I was impressed with Dean Graziosi's Real Estate course. I am on a disability pension, ex airforce and my earning options are limited as well as my capital, so I put my bill money into this course and was told on the webinar access to training material would be straight away. 1 week later, they took my money straight away but no further action, I've requested a refund twice now as I've lost confidence and am in dire straits, but no response. I will take further action if it is not refunded. I am a student on Anthony Robbins and am shocked if this is how someone he promotes does business, let alone if it is a scam. I will advise of future progress and give an accurate review if they take the integrous action required of a legitimate business honestly giving customers what they promise. And the full refund guarantee.

Paid $997 for the Real Estate 3 day seminar. Big mistake. I can't go and no one answers the phone to get a refund. Goes into voice mail and no one calls you. I also emailed and they said they'd review it. What a scam. I had a friend sign up with a Daymond John course and she was able to cancel before the class easily. Signed up during a Success Resources Dean Graziosi/Tony Robbins live presentation. Can't believe Tony Robbins would be affiliated with them. Don't trust Success Resources or New Peaks. They take your money but no one is available to talk to you. I've been trying for a week to get my money back and mysteriously can't contact anyone. If this is how they operate I would never want to do business with them or recommend anyone else doing this. What a scam.

They say never meet your heroes because they aren't the people they pretend to be online but this wasn't the case. I first heard of Dean after a few videos I watched of his on YouTube then hearing him speak at an event in San Diego on habits and reading his book Millionaire Success Habits, I was able to meet Dean in person while hiking Camelback mountain one morning and I can honestly say, I'm glad I did. In our 30 minute hike, you can instantly tell he always puts his family first and is one of the most humble, down to earth person I've ever met.

I first heard of Dean when he was being interviewed for his new book "Millionaire Success Habits" on the Lewis Howe's "School Of Greatness" podcast. Since listening to the podcast, I've purchased his book and many other materials of Dean's. I can honestly that investing in myself through his learning material has easily been one of the best decisions of my life. I've even had the awesome opportunity to meet Dean personally at his office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dean and his team were extremely welcoming and helpful for answering some questions I had regarding coaching and his materials I was studying of his. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and recommend Dean Graziosi to all of my family, friends and colleagues to study and learn from personally!

Around the 2nd week of September someone by the name of Kelly from your office reached out to us to set up an appointment for someone named Scott ** to call us at 5:30 EST to discuss where we were in the real estate process. He never called. The next day I sent a message to Kelly. She apologized and said we were on Mr. **’s schedule so she doesn't know why he didn't call. She scheduled me with Scott again for another conference call the next day 7:30 EST. Again, we sat around waiting for him to call us at that time. He never did. Around 10pm EST I get a call from the number Kelly said Scott would be calling from. He never left a message. I sent another message to Kelly and I called Kelly and left her a VMX twice and I never received a call back. Not sure what is happening here. No one has reached out to us since then.

I learned this issue wasn’t Dean’s fault at all. It was a misunderstanding and has been fully resolved.

Jeremy is the reason I have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 4. He was more than helpful in rectifying the problem I had with the service, and was always contacting me to make sure all my issues were cleared in a prompt manner.

I just finished Dean's newest book Millionaire Success Habits that he was giving away for free on facebook and let me just say wow! That was such a killer book. Dean made it really easy to understand how little changes make huge differences. And the better life challenge website is sick! Thanks dean! Thanks for caring so much with all the messages you do Dean. I love your facebook live videos as well!

Spending approx 25k for this company's training was the biggest mistake of my life. They totally misrepresented the benefits offered. For example, they promised that I would have an experienced real estate professional at my disposal for the first three deals I did... that "person" didn't exist. Instead, they had a phone bank of people who knew less than I did about RE investing.

I attended the Buying Summit back in May of 2013. Before I went I opened a self-directed IRA and moved $100,000 to purchase property. I was excited because it was advertised that this would be a great way to start your portfolio because the properties selected were in decent communities with very little violence and they were fully rehabbed. I purchased 2 properties, one in Missouri and the other in St. Paul, MN. I was told to pay half the purchase price for both properties. The property in MN had a purchase price of $116,677.00 and MO $58,988. I was told both properties were fully rented and because I was buying property from the Summit due diligence was done.

I love how easy it is for me to follow what Dean teaches and apply it quickly into my life! I have been dealing with so called gurus my whole life looking to find one I resonated with and I found it in Dean Graziosi! Thank you for everything Dean!

I have used Dean Graziosi's training for many years. He is a great teacher and motivator. I have read several of his books and used the techniques and have found success with his methods. I look at this type of training like school. You have the knowledge and what you do with it is completely up to you.

Dean Graziosi has provided some amazing training. One of the most influential parts of my personal investing career, was something I learned from Dean's program. He teaches a concept called 7 levels deep about looking within yourself to find your real core reason for wanting to invest in real estate. What I love the most about Dean Graziosi's training is that it's not just about Real Estate training. Dean gives his clients and his students his heart. I recently read several reviews, all of which had a positive spin in them. Where are the negative reviews of people who have lost money getting involved, getting hyped up in the moment. I bought a property in another state through one of Grazioso cohorts, Buy PD, and it is something I can only wish I never did. Everything about this deal made money for everyone except for me. In fact, everything from the first infomercial I saw several years ago until today is a sham for most people. I'd love to see the actual numbers of successful people who believed in Graziosi and his marketing BS. I could have paid off all of my bills and part of my mortgage had I not been reeled in by hook and crook.

The company made me an offer to resolve the issue which I accepted. This issue is now resolved.

Dean Graziosi has helped me recreate my life. I was a stay at home mom for over 20 years when I first started taking Dean's education. The up to date and step by step process of his programs allowed me to do my first deal in a few short months. I have gone on to complete nearly 100 deals in less than six years. I've purchased Dean related products since November of 2007. I was a slow starter. Dean gave me 100% of the wisdom I needed, but because of the naysayers around me I came out of the gates really slow. I remember my dad saying, "you have to be careful with fast talkers like this..." However, because of Dean's dedication to his Weekly Wisdoms, I stayed engaged and kept pushing. It was less than 4 years ago that my wife and I were barely getting by. I had bought 4 rental properties in 2006 but the market started declining shortly after that. I just completed the DG Edge event and it was the best Real Estate event I've ever been to! I have been to many of the other people who teach "how to make money in Real Estate" and I've been turned off by pretty much all of them, I will not name names, but if you watch TV you've seen them all! I attended the "free" seminar. The ad I received had a promotion where the first 50 attendees receives a free tablet... nope. Also, all the information given sounds absolutely awesome but they don't give you anything useful unless you fork out $2000 to attend their 3 day retreat. They also don't tell you that at the retreat, they will be requiring full financial background checks so they can "help" fine tune the program to your financial position or that you will be pressured to buy into $16,000 and $30,000 options. As well as the credit cards they push you to get.

The words that I type right now cannot express the gratitude and thankfulness my entire family gives to you. It's not often that someone bestows kindness like this. This is better than winning the lottery. You are a righteous man and may you receive goodness, love, and joy all the days of your life. I pray I will be able to pay it forward soon.

Dean always has great weekly wisdoms. I have said for years that Dean's Totally Fulfilled is his best book. I love and own all his great REI books, but we need to be in the right mindset to be able to be successful at anything.

Plain and simple Dean is a great motivator. Rest assured people are influenced by him on a daily basis. In the last couple of days I have been working on myself to change my old state of mind so I can kick butt in the things that I love to do. Thanks to his words.

Dean always presents to us a thought provoking message. I began with Dean when he offered "Think a little different" and to say that he has enhanced my life would be an under-statement. His weekly e-mails and him sharing his story and how his grandmother was a major influence in his life has been insightful and very encouraging to me.

I don't know how to put it into words, but I first started reading Deans "Weekly Wisdom" before he named it that. I was in a crisis in my life at that time. I had open heart surgery and was forced into retirement I was not prepared for. I want Dean to know that even though I never got into real estate, his Monday morning emails kept me encouraged while God put my life back together. At the age of 73 I am functioning as the Worship Pastor of First Baptist Church of Oxford, Florida. Something I prepared a lifetime to do. I've been following Dean for 3 years and you can tell the guy truly has a passion for helping people. I might've been a little hesitant at first, but as I started to see some results, I was full steam ahead. This experience was devastating for me as it put me in further debt than I already was. I feel that I was swindled; pressured and tricked into buying products and urged to put the money on credit cards as I didn't have the money already. I was told Dean was willing to make a special deal for me for some products only to find out later that's what the products actually cost. I walked away feeling stupid and ashamed of my decisions. The guide I was assigned was of little help. I was told she would give me answers to questions I didn't even know to ask but this was far from the truth as she basically just reiterated the information I already was given.

I wish I could thank Dean in person, and thank him for changing my mind set on a weekly basis for the last three years. I was so down in the dumps when my husband and I split up years ago that I wasn't sure how I would make it. You know I have been learning for years from "gurus" in different fields. And never have I found one that truly cares for his students like Dean Graziosi. Going to some live events, you will see the speaker on stage and then he or she is gone but not with Dean. I was at a Dean event recently and he PERSONALLY met and signed every single person there and signed every single book. He must have been there for hours. Dean cares and loves helping his students. I can see it in how he carries himself. And I am so grateful for how he has changed my life. If I could thank him right now I would. So, thanks Dean, for everything.

I was another victim of high sales pressure from Dean Graziosi team. They are more concerned about getting money from people than making them succeed in real estate business. It is a system to squeeze as much money from their victims as possible tuned to perfection. Be aware of it.

For some reason someone drop the ball on products I ordered some time ago, and all things were not delivered and the coaching promise was not taken care of. I tried venting on Dean weekly wisdom but that was ignored. My first review was negative due to this reason.

The information this company is trying to sell you is not worth the $28,000 + they are charging. Buy a real estate investment book at your local Barnes and Noble for $28.95. This company uses high pressure sales techniques to get you to buy their "training seminar." They go as far as giving you tip and advise on how to ask your friends and family for the money when you tell them you don't have that kind of cash. Once inside, if you go that far, their training isn't anything more but further sales pitchers by their affiliates who are also making money off of you.

I wish to address the ongoing failure of Insider's Financial (and their Customer Service people known as PMI - Professional Mktg Int'l) to follow through on their commitments. Specifically, having just spent more than 8mos (2 complaints, PMI complaint resolved) trying to get resolution thru the BBB/Utah - it seemed that negotiations were finally underway with Insider's Financial when they suddenly discontinued, thus forcing the BBB to close Case ** as "unresolved". As such, I am attaching all correspondence regarding that case to this file for reference, and deem it a significant part of this complaint.

I have been a member of the DG family for 6 years or more and the information on this site is AMAZING. Dean records what I call "pearls of wisdom" weekly to encourage, cajole, push people to "take action" and move forward. Four of his best sellers he gives away free. And finally, his training is great. Even the free stuff is AMAZING!!!

Ok so here it is... I got a package in the mail saying you have been invited to a free event. I went to that. It was more based on selling you their 3 day seminar. But there was a little information shared. They would like you to sign up for a 3 day event that will cost you almost 2 grand. I did sign up and went to the 3 day event. During the event you will learn some buying and selling techniques. But as I rather quickly discovered that there was going to be something else they wanted to sell you. Some people did not realize what was coming and were surprised when I told them to look for signs like mentioning software and mentors quite frequently. I was a bit annoyed by the whole thing. I came to learn not to be up sold.

My wife and I have attended 2 Buying Summits now and we have been extremely pleased with our experience. We never felt pressured to do anything at the Summit. All of the staff were very helpful, encouraging, and gave me great ideas to get continue forward in our investing. Great energy and great networking opportunities as we met with our fellow friends around us. It was more of a family atmosphere where everyone was pushing for the next person to succeed.

My wife and I went through several years of struggle with the downturn of the economy and job loss. During that time we adopted a son from China and I was able to be a stay at home dad. But then my wife injured her knee and lost her job. As a result, we lost our home and went through bankruptcy. I have been struggling about how I was going to turn things around. Then one day my wife asked me to attend an information meeting about a business opportunity and I went to support her.

Great explaining how liens for Florida work. Great service for us to not have to go to counties to bid on these. And nice to be able to pick from different states.

We had a great adventure at the summit. We also did our one-on-one mentoring with Lars and learned a few more tricks. The purchasing process for Australians could be easier as the systems in place are somewhat confusing. We definitely plan on purchasing more and are keen to play in America.

We had a great experience at the buying summit and loved meeting with other investors along the way. We also enjoyed our consultation with Lars and how easy it was to purchase assets. The venue was very enjoyable as well. It would be nice to have the coffee and tea out a little longer after breakfast and lunch.

John and I have had a very good learning experience here at the Buying Summit. The training has been excellent covering how to protect assets, purchasing tax liens and obtained information on options. All of the speakers were outstanding.

Took the time to explain the information that I did not know in reference to buying property. Ex: bridge loan, understanding the process. The importance of income, cash flow of the property.

I had an awesome time at this event. There was a great wealth of information. The speakers were very personable. The staff was great. We had a blast! I would recommend, or better yet, insist that everyone take advantage of this event. I am leaving more excited about investing!

Kirstyn ** was very helpful in finding some tax liens I could purchase. I would recommend her to my friends. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the subject.

Attending the buying summit was a great opportunity for me. I gained a lot of insight. It was very informational. I came expecting to learn more about real estate and that is what I learned. I would like to come back again but the next time I would like to buy properties. I attended my first summit with my mother in Las Vegas and was very happy with the complete experience. On the first night, my flight was late and the nicest man welcomed us and made sure we had a chance to eat dinner even though it was practically over. The next day we are seated and come to find out that nice man was our consultant. He went out of his way to make my mother and I feel comfortable enough to purchase a property very far from home. We live in California and ended up leaving with one property each in Detroit, MI. I was having doubts making my first purchase and Charles was great in making me feel safe and understanding my options and thinking like an investor. I am so happy to say that he was our consultant and I would recommend him to everyone!

The buying summit was great experience for me. The information provided and assets were great. The customer service provided by the different businesses were top notch. I look forward to attending the next buying summit.

I enjoyed learning about asset protection and techniques for asset protection from Mr. **. I enjoyed the question and answer session. I think what I enjoyed the most was learning that even if I need help with a specific property, I may find there is always going to be someone that is willing to take time out of their schedule to help me deal with it and come up with a solution. I really enjoyed meeting new people from around the world and would like to continue to build relationships with them. I also learned that it is not going to be easy and that I will possibly be faced with making a difficult decision. I also would like to be able to help people that need it because there were times when people helped me when I needed it.

We found that the information given at the Summit was invaluable. We have gone on to buy 2 rental houses, 4 tax liens, and 2 trust deeds. We even foreclosed on one of the tax liens and now own a lot in Florida. This is our third time to come to the Buying Summit, and each time we have learned new things. The last day covers tax advantages and asset protection, and is worth hundreds of dollars just by itself.

We had a great time and learned more than we had already had. We got our feet wet on getting a property and a trust deed. All the crew was great, very cheerful, professional and knowledgeable.

Very eye-opening and rewarding experience and far more useful and educational than I thought it would be. From arrival to departure, everything was taken care of; everyone working the event was fully knowledgeable about all questions I had and was very responsive. The only (slight) irritant was making appointments with counselors and agents and then having to wait up to half an hour to actually meet with them. Understand that agents are supposed to give each client their undivided attention, but giving too much to one person takes away from another (me). Despite this, I have enjoyed the summit immensely. I purchased 10 tax liens and I will return as soon as I start getting my cash flow going. When I return, I will also be purchasing property and land (if it's available). I will also recommend this program to everyone I can. It's a great opportunity presented by professionals who are serious about offering great opportunities to investors.

My brother and I came to the Summit not knowing what to expect. We were able to purchase two properties and also a tax lien. I have only one negative thing to say and that the cost for Veil Corp should have been made known before coming to the Summit. The hidden costs are a bummer, especially when you have no money left and are told it has to be all up front. We had purchased an LLC from Veil earlier and thought we were covered... BUT, we have to worry now with not having enough coverage and no extra cash on hand to handle the surprising costs. All of the crew were amazing and a pleasure to meet. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this experience and the great opportunities offered.

The one aspect I enjoyed the most was being able to purchase assets very simply without any roadblocks. In the Portland market, it's tough to find deals like the summit has available. The food was excellent. The one thing that could be better is not in Vegas. I would like to be able to not have to take as many notes but have more info in the booklets. The consultations I had were very informative and eye-opening. Overall, loved the experience and am excited.

Very informational and everyone involved was knowledgeable and helpful. I would encourage anyone interested in improving their financial situation to look into Dean's teachings. I am planning on continuing to purchase Deed and liens as well as wholesaling. I want to get into property ownership ASAP also.

I have learned more than I have known now regarding real estate. At first, I felt a little doubt coming to the summit. I thought Dean was great. He was casual and handled things great. Even being on stage, he was very relaxed and easy to enjoy. I would prefer for his book to be on CD or digital so I can listen while in the car. There is so much knowledge in a small amount of time that it gets overwhelming - understanding terms better, as well as who takes care of what, who are the vendors and individuals at the summit. I think it was all great. I want to come back and have checked into it. I feel like next time I would be a little more prepared.

Everything that Dean said was words... He was trying to build emotion and information. Building me up. It should be a requirement to have done a deal before coming to Buying Summit. It was confusing at times to understand the meanings behind some of Dean's presentation due to my inexperience of real estate, hence, the need to do a deal before the Summit. Overall though, I enjoyed Dean. It is overwhelming to sort out everything that has been learned at the Summit. It needs to be clearly defined that we have all of the assets to purchase.... Bring money! Tell me my options. I could have set things up two weeks ago to have it ready for the Summit.

Dean presented real information in a different way to look at it. He explained that if things don’t work, move on. Don’t stick to one area. His dynamics make sense. Overall, very enjoyable in the way of knowledge and information. The Summit is very overwhelming. I didn’t realize how much was available at the time - vendors, support, individuals. This is a massive event and program. So much can be done and accomplished.

My experience at the Buying Summit is over and above what I ever expected. The knowledge is in invaluable, the contacts that have been made will help build my power team and the help and guidance I have received from everyone here cannot have a price tag attached to it. I plan on attending future Buying Summits to expand my growth and portfolio. I just bottom line can never thank Dean enough, as a man we know you do not have to do this, so the opportunity you have given to others to have the freedom of wealth and the freedom to grow and freedom to give shows you are a man with a huge heart, and we love you.

The Buying Summit was an awesome experience. The presenters were enthusiastic and the information given certainly will help me as a new investor to be informed to be successful. I did not know that investing involved so many options. The Buying Summit offered all and more than I expected. The organization of this training was well planned, and the opportunity to get one on one is what I enjoyed. It sure beats calling on the phone and playing phone tag. The food was delicious, and the networking with new investors was enjoyable. Thank you for this opportunity to change my life.

I could not believe how easy this was to participate in. My husband died a few months ago and I find that my finances are not at all secure. I needed to start over from a beginning place again, but this has been pretty pain-free with all the great preparation and knowledge brought before me. Dean is great. His outlook on life is profound. The way he is very adamant about being a dad...along with being a real estate guru. It is very impressive. Having all of the vendors is a relief, you can stand there and someone comes up and asks what they can do for you. They have been very uplifting. Meeting everyone else here, they are in the same position. There are massive amounts of information and energy! It’s Great!

Dean was able to make people feel at ease...Not some showboat, but that he truly cares about everyone and what he is doing. He cares about everyone here at the Summit as well as his ongoing students. The ongoing training is great here, also the vendors. I enjoy being able to ask questions and have them answered right there. Not in an email. Everyone here is very friendly and wanted to help. The only thing I would change is the signs coming back to the summit were hard to locate (use yellow bandit signs!).

The 3-Day Workshop staff was forward thinking with establishing my plan of action. They ensured that I selected the membership that would allow me to have funds available to "do deals" at the Buying Summit. The videos are reminders to stop over-thinking the processes that have been presented by instructors. I arrived with some apprehensions about being ready for real estate investing. The Buying Summit presenters were thorough, engaging and exciting! I introduced myself to Dean in the hallway. He was genuine.

The energy and excitement of the buying summit has been a fantastic experience, along with getting to Vegas as a bucket list item for me. I am amazed with the support and positive partners. I have met some many great people and have partnered with them for my success. Deciding to do this was a big decision in my life to make a change that would impact the rest of my life and my children and theirs.

The summit is a wealth of information and is very humbling to have so many people caring about my future. I never imagined that I would be changing my lifestyle at 50 years old. This is one of the most exciting 3 days I have ever encountered. The summit is very well organized and up lifting. I will be back and I will make DEALS over and over again. The minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome and respected. We were taken seriously. There was a tremendous amount of information presented in an easy to understand way and we learned a lot. There was no high pressure. The vendors/partners were helpful and honest and committed to our welfare.

Dean has been very encouraging with helping me in my real estate business. He has also put faith in us to do these real estate deals. It was hard to invest $20,000 in the program, but Dean has helped me to invest the money so that I can change my future. It would be helpful to have more terminology training before we went to a lot of the training. Having real estate vocabulary and the definitions that go with each one would have been helpful so we could understand all this information. Having to get a laptop just to access prop trend was costly. Providing a web based tool for all the students to use.
