at the time of refinancing. Despite this, I was sold a GAP policy that excluded coverage for vehicles with rebuilt titles. After a total loss, my GAP claim was denied, leaving me responsible for the remaining balance of my loan. It was only after the denial that I was refunded the cost of the GAP policy, but this doesn’t resolve the financial burden caused by their failure to ensure the policy was appropriate for my situation. I trusted Gravity Lending to provide clear and accurate information when refinancing my loan. Instead, I feel misled and let down. I cannot recommend their services to others unless they improve their transparency and due diligence when offering financial products.
