Good customer service and I got what I needed from the call. Not much more to say. Just had to rerun my card and my CS agent was helpful and fast. Ran into no problems. Just not a lot to say with a two minute visit where my problem was solved.

I had some debts that I consolidated and paid it through DebtBlue. Although the customer service met my expectations, my experience overall was not ideal. They handled my debt consolidation, but I noticed that the amounts being deducted did not align with what was actually going towards my debts, which left me unsatisfied with their services. If asked whether I'd recommend their services, I would suggest exploring alternatives first. Moreover, if I had known, I wouldn't have gone through with the process.

I had an old credit card debt that I hadn't paid off and DebtBlue was involved in taking over and managing that debt. In my interactions, especially at the start of their program, I dealt with a debt consultant who was highly knowledgeable and provided clarity on the process, which put me at ease. Thanks to their support, I was able to pay off my debt successfully. Overall, my experience with DebtBlue was positive and effective; they'd definitely be a recommendation from my end.

This company is a fraud, anyone who doesn't believe me can send me a message to my email ** and I will show you the proof, one of the accounts was for 3800 with Capital One and they closed the deal with 3700 and charged me 950 to close the deal, don't be fooled. When you call they tell you lies and all the money you give them they take it to make sure you pay them. Later if they have financial problems they leave you alone, they are garbage, I have the saved calls and proof of everything.

I had about $10,000 in credit card debt that I needed assistance with. From the start, I found working with DebtBlue's customer service to be quite positive. The team was generally helpful and guided me throughout most of the process, although there was one instance where I anticipated a call confirming that I had graduated from the program, which I have yet to receive. Despite this, overall, I felt supported.
The entire program took us about four years to complete, which was within the expected time frame they initially provided of 2 to 4 years. I handled all the enrollment online—filling out forms, signing documents with digital signatures, and receiving monthly statements via email. This setup worked well for me unless there were specific issues that required additional attention.
A few points about working with DebtBlue: while the assistance was convenient, I disliked the automatic withdrawals from my account for payments. I prefer making payments manually, but I recognize this might not be an issue for everyone else. Additionally, I interacted with multiple representatives rather than having a dedicated personal consultant, which could have made the process feel more tailored.
If a friend or family member asked, I would highlight the convenience of the service but advise potential clients to be prepared for automatic payments and less personalized consultant interaction. I did have generally positive experiences with their customer service team, who were pleasant and helpful when possible.
However, their website was somewhat difficult to navigate, especially on a phone—I struggled with viewing documents online and found I often needed to download them, which was inconvenient.
Overall, my experience garners a three-star rating mainly due to the unresolved confirmation issue and some process preferences. A dedicated case worker would have improved this experience. The customer service deserves high marks, as they were quite attentive, but the user interface and convenience of their digital platform could use improvements.

I was researching debt solutions and found DebtBlue suitable. My interaction with their customer service was mostly positive; the representative was kind and accommodating.
DebtBlue arranged a payment plan that I felt was manageable, but I do think the entire process wasn't explained as clearly as I would have liked. For instance, I discovered rather unexpectedly that an account wouldn't close immediately as anticipated. I was under the impression, after my initial payment, that DebtBlue would handle all communications and I'll no longer need to make additional payments. However, the reality was different, and I was still contacted for outstanding payments, leaving me somewhat confused and overwhelmed.
Even though the initial setup seemed promising, the process became more complicated than anticipated. I settled one account successfully, but another remains open, pending enough funds for DebtBlue to negotiate a closure offer. While I appreciate their support thus far, I’d say my overall experience has been moderately satisfactory.
To encapsulate my experience, I'd rate my journey with DebtBlue between a 3 and 4. While I achieved some resolution, the unexpected intricacies were frustrating. Nonetheless, I'm hopeful for closure with the remaining account and appreciate the efforts they invested in getting things started. I'd recommend they improve the clarity of their process explanations to better manage client expectations.

I couldn't make ends meet and I decided to seek the services of DebtBlue. The rep seemed knowledgeable and the enrollment process was oaky. I’ve been in the program for three months so I haven’t seen much results yet. But it’s moving forward. We got a payment plan that works. DebtBlue would be worth giving a try.

My income, largely from daycare work, varies throughout the year, notably doubling in summer. Anticipating a decrease in income, I explored various programs that would help address my fluctuating financial situation, particularly due to mounting credit card interest. DebtBlue stood out by offering the longest payment terms and the lowest monthly installments. Initially, I was concerned about the delays in settling my credit cards, even after enrolling in the program last May. I understood, however, that these processes take time as I build up my account with them, akin to saving in a bank. Although it’s a slow process, I did appreciate that they don’t require an upfront deposit, taking monthly payments instead.
I’m currently in a 60-month program, though at first, they quoted shorter terms like 36 or 48 months. DebtBlue worked collaboratively with me to achieve a payment scheme I’m comfortable with while allowing me to make extra payments if possible. So far, everything's been going pretty smoothly and there were no surprise fees. They told me everything before I signed any paperwork. It also which showed everything down to the last month that I have to pay. All in all, despite successfully lowering my payments, potential customers should know that this kind of consolidation can significantly impact your credit score—regrettably for the worse. My credit has suffered, and it will take considerable time to rebuild it. Therefore, I’d advise those who can manage their debts independently to do so to protect their credit health.

My experience with DebtBlue's debt consultants has been quite positive so far. Though my credit hasn't greatly improved yet, I've appreciated how consistently they work with me on a manageable payment plan. I haven’t encountered any issues or complications with their services. I just do what I need to, and they handle the rest efficiently.

The enrollment process with DebtBlue was straightforward. I reached out to them, and they guided me through the necessary steps. They discussed amounts we could use to consolidate my debts, collected my information, and sent the required documentation for me to review and sign.
DebtBlue set me up with a program where I pay a manageable monthly fee that consolidates my debts. I provided them with information about my accounts, and they pinpointed them all, offering me lower monthly payments that worked out to be surprisingly affordable. The customer support has been excellent. Every time I've needed assistance, they've been there—either handling my concerns on the spot or phoning back promptly.

In the beginning, it seemed as though everything was progressing smoothly with DebtBlue. Their consultant seemed quite effective and did a great job setting up a payment plan I was comfortable with. But after five months, there wasn't any noticeable progress with my creditors. I reached out for clarification about working with one specific creditor and discovered that they had been in contact since May. Yet, there was no update or progress, which was frustrating. At one point, DebtBlue suggested I increase my monthly payment by $20 to expedite the process, and despite agreeing to this, it only happened once with no further communication.
From my perspective, had I managed my credit cards myself, I could have potentially paid off three cards with the money given to DebtBlue. Selecting the program meant pausing payments on my credit cards, negatively impacting my credit without seeing any promise of resolution. Additionally, I've made several attempts to get answers, yet my main frustration lies in the lack of regular communication and transparency regarding my situation. There have been ongoing assurances about the reasoning for delays, with responses stating there's not enough money in my account to negotiate. However, these delays were contradictory to the initial agreements. While working with DebtBlue, I have seen limited progress where they have worked with just two creditors and now, as the months stretch on, the process often feels overly complicated with repetitive discussions rather than receiving substantive updates or resolutions.

Jason, a young man I spoke to, sounded very convincing and left a solid impression. DebtBlue sounded like it was a very professional institution. At first, my interactions with them were positive. Jason regularly communicated with me, kept me updated on payments, and addressed my concerns promptly.
However, over the past months, the communication has waned. I found myself needing to contact them for updates and reassurance, especially after receiving a court letter from a creditor. Despite reaching out, I wasn't satisfied with the proposed increase in my payments given that some debts had already been settled.
My journey with DebtBlue started in April 2024, with twelve debts totaling $14,808. Within the first four months, they effectively settled five of these debts, improving my financial situation considerably. Initially, the regular feedback on the progress of my accounts kept me at ease, but the recent lack of proactive communication has been disappointing.
Moreover, I haven't utilized their online platform, given the initially smooth communication with their staff. If asked to rate my experience, I'd give them a 3 out of 5.

My experience with DebtBlue’s team has generally been quite positive. I have been part of program since around 2023 or 2024 and everyone I've interacted with has really put in the effort to ensure I have a good experience.
Tracking my progress with the program is possible through their app and website, which is moderately user-friendly. However, I do find it can be a bit confusing at times, especially when it comes to tracking payments and activities that contribute to paying off debt. The display is simple enough, but I'd appreciate clearer tracking of the payoff process.
Ultimately, if I had to rate my experience, I'd give it around a 3.5. The program has positively impacted my life by helping me manage my bills more effectively and reducing my financial stress, making daily life a bit easier. I've even recommended this to a relative of mine who was having financial difficulties, letting them know my positive experience and helping them get started with the program.

I was seeking assistance in managing my credit card debts, which was a bit overwhelming with numerous cards involved. DebtBlue's enrollment process was straightforward and free. They assured me they could help lower my debt, and initially, everything seemed to be going well as they were reducing balances on several smaller credit cards. However, the larger debts that I was most concerned about were only partially addressed, as they said they were still working on them.
I haven't been in contact with DebtBlue much recently; the last communication I received from them was around May or June when they discussed a specific payment plan for resolving one of my cards. Despite the monthly deduction of $357.99 from my account, things seemed positive at first. However, there hasn't been a recent update on where I stand with my debts since the last significant payment in June. Omar, the representative I dealt with, was quite supportive and I appreciated his assistance throughout the time.
For the time being, my overall experience has been mixed. While they seemed to be taking proactive steps initially, the lack of ongoing contact has left me somewhat unsure about my current program status. If I had to rate DebtBlue based solely on my initial experiences, I would lean towards a positive score, primarily because the interaction and help I received initially were satisfactory.

I had several cards that the payments were really high, and I could not keep up with them. The enrollment process with DebtBlue was excellent, thanks to a helpful representative.
The DebtBlue program has really stood out for me. They've managed to consolidate all my credit card debts into one manageable payment, allowing me to specify what I could afford. They provided a detailed plan, explaining the repayment timeframe clearly. Another aspect that I appreciate is the notification system; every time my creditors reach a settlement offer, I get a text to confirm before proceeding.

Initially, things were going well with DebtBlue. The program was beneficial and helped me reduce my monthly payments over a shorter period, which was great. The company was also very informative in the first few months, providing regular updates and staying in touch. However, over time, I've faced difficulties with communication.
Recently, I've experienced issues getting follow-up contacts or reaching the debt consultants. My attempts to connect via the original contact number have been futile, as my calls and messages have gone unreturned. It’s quite frustrating because while DebtBlue is effective in reducing my debt burden, the lack of communication has left me without essential updates. This situation makes it difficult to proceed confidently, especially as I still have questions concerning my progress and any future developments.

I was seeking some much-needed help with my bills and finances, so I thought I'd give DebtBlue a try. I reached out to them by phone, which was my preferred method of contact.
The DebtBlue program they recommended appeared to be a debt consolidation plan. However, I found parts of their explanation a bit confusing, and I’m still not entirely clear on all the details. Working with their debt consultant was an average experience—it was neither too easy nor particularly difficult. A significant issue is that I can no longer reach the original representative directly, which makes communication a bit frustrating.
I signed up for a two-year program, but I recently discovered that I'm not as far along as I thought. I initially chose to pay more to complete the program sooner, but I was told this week that I still have a year and a half to go, which was unexpected.
