I reached out to Universal Coin & Bullion and did everything by phone. They're in Texas, and I’m in Indiana. Their representatives are very nice guys. If the price is right, I'm gonna do business with them again.

The first connection I had with Universal Coin & Bullion was through an NRA publication, and I saw an advertisement that looked like I might be able to deal with them. I was interested in purchasing commodity silver. Not numismatic treasures, but plain, old, pure, precious metals. My interest was in the spot price and how much above the spot price their minted products would cost. I tried that with more than three other businesses. Most of them were not interested in talking to me about commodities. They just wanted to sell the collectibles, which I was not interested in. Universal was willing to market the commodity, generic coins, at whatever price over spot. That was why I did business with them. They tried to sell me the collectibles, but I was primarily interested in just the commodity. They sell you what they say they're gonna sell you. It's straightforward. I didn't feel deceived in any way.

I was looking for something to invest in. My purchase experience with Universal Coin & Bullion was very good. They’re a good company to go with. I've been pleased with everything.

I've heard of Universal Coin & Bullion years ago through my association with the NRA. My experience with Universal has been excellent. My order came promptly.

I liked the products and the prices for the products of Universal Coin. The products were good. Good value and good quality. The reps were all easy to talk to and easy to figure stuff out if things were out of whack. My experience with them has been really good. They're a good place to buy some coins from, and I appreciate their business with me. I would use them again.

Universal Coin & Bullion didn't have everything I wanted, but what I purchased from them were all right. I got some Canadian $5 pieces in gold from them. My experience was good.

Right now, gold and silver are at a premium, and I'm on hold on everything. But when I dealt with Universal Coin, I was pleased with them. I liked their price. I'm very knowledgeable and I've been doing this for a long time. And they were pretty good with just telling me what they had, because it's not that they were really trying to sell me anything. It's just that they had what I was interested in at a reasonable price. Sometimes, we used a credit card. Sometimes, I sent them a check, and they got it right out. There were a couple of specific salesmen who were pretty good as well. They're a good company to deal with, whether you're knowledgeable or not. I don't think they're in it to really take advantage of anybody. I would deal with them again when I'm ready.

I purchased 1 gold buffalo from Universal Coin a little more than a year ago. Now the sales department won't stop calling me! Several different people have called me and left me messages telling me to call them because they have a "Great Deal for me". I have NEVER been harassed so much by any company in my life. Like a bunch of used car salesman they won't leave me alone. I will NEVER make a gold purchase from this company again.! Stop calling me! ... I have said this directly to the salesman before.....but they don't listen.....

Universal Coin & Bullion has been a good outfit. Communicating with them was simple and easy. The purchases I've made so far have good quality. I've got coins and another product from them. Universal's product quality and the service stand out. Those are two important things.

I found out about Universal Coin through NRA and I liked who they had working with them. The products are mostly good too. Last time, I felt a little slighted, but not bad. I paid a little higher price, $300 a coin, than I could find it otherwise. Because I've dealt with them before and I went with their knowledge and not mine. They have better knowledge of it than me. The delivery also took little longer than I expected, but it was fine. It didn't make any difference at that point. Mostly, I've been okay with Universal Coin. They've steered me in the right direction and the communication has been good. Occasionally, they overplay their sale and if I tell them no, they keep pushing. They're a little pushy sometimes.

I was a commodity trader. I started doing business with Universal Coin back in 2009, and I've always been happy with them. I trust them and everything's always right neck accurate. The items are exactly what I've ordered. I've referred a lot of business to them that made bigger purchases than I have. The nice thing is, Josh, the rep, has always taken care of me when I've done that. ‘Cause I told him, “Scratch my back, I'll scratch yours,” as the old saying goes. And he's always taking care of me when I've sent people, because people and colleagues, I always tell them, “Do business with Universal Coin. They're professionals. They've been around a long time and they got great staff.” Sometimes I would get a different price when I would be talking to Josh but I'd say, “Can you refresh and see what you're showing versus what I'm showing?” And he would always nail it.

Universal Coin & Bullion had something I wanted. I called them. It's a family guy I talked to, and he had what I wanted to order, and I ordered it. He gave me what I wanted and haven't really hassled me much since. He was knowledgeable, and he had my items shipped promptly. These are some collectible silver pieces, and the quality was what they advertised.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience with Universal Coin & Bullion. Everything went well. I ordered mostly silver and the stuff from the NRA. It was very nice stuff. I got what I ordered quickly and everything went smoothly. I make my purchases over the phone. Their representatives have all been very nice. If someone I know needs to buy gold and silver, Universal is one of those places I'd refer them to.

A man had a newsletter that I subscribed to and he mentioned Forest in Universal Coin & Bullion as somebody he bought coins from. Because I didn't know who to use or trust, and because this man recommended it and he was former CIA, I called Universal. I specifically asked for Forest. I told him, over the years, that that's how I got his name. He wasn't aware that he was in this man's newsletter. He has big customers. I am no big person, but he treats me like I am. He's such a gentleman, he's so warm and friendly, and he answers questions.

I like Universal Coin. It's a nice company. They always treated me really nicely and things have gone really well. Universal Coin seems to make me happy when I'm buying silver. They just send it to my house through the United States Postal Service and the deliveries are good. When I buy gold, I go to JM Bullion because they seem to have a better tracking thing. When you buy gold, you pay a lot more for the gold. And I don't want them to go, “Oops. We're sorry. We lost your $4,500 coin, and you're not gonna get it.” For some reason, Universal Coin doesn't ensure as much that I'm gonna get the coin. It's really nice, though. They package it in a non-advertising packet, so the Postal Service is not tempted to steal the coin or whoever's delivering it. I really like that a lot. Then, if you buy one or two, they wrap it up really well, and it comes in a plastic container, outside, a soft plastic thing. Not a Ziploc baggie.

I ordered the product with NRA logo on it, and some were silver bullets. I just liked the product. It was interesting to me. I ordered over the phone, and it was easy to do. I had a good experience. I would recommend Universal Coin.

I dealt with Universal Coin & Bullion before through my American Hunter through the NRA and the service I had was really good. I thought about keeping on dealing with them. This is my third time with them and I had a good experience as well. The reps were nice, polite, and everything that I wanted came. They usually tell me when my order might arrive and they said we might have to wait a little because there's a big demand for silver now. It's worked out really well. The silver coins are beautiful. It's just that silver is high right now and I hope I made the right decision. Overall, Universal Coin provides professional service and it's always a quick, good experience with them. I wish I would have bought a lot more earlier.

When I called Universal Coins, they assigned a rep to me. They have good service. The normal delivery was fine, but the 2026 American Eagles are on backorder, meaning the Mint has not released them to them. So, I can't blame Universal for that. It's slow on delivery from the Mint to Universal.

Universal Coin had a decent price advertised. Their items are good and as advertised. Also, they're pretty easy to get ahold of on the phone. The delivery is pretty quick. It's usually within a week or so, if not less. They're a great business to work with.

Universal Coin is a good company. My daughter had an emergency. We cashed in a bunch of their coins and had no problem. They're good coins. For the most part, if I don't like the price, I don't buy it. But for what we want, their prices are good. Ricky's our contact person and he's very likable, very pleasant, and very business-like.

The gentleman gave me some ideas because one of the coins that I wanted wasn't there. He was able to assist me and find me a couple other ones. I received one shipment from Universal Coin & Bullion. The delivery timeline of my order seemed fairly timely, and the product looked good. I'm assuming their price is comparable to other places. So, I would recommend them. I will probably do business with them again in the future.
