This was one of these easiest refinancing transactions I’ve experienced. Stephanie from Gravity Lending basically did all the work, providing me very detailed instructions on my tasks. The entire transaction was handled electronically through Docusign with one FedEx mailing to the state, for which they paid for shipping. Stephanie answered all my questions, and was very patient as I explored a couple of different scenarios. Gravity Lending is lucky to have her. Despite not taking her calls, and being too busy to call her back, she continued to reach out until the time was right for me.

I just refinanced my auto loan to a much lower APR and there were not even any fees involved or anything. The process was very pain free and I even did the notary online. If a lower rate is available, I don't know why everybody wouldn't refinance with Gravity.
