Good price, open about the experience and availability during the purchase was phenomenal. They were upfront that they were planning to sell my mortgage and they did. The interest rate was great. They were willing to respond back to questions after hours.

The process with BNC was straightforward and smooth. I was working with three different lenders trying to work a deal out. So, it took a little bit of time. But once I committed to BNC, they were great. We got everything knocked out within about two weeks. The rate was the best rate and getting to that rate was also very smooth. The biggest selling factor was, I talked to the other lenders and they would give me a run around or not understand what I was trying to do. But Mike, the rep, took the time to understand the numbers and what I was trying to do, and worked with me. And that helped a lot.

The lender did a good job on communication and was always on top of everything. I got the mortgage rate and the mortgage rate letter shared by my builder to start with and then, I continued working with the lender. She kept updating the rate until I locked it about 90 days prior to closing and shared all the disclosures from the bank 90 days with the builder. About three weeks before closing, I got all the rest of the paperwork signed and completed by the bank manager. The mortgage process was very smooth and everything went well with BNC Bank.

I love BNC. I've refinanced and I've bought two homes with them. I worked with Mike and he and his team were great. They were always super quick and it was never a big deal to make a slight adjustment. It was all electronic, which I like. So, I did no paperwork and sent all my documents electronically. Their application process was the most efficient I've seen as far. BNC was to the point. The rep said it was the best rate he could give me and there was not a lot of going back and forth about them doing a little bit better. I've bought a house and I didn't use BNC at the time and I regretted it.

I got a 30-year fixed mortgage from BNC and the process was wonderful and smooth. I filled out a couple of online forms and sent in a few documents, and that was it. Application took me 30 minutes to fill out, while underwriting was three weeks. All the people communicated with me as we went along. They gave me status updates and it's about as much as I can hope from a bank.

I had gotten a call from BNC and they told me that they could do 2.5. I called up Brian and I'm very pleased with what happened. The only thing that seems to be a source of confusion right now is this property requires flood insurance. I have this policy in place and had all the information on the day of closing. It was provided to everybody. But I got a letter in the mail the other day from PennyMac, their loan servicing third-party. They said they didn't have a copy of it. According to them, I didn't have flood insurance. I called USAA, who's my insurer, and they sent them a copy of the policy description page. Otherwise, PennyMac said that they were going to pick out a policy for me.

Jennifer was my loan officer, and she was awesome. Application was all online and it was good and went fairly smooth. However, BNC gave me the loan, but then they immediately sold the loan to somebody else.

Applying took a month and some change, from first contact to closing the house and the mortgage started, and the paperwork was done.

BNC was really easy to work with. The loan agent was very knowledgeable especially about the VA loan that I was trying to pursue. he was on the ball and there was good communication. It's a more difficult process than a conventional loan but BNC made the process easier than the time I've done it with other banks. We were under a lot of pressure to get it done and things were on a very fast track. They did a good job walking me through on what I needed and made the process easy going through the submission of stuff online. We ended up emailing some of the documents back and forth 'cause the system wasn't 100% perfect. But being flexible with those things was really helpful.

John, the guy who helped me, was outstanding. He explained everything from soup to nuts. He answered any questions we had and he barely had questions. I was going to go with a conventional loan but when John explained the benefits and rates I could get with a VA, I switched. Communication was good but I had issues with the closing dates. They could not get an appraiser to the house and by the time we found the house after pre-approval, it was two months. Other than that, I had a very good experience with BNC.

The rep I work with is great. The terms worked for what we wanted to do.

I received an email from a rep and she was great, expressed interest, but she said it's a big process and I'll need time. The way she wrote the email really touched me, so I called and we talked. I decided to go with BNC and the process was easy and fast. The rep broke down everything, and if I had questions, she was there. She was always supportive with information. I was getting a lot of emails and information, especially introduction to the teams and where the next process is and who will take over. It was a great experience.

The lending process was good and easy. Everything was online, and the email communication is okay. However, the updates are a bit delayed because one officer is handling so many applications. It's a common thing for the loan officers to handle thousands of applications every day, but for the customer, their application is the only one and they are new to the process. They can get a little tense until they get clear information about their application and process status, so they are very eager to know the updates. I had an officer who had good training as well as a friendly and helpful nature. Even when the customer was a little upset, my officer didn't lose any patience and coolly handled them.

I was put in contact with one of the loan officers, and he walked me through the whole process. BNC's portal during the the application process was very straightforward and easy to use. It’s just a lot of paperwork were required, but that's to be expected, and then underwriting took a few days. There was a lot of nitpicking about certain paperwork though. There was an issue with my son's father giving me more child support than he was supposed to, and it was the little things like that that were annoying. Other than that, the terms were very reasonable, and I was able to get a great interest rate, so I'm very pleased with it. Also, the rep DJ was super helpful and patient with all of my questions. He knew exactly what was gonna give me anxiety, and he knew to calm that down before I started stressing.

From the beginning until I closed the house, it was six weeks and my experience was very good. I did an online application, and Mike, the rep, made the loan happen. He was friendly and good.

I did everything online and through email, and it was a positive experience. Navigating the website was easy, and there were no bad interactions at all. Also, the rate and terms are much better than what I had, so I can't complain.

I've had two great experiences with BNC. They offer a great package when you look at the costs and the lender credits. I recommend them 100 times out of 100. They're great.

Whoever gave me the best rate was the one I was going to go with, and on them, I could go just do the electronic signature and send it in. With BNC, I had to sign and then scan back to them. Other than that, it was good. BNC was quicker to respond and more helpful.

I was initially just exploring different interest rate options, and I thought my quote was arguably good. Then I tried a different place, and it was a little different. Then I tried a third place. With my initial quote, I was quoted like 2.85. Then with BNC, I was able to get to 2.25. It was a significant difference in interest rates that I think it's important to shop around. The reason I stopped at BNC is because I was confident that I wouldn't get really any lower than that.

Trust, openness, and explaining things a lot are important. But communication is the most important thing for me because people go through a mortgage or a refi and they probably haven't done it a lot. The average consumer isn't the most knowledgeable person as to every step of the way. So, when one has a question, he would say, “Uh-oh. Is this gonna be a really big deal? Is it not gonna be the way I thought it was gonna be?” And BNC was always super quick to reply and provided me with the answers. Everything worked out great. I've recommended them to a few friends.

That's how I like to do things. I know what to expect, and I hope people will carry out their part, which they did. I already suggested BNC to many people.

BNC National Bank came recommended by other military members for certain rates. Some of the fees were lower than other banks and credit unions that we looked at. The initial interest rate was good. Also, the ease of using the portal was the benefit. Sometimes, it seemed documents might have gone missing and needed to be re-uploaded, but nothing was detrimental. Everything was pretty much done. The rep was available over text or email to get back to me.

I put in a couple of call requests and BNC National Bank came back with the lowest interest rate. It seemed to go well when I went to the online portal to make sure everything was arranged. The rep was personable and responsive to questions and emails. That goes on everything we needed to know. Everything went very smoothly. We got through the whole home-buying process quickly, and all done. BNC is worth taking a look into if you needed financing.

It's my second time using BNC National Bank for refinancing. And Crystal, I couldn't ask for a better agent to be able to help. It was almost like she felt my vibe. And less than a week later, she reached out to me. The two-way communication was great. So, everything worked out as I hoped. The process was as smooth as it was the first time. And Crystal was prompt on everything that she needed. She didn't wait to give it to me, and I didn't wait to give her back the information that she required. It was a very quick process. Even the last time, we did everything in less than a month. It might have been quicker this time. It all depends on when they ask for something, it's up to the client to be prompt to give them the information, whatever she sent by email. Also, she was always there to answer my phone calls, and she always returned my calls. The refinancing saved me a lot of money.

I got online checking interest rates and then I was contacted by David. He made the procedure extremely easy and fast. I went with a VA loan and it was done with phone calls and the internet. Then the lending officer kept me involved all the time as to where we stood, what was happening, and what was gonna come forward, so I was always kept in the loop. BNC came up with a rate of 2.75 which was excellent. I've dealt with many banks over my lifetime and this was the best experience I've ever had.

BNC made things easy and got the mortgage closed on time. The rate was better than anything else I could find. The underwriter went a little overboard with some stuff but then that's what underwriting does. Now, I’m in the process of doing two other loans with them. Go and use them. They’re great.

BNC is always competitive. This is my third mortgage with the same guy and every time, everything goes smoothly, and it's exactly what I expect it to be. I recommend it to anybody.

The mortgage process was nice and seamless. Every time there was a question or a concern, I reached out to the rep and he was wonderful in answering any questions and giving whatever time he needs to. Their response time was quick. The rates and terms could have been a little better though because I have done a lot of business with BNC National and I was hoping the origination fees can be relaxed a little for the existing. I have mentioned that to the rep so many times, but, that's not something he can decide on.
