I want to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the refinance process, as I had anticipated it to be painful and to result in a minor benefit. However, Jerrel at Gravity Lending took the time to understand my goals and subsequently found the right lender for me with great benefit to me. I should also note that there was some technical difficulties I had to negotiate in the transfer of my title to the state I had moved to, but Jerrel and his team were on top of direction and support, utilizing prompt and clear communication, always. My Customer Rep Ari was insightful and walked me through the process with ease. He kept me informed throughout the application process to Loan Approval. Bre W was able to save me $100 per month by finding me lower interest rates over current loan servicer. My auto sales rep pretty much forced a bank on me saying they had the lowest rate buy Gravity Lending was able to save even more. Roughly 2% lower than the bank provided.

Everything was upfront. What I was told remained unchanged, unlike other lenders who say one thing and then come with a different number later. The overall process wasn’t too bad. Probably better than most. Sawyer T. was awesome to work with. He helped coordinate things and kept everything moving forward. A little hiccup in getting items notarized but worked through it all. Could have been a miscommunication between them and Ohio BMV. Would do business with again!
