Updated on 02/14/2021: I was told it was going to take three years and I'm almost halfway through the program. National Debt Relief has been good. The only thing is I'm not able to access anything like an account. I don't get any kind of monthly statement so it's hard for me to keep track of what's going on. It would be better if they would implement some kind of monthly statement showing you paid this and this much is being paid to the creditor. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

I have had nothing but prompt and detailed service when dealing with all professionals with this company. I am grateful for each and every question being answered. Prompt communication is also great and appreciated. Thank you for effective communication and helping me with each step of this program.

When I made the call to debt relief I thought it was a scam. Mr ** assured me this program was legitimate. I then listened carefully to his presentation of what debt relief was about. I told him I was in another program. He left the decision up to me which way I would go. I made my mind up quickly and I decided on this debt relief program. Thank you very much!

I wasn’t able to juggle my bills any longer. I couldn’t handle it, so I needed help. I’ve seen National Debt Relief commercials on TV and I read up on them. It seemed reputable and I like their plans. Basically, they talk with the creditors and I build a savings account. With each creditor, we save up money, and present to each creditor, individually, to pay them off on the agreed upon amount. By the time they present the plan to me on whether I want to agree upon it or not, they’ve already spoken with the creditor. Afterwards, they’ll settle the debt for whatever percentage it is and then I’ll pay an amount every month for so many months.

So far the start of my journey on getting out of debt has been amazing. I can't wait to see what this company does for me. Jeremy who helped me start this process was amazing and made sure he explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

I am happy with the service so far, but I wish I had more control over what accounts went into debt consolidation. There were accounts put in that I did not want in and others left out that should have been included.

Fantastic staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. This consolidation will save me thousands and they showed they cared from the first phone call to the wrap up call. I highly recommend this team of highly skilled individuals! If you are suffering from debt and have no one to turn to National Debt Relief could be the right route for you.

The first person I talked with got a little aggravated with me, it seemed but the others I spoke with were very nice and helpful. I am Very glad to be in this program to help me get out of stressful debt. In just 2-3 years or less, I will be completely out of credit card debt.

It was easy and informative to have people to enplane the information on what we needed to do and tell our creditors, also knowing it will be handled by them and not by me or husband during this process. Hopefully it will be as easy as explained in the phone calls and the documents we signed. We will see.

I have more bills than money as well as medical bills and the team that worked with my account was a great team. I'm more than happy to recommend this company to others. The team answered all questions we asked, because we had some apprehension with giving our bank information. The explanation was suitable and reasonable.

Was told to send any collector's call to Nat'l Debt and they would handle all referrals connected with my account. I should know definite approval of program within 4-6 months.

All the process was easy and fast. The personnel was very nice. I think that the process to send correspondence through fax must be improved. Today I tried to sent, in different hours of the day, documentation but nobody answer the call.

I did not apply for the loan program, but was signed for the hardship program with a estimated time of four years to pay off my debts. All the representatives provides a clear step by step process at a professional level. I Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We have been with National Debt Relief for not quite two years and so far, our experience with them has been good. We had more debt than we could handle and the reviews I read about NDR were favorable. Their reps are pleasant to deal with. They set us up with a plan where we pay into a banking account and they’re paying our debts. They are talking to our debtors and getting the debt amount reduced and paying it down that way. We set our payment dates and we are now paying down the debt that we have. We’re not quite halfway through, but we’ve paid off some of the smaller ones. We’re happy with the service so far. However, they call too much and they don’t really give us any updated information. Still, we're very happy with what they’ve done.

They helped me quickly and came up with a plan that was best for my current situation. I'm a single mom in the military and they were more than determined to help me get peace of mind by the end of the call.

I overall had a good experience signing up for this program. My only complaint would be that when I was asked if I had any questions and I did have questions. Both Shakela who signed me up and Amanda who did my welcome call seemed irritated that I had a question. The tone in their voice changed quite a bit when answering my questions as if they were annoyed that I had a question.

With the man I talked, was not patient when it came to me answering questions. I was unaware I had to produce what I spent on expenses/what I made, so being asked I had to think for a min. and he would rush me to answer. I did not appreciate that. And when it came to filling out the form I needed to submit he was impatient as well, and with that he missed a lot of pages that I needed to sign and we had to go back to find them.

I just started the National Debt Relief (NDR) program and I was honestly pleased to learned that I did not have to take out a personal loan to relieve my credit card debt! When we were looking for debt consolidation, I called National Debt Relief and they had a specialist call me back and walk me through all the paperwork. They made sure I had signed everything properly. They were really thorough and were able to pull up everything so there wasn't a whole lot of work on my part. They made the enrollment process much easier. In the beginning, they were upfront with everything but there were times where they need a little bit extra money upfront to get the settlement approved and that wasn't explained. When I found out, it took me by surprise. The first time, they asked $500 and extra. We weren't able to do it but they were still able to make it work and settle.

Lisa was very good at explaining the program and Bill ** was great also. I is hard to have to go through this action but both made us feel ok about our decision. We would recommend to anyone who needed help.

Updated on 03/26/2021: I changed my payment arrangements from semi-monthly to bi-weekly, and it was easy. They worked with me. National Debt Relief is good. I haven't completed the program yet, but I learned a lot.

I’ve already completed National Debt Relief's program after a little over a year. It was very limited on when I spoke with them but the quality of their service was great.

When I enrolled with National Debt Relief, the process was fairly simple and straightforward. I knew what I was gonna be doing because the person involved there gave me full disclosure before I actually did it. Then, I put in a new request to handle my truck. That was gonna be an additional $1550, which would’ve put me into a higher payment. It was $643, but it was almost $260 more than what I’m paying right now, and I told them I couldn't do that. So, right now, I don't know what I could propose but I would be giving them a call later this week. The program has worked well for me so far.

I first talked to Quan ** and he was very helpful explaining the program in easy to understand language. I was apprehensive at first but he convinced me it was probably my best option. I was terrified that the credit score drop would be hard to over come. He explained that after the program he would recommend a credit repair company to help get every thing derogatory off my credit report once I had settled my debts. Alisha answered my next call to set up my account and also went over all of it again telling me exactly what Quan did which was pleasing not to get any surprises hearing the spiel again from a different person almost word for word. Dean ** walked me through the program. He was clear and concise with the info. However, there is a lot of info to grasp all at once. I did miss info on the lawyer and payment details. It was easy to call and get that clarified. I will say there are inaccuracies in some of the action plan figures. They aren't horrendous but I don't know how important they are either. I'm guessing the negotiations and repayment numbers are more important.

Approval was quick and easy. Glad I took this step to getting my credit and life back on track. I only just started this program so I can’t speak on the full experience yet, but the approval process was quick. My welcoming call was informative. Some of the information was repetitive. I feel like the call placed more doubt. Throughout this process Olga made me believe that paying off the debt should be a breeze. But after the explanations, of worst case scenario involving possible lawsuits or attempts to collect from creditors has placed doubt in my mind. I’m considering bankruptcy now. That process may hurt my credit, but it’s federally regulated.

So far, my experience with National Debt Relief has been great. My interaction with their rep has been really fast. They'd ask if I agree to something, I'd look at it and if it looks good, I'd say yes. I had to pay a one-time payment of 200 to the other law people that Citibank was gonna go through. But it was a one-time deal, so it was okay. They always tell me everything, so our communication has been really good. I felt so out of control, then they gave me a little more control on what was happening. At least everything is going good now, and everything is being worked on. I'm still thinking about my credit score. It's in the 500s, but as soon as everything is paid off, I wanna see if I can save enough for a house down payment in the not so distant future.
