This is another review for Nick **; this is my fourth time refinancing with him for almost 5 years. This time, it was with the C8 Corvette, my dream car, to which he processed everything before even the first monthly payment was about to be due. Out of every person I've worked with, he is the most knowledgeable and genuine man I've met. He immediately responds to emails and texts, always answers every question thoroughly. I truly believe that he is an asset, and I benefit in no way by writing this review at all. I have never been left ignored, never had a question go unanswered; when he promises something will be done, it is always completed on time. Otherwise, I would not keep going back to the same loan refinance service if I truly didn’t feel it didn’t meet my expectations. But this company and Nick we way above that.

Alexandra went the extra mile to get my car specifics; to ascertain the correct value in order to get the lower interest rate possible from 1 of 2 approved lenders. I was able to lower my interest rate by 2.85% and finance with a local credit union and my GAP plan was reduced by $375.00 from my previous lender. There were no origination fees, no hidden fees; only State fees. I applied on a Monday and my loan was funded on Friday of the same week. My old lender was paid the following week. I couldn’t want for a better experience. I would highly recommend Gravity Lending for auto loan refinancing.

I had a disappointing experience with Gravity Lending regarding the GAP insurance policy I purchased through them during the refinancing of my vehicle loan. My vehicle has a rebuilt title—A fact that was evident from the VIN and known to them at the time of refinancing. Despite this, I was sold a GAP policy that excluded coverage for vehicles with rebuilt titles. After a total loss, my GAP claim was denied, leaving me responsible for the remaining balance of my loan. It was only after the denial that I was refunded the cost of the GAP policy, but this doesn’t resolve the financial burden caused by their failure to ensure the policy was appropriate for my situation. I trusted Gravity Lending to provide clear and accurate information when refinancing my loan. Instead, I feel misled and let down. I cannot recommend their services to others unless they improve their transparency and due diligence when offering financial products.
