I would like some follow up to better understand how to track performance with online account log-in, etc. I have emailed the account team at GoldCo to this effect and gotten no response weeks later. Aside from that, my experience overall was very satisfactory.

According to Goldstar Trust Company in Canyon, Texas, my IRA transfer of gold and silver has not arrived. In addition, my purchase of silver coins has not arrived at my home. Delays like this should never occur.

Over the past two years I have spoke with at least five Goldco representatives. Each of them were very courteous, professional and respected my time. While considering the current economic times Americans are facing, I completed my IRA conversion to Gold and Silver in December 2020. Every body I talk to is real nice and seem to be very competent in there their jobs. Since I live out of town and have a PO box it has caused a delay in getting started, too bad. When I get living address from gas and electric we will get started. It would be better if physical address requirement is informed at the very beginning.

It took a month to transfer $25K from my Ameriprise retirement accounts to Strata Trust in order to open an self-directed IRA with Goldco doing the coin purchases. Tony gave very useful information, and Ruby ought to work at the UN for her patience, courtesy, competence, and determination.

This was a very easy transaction. I told Goldco what I wanted to purchase - gold. They did all the paperwork for me. The papers were sent to me and I signed them and sent them back. A couple of glitches were quickly solved...by Goldco, not by me. The whole experience was very good.

Difficult Choice when it comes to choosing which Company to go with, Carl was very helpful but would never disclose rates & fees. I did research on holding companies and decided that I didn’t want to turn 100k from a rollover into $80k or even less in people but that doesn’t help when I’ve lost 20K potentially.

It was obvious they were a team in constant communication with one another. Each one knew how to reach the other for answers within a very short period of time.
