I attended the Dean Graziosi Millionaire Success Habits seminar @ the Sheraton in Brooklyn, NY on Jan 23rd 2018 @ 12 noon (yesterday). This was a switch and bait scam and Dean does NOT attend these seminars! Unfortunately I fell for it and paid $997 + tax for a 3 day workshop with Steven ** which I had to do on the spot to get their rebate program that supposedly refunds you all the money.

Millionaire Success Habits - This was e great experience, I would recommend this to friends, I just wish I had the money available for the course that they were offering. But if they ever come here again I will make sure I attend the next course.

Myself and my guest loved the information and would love to take both classes offered however it will take us till about the middle of March or beginning of April to come up with the $$ to pay for them. Thank you so much for the invite and the free book.

I have to give it to you. I would love to learn your method in dealing with stocks. Unfortunately at this time in my life I’m going to have to save up the money and come to another one of your events and try it again. Thanks for having me. I’m currently reading your book now.

Steven inspired me with so much insight into the stock trading. Unfortunately I don't have the money to enroll for the training. It is something I would never hesitate being a part. I am currently a student at Michigan State University graduating this spring. Hope I can have a chance to train when I start working after May.

Stock Seminar - The lectures gave me a new perspective on risk taking. The instructors were very engaging, they knew their materials very well and insightful. This gave me the confidence to sign up for the three days seminar next month. I hope to share this with my skeptic friends.

Love the down to earth honesty, explained in simple terms. Explained so I understand very well. So I think I can do it also, can’t wait to get to class. Loved that I can bring someone to help remind me of what I have learned and do more can do it also.

My husband and really appreciated this seminar. It helped us very quickly understand the subject matter better. We hope to attend the 3 day in the future. I enjoyed the event and was able to learn a bit about investing, which I have a difficult time understanding at all. I was not able to download the information about Dean Graziosi before the event because the file was too big. Looking forward to reading his book.

I was pleased with everything, except the Airbnb guy was the worst speaker ever, he was a very painful to endure. Someone on your staff should record him for your edification and his rarely could I understand anything he said, garbling as fast as he could.

Listen to the webinar and Dean is amazing, very informative and I have purchased the Real Estate program. Love his book Millionaire Mindset. After listening to the webinar I know his prom will be amazing. Any that listen to this will be amaze at the result you will get.

Loved all the information provided in the seminar. Would absolutely love to attend the 3 day event offered. The speaker was a right to the point kind of guy! The speaker was able to show examples and competency in what he was presenting and answered all questions asked!

Habits of Millionaires/Critical Tools - The experience was overwhelmed because of the information that was given and the speaker back it up. The only reason that I didn't join is because of I am already involved in is spiritual class and there's other things that I'm working on at this time. Millionaire Success Habits - Accurately written and informative. I learned a lot of these habits years ago but needed a refresher. I appreciate Dean's transparency and willing to educate others. I would encourage others to read for themselves and incorporate the changes into their own regimen slowly, as Dean suggested.

The online training is thorough and broken down into phases which helps to simplify learning the process. Though I expect it to have some starter cost in setting up my business it was more than what I expected, none the less I am in it to win It! Thanks.

Great training on New Year's day with Dean. Lots of good ideas and very inspirational. I realized I need to give myself more credit. As a single mother of 4 running 2 businesses and working 2 part time jobs, it's hard for me to manage time. I realized I am so lucky to have the wonderful opportunities I do.

Presentation was excellent. Presentation was honest and relatable. Also enjoyed information concerning Airbnb. Did not know this opportunity existed. Would like to know when in Atlanta again. Interested in joining classes. At present time unable to finance administration fee.

OBM Deal Lab Nov. 6th, 7th - It was a 2 day blitz where we learn how to do wholesale deals. We talked to motivated sellers and made offers. Dean taught time management. We practiced running comps. I have purchased Dean's book and got email with the password for the better life challenge. I did not start the challenge immediately and when I wanted to do so I couldn't enter the website. Tried to reset my password but no email came in, and I emailed the support 3 times - no one answered. It's pretty odd and disappointing that I can not apply what I learn in Dean's (great) book.

Overall the two days really solidified the process of wholesaling and getting properties under contract. This will have saved me probably months if not more. I was skeptical about this guy. "Millionaire Success Habits..." what in the world? How was this going to net me what I wanted? But that changed once I read more and more of his book. His sense of urgency and care for people take action in their life was apparent. His use of stories and examples throughout his book were essential to truly relating to the audience. What a raconteur! He shared that he was never a really strong writer and I understood because I have always felt the same way.

To me Dean's training demonstrates first how to tap into and then squeeze out to the world the absolute best of individual humanity. He not only teaches the tactical or strategic aspects of business but also the foundational human and character driven reservoir that powers the business strategies. I find myself making small changes every day suggested by Dean and every day I feel happier. Who knew that you could get tactical about happiness? Well, I guess Dean did. Thank you!

I find your training's repetitive, basic and generally a waste of time. You spend more time talking about yourself and your kids than talking about issues that could be indeed important for the listener. Ironically, you speak about not doing that all the time. You mention the potential unconscious or internal blockers, but don't offer any practical solution as to how to resolve them or transcend them.

I'm happy to be part of the Mastermind training group and am driven to succeed with this. I want to thank Dean, Matt, and everyone on the team for allowing me this opportunity. I'm still trying to find my way to get sellers leads. Without those leads I cannot see how I will be able to start doing deals. This, I find is my biggest challenge right now. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I realized I never did the review when I was at Deal Lab. I think a lot of the seminar stuff was great, and the atmosphere was really upbeat. Just being around all that positive is so good for my business anyway. The exercise we did figuring out the comps for a house was eye-opening to me. It showed me I have to pull comps from many sources and how to recognize apples to apples (true comps). I use the initial contact on telephone script that Matt outlined for us, and it has been good. The calling of leads, however, was chaotic and unhelpful to me (since I was already way past that). We all learn differently, and for me, the noise level surrounding me wiped out any good I could have gained from making those calls. Also, I went to the restroom and apparently missed the code for that software Cody was pitching and we had to use. Dan didn’t know I missed that (not his fault/problem), and I was completely behind the 8-ball the next day.

Dean, your team sure does put on one hell of an event. I really am glad me and my wife went last week! I would totally recommend it to anyone out there just looking for more. :) Thanks to Dean and team for all you guys did!

I've gone through a lot of different real estate type gurus or whatever, but they don't teach the things that Dean teaches. After going to a recent Millionaire Success Habits event I wasn't shocked to get online and see that Dean had almost a perfect 5-star rating online with almost 500 reviews. The event was AMAZING! As a neurosurgeon I am extremely busy, but I knew taking a few hours for an event that could change my life was well worth it. And boy was it ever! I learned so much about not only how to make money on the side in this economy but I also learned more about myself and what it was going to take for me to be truly successful. I applied for the free book, as written in the FB ad description. After that I found out that international shipping is not available, but I can solve that by paying 9.97 USD to get the ebook :). So far, I was feeling a little bit scammed, but I thought it's still worth a try. After I agreed to pay for the 9.97, I got a message from the bank, telling me that besides those 9.97 usd, another 97 usd were taken from my account. Without my approval. This amount was not written there. I wanted to find out how and why this happened, so I tried to contact Dean team on 2 different email addresses and on Facebook. Guess what: no answer for almost one week. Although I keep on receiving newsletter from Dean.

Ths issue has been resolved.

I was impressed with Dean Graziosi's Real Estate course. I am on a disability pension, ex airforce and my earning options are limited as well as my capital, so I put my bill money into this course and was told on the webinar access to training material would be straight away. 1 week later, they took my money straight away but no further action, I've requested a refund twice now as I've lost confidence and am in dire straits, but no response. I will take further action if it is not refunded. I am a student on Anthony Robbins and am shocked if this is how someone he promotes does business, let alone if it is a scam. I will advise of future progress and give an accurate review if they take the integrous action required of a legitimate business honestly giving customers what they promise. And the full refund guarantee.

Paid $997 for the Real Estate 3 day seminar. Big mistake. I can't go and no one answers the phone to get a refund. Goes into voice mail and no one calls you. I also emailed and they said they'd review it. What a scam. I had a friend sign up with a Daymond John course and she was able to cancel before the class easily. Signed up during a Success Resources Dean Graziosi/Tony Robbins live presentation. Can't believe Tony Robbins would be affiliated with them. Don't trust Success Resources or New Peaks. They take your money but no one is available to talk to you. I've been trying for a week to get my money back and mysteriously can't contact anyone. If this is how they operate I would never want to do business with them or recommend anyone else doing this. What a scam.

They say never meet your heroes because they aren't the people they pretend to be online but this wasn't the case. I first heard of Dean after a few videos I watched of his on YouTube then hearing him speak at an event in San Diego on habits and reading his book Millionaire Success Habits, I was able to meet Dean in person while hiking Camelback mountain one morning and I can honestly say, I'm glad I did. In our 30 minute hike, you can instantly tell he always puts his family first and is one of the most humble, down to earth person I've ever met.

I first heard of Dean when he was being interviewed for his new book "Millionaire Success Habits" on the Lewis Howe's "School Of Greatness" podcast. Since listening to the podcast, I've purchased his book and many other materials of Dean's. I can honestly that investing in myself through his learning material has easily been one of the best decisions of my life. I've even had the awesome opportunity to meet Dean personally at his office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dean and his team were extremely welcoming and helpful for answering some questions I had regarding coaching and his materials I was studying of his. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and recommend Dean Graziosi to all of my family, friends and colleagues to study and learn from personally!

Around the 2nd week of September someone by the name of Kelly from your office reached out to us to set up an appointment for someone named Scott ** to call us at 5:30 EST to discuss where we were in the real estate process. He never called. The next day I sent a message to Kelly. She apologized and said we were on Mr. **’s schedule so she doesn't know why he didn't call. She scheduled me with Scott again for another conference call the next day 7:30 EST. Again, we sat around waiting for him to call us at that time. He never did. Around 10pm EST I get a call from the number Kelly said Scott would be calling from. He never left a message. I sent another message to Kelly and I called Kelly and left her a VMX twice and I never received a call back. Not sure what is happening here. No one has reached out to us since then.

I learned this issue wasn’t Dean’s fault at all. It was a misunderstanding and has been fully resolved.

Jeremy is the reason I have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 4. He was more than helpful in rectifying the problem I had with the service, and was always contacting me to make sure all my issues were cleared in a prompt manner.

I just finished Dean's newest book Millionaire Success Habits that he was giving away for free on facebook and let me just say wow! That was such a killer book. Dean made it really easy to understand how little changes make huge differences. And the better life challenge website is sick! Thanks dean! Thanks for caring so much with all the messages you do Dean. I love your facebook live videos as well!

Spending approx 25k for this company's training was the biggest mistake of my life. They totally misrepresented the benefits offered. For example, they promised that I would have an experienced real estate professional at my disposal for the first three deals I did... that "person" didn't exist. Instead, they had a phone bank of people who knew less than I did about RE investing.

I attended the Buying Summit back in May of 2013. Before I went I opened a self-directed IRA and moved $100,000 to purchase property. I was excited because it was advertised that this would be a great way to start your portfolio because the properties selected were in decent communities with very little violence and they were fully rehabbed. I purchased 2 properties, one in Missouri and the other in St. Paul, MN. I was told to pay half the purchase price for both properties. The property in MN had a purchase price of $116,677.00 and MO $58,988. I was told both properties were fully rented and because I was buying property from the Summit due diligence was done.

I love how easy it is for me to follow what Dean teaches and apply it quickly into my life! I have been dealing with so called gurus my whole life looking to find one I resonated with and I found it in Dean Graziosi! Thank you for everything Dean!

I recently read several reviews, all of which had a positive spin in them. Where are the negative reviews of people who have lost money getting involved, getting hyped up in the moment. I bought a property in another state through one of Grazioso cohorts, Buy PD, and it is something I can only wish I never did. Everything about this deal made money for everyone except for me. In fact, everything from the first infomercial I saw several years ago until today is a sham for most people. I'd love to see the actual numbers of successful people who believed in Graziosi and his marketing BS. I could have paid off all of my bills and part of my mortgage had I not been reeled in by hook and crook.

The company made me an offer to resolve the issue which I accepted. This issue is now resolved.
