They were very helpful and fast with a response. They were available when I needed them to answer questions. They were always very friendly and polite. They were informative and seemed to know a lot about the business. There were many different options, which I liked. I could pay online. I could pay with my phone. I could pay in person. Variety and ease are great to have when choosing how to pay. Of course, interest rates could always be lower. I felt like theirs was a little higher than the competition. They need to decrease their interest rate a bit. I didn't get to use the rewards much. But it seemed like there were a variety of rewards to help cater to everyone's liking and interests of rewards.
Customer service is great, they are always willing to help you and answer your questions to any concerns that one may have. Also, they are very nice, polite, and patience. I would recommend. The paying options are a piece of cake. They are very easy, super fast, and has a variety of selections and options that customers can select from. Also, it gives you warning when your balance is due. The interest rate is good. Usually, one will not have a lot of problems when paying the fees. Also, the interest rates will be the same in any bank institutions. I enjoy seeing my point. My bank institution gives me points everytime I go to a certain gas station, spend a certain amount of money, and pay on time. I can get cash back, and discounts in some restaurants and hotels/motels. It is very rewarding.

Awesome customer service. I like everything. Good service all the time. I would be a long time customer for many years to come. I pay checking account that's why I like the services. I like to have options when it comes to forms of payments. It's good to have a low interest rates so you're able to afford it. Should have some benefits. Maybe it's great value. I like reward. Always something free can be great. Checking out all the savings makes me want to shop more. Makes things easy.
While using the card I could always count on their customer service to solve issues. They listened and did everything to make my experience satisfactory. They offer the service to pay over the phone by paying your minimum to your maximum amount. Also you can go on their website and pay your balance as well. Basically pay your bill on time and your rate stays at a satisfactory number. They will help you in any way to help you keep your rates low. They offer a nice reward program that gives the card owner lots of options. You can turn your points in for cash, gift cards, merchandise, and even paying off your card too.
Customer service is pretty good, helpful, friendly, timely, respectful, reasonable hold times, quickly diffuse any issues or complaints, competitive promotions, and modern business tactics. They have a typical rewards program, including cash back on purchases or rebates. Customer can choose what and when to execute accumulated points. Interest rates are based on credit, so for me isn't that great. I paid a little more than I would have liked on my card. I am sure they are comparable to other companies and it is a standard rate though. Rewards are customized, and accumulate over time to be cashed in for the customers choosing. They have lots of options and favorites like stores, air miles, hotels, restaurants.
I really enjoyed the speed of service. The representatives were always knowledgeable about the products. They did a lot to make sure my transactions went smoothly. There never was a stressful moment in dealing with customer. They were very nice and friendly. I could hear the smile in their voices. It was a joyous experience. I really appreciate the enthusiasm shown to assist me.
The pay options are convenient and stress free. I never have a problem paying my bill. If a problem arose they were always there to assist me. The interest rate was convenient. It was pretty low due to my excellent credit score. Everything is good and great. I really respect this company. I took advantage of the rewards program because I always shop online. I also never carry cash. I always get cash back on all of my purchases.
I only spent a good deal of quality time with customer service one time, but it was a very good experience. I had to change my last name and address on my account and order another card. Before they made any changes, they verified it was really me that they were talking to. Some companies just change the info without verifying. The pay options were always outstanding. I always paid my amount due in full plus some so my balance would be a manageable amount. I was actually between jobs once and they worked with me so it would not hurt my credit. The interest rate for this company, not only just in the beginning, but for the whole duration of holding the card was extremely competitive. I compared a few cards and this one was the one for me to use. The rewards programs are very good. They are very competitive with pretty much all other cards that offer rewards. It's very to use and very easy to get your rewards.
I can't complain as much about customer service. I did speak with a human even though they weren't able to help me very much. Their hands were tied by the company policies that wouldn't allow them to help if they wanted to. Their pay options were about the same as any other card company. Perhaps they had shorter grace period and it's harder to get extensions. Very high interest rate with few opportunities to have it lowered over time versus other card companies that understand the things that come up in life that are unfortunate and unforeseen. I suppose I should be happy with any reward at all but there are many other card companies that offer so many more opportunities. Rewards are the biggest bait out there to get customers.

Simple pay options. Cash, check, debit card. Easy to pay in many forms, over the phone or online. Easy automated systems to direct you through the entire payment process. Easy to understand interest rates. No hidden fees or changes in rates. Everything is detailed in full at beginning of application process. I would recommend this product for the low interest rates. Great rewards program. Lots of offers to choose from and easy to obtain each reward. Don't have to spend a lot or go out of your way. The rewards are a great little boost to encourage customers.
