I received a preapproved letter from Gravity Lending to refinance my car loan. I applied on Wednesday and got a call from Carlos on Friday. Carlos said he found a lower APR for me and I accepted. I didn't hear from Carlos for almost a week, when I called him the following Thursday, he did not pick up. I tried texting and no response. Tried calling Friday and he picked up. He said the refinance fell through and couldn't find another institution to take my loan. He said I had an excellent credit rating and it would be easy for me to get a loan somewhere else. I thought I was preapproved? Preapproved from Gravity lending is a scam. No call from Carlos. Very bad customer service

My wife and I have worked diligently and protectively for 6 years to rebuild our credit and at a time when it is going to make a real tangible life-changing difference to refinance our automobile. Dillon ** responded to an application we submitted and approached us to inform us he had found a lender who saw the work we had put in and saw us as a viable investment worth taking a risk on and presented us with an interest rate we thought was too good to be true honestly. Paul ** was great! Easiest loan refinance I've done, and we've been through a few. Paul took care of everything and just sent us documents for signature. Our loan was paid off within a week of closing and it's been easy to communicate with him at each step. Thank you!!

I was skeptical at first, but given their reviews, I decided to reach out to see if they could help with refinancing my car loan. Within a day or 2 after submitting the application, they reached out to me to tell me I was approved and explain the process. The whole process was easy enough and was completed within a few weeks. They were able to get me down almost 2.5% from my previous car loan and reduced my monthly payments by $100/mo (would have been $150 but opted to add Gap insurance to the loan), but needed to extend the loan from 48 months back to 60 months.

My last 2 refi loans were done by Gravity Lending. The entire process was smooth and painless. Their expertise can’t be matched! Courtney ** was the loan officer that assisted me, & I cannot say enough good things! She handled my finances with such attention & care. There is much to be said for experience & knowledge! I was working with real humans, no AI, should note my FICA is in the 800’s, so that might have helped.

Let’s face it, refinancing a car loan is not a fun process and can be very stressful with all of the clickbait “AMAZING” interest rates presented online. I filled out a form online to investigate whether I could save money by refinancing my car loan. Shortly after submitting the form I received an email that my application had been approved. At about the same time my credit monitoring service notified me that a hard credit inquiry had occurred which surprised me since I had given no approval to go ahead with an application. I then received an email requesting that I set up a phone appointment with the loan agent. I responded that I was not going to follow through with a phone appointment without knowing the APR of the loan offer. Just now I received a notice from Gravity Lending declining my loan application.
