While I was searching online, I found out about National Debt Relief's services and they had the best reviews. The enrollment process took a little over an hour. They explained everything, answered any kind of questions I had, and were very thorough in what they were doing. The payment plan was very well manageable and their service was great. I was drowning in debt and I found NDR. Their customer service reps were great but then they made enrolling sound easier than it was. I thought I had enough debt but it turned out I didn't. I was $500 short of having enough since it was $10,000 to be able to join their program. But NDR was able to get all my collectors from calling me. Also, they were able to settle most of my debts for about half of what I owed my creditors. However, their reps told me that I was entering a two-year program. Now, it has been almost three years from starting their program and I am struggling to get them to settle two of my accounts. It seems like NDR will never settle them and they're always asking for more money.

Stephen ** of National Debt Relief was very professional, clear, and concise. He pointed out how I could save and reduce my debt in a reasonable amount of time by enrolling in the National Debt Relief program. He made a very strong case as to why this was a better option for me in getting my finances under control so that my credit score would improve over time. I did feel a little rushed as he went over things rather quickly. I would have preferred he took a little more time to allow me to digest the information as it was a lot to take in, although I did understand everything. Enrolling with NDR wasn't difficult since at the time, I was already considering bankruptcy and I had all my information. I liked how NDR's customer service reps were willing to help me. They said that through their program, they'll negotiate on my behalf. If I was in jeopardy of being sued, they would have a law firm that would help me. They were saying how they would speak to my creditors and negotiate my debt for me. That was helpful 'cause I didn't have to worry about anything and I had more self-security. I had 12 debts and NDR has already settled seven of them. They worked with the higher balances first and the ones they have to settle now are the smaller ones.

Calvin was extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as compassionate. He listened to me tell him how and why I am in debt. He was nonjudgmental and respectful. Even when I went on and on. He never seemed hurried or distracted. He has to be one of the best salesmen there. I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to your program just because of him.

I researched National Debt Relief as far as how they stacked up against the five major companies, and they seemed reliable, so I went with them. Their customer service was very nice and very helpful. I had a gentleman on there that stayed with me until he was certain that I understood everything that was going on and that it was correct. I found out later on that not everything was covered.

We tried a different company before but we felt like they were not legitimate. So, we canceled it and then a few months later, I was overwhelmed. So we got online, did our research, read all of NDR's information and decided to go with them. We pay $374 every two weeks. They notify me when they have a resolution and are doing a really good job with all of our stuff. We really like them.

After much thought and never ending nervous system I reached out to NDR for help. My debt kept growing and growing in the wrong direction, my interest rates were so high that only 1/8 of my monthly payment went towards my actual debt. I was getting nowhere fast, I started getting loans in order to pay my monthly bills, and guess what, just a temporary fix and only made my situation worse. Updated on 02/23/2021: They used several different ways to contact me about approval for a service. Sometimes, they would call during the daytime when I'm working. So, I was not able to respond to that call. So, they would send me an email and then they would say, “Which is the best way to contact you?” I would say, “Through email.” And that was the way that they’ve handled services for me, which I thought was good.

Process was fast and covered things I needed to know, people to contact, how to let my creditors know what is going on, how to set up my account and who I should contact if I had any questions about anything.

Updated on 07/10/2020: They told me at the beginning how long it was supposed to take, but they also explained to me how to get rid of the debt faster. They gave me a term which was 3 years. As of today I have 2 creditors resolved and every time I called, whoever answered is pretty sharp for what I needed to know.

I contacted NDR to see what I could do with my credit card debt. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I’m a little concerned how everything will go until I have my savings built up. Will just wait and see!
