My NDR representative was Gedy, who did an excellent job of walking me through the process to start getting myself out of debt, both credit card and personal loans. She was easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail as we went through the process of signing up. She always made sure I understood everything as we went along, and didn't seem to mind when I asked her to repeat something.

The rep were very helpful and resolve the issue for me and help to give me some relief. They were very detail with the paperwork which allow me to feel comfort with the arrangement and with some hope that we can resolved this problem.

So far so good! I feel like I can breath already, the two people I have worked with so far have been very helpful and They're making sure I understand the process. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my family.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful and very polite. I was very impressed on how everyone was very knowledgeable about everything. I was very comfortable while I was talking to all the people and they made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.

When I spoke to Steven he explained to me exactly what the program offered. He made sure that I understood the process which would include the amount of money I would pay each month, how all fees would be taken out of that amount, and that my creditor would be contacted and notified of an attempt to help me pay my debt in a way that was financially compatible to my income. Brianna confirmed all of what Steven explained and also discussed the legal help that I would receive. Both people handled the process in a purely professional manner.

So far, everything is working good with National Debt Relief. I remember doing it with them years ago and I didn’t stick with it. They started the process, but I was younger and got a little paranoid when all the bill collectors started calling and threatening. I ended up paying my bills again. This is the second time I went through along with the whole process. They were always emailing and calling. So, they were good with that. At this point, I’m all done as far as settling. The process moved a little faster than I thought it would. So, that was a good thing. My credit score plummeted. I was in the 7s, then after that, I was at 4. Now, it’s going up a little. That’s just how it goes as far as credit. It definitely goes down regardless of how you try to go about it. And it takes time to rebuild it.

I worked with another debt consolidation company before and left them to work with NDR. Going through the process was stressful. Even the payment that I had was high. But it’s just really important and a good choice to do. For two months, I went down a little bit on my payment though ‘cause I had extra stuff that I had to pay for but then it came back up. Overall, it all seems to be going smoothly and I’m almost done with it. It feels like a great relief and I feel very proud of myself. I've had a great experience with them and the results that I got were very satisfactory. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

When I came across the invite to checkout NDR I decided to take advantage of it. NDR was highly recommended to me. I went with them and enrolling was really easy. I filled out the application and they called me back and sent me the information I needed to sign. They called me again and we went over the contract. Since then, every time one account closes, they’ll call and send me my information. I've had a good experience with National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was easy and straightforward, and the service is very good. They are always prompt to picking calls, almost zero wait time and there’s no time lag for solving issues so they’re quick to solve them. We don’t have any problems with them and email communication is good as well. The personnel are very audible and speak good English. Being with National has been a very positive thing and I have been able to consistently make my payments and gradually solving my financial issues. Asked Google who were the top debt relief programs and National came up. Spoke to Lawrence **. He was very helpful and explained everything to us. Let us know that it would lower our score more but at this point it really didn't matter because already so low. He told us due to our circumstance with our illness we would be consider a hardship case.

There are several debt relief companies out there and I had already signed up with one, but I always kept looking. It’s like insurance, you always gotta keep shopping for it. Then, I came upon National Debt Relief and did some more research on them. I felt more comfortable with them than I did the other company. The process was a bit long and drawn-out, but how the system works was explained and as far as how the program has been working, everything has been going as planned.
