    Your service is not for me. Maybe I am impatient. Maybe I’m concerned with my credit score taking an out drastic drop. I was just not happy with the speed at which you guys came back with some results.

    The agent returned my call in a timely manner, same day. He was very nice and courteous. He listened to my concerns/issues then reached out to the appropriate person to get the correct answers.     She was nice and seem to understand issue. Looking forward to her supervisor addressing this matter before we lose my attorneys. Payments have not been made since January. Have been notified by them that I have been cancelled, but still active? After 90 days will not reinstate me without, start up fees again. We owe them for February, March and soon April 7th.     I've signed with this company over a year ago and I've been due by a company that took over the account from someone else. In the process of being sued I thought that Debt Blue lawyers was there to represent me. That's been over 4 months ago in which I thought they had it under control. I came home today only to receive a letter in the mail for garnishment of my paycheck. WoW!!! What am I to do or think now about this process. I called debt blue and some took my information.     At first, DebtBlue offers you the world. They are very nice and sweet-talk you into joining their service, making it seem like they will handle everything. In the beginning, payments were being taken and everything appeared to be running smoothly. When Discover Card sued me, I immediately notified DebtBlue. I was told not to worry about it, which gave me a false sense of security—especially since I was paying monthly for their legal services. Shortly after that, I found out my wages were being garnished. Despite DebtBlue being fully aware of the lawsuit and garnishment, I received no real help or guidance.

    I understand DebtBlue may respond to this review claiming they did everything they could to help me. That was not my experience, and I have documentation and proof to support everything I am stating here. After I canceled their service, they continued calling me repeatedly. I clearly told them to stop contacting me and to leave me alone, yet the calls continued, which felt like harassment. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. There is nothing they could say or do to convince me to ever use their services again. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

    This company is a fraud, anyone who doesn't believe me can send me a message to my email ** and I will show you the proof, one of the accounts was for 3800 with Capital One and they closed the deal with 3700 and charged me 950 to close the deal, don't be fooled. When you call they tell you lies and all the money you give them they take it to make sure you pay them. Later if they have financial problems they leave you alone, they are garbage, I have the saved calls and proof of everything.

    I stopped paying on my cards, so I was getting debt calls. DebtBlue called me, and they explained the rundown of their program. They told me to give the debt companies their number, and I did. Those calls then went away. The program was painless and easy and worked fairly well for me.

    I didn’t ever have any issues with them. They asked me which cards I wanted help with, calculated an amount, and told me how long it was gonna be for me. I never got frustrated with them. They were able to answer my questions. If they weren’t, they passed me on to someone who was able to answer. If I missed a payment, they were pretty nice about it. I had a portal that showed me where they were at with negotiations. That was pretty cool. They called me if they were able to negotiate with a company or when we’re about to close on a card. They did what I needed to have done and made it relatively painless.

    I also learned some things from them along the way. They would throw money in their account and let that do its thing while they were negotiating with the companies to get payments down. That made me want to make different accounts, so that way, the money can pull from there. Now I have different accounts that do different things instead of holding everything in my checking.

    Customer service with DebtBlue is pretty good. They helped me as much as they could and I worked with many people that I felt comfortable with. They were nice and pleasant. The program took about four years.

    I filled out the paperwork online and did the online signature. I then received emails for my monthly statements. Pretty much everything was online unless I had some certain issue that couldn't be fixed online. I honestly found the website difficult to navigate. I couldn't see things I wanted to see. If I were trying to look at documents, I wouldn't be able to see the documents unless I downloaded them.

    The experience wasn't bad. It was convenient. The only issue that I had was that they would automatically take their payment out of your bank. I like to personally pay my stuff. So them taking it out was a little bit of a bother for me, but I don't see it being that much of a bother to somebody else.     DebtBlue worked out a plan that was comfortable enough for me. Their rep answered all of my questions but there were some pieces missing. What you’re getting into needed to be explained just a little bit clearer because I was under the impression that once I make my first payment, DebtBlue will reach out to the people and let them know that they were representing me. I was told I didn’t have to make any further payments and that everything will go through them. As soon as I make the first payment, everything was gonna start getting worked out.

    But that’s not what happened. I had an account that wasn’t completely closed yet and they constantly were checking up on the payment. Had I known, I probably wouldn’t have done it at the time. I was able to get one thing settled and cleared, so that was good. But I still have something that’s open and it’ll stay that way until they decide to close it out. I was told that it was gonna mess with my credit. But I’m assuming I accumulate enough for DebtBlue to make an offer, but that’ll be a while.

    My personal monthly finance was changing drastically, and I was getting ready to get tacked on with a lot of interest on a couple credit cards. I had one credit card that was already accumulating interest, and I was just trying to get it paid off. Instead of paying three $2,000 payments a month, I started reaching out to multiple programs, and DebtBlue is the one that could give me the longer months with it. And if I wanted to make extra payments, DebtBlue is the one that got my payment the lowest for the amount of months that I’m doing. They do take out a $7 a month fee for the whole duration of the time. They tell you everything before you sign any paperwork. It shows everything down to the last month that you pay. So there’s no surprise fees or extra fees once you get signed up.

    They said they normally like to do a 36-month or a 48-month, so that’s what I got quoted first. But I was thinking of getting it down to the payment that I feel comfortable with and then if I can pay extra, I will. I do daycare so I have a lot of money coming through monthly, depending on what kids I have. Sometimes in the summer, I take on another provider and my income doubles, but sometimes it doesn’t. It depends every year. I knew in advance that my income was gonna be a little bit lower so I had to adjust somehow. They worked with me every bit of the way.

    I enrolled in the 60 months program in May but not all of my credit cards are settled yet. I understand that takes time, and I’ve got to build up my account with them. But I thought I would have been more settled by now. If I were to dump thousands of dollars, this stuff would get settled more quickly. But they just take out the monthly, so it’s a give and take and I knew that going in.

    It’s a great program to have for people that was in my situation and have their income fluctuate the way it does. We ended up getting in another house and it’s been a mess. Financially, we were in the position to do it, and if people can just bite the bullet and pay it off themselves, that’s what they need to do. But if they’re gonna be in a tight spot for around two years, the program’s worth it. But for any consolidation, people need to be aware that your credit rockets down and it is not in a good way. It’s gonna take me forever to build my credit back up.

    Enrolling with DebtBlue was simple. I just called and they walked me through it and told me the amounts that we can do to consolidate debts. I just gave them my information and they emailed me my contract.

    They set me up where I just pay a small monthly amount for all of my debts. I told them all my accounts, they checked them all, and they just gave me a price to lower my monthly payments, which was amazingly cheap. The customer support was amazing.     Truthfully, as of right now, I feel like I’m being robbed. I thought I could start repairing my life or my debt, but that’s not what it came out to be. My debt consultant at Debt Blue did great. I thought they set me up on a payment plan that was comfortable for me, but I’m not really sure now. And I would like to have a better understanding of how the process works, because I was told how much I’m going to pay a month, and that they’re gonna reach out to the people, and then things are gonna start rolling, but there's no progress. At first, right away, things worked out, but then five months went by, and it doesn’t seem like much progress is going on.  

    And I actually reached out either last week or two weeks ago about one of my creditors that I was told that they’ve been working with them. And they’ve been working with them since May. But nothing has been discussed, and there was no follow-up. And then I was asked if I could add 20 bucks to my payment, and I agreed. But it only happened once, and then it went back to the normal payment. And nothing has changed. And the $20 a month was actually from them saying that I needed to do this to make this happen. 

    I knew my credit was gonna get hit, but truthfully, I could have just stopped paying my credit cards, and I probably would have had at least three credit cards paid off by now if I hadn't made payments to them. So, that’s where it’s frustrating. I’m doing the same thing. I’m not paying any of my credit cards for them to help me, which is hurting my credit. And then I’m spending an additional 300 and some dollars that, in a sense, I could have literally just not paid all my credit cards and pay them off one by one.

    So, communication needs to be improved, not just the waiting game. Because I know I’ve reached out multiple times. And it’s going to be a year in October. And I only have two people that they have worked with. And all they’ve kept saying is that I don’t have enough money in my account, when they’re the ones that created it and said what my payment is gonna be to be able to make it work. And they also keep on saying between 90 and 180 days, and it's okay, but I just don't understand that reasoning.

    Everything was perfect in the beginning. I sent over 12 items with 14,808 total debt. Within the first four months, five items were paid off. One item was paid off by July 29th of 2024, another by August 7th, and the other three was paid August 14th.

    The rep was amazing with explaining everything and how the process worked. Julian would stay in touch with me just to make sure everything was going okay. I turned over the items that I wanted him to take care of and he would send me a statement of when things were paid. It sounded very convincing and like DebtBlue was a very professional institution.

    Then it just stopped. Over the month, it’s very little communication unless I reach out with a concern about something. I sent an email recently because I received a letter in the mail where one of my creditors was trying to take me to court. I reached out to them and they did get back to me but they wanted to increase my payment. But they didn’t lower the amount they were taking after paying off a lot of my debts. So I thought they should have even more money to cover those debtors that were holding out.

    Everything was going well with DebtBlue and I didn't have any problems with them. The guy that I talked to, Omar, was really nice. He told me what he can help me with and get everything done. I was with them for a year and they told me that they could help me get my debt down. I had a lot of credit cards and they paid off certain ones. But the ones I wanted to pay off, they never did. They said that they were working on it.

    The last call I got was around April or May. They called me and told me about a card they were trying to resolve for me to get paid. They asked me if I wanna do it the way they wanted to do it and I said yes. I sent them 599.57. But usually, every month, $357.99 was coming out. But I haven't heard from them again.

    DebtBlue is reducing my debt. I'm paying a lower monthly payment over a short period of time, so that's beneficial. It was good at the beginning, but lately, I'm not getting any more information. The first few months, they were very informative and they contact you. They then just cut off once you're into a year. You don't hear from them anymore.     I sought out DebtBlue's services because I needed some help with my bills and finances. I got debt consolidation, and the process wasn't easy, and it wasn’t that difficult. The only problem is that when I call, I don’t talk to the person that I got involved into the program with.

I want to know how long I’m going to pay because I had a choice of paying little and taking it for so many years or paying them more, and I told them I wanted it for two years so I could be over and done soon. I thought I was almost done, and I was kind of happy. When I called this week, they told me I still have a year and a half. To be honest, I also don’t know anything about the fees, which is why I’m kind of confused because I thought I was almost done paying, and I wasn’t.

    Overall, I’d still tell a friend or a family to try DebtBlue to see if they can help you because they did a couple of my accounts pretty quickly.

    DebtBlue's enrollment process wasn't bad. I looked at what I was paying monthly in regards to my credit card and my loan, and honestly, I made the wrong decision doing it because my credit now has plummeted. I talked to DebtBlue's guy before I had made a decision. At first, I didn't know you had to stop making payments altogether, so I was making a payment to DebtBlue and then still paying on it. Then he told me they have to negotiate. In order to negotiate, they had to stop paying it. I was already locked in at that point. If I knew that, I would have never done it. The guy told me my credit's gonna drop because of the late payments but in turn, this program will help me build it back up. I haven't seen that part yet, and I've already paid it off for a while.

    At first, I wanted to get a loan so that I could consolidate my loan, but then DebtBlue said they couldn't offer it. They did say they could offer a service to help me pay off my debt. Instead, I pay them a certain amount, and then they talk on my behalf to the people I was in debt to to pay off the debt. Enrolling in the program was easy. The representative that works with me explained the program to me so I understood it well, and he is very professional. It hasn't even been a year yet that I've been with DebtBlue's program. I paid off my credit card last month. As for the other one, they sold it off to debt collectors for now, and they're working with them. There's still a pretty decent chunk left with the other one. I got the smaller loan out of the way, but the bigger one is still there. Overall, DebtBlue has been reliable.

    I did this DebtBlue program years ago through Americor. I was just searching and wanted to try somebody new. I ended the program December of last year, and it was good. It was a three-year program, and I did it in five months. However, every time I made a big payment, it would take so long to reflect. As far as money transferring, that's the only thing. It was, "When is it gonna populate?" I wanna see the progress I made, and it would take so long. Other than that, my credit got up to 700 a couple of months ago. It was great.     DebtBlue had good reviews. However, the program didn't work for me personally. I had to just figure out a way to pay off the debt and get out from the program because it was ruining my credit. They wanted me to continue to be late without paying my payments, and I told them that I just wanted to consolidate debt. I did not want to be late on payments. They required me to pay a certain lump sum of money before they would even address working out a reduction in the cost that I had to pay.

    Now, they went ahead and not within a month or so, they worked with a credit card company and got that resolved. When they were trying to work with Truist Bank with a LightStream loan, it was taking them way longer and they didn't make any payments for a year, so that meant I didn't make payments for a year. It screwed up my credit report when I was almost at 800 before I started with them. They always said that I had to accumulate more money into the account before they could try to negotiate with a company.

    I wouldn't do their program again. I will not even affiliate with a company like that again, because I had good credit. I had built my credit back up from having bad credit in my younger years. I stressed this to them, and it's all I can do, and when I would call and say, “What are y'all doing about this? What's the status? Because I keep getting these late notices and this is ruining my credit.” They would say, “We're working on it. We just gotta get a little bit more money built up in your account.” I said it was not feasible because I could be paying the loan myself and not even be late and ruining my credit.

    I was a little disappointed in the way that DebtBlue set everything up, because I thought that they would start making payments immediately on some of my debt, but they took all of their load upfront. They did not start to pay my debt off until August. There were a couple of things they settled. I settled a couple myself because I didn't wanna go four or five years with this. I intend to be cleared up in three years because I wanna also pull more debt out. But the problem is my business is still slow. I am a contractor. I thought I would pick up a lot more than it did. So, I just pay it as it goes. And I haven't been able to pull any more from them.

    I just make the payments every month. I check it every four months to see where we're at. With the other company, I would be able to sign on and see all my progress each month, what it was coming off and how the money was disbursed. But DebtBlue is not as good as that. Also, I would get one guy who happens to be very helpful. I would also get two people who don't wanna be bothered.

    There are some debts that were in my credit profile already and now they're with other agencies because they're not holding and waiting. They sell them off to different collection agencies. No one calls and harasses me, but my credit report is in shambles. But I'm riding it out. DebtBlue got a lot of money from me for more than nine months. I'm not gonna walk away from it at this point. I'm into it now, so even if I wanted to change it, I couldn't because I would lose too much money.

    Working with DebtBlue had a positive impact on my life because my credit score went into the toilet, but it's already coming back up. I racked up quite a bit of credit bills. It's a slow process, but it works. You have to be patient. They don't just take your money and forget about you.

    I called a couple of different places, and DebtBlue was the most responsive. I liked what they had to say. I was really nervous because I didn’t know what I was doing, but they gave me a good understanding of how long the process was going to take and what it involved. They explained what was going to happen with my credit – it's gonna get bad, but it'll get better. The other companies weren’t as forthcoming with information. DebtBlue made me more comfortable.

    I’ve been happy with their customer support. It’s very good. If I have an issue or a concern, I call them and they’re very responsive. Earlier, we already got a settlement from Discover for my card payments, but I got hit with a lawsuit that got delayed six months to be served to me. I contacted DebtBlue, and they were all over it. Their legal team made sure the lawsuit was dismissed because there was already a settlement, so I'm very happy with that.

    I began working with DebtBlue when I got a mail-out ballot. I looked at it, and at that time, I was in a situation where I needed some help, so I reached out. The people I’ve spoken with have been very forward, considerate, and thorough.

    The enrollment process was easy. They asked me a few questions, qualified me on different things, and I went through everything I had going on and gave them the information. They gave me an estimation, and I signed up for it. Throughout the process, they’ve been ongoing and have helped me get things taken care of and closed out.     I heard an ad on a podcast then did some research on other companies. DebtBlue seemed to be the most straightforward. They walked me through every step without it seeming like I didn't know what was happening with my credit. The process was really easy. I gave them everything and they gave me my options.     When the DebtBlue consultant helped me get it started, it was great. But I have not heard from anybody in two months. And I've had to make multiple phone calls to them to find out where I'm standing with anything. I know I can go online and look. But at the same time, it's like I'm still confused on everything. And I have to call people to get answers, and yet I still don't get any answers. To be honest, if I could pull it out right now, I would. But I can't. I'm too far into it.

    There have been times when I was not able to get ahold of anybody and I've had to leave a message or my number. And then, there were times that I've been able to talk with someone and they've given me some answers, but that doesn't fulfill what I was looking for.

    When it started, they gave me my payment plan, so I went with that. They had an agreement with one of the creditors and they asked for extra amount a month and I agreed to that. It dropped back to the original price. But other than that, I've only known a couple of settlements that they've done. I've been paying for over a year, and it just doesn't seem like anything's getting paid down because the creditors they’re supposed to take care of still keep calling me.

    I wanted to get out of debt, and DebtBlue’s loan services aren’t that great. I would have ended up paying more with the loan, so I declined the loan. In doing the consolidation, there were a few language barrier issues. But every now and then you speak with somebody whom you have to get them to repeat what they were saying five to six times.

    The rep I talked to lied when I asked him how was DebtBlue going to get paid and what was going to be their rate. He did not say anything about the 25% of the original debt, and I didn’t find that out until months later. He also made it seem like I would be able to call him for further help, but I have called him a few times since I signed up three years ago and he stopped answering the phone.

    The program was 36 months, but it was going to be longer than that. So, they lied about that too. Overall, I saved a lot of money because the stuff would have just been sitting there accruing interest with me making the minimum payments. But, when I went to the program, my stuff was not delinquent. The credit card was $1,000, and then they waiting for the money to build up in the account and so it grew to $1,600. And then they talked them down to $900. So, $100 in savings was saved, but then on top of that, I had to give DebtBlue 25% of the $1,000. So, where’s the savings?

    Certain things could have been explained better and they could have been more upfront. The 25% fee should be told to people on day one and not finding out months later. I’m just happy that I’m almost done with the program. I was supposed to be done this upcoming February. But I don’t think it would be done because they still got two more cards that they had work out.

    Be very careful, either they hire people that don’t know what they are doing or they are very shady. They were great until I made my final payoff payment. I called end of February 2025 and was told my final payoff amount was $520. Then they did a final audit and I was told I still owed $34.11. So I made that final payment on 3/4 which reflects in my bank statement and in my Debt Blue acct. I was then told it could take a few weeks to finalize to pay my accounts off and I would be sent graduation papers. Never heard anything for 5 weeks.

    Then I called to follow up and was told they weren’t sure why my accounts weren’t paid off but the money was there and it would get done. I kept seeing my balance in there but them not paying off my accounts. Meanwhile they keep deducting the $39.95 legal fee so my balance keeps going down so it looks like I’m short for my final payoff. I called again and was reassured that they would make sure all the money was there to pay off my accounts because it was there in March but their finance department was behind and that it would get paid off. I then called again on Fri 4/25 and asked to talk to a supervisor cause it’s starting to get ridiculous. It’s been almost 8 weeks since I made my final payment.

    I was told the supervisor would call me back in 24 hrs. No call. I called them on Tuesday 4/29 and talked to a supervisor. I was told I needed to pay $150 more dollars. That is was a miscalculation. I get people make mistakes but not one person over the last 8 weeks (at least 6 different people) ever said I needed to pay more and now I racked up additional $80 in legal fees that accrued because I was waiting on them to pay my accounts. Then I was told that I paid the last $34.11 in April when I actually paid it in march and have proof of it in my bank account. It it shows it cleared on March 3 and DebtBlue the supervisor says it shows April. So don’t trust them or their records and if they say everything is ok and it’ll get fixed don’t trust them. Keep calling everyday until you actually see it fixed. You also have the option to waive the legal fees. I recommend you do this when all your accounts are settled. I get people make mistakes. When they are made they should fix them and not at my expense. I should at least be credited the legal fees because my accounts should have been closed 8 weeks ago.

Though the stint with DebtBlue began on a hopeful note, the experience over time has not quite met our expectations, primarily due to communication gaps. Despite being participants for almost a year, we've only seen a few accounts settled. Meanwhile, the annoyance of creditor calls hasn't ceased, and this lack of progress leaves me wondering about the program's efficacy.

    Connecting with DebtBlue has also been quite a task. I expected some portal or online account to manage our arrangements, but no such feature was available. This is becoming more concerning now that I realize there hasn't been direct communication with the company many months into the program. Initially, I received a few emails regarding payment settlements, but those have become scarce, leaving us in an uncertain position. As far as having a designated contact person at DebtBlue, I am not aware of one, despite the ongoing need to clarify our account status. I had to dig through paperwork just to find a contact number. While I wouldn't outright recommend against the program, I would advise future clients to consider potential communication barriers.

    DebtBlue was the first company I contacted, and they seemed quite promising at the outset. My experience with them has been mostly positive. The consultants I've interacted with have been understanding and empathetic towards my situation, particularly since I'm self-employed and sometimes face delayed payments from my clients. The payment plan they set up for me was satisfactory, although I wish the monthly payments could have been lower as it's challenging to keep up. Despite this, they have managed to settle a couple of my debts and are currently negotiating another, which is reassuring.

    The quality of service from DebtBlue has been commendable. While the process is ongoing and I haven't seen the final results yet, their commitment is evident. It's been a challenging few years for me, but their support has been invaluable. I appreciate that they often have the same representative assist me, which provides consistency. Additionally, everyone I've spoken to has been knowledgeable and eager to help. I've even had to deal with a legal matter involving Citibank, but DebtBlue is negotiating to resolve it favorably.

    I really needed help at the time consolidating my bills to get them straightened out, and DebtBlue had called me. They've been doing an awesome job. They started out by getting my bills and wanting to know who I owed. The ones that were over $500 are the ones they were helping me with, which are in the thousands. They have helped me pay off two of them, and I have four to go. They're doing good with my payment plan. My payments are currently high because of the ones they’re helping me with, and I understand that they had to up my payments on account of it.

    The only problem I have is that they're supposed to be mailing me a copy each month and breaking it down to let me know how much is going on in each account. However, I didn't get a copy this month in my Gmail, so I'm going to start breaking it down for each one of the bills that they are paying. DebtBlue really helped me, and I’m trying to get my daughter to call them because she’s over her head.

    DebtBlue is a good company to work with. They do what they say they're gonna do, and they keep you abreast of everything that's going on. They have a website that you go to and it shows exactly what's due, what's been paid, what's being paid, and it shows you your balance of what you paid in and what's in there. It's a good program and I’ve never had a problem with them.

    I got myself into a little bit of a bind and I was having trouble paying my bills. I took out a lease on a car, and I told them it was too expensive, but they ended up going through with it anyway, so I got stuck. They won't take the car back, and if they do, it'll mess up my credit more than it already is. I had a personal loan and two other credit cards that I couldn't make the payments on because the car payment was so high. I couldn't keep up with the bills. The minimum payment alone would have killed me. I didn’t know what to do until DebtBlue came along and I was thrilled that they were able to take care of my personal needs.

    I spoke to one woman who was with a company called Legacy. I think she was kind of like a headhunter. She finds people that are having debt problems and then she referred them to DebtBlue. She was really nice and helpful. She asked me how much I could afford to pay into a fund that they would put aside for me to make the payments, I came up with a figure, and it automatically comes out of my bank every month. They've already paid off two of my creditors, and it might have taken six months, but they did get it paid in full. It does show up on my credit as a write-off, but it does show paid in full, which is a good sign. My credit score is starting to come back up again. It’s not cheap and it’s a burden to pay, but I do it because I know it's in my best interest that they're helping me.

    I would give DebtBlue 20 stars if I could. They’ve been incredibly kind and good. For example, over the last couple of months, my pay period shifted, and I asked if they could split my payment or charge it a few days later. They’ve handled it perfectly. I can’t say enough about how good they are.

    I got dental care. My dental care was so expensive, I got zirconia teeth which cost me $50,000. They’re beautiful but very expensive. I paid one credit card, $5,000 in cash, and the other two balances were around $20,000 and $24,000. Even after almost a year of making extra payments, my balance wasn’t going down.

    I called two companies to ask if my interest rate could be lowered, and they said no. The woman I spoke to was very rude. I told them I might go bankrupt, and they said they were not going to help. They were extremely negative. They were charging me 25%, so every payment I made barely reduced my balance. I was very upset because the $24,000 wasn’t going down at all, it was ridiculous. I called them, made an offer, and they said no. I told them I’d do what I had to do.

    After I went to DebtBlue, one of the companies called and said they wanted to make a deal. I told them I’m already with DebtBlue. They said they weren’t going to accept it and threatened to send me to collections.

    DebtBlue made a deal with both accounts. In fact, I’m going to be debt-free by the end of the year. It’s wonderful. It was a 24-month plan, whereas with the other companies it would’ve taken about 10 years, like throwing money down the drain. I’m a believer, and one day I found a letter on the table that I’d been ignoring. When I opened it, it said, “Put your credit cards together. Call DebtBlue today.”

    I’m very spiritual, and when I opened that letter, it was like a little blessing from heaven. I swear it felt like a miracle, something insanely beautiful happened when I opened it. I'm very grateful. Every time I call, these people are amazingly good. They’ve never let me down. I recommend it to the whole world.
