My trailer was immobilized and there wasn't a title on it. The bank of the girl that we bought the trailer from gave me a copy of these papers and said that the trailer was leased. We've come to find out it wasn't legal but at the time, we didn't know. She had to go and get a title done before she could sell the trailers. I hated the first rep from 21st Mortgage that I talked to. Instead of explaining it to me, he told me he could no longer help us and hung up on me a couple of times. And "I don't have time for this" is what his exact words to me were. He was very rude. I called back and spoke to a manager who explained the process to me. He said that if we get the title, they can help me but we have to start over after the month. We got the title in two weeks and we went through another rep, Adam. He was real nice and everything was great. But because of what happened previously, I wasn't really happy with 21st Mortgage.

I lived in a trailer park and when I told the office I needed refinance, they had a few suggestions. 21st Mortgage was one that they recommended to me, so I went with them. They were helpful but it was a very long and slow process. They had me do everything online through email, and it was a difficult process because I’d end up sending the same thing three times. Then, I got paperwork and was told that it was no good, but then I was told to use it anyway. So, there were a lot of hiccups. Also, I wasn’t told about the cost. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket to do the refinance, so I assume that it was added to my loan. On the other hand, the rep answered all my questions within a couple of days. I could call him and ask questions to make sure I was doing my end right. Eventually, we got it all sorted out.

21st Mortgage Corporation were the only people that loaned on manufactured homes in Texas. My wife handled the loan process. She sent a lot of email back and forth and everything clicked. The rep stayed on top of it so it was good all the way through. The only problem we had was I had to re-sign some of the papers because when they faxed them over to the people in Oregon, they cut off one side of them. But, we got that resolved. It was painless for me. It was a good experience and everything went quick.

21st Mortgage Corporation had a good rating and they were recommended by the park that we were buying our home in. The guy that we dealt with through couldn't have been better. I'm one of those people that when I want to know something, I want to know it now and he was very responsive. He got back to me right away. He also walked me through the whole process so I was grateful that they were that much helpful. They closed the week earlier than we anticipated. It was a smooth process.

Our realtor recommended 21st Mortgage and the loan process was wonderful. We did it over the phone because we were snowed out in Big Bear. We’re in Palm Spring and it was raining there, too. George, the person that I talked to, was very kind and considerate and answered all my questions. He called me when he said he will and everything was positive. I’m very impressed. He called me and I faxed some things to him through the hotel we were staying at. He said he was going to check on our credit. He called me back in a half hour and said I was approved.
The whole process took 60 days. The seller didn’t have the deed to the mobile home and she couldn’t get the information. The lender wanted the deed and so, we couldn’t close. The lady took two months to get it from the state. But it didn’t have anything to do with the lender, it was really the seller that held up everything. As a matter of fact, that was the best experience we’ve ever had with a loan company. We had to provide the verification but it wasn’t hard. It was a great.

I was buying a manufactured home and 21st Mortgage Corporation seemed to be the best to work with. We were buying a home in Ohio while we were still in Florida, so it was a very difficult process. Everything had to be emailed, faxed, or mostly by computer and a tremendous amount of phone calls. But the loan processor was absolutely fantastic, very patient, understanding and prompt to get back to me. Also, the process took around five to six weeks and I was very pleased.

I have a manufactured home and it had been moved and I was trying to consolidate some debt and do some remodeling. There’s not a lot of companies out there that refinance and there’s not a lot to choose from when it comes to moving a manufactured home. Also, I didn’t know anything in my place so it’s kinda limited for us to do. 21st Mortgage was referred by another company that I was given. A lot of the discussion for the home loan process was done through email and I had to ask a lot of questions to get answers. I also had to pick up the phone a couple of times and ask specific questions that I was unclear on. The process ended well and it was good. I’d recommend 21st Mortgage.

I had a good experience with 21st Mortgage Corporation and the representative was good. They would send stuff to him, I’d fill it out and then he’d fax it to them and everything worked. I’m paying the mortgage off early so I made an extra $5,000 payment to the principal. The lady I talked to handled it well and explained how we would do it. She made it a regular payment over the phone. And by doing it that way, we can make sure that it got applied to the right thing. She was afraid that sometimes when the mail goes to the home office, they don’t always work. Plus, there was no cost involved with paying over the phone, so it worked quite well.

I bought a Solitaire mobile home. I suspected I was gonna have a hard time getting a loan. Four of single wired to the bank without having to failed bunch down so I’ve decided to go with 21st Mortgage. It was convenient because it was through the Solitaire dealership that I bought my house at. The guys at the dealership dealt with them, but I had to provide copies of my tax returns for 2015 and 2016 and proof of income, pay stub and a few other things we gotta have to gather up which was not a big deal. I got a run like a credit check and had to turn all that in. They approved me and about a week and a half later I’ve closed on the house. It all went well. In a nutshell, that helped me. I’d recommend them to anybody.

21st Mortgage was recommended to us through our broker and I applied for a home loan with them. However, it took months for the home loan to finally be processed. Then, after we got down to the final card, they kept requesting information that was unavailable to provide. They wanted me to provide information on stopping payment on a check for a certain date when the pay period for that transaction had not even been processed yet. I went back to them and told them, "I can't provide that to you. I've provided you with all the documentation that I have, but I can't produce something that hasn't been generated yet." But they said I have to have that information. So, once that information was generated, I sent it back to them, but then they then asked for something more absurd.
They kept asking for a bank statement proving that the money that I had wired out of my account to the title company was in my account before I wired it. But I couldn't prove that because it was still January and the February bank statement had not been generated yet. I told them that I had gone into my account on online banking and printed everything out that's on my account, but that wasn't good enough for them because it was not on the bank letterhead. So, I had to drive three and a half hours to my bank, and they had to print it out and then photocopy it onto their letterhead to provide it to me so I could send it to 21st Mortgage.
As my daughter recalls, they also wanted me to provide every single transaction that came out of my bank account over the entire period, and I told them I don't see where that's any of their business. I asked them why that was pertinent to my loan approval, since it doesn't matter what I spend my money on. But raising these points didn't do me any good and I had to provide what they asked for anyway, without their explaining why they needed it. They just said that this information had to be provided or we couldn't complete the loan process. So far, 21st Mortgage Corporation hasn't done me any good. It was so bad that at the 11th hour, I was prepared to completely cancel the contract and go with another lender, although we had been at it for seven months. Overall, it was a nightmare.

My experience with 21st Mortgage has been wonderful. There's not a whole lot of companies that will finance or refinance a manufactured home and they don't know how to handle what these homes are worth but 21st Mortgage handled it perfectly. They were attentive and they seem to be on their game. They followed up on their calls and later to plan how it was going. Not all loaners want to put in a plan and an option to pay the loan off a little early because they realize that they could make more money if they let it stretch out. But 21st Mortgage offered that and I liked it.

I got on the internet and the 21st Mortgage Corporation was the first thing that popped up so I went with it. The home loan process was a pain. You think you got everything then they have a list of five more things you need. You get those five things then you get an order of two things. You get those two things then another three things pop up. After I got it and everything went through, I kind of looked them up on the internet and found that there are a lot of bad reviews about the company.
The rep I talked to today was perfect and was pretty friendly, though. I called because I didn't get a statement and I also won a coupon but I never got the coupon thing. Now I'm getting statements sent to me as soon as possible. It will be next month, not this month. However, I sent the payment to them for this month. I would rather have statements where I can see where the ones I'm paying are and when the interest rates go up.

However, the interest is high at 9% and they didn't compare where I could get a lower mortgage. 30 years ago I got a mortgage on my house for 8% and this for 9% now when things are much lower was out of line. That's what I'm upset about. But it's fine. I'm here in Illinois and the reps went ahead and did all the work. They were also very nice, easy to get a hold of and they gave me information. When I found something here in San Diego, I stayed with 21st because they had already approved me for a house through a VA loan in the beginning. But, we wound up going conventional because we found something that didn't qualify for the VA. The rep was great, and the people at the real estate agency that I went through down here loves him. He emailed me all the time, let me know what steps were done and what steps were needed to be done. As a couple of steps got checked off, he would update my checkoff list. He was awesome. There aren't very many similar people that give out trailer loans like 21st Mortgage. I worked with Ken who was good about sending emails back and forth. And when he asked what kind of insurance we wanted, I said I wanted to keep my Erie Insurance because it's a bundled car and homeowners or renters. I already sent him the information for Erie but when we went to closing, I looked at the paper and on it was 21st Mortgage Insurance. But we went ahead and signed because I didn't know what was going on. So I sent him another email and he said, "Well, you have to call customer service now but you can have whatever insurance you want." And I said, "Well, you better believe it, it's $24 a month less, and that would add up in a year's time to a lot of money times 19 years, to like $5,000. Why should I put that on my loan?" So that was part of it and I still haven't got that done yet.
We went to closing February 28th but couldn't get the keys to our home until March 10th so I had to pay for two places. It was because 21st Mortgage would not release the money until the old owner released the title. So we were caught in the middle and I lost a whole lot of money because of it. I'm upset about the whole deal. I looked at my email and there's a customer service number that I'm gonna call tomorrow and give him, Erie Insurance, the person's name and the phone number and see if we can get something switched around to make our monthly payments cheaper for me and also better insurance for $24 a month less.

We bought four houses and it's never been anything as bad as what this was. Also, the interest rate really sucked. It would have been better if they told us what they wanted upfront instead of having to jump through every little single hoop one thing at a time. I'm glad that it's all over and done with.

I've had a mortgage with this company for the past 16 years. I never had any issue with them. Pretty much the entire time they have always been sweet people. Each new rep I received was always pleasant and helpful and always worked with me no matter what. The last year of my mortgage almost being done I don't know if since then they have hired new reps that seem to be just rude or if this is how they treat their customers towards end of their loan. But 2016 they made it hell for me when I was a month behind due to job loss, threats made that they're gonna repossess my home so forth. Finally get back on track and I decide to pay my home off early Sept 2016 final close Oct.
I felt really good ahead again, till I receive collection notice in jeopardy of losing my home for property taxes 2016 due by Sept. I just receive March 2017. I call 21st ask why they didn't pay my taxes. They come every June and July and you have paid for 15 years. They claim they never received a bill so they did not pay them. Out of 15 years they didn't receive this tax Bill? They received the smaller tax bill and paid how convenient they didn't pay the bigger one. So I tell them "well now I'm in collections now" all they can say was sorry and since I paid my home off early it's my responsibility to pay taxes for 2016 plus penalty of not being paid plus the new one that will be due for this year. I worked my ass off to pay off early and to keep my home now I'm gonna possibly lose it anyway since I'm now currently unemployed.
I feel they should be responsible for this bill or at most the penalties it incurred and will continue to incur till I'm able to pay off. Thank you 21st Mortgage for putting me in this bad position. I feel I've always been a good customer and for the most part always paid my mortgage in a timely fashion. This may be how they treat their customers in the end or at least ones that aren't perfect I don't know. But I feel what they did was wrong.

Do not deal with this company. I had to beg the people we bought our mobile home from to deal with them when I first wanted to purchase it. Now I see why they didn't want to deal with them. My husband had a heart attack in Oct 2016. We talked to them in November, and (Tried) to make arrangements with them. We asked them to please defer ONE payment. We have had this loan for 5 years now, and they refused to budge. I called Adam ** at 21st Mortgage today, and asked if I can make a payment. I am only able to make one payment this month, because we are behind one month. He immediately started literally chewing me out. Of course I got defensive too, and asked him, "do you want this payment or not." He said, "No! Not unless it's the full amount." Then he said, "That's the problem with you people. You think you can dictate what you will pay every month."
Really? Is that what you think of your customers? I've been paying 14% on this loan for over 5 years, and put $23000.00 down, and they treat me this way? Needless to say I was not able to make a payment, not with him, or online. Makes me think they are refusing my payment to force foreclosure, now that it's almost paid off. These people are crooks!!

We have been customers with 21st for many years. We have Never Experienced customer service like we have with this COMPANY. We always get a letter saying our insurance on the mobile home we have is been canceled and when we call our insurance company foremost we are always told they don't understand WHY this continues to keep happening when we HAVE NEVER BEEN CANCEL BY THEM. You can contact Travis @ Farm Bureau that is the underwriter and speak to them and see they have to ALWAYS send a deck sheet of proof of insurance.
I have also gotten calls left to return call over payment that was due. There is a great history of satisfied on the account unit we started having problems with our finances due to our child been hospitalized in the past 2 and half years. With our work schedule we are not able to return every call. I will say that I have spoke to 3 different people on this matter and EACH time they drill me over why payment is not been made.
When I do try to explain I have some arrogant, poor excuse for someone handling customer service in a loan department for a very big company. When I explain that my child has special needs and then asked if my home is more important than a Medical Bill that Our Son Has TO have, Is MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY HOME? Ok, I am a business owner myself and I deal with the public daily and I have a very busy business and if 1 of my ladies speak to any of our clients in this manner they would not be warn, they will be told to gather their things and "you are no longer work here."
And as a mother... I have to look at my son and Thank God he is still with us each day of his life. I will say go and listen to the recorded calls and yes I did cuss out the SmartASS on the phone. I finally can say that I did speak to a Man 3/2/17 Drew ** and I have to say, he is Very Respectful and takes his job serious and explained everything very well and not once raised his voice or I during our conversation. I will say he will be the ONLY ONE THAT WILL DEAL WITH AND NO ONE ELSE.
Also and foremost when someone tries to make a payment nobody is to ask the customer "ma'am how did you come up with this money?" I don't care if I held a sign asking for money on the side of the road. You have the money and that should be all you need to know. Again, we can't thank Drew ** so much 3/2/17 for being what his title is Manager and NOT A JUDGE. So Mr. ** I pray you never have to experience a doctor look at you at you and say, "Your children has a disease that is going to kill him, there is not a CURE..."

Everybody was courteous and sunny on the spot every time I called.
However, they closed in October and I haven't gotten my copy of the deed. There are tags that you have to buy for your mobile home. I called at the beginning of December and said "Listen, my tags are gonna expire December 31st". They said "Dont worry, dont worry. We'll have them out to you". I never gave it a second thought because the service had been so great. By the time I got them on the first week of January, the tags were already expired so I had to go down to the DMV and get new tags for 2017. If I had known that, I would have just gone online or down to the DMV at the beginning of December. If they’re gonna charge to get the tags, when you get the tags, they should at least not be expired by the time you get them. Nevertheless, they give great service.

We got a loan from 21st Mortgage. It's for a trailer mobile home in an RV park and the woman that we dealt there said that 21st Century is very accommodating and they help other people out right away and that's what we needed. We started with 21st and it went through. However, there were a lot of hoops to jump through for the loan. It took about four months of back and forth, getting all this different stuff that 21st needed from us, from the homeowner that owned the home, and from the RV park. But we were very pleased with the interest rate given to us.
In the process of going through it, my wife told me that the gentleman that we dealt with was able to get a lower interest rate than we were first quoted. About halfway through it, he said, “We’re able to do this if we can get this closing done by a certain time.” My wife and I went overdrive and got it knocked out so we were able to get it and that really was a blessing. Also, the gentleman that we dealt with was right on top of everything. The people that I had the privilege to work with at 21st Mortgage made the process flow very well from the due diligence and timely response of their communications through the close of escrow on time. Nicki **, my mortgage loan originator, was extremely efficacious in her communications and expedient in helping to get things done with the loan. I could not be more pleased and would recommend this company to anyone in the market for financing a manufactured home purchase.

Everything stated about 21st Mortgage poor tactics, being harassed if 1 day late, they argue and try to tell you to get loans, not caring about the individual or their situation is totally true. They wanna tell you what you can do, your problem isn't a concern. I have experienced 1st hand on how they treat you. Adam is my rep too, him and his manager are ridiculous, told me me making payments late is unacceptable. That wasn't part of my agreement. It's been hard for me to pay lot rent and mortgage due to haven't found permanent work that pays decent since I signed paperwork. I thought it would be cheaper but it hasn't. Plus paying gas, electric bill, water bill, car note, auto insurance. Been no more than 60 days late but catch it up to current month, while working part time jobs. Nothing permanent as far as work.

If I could give them negative stars I would. If you have a choice do not, I repeat, DO NOT use them. My mortgage was sold to them a few years ago and they've been terrible. I contacted them to get the payoff amount in July, they gave it to me and I paid it. I received a call in September telling me that my mortgage was past due. We argued that it had been paid off and they found fees that meant I still owed money. I paid those fees and was told that the mortgage was paid off. I received a payment book for my mortgage in October.
I phoned and was assured that my account balance was zero. I asked for a letter stating that along with a breakdown of my payments. When I received that breakdown it showed that I once again had a balance and that the payoff payment made in July had disappeared (though I did have an overage in my loan.) I am now receiving calls AGAIN that the mortgage that was paid off in July is overdue. This is beyond ridiculous. They are nothing more than con artists who keep "losing" payments and creating fees so that you never actually pay off the loan. Run if you can.

This company is the worst company to ever deal with on a mortgage. If you are ever getting a home loan do not go through them!!! They have no compassion or concern for any of their clients. We did not have the money to pay our payment this month and I called on the 3rd of the month and told them the funds would not be in the bank even though they never pull the money out of our account until the 14th or 15th of the month. They asked why I couldn't pay my payment and demanded I tell them everything when, how, and why? I couldn't then they demanded that I borrow the money from friends, family or stranger if I had to. I talked to Ben first then they disconnected me. Then I talk to another guy and he put me on the phone with a supervisor. All three of them told me over and over again to go borrow the money from somebody and make my payment before November was up!!!
I told them I would pay them both house payments on the 1st of December because that's when I would have the funds... they said that was completely unacceptable and that I was throwing in the towel. I told them I wasn't throwing in the towel I couldn't even pay my light bill this month and I already had to borrow money for that so I could not borrow money for the house payment. They tried to keep me on the phone and demanding that I figured out a way to pay it now!!! I went off on them and hung up. I could not deal with the harassment over the phone after the way that 3 of Century 21 employees treated my family and I like we were not human beings... Consumer Affairs I hope that you are looking at all these people's comments because what they are saying is 100% true about this company, I know I've had personal experience now!

My fiancé was 30 days late once on the loan from 21st Mortgage due to work issues. Adam ** and his Supervisor Leah were very rude and disrespectful. Adam went to say there is no reason why we should have been late and that it was 5 weeks in September so he should have been able to pay. I informed him of the work situation and that it would be taken care of this coming Thursday and he was like, "That is unacceptable."
The staff at 21st mortgage did not care about the situation that had come up in our lives to cause us to be 30 days over this one time. They have no customer service skills and should not be allowed to speak to people in that manner but even with speaking to the Supervisor Leah she was rude too so she's not even a role model in her position. Maybe they just all hate their jobs so much because they have to call and harass people all day that they take it out on everyone else. You losers should have gone to school to get a college degree and then maybe you wouldn't dislike your job so much. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I was approved and halfway through the purchasing process on a repo home of theirs. My deposit was down and buyers agreement signed. I was sending in all paperwork as requested and had a lot being laid out for the new home to be placed on. Next thing I know the dealer (middle man) tells me that it looks like things aren't working and mentions how the bank feels they can sell this home for more money than they were asking.
Later that same day I was also told by middle man that the home was discovered to have major frame damage and to come pick my deposit check up. Come to find out the bank (while the home was still under my buyers contract and deposit) removed the home from dealers site before I could even contact back - I wasn't given any other options. They transported it to another site, jacked the price up by $15,000 and never even told me prior to doing so! And I have yet to receive any contact from 21st. I am out of time and money and they have negatively impacted my credit report just for them to make some extra cash on a home that may or may not really have FRAME DAMAGE!

This company buys out mortgages from other companies and does not pay the money to get the titles switched to their name. Please be advised that if your loan was originally through Chase, then you might want to verify that all of your paperwork was processed correctly. This company just cost me my house because they never filed for the title when they took over the mortgage. So basically if they were cheap and lazy on your account too, then you are paying for a mortgage for years and will not have a clear title at payoff.
I was advised yesterday with Adam at their company, that "they walked away from my title" and that "I never had a mortgage with them, just an installment plan". Then why does it say 21st Mortgage on my payment book and who has been pocketing my money all these years? Cheating the American people in this day and age is your worst mistake. I will not sit quietly by and watch you screw over others as you have done me. Buyers beware!! You have been warned about these con artist.

When signing this line of credit, I had no idea there was an accelerated payment schedule on it and the payments increased by almost 400% with no warning. I tried to set up a different payment schedule on a longer term payout and the customer service people were no help. The application process to 3 weeks then the appraisal company that 21st wanted to use took over a month to appraise the property. Usually a 4-5 day process. After the appraisal was submitted the underwriters received the paperwork and began the 3-week process of doing the paperwork. Every time we call to check on the progress they say "we are working on it!" but apparently they aren't or it would be over and done by now. I was one 30 days late due to the loan originate told me not to pay. Well 21st was aware I was working on a refinance. I was called and harassed and threaten to borrow money from family and friends if I wanted to keep my house. A Simon called on several occasions. I got in debt and borrowed money and paid mortgage and still got a refinance. The money I paid in was sent back after 46 days, if not longer.
The interest paid in the house was only 3,000 dollars on my 2015 tax statement and I was paying 707.00 a month. I feel that 21st should of paid me back some of the money because I paid the loan off before the 15 years and they never said nothing about doing that. You can read any of accounts on this message board and my family has been subject to the same treatment. This company's business practices are despicable and the option they provide to make payments are laughable at best. I have already requested they no longer text and call me at the same time and that all correspondence be in writing as proof of the conversation. Today when my wife called to make a payment on our account, which is not overdue, she was treated with utter disrespect and harassed her until she told them the conversation was being recorded. At this point, Russ, the representative, apologized for his speech and promptly accepted our payment and gave us a confirmation number.
Now keep in mind this company feels it is doing business with uneducated people with few resources or recourse. I believe we can set this on a different path by contacting the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and your state or local housing authorities for advice. The link I have included in this complaint illustrates a successful class action lawsuit filed in court against GreenTree for eerily similar practices and disrespect and harassment of their customers. As you can see, the plaintiffs won this case. If we are to force change from 21st Mortgage we will need to take action as customers. **
Therefore if any attorney is willing to research the practices of this company with similarities to the aforementioned class action suit, and deems it a worthy cause to investigate and initiate a class action suit, I will be more than willing to provide them with my emails, texts and any other written correspondence I have with the 'customer service' representatives at 21st Mortgage to use as legal submissions. This company can change to make things easier on their customers, but it would appear they are more interested in the benefits of foreclosure than they are about retaining the customers they currently have.

I am closing on the purchase of a new home and was in desperate need of the statement, to pass on to the escrow company (I do not receive monthly statements). I checked in at noon and was told my request was being processed and would be faxed to me by 5:00 (PST) that evening. By 4:45 I still had not received the fax, so I called in again, hoping to reach someone before everyone left for the evening. I reached your Customer Service Rep, Christiana (hope I'm spelling it correctly).
She checked the status and informed me it had not yet been processed, but should be within the next 24-48 hours, but most likely within 24 hours. I explained the urgency of the situation, but am a realistic person and know there are processes to be followed. Christiana said she would see what she could do to get my request processed ASAP. Within 10 minutes I received a fax, however it was a payment history, not a statement. I emailed back right away, fully NOT expecting to hear anything back until the next day, since it was already after 5:00. At 5:56 p.m. I received a fax containing the information I needed.
I just wanted to recognize the extra effort and excellent service on the part of Christiana, and tell her THANK YOU, for going above and beyond. I was a CSR for an insurance company many years ago. 21st Mortgage... They are really rude. They told us the land home was completely remolded top to bottom... It took them over 3 months and approval letter after approval. Keep in mind each approval letter the price went up. Due to our credit we couldn't get anyone to assist us with a home loan even though we had $20000 down. They kept raising the price due to all the work they claimed to put into the home. Face it. It is a trailer. There's not a lot to do...
We moved in after they finally raised it $10000 dollars from the original purchase price and kept us waiting so they could raise the price. We had no option if we wanted to live somewhere. We moved in and putting that much down & payments higher than we agreed because they kept raising the price. We put everything we had into this place. Kept confirming to Aaron ** that we had to have it completed. As they stated due to we have children he assured it was completely remolded top to bottom.
We get moved in and the day after we unloaded the U-Haul it pours. The rain and the ceiling is leaking in our children's room and in the hallway. It has ruined the carpet that's suppose to be new. It's left a smell in the house. It had ruined the paint job and we haven't even made the first payment. We put our savings in this home. Now we don't have money to fix the roof replace carpet or paint. It's a nightmare. WE WERE LIED TO! Please don't purchase from them. They say they can help anyone regardless of credit. What they do is stick it to you because you can't get any other help because of your credit. Wind you in and now they have you hook line and sinker and there's nothing you can do. You're stuck!
And after all these years moving into a new home finally was supposed to be the happiest time of our life and the day after moving in I'm in tears and Aaron ** says "Nothing I can do." Call customer service and you call and they advise you of the contract and nothing you can do about that either because you believed them when they said completely remolded top to bottom.
