    Purchased tickets for Chris Brown Concert. They did not validate their tickets. Got to the venue and the tickets were already used. I contacted them to get a full refund as I did not attend the show. They have yet to contact me back. When speaking with the representative she said they do not validate the tickets to check if they were used or not and had no way to do so if someone does sell the tickets. I will never use this site again. They are fraud.

    I remember my helper’s name was like Rajat I believe. They were extremely helpful. I was already at the concert in 403 and right before coming in, I ordered closer seats and was prepared to have to receive a refund due to possibly not getting the tickets in time. However, Rajat was able to get the seller contacted and have the tickets emailed to me. I enjoyed a much closer show than I started with thanks to Rajat!

    I ordered tix for a SF Giants game. I didn't get the tix until one hour after first pitch. We missed over half of what was my son's first game. I ultimately received different tix from what I ordered. Customer service was no help and said they delivered tix in accordance with company policy.

    I purchased concert tickets from Vivid Seats for a recent show—I had purchased my tickets a few months prior. I understand that when you purchase re-sale tickets to sold out events, you’re typically going to be paying more than face value. But the service fee was really high, almost $134 for two tickets to be sent as pdf file so they were downloadable and printable. I really wanted to see the show, so I splurged. When I checked the site closer the the day of the show, the service fee for the same exact tickets was significantly lower. I got valid tickets and had no problem getting into the venue, but this is dishonest service. There should be a flat service fee and nowhere near what I was charged. For that reason, I am unlikely unlikely to purchase from Vivid Seats again, unless I happen to find a show in the future with a reasonable service fee. I would rather purchase tickets from a more established and well-known ticket re-sale site.

    I ordered tickets about three months ago for an event scheduled for August. I purposely bought tickets that were close to the stage because I wanted my wife to have a great experience. I had to contact Vivid customer support since I hadn't received the tickets electronically the day before the event. I was later informed by customer service that there had been an issue with the seller, and our only option was to accept 2 tickets that would be located farther away from the stage! I later checked through Vividseats' website and found out that our initial seats were selling twice as much as what we had paid. This is a scam my opinion. You are never guaranteed what you have paid for since they will literally force you to move elsewhere so they can make more money! I will NEVER BUY from VIVIDSEATS for future events and will strongly encourage my friends and family to do the same. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

    If you record your phone calls with the “customer service” representatives you will can listen and understand how I wasted 2 hours of my life to be told that there were no supervisors available. One is getting a “manicure” and then changed that story. Ridiculous. There was an error made in reloading the tickets I wanted to repurchase being an “icon” member. Total run around.

    Fees are so high, I’m going to start using other platforms and delete Vivid Seats. Bought two tickets that were listed at something like 140 and they were like 205 with fees! I know Other platforms don’t have this kind of price gouging, and you guys could easily survive without fees that high.

    I still don't have Bar Codes for my upcoming Boston Red Sox game. It made me download a separate MLB App but tickets are not complete. Very frustrating that the tickets are incomplete. Why is a separate App needed with separate login needed?

    Hey David, it's normal for barcodes to ballgames to not be generated or visible until closer to the day of the game. This is a standard security practice implemented by the MLB to help prevent theft of your tickets should someone gain unauthorized access to your account. It also helps prevent any confusion for folks who may have tickets to multiple games so they have a smoother time getting into the ballpark. The MLB as a whole has moved to issuing and managing their digital tickets through the MLB Ballpark app, and so to ensure that your tickets are legitimate, accurate, and valid for entry, they must be delivered and accessed through the MLB Ballpark app. The good news is, now that you're all registered, you'll have an easier time accessing your tickets to any other games you want to attend!     The WORST place to get your tickets - If you want to go ahead and get scammed please use Vivid Seats - Not only did we not get the tickets in time - we were faced with a horrendous customer service experience. Do not recommend - avoid at all costs - you have better luck get your tickets from a scalper outside the venue.

    I was happy with how easy it was to change the name on a ticket that I need to pick up. She was quick, nice, and professional. She asked for my name and zip code and information needed to make the change. The call only lasted 5 minutes. She had to get my name change approved which made me feel safe that no one else could just call and take my ticket (my mom’s name was actually on the ticket before).     They steal your money. I was not able to attend a event and spent 300 bucks on these ticket and they were not scanned or anything and they don't want to refund my 300 dollars back because they said well they can't control the venue's policies of why I couldn't attend the event. I ask for a manager. They won't let speak to one and they won't refund me when I spent my money and I love buying tickets here but don't do it. They steal from you.

    I had a horrendous experience with Vivid Seats. I purchased 4 tickets from Vivid Seats to the Taylor Swift ERAS tour in Amsterdam for July 5, 2024. My family and I travel to Amsterdam. I have used ticket resellers before and am aware that tickets aren't typically delivered until a few days before the event. As of July 4, I still had not received the tickets. I did an online chat with Vivid Seats. I was told that I would most definitely have my tickets by midnight on July 4, that they are monitoring the situation and will make sure I have the tickets. They are in CST. I was 7 hours ahead in Amsterdam. They had a hard time understanding that.

    I woke up at 6am (Amsterdam time) on July 5. Still no tickets. I do another online chat with Vivid Seats pressing them for the tickets. Yes, they understand. Yes, they are monitoring the situation. Yes, they are contacting the seller. I press them that I have paid almost $6k for these tickets and expect them to be delivered now. The concert is in less than 12 hours. They again tell me that they are monitoring the situation and plan to give the seller until 4 hours before the concert to deliver the tickets. 4 hours! Which time zone? Because 4 hours before in CST will be during the concert. Again, they cannot seem to grasp that I am 7 hours ahead of them. No amount of my literally begging would get them to do anything. They assure me if I don't have the tickets by 4 hours before the concert, then they will find me other tickets. I have no choice but to end the chat. I am at their mercy whether they send the tickets or not.

    In the end, I felt I had enough evidence to dispute the charge on my credit card, even if the tickets showed up (but I was confident they were not coming). I went on Stubhub, found better seats for $1,400 less for July 6 and the Seller delivered them promptly. The concert for the Vivid Seats tickets began at 6pm. At 6:15pm, I started yet another online chat with them and asked for a refund. What, you don't want the tickets?!? No, seeing that the concert already began and I don't have the tickets, YES, I want a refund. Again, they could not understand the time difference and indeed, no one was monitoring my ticket situation. No one reached out to me and the tickets were NEVER delivered. Thank goodness I was able to buy another set from Stubhub. Avoid Vivid Seats at all costs. Never will buy tickets from the site again.

    Updated on 08/08/2024: The company still refuses to take ownership on their side saying I used the tickets the company continues to lie knowing I made several attempts to download the tickets the 5 different ways they told me to while on the phone with them. This company is a ripoff.

    Original Review: Worse experience ever. This company took my money and gave me no tickets. Their customer care people would hang up on me every time because the app they keep telling me to dowwnload would not give me my ticket. I missed the event completely. I don't see how a company can stay in business that do people this way. Don't ever use this company.

    I was ripped off for $250 when THE SHOW WAS CANCELLED and Vivid Seats REFUSES TO REFUND my money. We sat for 2 1/2 hours in our seats, in the sun and spent $150 on food and merch, only to have them finally announce the show was cancelled. I called and asked for a refund and they refused! That is STEALING.

    I bought two tickets to the IU concert in Chicago. When they first release tickets, the tickets were 367 apiece but the fees were almost as much as a ticket I paid 297 in fees. I've used Stub Hub and Ticketmaster before and never paid that much in fees before now I know who the ticket scalpers are working for and not only that my friend was able to get better seats for a lower price on Ticketmaster and he only paid 60 dollars in fees. Oh, and Vivid Seats makes it that once you buy a ticket from them it's impossible to sell them. Vivid Seats are nothing to me but ticket scalpers in disguise. I will never used them again. Lesson learned the hard way.

    I had a truly unforgivable experience with Vivid Seats and I am urging everyone in search of tickets to any event to avoid them at all costs. I ordered tickets for the Post Malone concert on September 12th for my daughter’s birthday gift (she is obsessed -#1 fan) on June 28th. Our tickets were for Lower Pavillion SEC C - ROW X - Seats TBD. On July 24th I received an email stating my tickets were ready for transfer! The excitement of being able to finally see what seats we were going to be in was thrilling! I accepted the tickets and added them to my Apple Wallet immediately, our seats were 17-21, which are great!

    It was probably 15 mins later that I received a notification that the tickets were no longer valid and they showed expired in my wallet. At that time I started to panic and was thoroughly trying to figure out what was going on and it was at that time I noticed the tickets stated SEC A, not the section that I had purchased. I called customer service right away to have these issues addressed.

    The past three days I have emailed back and forth with customer service as well as spoke directly to a live representative each day. The emails were stating one thing and the customer service reps were stating another. They promised that they were conducting a detailed investigation and that I would receive my correct tickets that I had originally ordered in SEC C, that they just needed to contact the seller, which has a contract with them. The misleading information being provided by these customer service representatives is not the best part.

    I did notice on my ticket notes when they were being purchased that the notes stated “This Seat Saver listing is a service backed by our buyer guarantee in which the seller is offering to buy tickets for you for a fixed price in this listed section”. I didn’t have any issues with that statement at that time because that is the section we were wanting, hence, why I selected those tickets. The CS rep had emailed me July 25th “explaining” to me what the “Seat Saver” actually was, “This means that the tickets will be within the specific range listed, but we cannot guarantee specific rows, or in some cases, even specific sections.”. Why was this not stated on the notes of the tickets then, your guess is as good as mine. When discussing this with the live CS rep again on July 25th to discuss this email he said that I WOULD receive the tickets that I originally ordered in SEC C multiple times and I would receive and email within the next 24 hrs.

    Today, I received an email from Customer service stating the seller could not retransfer due to myself already accepting them and that the tickets I received were valid. Again, tickets were still showing expired and would tell me in the Ticketmaster app “Oops something went wrong, we cannot get your barcode”. Mind you, I had already sent all screenshots to customer service via email showing them how the tickets were showing in the app and in my wallet. I preceded to, again, call the CS team to be put on hold while they looked at everything , they said they finished their "investigation" and they determined the tickets were “correct”.

    At this point I had been told that, the “specialized team has looked into this and the tickets that you have are correct and we will not be able to get you the tickets that you had originally ordered, our recommendations would be that if you are not wanting these to resell them on another ticket selling format.” every time I tried to ask if there was anyone else that I could speak to or if they understood how what they are stating and doing was not right or acceptable I was fed the same line again. After explaining to the representative that these seats were in fact much poorer, they hid behind their "seat saver policy", advising me it was within the seller's rights to give me comparable or better tickets.

    Once again, I explained to them that these tickets are not comparable nor better. I then asked for a refund and I was informed that I was “not eligible for a refund” and again was told that their recommendations were to resell on another ticket selling platform. Which, I find odd considering they have a 100% Buyer Guarantee stating they will refund any order where the tickets are inaccurate. One thing that they did do correct was fix my ticket error, but again, these are not the tickets I wanted, which are still listed for sale on their app just at a much higher price than what I purchased mine for. I am truly beyond disgusted/disappointed by this experience and I would urge all ticket customers to avoid Vivid and their antics.

    They have absolutely zero concern for customer service or assuring quality and accuracy of tickets being sold and transferred not to mention that I spent $3,355 on tickets that were completely different from what I paid for. Their lack of accountability is non-existent and revolting. I genuinely feel bad for the customer service representatives that I encountered, I tried to remain calm with them, because they did sounded like they wanted to help me, but their hands were tied. Please do not fall victim to this company and their lack of compassion to the people who keep them employed and successful.

Your order is indeed for a Seat Saver listing, for which you pay a specified price for tickets anywhere within the listed section or a comparable or better location. Section A is on the opposite side of the venue and is considered "mirrored" to Section C. The view is equivalent, the angle is just switched from one side to the other. These seats are in the exact same row as if you had received Section C, and thus they are considered acceptable for your order. We disclose the Seat Saver terms in the listing notes prior to purchase, and our sales terms & conditions are made available for your review during checkout.

    The issue with your tickets expiring after 24hrs is that these are set to expire by the venue as part of a security measure. You will be able to add them to your wallet the day of the concert and use them for entry, or log into your Ticketmaster account. The reason you are not seeing them in your LiveNation account is because these were transferred over Ticketmaster, not LiveNation. Please make sure you are logging into the correct website with the correct email address when accessing your tickets.

    While we acknowledge that you may not want to sit in Section A, we can assure you that these are equivalent seats to Section C, and we hope you are able to attend and enjoy your time seeing one of your favorite musicians this fall. If you are not interested in keeping these tickets, you can either try to find some fellow fans who are interested in swapping seats with you, or you can resell your unwanted tickets on another website or marketplace.

    This company is horrible to deal with. My daughter bought tickets to Noah Kahan at Fenway Park for 7/19 then sold them on the Vivid site, on Tuesday 7/16 she was told the sale was cancelled, as of this evening (7/18) at 8:30 PM and multiple calls to customer service, the tickets she has already paid for and then thought she sold (but the sale was cancelled according to Vivid) have not arrived in her email.     Tickets for a concert were bought months in advance from Vivid Seats for $1261.19, inflated by 300% of face value. They are a third party company. The tickets were to be shipped prior to the concert. They were sent 1 week prior to the concert; unfortunately we were not able to obtain them. We went to the concert and guest services said that it happens all the time. We just needed to call them, get the info they needed to process new tickets. When we called Vivid Seats, they would refuse to give the info needed to the venue.

    Guest services was also very surprised, as other third party ticket venues, ie. Ticketmaster, and StubHub would routinely cooperate. We spent hours trying to talk to them, but the manager on call would not provide the venue with any info. We ended up not being allowed in. They still refuse even to give the wristbands that we bought or the ticket numbers, as the package was returned back to them. They refuse refunds or my tickets!

    I purchased a concert ticket from Vivid Seats back in March to see the Dave Matthews Band on June 26th at Pine Knob in Clarkston, Michigan. I spent $296.22 on the ticket. This has been the worst experience ever for buying concert tickets. I have been attending concerts for 40 years and have NEVER had such turmoil. When I got to the venue I was denied access, saying my ticket had been canceled. I have been on the phone with Vivid for almost 3 weeks now and Vivid is doing absolutely NOTHING to help me.

    I have been told that I am not the only person this happened to and Vivid REFUSES to refund my money. I had disputed the charge with my credit union and they returned my money. However, today the money was taken out of my account again. When I called Vivid they said they had responded to the dispute and told my credit union the charge was valid. How is it a valid charge when I was DENIED ACCESS TO THE SHOW!!!! I want a full refund.

    Their website says they 100% guarantee your tickets and obviously that is a lie! I have called and called and called, I have filled out the appropriate paperwork and Vivid Seats still has not refunded my money. I have asked to speak to supervisors, they are never available. I would appreciate an immediate refund, I am always told it will take 3-5 days to investigate. Tonight on the phone I was told by the representative that he sees where the ticket was indeed canceled and that is company is still refusing a refund. He told me he was going to escalate it again because it did not make sense to him but yet could not refund my money.

    If I could give 0 starts I would. We purchased Danny Go tickets for our 5 year old daughter. We purchased 3 months in advance. When purchasing the tickets for the show we were directed to Vivid Seats…. Believing purchasing from here would be okay. Well we found out as we are driving to the show 1.5 before the show starts that a seller using vivid seats never had the tickets in the area we purchase and were offering us another location. As we negotiated - the seats ended up being sold resulting in us not being able to attend the show. We spent $1000 3 months in advance - for our tickets to just be unavailable was absolutely absurd!!!! They gave the refund however it was completely inconvenient and we have to emotionally support our daughter because she could not attend the show.

    I had a truly horrific experience with Vivid Seats and I am urging all other ticket customers to avoid them as well. I ordered tickets from them in May for Saratoga Horse Racing as a gift for my elderly father. He is 83 years old so I made a special point to research the most comfortable seats at the venue and opted to purchase seats in a box section of the Cutwater Stretch. Vivid Seats had a listing for tickets in Section V, Row 305 (305 is box seating with tables, gaming tablets, and most importantly, well shaded from the sun). I received the tickets a day later and I immediately recognized that they were incorrect as the tickets I received were in Section V, Row E - these seats are normal rows (not box seats) without tablets and directly exposed to the sunlight in front of the venue viewing area. I called customer service right away to have this issue addressed.

    For weeks, they kept kicking the can down the road as I would call asking for a resolution. Every time they would promise a call back and a detailed investigation. I never received a call back. Finally, the week of the event came and I ramped up calling customer service as the event was approaching. Customer service finally finished their "investigation" and they determined that the tickets I received were actually BETTER than what I ordered because they are closer to the horse track, and therefore, I am not eligible for a refund. After explaining to multiple representatives that these seats were in fact much poorer, they hid behind their "seat saver policy", advising me it was within the seller's rights to give me comparable or better tickets. Once again, I explained to them that these tickets are not comparable nor better.

    At the very least, the final few customer service calls were at least honest and blunt. They explained that they agreed what happened is borderline fraudulent but there was nothing they could do! Which once again, I find odd considering they have a 100% Buyer Guarantee stating they will refund any order where the tickets are inaccurate. I am truly disgusted by this experience and I would urge all ticket customers to avoid Vivid like the plague. They have absolutely zero concern for assuring quality and accuracy of ticketing and I am appalled that I wasted $350 on tickets that were completely different from what I paid for. Their lack of accountability is extremely pathetic. I genuinely feel bad for the customer service representatives and I tried not to get angry with them, because they did sound like they wanted to help me, but the company will not allow them to issue refunds for those that fall victim to their fraudulent practices.

    I used Vivid Seats for a four session, four day event. I paid for all of the sessions and the seller, (initials) R.M. was dishonest. I only got one ticket and nothing else. I’ve spent the last three weeks since the event on live chat and calls on the phone to get my situation figured out. I was only able to get a partial refund being 50% when I should have received at minimum 75% due to missing the last three sessions and those being the most expensive. I talked to 7 Senior Care Specialists and not much was done even with mentioning getting my bank involved and filing for fraud. It doesn’t sound like the dishonest seller is going to be talked to or reported, so be careful if you choose to use Vivid Seats.

    I purchased tickets to a Taylor Swift concert. They sent me notification to accept my tickets and the email from the sender was never delivered. They refuse to do a refund even though I never got the tickets and I had to purchase tickets from StubHub in order to attend.     The 2 opera summer companies that I like have now farmed out their ticket sales to Vivid and the prices are 35% higher. Vivid is a typical "disruptive" startup. They provide no advantage, replace real people with real jobs in box offices with software, have minimal customer support and gouge customers with higher prices.     I bought a parking pass for the Copa America quarterfinal game in Houston, TX through VividSeats and never received it from their “trusted” seller. I contacted two different representatives via chat and received absolutely no help. They kept saying their seller sent the tickets and I never received the email to accept the transfer. I looked by keyword, in my junk email, everywhere; I did not receive anything!!!

    While chatting with the last representative I realized they’d not provide any help at all and I needed to leave for the event and of course needed a parking pass, so I went on another app and bought another parking pass for the same parking lot at NRG Stadium. I received the confirmation email and soon after the email with the link for me to retrieve the ticket. I was able to make a purchase and receive my ticket using another app while chatting with a VividSeats representative that was basically calling me a liar saying their “trusted seller” has sent me the email while in fact I received NOTHING! I requested a refund and of course they said that would not be possible so I paid them money for nothing, which is the basic definition of fraud and stealing. I will never EVER use that app again and would advise anyone to stay away from it. There are other options out there.

The third party canceled their purchase of the tickets through the event site directly after I purchased them through Vivid seats. Because vivid seats said the tickets were delivered to me, which they never were, that they could not give me a refund. Be careful buying tickets through vivid seats.

    Purchased 4 tickets to a baseball game and upon checking out and selecting the PayPal pay in 4 the system had some kind of glitch and didn’t allow it to be used that way. Upon contacting Vivid they basically said their system is flawless and there’s nothing that can be done and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I would recommend using Gametime or another ticket seller over Vivid due to poor customer service and a glitchy system.

    Do NOT use Vivid Seats! We ordered tickets for a Neil Young concert in May. It was rescheduled due to weather. We wanted our money back because the new date was inconvenient. The answer was No. Then Neil Young cancelled the entire tour due to health issues. I learned about the cancellation because I got an email from Ticketmaster letting me know. I had purchased a parking pass for the same concert through them. The day Neil Young cancelled all concerts I got the email from Ticketmaster telling me I would receive a refund within 14 to 21 days.

    We got no notice from Vivid that the concert had been cancelled and that we would get our money back. After 10 days we called Vivid. They said they had not heard that the concert had been cancelled and have to check with the venue. They are supposed to call us back. I am betting they will not. Vivid does not even know the concert has been cancelled. We should have been given a refund after the first concert was rescheduled and certainly now that it has been cancelled. They are reluctant to give us our money back. Do they ever give people their money back when events don’t happen as planned? I am thinking not. Never again, Vivid.

    I had previously used Vivid Seats without an issue, but this time was terrible! I purchased tickets yesterday for a show that started at 8:00 pm today. My tickets were “confirmed” within a few hours of purchasing, but never transferred. 4:00 pm the day of the event I messaged with Vivid and they assured me that the tickets would be delivered, they couldn’t promise a time, but not to worry. 6:30 pm - 90 minutes before - and knowing we had to travel to the show venue, I messaged again and was once again told that they had been confirmed and not to worry that they would be delivered 20 minutes before the start of the show. Make the train journey to the theater and begin to wait in line for security. Still no tickets.

    Message again with 15 minutes until the start of the show, spend time on hold and with continued assurance all would be fine. 8:01 and they tell me that the seller was “unable to fulfil” the order and they were “offering me a refund.” So all of those assurances and guarantee that you will get the tickets before the event are total lies! They did send me a $40 voucher and are refunding the money, but seems unlikely I will ever use this “service” again. All of their language about building trust with their customers - I would never trust them again!

    I purchased a variety of tickets from Vivid Seats in the past. I find the price is comparable when I look at other third parties. But the ability to navigate the app is often times a deciding factor. If it's easier to use, I tend to default to them. I wanna be able to look at the pictures of the seats that I'm buying, and other apps may not have that. If Vivid does, I would be more likely to purchase through them. But if a competitor had pictures of the actual seats, I'd be more likely to use them over Vivid. So, in addition to price, the information and ease of use of the mobile apps is a big determinant for why I use Vivid. I would use their service again.

    ROBBERY. I spent 3000 dollars to go to Vegas for dead and co at the sphere. The show was June 22. Couldn't allegedly get my tickets delivered till June 21. Sat outside the sphere on hold with them till I gave up because me and the event staff couldn't figure out where the random email I never got was cause they never sent it. They offered me a refund and told me they didn't have the duplicate confirmation email I was supposed to have with the digital barcode. The other 4 people with us sat next to our empty seats while we couldn't get into the show.

    They opened up a "investigation" which would take 3 to 5 business days. They are now telling me that I received an email confirmation from Ticketmaster "which is still not there". And now they can't give me a refund because they provided them a confirmation of the confirmation email that neither of us could find that I needed to get into the show. I'm a carpenter. Spent 3000 dollars for a concert I can't afford and never got in.

    The only reason I purchase through Vivid Seats is because of their rewards program but I do not like them. I sell on their site too and have a broker account there and they are absolutely horrendous to deal with. They're the only ticket company that doesn't accept barcodes. When we put in all our barcodes to sell stuff, which we have to do in order to sell in all the other platforms, as soon as it sells on Vivid, they call you. It doesn't matter if it's 11 o'clock at night or 8 o'clock in the morning, they call you immediately to verify the sale.

    The reason they're having to do that is because their system isn't integrated to accept the barcodes. I tell them all the time that people have to have an off time but they will call on a Saturday or Sunday and they will give you a total of two minutes to get it done. If you don't answer the phone, they will cancel your order. It is the most bush league thing. I don't know if I'm gonna continue selling through the platform but they're easy to deal with other than that and I will purchase from them again because I like their program.

    DISGUSTING COMPANY. I would give 0 if I could. They advertise "buyer guarantee" website but they care a lot more about protecting the seller who is making them money. They do not care at all and in any capacity about the buyer. To them, you are just a beggar. They will gaslight you at every turn. I ordered Megan Thee Stallion tickets that never came, waited patiently, spoke to multiple incompetent agent parroting the same "policies" that are not stated on the website. They never offered me a refund nor any solutions. They just kept telling me he sent it. Mind you, I never said he didn't. I just never received it.     Thought I would try and purchase tickets from Vivid Seats and it has been a terrible experience. Once I purchased tickets from Vivid Seats they purchase the ticket through Ticketmaster. A few days later I go to check in with the tickets and claim them, Ticketmaster has a note that the seller violated the terms and conditions. I have now called Vivid Seats 4 times. Their customer service tells me 5-7 days after the first time calling their “investigation” team is on it.. After 3 weeks of waiting and phone calls there is no resolution.

    When you call customer service all they can say is they are on it, no managers/supervisors to talk to, no one to help escalate the situation. They just keep saying, “Monitor your email. We’re working on it, monitor your email. It’s the best I can do.” Now the tickets have quadrupled in price and I have not had any notice in sight of my money or the tickets. Guess I will have to wait till September when the concert has long passed by before getting any resolution. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

I was on the phone for an hour and 13 minutes going back and forth with your very rude and unprofessional rep named, Ges. As I'm explaining my situation she yawns as if I was boring her and then proceeds to laugh after I made that comment. Then she tried to insult my intelligence and tell me "since you're confused" when the only one who is confused is clearly Vivid Seats and their horrific employees. This company thinks they're slick by trying to force on me that the only option is to refund me half of my payment of $719 after their unsecure company allowed the seller to still keep and use the tickets AFTER I purchased them. I don't care how many bad reviews, phone calls and disputes I have to do. I will continue until I'm giving what's RIGHTFULLY mine; the $719!!!!!

    If I could give no stars I would. I purchased concert tickets for a specific table and seating that they showed was available. When I received the tickets they were nowhere near where they were suppose to be. After paying $1700 for tickets they seated me where you could purchase, from another ticket broker site, for $475. When I called them they said that I agree to be seated wherever they wanted to seat me. In other words they won't guarantee seats. They refused to refund my money and their solution is to resell the tickets so they can charge their ludicrous fees. This is the biggest rip off. Stay away from this ticket broker!!!!

    I was ripped off by this company! I purchased seats to a BlueJay game in Cleveland Ohio which is a four-hour car ride plus boarder time. I called them multiple times asking when my tickets would be sent to me. Until a couple of hours before start of game I still didn’t have my seats.     I usually only come to this site if I’ve had a bad experience with a company but wanted to leave a positive review for Vivid Seats after seeing all the negative reviews for those who are nervous about purchasing on Vivid Seats after reading the negative reviews (as I was super nervous about my purchase after reading the reviews). We recently purchased 4 tickets to see Taylor Swift in Liverpool (we’re from the US so had to travel overseas). The price seemed a but too good to be true for 4 lower level seats to see Taylor just a few weeks before the show.

    However, the process went just as described in their communication after the purchase. We received the tickets about 4 days before the show (actually a little earlier than they stated) and the instructions they sent to accept the tickets worked exactly how their emails said it would. I was still nervous until the moment we scanned in for the show but they were indeed legitimate tickets. Just wanted to post this for all who are worried they may have gotten scammed.

    AFTER purchasing tickets for an event I received an email from Vivid Seats that I would receive my tickets the DAY BEFORE the show. This is totally unacceptable as it is nerve racking to wait until only the day before a show for tickets; also, I was told by a customer service agent that I may have to print out the tickets and when I explained that I would be traveling and won't have access to a printer, she told me that I could go to a library or public place to print out my tickets!! I'm beginning to think that Vivid Seats is a scam. It is not advertised that a ticket buyer won't receive their tickets immediately upon purchase—this should be highly visible on Vivid Seats' website.

    Vivid Seats is a ripoff. They have on their app that they will return your money if you never received your tickets. This is a lie. I had tickets to see Kenny Chesney at soldier field that I bought in Jan for a show in June. I never received an email of a copy of any tickets. Spent 5 hours on the web and on the phone trying to rectify this situation before the concert and they never sent tickets or a refund. This company stole 1000 dollars from me and said that they sent an email to transfer the tickets and therefore fulfilled their obligations. I never received an email and they could not provide me proof that the sent an email or resend the email prior to the show. I was promised the email would be resent before the show and it still has not yet been sent the day after the show. They lie, they steal NEVER use them. Go to Ticketmaster direct.     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give less than one star I would. Purchased tickets for Taylor Swift on Wednesday for section L4 row 16 at Anfield on 14.06.2024. Paid just over £3000 for the tickets which were sold as unrestricted view. Following payment there was a verification form to complete this was a whole mess in itself and took several attempts and had to phone the US to sort out actually took from 10 am until 6:30 pm to sort out. Once the form was submitted the tickets were still shown as processing following day.

    Contacted customer services through the app on the Thursday afternoon just to ask for an update. Finally after being transferred twice to different teams, the staff member said "So we are changing your seats correct?" This is the first I had heard of it. I said, "We had paid for seats in L4 row 16" and they advised, "Yeah we have L3 Row 6." I asked about what had happened with the original purchase from the day before and they just said these were the only seats available and they had to get authorization.

    I asked what the authorization was for and the reply was, "I have successfully changed your tickets." I said, "But I haven't asked to change seats, why have you done that to a worse position?" I assumed there would be a refund for being moved to worse seats to be told, "No these are more expensive better seats with still no restricted view." Went to the concert to find we were sat directly behind the camera tower, fully blocked view of the runway, diamond and stage platform. Absolutely awful service despite not even asking to be moved as I said to the staff member I'd have rather the order just be cancelled as there were better seats being sold on other sites.     They scammed me out of 187.00 I purchased two tickets on 6-8-24. They never sent a email or showed up in the Vivid Seats app. I looked in spam and all my e-mail accounts. I had no way to access the tickets and was not able to attend the event. I was on the phone for over an hour before the event to try to get the tickets. They told me that they showed to be delivered and that they come from a private party and that there was nothing they could do. They would not do a refund before the event because I ask. I called the next day and they still would not refund. I spent over an hour trying to message one of their agents.

    It was a fake site with a computer that just sent me in circles. It is a total scam organization. I spent 4 hours trying to resolve this. Beware of Vivid Seats. I spoke to the venue the day of the performance. I had a receipt on my phone for the tickets. A row number and order number. There were no seats assigned and the Paramount Theater in Austin TX said the order number meant nothing. They said I was scammed.

    Vivid seats did not honor their contract with us. They claim the seller of the seats they sold us backed out, but later was selling tickets for a much higher price. They have yet to prove to me that they didn’t hold our tickets and sell them at a higher price. Don’t purchase if tickets are limited- they will ignore your agreement and try to sell for more money. They won’t honor an agreement and won’t tell you until the day of the event.

    I ordered tickets for an event in New York. I live in Texas. Vivid Seats waited until AFTER I made the purchase to disclose the fact that the seller was planning on overnighting the tickets to me right before the event. This means I wouldn't get the tickets until maybe the day before (when I am flying to New York) or possibly even the day of the event. That is obviously unworkable, but then you get the "no refunds ever" line from Vivid Seats. There is LITERALLY NO EXCUSE for hiding the delivery date until after a purchase is made.     Customer service tries to be helpful. Last time I had no problem with the seller transferring and getting my tickets to me in an instant. I have a concert tomorrow and it’s past due for when I was supposed to get my tickets. I contacted the support team. They said the seller should get it to me by tonight. I still haven’t gotten it. I’d say buying from here is iffy depending on your seller if they’ll actually send you your tickets on time which they didn’t do last time either. It’s more reliable to buy from the original site or somewhere else. It’s not worth stressing about the day before if you’ll actually get your tickets or get scammed or refunded. My ticket was supposed to be transferred June 8. It’s now June 9 and my concert is tomorrow and I’m stressed.

    About 3 months ago I bought tickets just 2 tickets to the imagine dragons concert. I received my tickets and an email. And when I tried to accept them I was told there was an error. I had contacted Vivid Seats multiple times then I had contacted Ticketmaster to see if they would be able to assist me as well to see if it was on their end. Ticketmaster had no issues, but they still tried to help me for about two weeks before they said it had to be on Vivid seats's end. I contacted vivid seats, told them everything. Read them the emails between ticketmaster and I. I was told that I would have a retransfer of my tickets to a new email and that I should watch my email.

    It's been well over 2 months now. And I still have no email, no tickets and when I've reached out through the chat with agents and called them. I was told, "Rest assure you'll have your tickets, just monitor your email." However, when I just talk to them today. Actually just got off the chat with them. I was told that they were gonna wait until it was closer to the concert to send me my tickets even though we're having issues and I said. What if this is an issue with the retransfer? They said we won't have that issue again. And to rest assure that they're gonna handle it even though no one is actively doing anything. I will never use vivid seats again. The customer service is terrible. They charge you but don't give you what you bought then Come up with excuses of why you can't get what you bought. This is a horrible company to dealt with. Never go through a third party.

I got a confirmation email that promised me to get the tickets on the same day by email. 2 days later I receive a call from vivid seats that my order is cancelled and they will issue back a refund.     I purchased 3 tickets for an end of May 2024 baseball game. Arrived at stadium and was turned away because out of all the voluminous emails vivid seats sent me, none of them had the barcodes necessary for us to be admitted to the game. After getting out of line and trying to call the company to try to get the situation resolved and listening outside the stadium as 3rd inning became 5th inning and so on, the company representative who would not offer their name in the chat (which was the only thing I could get through on) they essentially told me that I was lying and that the tickets had been transferred to me already. We all had to give up and go home, having lost 307 dollars on the tickets.

    Phone conversation days later to attempt to procure my deserved full refund yielded the same unsatisfactory response. They said that no refund would be issued because the records allegedly showed that the tickets had already been transferred to me. They had not been. I don’t know how a company like this can stay in business. Absolutely unscrupulous and awful business. Please take note and do not give them your business!

    If I could give negative stars, it’d be negative however much the kardashians combined net worth of stars is. Purchased 2 tickets to the Meg thee stallion concert on 6/1. I drove from FL to ATL only to arrive and discover the concert was cancelled and set to reschedule. I was emailed an hour prior to the show starting. Unable to attend the event that was rescheduled I reached out for a refund. I was denied per them being “a secondary market who doesn’t hold inventory.”

    When I asked them to resell my tickets as they are a secondary marketplace I was advised “they don’t sell my ticket type.” Yes, they don’t sell the same tickets I bought from them. I was advised to resell my tickets on social media if I had any hope of recouping my money. So $672 for the tickets, 5+ hours travel one way, gas, & lodging later I’m out roughly a grand for a show I couldn’t attend. A water pipe busted and shut down the city of Atlanta. The Friday show was also rescheduled but nobody let us know on Saturday until 7pm. Show was scheduled for 8pm. I filed reports with the attorney generals office, the ftc, and the bbb.

    My first purchase from this site was for a last minute show. These tickets were never sent to my inbox and were never opened or used at the venue. When I was in line looking for my tickets, I tried calling several times to get my order fixed. However, their answering machine system sent me around several loops and I ultimately could not get ahold of support with their various menu options and robot answering machine - I assumed there were no support. When I spoke with the venue, they said they only help with sales from ticketmaster because Vivid Seats has a history of selling fake tickets.

    I decided to call the company the next day to dispute the order considering it was never received. I was ultimately gaslit being told that tickets were sent. I kept explaining that they were not sent so how do we fix this transaction. Ultimately they said that because I did not call support to troubleshoot the issue they will not be issuing my refund. I was continuously told that I was sent the tickets and that they only could do something before the event and after the event has passed they refused to fix this situation. This company sells fake tickets and refuses to support people when their tickets were not received. Would not trust anymore.

    Vivid Seats does have insanely high fees that only pop up right before you make your payment, which feels pretty scammy. I knew that when I got the tickets, but decided I was going to pay extra to get these tickets. My tickets were delivered shortly after I bought them, which I felt good about. Then 2 hours before the concert I got a notice from vivid that my tickets were invalid. I had rearranged my travel schedule for the concert and bought an outfit. They refunded me and gave a me a credit for future tickets, but I'm not going to redeem that credit. What is the point of getting tickets if you can't rely on them being valid for the event? Do not use vivid. Just don't do it.

    I bought 2 tickets to see Matt Rife for June 1st (Saturday evening) and learnt that the show had to be re-scheduled to December. Without contacting me, Vivid Seats decided to re-schedule my tickets for December 30th which is a Monday night vs a Saturday night.     I bought tickets for my daughter to see a concert through Vivid Seats. The purchase was easy, and everything was set. Essentially, I was supposed to receive the tickets electronically from the seller. After hearing nothing for a couple of months, I checked, and it said the tickets were delivered. Not noticing the email, I reached out to Vivid Seats, and they sent me the link, only to find out someone else had claimed the tickets. I contacted their support through the chat app, which was more confusing than helpful. I then contacted them through their phone number, and they addressed the issue.

    Their customer service was quick and nice. However, to boil it down, I have only used Vivid Seats once, and that one time, there was an issue with the tickets being issued. I have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, and they have all been delivered so far without issue. Vivid Seats is a real company that provides good support and services, albeit a little pricier than other places. However, I would not use them again because the one time I did, I had issues.

    Worst ticket buying experience I have ever experienced. Super high processing fees that are undisclosed. No refund policy is not stated. I tried reselling my tickets but the event was not found. Do not use this site to buy your tickets! This company needs to be sued and shut down!

    I may never attend another event in my life. The practice of hiding fees until the final moment of purchase is disgusting and should be illegal. Vivid is not the only ticket company that does this. It's unfortunately the rule rather than the exception. I will not use any company that does this. Maybe that means I will only go to pickup softball games down the street.

    Absolutely horrible service. I was on the phone with a man calling about a confusion about my tickets. I got an email directly after buying these tickets to an Angels game for a date. Later I went to go check the tickets, and it said that the tickets were for the day after. I also checked online on Vivid Seats website and had the same date. I assumed the date was wrong, I ended up having an important meeting that day. I called to try and get a refund after finding out that my tickets were for the day before. The employee on the phone was very rude, as a long time customer I am very disappointed in Vivid seats

    If I could put zero stars, I would. On Sunday, May 26th, my two friends and I bought three tickets to game 5 of the PWHL Finals. We were watching game 4 and got on Vivid Seats as soon as Boston scored and game 5 was confirmed. Legitimately seconds after. We bought three tickets at $60 each, added the “ticket insurance”, received an email confirming our order, and had the money taken out of our bank accounts by vivid seats. We were super excited to attend and talked about it nonstop the days leading up to the game.

    Around 12pm on May 29th, we received an email from vivid seats that our tickets had been “submitted for cancellation.” The email included no explanation regarding how or why our tickets had been cancelled. We began calling both vivid seats and the ticket insurance agency, both parties talked us in a circle for multiple hours. Insisting that there was nothing that they could do and that the tickets were gone for reasons beyond their control. They eventually explained that their provider had “oversold” the event, meaning an undisclosed amount of tickets had to be recalled. So, they either sold tickets they did not have, or double sold our seats.

    They told us we would be fully refunded and there was nothing they could do beyond that. We were absolutely heartbroken. We spent the entire day trying to reason with them and get them to honor the experience we purchased from them. This event was important to us, and honestly a refund was not going to cut it.

    All the while this is going on, we can see that vivid seats still has tickets for sale on their website, some in the same row and section we had purchased from. However, those tickets were $1000+. One kind customer service working even offered to sell us back some tickets, for $1700. Knowing that there were copious amounts of tickets available, and vivid seats couldn't just take the loss to follow through on the commitment they made to us, was extremely disheartening.

    We emailed, called, and dmed everyone and anyone that could help us get to that game. Eventually, about two hours before the game, we saw the prices for a few tickets on SeatGeek had gone down to about $125 dollars. This was still really far out of our budget, but at this point, we weren’t missing that game for anything. So we bit the bullet and bought them. We attended the game and had an amazing time. We will never purchase from this site again, and will spread the word on social media that buying from vivid seats could result in a similar experience as ours.

    BUYER BEWARE: Bought tickets a few hours before the show. Waited until 20 minutes before show time (as instructed by an agent), reached out to them via chat. Agent said they were acquiring new tickets in the same section. Great now I’m thinking this a great company that stands by their guarantee. Agent said he sent an email with instructions on how to claim new tickets. Waited 20 minutes, no email, great.. Now back to chat with another agent… Waiting, waiting, waiting. Keep in mind show started over 35 minutes ago. Still no resolution, agent said they were upgrading to floor tickets, email never came. Requested a refund and that email came immediately. What happened to other tickets that were sent out lost in limbo?? I’m legit dumbfounded. BUYER BEWARE. Now let’s actually see if I do get that refund!!

    This was gruesomely terrible experience. First and last purchase ever from this website, the sellers on these website are private and are adults in illegal activity, I can expose this firm at the back of my hand. I'm being told that my financial institution has an active dispute for the tickets, since the ticket price was supposed to be $295 and due to hidden fee, my total became $700+. Financial institution has already released money to the farm, now they are denying the fact in order to get more money out of me. Their ticket tellers are absolute scammers.

    I provided proof and emails, and they still said that they will stand by the sellers, because that's where they got their businesses from instead of the customers. I have entire chat available if anybody interested. They can do it to general public, but this time they're going to catch a case! Save your money and go to a veteran website, I think most of their representatives and customer support are AI and overseas because they barely understand English.

    I will never purchase tickets from Vivid Seats again! The first time I tried to purchase tickets, an error message popped up and I was brought back to a previous screen to select my seat. On my second attempt, my purchase went through and I was brought to an order confirmation page with an order number.. So can you imagine my surprise when I checked my email and found that BOTH purchases had gone through? I contacted customer service right away but they were of NO help to me and refused to cancel the transaction. I spoke with 2 reps, wasted a lot of time, and wasted a lot of money because of THEIR MISTAKE. It is not right. They are taking advantage of people and I will make sure every one knows about it!

    I purchased a 3 Day VIP ticket to BottleRock in Napa California in December 2023. The event was to start in May 2024. One day VIP Tickets are $500-ish so when I got my confirmation email with a total price of $1500, everything seemed to add up (3x$500=$1500). 2 days before the event, I had not received my wrist band so I reached out to Vivid Seats to find out what was going on. I used their chat feature to inquire about my 3 day VIP wrist band and they assured me that I would get it in time for the event. I received the wrist band in time and went to the event on the first day.

    When I tried to enter the second day, I was denied access. Turns out Vivid Seats sent me a wrist band good for only one day, not 3. When I called them after being denied access, they said I purchased a one day ticket. When I explained to them that a one day ticket doesn’t cost $1500 they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Vivid Seats and I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. In my option, they are crooks! Buyer beware!

    Bought tickets several days ago for Pittsburgh show. Received via an email with no way to download the tickets to my wallet (did have legit bar code via email) but what if there is no internet connection. Tried to call yesterday and could not get through to a human. Today my daughter is very sick and can't attend tomorrow. I went on Vivid Seats to sell them and would not allow me because I am not an authorized seller?

    I finally got through to customer service who was not knowledgeable at all and admitted they didn't know the process and couldn't tell me how to become a verified seller? Told me to sell them on another platform, but I can't download to my wallet? When asked again, how to become a verified seller, came up with some explanation that I had to sell 10,000 tickets? Where I can not find anywhere on the website. So gives me no opportunity to download to wallet to sell elsewhere or sell on their own platform. Also asked to talk to supervisor and said they may call me back.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $250 for two tickets to a show in San Diego and in the Vivid Seats app I was shown that the tickets were delivered but they existed nowhere in my app. I checked my email using every key word possible to locate these tickets but they existed nowhere. Not even in my spam, junk or trash boxes. I contacted vivid directly with my confirmation number and I was told that the tickets were transferred via ticket master and so I logged into my ticket master app so I logged in there. Again nowhere did these tickets exist.

    Not only did I not get to go to the show and I looked really stupid in front fly date but I was not compensated for these tickets. I was told by Vivid Seats that they have proof from the seller that she transferred the tickets to me. They refused to show me this proof or reimburse me. I have never had something like this happen to me and I’ve actually had good experiences with vivid in the past but due to this experience I will never use them again. App deleted from my phone.

    Vivid called me after I purchased tickets to say the tickets were not available. They offered the next best available option. After disconnecting the call, I checked the seats and the tickets are not equivalent. Started live chat, and they would not do anything despite the misrepresentation by the representative.     To resolve this issue and fear I had about these tickets, I just wanted to amend my first review with Vivid Seats. There was a disconnect between the actual venue and Vivid. My tickets were delivered well advance in pdf form and worked flawlessly at the concert. I was just concerned with what I paid and the venue saying about not taking 3rd party tickets.     We bought 3 tickets for the Noah Kahan on tonight (May 25, 2024). It charged $53 service fees for each ticket! We paid a total $579 for 3 tickets, which turned out to be the worst seats in the auditorium! We realized that right after clicking the payment button.     If I could give this company a negative star review I would. The concert to which I bought tickets for my 11 year old granddaughter was changed and instead of sending me an email to notify me of the change they sent me and email to spend more money for a parking pass with the original date of the concert on the email. Five days before the original concert date. I called customer service and requested a refund and when I was told no then I suggested an exchange for the same concert on a different city.     Buyer Beware! I unintentionally clicked on final sale before reading the refund/return policy. A lot of extra fees. As soon as I clicked, I realized how many extra fees were attached. I immediately got on the company's website and "chatted" with an agent to cancel the sale and requested a charge reversal. The "chatter" emphasized the "Final Sale" policy and it was not refundable. I specifically told them that I made a mistake and could not pay this charge. Vivid Seats told me to resell the tickets. I am not computer savvy. Due to this company's policy, the credit card company (Chase Freedom) would not dispute this charge. So this retired senior citizen has just been robbed of $1,423.00, due to an honest mistake. Will not use this website again. BTW, they were more expensive than other sites. Hard lesson for me to learn.

    Stay away from Vivid Seats! My first complaint is that their fees are not clearly explained when you go to purchase. I had no idea I would be charged $65 for two $79 tickets. When I complained to customer service, they falsely claimed that their fees are clearly advertised. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company who sent me a $65 refund. Then when it came time to release my tickets, Vivid Seats sent me nothing. Customer service said that because of the dispute, I had to contact my bank. I explained that I still paid the $158 and asked where my tickets were. They stated they had "no information" about my ticket purchase. Meanwhile my account on their website clearly listed the tickets and said "Tickets Ready." But speaking to their customer service is like talking to a machine: They kept saying, "We have no information." (Also they kept saying "Thank you for your patience," which was maddening). This company is a SCAM!

    Terrible experience. Hidden fees were truly hidden until AFTER the purchase. To make matters worse the parking pass I purchased for an Atlanta Braves game was not honored at the parking venue. I have to pay to park, at a MUCH lower price at a nearby lot. Lot attendant stated she had many issues with passes purchased thru this organization. Customer service is offshore and of no help.     Vivid Seats is the worst ticket company on the market. Vivid Seats charged my credit card several times and never gave me my event tickets. I called Vivid Seats and they stated my order was canceled (1hr before show time) and I had to ask them to remove the charges from my credit card. Never Never Ever Use This Company....

    I bought tickets that I never received. I contacted customer service and they tried to help me. They sent me a link were they said I could get the tickets, but there were no tickets there. When I tried to get a refund based on their 100% guarantee, they refused because they had "verification" from the seller that the tickets were transferred to me via Ticketmaster. I checked my Ticketmaster multiple times, my email, and the link customer service gave me but there were no tickets. I will never use again. It's pretty easy to fake a transfer. They could do a PDF or transfer, screenshot, and I transfer immediately.

    So I actually came to this website to look at the reviews after I bought my Matt Rife ticket last year for the concert just this past week. I was completely nervous after reading the reviews all the bad experiences so I actually utilize the chat box and I had the buyer's guarantee which it looks like other people had problems. I continued to screenshot the page, knowing that my ticket wouldn’t be delivered until the day before the event. They were really good at replying and getting back to me right away assuring me that I would not have a problem getting my ticket and if I did that, I had the buyers guarantee. The day before the event, I did get a notification email stating that the seller had transferred the ticket and I was to set up an account with Ticketmaster.

    So I think here is where the key factor is that may be getting lost in the process for others. If you read all the print, you’re basically setting up the account and Ticketmaster to get the ticket transferred to that because that’s where they bought the ticket. They just happen to be selling the ticket on Vivid Seats Which I’m Still not sure how they can be done if there is an actual tickets available. Anyway, I did the whole process. Took my time doing it. Everything still a little nervous. I think the fact that I was paying attention to all the details and did it appropriately I was able to get the transfer and add the ticket to my wallet.

    Ticket was as described PIT Row 3 Which is basically three rows from the stage. Now, although I paid way too much for the ticket, which is my own fault I feel like everything went off according to plan and I didn’t have any problems. So I’m not sure if it’s good to read or wait until you have your own experience. But I do want to give Vivid seats a good rating because I did everything that I was promised without a hitch!!!

    I purchased 2 tickets about 5 days prior to the Rob Lake Illusionist event for my grandson and myself. I purchased 2 orchestra seats as my grandson is smaller, so I just splurged a little as it was a special occasion. When I got there, our seats were the last row W of the orchestra. 23 rows in the back.! I was very upset as he could not see very well because there were so many adults in front of us. The theatre was not full. I spoke with people sitting next to me on each side and they said they paid $50. per ticket and the other paid $60. per ticket. I WAS CHARGED $224. FOR MY 2 TICKETS! But, I thought that is what everyone else was paying. This is a total consumer rip off. This kind of consumer rip off should not be allowed to happen. When I called I was told that I already saw the show so there is nothing they could do. Really??? I was asking for a rebate of some kind.

    I will let everyone know to NEVER USE VIVID SEATS again as they overcharge and then don't do anything if there is a problem. This is not fair. I have a limited income and I don't appreciate being deceived. When I called I was referred to a 3rd party call center which is always thrilling. Do yourself a favor. If your inquiry gets stolen from where you made your first online inquiry and it says VIVID, HANG UP! Call the venue directly. It was a 1 hour mediocre show, but I"m not complaining about that. I'm complaining about the overcharging of VIVID. It is an unfair consumer rip off practice with no chance of them offering me some sort of rebate for their thievery. Shame on you VIVID.

    Vivid Seats are scammers! I bought 2 tickets for a concert and instead of my paid seats (Upper Loge), they sent me the farthest seats at the events (Upper Balcony). I thought at first it was an honest mistake, but they refused to solve the issue and it was obviously intentional and a scam... I googled their reviews and I read so many complaints about them. It soo frustrating to why are they even allowed to go on business, scamming people and getting away with it.

    I went to purchase one Billie Eilish ticket. After selecting the ticket, the pay for parking came up. I had already entered my credit card number. I did not want to purchase the paid parking because it was not at the Kia stadium. So I thought I had backed out of the account, but I had not. So I started another account and purchased a ticket, not knowing I had already purchased one ticket. So I have two tickets now, only needing one. And by the way, first complaint, the ticket was $257.00 but after tax was $362.06 for one ticket. Vivid Seats need to let their customers know ahead of time before you make the purchase what the total with tax will be.

    Second complaint, I called Vivid Seats to see if they would reimburse one ticket because I accidentally bought two, and they would not, but said you could resell online with other companies. I looked online at Vivid Seats and they do not resell electronic transfers which is my ticket!! They will not resell their own ticket if it's electronic transfer. Well, most concerts are electronic tickets. I called Ticketmaster and they don't take Vivid Seats tickets, only resell their own tickets. I won't even deal with Stub Hub!

    So I am stuck with an extra ticket, because their website took me to the pay for parking, and I thought I had backed out but they had my credit card number. That is my fault. I was not understanding their website. I have never been on their website and won't ever again. Vivid Seats should resell their electronic ticket. Very disappointing! I would give them a zero if I could. Lesson learned.

We'd never charge insurance without permission, which is why fans must choose themselves to accept or decline insurance before purchase. Insurance is only charged if the "yes" box is selected.     I was not made aware that this was a platform for scalpers. I did not received the tickets till the day of the show. If you wanna buy tickets go look at other websites because once you buy tickets they can change your seats to wherever they want and when you ask to get your seats back they make an excuse that it is final and they can’t change anymore and they’ve nothing available. When I asked for refund because I paid originally for seats that I wanted they refuse you and ask you to resell like it’s my job to resell when you’re the one who’s changing seats for no reason. They need to improve their policies. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Only care about making money. Their website needs to be shut. Such a crappy business.     I had an issue with Vivid Seats today whereas I bought 6 tickets to the an event in July. I purchased the tickets, and a few minutes later received confirmation that I received them and they were sent to me. I saw them in my account. Then 15 minutes later, the seller cancelled the tickets he sent. I contacted Vivid Seats, finally got to speak with someone who understood the issue, then informed me that while they could not provide tickets that are comparable to what I purchased, they could still offer me alternative seats. The representative also suggested the option of refund and a "store credit." I asked the amount of the credit and he said he'd get back to me.

    He came back to me about an hour later and informed me the credit amount, which is much less than the cost of ANY tickets available on the website, and would only cover the fees Vivid Seats charges - which is about 35-40% per ticket. He also informed me they would no longer be willing to offer replacement tickets, that this is and will be my only option. If I wanted to purchase tickets, I would need to use their website and spend a bunch more money, and they would not be providing any further assistance.

    Vivid Seats offers a "100% Buyer Guarantee" which they advertise on the top of their website. In this, they guarantee a buyer will receive tickets to the event, unless the event is cancelled, in which case they will be refunded. Well, the event was not cancelled, yet they did not provide alternative tickets and forced me to accept a refund.

    Took so long to get our tickets we couldn't use them for parking because we were already in the parking garage without them. Had to buy parking again so that we could go ahead and park. They refused to give us the 80$ they charged us. That by the way we paid 40$ in cash at the garage itself. Such a rip-off. Should get zero stars.

    I would give Vivid Seats 0 stars if that was an option. I am a mom that works part-time and I don't make a lot so to buy concert tickets for $300+ is a big deal for me. I was charged $320 for 2 tickets. I asked for a refund or to resell these tickets and was told (by Vivid Seats) - NO, which was fine. No big deal. I was willing to keep the tickets. However, Vivid Seats went behind my back and sold my tickets for half the price (and informed me of this in an email after the fact). I requested a full refund ($320) since they sold my tickets and, again, was told - NO. They are garbage and their customer service is also garbage. Buy your tickets elsewhere. They are sketchy and will take your money and then sell your tickets without your consent for way less (and keep the difference as profit).

    I paid $ 2675.00 for row 1 ticket section A3 Rolling Stones concert Glendale AZ and they sent me row 11. This is my birthday and I purchased these tickets for that. Row 11 is what they sent Which was going for way less. They would not resolve and did nothing at all about fixing it. I called twice. It was elevated but they still did nothing.

    I'd give a negative review if I could - talked to 5 different people about unreleased tickets only to be told there's nothing their team could do 10 mins before the event. I asked them to cancel the order before leaving my home for the venue (with a 7 year old in tow) and they refused. Got to the venue and only then would they cancel the tickets with no other seats options available. Customer service team likes to say there's nothing else that can be done. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.

    BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I purchased 2 tickets to a concert 4 months in advance. After receiving an email marked urgent telling me I must accept my tickets, I watched my inbox. 2 days passed, no tickets, so I contacted Vivid Seats. They told me to download several apps all to no avail. They had me check my inbox using keywords, no tickets. They then told me to wait. The next day, still no tickets. I called again. They had me do the same process, which I had already done prior to calling. No tickets. They then said they would contact the seller. The next day, still no tickets, so I called again. I was assured the tickets had been sent and it was my error. They made me verify all information and asked for my credit card number. I went through the entire process again!

    We were making a 10 hour drive the next day to see this concert. I did not want to drive without the tickets. I was told they were guaranteed and I would have them. We made the drive the next day and on the way I called again. I was assured it just took time to process the retransfer and the tickets were coming. It is the day of the concert. No tickets. I am being told they have not been able to contact the seller and the issue has been escalated. They offered a refund. That doesn’t get back the time, drive, overnight stay, time off work. They could have told me this 3 days ago before I made the drive. Total scam. BEWARE!!!

    I just got an email saying the ticket is ready, but the ticket is not in the section I ordered. I ordered in section 22 row M, but the ticket is section 16 row L. After discussing this with customer support, Vivid Seats surprisingly claims that this is even an upgrade!!! How ridiculous, the people who runs the VividSeats is just unbelievable. I am very disappointed by the service, the fee is so expensive. The whole experience feels like a scam.

    I purchased a premium parking ticket to see Billy Strings in St Augustine on April 20th, was told the lot was oversold and was denied access to park. Vivid Seats is refusing to refund my ticket, stating "Parking is first come first serve." Who buys an $80 ticket that is first come first serve? Such a horrible excuse on their part for not issuing a refund, especially since their policy is 100% buyer guarantee. The customer service rep refused multiple times to transfer me to a manager to escalate the case. The whole point of buying premium parking is to guarantee a spot close to the venue. I had two young children and had to park a mile away and missed the beginning of the show. This company does not adhere to their policy of 100% guarantee. Buyer beware!

    I had the worst experience with Vivid Seats. My total tie 2 tickets came to 91$ with the security insurance. The night of the concert I can't find my tickets anywhere. I call vivid seats and send multiple messages and nothing. Long story short I had to buy 2 more tickets at the gate 'cause I looked like a dumb **. I have since called and sent multiple messages. Vivid seats said they sent the tickets therefore they won't refund me or credit my account. But I have looked multiple times. They aren't in my email. Vivid seats refuses to refund my money.

    I’m upgrading my original evaluation of Vivid and making a positive recommendation. I had marked them down because of fees and delivery, but they were responsive to my issues and I accept that there are costs involved in providing a high level of service. However, some of the factors that go into on-time delivery are outside their control and they cannot (or won’t?) alter a delivery once a package is on its way. I ordered six days before the concert which should have been plenty even with standard delivery, but paid an extra $10 for express overnight just in case. The seller wrote the UPS label Wednesday, the day of the order, but did not drop off the package until noon Thursday.

    I've had good luck with Vivid on a few occasions but fees are excessive. $107 on tickets valued at $270. Plus almost $25 for UPS delivery. I paid an extra $10 for expedited overnight delivery which took 5 days. Tickets are now scheduled to arrive the day before the concert, which is their guarantee anyway with standard delivery. They refused to refund the $10, giving all sorts of off-target irrelevant excuses. Their service rep did stay with me to the end though, so they do answer. Overall, OK service but disappointing for those reasons.

    Purchased tickets back in Feb for the Clutch show in RVA on 4/26. Driving 3 hours to the show and go to pull up the tickets and there are no tickets. Go into the customer service chat and was told that they were sorry and would look into it. After about 15 mins they came back and told me that seller no longer had the tickets even though I purchased them months prior. They said they would see about a replacement then came back and said the show is sold out so they would give me a refund.

    Told them that was unacceptable because on their site right then they were selling tickets to that show still. And they told me that there was nothing available for what I paid and could take the refund and put it towards buying new tickets. (GA show, all tickets same price face value.) But I purchased month earlier because I didn’t want to spend 3x’s the amount day of for the same tickets. They did not seem to care and were extremely rude about the entire situation. And refused to do anything to make it right. How they could sell you tickets then allow the seller to sell them for a higher price or back out and not even let you know ahead of time is just ridiculous. It is a terrible business and nobody should ever use this site again.

    Horrible. 2 very bad experiences. 6 months ago we bought seats to fly to Denver to see Queen. Tickets never showed up. We're in the lobby of the venue and after the show started and several calls to customer service we get an email that said they couldn't get our tickets so they refunded us.. What about our airfare ad hotel and horrible night. Then today we had purchased 6 concert tickets in the front of section 103 for Clint Black and the tickets never showed up we bought months ago. Called cust service and got the run around. Finally after posting on X someone calls me back and says the seller didn't have the tickets and they had a solution of moving us from the front of 103 to the back of 303. Unacceptable.. So they canceled the order again.

    What a disappointment. I purchased last minute ticket to Drake concert at the UBS arena March 29th and to my surprise, I was not able to see the stage at all! The security who checked my ticket to assure I was in the correct location let me know immediately that I will not be able to see the show. Surely when I went to my seat, I could not see. I didn’t stay at the show because of this reason. I called Vivid the next day, and also followed up with no help/support to get a refund or partial refund. So, I will never purchase from this site again. I added pics to show my view and the view of what I should have seen.

    Vivid Seats was unable to provide critical information for my event which caused me to have to purchase new tickets to make the event. The representative was unable to answer my questions and was limited in help. I am currently disputing the purchase for a refund.

We understand that you forgot to bring the tickets to the event and requested info so the box office could provide replacement tickets.     Just purchased $500 worth of tickets for $691.40. Could barely read the web page, (see screen shot pic). Entered my CC info (which was dumb on my part) in hopes of getting to the next screen to review total in more legible font. In doing so, I fumbled around the illegible screen searching for the total and mistakenly clicked confirm. Boom. Bought myself 4 tickets without seeing the total.

    Called customer service to explain the misleading and illegible joke of a website I was just swindled on. But all I was told was my only option is to resell the tickets. Super idea Vivid, please resell my tickets so you can swindle another unsuspecting user out of $181.40 in fees that aren’t legible on your site. Vivid is a certificate Joke. Users Beware!!!

If you used the app, all you had to do was click on "Total," and if you used the website, it was located on the right side of the page.     I was misled by the site and bought the wrong tickets. I tried everything to immediately cancel/refund or request help. Their policies are very clear that you are completely HOSED. There is no resolution and your only option is to try to resell the tickets so they get more fees. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We understand that things like this can happen; however, the reason we cannot cancel the order is that once it is confirmed, we enter into an agreement with the seller that we cannot retract from. You don't have to resell the tickets with us only; you can resell them on any other secondary marketplace and set your own price to recoup the money that you want. Thanks for the review.

    I recently went to a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater in Alpharetta, GA and needed to solve for parking. Vivid seats offered parking for $69. On top of that, there was a service fee that brought the parking tickets all the way up to over $100. When we went to park in the location we purchased the ticket, the parking was completely free. No attendant needed to see any sort of ticket. Vivid seats is a complete scam, and I will be looking to receive my money back. I cannot believe they would try and charge for a "parking ticket" for a lot that has free parking. Unbelievable.

    BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY - YOU CANNOT SELL TICKETS on Vivid Seats that ARE ELECTRONIC TRANSFER, or HAVE A QR CODE FOR A MOBILE DEVICE. You can only sell paper tickets like you would get at a box office or ones that are in a PDF that you print. Stop and think about this for a minute. 1. What do all the venues state these days when they sell you a ticket? “Your phone is your ticket” and 2. What do all the “phone-tickets” have on them? A QR Code! So basically the leader on the Vivid Seats website that states it’s so easy peasy to sell your tickets on their site is pretty much a lie. The venues don’t want PDFs and probably don’t want those hard copy heavy stock tickets much either.

    Within 10 years those will be over and done. Let the buyer beware and read the fine print! I didn’t realize any of this so I got stuck with a parking pass I didn’t need. Funny thing is, the pass is 100% transferable, just not for money unless I sell it outside of Vivid Seats. Wait, what? You mean I can sell them? Their agent even encouraged me to scalp the parking pass at a 3rd party site. Tell me how this makes any sense at all. Oh and the “Live Chat” - the only way to get an agent is to choose the topic “other”. All other topics in the list funnel you to yet another useless Bot. Not the best experience. I will never use them again.

    Another 1 star. Beware of hidden fees at checkout. For some reason not listed on final print receipts. It had to be requested! Absolute joke. BEWARE Customer service was basically just reading a response card. Multiple requests by me for management turned down.
