If you do business with this company, get everything in writing and check and approve every detail as the purchase moving forward. Make sure you get all the details for the precious metals you are buying. For example, the current spot price and any and all markups, not just fees, for each item. Do not allow the purchase to occur the day before a weekend or holiday because they have a 24-hour window to reject your order. If the contract says a certain percentage for the markup, make sure that is what the invoice shows, and it should be detailed. Do not believe the salesperson if they try to gaslight, you about the price you are paying versus the spot price, because they will, especially if you are new to buying precious metal.

Do NOT let this company be your education – they will take advantage of you. Do your own homework, before, during and after and use a reputable company.They preyed on my stepmother.
