After receiving a very positive recommendation from another of their pleased customers, I contacted Advantage Gold seeking an IRA rollover. Jose, Ashley and Stephanie walked me through the process with a friendly professionalism that was most welcome and reassuring. Their knowledge is truly impressive, and I was most pleased with the entire process.

My experience with Advantage Gold was very easy. It was done over the phone so that I did not have to leave my house and drive somewhere unfamiliar. I was able to speak with a representative who explained everything and I was able to ask questions.

I have high praise for Noel ** who guided me patiently in the gold buying and selling process! His customer service is excellent. Others there have been polite and helpful as well. I knew absolutely nothing about the Gold Business and Noel explained how it all works. He also guided me thru the various emails and forms required for the Strata Trust Company. When I had needed to sell gold back I received no questions about it and was treated in the same polite manner and recommend this company for their exceptional employees.

Justin ** was the nicest and had the most knowledge of any person I have spoken to in the gold and silver business. His intense Knowledge made me want to do business with Vanguard (company he works for). Vanguard is lucky to have him as an employee. I wish I had such dedicated people working for me.
