Dean is a gentleman. Charming and optimistic. I personally like his down to earth demeanor, very unassuming. Positive outlook on life. I liked how he told us about taking control of our lives, how to pursue financial independence.

Very personable, understanding and patient with us. Very knowledgeable and up to date with all aspects of real estate. We learned a ton with the time we spent with Ken this weekend and he has made us very comfortable going forward in our real estate business.

Charles has been the greatest person to work with that I have EVER encountered!! He talked to my husband on the phone back home TWICE and was so patient when we needed concepts explained more than once!! I thought Dean was great. He was casual and handled things great. Even being on stage, he was very relaxed and easy to enjoy. I would prefer for his book to be on CD or digital so I can listen while in the car. There is so much knowledge in a small amount of time that it gets overwhelming - understanding terms better, as well as who takes care of what, who are the vendors and individuals at the summit. I think it was all great. I want to come back and have checked into it. I feel like next time I would be a little more prepared.

Everything that Dean said was words... He was trying to build emotion and information. Building me up. It should be a requirement to have done a deal before coming to Buying Summit. It was confusing at times to understand the meanings behind some of Dean's presentation due to my inexperience of real estate, hence, the need to do a deal before the Summit. Overall though, I enjoyed Dean. It is overwhelming to sort out everything that has been learned at the Summit. It needs to be clearly defined that we have all of the assets to purchase.... Bring money! Tell me my options. I could have set things up two weeks ago to have it ready for the Summit.

Dean presented real information in a different way to look at it. He explained that if things don’t work, move on. Don’t stick to one area. His dynamics make sense. Overall, very enjoyable in the way of knowledge and information. The Summit is very overwhelming. I didn’t realize how much was available at the time - vendors, support, individuals. This is a massive event and program. So much can be done and accomplished.

My experience at the Buying Summit is over and above what I ever expected. The knowledge is in invaluable, the contacts that have been made will help build my power team and the help and guidance I have received from everyone here cannot have a price tag attached to it. I plan on attending future Buying Summits to expand my growth and portfolio. I just bottom line can never thank Dean enough, as a man we know you do not have to do this, so the opportunity you have given to others to have the freedom of wealth and the freedom to grow and freedom to give shows you are a man with a huge heart, and we love you.

This has been a very informative three days with info I needed and wanted to learn. Thank you for putting it all together. I look forward to putting the knowledge to use in furthering my adventure in real estate investing. I could not believe how easy this was to participate in. My husband died a few months ago and I find that my finances are not at all secure. Dean is great. His outlook on life is profound. The way he is very adamant about being a dad...along with being a real estate guru. It is very impressive. Having all of the vendors is a relief, you can stand there and someone comes up and asks what they can do for you. They have been very uplifting. Meeting everyone else here, they are in the same position. There are massive amounts of information and energy! It’s Great!

Dean was able to make people feel at ease...Not some showboat, but that he truly cares about everyone and what he is doing. He cares about everyone here at the Summit as well as his ongoing students. The ongoing training is great here, also the vendors. I enjoy being able to ask questions and have them answered right there. Not in an email. Everyone here is very friendly and wanted to help. The only thing I would change is the signs coming back to the summit were hard to locate (use yellow bandit signs!).

The 3-Day Workshop staff was forward thinking with establishing my plan of action. They ensured that I selected the membership that would allow me to have funds available to "do deals" at the Buying Summit. The videos are reminders to stop over-thinking the processes that have been presented by instructors. I arrived with some apprehensions about being ready for real estate investing. The Buying Summit presenters were thorough, engaging and exciting! I introduced myself to Dean in the hallway. He was genuine.

The energy and excitement of the buying summit has been a fantastic experience, along with getting to Vegas as a bucket list item for me. I am amazed with the support and positive partners. I have met some many great people and have partnered with them for my success. Deciding to do this was a big decision in my life to make a change that would impact the rest of my life and my children and theirs.

The summit is a wealth of information and is very humbling to have so many people caring about my future. I never imagined that I would be changing my lifestyle at 50 years old. This is one of the most exciting 3 days I have ever encountered. The summit is very well organized and up lifting. I will be back and I will make DEALS over and over again. The minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome and respected. We were taken seriously. There was a tremendous amount of information presented in an easy to understand way and we learned a lot. There was no high pressure. The vendors/partners were helpful and honest and committed to our welfare.

Dean has been very encouraging with helping me in my real estate business. He has also put faith in us to do these real estate deals. It was hard to invest $20,000 in the program, but Dean has helped me to invest the money so that I can change my future. It would be helpful to have more terminology training before we went to a lot of the training. Having real estate vocabulary and the definitions that go with each one would have been helpful so we could understand all this information. Having to get a laptop just to access prop trend was costly. Providing a web based tool for all the students to use.

Very professional setting and presenters. We have enjoyed everything and have learned a great deal. Would like to have had more information up front like the agenda and more of what to expect.

Acoustics not great so I am glad that everything is recorded for review. I found lots of this inspiring and wish that I had come to the Buying Summit in September. It wasn't convenient for my partner so here I am. I am not a great fan of the crowd going wild which could be interpreted as negativism. However, Dean and Ryan were definitely worth the price of admission. I am eager to go and birddog, wholesale and ultimately get rental properties. I am numbers driven and love a bargain. I generally think that I am not very good with confronting people and the word real estate certainly conjures up skepticism in certain quarters. I hope that a month's delay won't have cost me too much. I am still a bit baffled by the vicious circle of buyers and sellers matching up with me artfully in the middle. I am going home to get the aid of a couple of realtors, some known others unknown. I don't suppose I can make it to get my initial $2000 back, but I will try. I am cash short and feel that the summit has reinforced my sense that I can and will build my capital and be successful. Thanks.

Wish I would have been able to purchase a property, but unfortunately I spent all of my savings to be here. It would be nice to have options for people who have put it all on the line to be here instead of just being turned away to figure it out on my own.

With Kristyn's explanation, we have decided to purchase a tax lien on a single family home and a commercial lot at the budget we can afford. This is the first time I have invested on this portfolio and looking forward to purchasing other investments/strategies later on.

Ken was easy to understand and he understood my thoughts and wants. Awesome!!! As a Canadian I almost gave up because I was told by Canadian mortgage and real estate people that I had no chance of buying any property. I was told that I could not even buy a property with someone, that I was not worth anything because I was only a pensioner. Ken and Dean Graziosi made it possible to buy TWO properties and made me a very happy person!

I was the one who asked the crazy question about how to give owners tax receipts for the homes if they were using them for a tax write off. One thing that was very special to me at the summit was walking in and receiving the back pack! Dillon helped us to find the right avenue for the best investment and was beyond helpful. Dean is just as amazing in person and Ryan was so interesting; just left me wanting more.

For people that are just starting in the business of wholesaling, they need more one-on-one help with a mentor that can get them where they need to be with their goals and guide them in the right direction with what they want to accomplish in real estate. Having said that, Dean has done a very good job with his blog and his speaking. Also the responses on Facebook have been quick and helpful.

We are still in the learning process. We have appreciated the integrity in everyone's approach that we have dealt with. They have compassion for people and it shows and the interest that everyone has in our success is apparent. Three months ago, when my partner and I started down this path of real estate investing, we envisioned that the road would be difficult and that there would be bumps along the way, but I can honestly say that all off the training that we have received and the customer support have been phenomenal. We are now a few steps closer to realizing our goal of providing clean, safe, residences for single Moms in our area. It's also a great feeling to know that by rehabbing rundown, uninhabitable houses in our area, we are contributing to the economic development our community. My partner and I have received great training at the workshop/boots on the ground and at the buying summit! We used that training to obtain our first deal and have more offers in progress. We found our first deal on Craigslist. It was a buy and hold with tenants already in place and with equity! We are building our cash buyers list and have a real estate agent that we think is fantastic! We purchased more properties and land at the buying summit! That has given us a great start at diversifying our portfolio. Great experience!

The presentations were fantastic and inspiring! Now I know that I can do this and everything else that I SET MY MIND TO. NO ONE CAN STOP ME NOW!

First experience was with Steven ** who is our 3 day event coach. We were on the border line until we started to understand what he was saying about our country, the banking system and what is possible. So we started to trust in him, what he was saying and the system. We felt his sincerity. Then we went to boots on the ground and the coach went too fast for us. He went through the information as if we all should already know it. But the content was great. He took us to Lowe's and showed us practical use of buying products for a rehab. We looked at a house and learned how to estimate the cost of the repairs needed to rehab the different rooms of the home. All of these are very valuable to us and our business. Of course when you take in this much information you start to feel overwhelmed.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Horizon Trust Company at the Summit. I was passed around from one consultant to the other and wasn't treated as if I mattered. The Summit has been great so far and the food has been great. Kory ** has been great and it was great hearing from Dean as well.

The whole experience on this program is very educational, a very different kind of teaching about venturing to real estate business. Every minute detail is being thought about, the blueprint for success is taught in class/workshop. All the resources are available to the participants who paid for the training. The other thing we are excited about is the opportunity we have in selling your properties to other clients and making a finders fee from each one. The ability to print off a professional brochure can help us in doing this. We are saving money at this time to be able to invest in one of your cash flowing assets. We like learning about the other financial tools you have to help us on our way. I did not know or understand about the self directing an IRA. We look forward to working with you and your organization in the future.

I am so excited about all we have learned and all the opportunities that are offered. The program is tremendous and have already recommended it to several people. Thank you so much. We are also looking into a Self Directed IRA from a 403B so that we can buy a note and place it into the IRA for our retirement. If I can talk my husband into purchasing a note with our cash we have in the bank I will do that also. One thing that would help is rather than using a hard money lender is to look for opportunities for bringing private money to the buying summits for investors. What would be helpful is some training for the students on how to find private money and sell them on the program and how I can use their money for real estate investment. Some training on how the students can then take private money and train them on how to make it work.

The training is very detailed and is appreciated. The work book is very useful for looking back on the material to remember what was taught. It is good to see so many vendors of people that we need to know who can help us in our business. The seminar is on track and on schedule, unlike others. The meals are good too.

Presentations provide the vocabulary and the formulas for investing in real estate. All of the various ways to invest in real estate, and generally unknown to people, like us are explained to us. The practical experience demonstrated in Boots on the ground. The insiders cash needs to be explained in more detail at the beginning of our learning. We have no funds at this time to do your regular investments but hope to possibly get a HELOC on our home and make some cash that way. We are going to find investors and put them onto Readyprop to sell them and gain a finders fee. The one-on-one mentorship has been great from the organization. We look forward to working with Readyprop and gaining some information and cash flow.

Just when we thought we were stuck in a rut we were shown that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. All the associates have been more than welcome.

I am hungry for deals and opportunity but have only been filled half way. The training has been excellent and I am very excited about doing assignments and also doing fix and flips. I would like more information about how to be successful in doing these. I also want to do some deals using transitional financing and would like to know more of the options available. Cory ** from Safe Guard was very helpful with the information he provided.

We have purchased real estate in the past and have decided to get back into it because I want the freedom to be able to go on mission trips and do other charitable events which I would not be able to do with a job. I am expecting Dean's system to get me there.

Good Information - Likes that we shoot straight with them, we are doing well in our IRA 12% a year. We may take a look at holding a note in our account. Hope to do some deals using the brochure. We have used all of our cash and credit to get here to gain our education. Now we are going to do what we can to get rid of the dept. We have liked everyone we have met and love the energy we see and feel in the room. Hope to do many deals in the future.

Dean was a good speaker. I saw him as a story teller and he shared a lot of his personal experiences. Which is good, and I can relate to it. I'm glad he was here and not by video, but I would prefer him to be there personally at the boots. Live and taking us by the hand. I am a hands-on person. I also like his blog; he seems to have consistency. Non-scripted and relatable.

I am so satisfied with this summit, even from the first day. Everyone here really knows what they are doing and I have so much confidence in all of them. This, I admit, was so scary to me from the first thought, but I purchased a rental property and a deed the first night, Wednesday, and it was such a professionally handled process that I am at complete ease. I AM A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR!!!! :)

So far in the process everything has been great. I have been thinking back and forth on which way to go in this and realized that it was a hands down no brainer to do the deals we have done buying a property and buying a deed with about a 13% return on our money. Thanks to Dean for giving us the chance to gain our goals.

Purchased a property at the Summit. Everyone was wonderful, extreme knowledge. It was awesome. The food was great. The Mirage has great slots and it was overall a great experience!

I went to the seminar with my wife and admit it sounds legit, but after buying their overpriced CD and packets that they pressure you into worse than any used cars salesman, they do NOT allow you to ever get your money back even though I was within the 3-day cancellation policy. They fight you and document lies stating they told you about the cancellation policy. Good thing I document everything, pictures, who I spoke to, tracking info and also had my credit card document the day and time I canceled with them. My friend who went on with the other seminars said they do not teach you anything. They keep saying you have to spend more money for more packets and seminars if you are serious about this type of field. Money in excess of $30,000. CRAZY! What a hoax! Save your money and time and do your research on Google to see all the horror stories.

First of all, after arriving 2 hrs early to be in the "1st 50 people attending," we were told they didn't know if we qualified for the free touchscreen pad & would be told inside. About 90 mins or so later, we were given granola bars & candy bars & water during a 10-min break. After presentation was over & we were all ready to go (now another 90 mins later), we were given not the cameras, CD, or books, but a flyer to go online to claim & have mailed to us. Then when we continued to inquire about the touchpad, we were told we would get an email or call informing us if we were the 1st 50 callers to reserve a seat, not arrive at event! I was livid by then, as this is misrepresentation in its finest!!! At first I was interested in this program, but after all the B.S they told us, I didn't trust them enough to invest $ 3,000 in!!! Never trust a liar!! As for $20 return package, they never said if airline tickets were for 1 day only! However, excellent presentation but I can't deal with all the stories & lies!!!

Tried attending several of their boot camps that I paid over 16K for but it was always cancelled for whatever reason. Bottom line is you can actually get all this information yourself if you are diligent enough and do PLENTY of reading. If anyone needs/wants information on what is/not provided contact me personally and I will be happy to tell you. Don't want anyone else to be scammed.

I went to the "preview" education seminar today, thinking I can handle 2 hrs just to hear what they have to say about real estate. The speakers were very motivating & nice, but I got a feeling they were stretching the "education" length to see how much hard sell they can do to get people to sign up for the workshop. I got a bad taste in my mouth when they suggested using 401k money to invest (bad idea). Accommodations close to home, but almost 4 hours! No coffee to be had & that was way too long. Fruit snacks & a granola bar, would have given that up for a cup of coffee.

PMI is now working with me to help resolve my issues.

After trying out more than 10 (literally) Real Estate Training Programs, Dean Graziosi's trainings FAR surpass all the others! Most, if not all of the Real Estate Seminars require you to purchase their training programs when you attend; which most of them are in the $3,000 to $6,000 range, which must be paid in full that same day or the price goes WAY UP! Mr. Graziosi's trainings are the most reasonably priced trainings I have found to date with all the information you need to become a successful Real Estate Investor. For those of us without the funds to make any real estate deal possible, Mr. Graziosi also makes sure that each of his students have the funding - in return for a small amount of interest and a very small fee (let's not forget that banks charge even more for interest - unless you have PERFECT credit - and the bank's "fees" are A LOT more than what Mr. Graziosi charges).

I attended Dean's free seminar here in Austin, TX this weekend. It was a very professionally run seminar that was not overly pushy. You can tell that the presenters are very good communicators and do give a lot of valuable information, especially the tax-lien portion. Their argument is with facts and knowledge, which led to some people sold while others remained on the fence.

I recently attended a "live event" to see what it was about. I thought it a bit odd that the "benefits" were only available if you signed up that day and committed to either the $1,997 program or the $1,497 program. They do not allow you to digest the information even overnight. It sounded pretty good until that point. If it is such a good deal today it should be a good deal tomorrow. That's when they lost me. There was no mention during the Live Event of further $60K training commitment. There are a lot of positive posts here from people who are fired up, love Dean and his program but haven't done any deals or any successful deals.

They have you call and register, then you get call back to confirm, then you get reservation notices in the mail along with ** lies about getting 'free tablet', CDs and some crap about a $200 valued gift when you get registered! Well, I believe that when I call and received call back to confirm, that means I am registered, which in turn means that's a free tablet to first 50 people registered. But apparently they don't even have them to give. There were not even 60 people in the damn event and didn't see a single one be giving a tablet nor did I see anyone leave with one, because I was there till the end of seminar! They're liars and dishonest with **!

Seriously, so glad we left halfway through the seminar. Biggest waste of two hours in my life. It was actually funny how unctuous and blatant these guys were. They spent about 70% of the time there on the most irrelevant things as far as real-estate investments and strategies. I have nothing against a quick introduction on who I'm listening to and several testimonies of former students. But when you spend more than half the time talking about how successful you have become over the many years of trials and errors and how great this dream has become for my family so we can go on vacations etc... you get the point.

I attended the Real Estate Seminar in Nashville, TN on July 20, 2013 and was promised to receive resource disks, two books and a digital camera. I received none of these and I was out the parking fee of $10 besides gas. Also I was among the first 50 attenders but did not receive the promised tablet. If you are dishonest in small matters you will be dishonest in large matters.

Sheri and I have been pleased with the overall DG program. It has focused and prepared us in a way that we probably not otherwise have seen. Dean's strategies work if you use them. The whole program is geared around taking action. The motivator for me was dropping $37k (pretty steep btw). I wanted ROI quickly. I wanted to be made whole again plus some.... at least. We started with the 25 to 1 strategy. We got a hit on number 25. We closed it within the 90 days so we got $2k back from Dean though it took a long while to get it once we filed it. That was motivating to see that part of the program working. We are now selling that property in Austin TX for a great profit after 8 months of rental. That sale alone will net us about 60% of our investment back.

We have been with the DG family for almost four years now and have invested much time and money into almost all of the programs that are available. In EVERY case, we have been blown away by the amount of knowledge, capabilities and wisdom we have received. Each time we think that it just cannot get any better, he and his team deliver with even MORE. The training is ALWAYS up-to-date, leading edge, and fabulous! We ALWAYS go away from the training with major excitement and things we can actually return home and take action on to get to the next level! We have been able to quadruple our net worth in these past few years because of what we have gained from Dean and his programs.

I know that many will not get past the first sentence or two; for those, I can only honestly say I have never personally met Dean but he has and continues to have an impact on me. They say the most profound stimulus from the outer world is other people and I can say that I would love to have such an external influence in my daily life. I can recall seeing Dean on TV 10-15 years ago and never took his infomercials seriously, always dismissing them as too good to be true. Many years later, I saw one again and thought, “This guy is still at it. There must be some truth to what he is saying.” But I still could not get past what I was always taught... if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I would like to say that I am very appreciative for the DG family and website that Dean has put together to be a source of encouragement and direction for serious minded people that want to work the real estate opportunity. I have gotten vast amounts of tools and information. Not to mention the priceless amount of genuine encouragement. It is a breathe of fresh air to come across people like Dean, who so want others to do well. He works overtime to just be a blessing, faithfully committing to giving us information and the tools to be successful. You have also shown yourself to being a man of compassion and willing to come to the aid of those in unfortunate positions in life.

The Dean's family has meant so much to me. I believe Dean is the well spoken and, honestly, well educated individual he claims to be. It helped me sell my properties single-handedly. Well, with the wife of course. It has also brought great wealth of knowledge and education with enthusiasm. His videos I feel are not only informative, intuitive but fun and overall appealing. Dean, I love you! Everything you are teaching is more than enough! You teach mindset, techniques, like being a middle man which completely work, and many, many others! I spent half a year dedicated to your material and every step of the way, I thought it was great! Good news and complete honesty, I progressed to bigger and better. I personally LOVE the commercial, hotel, bulk REO, and billion dollar deals! They are just much more exciting and fun for me. The potential to make $1 million in one transaction is glorious! Funny, when I post on DG about bulk REO, your team deletes my comments sometimes! I have met many wonderful people on DG and am currently in the middle of doing deals with them right now. You should emphasize the NETWORKING in DG!

We are very happy to be learning from Dean’s organization. The resources are available to use, and if you follow the plan specified in Dean’s books, it does not even require additional expenditures for additional training; but additional training is available if you want to accelerate your learning pace. I have more to do already before we move to our next level of training. Dean is the real deal and only wants to teach as many to succeed; we want to succeed, but we must put in the effort. Dean’s group does not give up on us, and I have found there are more free resources provided from Dean than we have even been able to utilize so far.

Dean is one of the most caring and compassionate individuals who want to see his students succeed in REI. He always brings the most up-to-date information to us because he cares. He has, in my opinion, the best education on the planet. I appreciate him.

My issue with Dean Graziosi has been resolved.

They make it seem real and affordable, but it's a scam. They should be in jail. They advertise a package for $2,000. This package will give access to buyers and bank owned properties. However, after paying your $2,000, in which they are willing to help by taking payment in parts if you sign an automatic withdrawal from your account monthly, they then explain this access cost of $60,000. Well, let's say you misunderstood, isn't it logical that a person who had to make a payment for $2,000 is unable to afford $60,000? And of course, the $2,000 is non-refundable! You were warned! This is a scam, not necessarily illegal, just a scam!

For the most part, my husband and I are satisfied with the support we are receiving from the Inner Circle. Mentor hotline is great, software and access to information is really good. The only thing that could be improved is for our mentor to be more readily available than 1/2 hour once per week. I could use more coaching.

I have been in Dean's program for over a year. I haven't done a deal yet but it's coming real soon. Dean and the DG family are the real deal. I have never seen such a person who wants everyone to succeed in life! I thank God I took the step to join this family. If things aren't working for some people on Dean's program, don't say it doesn't work. Did you really follow everything from A to Z? The bottom line is how bad do you want it? Dean and his company are for real. I tried another company too a couple years ago. It's true that Dean gives away more information free than most companies charge for and aren’t a shadow of what Dean's teachings are. I'm writing to share my experiences with Dean Graziosi's products & services. I first read Be A Real Estate Millionaire, which I found to be very organized, informative, and pleasantly candid. That book prompted me to check out Dean's website, Deangraziosi.com, where I found an online community of students, longtime & wannabe investors, actively conversing on all subjects pertaining to real estate investing. The site also contains links to pertinent resources that further assist participants to equip and advance.

I am truly glad to be a part of the DG family. Since my 3-day seminar with Matt ** on Oct. 26th, 2012, I have been busy (on my days off) putting together my investing business. I have learned a great deal from Dean, and everyone listing their blogs on Dean's site. I have had many conversations about my start in this business. I have a shoe string budget, got close on leads, but have not made my first deal - Ever in pursuit. I wish Insider Elite did not cost what it does, but after my trial month, I understand why. There are lots of valuable information there. I am actively working on my leads and marketing with as much "off" time as I have. I'm looking forward to the day I post my first profit from my first deal on Dean's site! :) I have only had the chance to work on my investing business for 90 days out of the past 7 months. I work 4 x 12-hour days. That leaves 1 day to take care of my life and 2 days for active investing business. I WILL BE POSTING MY GOOD NEWS SOON.

I am in your PMI Schooling Program. Basically, it is good. I have some problems with the order the lessons are presented. They may refer to a lesson that either I have not taken yet or one that they took out of the program. Then I am wondering why did they take that out. To be more specific, I am talking about the less option part. I like the support on the phone. Very good. I tried the chat and it was off but still there for some reason. The phone seminars are not on at times. I can hear everything as I work 2nd shift. Replays would be nice for me. Like the webinars. The website seems good. Thanks.

I am one of Dean's students, and I have learned a lot from him when it comes to real estate investing. The best part of being with his DG online group is the helpfulness of the people who are online. Everyone seems to encourage one another to do better. Dean always tried to find a way to give us the knowledge we need to succeed in our investing. I want to personally thank him for all that he has done for me.

We were in the inner circle and when we asked questions, we had problems getting answers. When we did get a response, it was not always the answer to that question. We tried to get our trainer to call us back and couldn't get that to happen either. We have a question about a property we were trying to do an assignment of contract but could not get a return call. We realize that if you don't try to do the work that is needed, you will have troubles to succeed. We have been working at it lots but are still having troubles; but for the most part, we know what the problem is and that is a lack of money. The other people's money only seems to work if you have money to start with. That's enough of the negative. We have not given up but had to slow down because we need to come up with some of our money to buy properties in the USA.

I have not made any money, but I went from a scared stiff uneducated truck driver to achieving a constant list of buyers, sellers, other wholesalers in my beginning phase of becoming an investor. Right now, today 6-12-13, I have had two sellers contact me for offers on their properties. And earlier this week, a buyer has called me back to see the specs on a property I am working on. I work full time plus... and don't have much time during the week. But I am determined to keep using the systems I have learned and the coaching staff to get done my first deal. And I plan on quitting my job as soon as I make around 2 deals a month. Dean’s staff is remarkable in helping me achieve my goals. And this is just the beginning.

The DG family is awesome. The education is first class. I suffer from social anxiety, so it's been a lot harder for me to take action. But I so desperately need to for my family's sake. If I had the money for the elite program, I would be in it. Barely putting food on the table now. I became aware of Dean Graziosi several years ago. Since then we have been able to do 11 rentals and 2 flips. His training and education are outstanding! The training I have received is clear and made so that anyone can do it. Also, the support staff is there when you need them. I plan to continue doing real estate investing and further my education with Dean Graziosi. I recommend that anyone who may be interested go to one of his informational meetings.

My experience with Dean Graziosi: I have followed Dean over the last 4 years. As with most people, I saw his infomercial one late night and ordered his book. I read it from cover to cover and it was filled with enlightening information. I joined his website and visited it frequently over about a year. Eventually, I signed up for a local event. To me, the event was absolutely astonishing. I heard concepts that I knew nothing about. It was an insight to real estate investing that I never experienced from any other resource. I since have become deeply involved in his training. I am not a star performing student, but I am the only reason for that. After being part of Dean Graziosi's program for 6 months, I think I can say, without any reservations, that this man and his program are quite simply the best out there. My youngest son came to me and asked me to go with him to listen to that first presentation. The next day we asked his older brother, realtor and contractor, to go listen to that first presentation. The next day we drove for an hour to the site of the next presentation to enroll. As I said, that was 6 months ago. We just got back from our first Buying Summit. Everything we need to be successful, very successful, was there waiting for us - at our fingertips!! And not only were the tools there, so were some of the best entrepreneurial minds of our society - including Dean Graziosi.

I am still on my first little steps towards success in RE, but enough to be certain that I got the best motivator, teacher and great human being in Dean Graziosi. I am really thankful to have found him.

I have seen some of these comments and have had the displeasure of talking to someone that thinks this program is fake, as he ranted and raved about how this is just a joke. Yes, there were a few people there. After he was done, I asked him where he got his info from. He told me some from the internet, plus he knows someone that has the program and is totally dissatisfied. Then I asked him if this person was actually doing the education and the assignments and calling the coaching hotline. Then he explained to the best he could, from what he was told, that when he called in he could never get an answer or told that someone would call him back and never did.

Dean Graziosi and his team have an absolutely amazing training system. I can attest to this. This man has a gigantic heart for people and has done so much for the entire housing market, and is partly responsible for its current rise. People are recognizing more than ever the value of investing in real estate and through Dean's training, they are able to do this. I thank Dean from the bottom of my heart for what he has done and continues to do. I believe that Dean is a blessing from God and a great help to all his students. I heard it said before that where there's opportunity, there's always opposition. So I would say to Dean, you're doing a job. Keep up the good work.

Dean is a true mentor and his education is the best. After the 3-day training, what sets him apart of all the real estate gurus is the weekly encouragement that I look forward to that have kept me motivated to move on the 25:1 deals. I have moved on getting my LLC as indicated for transactional funding. Because of the continued education he so graciously gives, it has kept my motivation level very high while going through divorce which has kept me from taking the action that I would have by now. He is the reason I will never give up. He is the ultimate mentor.

There are no surprises with all of these programs. They are exactly what they said they are. If I go to college to become a lawyer and wind up becoming a salesman, that is not the college's fault. I have spent a lot of money, but I have also gotten a lot of free products, and still do. There was a seminar once that my wife and I attended that dealt with financing deals and purchasing tax liens. The instructors were a bit pushy/heavy on the sales techniques, which we were turned off about. Couldn't wait to get out of there! But all in all, we are very happy with what we have purchased and gotten for free so far! Still trying to do that first deal, but we're happy! It really is up to us now! Thanks for asking!

Out of curiosity, I went to the free seminar. He's in love with himself. He is a true narcissist (someone concerned only with themselves). It's easy you pay this scammer to teach you crap that is useless. It's an easy scam. How this guy sleeps at night is a mystery. He keeps taking and taking money. He's obsessed with it. The psychology of the blonde, him saying he's an expert. He's an expert. This is just a lost soul saying look and the fast talking guy. For those who can't pick up on what he says, he repeats it to the less intelligent people that fall victim because, and sadly, they need to keep their money. If you want to learn real estate, study for the license in your state. Don't be an egomaniac. Start at a small firm. This guy is a nobody loser that can fast about useless information. I'm sure all the positive reviews are fake and he will also delete this one fast. I'll find out.

Recently, I was contacted by your offices concerning a Tablet I was not sent... To tell you the truth, I thought it was more my fault than yours. The incident I refer to took place back in February or March. I made a great effort to get to one of your local events in Melbourne, FL and had thought I filled all the requirements but never received the Tablet I was told I would get for being one of the first 25 callers to respond, like that time and the more recent event I attended (2 June 2013 in Melbourne). I am sorry I could not afford to take advantage of any of the classes you offered. I realize most of what you offer needs a price to show one's true intent and mainly to keep one honest... Plus I realize these events cannot be given for free, time of the instructors, rent of the space and the cost of materials all being taken into consideration.

Whoever you are discrediting Dean, I feel so sorry for you, poor soul. You need God in your life. Let me tell you about Dean Graziosi. I have been watching and hearing him for the past four years. Dean is a great man, father, teacher and son, but what I love most about Dean is his determination, love and dedication to guide all his students. He is passionate to give people the help we all need to achieve our dreams. Dean doesn't know me, but I call him "my mentor" because what I have learned with Dean, it has been deeper than real estate. We want all these wonderful things, but if we don't take action, nothing will happen in whatever area in our life. We must stop blaming Dean or any other for that matter.

If you are on the fence, I highly recommend any books or training Dean Graziosi has to offer. I purchased a book of Dean's in 2008. I read it and was completely intrigued. I let it set as I just wasn't ready to take action. In 2009, I decided to take action and found a local investing company to take me under their wing. I spent 4 months following their training (not Dean's company) and got 31 houses under contract. However, this company didn't do their part of the deal, so all of the contracts fell through - every single one. It hurts when you work so hard for someone you believe in, and you realize they aren't holding up their end of the job.

I don't have an older brother, but if I did I would have liked him to be like Dean! Why? Because older brothers usually look out and do their best to give guidance to their other brothers and sisters. That's what I feel like being a part of the Dean family! He is like our older sibling just wanting to guide us in the right direction. He is very sincere and passionate about what he does. Hey, if I had 3 thumbs, they would all be in the air for Dean! It takes work, sometimes hard work, to achieve success.

I was pleasantly surprised today to receive a call from a kind and rational gentleman at Insider's Financial who conceded that some gain more from the event than others. I think all of Dean's programs are very educational and informative, and I think it is one of the best one I have seen out there. I have been to several Seminars, Boots on the Ground onsite training where I meet Gena and at the Buying Summit in Las Vegas where I had the pleasure of meeting Dean in person and I was very impressed by the enthusiasm Dean and Gena both had. And what I appreciate most of all about the programs is that there are actual phone numbers you can call and speak to a real live person and not just a machine. That's a big plus for me.

I am inspired by Dean, his "Weekly Wisdom" videos and the comments that people post to encourage others. Dean is an amazing person who goes out of his way to connect to his audiences. Dean not only shares personal information about his life, but also valuable real estate investing tips and strategies to help other people become successful.

Dean is passionate about his business - training people about investing in real estate and changing their lives in the process. He has set up systems including his website for the DG family members of his website/system which include blogs, some free info and a community of like-minded folks. The only negative: the expense of some of the events, DVDs, the Success Academy (Coaching). I haven't done a deal with his system yet, but am working on one. Maybe then I can afford more training.

Dean's Real Estate education has broadened my net worth greatly. On the 2nd day of the initial workshop, I was able to increase my net worth from $2,000 to over $20,000. With the guidance of his friendly staff, I was able to contact banks with confidence; I was not afraid to interact with them and I knew exactly what to say to them even though I did not know enough about real estate. I am now able to fix and even finance properties, which I could not do before I attended the training because I just did not know how to or did not have the money to do so. Thank you, Dean, for making such a positive impact in my financial life!

Dean and his education are fantastic. It provides a serious student everything they need to succeed in real estate. I started attending events and training with Dean in January 2011. As both a CPA and someone who works in the healthcare industry, I have attended multiple conferences, continuing education seminars, and training events over my 30-year professional career, but I can honestly say that the training received at Dean's events is head and shoulders above any other training I've ever attended. Thank you Dean for your late night commercial! Your commercial inspired my husband (Jack) to purchase your book, which in turn excelled our desire and confidence to become real estate investors. Because of your very encouraging books, website, events and DG family of investors, we have completed 3 fix and flip deals within 3 years and made in excess of $110k with an average ROI of 30%. We also purchased our 1st buy and hold last year and our ROI 20%. We were finally able to attend the EDGE event, but even better we attended the first Insider Elite event too. We met many successful students and were very encouraged by their support for us to succeed too.

Being in a different time zone, and due to my work schedule, I had to play a little telephone tag when I had a bit of a glitch with the FSBOHB. They finally started the service, but after weeks of "nothing available" e-mails, I called back and told them it wasn't working for me. I called the number they gave me and left a message. I had a message the next day from Dan. I called back and explained the situation. I was e-mailed a form to sign and return, and the subscription fee for that part of the program was credited back to my credit card within a couple of weeks. It did take a little time due to the factors mentioned above. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, professional, and wanted to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate the fact that the DG organization is so receptive to feedback and responsive to their clients' questions and concerns.

I hope you all realize that the "dean" program and the "Scott Yancey" program, plus a whole bunch of others are taught by the same people - PMI out of Lemhi, Utah. The whole schtick about it working in any market is true... if you live in an easy market, with a ton of foreclosures, REOs, etc... In my case, living in Montana, my instructor advised me to try and work outside the state. Next thing I know, I'm trying to do something I have no clue how to do 1000 miles from home, over the phone and on-line. The amount of guidance I was given was negligible and I got tired of having conversations where I came out feeling foolish because nobody was teaching me anything.

I can honestly say that my experiences with Dean Graziosi have always been positive and real. My experience is that Dean honestly cares about everyone he comes in contact with. He is consistent with his messages and, in the process, uses experiences in life to teach a life lesson. A part of his ongoing education is to make himself a better person so that he can become a better teacher, mentor, dad. If someone actually does have a problem with Dean Graziosi, please reach out to him because I know that he would like to be able to resolve the problem. Please don't hide behind some anonymous email hit zone. Please reach out to him and he will go out of his way to make things right if he can.

To all who doubt about Dean Graziosi and DG programs, I can tell you guys I haven't done any deal yet because I'm still working in my courses. But regarding quality, knowledge, expertise, networking and in general what DG family is, no doubt they are the best. Dean has the ability to teach honestly, under his own perspective as an investor and involving their students on it. Probably, somebody tried the program and did not have the results. But it is only because he/she did not take action. What is the difference between success and failure? Come on guys, be honest and take your time first to know Dean. You're going to realize the kind of people he is. Finally, DG is a real world full of knowledge for who are interested to modify their mindset, not for everyone.

When I attended the seminar in my area, I was really excited by what I heard. However, I was also afraid that that I would get into something that was bogus and was like so many so-called real estate professionals who make claims and promises of helping you to become successful. I stayed through the whole program, and was finally convinced that the DG Real Estate program was the way to go. Yet, I was pulled between which program would be the best for me. I chose the Tax Lien program, but after signing up for the program, I immediately went home and looked online to see if the DG program was a scam or fraud. I saw some negative information, and was sure I just got taken by a fly-by-night scam. I immediately panicked and thought that I just gave up my last $100 and signed up for something that I would never get out of.

If you follow exactly what you are taught, you will succeed. Like anything in life, you get out of this education what you put into it. I've been to Dean's Edge Event and there are real life people doing very well. Get in the game and take action.

The one thing that has helped me out is the use of getting buyers before you need them. I attended a training (Boots on the ground). In that training, we were instructed to get a buyer's list before we needed them so when we found a property, we could sell it fast.

I just wanted to say I find Dean's information helpful and up to date so far. The books are great too. They're not just about real estate. They try to give you the drive to keep going which could really be applied to most businesses. Also, I'm looking forward to networking with people from his site in the northwest Indiana area.

I suffer every day with ADHD! I understand that there are others and for two years I have been trying to put this all together and I'm afraid I have missed my time in real estate and it may be slipping away and I needed help at times but I've never ever seen a person have a desire to help share their life experience with others like Dean has because Dean knows what it takes to succeed and what America was founded on - help each other, work together to see people succeed. I have been working the DG REI program since January 2013 (and it's May 2013 right now) and have completed more than a dozen deals. While this may not be typical, it is possible if you apply the tools that are offered. It is the most comprehensive and easy program to follow. It is work and if you apply the techniques, success can be achieved. The DG program offers a step-by-step program to follow that guides you down a path like no other investment program does.

I would love to say Dean's program is wonderful. It's very upfront and simple to use and learn from. As a bilingual person, I have English as my second language. I love the simplicity of it all. First of all, I am so very blessed to be a part of the DG family and I have learned a whole new life. My husband and I have seen a lot of mentors trying to copy what Dean is doing and it is not the same, nor do we listen to it. We were supposed to close on our first deal a few weeks ago, but the deal didn't fall through. We learned a few lessons about private lenders, which ones not to deal with, and cost us a lot but we learned and moved on. Our lives have changed because we no longer think like we used to and dwell on what could have, would have, should have done... DG has life coaches, coaches to help you and, oh my, like-minded people without a lot of negativity.

I have attended both the free sessions and paid for additional training. I have no complaints and the realtors that I have dealt with thought that I was a very experienced investor. The information I got was invaluable. I know for a fact from another student who paid for advanced training that you can get a refund if you change your mind, even after the cooling off period that Florida requires. The people in the office are real people with feelings and compassion. The company wants all the students to succeed and provides help when you need it, including weekend (since a lot of deals happen on the weekend). They are not a 24/7 operation, but so aren't a lot of other businesses.

I purchased Dean's Think A Little Different Real Estate course sometime in early 2008. After getting about a third of the way through it, I ended up "having to" go back to the Job just to make ends meet. I "forgot" about Real Estate Investing for the next couple of years. Sometime in 2010, I stumbled upon his fee RE Investing Forum style website Deangraziosi.com, and joined. This is probably the best example one can give about Dean and his always giving back nature and mentality! Here you can come to ask questions, or give advice on any REI topic you can think of! There are Pros, Rookies, Wannabes, Newbies; you name it.

I enjoy the DG brand and website, etc. Every time I get one of his weekly wisdoms, I get energized, inspired and pumped up to try to get started with real estate investment, etc. I know I need to read his book but it's really hard for me to get through any kind of book because of being HC, etc. It's a long story but it would be great if I could get a copy of his book or books on tape or CD, etc. Anyway, keep up the good work Dean. I've been studying real estate for several years now. And in my experience, you either get a book or program that either gives you a 30,000 foot view of concepts or strategies and it's up to you to figure out the details. Or the marketer gets you all excited to get started; only they charge you $1,000's of dollars for personal training or their specific school.

Dean Graziosi is a real estate investor that leads by example. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for lifetime. Dean developed the DeanGraziosi.com site where he, along with a community of like-minded people, share real estate investing techniques and information with each other and it's all for free. Dean provides more information on that site for free than most of those real estate gurus out there do and they want to charge for it. For people that needs someone to hold their hand or people that just want to go, grow in business faster, he provides programs for that as well.

I cannot say enough how impressed I am with DG + his team. I have had the privilege to meet him in person twice now, and I am telling you - he is the real deal. I don't see him as a guru at all. I just see him as a very smart, energetic, generous, loving, professional person who is more than willing to share his secrets to success with anyone who has the grit to stick with it. His training is the best available. It works - but again, you need to stick with it, develop the grit, do the work, and guaranteed you will be successful. Dean is so mean! How dare he show up all the other "gurus" out there by making so many of his students millionaires by dedicating so much time to his DG family showing them what works, and what no longer works, creating the path to success. It's so rude of him to give an unfair advantage in real estate investing to those who follow him. On the other hand, how amazing is Dean Graziosi. He has and shows such a passion for what he does. This guy who buys over 30 properties a month, who does a weekly wisdom every single week, who holds training events, travels, and still makes time for his family, and is still always smiling and full of energy! What's great about Dean is not just that he shows you the blueprints to real estate success, but he shows ways to help with your mentality, and different ways to look at things to make you a better person as a whole.

I have been very impressed by the quality of the education I have received and the caliber of the people I have met while attending training sessions through Dean Graziosi and his live events and support services. I think the Dean Graziosi Training is the best I have come across for the training and motivation he gives. He always gives weekly motivation blogs and it inspires us to do more. If you go to his forum, you can ask a question and always get helpful response from his team and the students. I've been on his site for three years and have never had a complaint about his site or his training. He is a teacher that really cares about his students and is sincere about wanting them to succeed. I was very impressed with Dean and his site. I joined one of his group's Insider's Elite and I could not afford it. I emailed for a refund and had no problem. Dean's online site teaches you everything you need to know and everyone makes you feel as though you're a part of that family group. I am thankful for Dean and that I came across him. I listen to Dean weekly and feel his messages inspirational. I have purchased a few packages over the last few years, but have not succeeded in a deal as yet. I am sad that there are extremely successful people on DG that are not interested in helping those like myself to succeed as they have. I cannot afford to put any more money into this so I keep hoping someone who is making a lot of money now would just help those of us who haven't. I saw people who were on his blogs 3 years ago and just gave up because they needed a little more help than others. If the DG family would help each other succeed, as they should be encouraged to do so, maybe those are the people leaving DG making negative comments about him and his products.

I'm the boyfriend that Monica mentioned in April 25th review. I'm from Italy, where after attending 3 years of Architecture University in Venice (one of the most prestigious in Europe) I become a Realtor, Property Manager and I own a condo association company and a real estate agency. I've been living in St. Petersburg since the beginning of 2011, I think that "the premier provider of real estate education in North America" can remember when houses were sold at $4k, and were simply normal purchase at 30% below foreclosure price.

I attended 3 days workshop and have learned valuable information. Based on my experience, this company takes full responsibility for what they have promised to their students.

In January 2013, during a real estate seminar in Tampa, FL that my partner attended (for more than 2000, I guess), we bought a software package for $3,000 that was supposed to link to the internet and give additional information on the multiple listing, distressed properties, access to secret private lenders in your area and an accurate estimate about each property around. Anyway, this was absolutely not true. The information was poor and the software was obsolete and useless. We called the 888 number the Dean Graziosi team gave us. After calling several times, we spoke with a representative who told us we could only be partially refunded less than $1,500 and we had to send the software back, and then they would refund us. We did send the package via UPS and it arrived to the address they gave us, but we never saw the money. Four months had gone by then. We are looking how to sue.

I believe in Dean Graziosi. He wants to help people. If didn't have the illness that I have right now, I know I would have made at least my first deal by now. But I am not giving up. It's just going to take me a little longer. But I know I can do because of what I have learned so far from Dean Graziosi, and I one day hope to meet him in person.

It bothers me first that I'm not writing about the success many others are enjoying. I've been along the ride of stories and pleasures of Matt, Carol, Laura, Greg, Joe and many others that have made easier lives for themselves. I've attended multiple Edge events. Let me say everyone from that experience is on a real high, pumped with positive ideas, strongly recommend attending and priceless. I've purchased every book before the Dean goes soft and offers a chance for everyone to own a copy. The joy overwhelms me to hear the challenges some overcome.

I can't say enough about Dean Graziosi and his program. He provides a free website where anyone can come and learn and post or remain anonymous. He often provides free resources and is even now offering a free download of his recent book. Of course, Dean has many products to offer, but there are even those on the site that have used just one of his books and became rock stars in real estate investing with no money out of pocket. If you apply yourself, you are sure to succeed even if you have no money and even poor credit.

I would personally recommend advanced training for anyone who wants to pick up the pace or, in my case, funnel and direct all the knowledge that's available from DG. For me, it was the eye opener that "I knew this stuff" and how silly it is to procrastinate. It was also the fact that when you spend money on your education that you have "skin in the game"! keep moving forward.

Well I believe it is a great program for anyone and I know I will make money as soon as I get better. I have been ill so it has been hard. I have good days and bad days. So on good days, l study; and on the bad ones, I have to take it slow. I believe in Dean's program and I know if people would follow his program, they will get what they want to be.

For the last 35 years, I've been looking for a way to earn some extra money. If you can think of any cash making opportunity in the last 35 years, I've tried it. Everything from selling soap to selling junk on eBay, I've tried it and I've done it. Then I was up late at night thinking of ways to pay my bills of course, and I heard an infomercial from Dean Graziosi. He seemed excited and genuine. I listened further and he mentioned things that made a lot of sense to me, things that I had thought about in my mind about my future, and the way I wanted my life to be. I called the number and decided to get one of his books. Most of the things he wrote in his book sounded like they were written for me; it’s as if he himself had gone through the things I was going through. Needless to say, I am hooked on Dean Graziosi.

Let me start by saying that I am in no way being compensated for my following comments. They come from my own experiences with Dean Graziosi and Dean Enterprises. I have recently been made aware of some negative talk online about Dean Graziosi and the methods he uses to teach real estate. I felt it only right that as a member of the DG family, I fill in some missing truths.

Most of you on DG.com already know my story. I found Dean after a long hospital stay and a bout of fighting cancer. His book, Be A Real Estate Millionaire, was like a shining star in my life. I immediately read the entire book three times, back to back, then I put it to work. Using his techniques I obtained three house with nothing down within weeks of starting, all with no prior real estate experience. I have since moved on the commercial and bulk transactions. Now I work deals for hotels, entire malls, shopping centers, blocks of homes and more.

Many people are saying that Dean is not real, that he is a scam or that they are out to just take your money, etc. To be honest, the education is not inexpensive. But be honest with yourself. Do you want to succeed? Do you want to get ahead in life. Well, nothing is free! If you want a better job, you go to college or a technical school. I have been in technology for 30 years. During that time I averaged between $5,000 and $10,000, keeping updated in the Microsoft Certifications or the CISSP or other technical training. Was it worth it? Of course it was. I got a better salary. Was it a scam or a ripoff? You tell me, did you learn anything? Well I did. Now put that into terms of real estate investment. Do I know how to do it now? Yes. Do I have all of the answers? Of course not. Is it a scam? No!

Dean rocks! Bottom line! Idk why negative people make comments about positive people. Oh wait, that's just it. We are positive and they have nothing nice to say so they're just being mean and want to get some recognition for being the way they are. In closing, Dean is awesome and I'm blessed to be a part of his successful empire.

I think the daily wisdom, videos and information shared is great! In all honesty, I think that the seminars & some of the member sites are overpriced! I believe if the price were cheaper, in return, there would be a bigger following and more money generated! I say, keep doing what you're doing - keep reaching out! You must remember that some people will never get it. A reason people fail is because they never try or they're afraid of failure, or if something didn't work the first time, they quit! The race isn't given to the mighty nor swift but to the ones who endure!

I've been pursuing real estate investing for years. I've spent a fortune on books, home study courses, seminars and even a personal mentor. We have been with Dean since 2007. We started off with Dean's books that explain everything you need to know to get started doing real estate deals. I signed up for Dean's website that I call DG.com in 2008. What a great website that is with a lot of regular people doing real estate deals or trying to do real estate deals. We joined Dean's Success Academy in 2009 to jump start our deals and give us the backing and confidence to complete the deals we were putting together. It was great being able to pick up a phone and call a coach to help us understand all parts of putting a deal together. We would ask the coaches if we even had a deal with the house we were looking to buy. The coaches saved us from buying bad deals as well as buying into good deals.

Dean and his staff has changed my life. Dean's education system cannot be compared to other education or organizations. Years ago, I spent my last dollars on a very expensive system that gave me limited information about real estate. Dean's book helped me to take action and learn formulas. I have learned so much in one week that I have lost fear over taking action. I can sense Dean's desire to help people like me. English is my second language but I can still understand the formulas and the material is easy to read. If I can understand, anyone can. I would recommend Dean's education to anybody that is searching for wealth, knowledge and financial freedom!

I have been part of Dean's Education program since April 2012 and then had some problems with my health. I broke my leg in ten places and had to have my right shoulder operated on; I had a full tear in the rotator cuff. I was laid up for most of the year and could not do much. It took almost 18 weeks for the leg and 16 for the shoulder and Dean's program worked with me. They helped me stay focused for I knew this was a good program. I did my due diligence. I found this to be true in a big way! I have had nothing but good interaction with the coaching staff that had good advice and it's very thorough. When I see negativity on Dean's programs, well, those folks just don't know what they are talking about and are undereducated on the subject!

Since I have been a member of this site, I have never felt like I lack the education. There's more than enough education to get you going and beyond. All of the students that have achieved success are on here helping you and giving you their personal experience and the life coach is priceless. They help you organize your life.

This is the best education I've ever received. The man is devoted to all his students and doesn't allow them any excuses not to succeed. I would recommend to everyone and anyone! Dean Graziosi is the best real estate teacher I could ever imagine. He goes above and beyond in every aspect. I've learned more in the past year about money, real estate and life by being one of his students.
