Everything was good with BNC, but their reps are very slow and there was lack of communication. Still, everything was on time. It was just they never gave me any updates. But then suddenly, everything went smooth. So, I'm happy with them. BNC has the best rates. The other company was going to give me for 4.4%, and they gave me 3.3. So, it's a lot of money they saved me. I'm happy with everything provided.

My loan officer was wonderful. She went way above and beyond the call of duty. She was right on top of everything.

I enjoyed working with BNC very much. Victor was a great asset that the bank has. I really enjoyed getting to know him a little bit and working with him. He made things very easy and I really appreciated that. Vic did an excellent job. I live in Battle Ground, Washington, and Vic is in Kansas City, so the distance made it a little difficult. But I'm kind of an old-fashioned, face-to-face, handshake kind of guy, so it was just me that was troubled by it. But the process was very good and efficient.

The application process was very easy. I credit the ease to the loan officer I worked with. Vic was really great and very responsive. There were some repetitive actions in the portal, but I didn't have to do that. Vic would just say, "Oh, nope. I already have the information. I can do that part for you." So he really did a great job making the process easy for me and helping me navigate through all the requirements.

We did an equity program with BNC where we took the value out of the home so that we could do some home improvement. I really like them a lot. They did a great job and I didn't really need to do much. I talk to my loan rep all the time and he is great. He definitely helped me out with reducing the points. He was super honest and he had my best interest in mind. We're actually putting the money back into the house so that the equity would get higher for the house.

The mortgage officer was really nice to work with. She was very clear and gave really good information about what the rates and the terms would be. So we felt very comfortable moving forward with BNC. Everything was great. It was all online plus emails here and there. It was a great process and very timely as well, so it was very efficient. It was a well-defined process. We met everything on time and at the rate and terms that we wanted to reach.

One of my colleagues referred me to BNC when I started thinking about purchasing a home. I worked with Douglas and he was such a nice person. He guided me in accumulating my fund then preparing my application. Overall, he helped me through the housing loan journey. The process was simple and straightforward. I didn't feel much burden in taking a housing loan, so it was a good experience with BNC. I got a very good mortgage rate and it was a fixed one. I'm happy with that.

I love working with BNC. They're great. I've used them before for home loan, and then I refinanced with them. When I was getting another house, I decided to get in touch and use them again. They're very prompt. They keep you aware of things that are going on. I worked with Mike. He is always awesome. I always asked for him specifically because I trust him. So, I know if he's given me a rate, it's the best rate and he's gonna make sure everything goes smoothly.

I got five quotes and BNC Bank had the best terms. They were quite efficient too. For the application that BNC used in terms of what documentation was needed for me and the ability for me to upload those onto the site, the technology made it almost seamless. BNC Bank cut the existing rate that I had been getting in half and closing was fairly straightforward.

The process with BNC was easy and we were able to complete it on time. The online portal was great. The on-time closing was a very transparent transaction, so I really like it. The only thing is after closing, I think the loan has been transferred to someone else. I’m reaching out to the loan officer. The loan officer is trying to find something.

I sent in an inquiry about VA loans. Then my mortgage person, Michelle, had reached out to me and explained the whole process to me. Once we decide that we’re gonna move forward, I let her know. She made the process real easy for us. She was very quick to respond, which I appreciated since I'm a first time home buyer. As a buyer, I had a lot of questions. Some of them were probably kind of dumb, but she answered them. So, I’m really happy with my loan officer. Iif anyone asked me where to find a good mortgage and VA loan, I’d recommend BNC.

BNC Bank's price for the fees for refinance were lower than other people's. The application went good. The initial rep, Jennifer, was somehow responsive. If she missed one time that I called, she will pick up the next time. The only issue was sometimes when I contacted the other people, they didn't pick up. They took action but as a customer, I needed a response as soon as possible. Maybe for other people, they let it go for one or two days but it doesn’t make me feel good. If they agree from the beginning to work as agent, they should be responsive to their customers.

I really liked Jennifer and how quick she responded. The process was easy. TI really liked that in almost every email that I got from Jennifer, it had the link back to the portal because sometimes I would forget how to get back to it. So that was really easy and nice.

The application process was a little tedious, but it was fine. Everything went good.

I've been using BNC for years. They are the single best ever in the mortgage business. The rep follows up and takes care of everything. You don't have to worry about anything. BNC is very easy to deal with, they tell you what they need and everything's straightforward. They are thee most transparent people I deal with. If you need a mortgage, you're not gonna go wrong with BNC.

The reps seemed like they were very knowledgeable, professional and informative. The application process was pretty straightforward and it didn't feel as complicated or invasive as it did. The process overall went a lot smoother than it did with our first house loan. It went pretty well. The only issue that I've had with them was during post-process. It was kind of a confusing piece of thing.

The rep gave us a date of closing and we closed on time. However, there were a couple of times I felt kind of out of the loop. I didn't know exactly what were the needed documents for my house loan. Every day, they were requesting a new document but it seemed like I just submitted the same document two days before. They could be upfront on everything that's need right from the get-go.

I had previously worked with BNC on a refinance and had such a good experience there that I decided to go back for the new home purchase. The rate was what drew me to them because I shopped around at several lenders. With that, as well as good communication and good electronic means of document delivery, it made the process easy. It was great with particular hats off to Shana.

BNC was my second lender as my first lender apparently messed up the licensing issue. Essentially, Crystal was able to get the deal done in three and a half weeks so I was happy with that.

I was always concerned about responsiveness. Julie and BNC actually responded quickly. That's why I decided to go with them. It was a great experience working with Julie. She was a lifesaver. If I had questions, they responded quickly so I could make sure that I got all the required documentation in time. It was a perfect process and I appreciate it.

I was working with Rushmore and Rushmore and I felt they were dragging their heels. They had an excuse of their loan processor was sick. They sent things out. They got me at 3% and I presented them with another lender at 2.87. So, they matched that. But in matching that, they upped something else. I said, "What is this?" Then, BNC came in at 2.75. There were no arguments. The closing costs were much less. In fact, I ended up getting back because of escrows as much as the whole closing cost me. So, it was like a net zero to do this. It was quick, easy, and I appreciated it. I was very pleased with the speed that everything was done and how the rep handled me because I'm not always easy. I would recommend BNC to other people, especially Crystal.

BNC National Bank did a streamline refi for me a couple of times and I really liked Linda. I went back with BNC because of her. Whenever I needed one, I emailed her and said, "Hey, can you still do this or can you do this?" It has always been easy. They stayed in contact with me constantly. The communication is the biggest thing and make sure that whoever you're working with will call you back and let you know what you need. And I like how easy their computer system is. It flags you and tells you what you still need. And once you turn it in, it takes it away.

BNC will most likely get you approved if you have all your ducks in a row. But they'll do a last push to make it happen. With the appraisal and the one where they check if everything is okay, that big pile of paper, it was almost seven grand down. On the day of closing, they were like, "Oh, sorry, we can't get you approved." And I'm like, "This is ridiculous. After all this money, now you're gonna tell me it's not." The rep was like, "Yeah, I'm sorry, but your husband, he's self-employed, and we need more information."

Everyone was awesome with the exception of this lady Molly who was actually an overfill underwriter because the underwriter, Sheryl, was out of town. She was just going above and beyond trying to do her job. It was a couple of things she was missing. But everything worked out. It was still expedited and we finished in three weeks. I called BNC last minute to change from my other lender. The rate was amazing so it was well worth it.

The mortgage rates were very competitive and the process was straightforward. Also, very good communication. I was very pleased.

Then I went online when he told me to upload the files etc. Everything was comprehensive in the website to upload the files. And the response from the people through email was always very quickly. It was a very smooth process. Also, Mike always asked me how was the process. He was very good.

We were in the home search process for about nine months. I got a response from BNC right away from Linda, who was our loan officer. Then, when we kept working with her throughout the next five or more months, at that point, she was great every step of the way. I've already recommended her to every friend I can. The lending process was seamless. We got the lowest rate with BNC and had the best service.

I liked BNC's rate. I picked BNC because theirs was the best that I could find. The application process was straightforward. I like that it was all online, that I didn't have to pay to put in an application. Also, any questions that I had, they answered and they were very professional. Everything was good.

This is the fourth time I've worked with BNC National Bank. The agent that I work with is phenomenal. She’s flexible. She keeps me updated. She is above par on all levels. She does all the legwork, makes things happen, and sends me the paperwork to sign. So, with BNC, I get better rates, better service and better results. On this last refinance, I did attempt to go through my local bank, and their rates are not good even though they’re a credit union. They were a pain. They wanted to charge me for my own credit report. So, I went back to BNC. They charged me to pull my credit but as part of the whole system, they don't charge me upfront. They waive a bunch of fees for veterans. So, I'm not gonna find a cheaper opportunity.

Overall, it was a good experience. I had no clue at first but once I asked them the question regarding the next steps, things started to come together. But BNC could’ve given me more of what to expect. They could've provided some type of checklist of what was gonna happen at the beginning and over the next few months and the things that I would be putting together so I could've had them ready. They depend on their online service more than communicating with the customer. They should have a little more communication with the customer but they would just send me an email. I look at it but it doesn't make any sense to me what I'm looking at.

BNC's rate was the second lowest on a 30-year fixed. But more importantly, the lowest one was Better Mortgage and they were 0.1% different, and BNC Bank we get a live dedicated human being throughout the entire mortgage process. With Better Mortgage, you don't. So, BNC was the lowest rate with an actual human being. The reps helped me through the process. It was all digital, online portal, upload things. Super smooth. We had some complexity with essentially where the money came from. Some of it potentially would have to come from cryptocurrency gains. That didn't end up needing to happen, but BNC Bank was willing to work with us through that, whereas Better Mortgage didn't have the expertise to help with that.

Obtaining my mortgage was easy. It took the shortest amount of time possible.

I was impressed with BNC. This is the fifth house I bought and by far, they are the best. They're honest. The mortgage officer, Michelle, is one of the best mortgage person I've worked with. I also was pretty impressed they have the platform. Everything is put electronically so it was a lot easier for me compared with other mortgage lenders that ask you repeatedly to fill up all the information which was really painful. The only thing was the processor was quite slow and not quite good in response. But if I couldn't get hold of the processor or they didn't respond, I contacted Michelle. She would always get back to me within minutes. Because of her, everything went pretty smoothly overall. I like BNC so much that I told my coworker to refinance with them. I also told a few more friends of mine about them.

I'm 100% satisfied with BNC. Shawna is my loan officer and she helps every time. She speak nicely. Everything was good. I like the rates. It was competitive.

Most of everything was communicated via online. The loan processor just sent me the link and it had a step-by-step follow-through. So, it was very easy.

BNC Bank is easy to work with, and I liked their transparency and great rates. I was pretty pleased with the two people that they had handled the process. They did a good job. I was absolutely satisfied with the rate. I had a rate going in mind that I wanted and if I got that, I was gonna go with them, and I did that. It was a great experience. BNC was very easy to work with. Mike, the rep, was the person who I stayed in contact with the entire time. Once we got to the point where they said, "Hey, everything is good to go," we scheduled the delivery date. However, there were a couple of issues that came up towards the end, that the attorney had not completed some of the filings and there was a concern that he wouldn't get the paperwork back to them in time for us to make our closing and be able to have the house. So, the next day, they would deliver all of our household goods. BNC said they would keep somebody there later than normal to finalize everything to make sure that they met the federal guidelines for the number of days. Also, Mike reassured me that they would do everything possible in their end to make sure that we met our closing date. So, I felt they took care of me. Also, BNC's rate was the lowest from the beginning. All in all, I was happy with the entire experience.

When I bought the house and I looked at it, it was late in the day that I wanted to make an offer on it. I was still needing a letter of credit and Chris stayed up late and immediately got on the call with my Realtor just at the drop of a dime and said, "Yup," and did a business call speakerphone, with the whole office. It was the first interaction and he just jumped on the ball and from that day forward, he never stopped. It was just that after we went through Docusign and I signed anything that needed my signature, I no longer had access to those documents. I would have liked to have been able to review them and share them with my lawyer after the fact.

I loved the lady that I talked to at BNC. I also called two other lenders but then, BNC gave me the best rate and their rep, Crystal, gave me lender credits. Besides that, Crystal was very proactive. But the underwriting of BNC Bank needs work. It should be something quick and painless. Crystal forwarded over emails and I had sent emails over to their underwriting reps. But instead of verifying that they received the emails, they kept asking for the same documentation. That was okay when you deal with someone that has time in their hands, but that was not the case for somebody like me and my family.

I've done two refinances within the last six to eight months, and working with Jennifer from BNC was excellent. She always keeps me on my toes, makes sure that I stay on task, and that the people behind the scenes are staying on task too. So, it worked out well. Great prices and low fees. So, I couldn't be happier with that. It went so smooth for me.

I'm extremely satisfied with BNC's whole process. The pre-approval took a good six weeks before we put an offer on the house. But once we put an offer on the house, the process took three weeks to complete. The rep I had, Linda, went way and above what was expected of her. She did an outstanding job and I wish there were some more good things I can say about her. I'm also happy with the terms I got and I would highly recommend Linda to my friends.

The rep answered questions promptly and kept me informed of the process. It took us a month to do it just because of getting everything ready, but BNC National Bank was very open about what they would need.

The only thing that was weird was that right after we closed, I got the letter in the mail about PennyMac owning the loan. It would have been nice to get a heads-up that that was happening like, "Oh, by the way, we're selling your mortgage to another company." Other than that, it was a good experience.

BNC National Bank had the best rates. Also, their website was the most user-friendly overall, and the most responsive. The team reached out right away. They called and helped me out with the steps. And I had a nice representative helping me out. However, It took a while to figure out how to actually pay for the mortgage once everything was done. BNC Bank never told me they sold my debts to someone else. And I was lost trying to find out how to even pay for my mortgage, because I was not given any customer number or any information on how to actually pay it. I had to make a couple of calls until I found out my debt was transferred to Mr. Cooper. And Mr. Cooper didn't give me any information at all. I was a little upset.

I did a refinance with BNC and it was a good experience so I went back. Everything went really fast. The timeframe was within the closing time of my purchase which was six weeks. They were great to work with.

The whole process with BNC was really good and took about three weeks to complete. I really liked Chris, who was my mortgage officer. He was very responsive and told me exactly what was going on. He was also very knowledgeable and he got through the loan pretty quickly, which was not a really easy loan. So, I appreciated his help.

The application process was labor-intensive with a lot of scanning and emailing, but it was fine. I would have gone with a local bank that I could've just walked into and just handed them stuff, but they required 20% down and I didn't have that kind of cash flow at the time. So, with BNC requiring less, made the situation better. I was really happy with the way everything went. I've already given their name to another friend of mine that was looking at buying a house.

Linda from BNC was pretty responsive, very punctual, and kept the ball rolling. I got a mortgage from them and the rates seem good and in line with other things that I was seeing.

BNC had an actual person that you could talk to throughout the process, who would explain everything to make the process easier. Then they had somebody else who helped with gathering all the paperwork that was necessary. Charles always offered to answer questions, even if it was a weekend. They had really good customer service. The application was 20 minutes. The underwriting process would have been faster, but I had some back and forth about some documentation. But it wasn't very onerous. I would highly recommend BNC.

I was happy with the process and with the individuals that worked with me. Everything was much more manual than I had hoped at the very beginning. But once we got into the loan process, it worked very well. My experience with BNC was top-notch and I'd recommend them to others that I know for home loans and the like.

So, I was really flying blind. Had it not been for Shawna, I would have struggled. She's a powerhouse. When you speak to them, they're just a wealth of knowledge and you know that they've been in the industry for quite some time. I got 2.8%, which was my rate. She linked me up with a title company and we have mobile notaries. It was a really smooth process. She was Johnny-on-the-spot. We closed in less than 30 days. Everything about it just couldn't have been more perfect. It was a great experience all the way around.

I chose BNC National Bank because they gave me a better interest rate than anybody else. Their rep was the best guy I dealt with. When I talked to him about why my loan got transferred to a different bank already, he said, "You go through that when you're buying a house." But I didn't even make my first payment and I got transferred to another lender. Every time the reps called me and told me what they needed, I got to them and got it right back. And they gave me a great compliment on doing that, because they said other people take three, four or five days giving them information, but I got it to them as soon as possible. And they commended me about doing that.

BNC Bank gave me the best rate possible. The process took under two weeks and it was pretty smooth for me. It was just hard to get ahold of the mortgage officer that I was working with.

I just met Vic and the bank that he was with had this super low rate for veterans and nobody else could match it. I have a friend who is in the mortgage business and I ran about him. And it was a local bank. He said, "Oh, heck no. I can't even touch that. You need to take it." That has been 10 years ago. And everything I've done, I've done with Vic since. He is phenomenal. I'm 51 years old and I have refinanced quite a few times. I've owned other property. I have never had an experience like I've had with Vic. And I won't go to anywhere else.

Paige was awesome, very transparent with fees, the rate that I qualified for. She was very helpful and it made my home buying experience better than most. What I enjoyed the most is her getting back to me in a timely manner and being straightforward in answering my questions instead of dancing around them. And she explained everything with the mortgage being transferred and was upfront about how all that would work out.
