This was a major decision in my life that I had to make, and Debtblue has made it easy every step of the way I really appreciate the last agent I spoke with, and I’m happy with my service. I would recommend to a friend or family member. Debt consolidation was my only option besides bankruptcy. I’m glad I chose this option because I’m trying to purchase a house in the near future.

I had received notices that I was behind on my payments although my last payment had cleared the bank on time. Dee assured me my account payments were current. I also had a problem logging onto the client portal and she emailed me a link to reset my password. I was able to log in. She took care of my concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.

I really love this company. I have been with them for a couple of years and they have been doing a wonderful job and I'm almost finished. I recently heard their ad on the radio and I was thinking if I could be the spokesperson on the radio to let people know that they're doing a wonderful job I would. Thanks, Debt Blue.

I was frustrated with lack of easy communication beforehand but understand the process better now. I just need to get Citibank to turn off autopay so my account is not overdrawn every month.

He was very helpful helping me to understand what the debt program was and how it would work for me and how it would help me to get out of debt, how much I would be paying the benefits it would help with and how long it would take me to get out of debt.

Eduardo was very nice and professional. Although he wasn’t able to process my request, he explained it through. He was understanding and empathetic to my concerns. Even though my reason for calling was not pleasant, he was able to have me leave the conversation without any concerns. It was a pleasure to have him speak to me and I hope if I have to call again is able to help me.

I discovered DebtBlue through a friend who was using a different service, but I got the names mixed up and ended up with DebtBlue. It turned out to be a great choice. The entire process was smooth, though I faced slight confusion near the end. The enrollment process was straightforward, and I liked it enough to refer my daughter. She's now been with DebtBlue for six months.

They have been very helpful in aiding me to get my credit back on track. They have paid off a few of my creditor and are paying consistently on others for me. They also have a legal team that has assisted me with any creditor legal matters. They helped me make the payments to resolve my debt that I would not have been disciplined enough to make myself. They also negotiated terms I probably would not have gotten.

All questions I had were answered, and he was very polite. My wait time to speak with a representative was very very short. There was no hesitation when a question was asked. He had the answer right there on the computer in front of him. I am very pleased with this experience.

Alexis ** was amazing!!! She was the most understanding and professional person during the entire conversation. She never rushed or assumed anything and was very respectful. I called to find out why I was charged $100 after I had paid off my $8100. She said it was a mistake and I would receive the hundred dollars back. She indicated that it was pending and would take up to three days to clear and then after that the hundred dollars would go back into my account within 5 to 7 business days. I’m not happy that this happened but I appreciate that she at least apologized for it.

I was very eager to start the program and I still am. What I didn’t expect was to break my dominant arm in two places. Most of my income is dependent on my physical mobility and I had to pause my first payment. That first phone call was pleasant and professional. Roxana reached out to me to see when we could begin the process again. After hearing that I will have a 3-4 month recovery and physical therapy should begin in 5 weeks she quickly understood my predicament. I want to say that my expectation was surpassed. I had one of the loans I am working on paying off contact me today claiming no payment has been sent. I checked online and saw it had cleared for the month they were accusing went unpaid. Had some questions about a settlement that was offered, and I needed to make sure my account wouldn’t need additional funds past the amount I pay monthly. Carmen ** was very professional and helpful. She was able to give me exactly what I needed to dispute an unlawful collections report made by AT&T against me. AT&T did not honor their settlement agreement and sent the remaining balance of the account to collections, after DebtBlue had already made the payments to settle the account. It hit my credit report, and in order to get it taken off and disputed, I had to provide proof that it was settled in full per the agreement. Carmen was able to provide all the information I needed for my case.

Today I worked with Cassie through DebtBlue to start my journey to become financially fit by utilizing their debt consolidation program. I have bipolar 1 and was in a manic episode. Cassie was so patient with me, as I frequently got off topic. She didn’t just treat me like a customer, but as a person. She was kind, compassionate, and empathetic, yet still professional. Would like to have little more interaction and how the money is currently paying the debt settlements. I've received texts and calls on settlements but seem to be 50% to 60% of balances. Is that standard practice? My main question is do these reflect on my credit POS or NEG. Thank you for doing a good job.

Needed to remove an account from the program because spouse is primary and it was affecting his credit score. He ask me to have it removed from my Debt Blue account. I recently decided to try DebtBlue services to consolidate several bills into one manageable payment. Our main goal was not to save money initially, but to simplify our financial obligations. In enrolling with DebtBlue, I found the process straightforward. They reviewed all our credit cards and provided us with a monthly payment plan that lasted over two years. Working with their consultant was pleasant; they were straightforward and provided necessary documentation. They detailed what our potential payoff could be, assuring us that through negotiations, that would be the final amount we'd pay. Luis helped me figure out what was going on with my account! Luis was very patient with me and he knew just what I was talking about! One lady has me so frustrated and told me in all do respect several times that she had no idea what I was talking about because I could not give her which company! I kept telling her that I did not know which company because the lawyers on the judgment case against me did not say which company, I just knew that it was over 6000! And all this started when I got a letter from Jeremy Johnston saying that that Blue told him that I canceled him and that was not true. I hadn’t talked to that blue in a long time. It’s Thursday, February 13, 2025. I didn’t doubt that it was Sears so I couldn’t tell that lady that helped me before Luis!

This representative was very kind and explained to me in detail what was going on with my creditors. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. As I was concerned about a letter I received in the mail of one of my creditors sending my bill to a collection agency. So I was worried that Debt Blue has not included them in my program. She reassured me that Debt Blue had the same letter send to them and that it was being taken care of and they were working with them on a settlement.

Debt Blue is a Wonderful Company and they have great Workers! I really like being their customer! They really care about helping you out in a time of need! I couldn’t afford the legal aid offered through DebtBlue so I had to arrange payments for one of my cards. Julia contacted me literally minutes after I had gotten off the phone with a scammer accusing me of owing Toll Bills. She told me she wanted to delete the card from my account since I took over payments but the paper I was signing did not say DebtBlue. She was able to send me information to verify that it was indeed a subsidiary of DebtBlue and we were on the same page. She was so kind and patient. She then looked at the rest of my account and offered suggestions on how to help speed up the process of getting out of debt for me faster. I appreciate the encouragement and especially the patience as we worked through this issue.
