Updated on 02/23/2021: They used several different ways to contact me about approval for a service. Sometimes, they would call during the daytime when I'm working. So, I was not able to respond to that call. So, they would send me an email and then they would say, “Which is the best way to contact you?” I would say, “Through email.” And that was the way that they’ve handled services for me, which I thought was good.

Process was fast and covered things I needed to know, people to contact, how to let my creditors know what is going on, how to set up my account and who I should contact if I had any questions about anything.

Thank you for your help. Your staff was caring and informative. I worked with Eugene and Karen. They were kind in helping me address this sensitive issue. I was scared to call both of these folks, made me feel safe and supportive. I am so grateful for this second chance and look forward to working with you to get out of debt.

All the process was easy, clear and fast, Mr Waseem ** very professional. The process was done in less than 24 hours which I consider is a success. In my case, they explained the procedure in Spanish, which is also a plus.

Updated on 07/10/2020: They told me at the beginning how long it was supposed to take, but they also explained to me how to get rid of the debt faster. They gave me a term which was 3 years. As of today I have 2 creditors resolved and every time I called, whoever answered is pretty sharp for what I needed to know.

I contacted NDR to see what I could do with my credit card debt. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I’m a little concerned how everything will go until I have my savings built up. Will just wait and see!

So far the service has been excellent, and the reps have been thorough explaining the process and what to expect. While this is an awful situation to be in, I do hope they can help me resolve the issues and help me get back on my feet!
