Community Tax did a good, decent job for the taxes I owed back. They got a hold of the IRS, worked for me in between, then for me and the IRS. It was hard to get a hold of their people at times but that was probably my own fault. Still, the cost was good for the service they gave. Others should check Community Tax if they would and use them if they want.

I had an unfortunate experience in Dec. 2017 where I received a letter that caused me to leave a very negative review. Shortly thereafter, I was advised of the error and it was explained to me what had transpired that caused me to receive the letter. I was also asked to please allow Community Tax to continue to which I hesitantly agreed. Now, I can say without pause. I AM VERY GLAD I DID! They did everything they said they would! I had a 6 digit issue that they got resolved for peanuts!! It took a while but that was no fault of CTS, the IRS is never quick. I definitely recommend Community Tax Services!

I was self-employed for a while and my back taxes started piling up and I found myself not able to do the estimated taxes. A friend told me to try Community Tax. And so, I called them for a free consultation and they were very good at explaining to me how the process worked and I took a chance. The two companies that I had tried locally were professional businesses, but they did not give me that personal attention that I felt I needed to feel secure while exposing my personal finances.

I had a tax problem and I checked Community Tax out. Then I called them and gave them information, and they took it from there. I was in the program for a year and they did a delinquent tax thing for me. They were great and they got a lot of the stress off me. They work with you and I would tell others to give them a try.

The IRS said I owed $40,000 and that they were going to be taking money. I called Community Tax and they took care of it. They talked to somebody and they said that I could qualify for some government program and I wouldn't have to pay all those taxes that I owed. Dealing with them wasn't difficult. They will call me if they need something from me, and if I had any questions, I could call them and they would answer my questions right away. There was one point where we were getting pushed for time because there was some information they needed from me that I didn't turn in fast enough. They called me and let me know that I needed to get it in before the deadline that they had set, and I did. Everything was good and they did a great job.

I am retracting my latest review to a 5 star positive response. I called Community Tax Relief to help resolve a Social Security debt. When I first called there was a miscommunication between me and the salesperson. I didn't make it clear enough that I had a social security issue and not an IRS issue. Because of that misunderstanding I made a bad review on them but after talking with them and making them understand the situation they have done the right thing. They are going to refund my entire payment along with what paperwork they have. To me this was a perfect move and great customer service. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I take full responsibility and not them. Thank you Community Tax for doing the right thing for me even though I messed up. Remember, when contacting a tax relief company make sure it's an IRS issue and nothing else.

My tax was almost at $30,000, and I knew that I couldn’t afford to pay them. So, I sought help, and JK Harris Tax, one of the companies I went with, went out of business after I’ve paid about $1,500. I’ve also paid half of the money to another company, but they couldn’t do anything for me either. So, I said that somebody has to be out there that can help me. Community Tax was the third company I went with, and so far, so good. My agent, Jennifer kept me posted on what was going on or what I have to do, and she did a good job. Community Tax did what they said they were going to do. They helped me a whole lot, and I would recommend them. Year hear what they can do on the radio, but there’s more to that, and you’ve got to give them a chance. It cost me $4,500. But, compared to what I owe, I can’t beat that. Also, you don’t have to pay them straight up. I’m making $175 payments on it, which is reasonable.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with Tax Attorney, Mr. Daniel ** who has been a lifesaver for me in dealing with my tax issues with the IRS. His service has been attentive and professional in assisting me with solving my tax issues with the IRS. Mr. ** always takes my telephone calls and answers questions with consistent and logical answers. Thanks to Mr. ** I was able to solve my tax issues and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs professional and consistent help.

With the things they got, it seemed like Community Tax was a good company. They did great for me and they were able to successfully resolve my issue. I would like to thank them that they were there to help me out.

I heard about Community Tax on a radio advertisement and I wrote down the number. I called and tried to see if I could qualify, and I did. It took about a year and a half to solve, but they were very generous and I could make monthly payments. I paid it off and I got the approval letter for a settlement from $52,000 down to $500. Their attitude was great when I spoke to them over the phone.

I owed back taxes so I decided to connect with Community Tax, who I found on the internet and saw had good reviews. Their representatives are very helpful and understanding. They're always there when you call them for help. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody who has the same situation I had.

I was so hopeful about working with this company during my initial conversations which were exactly 2 years ago. I spoke with someone who made me feel like within a year (October, 2016) my back taxes would be settled for “around $500”. At that time I thought it seems like awhile but it’s totally worth. Now I’m even a year past that. I have spoken to many people from the company within two years, sent and resent many of the same documents and am now in a serious amount of debt that’s leaving me in tears. I received notices from the IRS that I was told not to worry about. Just recently I have received notices of intent to seize and haven’t heard back from Community Tax.

We started a little over two years ago with the service. After hearing a ad on a local radio station my wife called them since we had both state and federal tax issues. She paid $600 which was later called a start up fee and ended up paying about $9000 in total. During the time we were making payments my bank account had a lien placed against it three times. We called Community Tax and were told we could miss a week but had to keep up on our payments when asked about the state lien. Little was said except that they were working on it. In the last 6 months my wife's check has been garnished by the state.

I needed to talk to someone and I called Community Tax. I listened to the initial sales pitch and I decided it was okay. The guy that I talked to at the beginning worked with me and he helped me understand the process and what I was getting into. He also made me feel that I was talking to somebody who was honest, which put everything in perspective for me and made me feel comfortable. If it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have continued to work with Community Tax.

We had a tax problem and we had to fix it. With Community Tax, I feel so much better. Their reps are nice. We're almost over with our resolution. They have to send me one letter and that’s it.

I reached out to Community Tax for my income tax concerns and I felt very comfortable. They took the bull by the horns and have done a great job so far. Their rep Derek has good communication and when I call, he calls or emails right back and tries to get an answer for me. I went online and checked some things because there are a lot of tax companies that doesn't really do what they say they're gonna do. Community Tax seemed to be pretty reputable. I’m still in the middle of the program because Community Tax is working on an offer. I was in a big jam and they've been taking care of my tax for the last couple of years. I dealt with one representative who gives me other people to talk to. He’s an older guy who's been really good to me. Even when I talked to some other sales rep, he always gets back to me to let me know what's going on. He is very knowledgeable. Community Tax is a good company and I like them.

Everyone I spoke to from them was very polite and professional and I really enjoyed working with them. It's been a great experience. They're still working on it and we're almost at the end. I was having a tax problem with the IRS that's why I sought the help of Community Tax. I had a great experience with them. They were very helpful and explained everything. I had a major tax issue that I needed to resolve. I just went by the Community Tax commercial and it sounded like they could help me with what happened. I had a job where I was handed a 1099 after I was hired and it was a job under the table. I'm being paid cash to help a guy and then he 1099'd me and it was a lot of money. When tax time came, the government gave me a bill stating I owed $12,000 in taxes. I just wanted to fight it and I'm still fighting it. I paid $5,000 or $6,000 dollars to Community Tax and they did nothing to help me. It was a really bad experience.

I was behind in my taxes and the guy that I dealt with told me that Community Tax can fix my taxes for me so I went with them. Everybody was nice and they helped me out. They called me when I needed to be called and sent me a letter when they needed me down there. I competed the program and I just have to pay a bill to the IRS before December the 13th and once I get through paying that, it will be a success.

I read that Community Tax can help out with the IRS stocks and for the problem I had, they were the only company that I trusted and worked with. I completed the program and it worked out, but we had challenges here and there. In the beginning, they were very nice. I owed a whole lot of back taxes and in January, they were writing me all kind of letters. I didn’t know what to do with it and Community Tax said they might be able to help me. They were wonderful people and they made me feel a whole lot better. They were very easy to get ahold of and every question I asked, they answered. They also showed me how to send the money to the U.S. Treasury on the succeeding month. They got me right through my tax problem like it was easy and simple. I didn’t think it could happen like that. They took a lot of stress off for real and they've resolved the issue.

I was having state tax problems and a friend of mine told me about Community Tax. I had a problem with the IRS and so through a recommendation, I got with Community Tax and they practically corrected everything. That was one of my biggest problems but everything went fine. Their team is very friendly and they do the whole work I had to get done. I paid for this year’s services already so they’ll hold it for me and I expect to complete all my service this year. I also decided to use their other resources on my tax documentation for the rest of year.

My colleague Kevin had some back taxes that were owed due to illness and had to connect with Community Tax. There were a lot of different people supposedly that were account managers and then you would call and they wouldn't be available or there was just a lot of different people that were spoken to although they did have notes on each conversation. There were times that we left messages and then we didn't get a call back because that person was no longer with them or moved to another area so we had to reconnect. There was a lack of communication and it was persistent on his part. The resolve took much longer than they indicated it would take but Kevin did manage to complete the program to his satisfaction. But there needs to be consistent communication with the company.

The IRS stopped getting money from my paycheck. Then we got to a settlement and they already set me up a fair amount for me to pay to IRS. I’m really thankful to have called them because they really helped. I’m satisfied with my experience.

I have a $15,000 federal tax lien and the problem couldn't be any worse than where we were at if we didn't try Community Tax, so we tried them. Everybody was kind and was also cool about it. At that point in time, I had no idea what was going on tax-wise, and now, I feel like a genius because they explained everything to me so easily. I did a research on the web trying to find an agency to help me with my back tax problems. I researched any comments about the agency and tried to be very thorough. Community Tax was a good agency. The process was very lengthy and there is a lot of paperwork and back and forth and requesting information. I had my account levied because of past due taxes that I wasn't aware that I owed and I ended up with a $35,000 debt, so I got in contact with Community Tax. I had that experience with about four other companies and after about $15,000, they never came through, so I said this is my last shot. Community Tax has been working with my brother for a while. My daughter was the one doing it, and it was slow at the start. When she was so busy at work and couldn’t do everything when they needed the payment, I finally helped her out and took it over and started sending the payments in every quarter for my brother. It went a little quicker and it’s over now. We’re through with it and he got his final report to settle it. They were good.

I was looking for someone to help me with my IRS issue and Community Tax were the only ones who returned my call within a reasonable amount of time. Talking to their people, that’s been fine, but I couldn't talk to the same person over and over. That was the worst. I kept repeating myself because I can never talk to the same person. I call back and I had to say the same exact things over and over. It was terrible and very frustrating. Also, Community Tax had a bad habit of losing things so I had to repeatedly send stuff again. It was a really bad experience and every time I turn around, they want more money for this or that.

I had an income tax problem and I got impressed with Community Tax so I decided to call them. I decided at that time to let them go ahead and help me get my problem straighten out with Internal Revenue. From the beginning, I was a little skeptic and I got weary because I was paying my money and things weren't happening as quickly as I felt like it should happen. There was a time I just wanted to forget it because I hadn’t heard anything from Internal Revenue. But the communication got a whole lot better.

I needed to get my tax debt taken care of and I was referred to Community Tax by a buddy of mine. I tried to deal with the IRS on my own and I tried to set up a payment plan online with them but they wanted $1000 a month which I couldn’t afford. I completed the Community Tax program last Saturday and mailed out the last payment for the OIC. I still had September and I waited for a month after I got the letter to send me the payment. But within a month they got through OIC funds and I’m waiting for them to cash the money order and take that lien off of me.

So far, my experience is good. However, a month ago, I called the rep and he said that he didn't want me to send them payment until he sends something that I was to fill out. They said I owe them $100 and that would be for all of it. They're supposed to be sending me a letter so I can send them that $100 for my taxes to be resolved, but I haven't gotten it yet. They tell me I have five months, but I don't want to wait that long. I want to get it over with. But other than that, they've been real good.

I was speaking to my nephew about my situation and he told me about Community Tax. He said that they helped him and gave me their number. What they were offering was what I needed so I gave them a call. Also, one company wanted $4,000 upfront to take on my case but Community Tax offered to take the fee out in quarters from me and I appreciated that. That’s when I decided that they’re working with me and they’re better for me.

Josh was the person that I had contacted at Community Tax. He explained to me how everything works. Everything that he did, he'd follow up on. One thing though that made me leery was when I was talking to different people at once and it didn’t work for me. I didn't see that I was getting the right kind of service or information. There were a couple of times I had to call because they're waiting on the IRS and they've taken their time to get back. But after that, it has gotten comfortable. I didn't have the money straight up to pay but Community Tax worked with me. I got my compromise and it came to a good price for what I owe. Before this, I talked with a representative from another company and right off, he was telling me I had to pay $1,500 which I didn't have. Since Community Tax, my life has been stress-free. I’m satisfied with them.

I used Community Tax for income tax. They have excellent service, resolves some issues that really had questions that they would be able to resolve but they did it in a very great way. I'm very pleased with the service. They handled my business very well and I recommend them to any one that has tax problems. They are really experts in past due taxes and non-filing of taxes.

I was doing my own taxes and I had no experience with 1099. I was looking for all the loopholes that I could to reduce my tax reports and the IRS got a hold of it and reviewed it, said I owed them $17,000 over 10 years. I was appalled and I wasn't about to pay them. I felt like they were ruthless. They were sending me letters, calling me, and telling me that they were gonna seize everything that I owned and I could go to jail and all kinds of stuff. It was pretty bad and as soon as I hired Community Tax, everything worked out pretty good. I paid them $4,000 and they took away a $17,000 debt so that was a pretty good deal. Then they stopped all the communication and the phone calls from the IRS which was a huge relief. I was really stressed out over that and everything got better.

I know looking for tax professionals for help can be very taxing (pun). Who to choose? How much is it going to cost? Can I trust them? How long is this going to take? Should I work directly with the IRS? We have no reservations on recommending Community Tax Professionals to anyone with any tax issues. Our relationship was a long continued one, with very complex tax issues. They were able to ultimately resolve a very stressful 7-year tremendous financial pitfall for us. We are extremely thrilled with their service and our outcome. I know Community Tax is not the only Professional Tax Services Company out there, but I really don't know if my outcome would have been duplicated. I chose right the first time. I would literally be in tears if I had to go through this 2 or 3 times trying to find the right tax professionals. Just sayin'... Don't take that chance. We don't really expect a Xmas card from them, but they can expect a Xmas card from us!

I had problems with the IRS and used Community Tax to meet the debt. I let them do tax preparations for me and it was a pretty easy process. I had a perfect experience. They did a great job and I already recommended them to two friends.

I have a big problem with the IRS and my friend recommended me to Community Tax. I called them and they explained everything so much. They have a good service. I mentioned my experience with Community Tax to my family and I recommended it to my friends because I am fine and free right now. Community Tax helped me out of that problem.

We have some tax problems because we had gotten some student loans our children had from the past. We took care of them where we wouldn't have to pay them back. We got the student loans discharged and then we ended up getting another thing that we still have to pay because it was considered income. We gotta pay $10,000 as taxes on the balances of the two student loans. Then we got a hold of Community Tax to see about working with us and getting it wiped out or knocking down a substantial amount and they were willing to work with us. They've always been pleasant and helpful in answering our questions.

I wanted to do my taxes and was looking for help, but I didn't know anybody to begin. I called Community Tax and they told me what I had to do and I did it. The last thing that I received was a letter from the IRS telling me all I had to do is send them $100 and that was it. I sent it on a Monday to the United States Treasury and that’s more than three weeks ago. I hope everything is over. I’m going to be 70 years old next October so what I spent was really hard for me but I didn’t have any choice. I did whatever Community Tax told me they were going to do and it took me almost two years or less to pay this money.

I had some back taxes that needed to be paid and Community Tax promised to deliver a lesser amount. I also filed taxes with them the following year, after I signed up with the initial. Initially, the team was hands on. Then a couple of months after, it fell off a little bit and I didn’t hear from anyone. They would stay in contact although not as frequently as when I first started the process. But they met their ultimate goal to get the tax amount down, and I was pleased with that.

Community Tax was very helpful in the beginning. They answered all of my questions, and concerns. After I paid my $600 for my case to start, nobody contacted me about my case. They were helpful before they took my money. Now I want a refund and handle my tax problems on my own, and they keep saying someone will call me but never do. I feel like the same way they contacted me before they took my money, they should at least follow up with me. I haven't heard anything. Very disappointed in this company.

I was just searching on the web and I talked to a couple of companies and they said that they could help. With two other organizations, I took it to a certain point where I could understand exactly what the charges were, what they were doing and how many years they’ve been in business. After I got it all together, Community Tax was a little bit more affordable and I felt with what I needed, they were gonna suffice so I was happy with my choices. However, some of their employees don’t put their numbers on the emails so I had to do a little bit of research once in a while to find out what their phone numbers were. I made three different calls to find out. Then my case handler was changed once or twice, so I had to ask their number out too and who they were. But I was always able to call the salesperson, the initial person I talked to. She had always helped me, direct me to where I needed to go and tell me who my location manager was.

I received a letter from the IRS themselves and went directly to them. Within a week and a half, they did an Offer in Compromise. I paid it and I’m done. The program seemed like it was dragging out and I just needed things done sooner than later because I want to buy a house in October. Other than that, I had a good experience with Community Tax and I've successfully completed the program. They called me right back and talked to me about everything. Everybody I worked with was always really good.

I had hired Community Tax to help me with some issues with the IRS and at first there were some miscommunication between several of the representatives and myself. I was then contacted by the legal department as well as the customer service dept who assured me that my problem would be fixed. My problem was then handled with a sense of urgency and professionalism that left no doubt I chose the right company to handle my tax issues.

Community Tax did a wonderful job with the information they gave me when I called them. They did all the work for me because I couldn't do it myself. I tried many times for years and it was getting worse every time that I was trying. So I went to somebody who really knows what they're doing. They use so many people there that they all are professionals. I have successfully completed the program.

I made a mistake with the taxes so I decided to get in touch with Community Tax to get some help. When I talked to them, they told me a few good things but at the end, I found that it wasn’t true or they didn’t explain correctly. I wasn’t happy and I will not recommend them.

Between failed marriage tax, child support and the regular withholdings, I’m at 52% gross of my income. If I clear $100 a day, I make $1000 a check and that’s what I take home. It was a lot of financial reorganization as I’m going from a family man to a single guy that I have to pay for and I also had to sell the house. Then the IRS hit me with a $10,000 tax bill. Not that that's a great deal of money but it was the insult to the injury. I wasn’t interested in paying them anything. I'm having tax problems and I had to have some kind of result so I sought for the service of Community Tax. They did a great job. Every time I called, they answer all the question I had and I've successfully finished my tax program.

I received a settlement payment from my job which I had to pay taxes on. I did not qualify to Offer in Compromise so I hired Community Tax to see if they could lower my payment or do a payment plan. I sent them all my information. They prepared my taxes but they did not include the settlement information. I re-sent my information, they redid my taxes and included the settlement info. They asked me to sign electronically which I did. They then emailed me and said I needed to physically sign them and send them back, which I did, both federal and state. A few weeks later, received an email from 3 different people telling me I needed to sign them electronically again and send them. Again, I signed them electronically, cc'ing all 3 people.

Excellent! That's how my experience is with Community Tax. I had maxed out my taxes so I'm doing over the road drive and needed to get my life back in the right order again. I went straight to them and they did an awesome job. When I called, they called me back. They communicated with me back and forth with the information they sent out and things I needed to do during the process. I've got less stress and only had to do is move out and pay the last part I need to put before the end of July to get the program completed. Even though I had other people say that they weren't a very good source I stuck with them because I started with them. If it was going to fall, it was going to fall. If I was going to do a business, I'd use them and recommend them for that. They're a good company to use.

Their process was fairly easy. I was trying to find someone to help me deal with the tax situation that I had and I chose Community Tax because they've done it for a while. I'm done with their program. They reached an agreement and all I got to do was take care of it. They did what they said they were gonna do. I'm glad that it's gonna be over with. However, there were things that weren't made aware to me. I assumed they would do it but it wasn't until I went through that later. By then, it was already like, "We have to get it done and be done with it." But, it is what it is and we're dealing with the government.

I had back taxes and I needed to get it rectified. I reached out to Community Tax and my experience with them went well. I have successfully completed the program with them.

Had a tax situation with back taxes owed. Reached out to them to see my options. Told the first person I talked to I was not interested in a tax lien. Just wanted to set up payments at the lowest amount possible...after agreeing I gave them $700 to get started...they reviewed and came back and said I could either pay the amount in full or I could amend the tax returns to cut the cost and make payments with a TAX LIEN for $6500. $6500 to amend 2 tax returns? Talked to 3 different people who kept giving me the runaround and basically I just chalked it up as a loss. They took my $700 and didn't do anything but gain power of attorney and requested transcripts. Total ripoff. I hired an accountant and my problem was solved without a tax lien.

I was always working and I wasn’t gonna be able to file anytime soon what I owed the IRS. So I just wanted to get it taken care of. In the beginning, everything with Community Tax was good. Then towards the end, I wasn’t hearing from the lawyers anymore. They weren't answering the phone. Then they came with the offer and we came to a compromise that if I pay $500, then everything would be good. But I fully don’t understand yet because after I got the offer and compromise letter, I got another letter from the IRS saying that I still owe the outstanding balance. So I called someone from Community Tax and he told me to disregard the letter, so that’s what I did and everything is still good. I'm satisfied as far as getting the letter confirming that I only owe $500. When I pay them the $500, I should be able to file my income tax and receive payments the next following years. I'm good.

I owed a chunk of change for Federal and I was pregnant at that time so I tried Community Tax. At first, they kept up with the phone calls and then they slacked off towards the end. But their service was good. They were on top of everything. I'm actually at the last piece of the settlement, so I just have to send my last money order in with the IRS and then they should be closing the case.

Community Tax was recommended to me and they did all right. I went with them to see if they could get my tax debt relief down from what I was being charged for. They were able to do that but they’re still taking my taxes so I'm still not satisfied. The staff at Community Tax has been great though.

I had a social security disability settlement and the government thought that it would be a great idea to tax me on a bunch of money I didn't have. They thought I had $23,000 to pay them. But that's not going to happen. Then I researched online and looked at a couple of reviews. I didn't shop around and Community Tax seem to fit the bill anyway. They did an awesome job and I appreciate it. I got a $250 check I'm sending off tomorrow to the IRS and then we're done. Once I paid the settlement, they decided to put a lien on me. Once they put it on, I can't just have it taken off, so I'll play the game as it goes. Once the lien comes off, the report itself will repair itself.

We were audited by the IRS and we were left with a huge balance. I contacted Community Tax and have been working with them for a long time. My balance was $398,000 and our payoff is $31,000. Community Tax did a great job. The communication was great too. I always talk with their staff, Daniel and I told him that once we get this off from the IRS and we get this done, I would be more than happy to provide a testimonial. We're almost finished with the program and we've gotten approval. We're just waiting for the last letter which is going to be here in the next 30 days.

I had some bad taxes that I needed to file so I sought the help of Community Tax. It was very extreme and expensive in retrospect. I probably wouldn’t do it again because it was just too much money. But what was intriguing about it was the fact that I can get rid of the tax debt and I could clear with time. It took about two and a half years with the whole process. So, the compromise went through and all I had to pay was $500.

Working with Community Tax for my tax problem was a long process, but I put my trust in them that they would get it rectified. I got denied on my first time but they stayed with me. The team I have from Community was excellent. I’m gonna be dealing with them for a minute even after I pay this. Come next year I may end up filing my taxes with them.

There is NO better company at tax resolution. They keep you informed and up to date on everything. Yes, it took 18 months but Jennifer is beyond amazing. We are still in progress with our Community Tax program and we haven’t finished it yet. Community Tax gave me some honest answers ‘cause I had a number of tax place trying to solve my problem before, and they ripped me off. They took $3,000 off me. I paid them for up to two years, and I had two more payments and then they just disappeared on me. And with Community Tax, I did have a good vibe about them. And then they also gave me the email address and I had no problem calling it to help on my account. They made me feel real good. I’ve spoken to Michael, Jennifer, and a couple more people. And Michael was the one that really kept me feeling strong through the whole process.

I did some general searching and decided to give Community Tax a call. They told me to send a document I have received from the IRS two weeks ago. So far, the service has been good and if they're not around when I call them because their time is different from mine, they would call me back immediately. They answered all of my questions and I don't have to answer questions when the IRS would send me documents. I give the documents to Community Tax and they handle the situation. My business with them is not yet completed as they're still waiting for a fax from the IRS.

I wasn't pleased with Community Tax at all and really would not recommend them to anyone. First off, they bait you in to say that they can help you out with your tax for the price of $499. I paid $500 and they said they'll give me to Step 2 where I had to pay $2,500. By that time, I've put in $3,000 and I didn't want to quit because I’ve already put my money in. I've spent $7,000 for stage 3, 4, and 5 for them to do what little bit that they did. Then I've had about 5 different leaders and every time I call for a person, they would say, “Oh, I'm sorry. She’s no longer with us. Let me give you over to our other leader.” They can't call their clients to let them know that. So I contacted the IRS and the IRS contacted me, and I finished on my own.

All of our interactions with the team at Community Tax have been positive. I was happy overall, especially coming from the company that we had come from trying to rectify it to Community Tax. It was very refreshing and it got done quickly. They answered our questions any time we had to call and ask questions. They were very understanding, caring and excellent. The way that they treated us showed us that they really cared about the problem that we were going through. It was a pleasant experience.

I owed the Internal Revenue Service a large amount of money that I couldn’t afford to pay at that time. I needed some help with some tax situation but I was working about 15 hours a day at the time, so I hired Community Tax to help me because I didn’t have time to deal with it. And, they actually helped me out quite a bit. I saved about $7,000. I signed a legal right for them to access all my information. Initially, I thought they would do the footwork but they wanted me to basically fill out all the forms of information they already had. When I complained about it, they escalated that complaint to someone that actually did everything for me and they were tremendously helpful. So in the end, I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

I owed $29,000 to IRS and did not have it. I had gotten a large settlement a couple of years prior. It ended up that I owed them money, and I was stunned because this was all being taken care of through a financial advisor in the bank. It had gotten to be pretty bad so I had to do something, but I just didn’t have it and I'm on a fixed income. Community Tax did a good job. They kept me informed, which was really good because I don’t like not being informed. The only thing is that it took so long to get it done, though it's not their fault. It took over a year because the IRS went back and audited me for five years and said my taxes were so screwed up they didn’t know if they owed me money or if I owed them money. It all worked out in the long run and I was really happy. I'm able to keep on track with what I got now. I was totally satisfied that I enrolled.

I had a tax loan. I tried to resolve it on my own but it was too much and I couldn't afford it. I used Community Tax and it was a good experience. I was happy the way it turned out. There were so many people working and I got different people all the time, but everybody called right back so there was no problem. I have completed the Community Tax program and I'm very satisfied with the results. Gary, who was one of the lawyers then, was the first I talked to. He said they'll make the IRS go away but they never did go away. But Community Tax had the IRS make a settlement on my individual tax. They did a good job but it cost me money.

I owed IRS over $10,000. The website told me to contact Dennis in Houston, Texas so I called and explained to him. He was so nice that he connected me with Community Tax. All of them at Community Tax were friendly, nice, warm and courteous. They returned phone calls and did an excellent job with IRS. I was so pleased and happy with the way they did it. They do my taxes from now on. I have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for what they do because sometimes I might run into companies that aren’t real and take my money. I looked Community Tax up on the internet to make sure everything was legit. They have a good success rate so I decided to go with them. I tried to work with another company but I dropped out because I didn’t trust them, they’re on Ripoff Report. I've had good experience with Community Tax and everyone was very helpful. I also had them do my taxes. But I don’t pay the $446 a month that was suggested, ‘cause I’m not making that anymore so I pay the $200 for the first installment.

I was with another company out of Florida. I sent everything they asked me to send, and then they told me six months later that they didn’t have everything. They just kept telling me that they’d switch me over to another person and then told me they could no longer do my case. I asked about a refund. When I got with Community Tax, they did what they said they were going to do. I’m just glad that it’s resolved because it was stress-free. I wish I could have found out about Community Tax in the beginning because the other company told me they could do but did nothing. I would definitely recommend Community Tax.

The resolution I got with Community Tax worked just fine because they managed to settle my debt and I'm happy with that. However, two years is a long time. It was a long, drawn-out process. When I first entered into an agreement with them, it seemed like it should be something that flows easily. Indeed, it does for them because they are aware of the documents they need and how they need it, but not so to a person that hasn't been through it. If I have a concern and I don't understand the process, they speak to me as if it's something I need to know. They also tell me that they are in touch with me but after a while, whenever I call in, it goes to voicemail.

I’m finished with Community Tax. Everything worked out all right. They did a good job and I very much appreciate what they did for me because I needed it. I only owe IRS $500 and I already sent the $200 or so.

I used H&R Block before until I got myself in a deep hole, because anytime I turned around, they were adding more interest. So it got out of hand and I couldn’t handle it by myself. I then got in touch with Community Tax, and they helped me out. Their Tax reps were very nice to me, they let me know what’s going on, tell me what they need, and I did what they told me. So far, everything has worked out alright with them. I am really satisfied. They did me a favor and I'm debt-free now.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Community Tax. I was a skeptic one because I've had a company like them before who didn’t do anything. But Community Tax came through with all that they advertised and said they’ll do. I'm pleased with them since they stayed true for me.
